More California voter fraud.

A man was arrested in Torrance, California with California ballots. We Love Trump reports:
A report has surfaced from the Torrance(California) Police Department that they arrested a man that was in possession of Xanax, a loaded fire arm, methamphetamines’, and thousands of ballots.
According to reports a Torrance police officer was called to check up on a man that was passed out in his SUV at a 7/11 parking lot.

After the officer didn’t get a response from the man in the vehicle, the officer further investigated the situation and was able to find a loaded firearm arm, Xanax, meth, and “mail”.
The ballots are more than likely from California’s ongoing recall election which is an attempt to remove Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom and in return replace him with Republican Larry Elder.

Pennsylvania GOP senators' internal battle over imperiled forensic election audit goes public
‘Unfortunately, it’s not just Democrats who stand in the way of this investigation,’ Sen. Doug Mastriano says.

Updated: August 21, 2021 - 11:30pm

An internal fight among legislators over a forensic election audit is spilling into public after Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Gettysburg, accused leaders in his own party of stonewalling his investigation.

The senator made the comments during a Thursday interview with One America News Network that he later doubled down on in a lengthy statement posted to his social media pages the following day.

“Unfortunately, it’s not just Democrats who stand in the way of this investigation,” he said.

Mastriano sent letters to officials in three counties last month – Tioga, York and Philadelphia – requesting a trove of documents related to the elections in November 2020 and May 2021 for an Arizona-style audit of the ballots.

He claims that overwhelming support from constituents unconvinced in the integrity the results forced his hand, alleging that Senate leadership appeared more interested in a “glorified recount” – or no investigation at all.

Gov. Tom Wolf and Attorney General Josh Shapiro, both Democrats, told counties not to participate in Mastriano’s “fishing expedition.” The Department of State bolstered this warning with a directive to all 67 counties to block unauthorized third party access to their voting machines, lest they face decertification.

The prospect would cost millions in replacement expenses and jeopardize upcoming municipal elections – risks that commissioners in all three counties agreed were too overwhelming to ignore.

Fulton County Commissioners hired attorneys last week to appeal the state's decertification of their voting machines after they gave an outside company access to their equipment earlier this year at Mastriano's request.

In his statement Friday, Mastriano said “a majority of my members” on the Intergovernmental Operations Committee that he chairs supported his decision to send the letters. He also claims he received a commitment from Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, R-Bellefonte, to assemble for an Aug. 6 meeting to discuss subpoenas after the counties declined participation in the audit.

That meeting never happened, Mastriano said, because Corman called the committee members one-by-one to cancel it over unresolved issues. He’s also received threats against his chairmanship and the continued employment of his staff should he continue pressing the investigation further, he said.

“Rumors are rife of a plan, on the part of Senate leadership, to move the investigation from my committee to a different committee,” Mastriano said. “I don’t know if the rumors are true. But if that happens, I have little confidence that a real investigation will ever take place.”

Corman refuted Mastriano’s allegations in interviews with The Associated Press and the Penn Capital-Star on Friday.

In a statement, he said he was replacing Mastriano as the lead on the effort with Sen. Cris Dush, R-Wellsboro, describing him as “an Air Force veteran who has led numerous investigations in the military and headed the delegation in visiting the Arizona audit.”

Dush, Mastriano and Rep. Rob Kauffman, R-Chambersburg, met with Arizona legislators in Phoenix in early June to discuss the state’s forensic audit. Wolf, at the time, blasted the effort as a “sham” and accused “bad actors” of propagating harmful disinformation about Pennsylvania’s own election integrity.

“It is deeply disappointing that Senator Mastriano has retreated from conducting a forensic investigation of the election in Pennsylvania, and it is discouraging to realize that he was only ever interested in politics and showmanship and not actually getting things done,” Corman said Friday.

He said the Senate remains “committed” to completing a “full investigatory audit of recent elections.”

“We need someone to lead this effort who is more interested in real results than grandstanding at rallies,” he said, referring to Dush, who is chair of the Senate Local Government Committee.

The Center Square contacted Dush for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.

Pennsylvania Senate Republican Behind Push To Kill Mastriano’s Forensic Audit Hired Top Lobbyist As Chief Of Staff
PA Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman

Pennsylvania Senate President pro tempore Jake Corman hired a well-connected lobbyist as his chief of staff last September. Corman hired Krystjan Callahan, a partner at Maverick Strategies, a well-known lobbying firm run by Ray Zaborney. Zaborney also runs Corman’s campaigns.

Spotlight PA, who first reported the hire, described Callahan as a “top lobbyist with a politically connected Harrisburg firm.”

Callahan was previously the top staffer to former Republican House Speaker Mike Turzai but has worked for Zaborney since leaving. Zaborney and his wife run a trio of companies known as The Mavericks. The companies help elect lawmakers and then lobby them once they are in office. Zaborney’s wife, Jen Zaborney, runs the fundraising arm of The Mavericks and has helped Corman raise millions of dollars over the years. Ray Zaborney has also run Corman’s campaigns since 2015.

Jennifer Kocher, Corman’s spokesperson, said Corman hired Callahan because of his qualifications, which she called “second to none.” She said Corman should not be precluded from hiring the best-qualified person simply because of an association with Zaborney. “I believe Krystjan’s years of experience in state government will be an asset to me and my staff as we continue to work toward our Caucus goals going into the fall and beyond,” Corman wrote in an email regarding Callahan’s hiring.

Zaborney’s firm operates both a campaign and a lobbying arm, which is something few firms do. Zaborney, along with another firm called Long, Nyquist & Associates have come to dominate this market in Harrisburg. According to Spotlight PA, firms run by the Zaborneys and Long and Nyquist have together been paid at least $26.3 million since 2011 by legislative candidates, the state Republican party, GOP legislative campaign committees, congressional candidates, and various political action committees.

Ray Zaborney, who once described himself as a “black lives matter guy” in a tweet, recently defended Corman’s decision to remove Senator Doug Mastriano from the audit process. “This is a lie. Corman supports an election audit and Mastriano has been using an audit for political gain. That ends today,” Zaborney wrote in a tweet. “To me, he’s not really interested in results, he’s interested in grandstanding, and this is too important of an issue,” Corman said of Mastriano in an interview Friday. “I want someone who wants to get results.”

1629608311725.png

This week, Corman used his position in the Senate to hijack Mastriano’s movement to hold a forensic audit of the 2020 election, as National File previously reported. Teddy Daniels, an America First candidate for US Congress, said it appears that Corman “wants to go to war,” and has appeared to have forgotten that “he isn’t dealing with Swampy RINO politicians.”

“Why do RINO’s always prefer to work ‘behind the scenes’? We want a transparent audit led by Mastriano! Not a con job by Corman who already has lied, stone walled the audit, and is now smearing @dougmastriano, who without, the audit would not be possible!” tweeted Liz Harrington.

Senator Mastriano released an update on the forensic investigation into the 2020 election this morning before his staff was fired, detailing how his efforts have been “stone walled.”

Election Integrity – Part I – Setting the Stage
vote-3569999_1920.jpg

By Guest Author David Robb

In these days of division, the need for election integrity is one of the issues we can generally all agree on. Every voter wants to know that their vote counted, that the elections were fair and honest, and that the results truly represent the will of the people, whatever that might be. This is truly a non-partisan issue, not restricted to Democrat or Republican, male or female, black, yellow or white, or any other group or ideological persuasion. Honest elections are the foundation of our Democratic Republic and essential to our very existence as a Nation.

In the last few years, the integrity of our elections has been called into question. In the 2016 election, Democrats were questioning the possibility of outside interference, primarily from Russia, that they felt might have altered the outcome. There is still one candidate, at least, who feels that the election was stolen from her. In the aftermath, numerous investigations were undertaken, and a number of recommendations developed to ensure the integrity of future elections.

This time around, it is the Republican’s turn to question the results of the 2020 election. But it is not just Republicans. Nearly everyone who watched the progress of the 2020 election last November has at least a few questions about what happened. Counting stopped in the middle of the night, reports of trucks unloading pallets of ballots in the wee hours, reports of pristine mail-in ballots that were never folded to be placed in an envelope, poll watchers who were prevented from watching, and hundreds of other reported issues raised questions in many minds.

Audits and why they might be needed

Now there is widespread opposition to election audits that does nothing to assuage concerns, but rather reinforces suspicion and concerns. If the election was honest, why oppose an audit? Isn’t the purpose of an audit to provide proof that all was fair and honest? Simple recounts do not substitute for an actual audit, and cannot detect most forms of intentional subversion of an election.

The introduction of technology into election systems has made modern elections much more convenient for election officials, and reduced the expense of elections, but at the cost of introducing new opportunities for subverting an election, and new ways to hide manipulations of results. The outcome of an election can be changed in a matter of seconds while at the same time proof of such changes can be hidden or obscured in ways nearly impossible to find.

Were the results of the 2020 election so manipulated? Did our votes really count, or were our intentions thwarted by nefarious actors behind the scenes?

These questions and more have only become more acute over time. How can we even know what the truth is? If the election was manipulated, who did it, how did they do it, and why? How can we trust any future election if these questions are not answered now?

The Cyber symposium

Just last week, there was a large symposium to address many of these concerns.

The MyPillow founder, Mike Lindell, sponsored a Cyber Symposium, inviting representatives from all parties and states, as well as experts from across the country to examine in detail the available data on the 2020 election and its conduct. Regardless of what one might think of Mr. Lindell, any objective observer would have to be impressed with the measures taken to ensure that the examinations were impartial and fact based. Yes, many of the participants had their own opinions and biases, but they were more than willing to show the data they were using, how they arrived at their conclusions, and to answer questions honestly and transparently.

Most of the mainstream media have attempted to discredit and dismiss the symposium results as “debunked conspiracy theories trying to prove that Donald Trump won the 2020 election”. Now it may be true that some conspiracy theories, like dreams, really do come true, and it may be true that the election was indeed stolen. That begs the larger question, though. If the 2020 election was actually manipulated to the extent that the outcome was switched, doesn’t that mean that there was an attack on our very Democracy?

If extensive fraud existed, doesn’t that affect all of us, Democrat, Republican, and everyone? If our elections can be manipulated to that degree, do we even have a Democracy any more, or are we just going through the motions of an election where the outcome has been decided in advance? Isn’t the answer worth knowing, or are we just going to take the word of interested parties who want to tell us “nothing to see here, just move along” or “I’m from the government, trust me”, or “this election was the most secure in history, but I’m not going to let you check for yourself”?

Fraud has been present in nearly every election in this country since its founding. Cemetery votes, duplicate votes, ballot stuffing, and many other schemes have been used extensively. In most cases, the effect of such fraud has been small and insufficient to affect the outcomes of most elections.

People have become accustomed to small amounts of fraud and tend to dismiss allegations of fraud as simply the complaints of sore losers.

We now face, though, allegations of massive fraud, perpetrated possibly by transnational or state actors on a scale sufficient to change the outcome of what is arguably our most important election ever. Perhaps the most important question we, as a nation, can ask is: “Was the 2020 election determined by fraud?”.

As a working scientist, I have dealt with numbers and data and analysis for many decades, so three of the presentations at the symposium were of particular interest to me. To be fair, the following is my own understanding and interpretation of the presentations so if what I report differs from the presenters, that is on me. For those who want it straight from the horse, a good summary with videos of the presentations can be found here. Cyber Symposium Detailed Summary 2021 - Mike Lindell - Election Fraud at a Glance

An algorithm for all seasons

The first was by Dr. Douglass Frank, a well-recognized physicist. He was looking at the question of how might massive fraud be perpetrated in an election in a way that would appear to be a normal and legitimate outcome of an honest election. What occurred to him turned out to be a simple and elegant method that could be applied across all 50 states, and would be very difficult to detect by ordinary means.

In most elections, there are a large number of people who by age, citizenship, and other factors, are eligible to vote. There is also a subset of those people who have actually registered to vote. In states that have not regularly maintained their registration databases, there are significant numbers of deceased voters, voters who have moved, ones who have lost the right to vote, and others still included in the registry. Finally, there are those who actually vote in an election.

Dr. Frank recognized that the difference between actual voters and eligible voters represented a pool of “phantom” voters who could be used to alter an election. To use that pool, someone would have to be able to access lists of eligible voters, records of who voted, and be able to inject manufactured votes into the vote database. Well, states generally maintain online lists of registered voters, lists of names of eligible voters are available from a variety of sources, and current vote databases tend to have weak security that can be easily hacked, especially by a state-level entity.

Even with all that information available, it would still be a massive job to create the necessary number of votes by hand and insert them in the system. It would be an easy job, though, for a computer. Computers operate using algorithms – recipes that describe a set of operations – that are repeated over and over thousands or millions of times. The next question for Dr. Frank was would it be possible to find evidence of an algorithm in operation?

This should be fairly easy to track down since the same operation was being performed over and over. What he found was a consistent pattern being used for each state. The pattern was slightly different between states, just to make it a bit harder to track, but within a state, each county used the same pattern.

Once he identified the pattern, and knowing the information about the voters of the state, he could predict the outcome of the election to a very high degree of accuracy. While this explanation does not prove the election was altered in the way Dr. Frank proposes, the fact that he can make such accurate predictions of the results from simple demographic information is strong evidence.

Follow the trends

The second presentation was by Mr. Seth Keshel, a former military intelligence officer, well versed in understanding and detecting information warfare attacks.

His approach was to look at voter registration trends in each county and compare that to previous voting histories and look for discrepancies between registrations and election results. For example, if a county had a history of voting for Democrat candidates, had registered a large number of Democrat voters recently, but then voted for the Republican candidate in the election, that would raise suspicions about vote manipulations in that county. Mr. Keshel analyzed the more than 3000 counties in the US, and rated each one according to the consistency between voting history, registration trends, and 2020 results.

In a huge number of counties, he found that there was significant disagreement between the factors, again providing strong evidence of election manipulation.

Not only did he look at the presidential race, but also at several of the Senate and Congressional races, and found many discrepancies there as well.

An election on cruise control

The last presentation was by Ms. Draza Smith, a graduate level engineer with a background in control theory and cybernetic systems. Using her background in engineering, she analyzed the progress of the election over time, again to see if there was a control algorithm operating. If such an algorithm were running, it would be adjusting vote totals to obtain a particular result or target. What she found is that the time history of the election across multiple states was consistent with what is known as a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller – one of the most popular industrial control systems in use for process control in chemical plants, refineries, power plants, manufacturing and many other applications, including automotive cruise controls. What she noticed was a very clever use of the PID algorithm to adjust the ratio between party votes rather than the total number of votes. The final results would be adjusted to meet the ratio desired, with whatever number of votes added or subtracted needed to reach that ratio.

Was the 2020 election really stolen? Are these just speculations and conspiracy theories? Stay tuned for our exciting conclusion in Part II – The Smoking Gun!

WTH? Mo Brooks Gets Booed at Alabama Rally After Telling Crowd to Move On from 2020 Steal #UnforcedError (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published August 22, 2021 at 10:40am

Mo Brooks was booed loudly at the historic Donald Trump rally in Cullman, Alabama on Saturday for telling supporters to move on from 2020.

WTH was he thinking?

Via Business Insider.
Rep. Mo Brooks: “Now, our choices are very simple. There are some people who are despondent about voter fraud and election theft in 2020. Folks, put that behind you. Put that behind you. (boos) Alright, well look back at it, but go forward and take advantage of it.”

Talk about an unforced error!

Mo tried to clean it up but — man, what a gaffe!

HUGE NEWS: Wisconsin Speaker Vos Traveled with President Trump to Alabama Rally – Time for Vos to Back Forensic Audit or Resign

By Joe Hoft
Published August 22, 2021 at 11:37am
Robin-Vos-1.jpg

We’ve reported on Wisconsin’s Speaker Vos for months. The Speaker won’t order a forensic audit of the state’s 2020 Election results. It’s time for him to do so or resign.

Wisconsin’s Speaker Robin Vos has done everything but the right thing in addressing the corruption in the 2020 Election in his state.

1629665833114.png

We found out that he is good friends with RINO’s Reince Priebus and Paul Ryan which is why he won’t do the right thing.
1629665752601.png

Word is today that Speaker Vos traveled with President Trump on a private plane last night to the massive rally in Alabama last night.
Wisconsin State Representative Robin Vos traveled by private plane with President Trump and top staff to attend his rally in Alabama Saturday afternoon.

According to a press release from State Representative Vos, Vos spent the day sharing with Trump his plans to restore integrity and trust in elections in Wisconsin.

“While our attempts to make common sense election reforms to close loopholes and standardize procedures were vetoed by Governor Evers, we have doubled down on our top-to-bottom investigation by Special Counsel Justice Michael Gableman,” says Vos. “We will do whatever it takes to help Justice Gableman uncover reports of systematic fraud in our forensic audit.”
It’s clear that no matter how much corruption comes out of his state’s 2020 Election results, Speaker Vos will not do the right thing. Instead of authorizing a full forensic audit like the one finishing up in Arizona, Speaker Vos brings in a retired judge to lead a half-baked audit that will never address the issues in Wisconsin in the election. Over 140,000 ballots for Joe Biden only were dropped in Wisconsin in the early morning of November 4th and Vos still won’t fight for Americans and the people of his state to do the right thing.

If Vos doesn’t back a forensic audit in key counties in Wisconsin by Monday he absolutely should resign. Our country is being destroyed and Vos shows he is lost in politics. We need a leader in Wisconsin who will do the next right thing, not this clown.

TRUMP RALLY: Mo Brooks Met With ‘Fix It Now’ Chants At Trump Rally, Says ‘Arizona Audit Is Coming’
The people want the 2020 election to be fixed.

Rep. Mo Brooks, who President Trump endorsed for U.S. Senate, was met by skepticism at tonight’s Trump rally in Alabama when he urged Republicans to look toward the 2022 and 2024 elections, as opposed to focusing on the 2020 election where evidence of voter fraud has led Americans to believe that Joe Biden was illegitimately elected President. He later joined the passionate crowd in a “FIX IT NOW!” chant, reminding them that the Arizona Audit results are coming.

During President Donald Trump’s rally in Alabama, Mo Brooks tried to provide an optimistic look for the future of the Republican Party, led by President Trump, but was met by demands to address the 2020 election, which a majority of Republicans believe was stolen from the 45th president. Brooks suggested that the crowd should be looking toward the future, while reminding them that the Arizona Audit results are coming next week. Then, he joined in a “Fix It Now!” chant.

“Our choices are very simple. There are some people who are despondent about the voter fraud and election theft in 2020. Folks, put that behind you. Put that behind you. Yes! Look forward! Look forward! Look forward! Beat them in 2022. Beat them in 2024!” said Brooks, who was met with a disgruntled crowd. Brooks, noticing the crowd’s reaction, pivoted and said “Alright! Well look back at it, but go forward and take advantage of it. We’ve got to win in 2022. We’ve got to win in 2024.”

View: https://twitter.com/i/status/1429249005482123269

“Will you help President Trump and our MAGA candidates win in 2022? Will you help President Trump and our MAGA candidates in 2024?” Brooks asked, pointing out that America must overcome election fraud and “weak-kneed Republican RINO’s” to “triumph going forward.”

Moments later, as Brooks continued his speech, the crowd began chanting “FIX IT NOW!” with Brooks joining in, noting that the results of the Arizona audit are just around the corner. “The Arizona audit is on the way!” said Brooks. “Fix it now! Fix it now!”

BREAKING: Arizona Audit Spokesman Randy Pullen Believes Arizona’s Final Audit Report Will Be Made Available to the Public By the End August

By Jordan Conradson
Published August 22, 2021 at 7:23pm

Audit spokesman Randy Pullen said that the machine recount numbers were finally delivered last Thursday to the audit team in Arizona.

Pullen expects that the final audit report will be made available to the public by the end of the month.

This report will show the audit team’s ballot count versus the county’s count, batch discrepancies, and other ballot discrepancies found in the three-layered forensic analysis of the ballots.

The auditors have finally received images of the mail-in ballot envelopes and they will shortly begin the envelope analysis phase of the audit shortly.

There were many affidavits signed that say the County stopped verifying signatures. There were also a large number of affidavits that said residents were receiving mail-in ballots for dead people or former residents of their homes.

The envelope analysis phase will image and verify the signatures are real.

The County still has refused to provide access to routers, and other subpoenaed items.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich opened an SB 1487 investigation into this violation of the law, as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli.

If they are in violation of the law, the State Treasurer will withhold 10% of state shared revenue from the county. Violation of a subpoena is a class two misdemeanor.

The County responded, claiming innocence and asking the Attorney General to take no further action.

The supervisors are currently in violation of the law.

We now await the report by the end of August and action from Attorney General Brnovich.

Contact Mark Brnovich and tell him what his constituents want.

BOOM: “On A Scale of 1 to 10… I Would Say It’s a 12!” – Jovan Pulitzer On the Seriousness of the Audit Results in His 197 Pages in Arizona Audit Report

By Joe Hoft

Jovan Pulitzer released another audio today that explains the audit process from this past week forward in Arizona. Pulitzer recommends that the entire election system should be redone. The results of the Arizona audit are going to be shocking.

Pulitzer’s audio is as follows.

Rumble on website 1:18:00 min

Here are some highlights:
We’re in this crisis today because our paper, our ballets, got mucked up. So the two things that built our country are back in play today – the paper – that Declaration of Independence built our country – in combination with two, passionate patriots. And there are only two things that will save our country, that is auditing the paper or ballots and passionate patriots…

… Arizona audit was the fastest, most efficient and most cost-effective, for the number of ballots it audited ever, in the history of the world much less the United States…

…The Democrats forbid [Democrat] participation and then started releasing propaganda that it was only a conservative effort…

…What’s going on here is all these people participated. There is a tremendous amount of people that had to be hired, there was a tremendous amount of volunteers. So now you have all these experts from all around the country and everybody is putting together their reports. Right, so that’s at the top of the pyrimid. I’m putting together my report. Other people are putting together their report. Paper examiners are putting together their reports. Cyber guys are putting together their reports. Everybody is putting together their reports.

Now these reports go into one central person location and they are put into one all inclusive initial report…

…So all these reports go into one place. Then it’s not just the numbers. It’s not that we found x-bad votes, we found x-good votes, this was right, this was wrong. You have to explain all the methodology and all of the science behind it and why you did what you did. My part of the report, which only explains the technology and science…applied, the disciplines, how we do it, why do we do it, etc. Which comes in my big final report, that document alone is 197 pages.

Now mine alone because of what I do will be many, many, many multiples of that. Think of it initially will be a smaller scaled version of that that will fit into the bigger report. So everybody puts in their initial report. Then basically the audit teams get together and understand whatever each part has done, how it fits in, where things are congruent, where things are not congruent and then you finish the initial report. You finish the initial report and only then does it go to the next step…

…that’s what’s been going on. It’s been going on for a week. It gets to one room and one overview. The team pushes it all down to one report [which will be provided to the Senate]…

If I had to choose between a scale of one to ten, one being not a lot and ten being a lot, I would say it’s a twelve, and I’ll stand by that. And when you’re able to see the public report, you will understand why I say that.

At this point, the Left is going to explode with slander and garbage.
There will be no army to save America, the army is us.

Arizona lawmakers to receive election audit results, final report won't be public for days, report

The audit was ordered by the Republican-led state Senate.
Updated: August 23, 2021 - 9:51am

The results of the audit of the 2020 presidential election results in Arizona's Maricopa County are expected to be released Monday.

The audit was ordered by the Republican-led state Senate to look into potential voting irregularities in the state's largest county and was conducted by the Florida-based company Cyber Ninjas.

The draft report will be given to state GOP lawmakers, who plan to review the finding, a process that could take days or weeks, according to CNN.

The audit will review roughly 2.1 million ballots.

Democratic President Joe Biden won the once-reliable red state over then-President Donald Trump by 10,000 votes, out of roughly 3.3 million ballots.

The result of the audit will not change the outcome of the election but has served to draw attention to voting irregularities and potential voting fraud in 2020, with the expectation that voting officials across the country will take steps to further secure their state election systems.

Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are making efforts to have similar audits.

Conservative watchdog groups flag California mail-in ballots that show 'yes' vote to oust Newsom

The deadline for balloting in Sept. 24.
Updated: August 23, 2021 - 1:02pm

Two conservative-lean watchdog groups are raising concerns about envelopes for absentee ballots in California's gubernatorial recall election having the potential to reveal whether a resident voted "yes" to remove the governor – Democrat Gavin Newsom.

The Amistad Project and the American Voter's Alliance point out in a release Monday that the small, see-through windows on the envelopes issued in Los Angeles County can reveal whether a voter chose “yes,” which AVA’s Amy Cox’s suggests could result in somebody opposed to the vote trashing the ballot.

"When I saw this ballot envelope, I was shocked to see that it could reveal someone's actual vote," Cox says. "Our votes are supposed to be private. If someone can tell how people voted, then anyone who comes into contact with ballots could easily tamper with or discard votes they don't like."

The groups say that a recent Instagram video on the matter, which now has over 400,000 views, has resulted in information saying absentee ballot envelopes in at least three counties have the same design flaw.

The deadline for balloting in Sept. 24.

Cox, in the video, says the situation "asks for fraud." She also suggests Californians pick conservative Larry Elder to replace Newsom and put their ballot in the envelope in a position that their choice on Newsom cannot be seen.

A Los Angeles County Clerk says the design is "an established, recommended practice" that has been in use for years. The clerk also said in subsequent public comments the cellophane-covered holes are recommended by civic design consultants. However, election integrity experts question what appears to be a serious flaw in the design, the groups also say.

"A voter should never be forced to reveal their vote by negligent design," Amistad Project Director Phill Kline said.

He also suggested the design was recommended by "shadowy nonprofits who dictated election policies that turned government offices into partisan get-out-the-vote centers."

Full AZ Audit Release Delayed Over the Most 2021 Reason Imaginable

By J.D. Rucker • Aug. 23, 2021

The Cyber Ninjas did their jobs all the way to the end. Then, something happened that has delayed them from crossing the finish line and delivering the full Arizona Audit to the state senate. We can blame the biggest trouble-maker of 2021.

Three of the five team members, including the CEO, caught Covid-19. According to the Arizona Senate Republicans:
Today we are receiving a portion of the draft report from the election audit analysis team. The team expected to have the full draft ready for the Senate today, but unfortunately Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan and two other members of the five-person team have tested positive for Covid-19 and are quite sick.

In addition to the illnesses, it wasn’t until Thursday that the Senate received the images of the ballot envelopes from Maricopa County and are hoping to have those analyzed as soon as possible to incorporate those results into the final report.

The Senate legal team will meet Wednesday to start reviewing the draft report, and when the remainder of the draft is submitted, the Senate team will hold another meeting to continue checking for accuracy, clarity, and proof of documentation of findings. Once that is complete, the final report will be presented to the Senate Judiciary Committee and findings released to the public.

We’re almost there, folks. Those familiar with the findings are claiming the bombshells coming will outrage and enlighten Americans. The truth about the 2020 election will hopefully be delivered soon.

BREAKING: New Report Claims Almost 15 Million 2020 Election Ballots Are Currently Unaccounted For – Where Are They?

By Joe Hoft
Published August 23, 2021 at 4:30pm

Where did the 15 ballots go?

PJ Media shared moments ago:

Almost 15 million mail-in votes have “gone unaccounted for,” according to a new report by the Indiana-based election integrity group”Public Interest Legal Foundation” (PILF).

“In the face of a pandemic, states from across the nation hastily pushed traditionally in person voters to mail ballots while, at the same time, trying to learn how to even administer such a scenario” the report stated.

PILF describes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity,” existing “to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.”

Former Justice Department civil rights attorney and current PJ Media contributor J. Christian Adams, the president of PILF, said the results don’t bode well for mail-in voting.
These figures detail how the 2020 push to mail voting needs to be a one-year experiment,” Adams said in a statement.
These results don’t bode well for the 2020 Election as a whole. The study shows:
In the 2020 election, there were 14.7 million “unknown” ballots nationwide, as well as 1.1 million undeliverable ballots, and 560,814 rejected ballots.
But Joe Biden won 81 million ballots in the 2020 Election!

‘Exclusive’ 2020 Election Review Finds Democratic Party ‘Tore Down’ Key Safeguards That Give Americans Confidence in Elections

August 23, 2021

Written by Kyle Becker

A 2020 elections review commissioned by the Republican National Committee that has been underway for months has been finally released. Its results are certainly eye-opening.

The ‘exclusive’ report found widespread abuse of the electoral process, particularly by the Democratic Party, to implement politically biased and sub-standard measures by exploiting the pandemic conditions for partisan gains.

Measures were implemented, in some cases unconstitutionally, that weakened election integrity in several states and threaten U.S. elections moving forward if not removed immediately.

“Chairwoman McDaniel tasked the Committee to study voting issues and make recommendations that will restore election transparency and integrity and ensure that votershave confidence in future elections. A major component of this was to evaluate what went right and what went wrong during the 2020 election in order to build on successes and improve in areas of weaknesses,” the report said.

“The Committee’s policy recommendations can best be grouped into two major categories,” the report continued. “First, the Committee strongly advocates for policies that protect and promote transparency at all stages of the voting process. Second, the Committee emphasizes the need for states to enact policies that prevent, detect, and document problems, irregularities, and illegal voting at all stages of the election process but that are simultaneously minimally burdensome.”

“The Committee’s recommendations include that the RNC refashion its internal election integrity efforts, which have been more focused on ‘Election Day,’ and transform it into a permanent and year-round effort that encompasses engaging in policymaking, litigation, ongoing oversight of election officials, monitoring the ever-expanding election calendar, and being prepared for critical post-election events like recounts and election contests,” the report added. “The recommendations also focus on the need to utilize all facets of the party’s apparatus to promote election integrity, including the party’s political, legal, data, and communications resources.”

“Finally, the Committee recognizes the need to cooperate with and learn from other like-minded groups at the national level and grassroots organizations at the state and local levels,” it said. “The Committee’s work is just the beginning, and it hopes that the research, findings, andrecommendations in this report will play a meaningful part in the efforts to ensure trust, confidence, and integrity in the election process for years to come.”

Specifically, the pandemic was exploited by the Democratic Party to implement mass mail-in ballots, which have been long recognized around the world as an invitation for election fraud.

“Unsurprisingly, when evaluating the 2020 election, the Committee found that the COVID-19 pandemic was the most impactful issue,” the report said in its findings. “The pandemic brought chaos and comprehensive changes to voting processes beginning in the spring primaries and lasting through the post-election process.”

“However, Democrats, including some public officials, used the pandemic as a pretense to achieve long-sought policy goals such as expanded mail voting and the elimination of key safeguards, specifically for absentee voting, such as witness and ID requirements,” the report’s findings continued. “One of the worst examples is the automatic mailing of ballots to voters who did not request them, including in states such as New Jersey and Nevada that had no tradition of heavy absentee voting and were unprepared to scale up their processes. Another example was how state courts ignored laws enacted by their legislatures such as ballot delivery deadlines. Utilizing emergency powers and the courts, the Democrats attempted, with some success, to tear down these key safeguards that give Americans confidence in our elections.”

“The pandemic also impacted the ability to observe the elections process,” the report also said. “The Committee understands the need for social distancing, but officials were often far too aggressive in restricting access of poll watchers and observers. Poll watcher access has been a longstanding issue, and COVID exacerbated it considerably. It is also clear that officials watered down verification processes in order to handle the influx of absentee ballots. This included lowering review standards for counting ballots and insufficient ballot duplication procedures. This easing of standards combined with a lack of observer access to the processing and counting of absentee ballots could not have coincided at a worse time.”

“The 2020 election also uncovered several festering problems and weaknesses in our electoral system that were not specifically attributable to COVID and need to be fixed,” the report added. “Chief among these are ongoing failures of states to clean up their voter rolls and security vulnerabilities in election voting systems and infrastructure. There continue to be ongoing problems with a lack of public access to important election records and data. This is information the public deserves and officials have no good reason to withhold.”

“It is clear there must not be a repeat of what happened in the 2020 election,” the review concluded.

As the Washington Examiner noted, the following are the committee’s top recommendations for ensuring elections that will give Americans more confidence:
  • Clean up their voter rolls
  • Eliminate same-day and automatic voter registration
  • Enact ID requirements for all voting methods, while ensuring officials educate the public on ID requirements and provide free IDs to those few without one
  • Only use voting systems that produce a paper record of a voter’s selections that is reviewable pre-tabulation and auditable post-election
  • Prohibit ballot harvesting
  • Enact uniform and enforceable standards for rejecting and accepting absentee ballots
  • Enhance cybersecurity requirements for voting systems, including that they have no wireless, network, or internet connectivity at any stage of the election process
  • Allow political parties and state legislatures to have standing to bring or intervene in election-related litigation
  • Prohibit the acceptance or the use of any non-governmental, third-party, or private money, grants, or gifts from outside sources to assist in the administration of an election

Constitutional Expert Wonders If There Can Be Insurrection Without Anyone ‘Insurrecting’
by Bob Unruh

August 23, 2021

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley says there’s going to have to be a key question resolved as the court cases progress against those arrested for breaking into the U.S. Capitol, or just being there, during what ended up being a riot on Jan. 6.

Article by Bob Unruh from WND.

“The question is whether you can have an insurrection without anyone actually insurrecting,” he wrote in a new column. “That Zen-like question may find its way into the hearings of some pending cases.”

His comments came after FBI sources explained they’d found no grand scheme by Trump supporters to attack the Capitol that day. President Trump had had a rally earlier in the day and urged his supporters to protest “peacefully” at the Capitol when Congress was to formally adopted Joe Biden as the presidential election winner.

A handful of people broke doors and windows to enter the Capitol and some Joe Biden supporters who weren’t even in the building, but were in other nearby locations in Washington, claimed they feared for their lives.

Several people did die, mostly from natural causes. One Trump supporter was shot and killed by a policy officer. One officer died of natural cases the next day and several more committed suicide in the following months.

But WND reported several law-enforcement officials have told Reuters the FBI has found scant evidence of an organized plot.

The FBI believes at this point in its investigation the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or Trump supporters, the sources told Reuters.

The sources have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the investigations, Reuters said.

Turley, in his column, pointed out Democrats and other leftists have made that claim – that the event was an actual “insurrection,” for months now.

“When protests by Black Lives Matter and other groups turned violent last summer, the media was expressly told not to refer to ‘rioters’ but rather ‘protesters.’ Riots causing massive property damage were described by CNN as ‘fiery but mostly peaceful protests,’” he wrote.“Conversely, the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol could not be just a riot, let alone a ‘fiery’ protest, but only an ‘insurrection.’ Many in the media continue to awkwardly refer to ‘the insurrectionists’ rather than the rioters. National Public Radio even ran a running account of the ‘Capitol Insurrection.’ The term was further driven home by House Democrats by impeaching President Trump for ‘incitement to insurrection’ despite undermining any chance for an actual conviction,” he said.

“Members of Congress like Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) are still in federal court claiming a conspiracy of ‘armed and organized insurrectionists.’”

He said such a characterization serves a variety of political and personal interests, but, “Despite the adoption of the term by many in the media, there has been a growing disconnect with the actual cases in court.”

He cited the Reuters disclosure that there was “scant evidence” of any “organized” plot that day.

“In other words, they found a protest that became a runaway riot as insufficient security preparations quickly collapsed. While there clearly were those set upon trashing the Capitol, most people were shown milling about in the halls; many took selfies and actively described the scene on social media,” Turley said.

Hundreds have been arrested, but only a handful face conspiracy counts. And no one has yet been charged with insurrection, leaving prosecutors “a couple insurrectionists short of an insurrection,” he said.

Most of the cases are trespassing, and similar.

“Yet, the characterization of the ‘insurrection’ has continued as a virtual article of faith for those reporting on or writing about Jan. 6. Moreover, the treatment of many has remained severe, if not draconian by design. Justice official Michael Sherwin proudly declared in a television interview that ‘our office wanted to ensure that there was shock and awe … it worked because we saw through media posts that people were afraid to come back to D.C. because they’re, like, ‘If we go there, we’re gonna get charged.’ … We wanted to take out those individuals that essentially were thumbing their noses at the public for what they did,’” Turley wrote.

He said those who broke doors and windows should be punished.

“Yet, there remains a striking contrast in how other riots are characterized or prosecuted. Most of those arrested for violent protests after the death of George Floyd saw their charges dropped by state prosecutors. For months, rioters sought to burn federal buildings or occupy state capitals and, in some cases, seized police stations, sections of cities, even occupied a city hall. They were not declared insurrectionists; they were rioters before being set free after brief arrests,” he said. “Many of us remain disgusted and angered by the Jan. 6 riot — but it was a riot. It also was a desecration. These people deserve to be punished, particularly those who went with an intent to try to enter the Congress. The question is whether you can have an insurrection without anyone actually insurrecting.”

Turley is the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University.

Georgia Election Board Votes to Open Bipartisan Probe in Fulton County

BY IVAN PENTCHOUKOV
August 18, 2021 Updated: August 19, 2021

The Georgia State Election Board has voted to appoint a bipartisan panel to review the management of elections in Fulton County, an inquiry that could lead to the replacement of the county’s election board by a state board-appointed interim superintendent.

The inquiry is the first of its kind under the election law Georgia Republicans passed in the aftermath of the 2020 elections. The law authorized the state’s election board to audit the management of elections in any county at the request of local state lawmakers.

The state board appointed Stephen Day, a Democratic appointee on the Gwinnett County election board; Ricky Kittle, a Republican appointee on the Catoosa County election board; and Ryan Germany, general counsel for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, to the panel.

Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, a former secretary of state, applauded the action.

“Fulton County has a long history of mismanagement, incompetence, and a lack of transparency when it comes to running elections—including during 2020. I fully support this review,” he wrote on Twitter.

Democrats criticized the decision. Fulton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Robb Pitts, a Democrat, had previously voiced opposition to the new election law that he said would be used to target Fulton County.

“This is the result of a cynical ploy to undermine faith in our elections process and democracy itself—it is shameful partisan politics at its very worst,” he said on Aug. 18.

Fulton County has a long history of election problems, including long lines, inefficiency in reporting election results, and other problems, according to University of Georgia political science professor Charles Bullock. The issues were especially acute during last year’s primary, prompting the State Election Board to enter into a consent order with the county that included appointing an independent monitor.

That monitor, Carter Jones, spent nearly 270 hours observing the county’s election processes from October through January. He said he saw sloppy practices and poor management, but no evidence of “any dishonesty, fraud, or intentional malfeasance.”

Georgia conducted two recounts, one by machine and another by hand, of the 2020 election. Both recounts confirmed Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election by 12,000 votes over then-President Donald Trump.

Trump had claimed that the election was rigged. He and his legal team particularly targeted a number of issues in Fulton County. The U.S. Congress certified Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election on Jan. 6.

Why Did Douglas County, Nevada Just Delete 82% of 2020 Voters Off Their Rolls?

August 18, 2021 5 Comments

Something strange is brewing in Douglas County, Nevada. Mathematical impossibilities were uncovered through the Secretary of State’s voter rolls by local election integrity advocate Cardiff Gerhardt in a video he explains all “here.”

Loom | Send a video. Not a thousand words. 13 min

It seems 82% of voters who voted in 2020 have suddenly “disappeared” off the rolls. Either the Covid plague + Trail of Tears devastated the population of Douglas County in the past year, or each and every Democrat ballot was scanned an average of 10-20 times, blowing the total vote count so high that 100% of the current voters now make up 16.3% of the “official” 2020 primary election vote count.

This makes recalling these public officers (A2S9 Recall of Public Officers) mathematically impossible against Douglas County School District incumbents who won unopposed in primary elections. In order to recall any Nevadan Politician, we need 25% of the people that voted to sign a petition…which is impossible because only 16.8% of the eligible voters are still “there.” Douglas County has OFFICIALLY LOST THEIR RIGHT TO RECALL ANY OF THEIR PUBLIC OFFICERS.

So what caused this? We have 2 options: Covid plague + Trail of Tears, or election fraud committed by the local governmental public servants. Hmm…remember when Fulton County election workers sent poll watchers home, then pulled out cases of ballots they hid earlier in the day and ran them through the machines 2-3 times each? Yea, that might explain how numbers could get so far off from reality like this. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

Nevada is one of several battleground states that inexplicably stopped counting for no reason on election night, had poll watchers barred from properly observing, and had mail-in ballots sent to everywhere by the millions. For months, Nevadan voters from all political backgrounds and beliefs have been petitioning government officials in the state to hold a 3rd party forensic audit to see if their votes even mattered since there was none of the required transparency necessary to certify the election in the first place.

Government officials either ignored these hundreds of signed affidavits, or responded with threats of possible felonies just for people asking. It’s been an uphill battle asking our “elected” representatives to open an investigation into the election results to inspect fraudulent activity, especially when that representative is a primary suspect of voter fraud themselves. American Voters are in quite a rut. Police officers upholding the law receive their paychecks from the “elected representatives’ (Governor, Attorney General, County Sheriffs and Commissioners) who are suspect of committing fraud, or neglect, or outright deny investigating their colleagues. They are refusing to proportionately listen to the crowds of voters at meetings and town halls, where an overwhelming majority are against mandates and for forensic audits…

What is the response of the Douglas County Commissioners? What is the response of the Douglas County Sheriff? We shall see, won’t we?

Politicians are already plowing through with their unconstitutional plans and concreting the fraud that just occurred for the next election. If the police obey the politicians and ignore the Constitution they are required to hold up, then American People are now truly living in a tyrannical government. It has residents discussing a ‘military intervention’ petition is needed to arrest the politicians, and facilitate a forensic audit on our election to conclude the true results, or hold new elections altogether on paper if the accountability is as gone as we think it is.

What else can be done?

Cardiff Gerhardt has since mentioned another solution to restore the [A2S9] Constitutional Right of Recall to the People of Douglas County. Check it out:

HUGE – Steve Bannon’s War Room – AZ State Rep. Mark Finchem: Election Investigation Could Go BEYOND Maricopa – “We’ve Been Conducting An Investigation In Pima County” (VIDEO)

By Jordan Conradson

Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room yesterday to give updates on the Arizona audit, which he has taken beyond Maricopa County.

Part of the preliminary draft report was delivered to the Arizona Senate on Monday.

The Arizona Senate team will meet on Wednesday to analyze the report for accuracy, clarity, and proof of documentation.

The full final report will not be ready until the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors complies with legal and enforceable Senate subpoenas for the remaining election equipment.

Attorney General Brnovich needs to enforce these subpoenas as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli.

1629843845581.png

With that, the mainstream media, progressive radical Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer have released their “prebuttals” which attempt to discredit the audit and everybody involved.

The radical left and the uniparty RINOS are already concocting their defense before any real accusations have been made.

State Rep. Mark Finchem gave the following huge update.
Finchem: Now it’s in the hands of The Attorney General. The Attorney General will work to compel the delivery of the things that have not been delivered yet. Could there be a follow on report? probably.

There’s also, we’ve been conducting an investigation down in Pima County. we’re trying to get that wrapped up so hopefully, within the next week or so, the narrative is going to be strong for votes that are fictitious votes that we believe we found I mean you can’t have 114% of mail-in ballots.

Bannon: Hang on, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on. Are you saying this has got this report is going to say we got to, we got to go beyond Maricopa to Pima County and Pinal County which will get you about 80% of the state?

Finchem:
Yes sir.

Bannon: That’s huge.

Finchem: But we have to remember. There’s a separation between what the Senate is doing. The Senate is engaged in Maricopa County.

I’ve been working on Pima County. I’m the only elected Republican in Pima County, in the legislature. Nobody else has lifted a finger to take a look at this. So, that is the other major voting bloc in this, in the state of Arizona. Essentially you have Maricopa County and Pima County carry well an excess of 80%, 85% of the vote in the entire state.

Bannon: They’re going to try to do more prebuttals. do you have any earthly idea, now I understand it’s being handed to the Senate of when this thing will be publicly released I’m sure some of that’s going to be leaked, but what do you think will be publicly released? Because this is gonna be a feeding frenzy, by the left to tear this apart and tear everybody that’s associated apart, Mark Finchem

Finchem: Yeah, I think the key to this Steve is today the report gets delivered to Senate leadership, they want a few days to fully understand what it is that they have received, the information that it contains, and then at some point, I expect to have a hearing that’s pretty much the way President Fann has conducted this business so far. I wouldn’t be surprised if that comes out either late this week or early next week to have a public hearing to reveal everything that’s in the report and to ask questions of the people who created the report.Finchem has taken the lead in investigating Pima County, which borders Mexico and is home to nearly 4,000 potentially illegal “federal only” voters.
Mark Finchem is running for Arizona Secretary of State to restore election integrity in Arizona.

this report is expected to be released by the end of this week or early next week.

Now it’s in the hands of The Attorney General.
Contact Mark Brnovich and tell him what his constituents want.

OANN: AZGOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward Gives Arizona Audit Update after Yesterday’s News – “I Hope That The Attorney General Delivers” (VIDEO)

By Jordan Conradson
Published August 24, 2021 at 7:30am

On Monday, a preliminary audit report was delivered to the Arizona Senate.
The envelope analysis phase of the audit will begin shortly and Maricopa County still refuses to comply with subpoenas.

Yesterday, Arizona GOP Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward appeared on OANN’s The Real Story with Natalie Harp.

A portion of the Arizona audit draft report has been delivered to the Arizona Senate and it will be released to the public after a thorough review.

1629844580101.png

The other portion of the preliminary report has been delayed because Doug Logan and two others have contracted COVID-19.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the machine recount numbers were delivered to the Arizona Senate last Thursday and auditors will soon begin the envelope analysis phase of the audit.

Maricopa County recently provided Senate auditors with the subpoenaed mail-in ballot envelopes. The envelopes will now be analyzed after reports that signature verification measures were decreased over time, until eventually, they were accepting ballots with no signature.

Maricopa County is still in defiance of the legal and enforceable subpoenas requesting access to routers, Splunk logs, key fobs, and Dominion’s systems.

After the County missed the subpoena deadline, Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli requested an SB 1487 investigation, by the Attorney General, into this violation of the law.

If a violation is found, the Supervisors will be given 30 days to resolve the violation. If they fail to resolve it, the State Treasurer shall withhold 10% of state shared funds from the county, which is over $61 million.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich has since opened an investigation into the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, requesting a written response by August 20.

The County responded, saying that the subpoenas were not enforced before the end of legislative session and therefore, the subpoenas are no longer enforceable.

1629844657558.png

This is not true. The Senate’s investigative authority does not end at Senate adjournment.

The subpoenas are still enforceable and Maricopa County is still in violation of the law.

Mark Brnovich needs to do his job and enforce the subpoenas.

We will not have a final report until the envelope analysis is finished and Maricopa County complies.

AZGOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward told the OANN audience more about these issues and the preliminary audit report that was delivered yesterday.

Natalie Harp: We are so excited about the audit results coming out. We know that now the Senate has received the results. Today was the day. Now they’re going to review it with a team of lawyers, how long do you think that’s going to take and what are they really doing when they’re reviewing it? are they afraid of being sued or, why aren’t they releasing it right away?

Ward: Well, I think they want to review. I mean, they’re the ones that requisitioned this audit. They are the ones that are responsible. They hired experts to be able to do the job of actually auditing and analyzing, and now the Senate has to take the time to be able to look at what they’ve been given. And remember it’s only a partial report, Natalie, Maricopa County just gave us the ballot envelope, images, a few days ago. So, that’s not even incorporated into this preliminary report that they’ve been given today. And I saw a report or a statement from Karen Fann Senate President Fann, that Doug Logan and a couple of other people on the audit team have developed COVID. So, please everybody keep them in your prayers I hope they’re getting Regeneron, I hope that they are doing everything possible. Because we certainly cannot lose those guys, because they are the experts that are going to get to the bottom of what happened in 2020. Those legislators and all of us out here are the ones who are going to put the pressure on to make sure that there’s a reckoning if there is a vast discrepancy in what we’re finding in Arizona and across the country.

Harp:
The ballot images, that’s interesting so Maricopa, they are complying somewhat even though they’re still resisting in the battle now with the Attorney General’s Office. What images specifically were turned over?

Ward: The ballot envelope images. So, this shows us, because you probably heard during the Senate hearing, the latest one, that they reported that the screening for the signature match decreased significantly over time from a 20 point match to maybe zero. And so we need to be able to see those images to see how many ballots were accepted that certainly didn’t have a signature, maybe no signature at all, but certainly not a signature that could actually match a voter.

Harp:
Why do you think they complied with turning these over and not the other information?

Ward: You know, maybe they think that they’re going to get away with not giving us the router is not giving us the Splunk logs, not giving us the token to be able to plug into those machines. I will say that Maricopa County, Daring to say that the Senate needs to pay $2.8 million to help cover their debt to dominion, because the machines can’t be certified any longer may come back to bite them. I certainly think it should. Because if they’re accusing the state of ruining their machines, then those machines need to be opened up fully,

We need a full investigation by an outside auditor with expertise like Cypher to prove what went on in those machines before giving the taxpayers a bill of almost $3 million in order to pay off Dominion.

Harp:
Do you think the Attorney General there is actually going to hold them accountable for not complying with the subpoenas and take away millions of dollars from them, or do you think they’re gonna play the whole “oh you’re out of session so it doesn’t count”?

Ward: Well, I think that that’s ridiculous because that basically says if the legislature isn’t in session, anything that they do, has no force of law whatsoever. We have a part-time legislature in terms of when they’re making laws but they are still our public servants, the entire time, whether they’re in session or not. I think it’s a weak attempt to go around the law, to say that the Board of Supervisors does not have to comply with a legal lawful subpoena from another governmental body.

I hope that the Attorney General delivers and delivers what he should which is, Maricopa county needs to deliver everything that was in those subpoenas and so does dominion.

If the County wants to hold the Senate responsible for new fraudulent voting equipment, then they need to actually prove that the senate ruined the machines and that the machines were in perfect condition before leaving the County’s posession.

The Senate will not be able to finish the full forensic audit without the remaining subpoenaed materials.

Attorney General Brnovich needs to take action on these subpoenas.

InfoWars Host Owen Shroyer Released After Turning Himself Into The FBI: ‘Political Persecution Is Now Happening On A Mass Scale’

By Alicia Powe
Published August 24, 2021 at 6:45pm

The FBI and Joe Biden’s Justice Department is escalating its eight-month manhunt on Americans who dare protest the fraud-ridden election of Joe Biden by attempting to make an example of InfoWars host Owen Shroyer.

Shroyer was released hours after he turned himself in on Monday morning, after learning the FBI issued a warrant for his arrest on Friday.

“They held me for a couple of hours. I got in front of a judge and was able to negotiate the terms of my release. I have very strict conditions on that release” Shroyer said on a Monday broadcast of The War Room. “I am going to abide by them. As far as any details go, I am going to say I am not going to talk about it.

You’ll have to address any questions or concerns to my attorney. I have a big legal fight ahead of me.”

Shroyer’s crime?

Attending Donald Trump’s speech alongside thousands of Americans and then walking around Capitol Hill.

Rumble video on website 8:14 min

In a complaint filed last Thursday, the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force charges Shroyer with two federal crimes in connection with the Jan. 6 riot: illegally entering a restricted area on Capitol grounds and disorderly conduct. The disorderly conduct charges stem from the InfoWars host marching to the Capitol, standing in a restricted area outside the building and shouting, “They stole the election, we know they stole it, and we aren’t going to accept it!”

Shroyer was previously barred from demonstrating on Capitol grounds in 2019 after accusing Democrat Rep. Jerry Nadler of “treason” during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the second impeachment of Trump.

As the federal government attempts to bankrupt patriots with exorbitant lawsuits, conservatives are no longer welcome on the primary platforms used crowdfund. Shroyer launched a legal fund on GoFundMe over the weekend, but shortly after it amassed approximately $23,000 in donations, the anti-freedom platform suspended his account.

The InfoWars host maintains he is innocent, never had intentions for any violence and contends his crew sought to quell civil unrest during civil unrest on January 6.

“I am going to have to mount this defense and your support at DefendOwen.Com is going to be key. I am an innocent man. I am a God-loving man. I am a good man and I never went there to do any of the things that they’re claiming,” Shroyer explained during a Saturday broadcast. “It is widely believed that this is nothing short of total political persecution that is now happening in this country on a mass scale.

“It’s obvious I am innocent. I had no intent. The timing of it doesn’t even make sense. I never went into the building. We were never restricted anywhere as far as our walking is concerned,” Capitol Police never tried to stop us. There were never any barricades we had to get over. And we, again, tried to coordinate with Capitol Police saying, ‘Hey Alex Jones can try to stop this.”

Bodycam footage of an InfoWars crew member’s encounters with Capitol Hill Police confirms Shroyer’s account.

“You’ll notice you don’t see or hear from me much around the Capitol because I am just there as a journalist covering it. When I am down the street doing a promo video talking about 1776 or doing a report, I am there as a journalist,” Shroyer said. “Is journalism illegal? I don’t think so. There was never any intent to disrupt anything. There was never any plan or coordination. There was never any desire for violence. In fact, it was all the exact opposite. We were there because we wanted the congressional process to go on. We were there because we wanted to have a peaceful demonstration that we thought could change America for the better.”

Rumble video on website 11:22 min

Walking alongside Shroyer and detail security, Alex Jones is heard in the raw footage warning the crowd through a bullhorn to refrain from engaging in confrontations with the police.

“We are not the communist BLM. We are patriots. We’re peaceful. And we’re here because we love America and we love each other and we love the truth,” Jones declared. “We need to not have a confrontation with the police. They’re going to make that the story. Now, we will march to the other side where we have a stage, where we can speak and occupy peacefully. Tell everybody behind you, march to the other side. You guys are great. But the police and provocateurs have caused a problem and the police are throwing flash grenades.”

More than 600 Americans are languishing in jail for protesting in DC on January 6. Many stepped in the People’s House for just minutes and didn’t raise a fist, yet endure solitary confinement as the government destroys their lives and tears their families apart.

Clearly, Joe Biden, his Justice Department, and the news media don’t care how many lives they destroy in this process.

“This is a real pivotal moment I believe for America,” Shroyer said. “You want to talk about collusion, you want to talk about intent— what was the conclusion and intent on January 6? What was the federal government’s involvement with that? What about the media and them building up the hype? Maybe, if I was in DC of June of 2020 attacking police officers, burning buildings – if I was doing that then they wouldn’t be interested in me, that would be okay.”

Schiff Confirms January 6 Committee Is Investigating House Republicans — ‘Nobody Is Off Limits’

PAM KEY24 Aug 2021168

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that several House Republicans are under investigation by the January 6 Select Committee.

Schiff said, “I can’t go into any particular document or other requests. I can tell you the premise that you make, which is nobody is off limits here that of any member of Congress or the former administration or the former president himself, in whatever capacity that he was involved in this attack. We’ll investigate thoroughly, and we’ll put all of this together in a comprehensive report and let the American people know who’s engaged in this attack on our democracy. In that sense, I think you are absolutely right. We can follow the facts and be comprehensive, and nobody gets a pass.”

Anchor Ari Melber asked, “Right, as you say, the concept is no person above the law, something that’s discussed a lot over the last two years. When you look at the public report at the tours, it is not classified. Is it possible that they were valid, or does it look suspicious to you?”

Schiff said, “It sounds suspicious to me, and you know, look, I don’t want to presume what we’ll find in terms of those tours and allegations about them. I have a vague recollection on that day. We have seen a group of people near one of the ends of the subway that leads to the Capitol. I don’t mean the Metro, but I mean the internal system that we have, the people mover in the Capitol. So I will be as interested as anyone to get to the bottom of that to find out were members organizing tours and what purpose? Do they know why these people were here? Were these people there surveilling?”

Top Pennsylvania state senator commits to forensic election audit

State Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman made the comment in an op-ed published Monday after he faced blowback for removing state Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Gettysburg) as lead of the chamber's election integrity review.

Updated: August 24, 2021 - 11:03pm

In the wake of infighting within his own party, the Pennsylvania Senate's top Republican said this week he supports a "thorough forensic audit of recent elections — including the use of our subpoena powers."

President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R-Bellefonte) made the comment in an op-ed published Monday after he faced blowback for removing Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Gettysburg) as lead of the chamber's election integrity review.

Corman instead shifted the responsibility to Senate Local Government Committee Chairman Cris Dush (R-Wellsboro) after criticizing Mastriano for what he described as chasing headlines and "grandstanding at rallies."

"It is discouraging to realize that he was only ever interested in politics and showmanship and not actually getting things done," Corman said last week.
Mastriano, for his part, said Senate leaders, Corman chief among them, stonewalled his investigation. Corman denied this in multiple interviews with reporters.

"If we are going to give Pennsylvanians an election system they can believe in, we need to remove any doubt about whether the system is fair," Corman said Monday.

He insisted the Senate's audit will go "much further" than other state-mandated reviews, which have focused more on the accuracy of votes tabulated.

"The goal of the Senate's investigation will not be to conduct a recount, but to find any flaws in the system that could be exploited by bad actors and take action to correct those flaws through legislative changes to our Election Code," he said. [COMMENT: Emphasis mine. He sure doesn't want anyone questioning the validity of the 2020 vote. So much for "consent of the governed," which these assholes don't seem to understand.]

The news comes nearly two months after Mastriano fired off letters to commissioners in Tioga, York and Philadelphia counties requesting a trove of election data as part of the forensic audit.

The commissioners refused the request, citing guidance from the Department of State that warned unauthorized third-party access to voting machines would trigger decertification of the equipment. Replacing the machines would cost millions, the counties said.

Mastriano and Corman agree that the threat undercuts the Senate's "legal authority to provide election oversight."

"Our goal should be to proceed carefully, thoughtfully and transparently," Corman said. "I am not interested in a process that panders to any one point of view. We need to follow the evidence wherever it leads and get real results to make our election system stronger and more secure."

Voter fraud concerns mounting in tight California recall election

In social media posts and news outlets, proliferating reports detail alleged mail ballot theft, undelivered ballots, compromised vote privacy.

Updated: August 24, 2021 - 11:06pm

Facing the political fight of his life and sinking polls indicating he could lose in the Sept. 14 recall election, California Gov. Gavin Newsom is now plagued by rising concerns over alleged voter fraud after the Secretary of State's Office sent out mail ballots to 20 million voters.

Earlier in the year, the state legislature passed a measure to send out mail ballots to every registered voter whether they asked for one or not. Newsom's opponents argue this was done as a way to protect him from losing, suggesting the only way he could win was through fraud.

Two legislators sued Newsom last year over an executive order he issued changing election procedure. The lawsuit is on appeal and expected to go to the U.S. Supreme Court. One of the plaintiffs, State Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin), is running to replace Newsom.

"Legislators are as desperate as Newsom to stop the recall," Kiley said. "The one thing they respond to is the fear of losing their jobs. They know that when the governor loses his job, it will be a whole new ball game."

Blue check users on Twitter have been posting video and images of alleged ballot fraud.

Trump administration acting Director of National Intelligence and California resident Richard Grenell asked if Newsom sent out suspiciously designed ballots on purpose, posting a video with a resident showing how small, round windows in the ballot envelopes may reveal "Yes" votes in favor of recall, making them easy to identify and discard by pro-Newsom ballot counters.

In an article "fact-checking" Grenell, the San Francisco Chronicle claimed, "No, California recall ballot was not designed to help Gavin Newsom and cheat Larry Elder," his Republican challenger leading in the polls.

Should Newsom lose the vote, he would be the second governor recalled in California history. The latest polls show him losing in the polls or statistically tied.

New York Times best-selling author and podcast host Adam Carolla tweeted out a video of what he described as "two women with a post office master key ... caught on camera stealing what appears to be California recall election ballots at an apartment complex in Valley Village."

"Are they just targeting ballots or stealing all mail," Carolla wrote. "What are your thoughts?"

Just The News reached out to Newsom's press office, which was quick to respond. While the governor's office couldn't comment, the spokesperson referred the questions to several people at Newsom's campaign and the Secretary of State's Office. The campaign did not respond to request for comment, but the Secretary of State's Office did.

Regarding the "cases of mail stealing, we take any and all allegations of election crimes seriously," said Jenna Dresner, spokesperson for the Secretary of State's Office. "We are aware of the cases you highlighted and have referred it to the appropriate federal and local law enforcement authorities to investigate its validity and prosecute as needed."

She referred to a statement issued by the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters in response to concerns raised about the hole punches in the envelopes.

"The design of the ballot return envelope is not new and has been used for several election cycles — and the design is a recommended accessibility practice by civic design consultants," the registrar's office said. "The intent and purpose of the holes are two-fold, to assist with accessibility for low vision voters to locate where to sign the envelope and to ensure no ballots were missed and left in envelopes once our office has received and processed them."

"[V]oters have control of how they place their ballot in the envelope," the county added, "and have multiple options for returning their ballots (mail, Ballot Drop Box, or at a Vote Center) to ensure secure and appropriate handling. Additionally, voters can track the status of their returned ballot through Ballot Trax — a free tracking application operated by the Secretary of State that will notify the voter when our office received the ballot and that it will be counted."

Janna Haynes, Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections Office spokesperson, affirmed the position of Los Angeles County and said the holes help blind voters, even though the ballot is not printed in braille.

"The feedback that we had received from our blind community, best practices from the Civic Center of Design, was that we needed to make some obvious indication on either side of the signature line," she said.

The other reason is to make sure no ballot goes uncounted, she said.

Grenell pushed back against California media outlets downplaying fraud concerns. "The California media have collectively dismissed concerns about the LA County ballots," he tweeted. "The fact is there are holes in the envelope that when the ballot is folded a certain way can expose those who voted to Recall Gavin. This is fact."

In another tweet, he wrote: "The fact that it's 'only LA County' is a ridiculous pushback. LA County is the largest in the state. It's also a ridiculous argument to say 'we always have these holes in the envelopes.' Why do the holes only expose the YES votes?"

Police probe ballots found in car
Meanwhile, authorities are investigating 300 unopened mail-in ballots found in a car parked outside of a convenience store in Torrance, Calif., along with a loaded gun and narcotics.

Torrance Police Department Sgt. Mark Ponegalek told local media that a suspect has been taken into custody and released on his own recognizance.

"The election ballots, they were un-tampered with, unopened, a little over 300 of them found, primarily from addresses in Lawndale," Ponegalek said. "There were some from Compton. We're still trying to figure out where all these belonged to at this time, so we're working with the Los Angeles election office as well as the U.S. Postal Inspector."

The Los Angeles County Registrar's office confirmed the ballots were mailed to voters for the Newsom recall election, and that they were resending them.

"There's nothing to indicate this was focused on the election," the registrar's office told KABC.

Torrance police, however, have yet to determine a motive. "A lot of people, including us, want to know how did these ballots get in that subject's car, and what was the intent of those ballots being in that subject's vehicle," Ponegalek said.

Concerns about mail fraud were raised after the 2020 election by the Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa), a nonpartisan group, which "works to ensure every lawfully cast vote" in the state is "accurately counted," according to its website.

EIPCa purchased VoteCal voter registration and voting history files and after auditing them raised concerns about California's election system. The nonprofit published a list of questionable mail ballots sent out during the 2020 general election to deceased Californians and those no longer living in California. It also learned that 13 California counties have more registered voters than eligible citizens.

EIPCa sent a letter to the Secretary of State's Office last year raising concerns about the number of registered voters compared to the number who voted in the 2020 election. It found that California had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible citizens in the last election, and that nearly 124,000 more votes were counted in California's 2020 general election than voters recorded as voting in the election.

According to EIPCa's review, Los Angeles County has 206,728 registrants who have not voted or updated their registrations since November 2008 who are listed as "active" voters and could receive mail ballots in the mail.

Jan. 6 Political Prisoner Chris Worrell Calls into Greg Kelly’s Show from Jail – Guards Have Not Given Him Access to His Cancer Drugs for 166 Days! (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published August 24, 2021 at 7:25pm
chris-worrell.jpg

Chris Worrell has been held for over five months after firing pepper spray during the chaos on January 6, which he says was aimed at people who he believed to be Antifa who were targeting police.

Worrell has been denied bail since March 12 — and has been shipped around from Florida, to Oklahoma, to Virginia, and now finally DC.

He has been subjected to horrific conditions including a lack of water for sometimes up to seven hours and contracted COVID on top of his non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer.

The proud and patriotic American is now severely at risk of dying from COVID or metastasizing cancer advancing while being denied bail. Chris has been denied his cancer medication by DC leftist authorities for 166 days.

His doctor, Dr. Bino Rucker, M.D., signed an affidavit that was included in an earlier motion saying that “[c]ontinuing confinement at the federal detention center presents a substantial risk of serious infection to Mr. Worrell and his transfer to home confinement would significantly decrease the risk to his health in connection with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.”

The jail has been denying Worrell the medications prescribed by Dr. Rucker.
“Mr. Worrell has suffered aggravating symptoms of his cancer, including lymphomas of the skin on his face. The lesions are often itchy, scaly, and red to purple – appearing in different parts of the skin and increase Mr. Worrell’s COVID infection risk,” the motion says.
Worrell had travelled to DC with his girlfriend on January 6 to hear then-President Donald Trump speak and exercise their right to freely protest the 2020 presidential election.

Due to the violence from the left that has been inflicted upon Trump supporters in public since 2016, Worrell wore a protective vest lined with plastic and legally carried a small bottle of pepper spray for protection.

Following the Stop the Steal rally, Worrell followed the crowd of thousands of people to Capitol Hill to protest. The situation was peaceful at first, but escalated when people began to push against the police barriers to get into the Capitol building.

Worrell never entered the building.
In videos he recorded on the scene, Worrell can repeatedly be heard calling for peace. One of the clips from his phone captures him telling an officer that he was “not coming through,” when he accidentally bumped into a barricade trying to back away from the situation.

During the chaos, Worrell saw people that he believed to be Antifa pushing towards the police. He maintains that he discharged his pepper spray towards the people he believed to be leftist agitators, to protect the officers. The government claims that he was trying to spray the police, but have not offered any evidence to back this up. Eventually, they conceded that the government “do[es] not currently know with certainty the target at which Worrell was spraying.”

The government has not offered any victim who was harmed or sustained injuries by the pepper spray.

When a large portion of the crowd broke through the police line and entered the building, Worrell left.

A warrant was issued for Worrell on March 12 and the FBI raided his home, but he was away on a camping trip. The FBI had his girlfriend call him and direct him to turn himself in. He immediately ended his trip and drove home, calling the FBI every 30 minutes during the ride to check in as instructed.

When he got home, he was arrested and his cell phone was seized. Worrell was fully cooperative, even providing the agents with his password.

Since then, Worrell has been denied bail while others who actually went inside have been granted it, despite his fragile medical condition.

** [See website for donation info.]

Chris Worrell called into Greg Kelly Reports on Wednesday night from prison. He has not been given his cancer medicine for 166 days. The leftists in DC want him dead.

Chris Worrell ended the segment saying EVERY NIGHT the 30 political prisoners sing the US National Anthem in their jail pod.

He asked Americans to join him.

HUGE DEVELOPMENT: Wisconsin House Speaker Robin Vos Calls for “CYBER FORENSIC AUDIT” of Wisconsin’s 2020 Presidential Election Results

By Jim Hoft
Published August 25, 2021 at 2:05pm

For months The Gateway Pundit has reported on Wisconsin’s Speaker Robin Vos. For months the Wisconsin Speaker refused to order a forensic audit of the state’s 2020 Election results.

But then last weekend Speaker Robin Vos traveled with President Trump on a private plane to the massive political rally in Alabama.
trump-alabama-1.jpg

Via NBC15:

Then this happened.

Speaker Vos on Wednesday called for a “cyber forensic audit” of the state’s 2020 election results.

This is the first time Speaker Vos has promoted a cyber forensic audit so this is BIG NEWS.

vos-audit.jpg

Wisconsin grassroots leader Jefferson E. Davis sent out this list of updates from Wisconsin today.

Please consider the following updates regarding the Wisconsin Full Forensic Cyber Audit (FFCA):
  • Breaking NewsSpeaker Vos totally changes course and now calls for “cyber-forensic audit” (see attached Statement). The verdict is still out.
  • Turning Wisconsin Red Map has been updated with 31 Counties in the fold and the map now has the phone numbers of Speaker Vos, Senator Kapenga and Senator LeMahieu to contact for their signature and how many days it’s been since the subpoenas were dropped for Brown and Milwaukee Counties (see attached). Washington County is the latest GOP Leadership Team to help Turn Wisconsin Red (see attached). Updates from other Counties forthcoming shortly.
  • Ad-hoc Committee met in emergency session on August 24th and will have some recommendations for the County GOP Leadership Teams and affiliated groups on how to politely and professionally approach Legislators to encourage them to support the “full forensic cyber audit” that Speaker Vos is now calling for.
  • Well respected and independent voting integrity non-profit organization, Look Ahead America (www.lookaheadamerica.org) , recently released their evaluation of the November 3, 2020 Federal Election in Wisconsin showing, according to their research, that some 157,000 illegal ballots were cast in the election (see attached).
  • Former Chief-of-Staff to President Trump, Reince Priebus, appeared on Real America Voice (www.americasvoice.news) yesterday and is now calling for a “full forensic cyber audit in Wisconsin. This is also a change in the type of language being used by Priebus (Prolific Fraud Found In WI - Subpoenas Going Out Soon). Let’s see if it sticks.
  • One can only wonder if the atrocities occurring in Afghanistan might have been avoided if election fraud in Wisconsin would have been prevented.
Looking forward to our next update tomorrow.

Election Reform Group VoterGA Sues State of Georgia to Ban Dominion Voting Technology in State Elections

Election reform Group VoterGA sued the State of Georgia this week seeking a ban on Dominion Voting Systems technology in the state.

VoterGA on Tuesday announced joining with State Rep. Philip Singleton in a legal petition to ban Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system from state elections.

According to the Baltimore Post Examiner, the voting system has already been declared in violation of Georgia law by the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia.

The Kemp administration spent over $100 million for the Dominion voting systems in the state back in 2020.

The Washington Examiner reported:
A self-described election integrity group sued the state of Georgia on Tuesday, seeking a ban on the use of Dominion Voting Systems touchscreen ballot-marking technology across the state.

VoterGA, which led a suit against Fulton County for an inspection of 2020 election ballots, asked the Fulton County Superior Court to declare the state’s use of Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 Ballot Marking Device voting systems a violation of state elections law and to enjoin the officials from administrating future elections with those devices.
Plaintiffs allege Democracy Suite systems fail to comply with the state’s election code, which provides voting systems must “print an elector verifiable paper ballot” and “produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.”
The machines in use generate a paper ballot that voters can visually verify, but it also produces a QR code on the paper ballot reflecting the voter’s choices, which cannot be visually verified, according to the lawsuit .

Ballot scanners then read the QR code to determine a voter’s selections, and the “written portion of the paper ballot is not used for counting or re-counting the elector’s intent,” the suit said, alleging a legal violation.
