I wonder what the white house thinks of this? I don't think it has happened since the civil war.
This has been happening for quite some time. Heck, we have at least 3 separate Texas Republic movements with each proclaiming that they are the legitimate government of Texas. Texas even had a standoff with one of them under McLaren back in the '97. They lost.
