I missed this brilliant satire that was published in September 2021. That was pre-Omricon times when Fauci and company still insisted that vaccines worked. It is published under Mark Hyman’s name at the American Spectator. What makes it even funnier (and tragic) now is the clear evidence that double-vaccinated and boosted fans of the jab are getting Covid. Biden can continue yelling at the camera about the imperative of getting vaccinated, but more Americans are now waking up and realizing that Fauci and company are wrong.

There is this fundamental truth–a genuine vaccine gives you protection against the disease it was created to defeat. In the world of real science, if you are vaccinated it does not matter if you come in contact with someone who is not vaccinated. You are protected.

None of this is true with respect to the Covid vaccines. I believe it is a scam designed to enrich pharmaceutical companies and those physicians, like Fauci, who have a financial stake and will profit from the sale of these so-called vaccines.

Here is a portion of Hyman’s take:

Lou: So, I don’t need to get vaccinated to protect you because you’re already protected from the virus by the vaccination you already got.
Bud: No, you must get the vaccination to protect me from the virus.
Lou: You mean the vaccination doesn’t work?
Bud: It does work.
Lou: If the vaccination works and you’re protected from the virus because you already got the vaccination then it doesn’t matter if I don’t get vaccinated.
Bud: But it does matter. Because if you don’t vaccinate you can give me the virus.
Lou: Let me see if I have this straight.
Bud: Okay.
Lou: You got the vaccination?
Bud: Yes.
Lou: The vaccination protects you from the virus?
Bud: Correct.
Lou: So, it doesn’t matter if I don’t get the vaccination because you’re already protected from the virus?
Bud: No.
Lou: Are you telling me the vaccination doesn’t work?
Bud: No, I’m telling you the vaccination does work.
Lou: Then why must I get the vaccination?
Bud: To protect me from the virus.

Reports from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) including non-domestic reports showed there are now over a million cases of COVID-19 vaccine adverse reaction including more than 21,000 deaths through December 24, 2021.

The VAERS website is now reporting a total of 1,000,227 COVID vaccine adverse events according to the latest number.

There are now:

** 21,002 reported deaths from the COVID vaccine
** 110,609 reported hospitalizations
** 3,435 miscarriages
** 10,640 heart attacks
** 22, 117 developed myocarditis/pericarditis
** 35,650 permanently disabled
** 23,892 life threatening condition.

The chart shows there was 21,504 reported death for the year 2021 and most of the deaths occurred the same day they were vaccinated. See below:

As early as 12-years-old reported to develop myocarditis/pericarditis and the most affected are from the age range 15-25 years old. See below:

17,485 people who developed myocarditis/pericarditis had received the Pfizer vaccine, 4,273 Moderna, and only 317 from J&J.

The number of deaths linked to the CDC-promoted vaccines this year has absolutely skyrocketed, according to the CDC’s own data.

The VAERS database contains information on unverified reports of adverse events (illnesses, health problems and/or symptoms) following immunization with US-licensed vaccines. The CDC government website links to VAERS platform.

What VAERS Says: “‘VAERS occasionally receives case reports from US manufacturers that were reported to their foreign subsidiaries. Under FDA regulations, if a manufacturer is notified of a foreign case report that describes an event that is both serious and unexpected (in other words, it does not appear in the product labeling), they are required to submit it to VAERS.”

A federal judge has rejected a request by the FDA to produce just 500 pages per month of the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine - and has ordered them to produce 55,000 pages per month. Assuming there are roughly 450,000 pages, that means it will take just over eight months for the world to see what's under the hood.



Attorney Aaron Siri, who represents the plaintiff in the case, has provided this stunning update via his blog, Injecting Freedom:

On behalf of a client, my firm requested that the FDA produce all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine. The FDA asked the Court for permission to only be required to produce at a rate of 500 pages per month, which would have taken over 75 years to produce all the documents.

I am pleased to report that a federal judge soundly rejected the FDA’s request and ordered the FDA to produce all the data at a clip of 55,000 pages per month!

This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal “health” authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program – issues which include waning immunity, variants evading vaccine immunity, and, as the CDC has confirmed, that the vaccines do not prevent transmission.

No person should ever be coerced to engage in an unwanted medical procedure.

And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead. That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society.

In ordering the release of the documents in a timely manner, the Judge recognized that the release of this data is of paramount public importance and should be one of the FDA’s highest priorities. He then aptly quoted James Madison as saying a “popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy” and John F. Kennedy as explaining that a “nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
PHMPT, Plaintiff v. FDA, Defendant, No. 4:21-cv-1058-P
ORDER
This case involves the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”). Specifically, at issue is Plaintiff’s FOIA request seeking “[a]ll data and information for the Pfizer Vaccine enumerated in 21 C.F.R. § 601.51(e) with the exception of publicly available reports on the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System” from the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).

See ECF No. 1. As has become standard, the Parties failed to agree to a mutually acceptable production schedule; instead, they submitted dueling production schedules for this Court’s consideration.

Accordingly, the Court held a conference with the Parties to determine an appropriate production schedule.[1] See ECF Nos. 21, 34.

“Open government is fundamentally an American issue” – it is neither a Republican nor a Democrat issue.[2] As James Madison wrote, “[a] popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps, both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance: And a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.”[3] John F. Kennedy likewise recognized that “a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”[4] And, particularly appropriate in this case, John McCain (correctly) noted that “[e]xcessive administrative secrecy . . . feeds conspiracy theories and reduces the public’s confidence in the government.”[5]

Echoing these sentiments, “[t]he basic purpose of FOIA is to ensure an informed citizenry, [which is] vital to the functioning of a democratic society.” NLRB v. Robbins Tire & Rubber Co., 437 U.S. 214, 242 (1977).

“FOIA was [therefore] enacted to ‘pierce the veil of administrative secrecy and to open agency action to the light of public scrutiny.’”

Batton v. Evers, 598 F.3d 169, 175 (5th Cir. 2010) (quoting Dep’t of the Air Force v. Rose, 425 U.S. 352, 361 (1976)). And “Congress has long recognized that ‘information is often useful only if it is timely’ and that, therefore ‘excessive delay by the agency in its response is often tantamount to denial.’” Open Soc’y Just. Initiative v. CIA, 399 F. Supp. 3d 161, 165 (S.D.N.Y. 2019) (quoting H.R. REP. NO. 93-876, at 6271 (1974)).

When needed, a court “may use its equitable powers to require an agency to process documents according to a court-imposed timeline.”

Clemente v. FBI, 71 F. Supp. 3d 262, 269 (D.D.C. 2014).

Here, the Court recognizes the “unduly burdensome” challenges that this FOIA request may present to the FDA. See generally ECF Nos. 23, 30, 34. But, as expressed at the scheduling conference, there may not be a “more important issue at the Food and Drug Administration . . . than the pandemic, the Pfizer vaccine, getting every American vaccinated, [and] making sure that the American public is assured that this was not [] rush[ed] on behalf of the United States . . . .” ECF No. 34 at 46. Accordingly, the Court concludes that this FOIA request is of paramount public importance.

“tale information is of little value.” Payne Enters., Inc. v. United States, 837 F.2d 486, 494 (D.C. Cir. 1988). The Court, agreeing with this truism, therefore concludes that the expeditious completion of Plaintiff’s request is not only practicable, but necessary. See Bloomberg, L.P. v. FDA, 500 F. Supp. 2d 371, 378 (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 15, 2007) (“t is the compelling need for such public understanding that drives the urgency of the request.”). To that end, the Court further concludes that the production rate, as detailed below, appropriately balances the need for unprecedented urgency in processing this request with the FDA’s concerns regarding the burdens of production. See Halpern v. FBI, 181 F.3d 279, 284–85 (2nd Cir. 1991) (“[FOIA] emphasizes a preference for the fullest possible agency disclosure of such information consistent with a responsible balancing of competing concerns . . . .”).

Accordingly, having considered the Parties’ arguments, filings in support, and the applicable law, the Court ORDERS that:

1. The FDA shall produce the “more than 12,000 pages” articulated in its own proposal, see ECF No. 29 at 24, on or before January 31, 2022.
2. The FDA shall produce the remaining documents at a rate of 55,000 pages every 30 days, with the first production being due on or before March 1, 2022, until production is complete.
3. To the extent the FDA asserts any privilege, exemption, or exclusion as to any responsive record or portion thereof, FDA shall, concurrent with each production required by this Order, produce a redacted version of the record, redacting only those portions as to which privilege, exemption, or exclusion is asserted.
4. The Parties shall submit a Joint Status Report detailing the progress of the rolling production by April 1, 2022, and every 90 days thereafter.[6]
SO ORDERED on this 6th day of January, 2022.

Xi'an Authorities Block All "Negative" Posts On Social Media As Lockdown Backlash Grows

As Beijing struggles with the worsening outbreak in Xi'an, the provincial capital of 13M that has been under lockdown for about 2 weeks now, authorities are finding it increasingly difficult to paper over the popular outcry. So, authorities in the northern Chinese city have banned "negative news" on social media as many residents took to Weibo and other platforms to complain about their present circumstances.



The citywide lockdown, believed to be the most brutal since the original Spring 2020 lockdown in Wuhan, has left many stranded at home without enough food, and without access to medical treatment. Unfortunately, they'll need to keep their complaints private if they want to avoid angering the powers that be.

"From Jan. 4, people are banned from posting details of the pandemic restrictions or information about the road situation, videos, links, mini-apps or photos of the situation, particularly negative news," the municipal government said in a mass text message to the city's 13M residents. "There is background surveillance operating on all WeChat groups, and any negative news will be deleted as soon as it is sent," the message said. "Please bear this in mind and pass the message on."

Radio Free Asia reports that the message was triggered by a wave of public dissatisfaction and online complaints as people have been prevented from leaving their homes to buy groceries and basic necessities.

Just like in Wuhan, many have been turned away from hospitals for medical treatment because they come from high or medium-risk areas.

Instead of allowing complaints to fill up social media platforms, the local government in Xi'an is running a high-profile propaganda campaign to remind people of the efforts underway to bring shipments of fresh food to beleaguered residents.

Amusingly, some residents have been pressed into service of this campaign: RFA managed to get its hands on a clip of a family receiving a delivery of food and drink, before being asked to thank the government by the agents who delivered the shipment.

"You should thank the government," the officer is seen saying. "Thank you, government, for your care, thank you," replies the resident, having just received a white radish, three potatoes, six carrots and two onions."

One Xi'an resident said the authorities want to put the people's complaints "on mute".

"They want to put us on mute, so that we can't talk about anything negative regarding the pandemic restrictions," Feng said.

Another resident complained that the government can silence people, but it can't fool them.

"It's pretty clear now what the government is doing," Ma said. "Now, if people are hungry, they're not allowed to say so."

"This isn't a place fit for humans to live, where they won't even let sick people seek medical treatment, or give birth -- that's how they treat people in a pandemic," she said.

Xi'an isn't alone. Lockdowns are also in place in Henan province's Yuzhou city and in the central city of Zhengzhou. There are also restrictions on travel in and out of Beijing ahead of the 2022 Winter Olympics on Feb. 4, and lockdowns have also impacted the port at Ningbo, as we reported earlier.

As UK Takes Foot Off Throat, European Authoritarians Escalate Attacks On Unvaxx'd

COVID cases have continued to climb across Europe, and while UK PM Boris Johnson has stood his ground, saying he won't revive economy-crushing lockdowns, in Italy, PM Mario Draghi is moving ahead with his plans to make vaccines mandatory for all Italian citizens over the age of 50.

Sources inside Italy's "control room" virus task force have apparently confirmed the PM's plan, according to ANSA, the Italian-language newswire.



The recommendations are expected to be approved by a cabinet meeting later Wednesday.



Draghi's crackdown on the elderly is on par with French President Emmanuel Macron, who said during an interview that he really wanted to "piss off" the unvaccinated.

"I am not about pissing off the French people," Macron told the readers of Le Parisien on Tuesday.'

"But as for the non-vaccinated, I really want to piss them off. And we will continue to do this, to the end. This is the strategy."

Circling back to the situation in Italy, PM Draghi said the so-called 'Super Green Pass' would be used to verify that workers have been vaccinated.

The control room is made up of key ministers representing majority parties and public health officials and led by Premier Mario Draghi.

Over in the UK, Boris Johnson said Wednesday that he didn't see a reason to go into lockdowns, at lest not right away.

As for whether the UK should move toward a lockdown, BoJo noted that lockdowns are not "cost free", in fact they represent a serious tax on the livelihoods of those who are prevented from working because of them.

The UK added nearly 200K new cases on Wednesday; prompting NHS workers to insist that there's still justification for a lockdown.

So far, an estimated 3.7M Britons have been infected with COVID as of the end of December, as the UK deals with the highest number of weekly cases recorded yet.

Infections in the week ending Dec. 31 were up around 60% from the 2.3M infections recorded a week earlier.

As millions of Chinese brace for another weeks-long lockdown, this time in Xi'an, the analysts over at the Eurasia Group believe that the "failure" of President Xi's "COVID Zero" policy is one of the biggest policy blunders to look out for in 2022.

As the firm does every year, Eurasia Group on Monday announced its breakdown of the biggest risks for 2022, and coming in at the No. 4 spot is China's refusal to abandon its "COVID Zero" policies.


For one, China's inability to contain outbreaks could trigger a supply chain collapse and other global economic disruptions both inside China and abroad.

The Eurasia Group acknowledges that the present view on its "COVID Zero" approach is a major departure from 2020, when China's zero COVID policy helped it "look incredibly successful in 2020."

Now, it has become "a fight against a much more transmissible variant with broader lockdowns and vaccines with limited effectiveness."

While individuals will spend more time in digital spaces this year, both at work and at home, the biggest technology firms are "writing the algorithms that decide what people see and hear, determine their economic and social opportunities and ultimately influence what they think."

What's more, China's population has "virtually no" antibodies protecting it against omicron despite all the jabs and boosters they have received. It's "exactly the opposite of where President Xi" wants us to to be. Xi wants his country to be in the run-up to his third term, but there's nothing he can do about it: The initial success of "Zero COVID" and President Xi's personal attachment to it makes the policy seemingly impossible to change course.

Unvaccinated Australians in the Northern Territory have been put under a new lockdown during which they won’t be allowed to go outside to exercise or travel to work.


Yes, really.

The onerous new measures were announced by NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner in response to the detection of 256 new cases of COVID-19, including 27 cases of community transmission.

“The fully vaccinated can continue as they were. For people who are not vaccinated, lockdown rules will apply to everyone aged 16 and above,” Mr Gunner said.

The unvaccinated will be banned from traveling further than 30km from their home unless they’re traveling to hospital.

Gunner said that unjabbed Aussies in the region will be forbidden from taking an hour of outdoor exercise and won’t be allowed to travel to their job.

“Unlike previous lockdown rules, unvaccinated people will not be able to leave home to go to work or for exercise,” he asserted.

The rules are being introduced despite the fact that across the entire territory, only 23 people are in hospital with COVID-19 and just two are in the ICU.

Fully vaccinated people will not be subject to any further restrictions, despite the fact that they can still spread the virus.

Indeed, a new study out of Denmark found that the Omicron variant spreads faster within vaccinated people.

According to a summary of the study, “Omicron spreads faster than Delta among those who are fully vaccinated, and even higher between those who have received booster shots.”

Australia continues to pursue its disastrous ‘zero COVID’ policy at the expense of fundamental human rights.

The Northern Territory region has set up a network of COVID internment camps, including one at Howard Springs centre near Darwin, where people aren’t allowed to leave.

Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel on Thursday said people will likely need a Covid booster by the fall of 2022 to increase their protection against the China virus.

Bancel said the efficacy of the current booster shot will decline over the next several months and people will need a fourth jab before winter 2022.

People with underlying health conditions will need annual Covid boosters indefinitely, according to Bancel.

Bancel’s comments come just one day after the CDC said the term ‘fully vaccinated’ is being replaced with ‘up-to-date’ shots.

CNBC reported:

Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel on Thursday said the efficacy of boosters against Covid-19 will likely decline over time, and people may need a fourth shot in the fall of 2022 to increase their protection.

Bancel said people who received their boosters in the fall of 2021 will likely have enough protection to get them through the winter, when new infections surge as people gather indoors to escape the cold.

However, Bancel said the efficacy of boosters will probably decline over the course of several months, similar to what happened with the first two doses. The Moderna chief was interviewed by Goldman Sachs during the investment bank’s health-care CEO conference.

“I still believe we’re going to need boosters in the fall of ’22 and forward,” Bancel said, adding that people who are older or have underlying health conditions might need annual boosters for years to come.

“We have been saying that we believe first this virus is not going away,” Bancel said. “We’re gonna have to live with it.”

Last month, Italy imposed new restrictions on the unvaxxed amid concern over the Omicron variant that only seems to be infecting fully vaccinated individuals.

Most public activities will be banned for people without a Covid “Super Green Pass.”

The Super Green Pass will be needed to enter theaters, sporting events, restaurants, and bars. Violators will be charged between 400 and 1,000 euros.

The Studenti Control Il Green Pass (Italian Students Against Green Pass) is asking for help regarding the current situation in Italy. The movement believed that this green pass is not a health measure but a political way to discriminate and restructure society.

According to the group, Italy is now turning into a sanitary regime.

There is an emergency in our country !

The movement decided to create a video hoping for international support and solidarity as the entire world is facing the same crisis.

One of the students who speak out is an Italian med student named Joseph. He accused the Italian government of making his life miserable because he decided not to be a “guinea pig” to an experimental gene therapy that could lead to severe consequences on his health. Here’s the transcript from the video below:

My name is Joseph I’m an Italian Med student and today I want to tell you how the Italian government made my life miserable just because I decided to refuse an experimental gene therapy which could have severe consequences for my health.

Firstly, I’m not allowed to go to the restaurant, to the cinema, to the pub or to the gym. It’s funny because this government pretends to care for my health while it is actually preventing me from going to the gym, which would make me healthier than I already am. And it is also preventing me from having a social life which could lead me to depression and to all the negative consequences that depression has on the mind and the body of a young man like me.

Secondly, I am not allowed to take a bus, a train, or a plane if their destination is within national boundaries. Basically, I’m only allowed to take my car to move into this country. Otherwise, I’m going to get fined and possibly thrown out of the bus or the train or not allowed into the plane.

“Real science doesn’t force you to believe, it just shows you,” said by Victoria, another speaker who is a dentistry student. Here’s the transcript:

I have learned in my studies that real science doesn’t force you to believe, it just shows you. And what did the COVID certification for working, studying and social occasions show us that the Italian government is guilty of creating unhealthy places since you can still catch and pass COVID with the vaccine, firstly.

Secondly, it’s creating discrimination, social exclusion through blackmail and the use of force, and it’s preventing the right to study an education through a certification we call Green Pass. Is this what real science needs to do to be heard? Aren’t universities meant to be a place for exchanging ideas, opinions, theories?

The term University itself comes from Latin word Universitas, which means wholeness altogether. So what are we going to lose in terms of social intellectual enrichment? How many lives, dreams, hopes are we going to sacrifice in the name of a new religion we now call science?

Dr. Marty Makary, a medical doctor and researcher at Johns Hopkins, said the NIH funded “257 grants on social disparities” related to COVID-19 “but only four” on the coronavirus’s spread.

Makary joined Drs. Peter Attia and Zubin Damania on the former’s podcast, The Drive, published on Monday, in which he said:

We just did this study of NIH research funding last year. Less than five percent went to COVID research. Three months into the pandemic, 0.05 percent of the NIH’s budget went to COVID research. The average time for them to give a grant was five months to fund a research team to then start the research.

He added, “Two-fifty-seven grants on social disparities with COVID — an important topic — but only four on how it spreads, and one on masks which hasn’t even read out yet. So the most basic questions doctors needed evidence for, that was not being conducted.”

The Biden administration regularly frame “equity” between demographic groups along ethnic and racial lines as a political priority.

Makary said the NIH failed to promptly investigate basic questions about COVID-19. He said:

We were all getting the questions — How does it spread? Do masks work? How long are you contagious for? Can you spread it pre-symptomatic? – All the basic questions of COVID, we did not have answers, because our gigantic $4.2 trillion dollar healthcare system could not do the basic bedside clinical research. I remember Peter [Attia] was even doing a quick video about, ‘Somebody please do this study.’ We were all saying the same thing. Labs were mostly closed because there was no PPE.

The NIH was unable to pivot their $42 billion dollars to answer these questions quickly. … We had a vacuum of scientific research, and all the doctors were on the front lines without any data to really answer these questions, and that’s when the groupthink began, and guess what ended up filling that vacuum? Political opinions.

The NIH is not investigating natural immunity to COVID-19 as part of its broader strategy, Makary held:

Why has the NIH not done a study on natural immunity? It keeps saying, ‘We don’t know.’ They’re ignoring the 141 studies that have been documented by the Brownstone Institute. It’s not that hard. Go to New York, where people had the infection, interview them, test their blood. Why is my research team doing this without NIH funding?

Because the NIH is not only not funding it, they’re not doing it, and they’re relying on two really flawed studies that the CDC put out. This is the distortion of science itself, shutting down scientific discussion and that should be our greatest lesson.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and chief medical adviser to the president, said in September of 2020 that he had no “firm answer” when asked by CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta about advocacy for vaccination among those who recovered from COVID-19.

Makary stated, “The data on natural immunity being 27 times more protective [than vaccination is] not mentioned once –ever — by public health officials.” He urged:

Martin Kuldorff — who has the Harvard professor, now he’s at Brownstone Institute — has summarized the 141 studies on natural immunity, and so, when Fauci gets on the TV and says, ‘We just don’t know about natural immunity,’ well, do the study. How hard is it? This is not the riddle of the sphinx. You can figure out how many people have been reinfected from the original days of New York and had severe illness.

The “greatest lesson” of the COVID-19 spread, he concluded, is how a “corruption of science” and “distortion of science” leads to “shutting down scientific discussion.

New Research Shows Why the COVID19 “Vaccines” are Killing Professional Athletes

The number of athletes suffering heart damage or dying after getting The Jab continues to climb. A “Pandemic” almost entirely ignored by the Legacy American media. They don’t want to slow their own rollout, but the trend has not gone unnoticed or investigated by researchers.

The research itself is relatively dry, but a physician who linked to one of my posts about German Soccer Players dropping dead has a great breakdown of the issue.

It is a first look at what is probably causing athletes who have received the mRNA vaccines to suffer heart injury and death.

An athlete’s muscles need a lot of oxygen when they’re playing, and the heart has to pump more blood to meet the oxygen demand, and it has to beat faster. The rapid heart rate also increases the heart muscles’ oxygen need, and the heart’s blood vessels have to dilate to allow more blood to flow through.

If the heart’s oxygen demand is not met, the cardiac muscles cannot pump blood to the whole body, including the brain, and the brain stops functioning, and the player collapses.

If the player does not get immediate medical attention, the heart muscle dies, and so can the player. Heart attacks result from the lack of oxygen to the heart.

Dr. Santiano MD then explains how “endothelial cells and pericytes in the cardiac blood vessels have to play as a team” to ensure the heart gets enough oxygen when it needs it.



Athletes exerting themselves will enter numerous or even continuous phases when their hearts need more oxygen to meet the demand, where increased blood flow is critical.

The study was from the Bristol Medical School in the UK and published in Clinical Science. In brief, the paper showed that the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 can disrupt cardiac pericyte functions independent of a COVID19 infection.

The research found that spike proteins by eliciting pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1 beta, IL-1β, interleukin-6 IL-6, and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 MCP1. The same cytokines are increased in patients with severe COVID-19 that have cytokine storms. The cytokines then cause damage to the heart muscles and form blood clots.

The spike proteins also stimulate ERK1 and ERK2 and impair the “teamwork” of the pericytes and endothelial cells. The result is the death of endothelial cells. Once it dies, the cardiac blood vessels can not dilate to meet the demands of a rapidly beating heart.

If all of this is correct, otherwise strong, healthy people who have nothing to fear from COVID19 are being encouraged or forced to receive a “vaccine” that presents a significantly greater threat to their health than SARS CoV2.

Not just athletes. Anyone who has received The Jab™ who engages in similar activity has an increased risk of heart damage or failure.

That won’t in any way stop the Jabasaurus or its advocates, who are probably producing contrary research as I write this. They’ll want to calm the public if this problem could manifest itself years later in children who were jabbed (and didn’t need it) pursue sports as a passion or a career.

If the changes are long-lasting or permanent, that could turn their job or hobby into a death sentence. A defect caused by unnecessary vaccination that could come out of nowhere and kill them.

Their lives would suddenly end just like the athletes throughout 2021, who have collapsed and died before our eyes.

Italy has made vaccination against the Chinese Coronavirus mandatory for over-50s in the country, as well as banning the unvaccinated from various workplaces, according to government sources.

Compulsory vaccination is imminent for those over the age of 50 in Italy, according to reports from government sources, with the country set also to ban the unjabbed and unrecovered from various workplaces.

The news comes after a meeting of the government’s “Control Room” virus task force on the topic.

According to a report by leading Italian wire service ANSA, anyone over the age of 50 in Italy will be obliged to be jabbed against the Chinese Coronavirus, the measure becoming effective immediately.

The measure was reportedly objected to by Italian Party La Lega, which is currently part of the country’s ruling coalition.

“La Lega is opposed to the indiscriminate vaccination obligation and proposes to use scientific and not ideological criteria: the absolute majority of ICU admissions concern people over the age of 65,” said one source within the party, according to Il Giornale.

The source also reportedly said that the party was calling for “protection of the elderly and the frail, compensation for those damaged by vaccinations” as well as “immediately a relief decree for those who lose their jobs, no children without school”.

Also reported to soon be entering into effect is a ban on unvaccinated individuals in a wide variety of workplaces, both public and private.

This will be done through the implementation of the so-called “Super Green Pass“, which can only be obtained through being vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19.

Proof of a negative test for the virus is never sufficient for access to a location or service requiring the Super Green Pass, according to government rules.

Workers in shops, shopping centres, public offices, Municipalities, Provinces, Regions, commercial services and public services will all be required to have a Super Green Pass, according to Il Giornale.

Meanwhile, the need for the pass will also be expanded on the user end for banks, PA services, as well as hairdressers and beauticians.



Italy was reported to be considering banning unvaccinated individuals from workplaces earlier in the week, with the nation’s Undersecretary of Health, Andrea Costa, saying the measure would nudge people towards getting jabbed.

“I believe that, given the numbers of infections and increasing hospital pressure, it is reasonable to immediately extend the super green pass in the workplace,” Costa said. “It will be a big boost to speed up the vaccination campaign and impose severe restrictions on those who do not get vaccinated.”

Costa, while admitting the move could lead to “tensions”, said that the views of dissenters should not dictate policy.

“We cannot allow the positions of a minority to jeopardize the results achieved to date,” the undersecretary said.

The forthcoming extension of the Super Green Pass adds further to the measures present in Italy segregating the vaccinated from the unjabbed within society.

Unvaccinated individuals had already been banned from indoor dining, theatres, and sports events under government regulations, while requiring proof of a negative test in order to go to work or avail of public transport.

Meanwhile, desperate Italians have employed various measures to get around the rules, with one going so far as to attend a jab appointment with a fake arm in order to avoid receiving the vaccine.

Texas knows Biden vaccine mandate is overreach. Now, Supreme Court should confirm it Fort Worth Star Telegram by Nicole Russell. January 7, 2022. The Supreme Court will hear two emergency challenges Friday to President Joe Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandates for large businesses and healthcare workers, testing the limits of executive power amid a relentless pandemic. The challengers are various religious organizations, private businesses and Republican-led states, which will argue Biden has no authority to mandate a vaccine for them. While Texas did not specifically join one of these challenges, Attorney General Ken Paxton had repeatedly sued Secretary Xavier Becerra at the Department of Health and Human Services over the mandate already. On Dec. 15, federal court Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk, a Donald Trump appointee, granted a preliminary injunction, temporarily halting Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. The Department of Justice cited that ruling in its application for stay to the Supreme Court in the Biden v. Missouri case. “This is a win for liberty. I mean really, 2020 is like, so yesterday… Combining all years sure makes good fear-porn though, doesn’t it? Seriously, 2020, 2021 and 2022 are apples and oranges in terms of variants, treatments, vaccines and deaths, etc. In order to look seriously at the data, those data now need to be segmented by year – just like for any other disease. On the World Meters tracker, the USA ranks 20th out of 211 nations in deaths per million population. Now, before I go any further, think about that statistic. The USA, one of the wealthiest nations in the world, has one of the highest death rates in the world from COVID-19. This is pretty shocking. Now wouldn’t it be good to know whether this death rate has varied over the years or is consistent over time? So, trackers - please let’s tone down the fear porn and present the data in formats that can be easily analyzed. The pre-print article below is backed up by solid data that observes for young men, the risk of myocarditis is greater with the mRNA vaccines than from natural infection. Please read that statement again for comprehension. Risk of myocarditis following sequential COVID-19 vaccinations by age and sex December 25, 2022 medRxiv doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.12.23.21268276 For younger males receiving a second dose of mRNA-1273 vaccine, the risk of myocarditis was higher following vaccination than infection In summary, the risk of hospital admission or death from myocarditis is greater following COVID-19 infection than following vaccination and remains modest following sequential doses of mRNA vaccine including a third booster dose of BNT162b in the overall population. However, the risk of myocarditis following vaccination is consistently higher in younger males, particularly following a second dose of RNA mRNA-1273 vaccine. NOTE: Other adverse events are not factored into this analysis. That means that the cumulative effects for all adverse events stratified by age and sex are not analyzed in this study. Below are some of the notable statements of that article: All the advisers acknowledged that they were obligated to make difficult choices, based on sparse research, in the middle of a public health emergency. But some said they felt compelled to vote for the shots because of the way the federal agencies framed the questions that they were asked to consider. Other committee experts said that they wanted to avoid confusing the public further by dissenting, or that they voted according to their views of the evidence and were simply overruled. “These are not evidence-based recommendations,” said Dr. Sarah S. Long, a pediatric infectious disease expert at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, and a member of the C.D.C.’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. But the immunity boost is transient; already preliminary studies are showing a decline in antibody levels just weeks after a third dose. And even at peak antibody levels, the boost does not uniformly prevent infection with Omicron, which is less vulnerable to the body’s immune defenses. “It doesn’t make sense to keep boosting against a strain that’s already gone,” said Ali Ellebedy, an immunologist at Washington University in St. Louis. This is starting to sound to my ear like the approved narrative is crumbling, a few of the culpable who succumbed to the mass formation are coming to realize that they are going to have to live with awareness of some seriously bad decisions that they have made, and that the underlying logic of the Fauci/Biden COVID-19 public policies have some serious flaws. But I think that this quote from former collaborator Dr. Nathalie Dean (who is very invested in the currently dominant paradigms) may provide the best closing summary of the situation: “We’re going somewhere fast, but we don’t know where we’re going,” said Natalie Dean, a biostatistician at Emory University in Atlanta. “Whatever the future holds, it just needs to be clear what the goal is.” The government is now officially wandering, lost in the wilderness of their own private mass formation hell. Except it is not only their hell, but also ours. Perhaps a bit less propaganda and censorship, and a bit more listening to other opinions might finally be in order?

With Omicron: Negative Efficacy Like Never Before UKHSA Vaccine Efficacy Statistics: 2022, Week 1​ eugyppius Jan 7 Because of my reduced Christmas posting schedule, I missed the UKHSA Week 51 report, so I owe you, loyal readers, a few graphs. First, let us cast our minds back to the Week 50 report. Here’s what case rates by vaccination status looked like then: At the time, remember, we were preoccupied by the effect of booster doses in restoring positive efficacy for the 60+ crowd; meanwhile, younger age brackets were sliding ever deeper into negative territory. For context: Between 15 Nov. and 12 Dec., Omicron still accounted for no more than a minority of infections in the UK. The week 51 numbers, where the four-week running average is shifted just one week later, look vastly different: This must be a combination of pre-holiday testing and Omicron, which by 19 Dec. was surging towards 40% of all infections in Britain. The latest data from the 2022 Week 1 report that dropped yesterday reveal an even more pronounced pattern, with negative efficacy returning to every age bracket over 18: For what it’s worth, the UKHSA test negative-control investigation of vaccine effectiveness against symptomatic Omicron infection (where vaccination rates in PCR negatives are compared to vaccination rates in PCR positives) finds that vaccine effectiveness in the double-dosed does not fade below zero. Their latest analysis includes 169,888 Delta cases and 204,036 Omicron cases. Here’s two doses of AstraZeneca with either a BioNTech or a Moderna booster: And two doses of BioNTech with a BioNTech or Moderna booster: As the Health Security Agency loves to tell us, their numbers showing negative efficacy are unadjusted, and doubtless unreliable, because there’s no way of knowing the precise size of the unvaccinated population. Nevertheless, it seems clear by now that negative efficacy is real. It looks like the more you test regardless of symptoms, the more you find it. This would be why it emerges so strongly in pre-Christmas testing, when millions of perfectly healthy people got tested to know whether it was safe to see their elderly relatives. This would also be why the effect is missing from the UKHSA text negative-control numbers, which look only at people who sought out testing because of illness. Now as is customary, the 60-day death numbers … and the 60-day death rates:
