Here’s the thing about AI deep-fakes…

In order to make an AI Deepfake convincing, you need the following….

Deepfakes need a source that closely resembles the atmosphere it’s trying to manufacture the person in.

In this case, compare the 2016 video to the cancer announcement video.

In Both videos, she is outdoors, in very similar matching color sequences in nature. Not to mention, the same exact shirt.

AI does not work well when others are in the frame or if there‘s too much movement.

Case in point, the Royal Family recently got busted releasing an AI photo of Kate with her children. It was only noticeable because there were numerous people in the frame.

Additionally, if the person is too close, you will see imperfections. So farther away is better when it comes to deepfakes.
— case in point, the cancer announcement video shows a distorted left nostril when she tilts her head or has a sudden movement.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
It’s pretty much conclusive for me.. Kate Middletons cancer Announcement video is an AI Deepfake.

So if this was a deepfake, what REALLY happened to Kate Middleton?

How long until we hear those words… “things took a turn for the worst”?

OR……
Maybe it’s just her favorite lucky shirt and I’m overthinking it?

I’m sure all wealthy members of the Royal Family have a random favorite shirt they’ve kept for 8 years.

Kate is famous for being frugal. She wears the same clothing even at official events and usually modifies it slightly (a different hat, a different belt, that sort of thing). Several years ago, we discussed things that the new generation of UK Royals could do to modernize things that Queen Elizabeth would never have been "allowed" to do.

By "allowed," I mean the Palace Advisors were very keen on the idea that the monarch, especially a reigning Queen, could not be seen in the same outfit for public duties (though sometimes I think she managed to modify things and do it anyway). Towards the end of her life, she tried to do something about this fabric waste by giving away or allowing outfits to be used by others. The most famous is her having one of her dresses (I think from the 1960s) modified as a wedding dress for her granddaughter (one of Andrew's daughters), who married quietly during the COVID lockdowns.

So no, this does not mean it is a deep flake. I suppose that in this day and age, anything is possible, but clothes are not the issue. It may be her favorite shirt.

The fashion is a big part of my interest in Royal watching. I loved Princess Beatrice’s wedding dress! It was a Norman Hartnell from 1962 that the Queen wore to a movie premier. I think they just had to add a panel to the bottom because Beatrice is taller than her grandmother. She looked lovely.

And Kate does often rewear her clothing, She also loves breton stripes. There was a post on X yesterday with photos of her wearing sweaters that are similar to the one she wore in the video.

And another thought, when you are feeling like crud, undergoing chemo, and don't really want to do a news report, you are much less likely to be worried if you are duplicating an outfit that you wore in a former public appearance. You are going to wear something the is acceptable but comfortable.

Kate Middleton’s cancer recovery is “going well,” says an expert who asserts that Prince William’s recent public appearances are intended to signal that the royal family is returning to a state of normality.

The Princess of Wales, 42, stunned the world last month when she announced that she was undergoing “preventative chemotherapy” for an undisclosed form of cancer discovered during abdominal surgery.

Prince William, 41, subsequently took a step back from duties to support his sick wife, but returned to royal life with an appearance at a food distribution charity in Surrey, England on Thursday.

Last week, the future king was also seen watching a soccer game with his oldest son, Prince George, 10.

Both outings were deliberately designed to reassure the public that Princess Kate’s recovery is going as planned and that she is making steady progress, according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams.

“Royals realize that every single thing they do sends a message in one way or another.” he told The Sun on Saturday. “It sent this message that things some things are going on, more or less as normal.”

Princess Kate’s health battle comes as King Charles, 75, also battles an undisclosed form of cancer.

The monarch has also been forced to take a step back from public duties, plunging the royals into crisis.

In January, Charles released a statement saying he would be hospitalized for treatment for an enlarged prostate. He subsequently announced that doctors found cancer during that operation.

The shock health news came shortly after Princess Kate revealed that she would be out of the public eye until after Easter as she was undergoing a planned surgery.

As in the case of her father-in-law, doctors discovered cancer during the procedure, sidelining her from work for the foreseeable future.

She's young, and if they discovered it early, she has a good chance of fully recovering (at least for now). Charles, on the other hand, I suspect, is more gravely ill, but that's based partly on his complete withdrawal from "public life" for so long, and they will not say what sort of cancer he has. If it was something usually survivable, like some forms of skin cancer, I don't think they would hide that.

Age and general health can also influence how well a person can tolerate treatment and their chances of a full recovery or even good remission. Kate has both on her side, and Charles does not.

There have been many stories that came out months ago regarding Kate's Prince husband is a Henry the VIII in waiting. He has many mistrises and one of them is now pregnant with anothe one, Kate confronted him regarding this and the little Prince with a very bad temper hit her with an object, she's dead. They are covering this up successfully now for when her death is announced, he will be King. His Dad will abdicate in order to hurry the deed. TPTB in merry old england have put a lid on all this for obvious reasons. That's my theory, tie will tell. That video of her was an AI fake, she's dead.

We are out of the loop of the royal comings and goings being here in the states. There is a lot of speculation going on along the lines of what was said. The royals get paid to appear and be available to the media, part of a very old accord. Mistresses are a common known thing amongst the royal families. The issue is that in modern times the whole mistress thing is not terribly well tolerated. The concern is a question of whether prince William is a wife beater behind closed doors, and is that why there is such a long recovery.

Throw in the whole cancer thing and folks questioning is it cancer or the fact that Charles got tied to Andrew and pedophilia and a desire to not get ensnared in things.

This whole situation is just very unusual. Kate really hasn't been "seen" since December. A couple photos snapped that could be Kate; the odd Mother's day picture that was botched with a weird apology for poor photoshopping; the video of her announcement that was picked apart.

A couple appearances from William are suppose to appease the population? This is what any dad would be doing - going to soccer with his son. I have known tons of women taking chemo and radiation. They go out once in a while. They don't sit in their house for months. They have numerous clinic appointments. Where are the British paparazzi? You can't convince me that they've stayed away out of respect. By this time, I would think a valid photo would bring a ton of money.

I can see why people think she is dead. It is very odd. But I'm not a royal watcher.....:eye:
