Wendepunkt eugyppius Jan 8 “Where’s the vaccine mandate they promised us?” whines Daniel Brössler, reporter for the Süddeutsche Zeitung, disappointed because yesterday’s Corona summit of German minister presidents returned nothing but some adjustments to quarantine and sharpened testing rules. The double vaccinated will now have to submit negative tests if they want to eat at restaurants. Markus Söder, lockdown- and vaccine mandate-loving minister president of Bavaria, criticised even these milquetoast restrictions, with some bluster about how he’d already taken a hard line against bars and discos. This is after leading German Corona astrologer, Christian Drosten, used his state media podcast to suggest that Germany should start tolerating some of degree of SARS-2 transmission, and that breakthrough infections among the vaccinated should be considered normal. Such statements, which almost surely reflect sentiments within the coalition government, destroy most of the rationale for ongoing restrictions and vaccine mandates. Meanwhile, in Austria, the thrice-vaccinated chancellor Karl Nehammer has tested positive for Corona. The news comes as Austria announces they will delay implementing their vaccine mandate by two months. It will now take effect in April, if at all. Gerald Gartlehner, an epidemiologist and sometime governmental adviser, suggested that mandates (or at least their enforcement) might have to be re-evaluated in light of Omicron and the widespread immunity the new variant will elicit across the Austrian population. There is every reason to think that Austria will be past the peak of the Omicron wave in April, and that a majority of Austrians with have SARS-2 antibodies by then. In the United States, former Biden advisers have published a series of editorials in the Journal of the American Medical Association, arguing that it is time to normalise containment and begin managing SARS-2 as one of various seasonal respiratory infections. It is obvious that we are at a turning point, even if everyone has yet to realise it – even if France is sharpening vaccine requirements, even if Italy has imposed vaccine mandates for everyone over 50, and even if Canada is for the moment determined to remain a prison state. This is the first time since the Floyd riots in America, that major political leaders and public health authorities have said that preventing Corona can no longer be the highest goal of western society. It is a commonplace observation, but a true one: Since the vaccines began to fail in August, the vaccinators have been progressing through the proverbial five stages of grief. They spent a lot of time in denial, before becoming very angry and punitive. Then they began bargaining, hoping that SARS-2 would go away after four doses, or after five, with just the right dosing intervals, with a return to double masking, with child vaccinations. Now they appear to be drifting finally into depression and acceptance. They have realised, not a second too soon, that there is nothing to be done. Omicron is a highly contagious variant with immune escape features. The vaccinators can vaccinate all they want, but their vaccines will not stop the waves of infection to come. A lot of the hyperbolic rhetoric about Corona was put about in the hopes that most people wouldn’t ever be infected. They thought they could terrify people for a few years, vaccinate them, and harvest their gratitude for saving them from the worst respiratory virus since SARS. Now, though, it it is clear that everyone will have personal experience with Corona infection, whether or not they are vaccinated. This will destroy popular faith measures, it will erode their confidence in the vaccines, and it will do away with their fear of the virus. Maybe a few people somewhere will still support containment, after two years of heavy restrictions, mandated vaccinations, and infection, but I doubt there will be very many of them. It’s the beginning of the end.

President Biden can claim that COVID-19 remains a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" partly because "the CDC has played fast and loose with a lot of studies and data," Yale School of Public Health epidemiologist Harvey Risch says.

"We have not been careful or objective with our data," he told the John Solomon Reports podcast Friday. "We don't even know, for example, the mortality from COVID," which the CDC pegs at more than 800,000.

Risch noted the agency told physicians to put COVID on death certificates regardless of whether they think the infection played a role. Hospitalizations have also conflated admissions "with" and "from" COVID, he said.

Iowa’s labor commissioner has announced the state will not enforce the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate meant for businesses with 100 workers or more.

In a statement, Commissioner Rod Roberts explained that “after reviewing the mandate — Iowa will not adopt the federal standard,” KCCI reported Saturday.

Roberts continued:

Iowa doesn’t have a standard requiring the Covid-19 vaccine or testing. But after closely reviewing the federal OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Iowa has determined it will not adopt the federal standard. Iowa has concluded that it is not necessary because Iowa’s existing standards are at least as effective as the federal standard change.

In response to Roberts’ move, Gov. Kim Reynolds (R) issued a statement in which she commended his decision:

“We are going to continue to protect the freedoms and liberties of Iowans. The Biden Administration continues to ignore the constitutional rights afforded to all Americans, which our country was built on,” Reynolds noted.

“Instead, they’d rather dictate health care decisions and eliminate personal choice, causing our businesses and employees to suffer and exacerbating our workforce shortage,” she added.



In December, the Supreme Court announced it would hear oral arguments in appeals against Biden’s vaccine mandates for businesses with 100 or more employees and for healthcare workers.

At the time, Breitbart News explained the Biden administration’s attempt to force the vaccination on large numbers of American workers. “Out of Biden’s five federal coronavirus vaccine mandates, the mandate for large businesses, issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is the largest and impacts 84 million workers. Biden’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) mandate for healthcare workers covers approximately 10.4 million people with an additional 2.7 million individuals who will be covered once hired. The OSHA mandate allows for a testing option for unvaccinated employees, whereas healthcare workers can either qualify for a religious or medical exemption or face firing.”

During an interview Friday on Fox News Channel’s America’s Newsroom, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich (R) asserted the Biden administration’s logic in defending the vaccine mandate is they “can literally threaten every single person’s livelihood in this country if they don’t kowtow to the dictates of the federal government.”

The Air Force recently rejected a woman’s medical exemption for the experimental COVID vaccine. She will be forced to take the vaccine to see if she has a real allergic reaction to its ingredients.

The Air Force has rejected a medical exemption application to the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate from a reservist despite the member presenting proof that she has an allergy to one of the vaccine’s components.

The reservist went to a clinic in Texas and underwent allergy testing to components of the vaccine, according to a letter from a doctor that was submitted to the Air Force this week.

“She developed a positive reaction to intradermal testing to Polysorbate, indicating the potential for a significant allergic reaction to future COVID-19 vaccination,” the doctor wrote in the letter, a copy of which was reviewed by The Epoch Times.

“I respectfully recommend that the patient be granted a medical waiver for the COVID-19 vaccine,” he added.

Just days later, though, the military said the request wasn’t being granted.

New York state finally released its first breakdown of what share of people are hospitalized FOR Covid vs. how many people are hospitalized WITH Covid.

In NYC, 49% of people hospitalized were admitted for COVID, everyone else just happened to test positive.

New York Governor Hochul on Friday updated New Yorkers on the state’s progress combating Covid.

Below is data that shows how many hospitalized individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 were admitted for COVID-19/COVID-19 complications and how many were admitted for non-COVID-19 conditions:

In NYC, 51% of patients who count as “hospitalized with COVID” were admitted for reasons other than COVID and then tested positive for it anyway.

A massive protest erupted in Paris, France against president Macron on Saturday following his dehumanizing comments on the unvaxxed.

French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday vowed to “piss off” the unvaxxed by making their lives miserable.

Macron also said someone who refuses the Covid vaccine is ‘not a citizen.’

“The unvaccinated, I really want to piss them off. And so, we’re going to continue doing so, until the end. That’s the strategy,” Macron said in an interview with Le Parisien.

“I won’t send (the unvaccinated) to prison, I won’t vaccinate by force. So we need to tell them, from Jan. 15, you won’t be able to go to the restaurant anymore, you won’t be able to down one, won’t be able to have a coffee, go to the theatre, the cinema…” he added.

A Covid passport will be required in order to enter restaurants, bars and theaters and other indoor venues beginning January 15.

Tourists visiting France will have to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test via a digital passport.

Anti-Macron protesters took to the streets in Paris on Saturday, chanting, “We’ll piss you off!”

The Washington State Legislature is slated to vote on a measure that will authorize the involuntary detainment of residents as young as 5 years old in “Covid-19 concentration camps, for failing to comply with the state’s experimental vaccine mandate.

If passed, WAC 246-100 will allow local health officers at “his other sole discretion” to “issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.”

Health officers are required to provide documentation proving unvaccinated residents subject to detention have denied “requests for medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling, vaccination, decontamination of persons or animals, isolation, quarantine and inspection and closure of facilities” prior to involuntarily confining unvaccinated residents in quarantine facilities, the proposal states.

The measure also allows health officers to deploy law enforcement officials to assist with the arrest of uncompliant Washington residents.

According to W 246-100-040, “a local health officer may invoke the powers of police officers, sheriffs, constables, and all other officers and employees of any political subdivisions within the jurisdiction of the health department to enforce immediately orders given to effectuate the purposes of this section in accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.20.050(4) and 70.05.120.”

The “emergency detention order” legalizes the isolation and detainment of American citizens who fail to voluntarily comply with Covid gene therapy shots “for a period not to exceed ten days.”

However, a judge may extend the forced quarantine “for a period not to exceed thirty days” if the segregated individual or family persists to refuse vaccination.

The Washington State Board of Health will hold a virtual public meeting on January 12 to discuss the application of W 246-100-040.

Scott Miller, a Washington-based Physician Assistant Scott Miller who runs a private pediatric clinic, lost his medical license in October for providing hundreds of critically-ill Covid patients with Ivermectin, vitamins and other effective treatments.

Miller will provide testimony during the 8-hour Zoom meeting on Wednesday and explain in detail why the experimental shots are a death sentence for children.

Still struggling with the ramifications of having his medical license revoked for saving lives, Miller and his family now fear having to “flee” their home state to evade the government’s fascistic wrath.

“I was up at 5:30 this morning. I got a call from a woman in Ohio whose husband is day eight [Covid-infected] just crying asking me, ‘Can you please help, we need a turn,” Millier told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “If this mandate goes through for the kids, it is horrifying. It’s not just to attend school — if a local health department official deems you to be out of compliance, you can be detained against your will.

“My wife and I just like, ‘Holy cow. Are we going to have to flee our state? It’s the most gross overreach of emergency power I have ever seen of everything that they’ve done that is corrupt — they have taken everybody to herd them like cattle, herd them like prisoners into their homes and tell them that this is for our good and the greater good. While the people that made these rules go out to dinner with their friends without masks and get on planes and fly to vacations.

They are saying ‘I know it’s going to be hard to be deprived of breathing or miss Christmas with your family this year. But they don’t adhere to these mandates. These people’s kids are going to private schools.”

The pediatric physician assistant has provided countless medical exemptions to prevent children from having to endure suffocating in masks in class, but exemptions are no longer accepted in the workplace or schools and won’t stop the contact tracers from detaining the non-compliant, he warns:

“I had written so many mask exemptions for a local Christian school that I had to talk to the Parent Association throughout the summer of 2020. I wrote mask exemptions for everyone and parents intended to unenroll their kids and do distance learning if the school did not accept the exemption, which would defund the school. At that point, I was the only provider in the Northwest Portland area who had a medical license that was speaking out. The principal had the integrity to uphold it.

Medical exemptions won’t protect us from this, because anybody that is found writing medical exemptions will fall under ‘misinformation” and “disinformation” and be deemed unfit to have a medical license.'”

The Washington Board of Health’s decision to conduct the meeting on involuntarily detaining purebloods on a Zoom call rather in a “dangerous” in-person forum makes holding members accountable is even more of an uphill battle. But patriots across Washington are putting the pressure on board members Gary Medvigy and Karen Dill Bowerman, the only two Republicans on the WSBH who aren’t RINOs, to scrap the legislation, Miller noted.

“They have already set up the internment camps. I’ve seen photographs of them. There is a five-person committee, if we can get two of them, Medvigy and Bowerman, to budge we can prevent this.

That’s who I am basically going to be addressing.”

Washington’s Democrat Governor Jay Inslee is currently hiring a “strike team” to run the quarantine facilities.

“Isolation & quarantine strike team consultants” will earn $3,294 to $4,286 monthly for their services, according to a description at governementjobs.com, confirming the state’s plans for Covid encampment.

Strike teams will “provide for the needs of travelers” that stay at the facility, which is located in Centralia. The strike teams will also be tasked with “responding to emergencies, training contractors and new staff, and providing guest support as needed,” the job announcement explains.

Most of the population in Washington has been vaccinated, but the number of patients hospitalized for Covid-infection is suddenly and precipitously surging.

Gov. Inslee issued another threat to his unvaccinated constituents on Wednesday, warning new measures will be taken to address a 146 percent increase in cases in the past week and 46 percent increase in daily covid hospitalizations statewide omicron surge.

“Now is the time to re-double our efforts against this virus” he chided.

Yet, at least 76 percent of the state, 5,793,378 people, has received at least one vaccine dose, while 5,193,988 people or 68% of Washington’s population has been fully vaccinated, according to USA Facts.

The state has also partnered with corporate retail giant Amazon to create a web portal to assure patients regularly test for Covid at home, The Olympian reports.

Macron said this week he wanted to irritate unvaccinated people by making their lives so complicated they would end up getting jabbed. Unvaccinated people were irresponsible and unworthy of being considered citizens, he added.

In Paris, protesters retorted by adopting his slangy wording, chanting "We'll piss you off".

Others carried signs saying "No to the vaccine pass", a reference to Macron's legislative push to require proof of vaccination to enter venues such as cafes, bars and museums.

TV images showed skirmishes between protesters and police at one site. Protesters also rallied through the streets in Marseille, Nantes and Le Mans among other cities.

"(Macron's remarks) were the last straw. We are not irresponsible," said hospital administrator Virginie Houget, who has avoided a mandatory vaccine order for health workers because she caught COVID-19 late last year.

The protesters accuse Macron of trampling on their freedoms and treating citizens unequally. He says freedoms carry responsibilities that include protecting the health of others.

France recorded more than 300,000 new coronavirus infections for the second time in a week on Friday. Hospitalisations, including COVID-19 patients in intensive care (ICU), are rising steadily, putting the healthcare system under strain.

Some hospitals have reported that some 85% of ICU patients are not vaccinated against COVID-19. Data shows that 90% of over-12s eligible for the COVID shot are fully vaccinated.

People in France already have to show either proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter restaurants and bars and use inter-regional trains. But with Omicron infections surging, the government wants to drop the test option.

Three months before a presidential election, Macron's blunt language appeared to be calculated, tapping into a mounting frustration against the unvaccinated.

Conservative challenger Valerie Pecresse said Macron was driving a wedge through the country. Far-right candidate Eric Zemmour denounced what he called the president's puerile remarks.

On the capital's streets, protesters accused Macron of politicising the pandemic ahead of the election.

"I want him to piss off drug dealers and criminals, not the average person," said one 55-year-old protester who requested anonymity because he runs a business.

The phrase “mass formation psychosis” saw a huge increases in online searches, enough of an increase to lead Google to manipulate its algorithms to control search results.

The increase in popularity of folks wanting to learn about the psychotic world we live under the COVID-19 dictatorship was sparked by Dr. Robert Malone’s recent interview on Joe Rogan’s podcast when he discussed “mass formation psychosis,” a tool that governments have admitted they are using to control society.

Malone wrote about this collectivist nightmare in a Dec. 9 Substack post:
“What one observes with the mass hypnosis is that a large fraction of the population is completely unable to process new scientific data and facts demonstrating that they have been misled about the effectiveness and adverse impacts of mandatory mask use, lockdowns, and genetic vaccines that cause people’s bodies to make large amounts of biologically active coronavirus Spike protein.”

“Those hypnotized by this process are unable to recognize the lies and misrepresentations they are being bombarded with on a daily basis, and actively attack anyone who has the temerity to share information with them which contradicts the propaganda that they have come to embrace. And for those whose families and social networks have been torn apart by this process, and who find that close relatives and friends have ghosted them because they question the officially endorsed ‘truth’ and are actually following the scientific literature, this can be a source of deep anguish, sorrow and psychological pain.”

In Australia, The COVID World reported on a father who lashed out and attacked a jogger for not properly social distancing. The Covidian “is seen running towards the jogger before kicking and kneeing him in the head.”

In Texas, a mother locked her 13-year-old son in her car’s trunk to avoid exposure to COVID-19.

“Sarah Beam said that her son had tested positive on a rapid test, so on January 3rd, she put him in the trunk of her car to avoid being exposed to the virus and drove to the testing center at Houston’s Pridgeon Stadium,” The COVID World reported. “Beam then opened the trunk to reveal her son lying down inside when someone at the center had asked to see the child. Staff then refused to test her 13-year-old son until he was let out of the trunk, after which, they called the police.”

Last month, a woman was caught on video assaulting a man on a flight from Tampa, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia. She, who has her masked down below her chin, “went ballistic because the man wouldn’t mask up while eating and drinking,” the New York Post reported.

The woman is seen slapping, spitting on and pouring hot water onto the man’s leg.

Then there’s the Hawaii Department of Public Health which literally calls getting healthy, exercising or saving money as “stupid” New Year’s resolutions. What is a smart resolution, according to these Covidians, is submitting your children to medical experimentation.

BOMBSHELL: German Doctors Find 'Astonishing' Impurities in Covid 'Vaccine' (Video)

A group of German physicians joins the chorus of experts who have discovered foreign objects in the coronavirus vaccines and the blood of the vaccinated.

German Pathologists presented an analysis of the coronavirus “vaccine” during a shocking press conference in September. A clip of the conference, which has been translated exclusively for RAIR Foundation USA, reveals foreign objects in the vaccine, as well as in the blood of those who have taken the vaccine.

Some of the foreign objects were described as “accurately constructed” and also – shockingly – worms that were hatched from eggs.

The live-streamed press conference was organized by the Stiftung Corona-Ausschuss, which can be loosely described as Germany’s equivalent of America’s Frontline Doctors. As expected, their remarkable presentation was slammed by the German legacy media.

The event was spearheaded by Prof. Dr. Arne Burkhardt, who served as “head of the Institute of Pathology in Reutlingen for 18 years and then worked as a pathologist in private practice”, Prof. Dr. Walter Lang, who “worked as a pathologist at the Hannover Medical School from 1968 to 1985” before founding a private institute for pathology in Hanover and Prof. Dr. Werner Birkholz, a former professor of electrical engineering with a focus on quality and risk management at Jacobs University in Bremen. Introductions and the presentation was made by Dr. Ute Langer, a physician, and a surgeon.

An examination of “leftover vaccines from the company BioNTech-Pfizer,” revealed, for example, what “appears to be an accurately constructed object”:

As unbelievable as it seems, the German doctors are not the only ones to have discovered foreign objects in the vaccines:

• In August, Japan suspended the Moderna vaccine after foreign materials were found in their coronavirus vaccine. According to Nikkei Asia, the substance was found to react to magnets. As reported at RAIR Foundation USA, Japan has been exceptionally transparent with their handling of the coronavirus vaccine, while respecting the autonomy of their citizens.
• Dr. Carrie Madej, an internist, also discovered foreign objects after studying the injections, including “graphene-like” objects and “a tentacled, moving organism-like creature in the Moderna jab.”

• Further, a Twitter thread from October similarly exposes particles, “particle aggregations” and “Fiber-like structures”- some with “branches” and a “ring like structure”. The findings were based on a “microscopy analysis” of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine sample. According to the anonymous scientist, who claims to have been peer-review published over 100 times in journals such as Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine, the analysis “was performed with bright field and phase contrast microscopy and applying rigorous scientific and hygiene standards.”

It is not surprising that the media ignores or “fact checks” the evidence brought forward by concerned medical experts. It is up to citizens everywhere to hold the gatekeepers of the information – the media and politicians accountable by demanding transparency.

The group forwarded their findings to the “authorities” but did not receive a response.

The team has examined four batches of vaccine and passed on the results six weeks ago to government authorities, the EMA [European Medical Agency], the STIKO [Germany’s vaccine committee] and the Paul Ehrlich Institute [German Government Agency], without any known responses.

In December, the German doctors held a second powerful press conference headlined “Are Deaths and Adverse Health Effects After Vaccination Against Covid-19 Related in a Pathologically Detectable Way?”.

Here dark-field microscopy was used with a slide.
So, there are two slides. One on the bottom with a drop of the vaccine substance and one on top as a cover so nothing slips or drips out. This is what was observed using dark-field microscopy.
Precisely. There it goes, out of the field of view.
So, in another batch of BioNTech, this was found.
Actually, the way it looks, it could be a chip.
At this point, I would like to say that this structure has been observed by others examining vaccine contents, which is most likely included in this presentation. Dr.
Barbel Gitala had the same findings.
There is movement in the BioNTech sample, which can be seen here very well.
That could be the part of the vaccine called Nano-Lipids. —Nano-Lipids. —The dots of light.
We discovered particles in sizes ranging up to 0.5 millimeter.
Yes. —Up to the size of 0.5 millimeter.
By the way, Professor Burkhardt also found them using light microscopy.
This is a sample of Johnson & Johnson. It’s gigantic.
Again, we see these structures inside. —With sharp edges.
Perhaps, at this point, the experts could comment about what happens when something of this size enters capillary vessels?
If it enters into the lymph nodes, it could cause complications.
First of all, it is very, very big, right?
For the small capillary vessels it is too big.
These floaters were observed in other batch samples.
The form is always the same, so the appearance isn’t a coincidence and shows up frequently.
The small object above it is also moving.
Here we see the blood of a vaccinated patient.
The blood cells are forming into rolls with another object loops around throughout the image.
It isn’t a hair, or fiber. We made a comparative photograph with both, with a fiber etc.
It appears to be one of these graphene layers.
It’s extremely long. —And it is dually refractive. —Dually refractive, exactly.
What does dually refractive mean? —That it is a foreign object.
Yes, well, I think the pathologists could explain dually refractive better.
It isn’t organic. Not biological, at least that is how it appears.
This is a sample from on of my patients who, following the second vaccine, is paralyzed on the left side.
She also now has flare-ups of MS [Multiple sclerosis] regularly.
She also now has autoimmune antibodies, the cerebral kind. This image was taken Six month after the vaccine. These metal splinter objects are seen here dancing around.
The blood cells shown here have a thorn-shaped appearance and are no longer alive.
The only things remaining alive are these particles. —And the phagocytes? The white part?
Is it a phagocyte? —Yes. —A white blood cell trying to remove impurities, and is obviously failing to do so.
There’s one above, and to the right of the phagocyte.

This is the BioNTech vaccine. There are leftover portions, and these leftovers remained cooled until we get them.
Once they are put under the microscope, the substance warms up and is very active.
Here again we see this floating “hanger”.
Similar to the first image we saw, with the same structures.
Appearing once again, we also see particles moving in the fluid of the vaccine.
Another interesting thing is that no special microscope is needed.
With some luck, these things can be observed with a light microscope or much of this can be seen with a light microscope. So that begs the question, as well as from a legal aspect: Why doesn’t the Paul Ehrlich Institute ever see these things?
I suspect this is due to the fact that they only go by appearance.
So, if there’s nothing visibly floating around in it when they look at the vial, then that’s apparently sufficient.
However, if they were to take a closer look, they would see these things, because everyone can see these things.
Everyone can see the impurities. Repeatedly, they are being found.
Not just Japan, as recently announced with the Moderna vaccine.
Nov. 29, 2021 — Doctor’s office in Saxony. Live blood samples from four vaccinated and four unvaccinated people. Compared and examined.
The doctors in this practice here in Saxony have provided images of vaccinated blood samples.
The following is an explanation of the images and why they were taken. I will focus on the screen.
Firstly, we see here an object, which we will also see in the images of the vaccine substance alone.

I’ll proceed to the next image.
Here we see the vaccine substance from BioNTech under the microscope.
So after approximately ten hours, these worms hatched. Here you see the two eggs.

This is a structure that formed after ten hours.
When I first looked at it, it was cloudy, but then it starts to form after a certain time.
My assumption is that these are nanoparticles that come together into a form, and here is a rounded area.
What is it? It could be a microchip or something else.

I’ll show more of those later, because there are quite a few.
Here we can see, once again, within a biofilm, an undefinable structure.
Why would this be in a vaccine? No one can tell me.
This here looks like glass to me. In the vaccine.
Yes, when you look at it here on the cell phone camera, the sharp edges are very recognizable. They shine.

—Yes. Absolutely, the transparency is observable.

In contrast, here’s another worm.
—What size are these worms to be seen with dark-field microscopy?
The measurement is 40,000; it’s set on 40,000 enlargement.
40,000 what? —Nanometers. It says it there.
40,000 nanometers. —Here there is a dark area, meaning it is in-transparent.
However, the edge reflects the light. Whether it is metal or not, I have no idea.
There’s no reason for it to be in a vaccine.
These structures formed on their own. Why? I have no idea why that is.
Hold on, I’ve gone a bit too fast, so back. Here we see very well a complete worm.
You see on the inside and here is the digestive track. And here the sexual organs begin.
The tail still being present has a meaning. I allowed the sample to dry out for 24 hours
and these parasites, I’ll just call them parasites, normally should drop their tail.
If it was a fiber, some chemical fiber, it would be completely black.
What kind of worms are they? Do their bodies give clues to what they are? Anything at all?
Anyone can search for it on the internet. These worms cause cancer; they can cause severe pain as in rheumatoid diseases, joint pain, or even Alzheimer’s if they infest the brain.
Now the system-loyal will screech and cry out: It’s all a conspiracy theory!
However after this MSM news footage from SWR, they’ll shut up real quick.
South West TV News / Ulm University (May 26, 2021) —It’s frightening or at least surprising, say researchers at Ulm University, who discovered impurities in the vaccines.
They examined vials of AstraZeneca. In each vial they found (up to) two-thirds of the contents contained substances that don’t belong there, and only one-third was actually vaccine material.
This is relatively unusual and wasn’t expected.
Prof. Kochanek was unable to explain these foreign substances, which shouldn’t be in vaccines, or what they can do to people.
There’s no direct connection to sinus thrombosis, but that’s problematic because it also cannot be excluded as a cause.
The team has examined four batches of vaccine and passed on the results six weeks ago to government authorities, the EMA, the STIKO and the Paul Ehrlich Institute, without any known responses.
Not even the manufacturer responded to the findings.
—The manufacturer showed interest, but no further feedback was received from the company.
Perhaps the effectiveness of the vaccine could be improved, if there were fewer impurities in it.

EMERGING USES OF “EMERGENCY”

Two of the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates came before the Supreme Court for oral argument yesterday, one arising under OSHA and the other arising under the auspices of HHS. I thought the first of these cases raised the question of administrative law regarding the lawful scope of agency authority in an unusually pure form. Listening to the oral argument in NFIB v. OSHA, however, I have been disabused of the notion.

The case is apparently a vehicle for low-definition yammering of the kind to which we have grown accustomed on cable news. Indeed, three of the justices appear to get their understanding of related facts from cable news. If there is a question of principle in the case, it has been lost somewhere in the allegedly thinning layer of ozone.

The OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard before the Court in the application for a stay may or may not win the Court’s approval, but I infer from the argument that OSHA exercises authority under a statute delegating congressional power in virtually unlimited form. Justice Sotomayor puts it this way (transcript at page 29): “Why isn’t the human being like a machine if it’s spewing a virus, blood-borne [sic] viruses?”

Justice Sotomayor isn’t completely worthless. She is good for comic relief as we slide down the slippery slope. Justice Sotomayor sagely observes, for example (transcript at pages 53-54): “[C]ounsel, those numbers show that Omicron is as deadly and causes as much serious disease in the unvaccinated as Delta did….

We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in — in serious condition and many on ventilators.”

Often wrong, but never in doubt. If things don’t work out for her on the Court, a brilliant career beckons at MSNBC.

Justice Gorsuch circles around the major question (in layman’s language) by reference (transcript at pages 68-69) to the Court’s own “major question doctrine in this case. Is this one that has been given to the agencies to decide or one that Congress has to make as a major question under our federal system? And I haven’t heard a lot of discussion about that.”

Chief Justice Roberts circles around it this way (transcript at page 81): “It seems to me that the more and more mandates that pop up in different agencies, it’s fair — I wonder if it’s not fair for us to look at the Court as a general exercise of power by the federal government and then ask the questions of, well, why doesn’t Congress have a say in this, and why don’t the — why doesn’t this be the primary responsibility of the states?” See also Justice Alito’s query at page 103 of the transcript and the ensuing discussion through page 111. Justice Kavanaugh’s formulates a similar query based on OSHA-related case law at transcript pages 123-124 et seq.

This is my low-definition take, but it comes from listening to the NFIB argument in its entirety. The government may well have the better of the argument as the issue comes before the Court. It is past time to return to the question of principle addressed by Professor Philip Hamburger in Is Administrative Law Unlawful? I summarized Hamburger’s argument in the NR review “A new old regime.”

However the Court resolves this case, the problematic nature of the enterprise remains.

At page 134 of the transcript Justice Barrett asks: “So when does the emergency end?” The issue will return in forms increasingly oppressive to life and liberty now that the uses of “emergency” have become so obvious. To adapt Rahm Emanuel’s maxim, you never let a serious emergency go to waste.

World renowned CV19 critical care and pulmonary expert Dr. Pierre Kory says the data is clear the CV19 injections are “not safe, not effective” and shows they are causing a huge number of deaths. It’s going to get much worse if we don’t stop the shots. Dr. Kory warns, “They already broke death records with these vaccines almost a year ago. Now, you are starting to see it in actuarial data with life insurance companies. The life insurance companies have been paying out claims like they never have before, and they are noticing the deaths cannot be explained by Covid. If you look at the actual morbidity and mortality from the CDC . . . 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the ages of 18 to 64 . . . you’ll see in America, starting in quarter two of the year 2021 (when the vaccines started), the mortalities started to rise, and it rose from 120% above normal to 140% above normal, and it’s far exceeded the death rates in 2020. The difference in 2020 and 2021, we had covid in both years. In 2021, we had the vaccines. They know the amount of deaths they are reporting cannot be explained by Covid. . . . There is something else driving a huge and extremely terrifying mortality signal in the U.S. population. To think that it is anything but the vaccines, if we get this wrong and if you keep saying they are safe, that line which is already in a significant and steep incline will continue the more we boost and the more we vaccinate. . . .

This has to stop. We have to stop, people are dying.”

Meanwhile, the captured regulatory agencies like the CDC and FDA are trashing and cutting off proven scientific cures for Covid such as Ivermectin. Dr. Kory says Ivermectin has been proven effective in defeating Covid infections, and he says, “It is “one of the safest drugs ever brought to market.” Dr. Kory also says the so-called experimental vaccines “are not safe and not effective.” So, why do government agencies push them anyway? Dr. Kory says, “I have had a front row seat to see this.” . . . And he goes on to say government agencies are suffering from “regulatory capture” by big Pharma. Meaning, the FDA and CDC push ineffective and dangerous vaccines so Big Pharma can make money off them, while disregarding cheaper, safer and more effective drugs like Ivermectin. Dr Kory gives a real-world example during the pandemic and explains, “Prescriptions in this country (for Ivermectin) in August were hitting 90,000 per week. So many doctors were using it for Covid that it spooked the pharmaceutical companies. . . . In response to the massive uptake in the use of Ivermectin by physicians with prescriptions and pharmacists filling them, the CDC went on the attack. They sent a bulletin to every state department of health which was full of propaganda and misinformation screaming the FDA has not approved Ivermectin (for treating Covid) and it’s not a proven drug, and it’s dangerous and there are overdoses and all of these things that were false. It went to all state departments of health. But guess what happened next? The medical boards and the pharmacy boards started sending that to every licensed physician and pharmacist in the land. The average physician and pharmacist, I am sorry to say this, is not well read. They are not keeping up with data. They are overwhelmed and they are easily influenced. That’s why in this country you have a war between the physicians that know that Ivermectin is effective . . . and are at war with the pharmacies. A huge proportion of pharmacists will refuse to fill a decades-old safe drug for Covid because they have been threatened and manipulated by their boards. They are afraid to lose their licenses. It all smoke.

It’s all B.S. because you cannot lose your license for use of a safe drug. . . . We need our doctors to do doctoring, and we need our pharmacists to do pharmacy and stop being influenced by propaganda by pharmaceutical companies who don’t want you to use this drug. We have to stand up, and we have to resist on behalf of our patients. We are finding that with compounding pharmacies and small pharmacies we can still get access (to Ivermectin), but it is a battle and you do have to navigate.”

Former Pfizer VP Dr. Michael Yeadon said this week, “Max vaccination is leading to mass death.” Dr. Kory agrees and explains, “It’s not only data from a life insurance company that came out this week that is based on CDC data that can’t be explained by Covid alone, there are huge increases of dying in this country this year. . . . They have done huge analysis of the European mortality data as well as the U.S. mortality data and they controlled for vaccination status. They found that for every age range that they looked at, the all-cause mortality of the vaccinated were increased over the unvaccinated. All-cause mortality and that means that you are more likely to die of something if you are vaccinated. . . . All-cause mortality are coming out of actual databases by credible scientists. You have life insurance companies showing the data, and you have our own federal government showing unexplained large rises in dying. . . . Don’t you think a good scientific question and a good hypothesis to test would be ‘Could these be the vaccines?’ The answer is ‘the vaccines,’ and I cannot find a better fit to answering that hypothesis than that, it’s this mass explosion of this vaccination policy with single, double and booster shots. It’s going like wildfire through the population.

If the mortality of the vaccinated is higher than the unvaccinated, you have the data that you can safely and confidently conclude the vaccines are associated with and causing death.”

In closing, Dr. Kory says, “What has happened in the last month or so is the data for adverse reactions and effects are no longer hidden and suppressed. They are coming out on servers . . . and actuarial tables.”

Harvard-Led Study Explodes Myths About ‘Vaccines’ Stopping the Spread – But It’s Worse Than That

A Harvard study of 68 nations and 2,947 counties in the United States published in the European Journal of Epidemiology is shattering the argument that the mRNA therapeutic drugs being marketed as “vaccines” do anything significantly to stop the spread of Covid-19.

It’s even worse than that. As Becker News suggested in September, there is a positive correlation between a nation’s vaccination levels and the “case” rates being reported. The scientific findings are a crushing blow to the argument that the vaccines have a “public health” purpose and that vaccine mandates are justified.

The Harvard researcher who co-authored the study, S. V. Subramanian of the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies, teamed up with Canadian researcher Akhil Kumar to perform the research.

Their “bombshell” findings? Read them and weep:

At the country-level, there appears to be no discernable relationship between percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases in the last 7 days (Fig. 1). In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association such that countries with higher percentage of population fully vaccinated have higher COVID-19 cases per 1 million people.

Eureka. That is what Becker News had pointed out in September:

As the Covid pandemic continues to defy predictions about when it will finally be ‘over,’ there is a curious phenomenon taking place across the United States and around the globe: Covid-19 case rates increasing alongside vaccination rates.

The textbook examples of this disturbing trend are the nations of Israel, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Israel is now experiencing its fourth wave, which is being accompanied by another round of ‘booster shots.’ Israel has 61.5% of all adults “fully vaccinated” (although the use of ‘booster shots’ throws the term into question.)

Israel was also one of the most suggestive cases for the above-cited Harvard study.

Notably, Israel with over 60% of their population fullyvaccinated had the highest COVID-19 cases per 1 million people in the last 7 days. The lack of a meaningful association between percentage population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases is further exemplified, for instance, by comparison of Iceland and Portugal. Both countries have over 75% of their population fully vaccinated and have more COVID-19 cases per 1 million people than countries such as Vietnam and South Africa that have around 10% of their population fully vaccinated.

Where was the Omicron variant first detected? Botswana, followed by South Africa. Interesting.

The study also makes an interesting point about counties with extremely high vaccination rates: “Of the top 5 counties that have the highest percentageof population fully vaccinated (99.9–84.3%), the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) identifies 4 of them as ‘High’ Transmission counties.”

Thus, if you believe that getting nearly the entire local population “vaccinated” will do anything to stop the lockdowns and mandates, this data should make you think again. The agenda is political, and therefore, the solution will have to be political.

I am obviously not the only researcher to pick up on this data phenomenon.

Justin Hart at the Substack Rational Ground has also mentioned it multiple times. Indeed, he had picked up on the unusual data patterns in July.



The above-cited Harvard study provides a snapshot of the data points that illustrate the “marginally” positive association:

This looks more than “marginal” to me. At the U.S. county level, there appears to be no discernible relationship between vaccination levels and case rates.

There you have it: There is no real-world evidence that “vaccines” stop the spread of Covid-19.

However, this isn’t stopping Pfizer’s CEO from making the unsubstantiated claim to sell the “booster” shots.

“Although two doses of the vaccine may still offer protection against severe disease caused by the Omicron strain, it’s clear from these preliminary data that protection is improved with a third dose of our vaccine,” Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla said. “Ensuring as many people as possible are fully vaccinated with the first two dose series and a booster remains the best course of action to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”

This is an absolute lie. It should be no surprise that a Big Pharma CEO would deceive the public about his product. But the U.S. government and the corporate press turning a blind eye to the false claim should have Americans outraged.

As a legal team recently explained in a lawsuit against the FDA, the “vaccines” have absolutely failed in preventing the spread of Covid-19. Thus, there is no legal, moral, or public health justification to mandate “vaccines.”

BTW, I take EVERYTHING that has been recommended on timebomb. Lots of Vit D, C and Zinc, NAC, etc. I haven't taken Ivermectin since I recovered from COVID in October. I guess I will start it back up, but I only have 1 1/2 horse paste tubes left.

A strain of Covid-19 that combines delta and omicron was found in Cyprus, according to Leondios Kostrikis, professor of biological sciences at the University of Cyprus and head of the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Molecular Virology.

“There are currently omicron and delta co-infections and we found this strain that is a combination of these two,” Kostrikis said in an interview with Sigma TV Friday. The discovery was named “deltacron” due to the identification of omicron-like genetic signatures within the delta genomes, he said.

Kostrikis and his team have identified 25 such cases and the statistical analysis shows that the relative frequency of the combined infection is higher among patients hospitalized due to Covid-19 as compared to non-hospitalized patients.

The sequences of the 25 deltacron cases were sent to GISAID, the international database that tracks changes in the virus, on Jan. 7.

“We will see in the future if this strain is more pathological or more contagious or if it will prevail” over delta and omicron, he said. But his personal view is that this strain will also be displaced by the highly contagious omicron variant.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky Sunday morning refuted Justice Sotomayor’s statement that more than 100,000 children are hospitalized due to Covid.

During oral arguments on Friday, Supreme Court justice Sonia Sotomayor falsely claimed that over 100,000 children are hospitalized and in serious condition because of Covid.

“Many are on ventilators,” Sotomayor said.

This is a lie.

Walensky refuted Sotomayor during an interview with Bret Bair on Fox News Sunday.

“The number’s not 100,000. It’s roughly 3,500 in hospitals now?” Bret Bair asked.

“Yes,” Walensky replied.

Bair also asked Walensky if she felt “a responsibility as the CDC director to correct a very big mischaracterization by one of the Supreme Court justices?”

She refused to give a direct answer.

A concerned husband was forced to do his own research about the effects of wearing masks after a local college forced his wife to wear a mask at school.

Kris Stark reached out to The Gateway Pundit to share what he found. Based on the data he gathered, he found that bacteria can accumulate on both surgical and more so on cotton face masks if worn for a longer period of time.

As per the request of a local college, I researched the masks that my wife is requested to wear for her class, and here is what I have found:

I first visited the CDC website to see which masks would be acceptable and it states “Have two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric. Completely cover your nose and mouth. Fit snugly against the sides of your face and don’t have gap. Have a nose wire to prevent air from leaking out of the top of the mask.”

Further down it states that “If you have asthma, you can wear a mask. Discuss with your health care provider if you have any concerns about wearing a mask”.

I have concerns. If I have to speak with a medical provider about wearing a mask, it is a medical tool, devise, treatment, or procedure that I am being asked to partake in, against my informed consent.

Under the asthma tab, it says, “Use products safely and correctly. Always read and follow the directions on the product label to ensure you are using safely and effectively”, so I have done my research on the materials they have told me will keep me safe. My findings are as such:

I researched the effectiveness of recommended materials, here is what I have found: recommended 2-layer gaiters by CDC. 2 layers of gaiter only provide 20% protection for particles of .5 microns or larger.

It never addresses the fact that this recommended material (along with all recommended masks) harbor harmful bacteria, as scientifically proven by WDBJ7 news (Spreading Germs: How many bacteria are trapped by masks?)

To further prove my hypothesis; I looked into what caused the main bulk of death in the 1918 flu pandemic outbreak. I found that bacterial pneumonia caused more than half of all deaths.

Bacterial Pneumonia Caused Most Deaths in 1918 Influenza Pandemic
The majority of deaths during the influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 were not caused by the influenza virus acting alone, report researchers from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. Instead, most victims succumbed to bacterial pneumonia following influenza virus infection. The pneumonia was caused when bacteria that normally inhabit the nose and throat invaded the lungs along a pathway created when the virus destroyed the cells that line the bronchial tubes and lungs.

Where did these bacteria come from? The nose and throat. By wearing a mask, you are forcing her to rebreathe these harmful bacteria that her body should be expelling, but are proven science to be captured by masks or all kinds. (Revealed later)

Care providers and experts of the day in epidemiology, pathology, bacteriology, and infectious diseases clearly concurred that pneumonia from secondary bacterial infections caused most deaths during the pandemic (5–14). In his classic review, Jordan summarized the key factors involved in the production of influenza-related pneumonia during the pandemic as follows:

“(1) The influenza virus weakens the resistant power of the pulmonary tissues so that various bacteria are able to play the role of secondary invaders; (2) the precise nature of the secondary—and tertiary—invaders is largely a matter of accident, dependent on the occurrence of particular bacteria in the respiratory tract of persons at the time of infection, and in the case of group outbreaks, on their occurrence in contacts; (3) the character of the resulting pneumonia, clinical and pathologic, is largely determined by the nature of the secondary invaders, whether Pfeiffer bacillus, streptococcus, pneumococcus, or other organisms; (4) there seems little doubt that the influenza virus, besides depressing the general pulmonary resistance, also acts directly on the pulmonary tissues, causing capillary necrosis, edema, and hemorrhage; (5) it seems to be true, therefore, that the fatal outcome of influenza pneumonia is determined partly by the degree to which the influenza virus depresses local and general pulmonary resistance, and partly by the virulence and nature of the bacteria which invade the tissues in the wake of the specific virus” (6).

Which just so happen to be the same bacteria found in masks. Some of the bacteria found on a mask are, but not limited to:

Bacillus, Staphylococcus, and Acinetobacter spp. were mostly cultured from the masks and 43% of these isolates were resistant to ampicillin or erythromycin.
Microbial profiling demonstrated a consistent difference between mask types.

Bacillus
Methods and results: Spores from several Bacillus species, including seven strains of B. anthracis and six close neighbours, were prepared and studied using identical media, protocols and instruments. Here, we report the spore length and diameter distributions, as determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). We calculated the aspect ratio and volume of each spore. All the studied strains of B. anthracis had similar diameter (mean range between 0.81 +/- 0.08 microm and 0.86 +/- 0.08 microm). The mean lengths of the spores from different B. anthracis strains fell into two significantly different groups: one with mean spore lengths 1.26 +/- 0.13 microm or shorter, and another group of strains with mean spore lengths between 1.49 and 1.67 microm. The strains of B. anthracis that were significantly shorter also sporulated with higher yield at relatively lower temperature. The grouping of B. anthracis strains by size and sporulation temperature did not correlate with their respective virulence.

Staphylococci are Gram-positive cocci about 0.5 – 1.0 μm in diameter. They grow in clusters, pairs and occasionally in short chains. The clusters arise because staphylococci divide in two planes. The configuration of the cocci helps to distinguish micrococci and staphylococci from streptococci, which usually grow in chains. Observations must be made on cultures grown in broth, because streptococci grown on solid medium may appear as clumps. Several fields should be examined before deciding whether clumps or chains are present.

Acinetobacter spp cinetobacter cells are Gram-negative short rods (coccobacilli), measuring 1.0-1.5 by 1.5-2.5 microns during growth; they often become more coccoid during the stationary phase. Cells are found in pairs or small clusters; the groups form smooth, pale colonies on solid media. All species are strictly aerobic, catalase positive, and oxidase negative; it is the last test which is most used to distinguish Acinetobacter from other infective bacteria. These bacteria can use a varied selection of organic materials as sources of carbon.
These bacteria range from .5 to 2.5 microns. All well larger than can be safely released from a mask.

Cotton and Surgical Face Masks in Community Settings: Bacterial Contamination and Face Mask Hygiene
The general assumption is that both medical and non-medical mask use is safe (23, 24), although this has not yet been monitored or studied in detail. Studies on mask efficacy [e.g., (25–27)] generally do not account for the fact that the microorganisms in human saliva and exhaled breath could form a biosafety concern, especially when masks are worn for too long, not properly stored, or re-used without proper disinfection. In fact, the human saliva contains 100 million bacterial cells per milliliter and harbors a range of pathobionts, including Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Neisseria, Prevotella, and Veillonella spp. (28–31). Furthermore, cotton serves as substrate for microbial growth (32) and is able to retain moisture, making cotton masks more favorable for high microbial contamination than surgical masks. In addition, the reuse of cotton masks, moisture retention and poor filtration may result in increased risks of transmission of respiratory viruses compared to surgical masks (9).

Furthermore, provided by the same NIH study:
While a number of studies have focused on the importance of face masks in the transmissions of respiratory viruses (2, 17, 26), accumulation of pathobionts on the masks due to human saliva and exhaled breath represents a possible underestimated biosafety concern. Microorganisms present on the skin and in the upper respiratory tract could be transferred to the face mask while wearing it.

For optimal growth, bacterial cells need a surface to grow on, warmth, moisture, and nutrients, which is the environment created on the face mask due to exhaled air and water vapor (56). Growth of these microorganisms will also increase the amount of bacteria that are inhaled or could be transferred to the skin. This could theoretically cause some disturbance in the skin and nasal microbiome due to for instance the overgrowth of certain pathobionts, which are associated with an increased risk of inflammation and infections (57). For example, research has found that S. aureus is part of a healthy skin microbiome, but can cause skin infections when the abundance of this species increases (58). In several studies, the use of face masks has been associated with acne linked to an accumulation of S. aureus (59–61).

Conclusion:

Coercion, defined by Cornell Law:

The term “abuse or threatened abuse of the legal process” means the use or threatened use of a law or legal process, whether administrative, civil, or criminal, in any manner or for any purpose for which the law was not designed, in order to exert pressure on another person to cause that person to take some action or refrain from taking some action.

(2)Appropriate congressional committees
The term “appropriate congressional committees” means the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives.

(3)CoercionThe term “coercion” means—
(A) threats of serious harm to or physical restraint against any person;
(B) any scheme, plan, or pattern intended to cause a person to believe that failure to perform an act would result in serious harm to or physical restraint against any person; or
(C) the abuse or threatened abuse of the legal process coercion

Under US law:
Asking her to wear a mask with risk of being thrown out of class, or possibly illegally jailed, is asking her to consent to an unproven medical treatment that will endanger her health, this constitutes coercion. Coercion is illegal and becomes “Domestic terrorism”. Anyone else is involved in her coercion will also be charged, including but not limited to the police, school security, and staff, etc. Also, institutional fines of up to $100 million may be levied.

Us code 21 section 50.23 and .24 state; it is illegal to make anybody participate in an experimental program using coercion.

Under 18 US code section 2331 and subsection 802. In the definition of “domestic terrorism” is anytime a US citizen or a government in the US is forced to do something that it would not otherwise do. That’s not only coercion but domestic terrorism.

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that— (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States; and

Leondios Kostrikis, professor of biological sciences at the University of Cyprus, has discovered a new strain of Covid that combines Omicron and Delta dubbed “Deltacron,” according to Bloomberg News.

“There are currently omicron and delta co-infections and we found this strain that is a combination of these two,” Kostrikis said in an interview with Sigma TV Friday.

Bloomberg reported:

A strain of Covid-19 that combines delta and omicron was found in Cyprus, according to Leondios Kostrikis, professor of biological sciences at the University of Cyprus and head of the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Molecular Virology.

Kostrikis and his team have identified 25 such cases and the statistical analysis shows that the relative frequency of the combined infection is higher among patients hospitalized due to Covid-19 as compared to non-hospitalized patients. The sequences of the 25 deltacron cases were sent to GISAID, the international database that tracks changes in the virus, on Jan. 7.

“We will see in the future if this strain is more pathological or more contagious or if it will prevail” over delta and omicron, he said. But his personal view is that this strain will also be displaced by the highly contagious omicron variant.

Last week Israel recorded the first case of what health officials are calling “Flurona” – a mixture of two diseases, influenza and coronavirus.

Our article received a huge amount of attention as word got out that only 6% of all deaths reported as COVID deaths were actually due to COVID only. The remaining 94% of the deaths reported as COVID deaths were deaths with COVID where those who died had multiple other co-morbidities as well. On average, those who were labeled as dying from COVID had more than two other co-morbidities.

CDC Website Reveals Police Power Will be Used at Quarantine Stations for the “Benefit of Society”

The CDC stated on its website (last reviewed Sept. 2021) that to control the spread of disease within their borders, states have laws to enforce the use of isolation and quarantine. The law also includes the use of police power functions in their quarantine stations.

“In addition to serving as medical functions, isolation and quarantine also are “police power” functions, derived from the right of the state to take action affecting individuals for the benefit of society,” CDC stated on their website.

More from CDC:

States have police power functions to protect the health, safety, and welfare of persons within their borders. To control the spread of disease within their borders, states have laws to enforce the use of isolation and quarantine.

These laws can vary from state to state and can be specific or broad. In some states, local health authorities implement state law. In most states, breaking a quarantine order is a criminal misdemeanor.

Tribes also have police power authority to take actions that promote the health, safety, and welfare of their own tribal members. Tribal health authorities may enforce their own isolation and quarantine laws within tribal lands, if such laws exist.

Who Is in Charge:
1. The federal government

• Acts to prevent the entry of communicable diseases into the United States. Quarantine and isolation may be used at U.S. ports of entry.
• Is authorized to take measures to prevent the spread of communicable diseases between states.
• May accept state and local assistance in enforcing federal quarantine.
• May assist state and local authorities in preventing the spread of communicable diseases.

2. State, local, and tribal authorities

• Enforce isolation and quarantine within their borders.

It is possible for federal, state, local, and tribal health authorities to have and use all at the same time separate but coexisting legal quarantine power in certain events. In the event of a conflict, federal law is supreme.

The quarantine stations are located at 20 ports of entry and land-border crossings where most international travelers arrive as stated on the website. It seems like illegal immigrants are exempted in this case.

According to its authority and scope, CDC has the legal authority to detain any person who may have an infectious disease that is specified by the Executive Order to be quarantinable.

CDC may issue a federal isolation or quarantine order if a quarantinable disease is suspected or identified. Federal isolation or quarantine order was last enforced during influenza.

As stated above, some states, local health authorities implement state law.

Tucson’s KNST host Garret Lewis spoke to Kathleen Winn, a Congressional candidate from Southern Arizona, to discuss the death and destruction caused by disastrous COVID restrictions.

Lewis started the show talking about Arizona Attorney General Mark “nunchucks” Brnovich and his failure to update the public on his 2020 election investigation or talk about the Arizona audit on his cable news appearances. He also compared the state of our nation under the fraudulent Harris/Biden regime to President Trump’s historic America First presidency.

The true cause of this vaccine crisis was the real insurrection on November 3, 2020.

Kathleen joined Garret Lewis to talk about the horrific scene at the understaffed St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona.

Winn: This thing that I’m about to share with you is terrifying, because it’s in my district, and it’s solvable by the politicians. Carondelet St. Joe’s is owned by Tenet Health system. They’re a level one trauma center, and they are out in the east side of Tucson and they have been losing nurses. I think they’ve lost 18 nurses in the last three weeks. So they’re at critical levels. So they should have let’s say 12 nurses on a shift they have three or four. They’ve had people dying in the halls

Lewis: so Tenet came out about a month ago, maybe three weeks ago, and said that they have decided that their employees do not have to get the COVID shot to stay. I guess they were getting so short-staffed. Yet they’re losing all kinds of people left and right?

Winn: They said that but then they continue to bully their employees. So through that process, they have lost hundreds of nurses, plus. The other thing Tenet doesn’t tell you is they’re bragging to their stockholders about all the profits they made. The government gave Tenet and other medical institutions a lot of money for COVID. That money didn’t filter down to their workers, who are on the frontline. So now you can be a traveling nurse, now you can go work in a restaurant, you can go other places and not have the stress of this job. And unfortunately, the nurses that have stayed go into work in the morning. I’ve talked to them, they cry when they get there. They cry when they go home. People that cannot physically, emotionally, mentally do their job for much longer at the critical, low levels of nursing that they have right now.

Lewis: Let’s go back to the big shocking thing. You’ve been told by people that work at St. Joseph’s Hospital here that people have literally died in the hallways like on a bed because there was nobody to care for them?

Winn: In a chair, in a restroom, I believe one woman was there to see her husband who’s still there being treated and she said she wasn’t feeling well and she sat down in a chair and no one tended to her and several hours later… And here’s the problem. Hospitals have, you know, risk management. So typically, if someone just dies randomly in your hospital, someone would investigate it. No one’s investigating this like they haven’t, no one’s come down. No one’s asked them about it. So they’re just kind of ignoring what’s happening inside their hospital.

Lewis: They don’t want the bad news out so this lady just literally collapsed in a chair and died and nobody in the hospital noticed this?

Winn: For a couple of hours.

Lewis: She was dead for a couple of hours?

Winn: Yes.

Kathleen explains how these terrible COVID-19 policies and Governor Doug Ducey’s state of emergency are actually killing people.

She told TGP that this information came from the chief trauma surgeon, the head nurse, and EMT technicians at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Hospitals across the nation are facing similar issues and some are even forced to treat patients in the hallways.

Soon to be CD-6 Congressional candidate Kathleen Winn was told by St. Joseph’s Hospital staff that they are so short staffed that patients are dying in the waiting rooms and the hallways. And nobody is investigating this! COVID regulations are causing dangerous staffing problems leading to people dying in waiting rooms and hallways.
