America deserves to know the truth about the threats we face. "Overseas Contingency Operation" indicates a world view that is not in touch with reality. National Security is one place where you got to call it like it is.

Only question him for 50 minutes then read him his Miranda rights. A lot of that stimulus money landed in strange plaches, such as districts that don't exist. Nearly 10M was spent to update the stimulus website. This was a million dolllar effort to tell you they're spending your money. They just sound wasteful. Kind of ridiculuous.

We're drowning in national debt, and many of us have had enough. Standing ovation. Now, the foundational priciples in all of this is easy to understand. This week,. they introduced a record busting mind bending federal budget. They keep making us more and more beholden to foreign countries.

Washington has to start walking the walk. The proposed spending freeze, maybe it's a start, but it's not enough. Don't just simply slow down the spending freeze, hatch a plan for the second stimulus when the first one hasn't been accounted for yet!

OMG. In the Q&A on stage, the moderator said "There are two words that strike fear in the heart of this administration -- President Palin" The crowd went WILD. Started chanting in unison "Run Sarah Run!"
She looked very uncomfortable with that. I didn't see what she answered because I had to step out of the room, but I got the sense in what I watched that she is very reluctant to take that next step of declaring her intent to run.

It was like she lost her place or something. She had written notes.
I've done a fair share of public speaking myself, and I thought that was what happened. In the microseconds where you realize "Where am I?", you have to resist the urge to just fold. Maybe that's what she was doing, but she forged on ahead, which is what most good speakers try to do.
Maybe it was the venue, but that's what I thought, she lost her place. Further in, she got this determined expression on her face and forged on ahead.

I thought at the time it happened that she had run into a mis-typed or out of sequence line in her notes, or multiple typo's. That' what it seemed like to me. But also could have been that she lost her place. Don't know.
I was hoping somebody caught what she said after the "run Sarah run" thing. My phone rang just then, and by the time I answered and told them "call back", she had moved on. So I was disappointed that you missed it too.
Other than that little problem I thought she was terrific as always.
The only turn-off was Geraldo afterward. After Sarah saying there was no leader in the movement, and that was how it should be, Geraldo promptly decided that Sarah was the leader! Another trouble making liberal!
