NO WAY IN HELL did Louise Troh write what they are ascribing to her.
and you all know I do not talk that way.
BUT THESE SONS OF SATAN are SPREADING LIES THAT THREATEN LIVES, and I WILL NOT KEEP SILENT.

Is it really that unusual for somebody to "clean up" statements that are made or given to the press? 
Heck, I have had bosses that asked me to re-write or clean up their emails. 
What I smell coming from the lady/family is a book deal. They are staying relatively quiet about their ordeal so people will buy their book to find out about it. They may also be having someone "clean up" their communications to add credibility to their book. That wouldn't be a bad move on their part. Maybe they are trying to get something good out of this terrible situation.

I just listened to this youtube of Louise Troh and you are RIGHT. She can barely speak the Queen's English, and is probably marginally literate - if at all.

Y'all should listen to this video. This woman really struggles with the English language.
It's a *&#$ shame the media isn't pursuing this. Something is way, way off here.

This is beyond "cleaning up" or even "ghost writing".
At best--"if" she is alive--someone else WROTE THAT VERBATIM and said "sign here".
PS--in the video, when Cooper asks her to describe her feelings, when she learned Duncan had Ebola, her response is:
"I was scary. I was very scary."

Re watch the video. It says in the top left corner: voice of the mother. It is not Louise speaking.
Just because someone speaks with an accent doesn't mean they can't spell. You don't write in an accent unless you are an author trying to help your readers hear it. Besides, I'm certain she has people proofreading for her. Not surprising.

It was "Louise Troh," which was Duncan's Baby Mama, and romantic partner and betrothed. I think we're all talking about the same person.
And I understand that you "don't write in an accent," but this woman struggles mightily with the English language. In that writing is harder than speaking, I seriously doubt she penned that beautifully written letter shown on a prior page.
I agree that the statement was written for her, and she was told, "Sign here."
Question is, why aren't they showing her on TV? Not even a glimpse of her, as she leaves the apartment complex? Do you know what reporters go through to get a fleeting shot of someone? This just does not add up.
If she is happy and well, then the CDC should be all over that like white on rice.

I know one thing for sure! Watching all the comments, for the past several weeks on several message boards, if I was one of this family I would run and hide away from the public eye, also!
The judging and falsely accusing and twisted stories about this family breaks my heart!
Where is the compassion, especially from the ones on here claiming to be Christians? This is a Christian family who happens to be our brothers and sisters in Christ! These are Americans!
This family is grieving, probably nervous wrecks waiting to see if they have Ebola, first time, after their release, to hold each other knowing that they are all safe for now! Possibly death threats and, certainly, will be shunned by whole communities! There lives will never be the same!
How about listening to some God inspired words!

This woman is not identified. We think the picture is taken inside of an airport, and Duncan is still healthy.
The sister and the mother met with Jesse Jackson.
In post #61, a video shows Jesse Jackson with the mother "and other relatives". A woman appears at 0:13. She has yellow hair. She is of the same general build as the lady in post #38.

DALLAS—No doubt the past 19 days haven’t been easy for Louise Troh, Thomas Duncan’s fiancee. Troh and three others have been under quarantine for two weeks.
“There’s grief and there’s tremendous loss and you’ve got to figure out, how am I going to pick up.”
Associate Pastor Mark Wingfield keeps regular contact with Louise. She’s a member of Wilshire Baptist Church in Dallas. Louise’s time in isolation is coming to an end, but her post-Ebola reality is just beginning.
“You know, will people be afraid of them?” Wingfield asked. “Will they be welcoming to them? And I think these are the questions that we as a community need to be asking. Will we let reason guide our actions more than fear?”
Ebola took the life of her fiance and forced her into a life of seclusion as she was monitored daily for the deadly virus. Sunday, her incubation period expires.
What will happen to Louise? Her life will be haunted by a virus, her future will be without the man she loved, and some questions are still left unanswered.
“Everything’s gone,” Wingfield said. “And so how do we rebuild that for them in a way that is kind? I do not think they will be going back to their old apartment.”
But even in the midst of her personal darkness, there is light. Fellow church members and folks from all over the U.S. are showing their love and support.
“They’ve been a tremendous encouragement to her,” he said. “Too often the church, historically, has been at odds with science, and this is a time where we need to listen to science. A message of faith over fear.”
The questioned validity of this statement doesn't equate... "no compassion"...truth is what we all seek. Whether the family is alive and well or dead or disposed of is what we need to know.....
This issue is of national import.........questioning the lying media reports and what is given as "facts" do not diminish the anguish anyone is suffering....
But to dismiss all the inconsistencies with a verbal rebuke for not being "compassionate" is ludicrous.......

It's obvious that she didn't write it. (Aside from the huge difference in grammar, no-one refers to their dearly departed fiance by all three of his names - she simply would have referred to him as "Thomas". Ditto the kid. No way on earth she'd write a PR piece using his first, middle and last name).
IF she were truly alive (she's not, IMHO) - the CDC would ABSOLUTELY want to show at least 10 seconds or so of her walking out of quarantine to "prove" that Ebola is "no big thing" and calm the sheeple.
The fact that they did not speaks VOLUMES.
They did not show her because they CAN'T show her - she's very likely dead and buried already.
But, hey - this all worked with Osama, right? "We killed him. Sure we did..um..yeah..that's it..we..ummm..just can't show you any EVIDENCE of that.." And the sheep lapped it up. So, why not do something very similar again?

No one is tearing down the family. People are tearing down the caricature of a family which is coming across in press releases. The caricature is shallow, facile and cloying. It is not believable, and therefore does not represent the family at all. It is an artificial thing, a creature of the State. If it satisfies you, so be it.

Just a brief review - for my own sake.
Louise Troh was holed up in a filthy apartment with her lover, Thomas Duncan, who was extremely ill in every way imaginable, and she was sleeping in his bed, probably kissing him on the forehead (at least), and dealing with his germ-laden messies, and she doesn't get sick, but these nurses in some protective gear get sick?
What the heck?
If Louise Troh WANTED to become ill, she couldn't have come up with a better plan.
And as to Point #2 in confusion: Is she being moved out of quarantine tonight? Or did the judge extend her quarantine? I'm seeing conflicting accounts on that.
Or maybe we're being lied to, so the media won't know?

Sorry MamaTenBears but it IS Louise who is speaking. If you LISTEN to the interview, he ASKS her if she is Robert Duncan's girlfriend, and she says that she is.
It is NOT her mother.
SHE is the mother of the STEP-DAUGHTER who DROVE Duncan to the HOSPITAL---THAT is what they mean by "voice of the mother."
Plus, his MOTHER's name is Noway Gatai, (per http://www.nytimes.com/2014/10/19/u...ebola-victim-is-mourned-at-service.html?_r=00) and we've heard NO mention of Louise Troh's mother.
sorry, I know you want to believe your nightmare there is ending, but I fear it is just BEGINNING...FOR ALL OF US.

I've never condemned the family...I believe mine and others is compassionate concern. I have never thought it was right to just drag people off to who knows where and them not be allowed any communication with the press or interviews by phone or skype !~ computer. THAT could be any of us...a group show up at your house say you have been exposed in some way and haul you and your family off and then be unable to communicate with you. Several articles have said they are under armed guard and considering they had to go on CNN to get some food and inform people about the hazardous waste that had not been removed from the apt after a week....it could be they moved them to keep them from talking. I think we all should be concerned about that.
My second thought is let's recap the events as we have been told.
Duncan helped carry a pregnant woman on Sept 15th who supposedly had ebola...the people who helped carry her were reported to have died a short time after that...duncan leaves on 19th
Arrives 20th to Troh's apt....goes to ER first time on 26th but was said to have been feeling bad on 24th
released and then returned on 28th violently ill after having diarrhea, fever etc overnight at least while Troh, the grandchildren and the nephews were all staying and was later said there were three mattresses and Duncan had slept on all of them....Troh calls daughter after rough night and tells her to come get the children...she gets blanket from walmart and brings it to Duncan ....calls 911 takes nephews and her father to ER and brings the blanket with her to ER.
and NONE of these people have had symptoms or gotten ill.....I really don't see how carrying someone with ebola ..transmitted and killed all those who carried the pregnant lady and at least nine people had very intimate interaction in the same apt, same bathroom, same mattresses for many hours and none of them even got it. The girlfriend said she slept on the same sheets for several days afterward.
I think we should BE concerned for their welfare and why they are being silenced....as they obviously are.

BIG PRESS CONFERENCE---trotted out ALL the doctors and nurses and highest officials of the CDC, all with BIG SMILES on their faces and a "HEY! WE beat it!" attitude.
WHAT did they do when Nancy Writebol was released?
Well, first they let her go secretly a day (or two?) before, but when she was strong enough they had A BIG PRESS CONFERENCE up at the Samaritan's Purse headquarters in NC and made big hoopla over her being well. She and her husband also took the opportunity to give glory to God for her healing.
IF THOMAS DUNCAN'S RELATIVES HAD MADE IT THROUGH THIS WITHOUT CATCHING EBOLA, DO YOU THINK FOR ONE MINUTE THEY (the CDC) WOULD NOT HAVE HAD AT LEAST A CURSORY "BON-VOYAGE" PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE "UNDISCLOSED LOCATION" TO "CELEBRATE" THEIR RELEASE FROM QUARANTINE----AND TO PAT THEMSELVES (the CDC, that is) ON THE BACK FOR BEING 'RIGHT' ABOUT HOW 'HARD' IT IS TO CATCH EBOLA AND HOW WELL THEY HAVE EVERYTHING "UNDER CONTROL"?

Why start counting from the first trip to the hospital? Isn't it possible to not catch it immediately, and then contract it later if contact with the ebola positive patient continues?
Shouldn't the 21 days start from the last contact with the infected person?

The 21 days are from Sept 28, the day Duncan entered the hospital. Technically the 21 days are up Oct 19. Which is today.

No, I haven't had time to listen to the sermon yet.
First--I'm sure that the pastor of this church, and the folk there who tried to help the Troh family, are all nice sweet decent Christian people.
But that does not change the fact that the GOVERNMENT IS LYING TO US ABOUT EBOLA.
I'm sure that Louise Troh did nothing more than (per her INTERVIEW WHICH I HAVE POSTED) welcome--unsuspectingly---into her home a man she 'thought' was a returning prodigal father and lapsed lover---and she had no IDEA she was welcoming a ticking time-bomb.
But that does not change the fact that the GOVERNMENT IS LYING TO US ABOUT EBOLA.
I'm sure that Louise, her son (or sons, per the interview), her nephew, her daughter and her family, and Robert Duncan's sister all THOUGHT they were doing the right thing to try to help a sick family member---and so they DID try to help him.

Wow! This is a grieving family that, possibly, just went through the hardest ordeal of their lives! They were living in fear with each passing day to see if they had Ebola! The whole world is watching! Celebrating when they are grieving and first time released to hold each other! Horrible comments from all over the states and world! Patting themselves on the back? THEN he goes to Dallas and the rest is history.
The North Carolina family made a big hairy deal out of being seen with Jackson.
