CRISIS What about the "Little People?"

^ THIS!!!

Yes. My wife and I were discussing this. People in the neighborhood who don’t cook or buy groceries. They eat out everyday ( they brag about it). Probably no more than a couple days of some type of food on hand in their homes. But, they do see my wife and I go shopping. Bringing home food and supplies, water, paper goods, etc.

I just had today this conversation. If I’m not home ... don’t answer to door for anyone, even if it’s a neighbor ( not greatest of neighbors anyway) until this blows over. People will know what you brought in and want some of what they don’t have if things get locked down.

Another thing to consider with the staple foods is that it will also help the farmers selling the food to the government as well as the people receiving the food. Hopefully small/family farms would get a priority for purchase orders instead of big agribusiness campaign contributors.

as long as those receiveing the food know how to cook it

think of home ec in schools

its no longer there and most folks by prepared foods or take out

I hate to say that the dhimmicrats are NOT happy. They want decent people DEAD. We harsh their buzz because most of us are believers. They WANT us in need or dead.
why not close ranks?

if you cant prove you are here LEGALLY, you don't get to stand in line with those who are

Unfortunately in this day and age, home ec is no longer required - all cooking classes are elective and are more geared to the "kulinary artz". Yeah, I know I misspelled it deliberately because haute cuisine isn't what these kids need - it's plain ol' down home cooking (like how to cook spaghetti, make meatballs and your very own spaghetti sauce or plain old meatloaf). I know because I had a GK take a couple of semesters of this thinking he was going to become a great chef and make big bucks- NOT!

I look at the food supplies prvided by USAID to foreign countries and think that a large number of Americans would not know what to do with those supplies if they were given them. Basics like beans rice cooking oil etc.

I am self employed, as long as I can get gas I can work. As long as I get paid by my customers I will check their wells everyday. I am supposed to get a couple of loads of topsoil for my raised bed delivered Monday. I may need to get wire and post for a bigger garden and a chicken run. At 60 with health issues I can't do what I used to and not sure if I could survive a bad case of this virus. It is in God's hands so I am not going to worry about it.

I'm putting in a garden this year after a couple years hiatus. It's going right up by the house this time so I can keep a close eye on it. And it isn't the deer that concern me so much.

I'm going to be wearing a heavy mask and bio hazard suit next week to clean out the chicken coop, have years of poop to compost, along with the goat poop and good rich top soil to mix it all together.

I will then rebuild our chicken coop. Going to make it so I can easily clean it out with the tractor or wheel barrow, flat shovel and water hose.

Wonder if good compost would sell good this summer. Though, it's not for sale. :D

I was listening to a sports radio discussion this morning on the ride into work. They were talking and questioning when the games will start up again, will it be baseball, football, etc..... I wanted to call in and basically say, "My best guess is the next games to show up will be a shooting sport.......". It looks like this could be very serious in a very short period of time. Never surrender.
