New study: Vaccine risks too high for children
Scientists find more deaths from shots amid uncertain long-term impact

A paper by scientists from Europe and the United States concluded after reviewing data that the risks related to vaccinating children outweigh the potential benefits.

"The bulk of the official COVID-19-attributed deaths per capita occur in the elderly with high comorbidities, and the COVID-19 attributed deaths per capita are negligible in children," they write in the journal Toxicology Reports.

The researchers pointed out that clinical vaccine trials lasted only a few months, and the samples were not representative of the total population. For adolescents and children, they argued, the trials had poor predictive power because of their small size.

"Further, the clinical trials did not address changes in biomarkers that could serve as early warning indicators of elevated predisposition to serious diseases," they wrote in the paper's abstract.

"Most importantly, the clinical trials did not address long-term effects that, if serious, would be borne by children/adolescents for potentially decades."

They concluded that a "novel best-case scenario cost-benefit analysis showed very conservatively that there are five times the number of deaths" attributable to each vaccine inoculation compared to those attributable to COVID-19 in the most vulnerable 65-and-older demographic.

"The risk of death from COVID-19 decreases drastically as age decreases, and the longer-term effects of the inoculations on lower age groups will increase their risk-benefit ratio, perhaps substantially," they said.

The highlights of the paper:
  • Bulk of COVID-19 per capita deaths occur in elderly with high comorbidities.
  • Per capita COVID-19 deaths are negligible in children.
  • Clinical trials for these inoculations were very short-term.
  • Clinical trials did not address long-term effects most relevant to children.
  • High post-inoculation deaths reported in VAERS (very short-term).
On Monday, three days after a U.S. Food and Drug Administration advisory panel voted against Pfizer's application for a COVID-19 booster shot for people over 16, the drug giant announced clinical trials show its vaccine is safe and effective for children aged 5 to 11.

The company said it will submit its data to the FDA as soon as possible.

As WND reported Friday, with the Biden administration set to roll out its COVID-19 vaccination booster plan this week, the FDA panel concluded that, among many concerns, there is insufficient data to judge the Pfizer vaccine's risks to younger groups. The members highlighted the possible increased risk for heart inflammation, or myocarditis, particularly among males ages 16-17.
In July, Dr. Marty Makary argued in a Wall Street Journal editorial that the evidence behind the CDC's push to vaccinate children is flimsy, arguing the agency overcounts COVID hospitalizations and deaths, and won't consider whether or not one shot is sufficient for many people.

Makary, a professor at Johns Hopkins University, noted that at the time, the CDC had counted 335 children under 18 who had died with a COVID-19 diagnosis code in their record. The current figure is 439.

"Yet the CDC, which has 21,000 employees, hasn't researched each death to find out whether Covid caused it or if it involved a pre-existing medical condition," he wrote.

Without such information, the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices decided in May that the benefits of two-dose vaccination outweigh the risks for children 12 to 15.

"I've written hundreds of peer-reviewed medical studies, and I can think of no journal editor who would accept the claim that 335 deaths resulted from a virus without data to indicate if the virus was incidental or causal, and without an analysis of relevant risk factors such as obesity," Makary wrote.

British science journalist Brian Deer contends in a BBC documentary that the CDC has a conflict of interest regarding vaccine safety issues:

Fauci's claim 'a total fabrication'
In a lecture earlier this month hosted by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Dr. Anthony Fauci insisted children should be administered a COVID-19 vaccine.

The top White House coronavirus adviser claimed "we have lost more children from SARS-CoV-2 than we ever lose for influenza — and we vaccinate children against influenza.”

Kyle Lamb, a data specialist for Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, presented the evidence that Fauci's claim "is a total fabrication."

In the 2017-18 flu season alone, a span of about four months, the CDC estimates 643 pediatric deaths. Yet after more than 19 months of COVID-19, there have been a total of 439 deaths.

See the data presented by Lamb:

Further, studies -- including one by Stanford researchers on children and a recent one by Harvard and Tufts scholars on VA patients, have concluded COVID-19 hospitalizations have been overcounted, leading to overestimates of the severity of the disease.

Is The Worst Over? Models Predict A Steady Decline In COVID Cases Through March

September 22, 20214:45 AM ET

The pandemic appears to have peaked or be on the verge of peaking, with cases projected to slowly decline this fall and winter. As recently as Sept. 8, people were waiting at COVID-19 testing site in Kentucky, where over 4,000 new cases were confirmed that day.

Americans may be able to breathe a tentative sigh of relief soon, according to researchers studying the trajectory of the pandemic.

The delta surge appears to be peaking nationally, and cases and deaths will likely decline steadily now through the spring without a significant winter surge, according to a new analysis shared with NPR by a consortium of researchers advising the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

For its latest update, which it released Wednesday, the COVID-19 Scenario Modeling Hub combined nine different mathematical models from different research groups to get an outlook for the pandemic for the next six months.

"Any of us who have been following this closely, given what happened with delta, are going to be really cautious about too much optimism," says Justin Lessler at the University of North Carolina, who helps run the hub. "But I do think that the trajectory is towards improvement for most of the country," he says.

The modelers developed four potential scenarios, taking into account whether or not childhood vaccinations take off and whether a more infectious new variant should emerge.

The most likely scenario, says Lessler, is that children do get vaccinated and no super-spreading variant emerges. In that case, the combo model forecasts that new infections would slowly, but fairly continuously, drop from about 140,000 today now to about 9,000 a day by March.

Deaths from COVID-19 would fall from about 1,500 a day now to fewer than 100 a day by March 2022.

That's around the level U.S. cases and deaths were in late March 2020 when the pandemic just started to flare up in the U.S. and better than things looked early this summer when many thought the pandemic was waning.

And this scenario projects that there will be no winter surge, though Lessler cautions that there is uncertainty in the models and a "moderate" surge is still theoretically possible.

There's wide range of uncertainty in the models, he notes, and it's plausible, though very unlikely, that cases could continue to rise to as many as 232,000 per day before starting to decline.

"We have to be cautious because the virus has shown us time and time again that new variants or people loosening up on how careful they're being can lead things to come roaring back," Lessler warns.

William Hanage, an epidemiologist at Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, notes there is a fair amount of uncertainty in the models. "I would be concerned about interpreting these in an overly optimistic fashion for the country as a whole," he says.

He agrees that overall the pandemic will be "comparatively under control by March," but says "there could be a number of bumps in the road."

Last winter, the worst surge of the pandemic in the U.S. hit midwinter when weather was cold and more people spent time indoors. "If you look at the seasonal dynamics of coronaviruses, they usually peak in early January. And in fact, last year we saw a peak like that with SARS-CoV-2," he says.

Both Hanage and Lessler note that there will be regional variation with some states continuing to surge for possibly a few weeks. Essentially, things could still get worse in some places before they get better.

Lessler says he is especially worried about Pennsylvania, for example, and he notes that in some Western states like Idaho and Utah, there's a risk of resurgence. Hanage notes that places with cold winter weather may be susceptible to some increase in cases later in the year.

And hospitals are going to continue to get flooded with patients for a while before infections taper off, and many are already being pushed past the breaking point.
Where Are Hospitals Overwhelmed By COVID-19 Patients? Look Up Your State

Another caveat: This scenario assumes that the U.S. doesn't get hit with a new variant that's even more contagious than delta. If it does, a bleaker scenario from the Modeling Hub projects far worse numbers: just below 50,000 cases a day by next March. But Lessler emphasizes this is very hypothetical.

He's hopeful that the most optimistic scenario is the most likely.

"I think a lot of people have been tending to think that with this surge, it just is never going to get better. And so maybe I just need to stop worrying about it and take risks. But I think these projections show us there is a light at the end of the tunnel," he says.

Lessler thinks that at this point there's enough immunity in this country from a combination of enough people getting vaccinated and enough people having been exposed to the virus.

"The biggest driver is immunity," he explains. "We've seen really big delta waves. The virus has eaten up the susceptible people. So there are less people out there to infect." The virus is still fighting back, he says, but "immunity always wins out eventually."

But transmission is still very high and will remain so for a while, so precautions are still called for until new infections come down to moderate levels.

Natalie Dean, an assistant professor of biostatistics at Emory University, notes that even though we may see a decline this fall, we will still see "a lot of cases and deaths."

Getting everyone who is eligible vaccinated is still key to preventing further deaths. Even in this optimistic scenario, the U.S. is projected to reach a cumulative total of more than 780,000 deaths by March.

Modeling is an imprecise science, but the Modeling Hub brings together many of the the top disease modelers around the country, doing their best to look far down the road and make sense of a very unpredictable, complicated pandemic that's thrown one curve ball after another.

"I hope it's true, obviously, but I can't shake a little unease I have about what could be coming," says Dean.

So like many Americans, Dean is keeping her fingers crossed.

Copycat Governments: How the World Locked Down

BY JEFFREY A. TUCKER SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 HISTORY, POLICY, PUBLIC HEALTH 7 MINUTE

Acontinuing mystery is how it is that so many governments in so many different places on earth could have adopted the same or very similar preposterous policies, no matter the threat level of the virus, and without firm evidence that interventions had any hope of being effective.

In the course of two weeks in the second half of March 2020, traditional freedoms were zapped away in nearly all developed countries. In a seriously bizarre twist, even the silliest policies replicated themselves like a virus in country after country. Nothing like this has ever happened in response to a new virus.

For example, you could not try on clothing in a store in Texas or in Melbourne, or in London or in Kalamazoo. Why was that? We’ve always known that the COVID bug is least likely to live on fabrics unless I have symptoms of it, sneeze on my handkerchief and then I stuff it in your mouth. The whole thing is a ridiculous mysophobic overreach, like most of the rules under which we’ve lived for 20 months.

Then there was the inside/outside confusion. First everyone was forced indoors and people were arrested for being outdoors. Later, once restaurants started opening, people were not allowed indoors so eating establishments scrambled to make outdoor dining possible. Are we supposed to believe that the virus lived outside for a while but then later moved inside?

Or consider the kabuki dance of masks. Seriously, no one actually believes that they stop the spread when you are standing but are not necessary when seated, unless you are on a bus, train, or plane. This is just stuff we do as compliance theater, because we are forced to or because we want to demonstrate our political loyalties. None of it has anything to do with public health.

Or the plexiglass. Here we have something that everyone knows is silly. It’s super annoying. But it makes the symbolic point: stay away from other human beings! That’s a heck of a message to get from governments.

Or the curfews. So many places had them despite a complete absence of evidence that COVID spread prefers the night to the day. I guess the real point was to put a stop to revelry that might bring people together in a fun way? It’s like all our governments decided on the same day that COVID spreads through smiles and fun, so we had to banish both.

And this 6-foot rule is highly suspect too. It seems to imply that if you get too close to each other, COVID spontaneously appears. At least people seemed to believe that.

Australia, in its way, even created a slogan and a jingle to go with it. “Staying Apart Keeps Us Together,” says Orwell, I mean, Victoria.

Socially distance! Don’t be a silent spreader! Even though the largest study yet has shown that “asymptomatic cases were least likely to infect their close contacts.” Which is to say, this is mostly nonsense.

In most places too, you had to quarantine two weeks when you arrived from afar, even though it is rare that the virus incubation period is that long. The mean period is 6 days, perhaps, which is what one would expect from a coronavirus like the common cold.

Oh, and in department stores, you could not spray perfume to try it out, because surely that spreads COVID – not. Except that there is not one shred of evidence that there is any truth to this. This one seems completely made up, though it is widely imposed.

The list goes on. The bans of gatherings over 50 outdoors and 25 indoors, the closures of gyms at a time when people need to be getting healthy, the shutting of theaters and bowling alleys but the keeping open of big-box stores – these policies were as ubiquitous as they are unsupported by any science. And we’ve known this for many months, ever since the media meltdown over Florida Spring Break of 2020 ended up in zero fatal cases contracted at the revelry.

The worst case is school closings. They were shut down at the same time all over the world, despite evidence available since at least January that the threat to children is nearly zero.

Sweden was the exception and the kids were fine.

Yes, students do get COVID almost entirely asymptomatically, which is to say they do not get “sick” in the old-fashioned sense of that term. What’s more, they are highly unlikely to spread it to adults precisely because they do not have symptoms. This is widely admitted.

Still governments decided to wreck kids’ lives for an entire year or two.

And the timing of it all seems strangely suspicious. All these countries and states implemented this compulsory clown show at the same time, whether cases were everywhere or nowhere.
In the U.S., this was fascinating to watch. The shutdowns happened all over the country. In the Northeast, the virus had already spread. The South shut down at the same time but the virus wasn’t even there. By the time the virus did arrive, most states in the South had already reopened. The virus doesn’t seem to care either way.

Now, looking at this it is very easy to go to conspiracy as the explanation. There is probably some secret hand at work somewhere that is guiding all of this, the thinking goes. How can so many governments in the world have simultaneously lost their marbles and abolished the people’s liberties in such a cruel way, while trampling on all rights of property and association?

I tend to resist big conspiracy theories on this subject simply because I seriously doubt that governments are smart enough to implement them. From what I can see, these governors and statesmen seemed to be making things up in a crazy panic and then sticking with them just to pretend that they know what they are doing. To this day, they are sticking to the script, and the media is giving them cover.

How can we account for the imposition of so many similarly ridiculous rules at the same time across so many parts of the globe?

I invite you to examine a very interesting study published by the National Academy of Sciences: “Explaining the homogeneous diffusion of COVID-19 nonpharmaceutical interventions across heterogeneous countries.”

A clearer title might be: how so many governments behaved so stupidly at once. The theory they posit seems highly realistic to me:
We analyze the adoption of nonpharmaceutical interventions in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries during the early phase of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Given the complexity associated with pandemic decisions, governments are faced with the dilemma of how to act quickly when their core decision-making processes are based on deliberations balancing political considerations. Our findings show that, in times of severe crisis, governments follow the lead of others and base their decisions on what other countries do. Governments in countries with a stronger democratic structure are slower to react in the face of the pandemic but are more sensitive to the influence of other countries. We provide insights for research on international policy diffusion and research on the political consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This seems to fit with what I’ve seen anecdotally.

F1.large_-800x563-1.jpg

These guys in charge are mostly attorneys with specializations in bamboozling voters. And the “public health authorities” advising them can get credentials in the field without ever having studied much less practiced medicine. So what do they do? They copy other governments, as a way of covering up their ignorance.

As the study says:
While our paper cannot judge what an “optimal” adoption timing would be for any country, it follows, from our findings of what appears to be international mimicry of intervention adoptions, that some countries may have adopted restrictive measures rather sooner than necessary. If that is the case, such countries may have incurred excessively high social and economic costs, and may experience problems sustaining restrictions for as long as is necessary due to lockdown fatigue.
Which is to say: the closures, lockdowns, and imposed stringency measures were not science. It was monkey see, monkey do. Copycat policy. The social psychology experiments on conformity help explain this better than anything else. They see some governments doing things and decide to do them too, as a way of making sure they are avoiding political risk, regardless of the cost.

All of which only increases one’s respect for the governments around the world that did not lock down, did not close business, did not shut down schools, did not mandate masks, and did not push some crazy kabuki dance of social distancing in perpetuity. South Dakota, Sweden, Tanzania, and Belarus come to mind. It takes an unusual and rare level of incredulity to avoid this kind of herd mentality.

Why did so many governments go so nuts at once, disregarding their own laws, traditions, and values by bludgeoning their own people with the excuse of science that has turned out to be almost completely bogus? Some people claim conspiracy but a much simpler answer might be that, in their ignorance and stupor, they copied each other out of fear.

Cases Are Down 60% in Denmark Since the Government Lifted All COVID Restrictions
Cases Are Down 60% in Denmark Since the Government Lifted All COVID Restrictions

So far, the results of Denmark’s decision to lift all restrictions are promising—and then some.

by Jon Miltimore
September 24, 2021

On September 3 Denmark lifted all of its COVID restrictions, becoming the first country in the European Union to do so.

At the time, Denmark had achieved a fully-vaccinated rate of 73 percent in adults, a figure well below targets set by US National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, but slightly higher than the European average.

Even though Denmark had achieved a 96 percent fully vaccinated rate in the key 50 and older demographic, there was still uncertainty surrounding Denmark’s decision to lift COVID restrictions.

“Will the lifting of restrictions go well? Who knows,” tweeted Michael Bang Petersen, a scientist who advised Denmark and led the country’s largest behavioral COVID-19 project. “New variants may emerge & restrictions reappear. Yet, from a behavioral perspective, I am optimistic about the future.”

1632474132624.png

The Initial Results
It’s been nearly three weeks since Denmark lifted restrictions, long enough to get the first glimpse of results from the Danish government’s decision. (Harvard researchers say the incubation period of the virus is two to 14 days, with symptoms typically appearing within four or five days of exposure.)

And so far, the results are promising—and then some.

On September 3, Denmark’s 3-day rolling average of cases was 739. On September 21, the 3-day rolling average was 288. In other words, Denmark didn’t see a surge in cases after lifting all restrictions. To the contrary, cases fell by 60 percent. Deaths also remain low. Meanwhile, CNN reports there has been no notable increase in hospitalizations.

1632474073882.png

The results are preliminary, to be sure. It’s quite possible that cases in Denmark will increase if new variants emerge or the Delta variant flares up again. But the results are also highly encouraging—and they buttress the arguments of those who’ve contended that many of the restrictions lawmakers have put in place throughout the pandemic have been ineffective at taming the virus but harmful to public health, learning, and the economy.

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, for example, a professor at Stanford University Medical School, has called lockdowns the “biggest public health mistake we’ve ever made.”

“The harm to people is catastrophic,” said Bhattacharya.

Less invasive mitigations, such as mask mandates, come with less severe unintended consequences—including potential learning development issues and traumatic experiences for deaf people unable to communicate—but also appear equally ineffective in mitigating the spread of the virus.

Judging Policies by Results
The Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman famously warned against the modern propensity to pass policies based on how they make us feel, not what they actually achieve.

“One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results,” Friedman noted. “We all know a famous road that is paved with good intentions.

The people who go around talking about their soft heart . . . I admire them for the softness of their heart, but unfortunately it very often extends to their head as well.”

Friedman wasn’t just having some fun at the expense of his ideological opponents. He was highlighting a very real problem—one that has been revealed time and again in the coronavirus pandemic.

Americans and their political leaders, like many around the world, believed they could vanquish, contain, or slow the coronavirus if they only centrally planned hard enough. Unlike previous pandemics, they unleashed the power of the state to that end—and failed miserably.
Some nations, such as Denmark, are finally coming to grips with this reality.

“Denmark today is free of COVID restrictions—though not COVID-19—because Danish leaders arrived at the prudent and sensible conclusion that Danes must live with the coronavirus, which cannot be defeated or extinguished through central planning,” I noted last week.

Let’s hope American leaders and nations recognize this truth and follow the path Denmark has forged.

Outbreak at Honolulu Nursing Home Shatters 'Pandemic of the Unvaccinated' Narrative from Every Angle

Outbreak at Honolulu Nursing Home Shatters ‘Pandemic of the Unvaccinated’ Narrative from Every Angle

By J.D. Rucker • Sep. 23, 2021
Americans are bombarded on a daily basis with claims that if enough people get vaccinated, we can beat the so-called Covid-19 “pandemic.” We are hammered by government officials, most notably the current occupant of the Oval Office, about how all of our problems are perpetuated by a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.” All the while, those who have not gotten the Covid injections are gaslighted, bullied, and segregated from society for the sake of “protecting the vaccinated.”

It’s all a lie. While mainstream media trumpets the pro-vaccine talking points sent down from the powers-that-be, they actively suppress and censor legitimate science that counters their narrative. Those of us who oppose the medical dictatorship that is being imposed upon all Americans suffer from an abundance of stories that back our claims while being limited in the channels through which we can spread the truth. I personally face this problem on a daily basis.

Today’s bombshell that won’t get reported by anyone in mainstream media and shockingly few in conservative media comes from the Care Center of Honolulu. The skilled nursing facility houses nearly 150 residents, the vast majority of whom have received their Covid jabs. They are cared for by a staff that is even more prominently vaccinated than their patients. Considering the vulnerable status of the residents, the protocols they employ to prevent spread of infections are as strong as any place in the country. They have been praised by multiple medical organizations for going above and beyond what is required to prevent viral spread.

This should be the last place a Covid-19 outbreak could possibly occur if we are to trust the narrative spread by the powers-that-be. Those who believe such lies will be shocked to learn the facility is in the midst of a massive outbreak that has hit over a third of the residents and forced a staffing shortage that threatens to unravel an already-delicate situation.

According to a press release from the facility:
Like a number of nursing homes around the state, the delta variant resulted in a COVID outbreak in September at our facility. While 91% of our staff are vaccinated, 54 patients tested positive, the majority of whom were vaccinated. On average, over 80% of our patients are vaccinated.
On top of the 54 patients testing positive, 25 staff members have as well. The source of the outbreak appears to be a patient recently transferred to the facility. Like most of the staff and fellow residents, the suspected source of the outbreak was also vaccinated.

This case demonstrates that in the best-case-scenario of high vaccination rates and extreme safety protocols, it is the vaccinated who appear to be just as susceptible to Covid-19, if not more so. Several studies have attempted to ascertain whether the newer variants of Covid-19, including the Delta Variant, are actually more likely to infect the vaccinated than the unvaccinated. Unfortunately, these studies work against The Great Reset agenda being pushed upon us so invariably they are dismissed, suppressed, or completely erased.

This also helps to debunk the need for vaccine passports and the various mandates put in place by governments and private organizations. Some would call it speculation that the vaccinated are just as susceptible, but it’s a demonstrable fact that even the CDC and Anthony Fauci have had to acknowledge that vaccinated people with Covid-19 spread the disease as much if not more than the unvaxxed.

If the “vaccine” doesn’t offer immunity from the disease and doesn’t prevent recipients from spreading the disease, why are millions of Americans being pressured to take the risk? As Dr. Ted Noel noted in his deep dive into the data, people are just as likely to experience severe injury or death from the vaccines as they are to experience severe injury or death from Covid-19 itself. According to the article:
Using the most conservative interpretation of the numbers for the COVID-19 vaccine, 161 people per million were maimed or assumed room temperature. If we accept the DHHS estimate that VAERS only captures 1% of the adverse reactions, it’s 16,100 per million, or 1.6% of all the people who got the shot ended up with something really bad happening.

Using the number in the literature, the real number is between 0.3 and 0.15%. Since we know that the overall mortality from the virus falls in the middle of that range, we’ve just uncovered a real problem. You have roughly the same risk of getting a serious injury from the vaccine as you do from getting the virus.

At least with Covid-19 one can recover from it and acquire natural immunity as a result. There is no recovering from the “vaccines.” Once the spike proteins are in your body, you have them for the rest of your life.

If fact-checkers weren’t biased, the “pandemic of the vaccinated” narrative would have been debunked long ago. If politicians like Anthony Fauci, Kamala Harris, and Joe Biden followed the science, the vaccine mandates would be disavowed. One does not have to be a full-fledged “anti-vaxxer” to look at the data or anecdotal examples like the Care Center of Honolulu to realize there is not a valid rationale for forcing Covid jabs on anyone. If you want your vaccine, take your vaccine. If you don’t, great. Vaxxed or unvaxxed, we’re all the same in the eyes of Covid-19.

CDC Director Overrules Science Advisory Panel, Backs Boosters For 'High-Risk' Workers

FRIDAY, SEP 24, 2021 - 08:12 AM

In line with the recommendations made by the scientist-based CDC advisory panel (ACIP) earlier on Thursday, the CDC endorsed COVID vaccine booster shots for Americans 65 and older, residents of nursing homes, and adults aged 18 to 64 with underlying health conditions.

But that didn't go far enough apparently for the far more politically-controlled CDC itself as late last night CDC director Rochelle Walensky went beyond ACIP’s recommendation by urging boosters for individuals allegedly at high risk because of their jobs - which was left entirely undefined (we look forward to the union in-fighting over which jobs are 'at-risk').

Notably, the CDC advisory panel, made up of independent medical experts, broke with the FDA on that recommendation in a split decision on Thursday.

The panel specifically said it was concerned the move could send mixed messages about the vaccines, which are incredibly effective at preventing severe illness.

But, hours after the panel voted 9-6 not to recommend boosters for those groups, Walensky overruled them.
"As CDC Director, it is my job to recognize where our actions can have the greatest impact," Walensky said in a statement late Thursday, according to The Associated Press.
"At CDC, we are tasked with analyzing complex, often imperfect data to make concrete recommendations that optimize health."
Walensky noted her recommendation aligned with the Food and Drug Administration, which recommended on Wednesday that adults "in an occupational or institutional setting" that increases their risk of getting COVID-19 also be eligible for the shot.
“In a pandemic, even with uncertainty, we must take actions that we anticipate will do the greatest good,” she said in a statement.
“I believe we can best serve the nation’s public health needs by providing booster doses for the elderly, those in long-term care facilities, people with underlying medical conditions, and for adults at high risk of disease from occupational and institutional exposures to COVID-19,” she added.
But, as The Epoch Times' Zachary Stieber notes, many said there wasn’t sufficient data to inform the recommendation and that the recommendation was so broad that it might as well be for anybody 18 or older.
We might as well give it to everybody 18 and older. We have a really effective vaccine. And [the fourth recommendation is] like saying it’s not working. And it is working,” said Dr. Pablo Sanchez, professor of pediatrics at The Ohio State University/Nationwide Children’s Hospital, expressing dissent during the meeting.

“I really think this is a solution looking for a problem,” Dr. Jason Goldman, an assistant professor in Florida who was representing the American College of Physicians as a liaison to the panel, added later.

He said the recommendation was “far afield from the data.”
Of course, given the undefined nature of 'high risk' employment, this action by Walensky opens the door - just as ACIP warned - for everyone to argue they deserve a 3rd (4th or 5th...) booster shot and further kicks the door open to enabling the 'annual COVID shot' that big phrama CEOS (most recently Moderna's CEO) have suggested.

As a reminder, these decisions come shortly after two top FDA scientists submitted their resignations in protest of the pre-emptive announcement by federal health officials.

Those officials, Marion Gruber and Phil Krause, later wrote an article in a medical journal asserting that there’s no evidence the general population should get boosters, and the FDA separately signaled boosters may not be needed.

So, did 'politics' just over-rule 'science'?

Florida Judge Halts City’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A judge in Florida on Wednesday blocked a city’s COVID-19 mandate from taking effect.

Circuit Judge Monica Brasington, a Sen. Rick Scott appointee, granted a request for an emergency injunction. That means the mandate, which was slated to take effect on Oct. 1, is blocked for now.
The city did not put on any evidence, at all, at the injunction hearing,” Brasington wrote in a 7-page ruling.

“Without any evidence, the court is unable to consider whether the vaccine mandate serves a compelling interest through the least restrictive means, whether the vaccine mandate meets a strict scrutiny test, a rational basis test, or whether it meets any other standard,” she added.
Gainesville’s City Commission on Aug. 5 decided all city employees needed to get vaccinated against the virus that causes COVID-19. A week later, City Manager Lee Feldman ordered employees to get at least one dose by Oct. 1 and be fully vaccinated by Oct. 14.

More than 200 Gainesville employees sued, noting that the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines in stopping transmission of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus has stopped. They also said that the mandate did not make sense because many of them have natural immunity, or protection from having had COVID-19, and because area hospitals were not experiencing a shortage of beds.

In a recent hearing, the employees argued that the mandate violated their right to privacy under the Florida Constitution.

That means defendants have to show that the law “furthers a compelling state interest in the least restrictive way,” Judge Brasington said.

But the city submitted no evidence, called no witnesses, and did not file any affidavits or declarations, leading the judge to rule in favor of the plaintiffs.
“The city had an opportunity to present evidence that would show that this Vaccine Mandate was the least restrictive means to meet a compelling government interest.

The city did not do that and, in fact, did not present any evidence, at all. Therefore, the court is required to find that the city failed to meet its burden of proving that the vaccine mandate furthers a compelling state interest in the least restrictive way,” she ruled.
The city is prohibited from enforcing the mandate and firing or disciplining any employee who fails to comply with it.
The court agreed that the city doesn’t own its employees’ bodies,” Jeff Childers, an attorney for the plaintiffs, told The Epoch Times.
Jon Cicio, one of the plaintiffs, said he was relieved.
“It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can get back to focusing on serving the citizens the way they deserve, with no distraction,” he told The Epoch Times.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, a Republican who filed an amicus brief in support of the plaintiffs, also celebrated the ruling.
“I was proud to stand with police and first responders to stop the city of Gainesville from firing them based on an unlawful government vaccine mandate. Today, the court agreed and protected their jobs. This is great news,” she wrote on Twitter.
A lawyer for Gainesville declined to comment.

Gilead Study Shows Remdesivir Reduced Risk Of Hospitalization When Given To COVID-19 Patients Early

FRIDAY, SEP 24, 2021 - 09:48 AM

The antiviral remdesivir treatment reduced the risk of hospitalization among COVID-19 patients when administered soon after they were diagnosed, according to a new study from Gilead Sciences, which developed remdesivir.

A sign is posted in front of the Gilead Sciences headquarters in Foster City, Calif., on April 29, 2020. (Justin Sullivan/Getty Images)

Researchers found that remdesivir cut the risk of hospitalization by 87 percent compared to a placebo that half of the study participants received.

A total of 562 patients, all deemed at high-risk from COVID-19, were enrolled in the trial.

The Phase 3 study was a randomized, double-blind trial, but trial enrollment stopped in April because the company struggled to find enough participants. It continued to follow those who had enrolled, half of whom were given a placebo.

The new study showed a similar safety profile to the placebo and no deaths occurred in either group by the primary endpoint at day 28, though one person who was given the placebo died on day 59, Gilead said.

Gilead plans to share its findings with the Food and Drug Administration and present the full trial results this week at IDWeek, a medical conference.

Competing Treatment Options
Participants received the antiviral through IV on three consecutive days as nonhospitalized patients. That’s impractical for people outside of hospitals, some experts say.

Chandy John Lab, professor of pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine, wrote in a social media post that monoclonal antibodies are designed to prevent hospitalization and only require a single dose, making them a preferred treatment option over remdesivir. Both cost thousands of dollars.

Remdesivir, also known as Veklury, is already approved by U.S. drug regulators for use against COVID-19 in patients who are already hospitalized, 12 or older, and weigh at least 88 pounds. Gilead wants its drug to compete with monoclonal antibodies, which are now in high demand after the Biden administration rationed them.

Remdesivir has been touted by top U.S. officials in the past, including Dr. Anthony Fauci. But other research has suggested that it has no benefit, including a trial across 48 sites in Europe.
No clinical benefit was observed from the use of remdesivir in patients who were admitted to hospital for COVID-19, were symptomatic for more than 7 days, and required oxygen support,” researchers wrote in The Lancet last week.
Some studies have also linked the drug to kidney disease and other severe side effects.

EU Will Wait To Decide On Pfizer Boosters Due To Shortage Of Safety Data

FRIDAY, SEP 24, 2021 - 05:45 AM

In keeping with their more cautious approach toward approving COVID jabs, EU regulators are preparing to make their own decisions about whether to approve booster shots with Pfizer jabs - but not until early October, Reuters reported Thursday.

Reuters pointed out that the upcoming review of the Pfizer booster jab would mark the European regulators' first decision about doling out booster jabs in the EU.

In an opinion issued earlier this month that was republished by the EMA, the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control - or ECDC, one of several regulators that comprises the EU's highest-level of health regulators - said there was no "urgent need" to administer booster doses to fully vaccinated individuals in the general population.

But it also noted that additional doses are already being considered and doled out to the elderly, the immuno-compromised, and whatever

Regardless of whatever the bloc decides, it has already signed recent deals with Pfizer and BioNTech for 2.4 billion more mRNA jabs.

The latest contract covers the supply of at least 900MM shots, which will only be needed if the EU goes ahead with expansive booster jab program and offers them to all adults 16 and up.

. Over 70% of the EU's adult population has already been fully vaccinated, and the bloc has secured an ample supply of vaccines from several manufacturers.

Still, as the delta wave continues to create problems for politicians around the world, they might grow increasingly desperate to force the population to get 3, 4 or even 5 jabs - despite the fact that The ECDC has said crucial data on the need and safety of boosters hasn't yet been gleaned from the studies unfurling around the world rfhr n in part because it is not yet fully clear how long vaccines protect against the virus.

COVID-19 In Norway Can Now Be Compared To The Flu, Says Health Chief

FRIDAY, SEP 24, 2021 - 03:30 AM
By Frazer Norwell of TheLocal.de

Coronavirus can now be categorised as one of several respiratory illnesses with seasonal variation, Geir Bukholm, assistant director of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH), has said.

For the past year and a half, Covid-19 has been classed as a generally dangerous disease.

However, this could change soon as the assistant director of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH), Geir Bukholm, has said the coronavirus can now be put in the same category as illnesses such as flu, common colds and RS (respiratory syncytial virus).
“We are now in a new phase where we must look at the coronavirus as one of several respiratory diseases with seasonal variation,” Bukholm told paper VG.
Last week the Ministry of Health and Social Care asked the NIPH to assess whether Covid-19 was still a dangerous disease.

While the NIPH has yet to return its findings, its assistant director has made it clear that the danger of Covid will be downgraded.

Covid could now be compared in severity with the likes of colds and flu because the vast majority of those at most risk of developing severe disease when infected are now fully vaccinated.

“This is because the vast majority of those at risk are protected,” Bukholm explained.
“And although the infection is still circulating, hospital numbers remain low. Thus, the coronavirus will not lead to a heavy burden on the health service. For those vaccinated who may become infected and develop symptoms, the vast majority will have mild cold-like symptoms.”
However, Bukholm did warn that even though Covid could now be compared with other common respiratory illnesses, the pandemic was far from over.
“The pandemic is not over as long as it exists in the world and in countries where the vaccine coverage is still low. As long as the diseases spread throughout the world, there is still a pandemic,” Bukholm cautioned.
VG has speculated that the disease being downgraded could be a sign that the lifting of the final national Covid-19 restrictions could be just around the corner.
The paper points to Denmark and the lifting of restrictions there once coronavirus was no longer considered a dangerous disease.
Last week health minister Bent Høie offered a glimpse at what Norway would look like once measures were lifted but didn’t offer a date for when restrictions would be lifted.

Confirmed: You Can’t Sue Pfizer or Moderna for Severe Covid Vaccine Side Effects
Photo of Kyle Becker Kyle BeckerSeptember 23, 2021

shutterstock_1940829412-780x470.jpg

It turns out the FDA’s “full authorization” of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is not as “full” as advertised. In fact, it is about as legitimate as being “fully vaccinated” for Covid-19 despite purportedly needing “booster shots.”

As Becker News reported earlier, there were numerous signs the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine authorization documents were “off”:
But a closer examination of the “full authorization” documents has some Americans feeling deceived. There is the matter that Pfizer-BioNTech still appears to be afforded the legal protections that accompany Emergency Use Authorization, all while it purportedly has “full” FDA approval. How did the pharmaceutical company manage such a commercial ‘coup’?

Upon a more critical look at the documents, it now very much seems to be the case that the company, along with the indispensable aid of a complicit media and the Biden administration, has engaged in a classic bait-and-switch.
CNBC now provides confirmation of what many Americans have come to realize: It was a sham. Read the report:

If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.

Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a “covered countermeasure,” such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays. Attorneys say it has compensated less than 6% of the claims filed in the last decade.
Once again, only 6% of such vaccine injury claims are ever compensated. Making this even more bewildering, recently all three major international vaccine companies recently made a name change. As reported earlier:
All three major Covid-19 ‘vaccine’ manufacturers have unveiled new names for their ‘fully authorized’ jabs, even as two pharmaceutical companies await FDA approval for their products. Following the lead of Pfizer/BioNTech, which branded its ‘fully authorized’ (and oddly, unavailable) vaccine “Comirnaty,” the second and third largest manufacturers for Europe and Canada, Moderna and AstraZeneca, are also relabeling their Covid shots.

“The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is Comirnaty, the Moderna vaccine will be named SpikeVax, and the AstraZeneca vaccine will be named Vaxzevria,” Health Canada said in a tweet Thursday. “These are only name changes. There are no changes to the vaccines themselves,” Health Canada added in an attempt to quell confusion. But even vaccine supporters were confused by the name changes.
BeckerNews reached out to an attorney that specializes in vaccine injury cases who pointed out further information on the process. The Congressional fund is called the Comparison of Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

The reports for the Covid-19 vaccine side effects are done through the VAERS system, which is available through the FDA. Since the database can be a bit unwieldy or daunting for some users, the top side effects for Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are listed below:

Screenshot-9_22_2021-1_18_15-PM-scaled.jpg

Screenshot-9_22_2021-1_20_04-PM-scaled.jpg

MYOCARDITIS-scaled.jpg

Screenshot-9_22_2021-1_23_53-PM-scaled.jpg

PERICARDITIS-1-scaled.jpg

These are side effects that will evidently not be addressed in civil litigation over Covid-19 vaccines, which are now “mandatory” according to numerous federal, state and private business edicts. There is no accountability at any level for the potential harm caused to individuals, who may not even need the vaccines due to superior natural immunity or because of extremely low personal risk.

In addition, the vaccines do not prevent transmission, and indeed, may be spreading the virus.

There is thus no moral, legal or practical grounds to mandate vaccines or “vaccine passports.”

That the government is doing it anyway without any real accountability should alarm everyone.

Kamala Harris was supposed to appear live in studio on The View, but those plans were quickly scuttled after two co-hosts tested positive for COVID and had to leave the set.

Ana Navarro and Sunny Hostin, who were both on-set when the news broke, were told to “step off for a second,” and Joy Behar then announced, “Ana and Sunny have to leave and we’ll tell you why in a couple of minutes.”

Once Navarro and Hostin — both of whom are fully vaccinated — walked off, Behar said, “Should we introduce the vice president,” to which the off-screen figure says, “Yes.”

After a break, Behar returned and announced that Navarro and Hostin had breakthrough cases of COVID-19. It was then announced that Harris, who was in the building, would appear remotely instead.

WAYNE ROOT: Police, Fire, Military Being Gutted by Vaccine Mandate. Is This China’s Plan to Destroy USA?

By Assistant Editor
Published September 24, 2021 at 2:40pm
biden-xi-china.jpg

By Wayne Allyn Root

I have bad news and good news.

I’ll save good news for the end- because you need to know there is hope.

The bad news is, the country is on fire, thanks to the brain- dead, feeble, old man with dementia (aka President Joe Biden). If you don’t believe me just see the 14,000 Haitian illegal aliens hiding under a bridge in Texas, and now released into America by Biden. That should help the Covid pandemic.

But the worst is yet to come. I’m referring to Biden’s vaccine mandate. This is the most dangerous threat to our national security in history.

As a nationally syndicated radio host I get thousands of emails a week. The ones I’m getting right now are downright tragic. I’m getting heartfelt letters of anguish from policemen, firemen, paramedics, nurses, corrections officers, active duty military, military fighter jet pilots, even Navy Seals.

They’re all getting ready to quit, or be fired, because of vaccine mandates. They do not want the vaccine. Even if they have to give up their pensions. Even if they are one year away from retirement and a six-figure pension.

They’ve studied the vaccine. They know the dangers. They know it’s crippling, killing and weakening the immune systems of millions of Americans. They’ve seen the Project Veritas undercover videos of US government healthcare workers admitting the Covid vaccine is killing and injuring Americans. And admitting our government is covering it up.

As First Responders, many have seen the carnage up close and personal. They see the vaccine-injured every day in the ER or ICU.

The mainstream media is blacking out this story like it’s on Hunter Biden’s laptop. But the numbers of First Responders who quit, retire, or get fired will be shocking. The damage to our country will be devastating.

Think about it. These are the frontline defenders of America. What if one third of cops resign? One third of the firemen? One third of the nurses? One third of prison guards? Good luck.

You think I’m exaggerating? I’ve only seen one poll made public on this topic. In San Diego 65% of the cops say they’ll quit rather than take the vaccine.

It turns out my educated guess is low.
What happens when one third of the military quits? How about one third of fighter jet pilots? How about one third of Navy Seals? Who is going to defend America? This is the greatest national security threat in history.

Our national defense will be in shambles. China can just sit back and watch us self-destruct. Did you ever think maybe that’s the plan? Just this week a whistleblower reported China purposely released Covid at the Wuhan Military Games in October of 2019.

So, maybe, just maybe this whole vaccine mandate disaster is “made in China.” Dividing America, weakening our economy, gutting our military, creating a shortage of frontline First Responders, is a dream-come-true for China.

This is how China wins WWIII without firing a shot.
So, what’s the good news? I have a solution. You can read about it in my brand new #1 bestselling book, “The Great Patriot Protest & Boycott Book.” It’s the conservative version of
“Rules for Radicals.” It teaches conservatives how to use protest, boycotts, intimidation and civil disobedience- just like liberals have done to us for decades. Two can play at that game. It teaches conservatives how to become the LOUD MAJORITY.

This book even includes the actual phone numbers and emails to contact the top liberal and woke CEOs in America.

And I have proof it works. A book buyer contacted me yesterday. He was giddy. He emailed three CEO’s of the biggest companies in America- with the contact information provided in my book. Within hours all three CEOs personally responded. He sent me their emails. All three big shots were clearly scared to death by threats of a boycott by this conservative. But that was from only one person contacting them.

Can you imagine what we can achieve when 100,000 conservatives, or 1 million conservatives contact corporations and politicians to threaten a boycott. This is the game-changer.

This battle isn’t over yet. Not by a longshot. I believe we can keep the wolves at bay with the strategy found in my book. And then in 2024…

The latest Rasmussen poll shows Donald J. Trump beating Biden by a 10-point landslide, and beating Kamala Harris by 13 points.

As Winston Churchill said, Never, never, never, ever give up, or give in.” Keep the faith. The cavalry is coming!

Biden Urges All Eligible Americans Get Vaccine Booster, Mandates Will Get Worse, Shortages Worsening

Sep 24, 2021

Tim Pool

Biden Urges All Eligible Americans Get Vaccine Booster, Mandates Will Get Worse, Shortages Worsening. This means that almost every American is now eligible for vaccine boosters and will likely result in Vaccine Mandates requiring "full vaccination" Biden already decreed that all businesses with 100 or more employees must mandate full vaccination. Democrats favor even more draconian measures while Republicans just do nothing.

Uncovered: China’s Plan to LEAK Coronaviruses into the Wild

Sep 24, 2021

It may be hard to believe that something so asinine would make it into a research proposal, but leaked documents show that China had a plan to release coronaviruses into the wild. That means ginning up a deadly virus, spraying it all over bats, and then trying to vaccinate the bats (as if the concern here were the bats!).

WH Says Millions of Government Contractors Must Be Vaccinated by Dec. 8
WH Says Millions of Government Contractors Must Be Vaccinated by Dec. 8

Friday, 24 September 2021 05:34 PM

The White House said on Friday that millions of federal contractors must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 8 and that the administration will add clauses to future government contracts mandating inoculations.

President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Sept. 9 requiring federal contractors to mandate vaccinations, but many U.S. companies with federal contracts have awaited formal guidance from the White House before moving forward.

U.S. airlines were among the industries awaiting confirmation, as they sometimes hold contracts to sell tickets to government employees. The deadline of Dec. 8 was first reported by Reuters.

Jason Miller, deputy White House Office of Management and Budget director, said on Friday in a blog post the "guidance issued today advances one of the main goals of this science-based plan: getting more people vaccinated."

Miller said the vaccination policy for contractors "will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government."

An administration official said it was interpreting the vaccination requirements for contractors "broadly," saying they extend beyond those who work in federal buildings.

Steve Case, a King & Spalding attorney who specializes in government contracts, said he expects the order will impact tens of millions of U.S. workers or more.

For example, if a federal contractor goes to work at another office in their company, then the employees in that second office will also need to be vaccinated, even if they are not working on a government contract, said Case.

"The tentacles are far reaching," Case said. "The number touched by this will be huge. It’s probably in the upper tens of millions."

The new guidance says that contractor employees covered by the rules "must be fully vaccinated no later than December 8" and adds that after that date for future contracts employees must be vaccinated by the first day of performance on a new or extended contract.

The guidance adds that contractor employees "working on a covered contract from their residence also must comply with the vaccination requirement."

A federal official told Reuters that procurement contracts with the government in general are covered, especially for service contracts. The requirements are also expected to apply to government contracts for manufacturing specific products for the government, like defense contracts, rather than off-the-shelf products, the official said.

The HR Policy Association, representing chief human resource officers of more than 390 of the largest employers in the United States, covering 11 million American workers, said it will submit formal comments to the Biden administration "to highlight areas where greater clarity is needed."

The government said all covered contractors must be vaccinated "except in limited circumstances where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation." Contractors must review covered employees’ documentation to prove vaccination status.

Earlier this month, the White House said most federal employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than Nov. 22.

Last week major defense contractor Raytheon Technologies Corp, the maker of Tomahawk missiles, mandated that its 125,000 U.S. employees get vaccinated.

The Labor Department separately plans to issue an emergency temporary standard requiring employers with more than 100 workers to have them inoculated or tested weekly Attacking anti-vaccine movement, Biden mandates widespread COVID shots, tests - a policy expected to cover more than 80 million workers.

Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said last week that rule would be released in October.

Biden: Unvaccinated Americans 'Costing All of Us'
joe biden speaks into mic

By Theodore Bunker | Friday, 24 September 2021 12:58 PM

President Joe Biden hit out at unvaccinated Americans as hampering the country’s economic recovery, saying "the refusal to get vaccinated have cost all of us," during a public address on Friday, according to CNBC.

"It is not hyperbole: it is literally a tragedy," Biden said during remarks urging Americans to get a COVID-19 booster shot hours after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention approve their distribution to about 60 million people who are elderly or otherwise vulnerable. "Don’t let it be your tragedy."

He added, "The vast majority of Americans are doing the right thing. And to make matters worse, there are elected officials actively working to undermine with false information the fight against COVID-19. This is totally unacceptable."

Biden went on to assure Americans that U.S. officials are working hard to ensure the safety of every booster vaccine, and are currently evaluating information from Johnson & Johnson, as well as Moderna.

"Our doctors and scientists are working day and night analyzing the data from those two organizations on whether and when you need a booster shot, and we’ll provide updates for you as the process moves ahead," Biden said.

The CDC advisers recommended that boosters be offered for those 65 and older, as well as residents of nursing homes who are age 50 or older and have preexisting health conditions that put them at risk.

The panel voted to reject a proposal for a booster for frontline workers, including health care workers and teachers, but this recommendation was restored by CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who said on Thursday in a statement that "as CDC Director, it is my job to recognize where our actions can have the greatest impact. At CDC, we are tasked with analyzing complex, often imperfect data to make concrete recommendations that optimize health. In a pandemic, even with uncertainty, we must take actions that we anticipate will do the greatest good."

GoFundMe Deleted Grieving Father’s Fundraiser After Son Died from Vaccine

1632531456482.png

September 24, 2021

At his funeral, Ernesto Ramirez Jr. wore a light blue suit and the eyeglasses he had worn in so many photographs he’d taken with friends and family during his young life.

The 16 year-old was laid to rest in April when he became one of the hundreds of thousands of Americans claimed by unnatural death during the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving his family in shock.

Ernesto’s father looked down on his child one final time that spring day. Wearing a blue button-down shirt, he said farewell to his son, who lay in a casket adorned with a crucifix.

“My good byes to my Baby Boy,” a grieving Ernest Ramirez said in a recent tweet of those final moments.

Ernesto Ramirez Jr. was one of hundreds of American children taken too early during the COVID-19 pandemic. Only, his life wasn’t claimed by COVID-19.

His father and media reports say Ernesto died five days after taking a vaccine that was supposed to protect him.

Two months after Ernesto’s death, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that atypical levels of heart inflammation had been observed in some patients following COVID-19 vaccination, particularly in young men receiving a second dose of a mRNA vaccine.

“My son received the vaccine and he died a few days later, and the only explanation that was given to me was an enlarged heart,” Ramirez told Life Site News earlier this year.

Ramirez told former Fox 26 Houston journalist Ivory Hecker that he was told the vaccine was one hundred percent safe and effective, which is why he allowed his son to get the shot.

“I kept hearing more advertisements about how it was safe for the teenagers, so I said ‘OK,’” Ramirez told Hecker. “Two or three weeks later the CDC started announcing children were having enlarged hearts.”

Enlarged hearts can be a symptom of myocarditis, the Myocarditis Foundation says, which is caused by inflammation that weakens the heart, causes swelling, and creates scar tissue that forces the heart to work harder.

Ramirez said his son played baseball and was in good health, but an autopsy revealed his son’s heart was abnormally large—about double that of a teenager his age.

“A typical heart for a boy this age would be less than 250 grams,” said Dr. Peter McCullough, a Dallas physician featured in Hecker’s video. “In this case it was more than 500 grams.”

Ramirez said he believes claims that the vaccines are perfectly safe are simply not true.

“I love the hell out of my country but I do not trust my government anymore,” he said in an interview this year.

Data show the vaccines have been effective at reducing the risk of severe COVID-19 symptoms. CDC data released last month show people who have been vaccinated are 27 times less likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19. Two states with among the lowest fully-vaccinated rates in the US—Mississippi (41%) and Louisiana (44%)—have seen their COVID mortality rates rise to the highest and third-highest in the country, surpassing New Jersey and New York, respectively.

Though clearly effective—vaccinated individuals are more likely to die from a bee sting than COVID-19, evidence suggests—it is untrue to say vaccines carry no risks. Deaths attributed to vaccination are rare, but they do exist, though these deaths often receive little coverage.

Following the death of his son, Ramirez decided to raise awareness around the issue. So he launched a GoFundMe page—but soon found his page deleted for “prohibited conduct” and his donations forfeited.

Ernest Ramirez may simply want to share his son’s story, but the message he wishes to share is a problematic one, for many.

With many still living in fear of COVID-19—even healthy and fully-vaccinated individuals—many view any information that would lend support to the vaccine hesitant as immoral. For this reason, many celebrated when campaigns were launched by Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube to crackdown on vaccine misinformation.

YouTube alone removed some 800,000 pieces of content “that were misaligned in terms of science,” and the effort eventually resulted in some prominent voices, such a former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson—a vaccine skeptic—being banned on Twitter.

Fear alone, however, isn’t driving the vaccine push; politics is, as well. Across the world, there are efforts to mandate vaccination, including in the US, where the policy is supported by the Biden administration, teachers unions, and progressive leaders across the US.

Indeed, despite its risks, some already are seeking to make the Pfizer shot mandatory for children to attend school or play sports once it is fully authorized—even though children are low risk and the CDC admits vaccinated individuals can still contract and transmit COVID-19.

For people seeking to mandate vaccination, Ernesto Ramirez Jr.’s story isn’t just problematic, it’s potentially dangerous. This is why Ernest Ramirez’s campaign to inform Americans of a scientific reality—even effective vaccines that save lives come with risks that can be fatal—is being met with hostility.

Not to be deterred, Ramirez launched a separate fundraising page on Life Funder. As of Tuesday afternoon, he had received $18,514—more than 90 percent of his $20,000 goal.

Ramirez says he’s not telling anyone to not get vaccinated, he just wants to share his son’s story so parents are aware of something he was not.

“Let me clear one thing up,” he said in a tweet. “I am not telling anyone what to do … I’m just trying to tell people what happened to me and my son.”

Vaccines are life-saving, but it’s a scientific truth they also have life-claiming power, which is precisely why vaccination decisions can only be morally made by individuals who are fully informed of the benefits and the risks.
Ernest Ramirez was not aware of the risks, which is why he wants others to know them before they choose. Had he known, his greatest treasure might still be here today.

“He was a good kid. Never gave me any trouble,” Ramirez said of his son. “Polite, respectful, loved by all who met him. He was always by my side, my baby boy. I always told him it was me and you against the world.”

Over 3,000 Doctors and Scientists Sign Declaration Accusing COVID Policy-Makers of ‘Crimes Against Humanity’
By Debra Heine

September 24, 2021

A“Physicians’ Declaration” produced by an international alliance of physicians and medical scientists strongly condemns the global strategy to treat COVID, accusing policy-makers of potential “crimes against humanity” for preventing physicians from providing life-saving treatments for their patients and suppressing open scientific discussion.

The document states that “one size fits all” treatment recommendations have resulted in needless illness and death.

As of 1:00 Friday afternoon, the declaration had garnered over 3,100 signatures from doctors and scientists around the world.

A group of physicians and scientists met in Rome, Italy earlier this month for a three day Global Covid Summit to speak “truth to power about Covid pandemic research and treatment.”

The summit, which was held from September 12 to September 14, gave the medical professionals an opportunity to compare studies, and assess the efficacy of the various treatments that have been developed in hospitals, doctors offices and research labs throughout the world.

The document, reprinted below in its entirety, sprang from that conference.
The Physicians’ Declaration was first read at the Rome Covid Summit, catalyzing an explosion of active support from medical scientists and physicians around the globe.
These professionals were not expecting career threats, character assassination, papers and research censored, social accounts blocked, search results manipulated, clinical trials and patient observations banned, and their professional history and accomplishments altered or omitted in academic and mainstream media.
Dr. Robert Malone, architect of the mRNA vaccine platform, read the Rome Declaration at the summit.

Thousands have died from Covid as a result of being denied life-saving early treatment. The Declaration is a battle cry from physicians who are daily fighting for the right to treat their patients, and the right of patients to receive those treatments – without fear of interference, retribution or censorship by government, pharmacies, pharmaceutical corporations, and big tech. We demand that these groups step aside and honor the sanctity and integrity of the patient-physician relationship, the fundamental maxim “First Do No Harm”, and the freedom of patients and physicians to make informed medical decisions. Lives depend on it.

We the physicians of the world, united and loyal to the Hippocratic Oath, recognizing the profession of medicine as we know it is at a crossroad, are compelled to declare the following;

WHEREAS, it is our utmost responsibility and duty to uphold and restore the dignity, integrity, art and science of medicine;

WHEREAS, there is an unprecedented assault on our ability to care for our patients;

WHEREAS, public policy makers have chosen to force a “one size fits all” treatment strategy, resulting in needless illness and death, rather than upholding fundamental concepts of the individualized, personalized approach to patient care which is proven to be safe and more effective;

WHEREAS, physicians and other health care providers working on the front lines, utilizing their knowledge of epidemiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology, are often first to identify new, potentially life saving treatments;

WHEREAS, physicians are increasingly being discouraged from engaging in open professional discourse and the exchange of ideas about new and emerging diseases, not only endangering the essence of the medical profession, but more importantly, more tragically, the lives of our patients;

WHEREAS, thousands of physicians are being prevented from providing treatment to their patients, as a result of barriers put up by pharmacies, hospitals, and public health agencies, rendering the vast majority of healthcare providers helpless to protect their patients in the face of disease. Physicians are now advising their patients to simply go home (allowing the virus to replicate) and return when their disease worsens, resulting in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary patient deaths, due to failure-to-treat;

WHEREAS, this is not medicine. This is not care. These policies may actually constitute crimes against humanity.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS:

RESOLVED, that the physician-patient relationship must be restored. The very heart of medicine is this relationship, which allows physicians to best understand their patients and their illnesses, to formulate treatments that give the best chance for success, while the patient is an active participant in their care.

RESOLVED, that the political intrusion into the practice of medicine and the physician/patient relationship must end. Physicians, and all health care providers, must be free to practice the art and science of medicine without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure and hospital privileges, loss of insurance contracts and interference from government entities and organizations – which further prevent us from caring for patients in need. More than ever, the right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected.

RESOLVED, that physicians must defend their right to prescribe treatment, observing the tenet FIRST, DO NO HARM. Physicians shall not be restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments. These restrictions continue to cause unnecessary sickness and death. The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.

RESOLVED, that we invite physicians of the world and all health care providers to join us in this noble cause as we endeavor to restore trust, integrity and professionalism to the practice of medicine.

RESOLVED, that we invite the scientists of the world, who are skilled in biomedical research and uphold the highest ethical and moral standards, to insist on their ability to conduct and publish objective, empirical research without fear of reprisal upon their careers, reputations and livelihoods.

RESOLVED, that we invite patients, who believe in the importance of the physician-patient relationship and the ability to be active participants in their care, to demand access to science-based medical care."

Fauci Says US Will Face “Dark Winter” Unless Americans Get Vaccinated to a “Very High Degree” (AUDIO)

Dr. Fauci said the US will face a “dark winter” unless Americans stop making the Covid vaccines a political issue and just get jabbed.

Fauci said the US can avoid the “dark winter” if Americans get vaccinated to a “very high degree” within the next couple months.

Last year around this time Joe Biden said the same thing to scare Americans into wearing masks, staying six feet apart from one another and getting vaxxed.

When Joe Biden said we were headed for a “dark winter” no one had received the Covid vaccine yet.

Here we are a year later and 183 million Americans are fully vaccinated – but Covid cases are exponentially higher now than they were at this time last year.

No one has asked Fauci about this yet.

“You know, if we don’t get people vaccinated who need to be vaccinated, and we get that conflating with an influenza season, we could have a dark, bad winter,” Fauci said during an interview on “The Takeout” podcast with Major Garrett.

However, “we could also avoid a dark, bad winter if we get people vaccinated to a very high degree over the next several weeks to a month or two,” Fauci also said, adding that there’s “no room” for politicizing the jab because we are in a public health crisis.
