Judge should dismiss with prejudice.I wonder if the judge will go with a mistrial, as he was clearly upset with the prosecutor for the third time, and abruptly recessed for lunch without saying a word.
but...even with federal charges , he still needs to be convicted by a jury of 12 citizens from that district and i just can't see that..they enacted allll kinds of associated FED charges during & after the BLM trouble out West - crossing state borders for terrorist activities is a possibility - Civil Rights violations will get him into one of their prisons >>> arresting Rittenhouse and wanting more bad publicity with an actual trial are two different things ....
Kyle: “I know it can shoot.”

Not going to end up well for the prosecution, I surmise.Judge just called the prosecutor a liar. Said he didn't believe he was operating on good faith.
Well, they can "claim" anything they want.Actually, getting a mistrial with prejudice is a great outcome for the prosecution at this point. They can claim he was let go on a technicality.
Facebook and Twitter censored anyone from defending Kyle Rittenhouse and labeled him a mass murderer
Good for Kyle as well because he can't be tried again.Actually, getting a mistrial with prejudice is a great outcome for the prosecution at this point. They can claim he was let go on a technicality. Much better than being simply found not guilty.
Yes we do. Because as bad as that would be, the alternative would be a walk into the mouth of madness. Again, the stupidity, hypocrisy, and denial of reality from the other side, can only be settled on a biblical scale…This is why a National Divorce is needed. When a case like this is so clear, even from the very start, there are still people hoping he gets locked up and calling him a murderer. Objectivity is gone, and we will never be united again. We need to break up.

The prosecutor is now arguing with the judge after bringing up a Rittenhouse statement that the judge previously ruled was inadmissible

And THAT is how the presstitutes work.
May they swing from the trees. SO
Typically, I would agree with that. A defendant usually only stands to harm his case by testifying. But in this case, I think his counsel was wise to put him on. He's articulate, calm, and the jury will see the mean prosecutor badgering a "child." I do wish his counsel would ask him why he only shot so few shots at each attacker though. Both his marksmanship and his shot discipline were remarkable. He only shot until the threat was eliminated. And NO collateral damage? WOW!I don't get why Rittenhouse is on the stand.
If anything could possibly screw him at this point, that could.
You are forgetting my feelz. Thanks for nothing.Typically, I would agree with that. A defendant usually only stands to harm his case by testifying. Laissez les bon temps rouler.Let the good times roll
This is what puts his life in grave peril IMO. The Marxists will come after him. If a mistrial is granted, they’ll try to have the judge replaced with a Marxist. Failing that, expect him to die in a “traffic accident.”A real judge and one that I can respect. Your going to get a fair shake in his courtroom instead of a rubber stamped kangaroo court.
