that's ALWAYS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! we use Zatarain's family size as the "base" and add left over smoked chicken/pork/shrimp with some green pepper yellow squash and zucchini . . . add the LOOOOO-sianna hot sauce and we're off to the races. and we always do the Family size bc that way there's plenty left for tomorrow!
