The Wisconsin Full Forensic Cyber Audit Ad-hoc Committee is pleased to announce an additional 4 County GOP Executive Committees in Clark, Langlade and LaFayette Counties have signed on to fully support the full forensic cyber audit in Wisconsin.

This brings the total to 13 (see attached map) with another 16 counties on-deck and 43 in-the-hole.

This may be the most insane activity in Fulton County since the 2020 Election steal.

CDMedia is reporting that Fulton County is looking to spend more than half a million dollars on the Elections Group – the same group that was involved in the election steal in the county in the 2020 Election.

Trusted sources have informed CDMedia that Fulton County Board of Commissioners will vote on a $570k contract for Chicago area ‘The Elections Group’ to conduct a comprehensive business process review of operations improvement and efficiency for Fulton County, GA elections.

Fulton County was the epicenter of election fraud during the U.S. general election on Nov 3rd and the follow-on Senate runoff on Jan 5th, 2021.

This group is connected to George Soros and Jennifer Morrell. The Elections Group was also present during the election steal in Georgia and Morrell was one of the observers selected by Katie Hobbs in Arizona to review the Senate’s election audit in Maricopa County, writes The Gateway Pundit.

Now we have confirmation that Jennifer Morrell was partying in Colorado before the 2020 Election with local elections officials, state employees, and at least one Dominion executive.

Judge Amero of Henry County has scheduled a hearing in late September to rule on all motions regarding a possible ballot inspection of Fulton County mail-in ballots used on Nov 3rd.

The timing of this contract award is suspect. The goal could be to change election policies and ‘stack the deck’ for progressive candidates.

We’ve reported on the Elections Group for months. This Group was in the middle of even corrupt acts in the 2020 Election across the country.



The fact that Fulton County’s Board of Commissioners will vote on gifting more than half a million to the Election’s Group is very concerning. This shows that the Soror-related individuals are not done pushing corrupt acts in an effort to steal American elections. This must be stopped.

On Sept. 17, 2021, our nation will celebrate the 234th anniversary of our beloved U.S. Constitution.

The fact that this document has lasted for such a period is a remarkable feat. Legal scholars have reviewed national constitutions that have been adopted since 1789 and concluded that they lasted an average of only 17 years.

But as I travel the country, Americans are asking me, “How much longer do we have before our constitutional protections are wiped away? How long before our nation descends into a real tyranny?” One friend went as far as saying, “If you criticize this administration, they call it hate speech; if you disagree with their actions, they call you a domestic terrorist.”

My friend wasn’t exaggerating, reading the most recent Department of Homeland Security issuance on Friday of a nationwide terrorism alert message titled “National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin.”

To be frank, I was stunned and found myself asking, have we, the United States of America, sunk to a new low? Although we are approaching the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks against our nation, this terrorism alert does not say one word about Muslim extremism being a threat and it barely mentions al-Qaida.

Rather, this terrorism bulletin focuses on the Bidens’ political opponents. Its sweeping rhetoric was so broad that it could put under suspicion more than half of all Americans. Is the Biden administration redefining domestic terrorism? Will having a pro-American set of beliefs and using the word “patriot” get you labeled a domestic terrorist?

The alert focuses on those who resist the Anthony Fauci COVID-19 narrative, stating that “threats are also exacerbated by impacts of the ongoing global pandemic, including grievances over public health safety measures and perceived government restrictions.” I wonder what “perceived” government restrictions they had in mind — aren’t the real restrictions damaging enough?

The alert also warns that “extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the United States as a rationale to conduct attacks.” And it warns against “conspiracy theories concerning the origins of COVID-19 and effectiveness of vaccines.”

So if you are a small business owner who managed to survive the last set of shutdowns and are desperately trying to survive the next shutdown, you could be a terrorist. If you believe that vaccines are an irreversible threat to your health that must be avoided at all costs, as I do, you could be a terrorist.

The alert also warns that domestic violent extremists are motivated by “perceived election fraud.” Therefore, if you believe that the nation overwhelmingly elected Donald J. Trump as president of the United States in November 2020, as I do, you could be a terrorist.

Then finally the nation is warned, “Law enforcement have expressed concerns that the broader sharing of false narratives and conspiracy theories will gain traction in mainstream environments.”

So if you believe whatever narrative is being spun from the White House podium by Jen Psaki, you are automatically protected. If your tweets are never blocked, and your Facebook posts are never removed, you are a loyal American. But if you think the government is often lying and manipulating, you could be a terrorist.

The alert then promises that the government will tell us everything we need to know — by “advancing authoritative sources of information to debunk and, when possible, preempt false narratives and intentional disinformation, and providing educational materials to promote resilience to the risks associated with interacting with and spreading disinformation, conspiracy theories and false narratives.

The last provision of the alert is so reassuring — that DHS would take action against Americans “while protecting the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of all persons.”

I’m sorry, but DHS leadership must take us all for complete idiots. The real threat appears to be from our own government and their misperceptions of what are very real and dangerous homeland threats we do truly face.

This alert reads like something out of the 1930s. You’re a potential terrorist if you oppose lies coming from the most leftist administration ever to occupy the White House. There is not a word about antifa, or Black Lives Matter, or any of the leftist groups protected by the Biden White House while they conducted their reign of terror on American cities.

The alert had not one word about the study from Princeton University that violent BLM demonstrations (i.e. riots) occurred somewhere just under 220 locations all across the nation. These are the violent people who Kamala Harris worked to get out on bail through a nonprofit group. What a disgrace.

What can and should we learn from this alert? Much, I think. We can anticipate the next steps by the Biden-Harris administration in suppressing legitimate, constitutionally protected dissent.

This alert foreshadows more lockdowns — probably nationally. The government may be hoping to provoke the American people to actively resist illegal lockdowns, and then to characterize that resistance to tyranny as a clear and present danger — a threat to the very existence of government.

But even if there is no strong pushback to new sanctions, this administration is not above ensuring that there are incidents that it can use to justify grabbing even more power.

This would not be the first administration that used a “false flag” event to gain power.

Every American should know what “false flags” are, and when acts of violence are blamed on American patriots to gain new government powers, especially with this gang in charge of the government and the FBI, this should be the first explanation we look at. Consider the role of the FBI in the claimed effort to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

I had no illusions about who the Democrats put on their national ticket in 2020, but the Biden administration is proving itself to be so much worse than even I thought. We have survived ineffective presidents in U.S. history. This administration is acting recklessly — dangerously — both at home and abroad. And it is acting against our own people.

DHS claims there are calls for violence against officials, law enforcement, government and religious buildings and people with opposing ideological views — but the bulletin casually admits it has no specific information about any of these threats of violence.

If you wonder about the timing, this bulletin came out the day after Mike Lindell’s cyber symposium in South Dakota ended. Such are the strategies of the rulers we’re now living under. God help us.

The Arizona Audit preliminary report will be delivered to the Arizona Senate next week and released to the public shortly after.



As we wait in agony, Chairwoman Ward reminds us that this process would be finished by now, if the County had just complied.

Ward: I know that all of you are chomping at the bit, waiting for the report on America’s audit to be made public. Well guess what, so am I. Earlier this week, Senate President Karen Fann said that the team conducting the full forensic audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election is finalizing their report. The auditors are going to present that report to the Arizona State Senate, and the Arizona State Senate is going to review the report for accuracy and clarity. Now once that process is complete, the final report will be released to the public.

One of the things that people need to understand and remember is that this entire process is still being drug out by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and their attorneys. The Supervisors, they’ve known for a very long time, these same supervisors that there are problems with Maricopa County. Particularly with Adrian Fontes, who is a left wing, Democrat who happened to be the county recorder. Now, his cronies at the Maricopa County Elections department didn’t help either. And the 2018 election was a disaster. So these supervisors appointed different people to oversee Fontes in 2020. But even those people didn’t clean things up in fact, they, along with The Board of Supervisors empowered Dominion, a company that’s currently owned by Staple Street Capital, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and Denver, Colorado. And they’ve been empowered dominion to control every digital aspect of the Maricopa County election without a thought as to how they were going to do their jobs before certifying elections, so that they could audit the job that Dominion did. Now the supervisors claim they don’t have the passwords, they don’t have the tokens, they don’t have what they need to get those audits done. And so far, Dominion refuses to comply with a lawful Senate subpoena.

We are sinking towards lawlessness here folks. Who is going to be the next to defy the law? At first, Senate President said that she had the cooperation of the supervisors, they were friends they were going to cooperate, they were all going to do it together. They were going to choose a great audit team. Then came lawsuits from the Democrats, several liberal groups, pressure from the liberal media, and the supervisors had to run into executive session and meet with their attorneys, and suddenly, their tune changed. Since then they’ve refused to cooperate and that really folks, is the major reason the audit results have been delayed. Now the goal of the audit, the entire endeavor is to restore people’s faith and confidence in our elections. Polls in Arizona and across the country consistently show that about half the country believes there were serious problems with the 2020 election, Democrats too!

The county supervisors, when they petulantly dig in their heels, and they tweet things out, It’s only led to more mistrust of the process. Standing on the side and criticizing the people who are checking your work is really not the way to inspire confidence. Senator Fann has vowed that if the audit results show signs of irregularity or criminality, she is going to refer all evidence to the State Attorney General’s Office, and as we’re nearing the completion of Maricopa’s audit, we have got to applaud the courage of President Fann, and the other Arizona State Senators who have stayed the course, despite intense negative pressure and lies from the Democrats and their media allies. We owe them all, a debt of gratitude for standing up for our Constitution, and I think we are likely to read about our Arizona political powerhouses in the history books as people who saved the Republic. Alumni of the program also include Joe Biden’s Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg and failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. Among the current chairs of the coalition, which “identifies, cultivates, and provides policy support to a network of 175 rising state and local Democrats,” is Delaware Senator Chris Coons, dubbed the “Biden Whisperer” and a “power player” among the president’s inner circle by Politico

NewDEAL’s leaders include several high-profile Democratic leaders involved in the suppression of 2020 election audits such as Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes. All three officials spoke at the group’s 2021 Annual Leaders Conference.

Fontes, who is currently running for Arizona Secretary of State, has accepted sponsored trips from NewDEAL’s partner: a controversial Chinese Communist Party-backed influence group known as the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF).

BUTTIGIEG IN A NEWDEAL PROMO

CUSEF is a key component of the Chinese Communist Party’s “United Front,” an effort that seeks to “co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” according to the U.S. government.

CUSEF was founded by the Vice-Chairman of the “highest-ranking entity overseeing” China’s “United Front,” a multi-billion-dollar effort also closely tied to and controlled by the country’s People’s Liberation Army, the federal report adds.

Now, The National Pulse can reveal that NewDEAL has repeatedly sent its officials on trips to China sponsored by CUSEF.

CUSEF has deployed this tactic on American journalists and former Congressmen, offering free trips to the country in exchange for “favorable coverage,” according to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings. The trips function as part of a broader effort to “effectively disseminate positive messages to the media, key influencers and opinion leaders, and the general public” regarding the Chinese Communist Party.

Tweets from 2016 reveal a “Rising Star” delegation of NewDEAL leaders sent to China. Participants included New Castle County Delaware Executive Matt Meyers, Georgia State Representative Scott Holcomb, Mayor of Dallas, Texas Eric Johnson, Mayor of Lincoln, Nebraska Leirion Gaylor Baird, and former Utah representative Ben McAdams.

A separate CUSEF-sponsored delegation took place in 2018, counting participation from several NewDEAL leaders including former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes.

Fontes – who has publicly praised China’s response to COVID-19 – appears in a video of the delegation conducting an educational exchange between American and Chinese elementary school students.

Bipartisan panel will review documented voting problems, which were highlighted in series of Just the News stories.

Georgia’s Election Board on Wednesday took the first step toward a potential takeover of elections in the state’s most populous county, reacting to mounting evidence of incompetence and irregularities in the Atlanta area last November.

The board's unanimous vote was made possible by provisions in the state’s sweeping new voting law passed earlier this year.

The vote authorizes a bipartisan, three-person panel to investigate Fulton County, home to Atlanta and a deeply blue base of voters.

Republicans, including Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, had urged the board to take the action. If the investigative panels confirms irregularities, the elections board could replace the county’s board of registration and elections with it own administrator.

The action came after Just the News used open records requests to document widespread irregularities in Fulton County, including a 29-page memo documenting double scanning of ballots, insecure transportation of ballots and possible violations of voter privacy.

Raffensperger hailed Wednesday’s decision.

“I have been saying for a long time that the state needs the authority to step in when counties have consistently failed their voters. I’m pleased that the state finally has that authority and that the State Election Board has taken the first step today. I’m confident that the performance review team will do a good job, and I hope Fulton will cooperate with this process,” he told Just the News.

Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors has filed a notice of claim against the Arizona Senate in pursuit of a $2,833,220.00 settlement from the Senate to cover the cost of replacement voting machines.

In May, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs claimed that the voting machines were tampered with and no longer safe to use and urged the County to buy new ones.

This made it clear that these machines were never safe to use in the first place.



Senate President Karen Fann responded to these claims, telling them that if they cannot run the same L&A tests, then the machines were never valid.



If the machines cannot undergo a full forensic audit, then they should have never been used in the first place.

The County Supervisors then threw another $3 MILLION of tax dollars away on new fraudulent voting machines.

They know that the machines were not tampered with during this fully transparent, 24/7 live-streamed full forensic audit but they are doing everything possible to discredit the process.

Today, Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adel sent the following letter to Senate President Karen Fann.

A team of 40 FBI agents held an 11 year-old at gunpoint while raiding her family's Georgia home during a probe into the US Capitol riots, it was claimed.

The agents - who arrived in four armored vehicles - descended on the property about five miles north of Covington in Newton County on August 10, the girl's father Donnie Hyatt told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Hyatt and his wife are said to have links to a far-right militia leader called Chris Hill, and attended the January 6 'Stop the Steal' rally in Washington DC. They insist they did not join in the subsequent storming of the Capitol building.

Hyatt said he was in his car on his long driveway when the agents came to raid the property around 7am, and says electronics and communications devices including phones as well as computers were seized.

'They had my 11-year-old daughter at gunpoint,' he told the outlet.

The agents' laser sights were aimed at her, he said, and she is 'pretty shaken' by the experience: 'She still shakes when she talks about it.'

Donnie Hyatt, whose home was raided by the FBI on August 10, said that he knows far-right organizer Chris Hill (pictured) personally, and that Hill and his wife are frequently in communication. While the agents had a warrant to converge upon the property, Hyatt said that it was for a sealed investigation, and that they did not divulge many details to the frightened residents.

Members of the FBI refused to provide comment when contacted by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Hyatt said that although he and his wife attended Donald Trump's January 6 'Stop the Steal' rally outside the White House, he contends that they did not join the subsequent siege on Congress.

Agents confiscated cellphones, computers and even his daughter's tablet: 'they took basically every electronic device in my house,' Hyatt said.

He said that he believes the election was 'stolen' from Trump and that the rioters were 'acting out of frustration,' but said that he thought it was a 'really dumb decision' for thousands of protesters to storm the Capitol.

'I understand why they did it,' he said. 'I'm still angry about (the election). I'm angry about how I'm being treated.'

Although he and his wife kept updated on what was taking place during the siege, they were not in touch with anyone inside the building, and that they 'don't even know anybody that knows anybody that went in.'

The Hyatt family is associated with 111% Security Force and its leader, Stockbridge resident Chris Hill, according to the Journal-Constitution.

Five were killed during the riots, including one Capitol police officer. As of August 2, four officers involved in controlling the insurgent mob have died by suicide, and 138 officers were injured.

Hill announced the raid on Wednesday using a social media site called Clapper (he has been banned from Facebook, Youtube and other mainstream outlet).

'The roundup has begun. The police state has begun,' he wrote.

'All you have to do is simply stand on American soil and your constitutional rights are trampled, your life is ruined and you get raider, Weaver style, in front of the family.'

Chris Hill announced the raid on Wednesday using a social media site called Clapper (he has been banned from Facebook, Youtube and other mainstream outlet).

Hill referred to the 1992 federal raid of the Idaho home of Randy Weaver, a self-proclaimed white separatist. An 11-day standoff between Weaver and the feds ensued, leaving the man's wife and 14-year-old son and a US Marshal shot dead.

Hyatt said that he knows Hill personally, and that Hill and his wife are frequently in communication, but maintains that they are not a member of the militia: 'I don't participate (in the militia) for this very reason - I can't have my life destroyed.'

Hill, who has been a far-right personality on the fringe for years, was not in Washington D.C. on the day of the insurrection. Instead, he attended a smaller protest at the Georgia State Capitol, along with QAnon adherents.

Hyatt said that an FBI agent he had spoken to on the day of the raid remarked that Hill had 'other people do his dirty work for him'.

Five were killed during the January 6 riots, including one Capitol police officer. As of August 2, four officers involved in controlling the insurgent mob have died by suicide, and 138 officers were injured.

One officer, who later suffered a heart attack as a result of his injuries, was repeated electrocuted with a taser and threatened with his own firearm. Another was beaten with a flag pole.

It took several hours for the National Guard and members of the Capitol's police forces to clear the government building of rioters. Gallows were erected outside the Capitol, and insurgents were captured on camera with zip ties and lethal weaponry.

During his presidency, Trump impeached twice by the House and twice acquitted by the Senate.

The second impeachment attempt stemmed from his alleged encouragement of the riots, telling his supporters just before the insurrection to 'fight like hell' to overturn his defeat to Biden and claiming that the results of the election were fraudulent.

Thus far, the FBI has arrested over 500 people in relation to the historic upheaval, according to the BBC.

In the November 2020 general election, whose chaotic results have been vigorously disputed, almost 15 million mail-in ballots went unaccounted for, according to a good-government group that focuses on electoral integrity.

The research brief by the Indianapolis-based Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) notes that as the nation dealt last year with the CCP virus (which causes COVID-19), various U.S. states “hastily pushed traditionally in-person voters to mail ballots while, at the same time, trying to learn how to even administer such a scenario.”

PILF describes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity,” existing “to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.”

Former Justice Department civil rights attorney J. Christian Adams, now president of PILF, said the results don’t bode well for mail-in voting.

“These figures detail how the 2020 push to mail voting needs to be a one-year experiment,” Adams said in a statement.

Bills pending in Congress such as H.R. 1, the proposed “For The People Act,” “risk inflating these numbers even further, pushing our election system toward error, disenfranchisement, and ultimately widespread doubt about election outcomes,” Adams said.

“Some of the counties with the least experience in administering mail voting rejected the most ballots nationwide. If continued, 2020-style chaos will become the norm.”

PILF says it had warned that lost ballots would be an even bigger problem in 2020 compared to previous years. In total, elections in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020 saw more than 43.1 million unaccounted for mail-in ballots.

Federal data compilations show that during the 2020 election, there were 14.7 million ballots whose whereabouts were deemed “unknown” by election officials, according to the brief.

To gather the data, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission asked local officials how many ballots were not returned as voted, were undeliverable, or were otherwise “unable to be tracked.”

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) inspector general most recently reported that only 13 percent of mail ballots in the 2018 general election used the official tracking system, which means there is a wide variety of things that can happen to a ballot in the “unknown” column.

“A ballot can be put in the wrong mailbox and land in an unfriendly neighbor’s trash. It can be thrown out with your unpaid bills. It can be left outside for the wind to carry the last mile (like seen in Nevada in 2020). Election officials simply do not know what happened. Unknown ballots are the greatest blind spot in the American electoral system,” the brief states.

In the 2020 election, there were 14.7 million “unknown” ballots, along with 1.1 million undeliverable ballots, and 560,814 rejected ballots.

PILF put these figures in perspective by noting that President Joe Biden carried Arizona by 10,457 votes, yet Maricopa County, the state’s largest county, reportedly sent ballots to 110,092 outdated or wrong addresses. The post-voting audit process in Maricopa is still in progress.

The scenario roughly repeated itself in Nevada, a state where Biden prevailed by 33,596 votes, even though Clark County “bounced” 93,279 ballots.

“The lesson is clear: increased reliance on mass mail voting must correlate with aggressive voter registration list maintenance,” the brief concludes.

The report notes that many counties across the country had large numbers of “unknown” ballots.

In California, Los Angeles County had 1,491,459 such ballots, followed by Orange County (482,940), Riverside County (454,911), San Diego County (317,614), San Bernardino County (274,937), Santa Clara County (251,840), and Sacramento County (241,367).

Clark County, Nevada, had 724,708 such ballots. Essex County, New Jersey, had 248,290 unknown ballots, and Maricopa County had 229,123 ballots in the unknown category.

He is not the first one they have gone after for just being outside the building and being held in prison. So now they are going after people based on guilty by association and in the past such cases have been repeatedly thrown out of court.

Back in June, the entire GOP Board of Maricopa County’s Legislative District 15 (LD 15) in North Phoenix resigned. The old-timers did not like the idea of pro-Trump “America First” committeemen so they resigned.

TGP covered their unprofessional actions, pointing out they gave no notice, and no transition period, leaving the jurisdiction in a bit of a shambles.
But not for long!

Tuesday night in an amazing show of patriotism, 50 new Precinct Committeemen were sworn in by State Senator Nancy Barto. Their oath can be seen in this video. In less than a month, under the new leadership of Joseph (Joe) Abrahamson, this new Chairman of LD15 has added all these PC’s and launched an impressive new LD15 website. It’s complete with a portal to inform and also attract more PC’s.

What an impressive group!

Abrahamson has an impressive background as do all the other new Board Members. Mr. Abrahamson is an Army Veteran with Secret Security clearance, a pilot in both the US Army and US Air Force. He’s a life-long volunteer and Poll worker. He’s currently the Chief Pilot for one owner of the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks. Other Board experience includes professional collaboration, sign language, weaponry, health and wellness, interpreter, marketing, R&D, insurance, and so on.

• As of July, Maricopa still has 151 precincts with no Republican PC’s.
• In Maricopa, Republicans added 201 PC’s in June, and 187 in May.
• Democrats only added 26 in June, and 22 in May.

Unaware of the June leadership resignation, many of the new PC’s tried for weeks to reach LD15 using the contact names and emails from the (old) existing website. No one responded, but they pushed forward, never giving up. The former Chairman, Derrik Rochwalik, did not forward or help these people who were trying to become PC’s. If he couldn’t even forward messages, then which party does he really represent? He now works as a Public Affairs Liaison for the City of Phoenix and a Councilwoman. When contacted by phone, Rochwalik refused to explain his sudden LD15 departure.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers and Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano rallied supporters for election integrity in Pennsylvania this week.

On Tuesday night, the two election integrity fighters headlined the Pennsylvania “Audit the Vote Rally”.


Senator Mastriano is spearheading the movement in Pennsylvania to audit the 2020 election results, a battleground state stolen from President Trump.

Since visiting Arizona in June, he has been inspired to perform a full forensic audit in Pennsylvania.


Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers is one of the leaders of the historic election audit in Arizona. She has lead the way in fighting off the federal government and standing up to the County’s defiance.

During her speech, Rogers told the crowd in Pennsylvania more about the first-ever full forensic audit where Arizona Senators are leading the world on election transparency.

Rogers: I just want to give you a real quick rundown on how excellent these experts are. He will go a VFR direct to the Treasurer of the State of Arizona, and say, “doc Maricopa County 10% of its Arizona State Revenue Share”, which is 61 plus million dollars.

You might have started hearing about me when US Attorney General Merrick Garland, said he wanted to get involved. And I had some edgy rhetoric on Twitter. That’s Arizona, excuse me, federal government, You’re over here. This is our audit. Who gives the state legislatures plenary power? the United States Constitution. Thats who gives us our power.

Senator Rogers ignited the crowd with a message of hope for elections that we can trust and public servants who truly serve.

On August 6, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich began an investigation into Maricopa County’s noncompliance with legislative subpoenas.

The Arizona Senate has subpoenaed the County multiple times with ongoing noncompliance. The materials requested are necessary to finish the full forensic audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election.

Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli requested AG Brnovich to investigate the County’s noncompliance with the legal and enforceable subpoenas.

In a notice to Maricopa County, the Attorney General’s office requested a written response by Friday, August 20.



Maricopa County responded yesterday, claiming innocence and asking the Attorney General to take no further action.

Re: Response to Legislator Request for Investigation
Dear Deputy Solicitor General Catlett:

On behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (“MCBOS”), we respond to your letter dated August 6, 2021 regarding Senator Sonny Borrelli’s Request for Investigation (the “Request”) as to MCBOS’ alleged “failure to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas that originated from the AZ State Senate.” [Request, Exhibit A]. Specifically, Senator Borrelli claims that MCBOS is acting in conflict with A.R.S. §§ 41-1151, 1153-54 and 16-624 [see Ex. 1 at 1] by failing to produce certain documents and electronic materials requested in a legislative subpoena issued on July 26, 2021 (the “Subpoena”). [Ex. A at Attachment; see also Subpoena, Exhibit B].

The allegations in the Request are without merit. The Senate’s authority to enforce the Subpoena through its statutory contempt powers expired on June 30, 2021 with the adjournment of the legislative session. Accordingly, any action taken by MCBOS in relation to the Subpoena did not “violate[] state law or the Constitution of Arizona,” and we respectfully ask that your Office “take no further action” regarding the Request. A.R.S. § 41-194.01(A), (B)(3).1

On August 2, 2021, MCBOS provided written responses and objections to the Subpoena (the “Objection”). [Objection, Exhibit C].3 In pertinent part, the Objection advises that: (i) MCBOS “has already produced every responsive record in its custody and control” relating to Request No. 3, and it does not possess any passwords to access the ballot tabulation devices used in connection with the general election [see Ex. C at 2]; and (ii) in lieu of producing its routers (which would put sensitive, confidential data at risk, render law enforcement vulnerable to hackers, and disrupt operations costing millions of dollars), MCBOS has already provided numerous items in satisfaction of Request Nos. 5 and 6—i.e., windows event logs, precinct-based tabulator logs, central count tabulator logs, election management system workstations, sever logs, and all of the election tabulation equipment used in the general election—which sufficiently enable the Senates’ auditor to determine whether the tabulation equipment connected to the internet at any point during the election. [Id. at 3].

II. Relevant Law
The statutory scheme of A.R.S. § 41-1151 et seq. governs the issuance and enforcement of legislative subpoenas. Specifically, “the presiding officer of either house or the chairman of any committee” is authorized to issue a subpoena pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1151, and the senate or the house is authorized to enforce the subpoena through the contempt powers conferred under A.R.S. §§ 41-1153, 1155.4 The power of the legislature to punish for contempt, however, expires with the adjournment of the legislative session. See Buell v. Superior Court of Maricopa County, 96 Ariz. 62, 64, 391 P.2d 919, 921 (1964).

A.R.S. § 41-1153 provides:

A. If a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena, or, appearing, neglects or refuses to testify, the senate or the house may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt.

B. A witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker, and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.

(Emphasis added).

The Arizona legislature cannot introduce, vote or enter a resolution in the journal when it is not in session. The powers of contempt conferred under A.R.S. § 41-1153 therefore dissolve upon adjournment until a new legislative session convenes.

Similarly, A.R.S. § 41-1155 provides, in pertinent part:

A. Each house of the legislature may punish as a contempt, and by imprisonment, a breach of its privileges, or the privileges of its members, but only for one or more of the following offenses:

3. Refusing to attend, or to be examined as a witness, either before the house or a committee, or before any person authorized by the house or by a committee to take testimony in legislative proceedings.

B. No term of imprisonment shall extend beyond final adjournment of the session.

A.R.S. § 41-1155(B) is unambiguous: The legislature’s power to enforce a subpoena by imprisonment expires at the end of the legislative session.

III. The Senate Failed to Enforce the Subpoena Prior to Adjournment of the Session

The relevant facts and statutory authority, as outlined above, clearly establish the Request is meritless. The Subpoena was issued on July 26, 2021—i.e., twenty-six (26) days after adjournment of the legislative session. Accordingly, even if MCBOS failed to comply with the Subpoena as alleged in the Request (it did not as articulated in the Objection [see Ex. C]), the Senate cannot use its powers of contempt under A.R.S. §§ 41-1153, 1155 to enforce the Subpoena.5
IV. Conclusion

For the reasons outlined above, the Senate’s authority to enforce the Subpoena expired on June 30, 2021, there has been no resolution holding MCBOS in contempt, and therefore, no violation of “state law or the Constitution of Arizona.” We respectfully ask that your Office “take no further action” regarding the Request. A.R.S. § 41-194.01(B)(3).

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to give me a call. There should be a mechanism to resolve this issue without expensive litigation and the use of court resources.

What is the alternative mechanism that the Supervisors’ attorneys propose? What are they prepared to pay to avoid expensive litigation?

The County continues to spout off, making bogus claims that sensitive data is at risk if they provide router access, or that the auditors already have everything that they need.

If the auditors had everything they needed, the audit would be completed by now.

Sensitive data wouldn’t be at risk if the election equipment was completely separated from the Maricopa County network as they claim.



Their new excuse is that Sine Die, adjournment of the legislature terminates the Senate’s authority to enforce the subpoenas.

Arizona Legislators already knew this, and this is why the Attorney General needs to enforce these legal subpoenas.

The Arizona audit preliminary report will be delivered to the Arizona Senate on Friday.



The coming results will give the Senate and the Attorney General more ammunition against the County.

According to an exclusive report by the National Pulse, “NewDEAL Leaders,” a radical-progressive Democrat ‘network’ comprised of state and local elected officials, has repeatedly sent lawmakers on trips to China that were paid for by the CCP, and have essentially been colluding with America’s foremost adversary since at least 2016.

The trips were paid for by funds from the People’s Liberation Army of China, with the express intent to “influence” US policy decisions.

These people are traitors.



NewDEAL’s purpose is to “identify and cultivate” Democrats who they view as potential “rising stars” in the party, which made members a prime target to be bought off by China as they were fast tracked up the political ladder.

The propaganda arm they were colluding with – the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) – is a “key component” in the CCP’s multi-billion dollar “United Front” project that is meant to “neutralize opposition” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.”

Unsurprisingly, anti-American Democrats were willing to accept that influence and have repeatedly sent their “rising stars” to go learn their talking points and rub elbows with the communist dictators.

The Chinese are notorious for targeting and buying off “(Members of) the Media, key influencers, and opinion leaders” to “effectively disseminate a positive message” about Communism and the CCP. As part of the process, American journalists and lawmakers are given free trips by CUSEF in exchange for their support and “favorable coverage.”

National Pulse listed some of the the sellouts who were confirmed to have made 2 of the trips:

Participants included New Castle County Delaware Executive Matt Meyers, Georgia State Representative Scott Holcomb, Mayor of Dallas, Texas Eric Johnson, Mayor of Lincoln, Nebraska Leirion Gaylor Baird, and former Utah representative Ben McAdams.

A separate CUSEF-sponsored delegation took place in 2018, counting participation from several NewDEAL leaders including former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes.

The current and former members of ‘NewDEAL Leaders’ are made up of some of the most influential political voices on the left, including several who have been instrumental in suppressing election integrity efforts surrounding the stolen 2020 election.

In fact, many of them directly oversee voting operations in contested states.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes – who was in place during the 2020 election and is now running for AZ Secretary of State – are all crucial figureheads within the group and have obstructed audits since the beginning.

Who is really controlling these puppets?



‘NewDEAL’ leadership also includes some of the most important “power players” in the fraudulent Biden administration such as Delaware Senator Chris Coons and Representative Marilyn Strickland. The current Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, is also a former member.

A nonprofit group inspired by former President Trump and working-class politics is set to hold a rally next month on Capitol Hill to spotlight people arrested and still incarcerated in connection with the Capitol riot over seven months ago.

The group, Look Ahead America, plans to hold the "#JusticeForJ6" rally Sept. 18.

The nonpartisan group has held similar rallies including one outside of Justice Department headquarter, amid concerns those arrested in the Jan. 6 incident are still behind bars without due process and some cases needlessly in solitary confinement.

The LAA website shows roughly 567 case with less than 10 closed.

CBS News reports similar numbers – 615 arrested and charged, with over 200 being indicted by a grand jury.

The rally will be directed by Matt Braynard, part of LAA and former member of the data team for Donald Trump’s 2016 election.

The LAA states its overarching mission is to "register, educate and enfranchise" disaffected citizens and "ensure their voices are not just heard but heeded and that the American Dream becomes their dream again."

Braynard recently referred to such efforts as "America First community organizing."

It's unclear whether the group has secured a permit for the rally. The U.S. Capitol Police on Thursday were unable to comment on the rally.

Coweta County School Board Member Linda Menk, a 71-year-old grandmother who lives in the rural community 40 miles southwest of Atlanta, says she was paid a visit by a pair of FBI agents for attending former President Donald Trump’s now-infamous D.C. rally on Jan. 6.

“It wasn’t festive, but it was friendly,” Menk said of the rally, telling The Federalist she remained on the outskirts of the crowd at Trump’s White House speech, standing on the grounds of the Washington Monument to watch the jumbotron from afar. “That was kind of where we camped out so-to-speak,” attending with a group she met in her hotel the night before since she got separated from those she drove from Georgia with.

After a few hours, Menk said she opted to go back to her hotel alone on M Street north of the George Washington University campus and watch the tabulation of the Electoral College vote on television. Menk told The Federalist she left around 12:45 p.m., about 10 minutes before the first Capitol barriers were breached.

“I had no cell phone service, I couldn’t pull up a map, I didn’t see another living soul,” Menk told The Federalist of her early walk back in frigid temperatures.

She safely made it to her hotel in the early afternoon despite the obstacles, and the friends she brought from Georgia returned around 5 p.m. Some had gone to the Capitol.

As the group carpooled back to Georgia, Menk said, outraged was ensuing at the virulent images from the Capitol broadcast nationwide to indict any who were present. It led to a second presidential impeachment of the man who one year prior had survived his first.

In Coweta County, Menk’s presence became the center of controversy by local Black Lives Matter activists who demanded Menk’s resignation for her participation in the peaceful protest.

“Just FYI. I’m here in DC for the Trump March,” Menk wrote on her Facebook page on Jan. 6. “These people your seeing on TV who supposedly stormed the capitol do NOT look like the peaceful marchers.”

The next local school board meeting on Jan. 12 erupted with left-wing activists branding Menk an insurrectionist who should be forcibly removed from the board.

“I have difficulty believing she was just in Capitol Hill to hear the loser of the last election speak,” said one person Joshua, according to 11Alive News, despite Menk’s assertion she never stepped foot on Capitol grounds.

Several days later, Menk told The Federalist, she was paid a visit by a pair of FBI agents who were sent by calls from local activists. Menk, a mother of two sons and grandmother to four, said the two agents at first appeared suspicious with business cards reviewed by The Federalist featuring hand-written phone numbers over blotches of white-out.

When neither would reveal their badge numbers and offered no warrant, Menk instructed the two to remain where they were so she could phone an attorney.

Menk was advised to return to the front porch with her phone on speaker, and then instruct the agents they would re-arrange a time to meet alongside legal counsel.

Menk later paid a visit to the FBI office in Columbus, Ga., with the criminal defense attorney David Helmick. The two agents, Menk said, told her they were not planning to arrest or charge her, but just wanted to interview her. Helmick described the interview as “courteous, professional and open.”

“There was never any indication at any point that Linda was a target,” Helmick told The Federalist.

The two agents showed Menk images of the supposed pipe bomber who had planted explosives at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters on Jan. 5. No suspects have yet been convicted in the case.

In the FBI interview, Menk outlined her involvement in the rally, telling the FBI where she was and when.

“You can verify everything I am telling you,” she told them, recalling one agent tell the other, “she would not have seen him based on where she was.”

The agents then asked to go off-record, she said. She looked at her attorney, and he nodded. Menk said the agents first asked whether she ever felt threatened, and she responded with the time she walked back to her hotel alone.

“I said I could have been slaughtered in the street and no one would have heard me,” Menk told The Federalist.

The second was what she thought should happen to those who stormed the Capitol complex that day. Menk said she complained about the billions in damage wrought by left-wing anarchists nationwide over last year: “You guys have done absolutely nothing.”

“So when I see you starting to hold those people accountable, then we can talk about what happened on Jan. 6,” she said. The agents cut off the interview there.

Menk told The Federalist the FBI has not contacted her since. The FBI dismissed The Federalist’s inquiries. Her investigation, neither confirmed or denied by the bureau, would be consistent with Department of Justice efforts to hunt down and prosecute those in D.C. from crimes such as trespassing that day while dropping cases against Portland terrorists.

At the next month’s school board meeting, Menk was provided a police escort while leftist activists remained up in arms over her presence at Trump’s January rally, outraged she had not been removed for exercising the same rights as those who oppose her. Her removal could only be accomplished by recall. First elected in 2013, Menk is running for a third term to begin next year.

“What really bothers me,” she says, “is this accusation that I’m a racist.”

Menk will be 72 in November. She still vividly remembers Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s iconic dream speech, and her father supported integration. For 40 years, she has hosted kids of “every gender, every race, every ethnic origin you can imagine,” and “I’ve never even heard a cross word among these children… Our kids got it. Dr. King’s dream is a reality.”

Menk emphasized the Capitol protests are a “horrible reflection of a vast majority of the people in this county.”

As the California governor recall election takes off, efforts to sabotage the Elder candidacy and those who voted for the recall are in full force.

There are already reports of efforts to steel the California governor election for Gavin Newsom. No one likes Newsom. He was horrible over the past year in instituting draconian measures to inhibit freedom during the COVID crisis. He is hated.

So the Democrats have to cheat some more.

A couple of examples are provided below.

In this first example, Republican candidate Larry Elder is noticeably impacted by the way the ballot was created and folds added to the ballot. This is a low-tech hack of a ballot.

When folds run through candidate vote space it either does not scan and forces adjudication OR outright misaligns and auto-cancels the vote.

The design of the ballot will negatively impact Elder.

This second hack is referred to as the “postman hack”. This simple low-level hack perpetrated on voters is one of many ways a vote can be stolen. This is just one of them. Think about it if 10,000 of these votes were stolen? This is sometimes the narrow thin margin nefarious actors need to win!

Jovan Pulitzer uncovers more than watermarks.

Yesterday Jovan Pulitzer reported that the Arizona Audit Report of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County will be provided to the Arizona Senate on Friday:

But on Wednesday Pulitzer released something nearly as significant. It was a Pulitzer Surprise! It Wasn’t Watermarks They’ve Been Looking For. It’s Much, Much Better!

Jovan Pulitzer surprised us all once again and likely scared the hell out of any election fraudsters in the process. In a video he released Wednesday on Twitter, Jovan explained that identifying markings are in fact on the ballots and are exactly what they were looking for during the audit! He explained it wasn’t bamboo paper as audit detractors claimed, and it wasn’t secret “watermarks” either.

It was, however, a secret printer identifying protocol established years ago by the Secret Service to help catch counterfeiters. Here is the video:

The matrix decodes the placement of the markings and reveals the precise identity of the printer by serial number along with the exact date and time the document was printed.

This goes to show that there is more than just “bean counting” involved in a forensic audit. An example of the printed microdots:

Georgia Election Board Votes to Begin Review: Could Result in Takeover of Fulton County’s Elections

Georgia’s State Election Board voted unanimously on Wednesday to authorize the establishment of a three person panel to review election irregularities that took place in Fulton County during the November 2020 election.

Should the panel determine that Fulton County did not handle the administration of the 2020 election properly, the Secretary of State’s office is empowered to take over election administration duties in that county. Such a decision could come before the end of 2021 and in time for the 2022 midterm elections.

Georgia’s “Election Integrity Act of 2021,” signed into law in March of this year by Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA), provides the legal authority to the Secretary of State’s office to take over the election administration responsibilities for any county that is found to have consistently implemented poor election procedures.

Just The News reported:

The vote authorizes a bipartisan, three-person panel to investigate Fulton County, home to Atlanta and a deeply blue base of voters.

Republicans, including Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, had urged the board to take the action. If the investigative panels confirms irregularities, the elections board could replace the county’s board of registration and elections with it own administrator.

The action came after Just the News used open records requests to document widespread irregularities in Fulton County, including a 29-page memo documenting double scanning of ballots, insecure transportation of ballots and possible violations of voter privacy.

“I have been saying for a long time that the state needs the authority to step in when counties have consistently failed their voters,” Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-GA) said in a statement released by the State Election Board after the vote on Wednesday.

“I’m pleased that the state finally has that authority and that the State Election Board has taken the first step today. I’m confident that the performance review team will do a good job, and I hope Fulton will cooperate with this process,” Raffensperger added.

“Wednesday’s appointment was triggered by letters from Fulton Republican legislators who requested the review,” the statement from the State Election Board noted:

The law requires the panel make a written report to the State Election Board. After that report is submitted, the Board will determine if further action is required.

The performance review panel is made up of Stephen Day, a Gwinnett County Elections Board member; Rickey Kittle, Catoosa County Elections Board chairman; and Ryan Germany, general counsel to the Secretary of State’s office.

Raffensperger, who on November 20 certified Joe Biden as the winner of Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes by a margin of 12,000 votes over Donald Trump out of five million votes cast in the state, has come under intense criticism for his handling of the November 2020 election. In June, “The Georgia Republican Party censured Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Saturday for ‘dereliction of his constitutional duty’,” as Breitbart News reported.

The censure resolution stated that Raffensperger had failed to do his duty, including:

• Entering into the Compromise Settlement Agreement and Release, which changed Georgia’s absentee voting procedures outside the Constitutionally prescribed format set forth in Georgia law.
• Undermining the security of our elections by allowing mass mailings of absentee applications by his office and third parties which created opportunities for fraud and overwhelmed election offices; rendering accurate signature matching nearly impossible; allowing ballot drop boxes without proper chain of custody; and ignoring sworn affidavits and evidence of voter fraud; and

In December, Breitbart News reported that “Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has no idea how many of the 1.3 million absentee ballots counted in the state in the November 3 general election were delivered by mail and how many were collected and delivered from the 300 absentee ballot drop boxes he and the Georgia State Election Board approved for use in the election.”
In June, Breitbart News reported:

Two Mark Zuckerberg-funded nonprofits combined to spend $51 million in the state of Georgia on the November 3, 2020 general election and the January 5, 2021 U.S. Senate runoff elections in that state, according to two separate reports: one published by the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA), and the second published by one of the Zuckerberg-funded nonprofits. . .

The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) spent $31 million in 40 counties in the November 3, 2020 general election, and an additional $14.5 million in 15 counties for the January 5, 2021 runoff election, according to a May 2021 report from the FGA.

Another Zuckerberg-funded group, the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), provided more than $5.5 million in funding for the November 3, 2020 general election directly to the office of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, according to a March 2021 CEIR report:

Georgia used CEIR grant funds in both the November general election and January runoff election to encourage voters to apply for a ballot online. This approach sped up the process for both voters and election officials while also making it easier to track application status. Georgia also used the funds to counteract disinformation, issuing public service announcements warning voters of disinformation and encouraging them to report fraud to the Secretary of State hotline. (emphasis added)

The two Zuckerberg-funded nonprofits spent four times more per Georgia resident than they did per resident of the other 49 states combined –$4.76 per resident of Georgia ($51 million/10.7 million residents), compared to $1.15 per resident of all 49 other states combined ($368 million/323.4 million residents).

The conduct of Fulton County officials in the November 2020 election has also been controversial, as Breitbart News reported in December:

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to accept a $6.3 million grant from the Mark-Zuckerberg funded Center for Technology and Civic Life “Safe Elections” project at a September 2, 2020 board meeting. It proceeded without asking a single question about the name of the group providing the funding, the origin of the funding, or the details of what the funding would be used for. . .

Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron told the Fulton County Board of Commissioners how he was able to secure the grant for the county, but failed to mention the name of the funding group–CTCL–or the fact they had only one day earlier, on September 1, received a $250 million donation from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan, to fund the Fulton County grant.

“I went this summer and sought some grant funding, which the BOC approved today for over $6.3 million, and we’ve also received $5 million in COVID funding. And then with the $3.5 million soundings request today, that totals $14.5 million more in additional investments for we’re going to be — we were able to secure a lot of new polling places for, if we clean them afterwards, we got tech-support at all voting locations, postage and absentee ballots that we have to mail out,” Barron told the Fulton County Board of Commissioners at their September 2, 2020 board meeting.

Here are the summary budget details of the proposal Baron sent to the CTCL on August 18, which they accepted and the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved on September 2:

• Absentee Ballot Assembly and Processing Equipment $1,448,026
• Early Voting Sites and Ballot Drop-off Options $937,710
• In-person Voting at Polling Places on Election Day $3,923,700
• Total $6,309,436

In February, the Fulton County Board of Elections voted to fire Barron, but later that month the Fulton County Commission gave him a temporary reprieve.

Nearly 95 percent of Georgia’s eligible voters are registered to vote, according to federal data released this week.

The data, compiled by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), shows a voter registration rate increase of 7.5 percent over 2018 and 18.7 percent over 2016. The EAC’s report estimates nearly 7.5 million Georgians are eligible to vote and that nearly 7.2 million of them are actively registered as of the 2020 election.

The report comes after Georgia took the national spotlight in the months following the 2020 election. The contentious battleground state flipped blue in the 2020 presidential race by a razor-thin margin of about 12,000 votes, and then two Democrats were narrowly elected to the U.S. Senate in Georgia in a stunning pair of runoff races in January.

Those results — in conjunction with the state loosening its voting laws last year in response to coronavirus — prompted widespread concerns in the Peach State that alleged voter fraud or reckless election administration had impacted the election.

Gov. Brian Kemp (R) was the first governor to address election integrity concerns — which were swirling in multiple battleground states at the time — by signing an overhaul bill in March aimed, he said, at making it “easy to vote and hard to cheat.”

The bill, named the Election Integrity Act of 2021, was met with a barrage of attacks from Democrats and big-name corporations in the state — like Major League Baseball and Coca-Cola — who broadly accused Kemp of instituting voting laws that perpetuated perceived voter suppression. The bill, among its many provisions, tightened the process of voting by absentee ballot and called for redistribution of ballot boxes based on voter registration data.

Georgia’s 95 percent figure in the EAC’s report, though calculated before the bill’s signing, is one of the highest registration rates in the country.

Democrat activist Stacey Abrams, perhaps the most prominent claimant of voter suppression since her narrow loss to Kemp in 2018, shared the new statistic by retweeting her former campaign manager Lauren Groh-Wargo, who celebrated the number:

Abrams, despite the substantial voter registration rate growth, has repeatedly charged that voter suppression exists in Georgia and founded the voting rights group Fair Fight Action in 2018 after her gubernatorial loss in response to her concerns about the issue. Groh-Wargo serves as the CEO of Fair Fight.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution observed that automatic registration at driver’s license offices contributed greatly to the increase, as that registration method produced about 67 percent of the new voters.

The actual rate, for states across the board, could be lower as the report calculated the total “citizen voting-age population” based off of 2019 survey data, which was the most recent data available for that portion of the calculation.
