Just Heard on 'CNN' Donald Trump is Calling for New Caucus Or Cruz Results Nullified

You are absolutely right. That was in horrible taste and well beneath me and I should not have subjected the members to that garbage.

I just watched CNN literally SCRAMBLE yesterday to cover their butts so as to let it be known it was not their tweets that caused the Cruz campaign to tweet out what it did about Carson's campaign. I mean, Erin Brown was just attacking one of the Cruz campaign managers, and I thought, "executives at CNN must be crapping their pants in fear that Trump or Carson might bring a lawsuit." So instead of just typing that, I tried to be clever with a "poop in your pants" picture. When I typed in "poop in your pants" as my search line, with all the images that came up on Ixquick, you really couldn't tell what was going on, but with the one I posted you could, so I used it without thinking. :shk::bhd:

I have removed the picture and apologize. Thank you for taking me to task. I needed it.

Again, my sincere apologies.

No need to grovel, Buick. All in fun so to speak. These people are infinitely WORSE than the most disgusting graphic anyone could come up with, anyway! We need Heironymous Bosch!

Iowa governor slams Ted Cruz for 'unethical and unfair' tactics

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad is calling Ted Cruz’s tactics on Monday night “unethical and unfair” and predicts repercussions for his campaign.

"This thing that they distributed on caucus night saying that Dr. Carson was likely to drop out and his supporters should support Cruz, that is, I think, unethical and unfair,” Branstad said on Thursday, according to Radio Iowa. “I think there’ll be repercussions to that.”

WOW! Karl Rove Explains How Cruz Camp's Cheating Stole Iowa from Trump

Published on Feb 3, 2016

This is a stunning indictment of the Cruz Campaign's cheating scandal. Karl Rove explains how the tactic could have cost Trump Iowa.

WOW! Karl Rove RINO speak! What's new about that? I suppose if you'll excuse Trump anything despite 'cringing @ some of the things he says', you might be impressed with anything Karl Rove, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio et al might have to say.

Google Branstad and see how long he's been Governor of IA and how long he's been carrying water for ethanol subsidies, which BTW help no one besides IA farmers, IA state revenues and the ESTABLISHMENT pols like Branstad who howl like stuck pigs whenever the golden fleece is threatened. And don't give me any bull about how it's 'green' and therefore good for the economy...

I totally disagree with ethanol subsidies but I'm willing to tolerate Trump's position, it is explained very well on the letter to Levin.

The bottom line for Cruz or anyone else at this point is, if you are going to text, tweet or email ANYTHING of this magnitude, you better darn well vet your source and the info. Like Carson said, a simple phone call would have put this firestorm out before it even had a chance to start. Bad or unethical decisions were made by the Cruz camp. Little too late for apologies now. Now I'm left to wonder what else went on that we don't know about!

But I don't take the Iowa caucuses too seriously myself. I never knew exactly how they worked but from the info I've gathered this go around, it sounds like a big old free for all!?!? I don't know how it works in other states but electioneering isn't even allowed within so many feet of the front door of the polls in Illinois. Don't know what I would do being locked in a room with a bunch of other people trying to win my vote.

With all the ado about politicians doing whatever they can to get elected anywhere........

Is it wrong for someone to point out that there is cheating going on?

Or is it like business as usual with politicians?

If so, we don't like it.......and we need people to know it.

And that is why Trump is resounding with so many - he speaks out when he is jobbed, or whenever anyone else is, if it is done by cheating.

And that is why he will beat Hillary - I can't wait for him to ask certain pertinent questions.

Plus how about flipping a coin for the highest office in the US. You can bet Trump is on this as well and has attorneys looking closely at the rules for having caucus's.
I figure the Iowa caucus's are finished. They have gotten away with too much stuff for a long time. I know PW lives in Iowa and I highly doubt she had a clue about what really goes on behind closed doors.

My first clue is when they told us Microsoft was in charge of the tallys.:sht:

Trump is often asked if he's going to act the same way as president as he does during the rallies... loud, boisterous, etc.

He did say No. He even mentioned the high-class folks who come to Mar-al-Lago and request that he have dinner with them and he can be very PC in that group.

It seems like a plus, to me, that he can fit in with everyone from the Vulgarians to the elite.

Yes, he can relate with many different kinds of people in the correct manner because he is intelligent for one thing, and has a genuine liking for people in general.

I've never understood how Iowa was so important myself. I know it's the 'first' primary, or type of anyway, but I don't get why candidates stay in until Iowa and the leave. Makes no sense to me, since if you know you're not doing well, why wait to get beat and THEN quit. And if you're in until Iowa, why not keep going at least through NH and maybe a little more even.

But there's a reason why I'm not a pol, I guess :D

fwiw Trump did not suffer a "devestating loss" in Iowa, that's negative media hype. Trump got fewer votes than Cruz, but Trump and Cruz got the SAME NUMBER of Delegates!

As third place, Rubio got fewer delegates than Trump and Cruz.

So Trump really didn't take a huge hit here like everyone says, he got the delegates he needed.

I always thought Cruz was slimy, and this just kind of confirms it. :-(

I will guarantee you that at our precinct caucus no one, that is NO ONE said anything against Ben Carson or told Carson voters to vote for Cruise. However there was a lot said against Trump. One woman used the minutes allotted to her to do battle against Trump and then another yelled that you can't do that. You can't tear down another candidate like that. Some discussion there so they just skipped that part and went on with the rest. Gave my 15 yr old GD an interesting look at how adults can act like kids sometimes.

I am not surprised. If Cruz is going to lie about his passion and support of the constitution (violating it with his run for office), then this is small potatoes in a bag of dirty tricks. Cruz should either be nullified in Iowa or they shoudl re-caucus.

agreed . I'd like to able to vote with a candidate with morals . Not a trickster that will lie, cheat , and steal and hires advisers I would not even want touching my garbage

Iowa is only important as a propaganda tool. Since it is first to occur, then whoever wins it, has an advantage in the next race.

I think all primaries should be held on the same day, so as not to influence other states.

Agreed. Our whole system is munged. The complete campaign from primaries to election should be confined to no more than 8 weeks.

The money alone that is wasted on these two year-long circuses is sickening, then there's waste of manpower, media resources and actually getting any meaningful "governing" done.

Insanity.

I totally agree. The entire political machinery and "traditions" suck 100%. The long drawn out drama, the staggered primaries, and why wait from the beginning of November elections until end of January to get the new guy in there? Once a president, or senators and congresspeeps are voted out, they should clean out their desks that afternoon and go home! I'm sick of this disgusting system that fosters corruption like a dead body hosts maggots.

I am SO done with Donald Trump!

My mouth fell open when Trump said (at a NH rally} today..."You can tell them to go f--k themselves."

Trump has said a few cuss words at the different podiums I have not liked, but this time it is over the line for public speak.

I tell you what, if I would have been a father with a child in that audience, I would have taken my kid out of there and not let the door hit my behind.

I don't want Trump's kind for president. My family doesn't need this! There is already enough scum in Washington DC.

I have been very uncomfortable with Trump's support of abortion anyway. If this country burns because of whoever the next president is, so be it. God must have decided it deserved to burn.

I just watched the youtube with Trump at the rally.

I take what I said about Trump back. CNN had me believing that Trump said the 'F' word loud and clear in front of everybody. He did not even say it! Trump mouthed the word.....which is not good, but at least he didn't actually say it.

But if Donald does not watch his mouth more than he has been, I am going to walk away from him anyway. He is getting too far out there for me. I don't care who he is.

I think he has held up quite well so far in his speech. He IS from NYC and being married to a man from Brooklyn and having spent about 5 years off and on out on Long Island I can tell ya, cuss words are just part of their vocabulary. He is doing very well so far. He does need to tone it down a bit tho.

Trump is necessarily being compared to those standing with him on the debate stages. If foul language bothers someone, they will compare that to the other candidates. Then the X for foul language will only be marked in the column under Trump's name. At crunch time, especially if someone is on the fence between two candidates, it may be the deciding factor for that voter.

"Really???????"

Cause he mouthed the f word?

And no I don't condone it but, good grief. If that is a criteria crucial to a good president we are in deep doo doo. I think all of his plus stuff far outweighs the slip up.

He sure hasn't shown me that Rubio or Cruz are better.....I would pick him over the anchor baby guy who did male dancing on stage with a bunch of gay guys in Miami or the Canadian anchor baby guy who is married to his favorite banker chick who also belongs to the CFR.......plus other things.......

Shivers........
