Well things turned ugly this afternoon. The hurricane dropped 12 inches of rain close to our new house, over in North Carolinia. Our children live over there. We have not moved yet. Our neighbor sent us a picture. Our house has streams of water flowing all around it! It's still raining and very windy! Luckily the flash floods have not entered our house.

Things are real bad over there. Lot of people have lost their power, from down trees. I-40 South of Raleigh, going towards Benson, has flooded and have some trees down, across the interstate. Some vehicles are trying to get through, but barely. I heard the rain should be over around midnight.

Keep praying for everyone, who's in the path of this storm.

P.S. With post this prayer request, separately in another thread.

NC really got hit hard from Hurricane Matthew. I'm still shocked at what happen over there. We got 14 inches of rain in our neighborhood. Some roads to our house got washed out from the floods. Especially the road in behind us. Even the payment got washed away. These is a lake about 5 miles from our house. They said it's still rising. Lot of home were built around the lake. I will try to post some pictures later.

Our daughter finally found a way, to get in to see our house. She said everything looked ok! Praise the Lord!
