A Recap in the Last Days of the Arizona Audit: Mainstream Media Meddling and ‘Blue Pen Jen’

PHOENIX, Arizona – The most eventful aspect of the Arizona audit appears to have had nothing to do with the audit itself – rather, it was antics from the mainstream media who came to cover it. Officials recounted to The Arizona Sun Times one incident in which several reporters left their designated seating, returned to the entryway, propped open the doors, and took pictures. Later, those reporters published stories claiming that the doors were left wide open during the audit.

After that, The Sun Times was told, officials had to direct some of the Arizona Rangers serving as security to escort media and ensure they didn’t roam freely.


One reporter in particular came to be known by workers as “Blue Pen Jen.” That nickname quickly became synonymous with media members hostile to the ongoing audit and its officials. “Blue Pen Jen” was Jen Fifield of The Arizona Republic, who signed up as a volunteer observer when the audit first began because media wasn’t granted access immediately. The Sun Times was told that Fifield only disrupted the training by attempting to interview other workers and officials.

At one point during that first day of training, Fifield took note of the blue pens used. During her breaks, she would post updates on the audit; she alluded in one tweet that some volunteers could use the blue pens to mark the ballots being audited.

“I noticed the counters had blue pens. Supposed to only have red when you’re around ballots since ballots can read black and blue ink. Those blue pens the counters have could potentially be used to mark the ballots. I pointed this out to Doug Logan with Cyber Ninjas…” wrote Fifield. “Doug is running this audit. He told me that his understanding was the blue ink was fine – that the ballots only read black ink. Then he came back and said actually it seems I am correct. But he still seemed unsure. He said that they would work on this.”

Only later that afternoon, hours after the tweet went viral, did Fifield publish an update that officials switched out the pens to the green and red pens long before the “actual real ballots were out on the floor.” Officials confirmed to The Sun Times that it was made clear that blue pens were for training purposes only, and that none of the real ballots were taken out from the locked cages.

Randy Pullen, a former chairman of Arizona’s GOP serving as a volunteer consultant to the Arizona Senate, sat down in an interview at the audit site with The Sun Times to discuss their months of work. He shared that they would likely be finished by Saturday. Pullen said that they’ve averaged over 125,000 ballots a day at this point.

Pullen shared that it’s taken their workers a while due to the inconsistencies in the ballot batches. With each inconsistency, the workers must flag the legal counsel and officials to document the issue.

“Originally, what the counties said was that each batch was in plastic bags. Then, [we] discovered that each batch has only pink sheets [batch sheets] between them. Or, the pink sheets are stacked together on top of all the ballots. Those [ballots] are counted, but there’s no identifiable way to determine which batch they are a part of,” said Pullen. “Everything is legally documented. If everything is perfect, then there’s no problem. But here’s what happens: the batch sheet says there are 200 [ballots] but there’s only 190. Then legal counsel has to document that there’s only 190.”

The painstaking lengths to document each inconsistency prevent claims that the auditors made errors.

When asked when the company in charge of the audit, Cyber Ninjas, would finish their analysis, Pullen estimated the end of July at the earliest. The only problem, he said, concerns the tabulating machines and routers. Auditors don’t have access to those yet because election officials won’t turn them over. Pullen said that this presented an issue – especially because election officials reportedly lack the passwords to the tabulators.

“If the county didn’t have access to their administrative side of the tabulators, did they have control of the tabulators?” asked Pullen. “Did Dominion? Or someone else?”

Pullen is not only a longtime leader within Arizona’s Republican Party. He was previously a partner for Deloitte and Touche, a multinational professional services network that offers premiere auditing services. Based on what he’d witnessed throughout this audit, Pullen told The Sun Times that this audit was as solid as it could be.

“They’re following processes and procedures that are very much in line with what you expect from a standard audit,” stated Pullen.

Once the analysis is finished, Cyber Ninjas will have to write and submit a report to the State Senate. The finalized version of the report won’t appear until the Senate reviews it.

In a word: it may be several months at the earliest before the public learns the results of the audit that’s captured the nation’s interest.

Just how many ES&S machines has wireless modems? 14,000. According to independent journalist Emerald Robinson, 14,000 ES&S voting machine had wireless modems which were then NOT connected to the internet to count votes correctly.

Detroit News – The judge cast doubt on the affidavits of several GOP poll challengers who were present during the absentee counting process, writing that they had not attended an Oct. 29 walkthrough of operations at TCF Center and “did not have a full understanding” of the process.

Poll challengers, represented by the Great Lakes Justice Center, requested an independent audit of the Wayne County election results before the scheduled Tuesday completion of certification, a halt to the certification process, an order voiding the county’s results and a new election in Wayne County.

Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck, an aerospace engineer, and author, was a poll challenger at TCF Center. He spoke with The Gateway Pundit publisher Jim Hoft about seeing evidence that the Dominion Voting Systems were connected to the internet.

Judge Kenny completely discounted Colbeck’s incredible claims of illegally connecting the computers in the counting center to the internet, and instead focused on a post he made on his Facebook page where he talked about how Democrats would use COVID as a cover to commit election day fraud, saying that it undermines his credibility as a witness.

“No formal challenges were filed. However, sinister, fraudulent motives were ascribed to the process and the city of Detroit,” Kenny wrote in a Friday opinion. “Plaintiff’s interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible.”

GOP attorney Zachery Larsen’s affidavit addressed the issue of the GOP poll challengers who were locked out of the process after they left the counting room for lunch. Judge Kenny claimed that Democrat poll challengers were also locked out and that locking out the poll challengers was related COVID and was a capacity issue. I was a poll challenger at the TCF Center and after the doors were locked, we lost about 40% of our GOP poll challengers. Democrat poll challengers and the Democrat agitators whose job it was to attack and distract GOP poll workers, had food and water brought into the counting room and didn’t have to go anywhere to eat lunch. The majority of the Democrats were still in the room while GOP poll challengers had to go to another floor in the TCF Center to get food and water. Upon learning that the GOP poll challengers were locked out, paid election workers and Democrat poll challengers and Democrat agitators erupted in cheers.

Wayne County’s bipartisan board of canvassers is expected to certify the city’s results on Tuesday, followed by a state certification vote on Nov. 23.
The city of Detroit has denied each allegation and said they are proof the plaintiffs “do not understand absent voter ballot processing and tabulating.”

The City of Detroit’s allegation couldn’t be any more inaccurate. The problem is, we did understand how the ballot processing and tabulation worked, and it couldn’t have been more crooked.

On or before March 31, 2022, the auditor general shall submit a report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives on all of the following:

1. Private, nongovernmental grant monies received and expended by the secretary of state's office for the 2020 elections and any balance remaining unexpended on June 30, 2021, for the following:

(a) Educating voters how to sign up for the permanent early voting list or how to request an early ballot. The report shall include the type of information provided and where the information was provided.
(b) Recruiting poll workers. The report shall include where the recruitment was targeted and advertised and the requirements for poll worker selection.
(c) Combating misinformation and disinformation about the 2020 elections. The report shall include the methods used, the type of information provided and where the information was provided.
(d) Personnel and employee-related expenses. The report shall include an analysis of why the monies were used for these specific purposes.

2. Private, nongovernmental grant monies received and expended by Maricopa county on programs and processes for the 2020 elections, including the purpose of the expenditures, the amount spent for personnel and employee-related expenses and any balance remaining unexpended on June 30, 2021.

3. Private, nongovernmental grant monies received and expended by Pima county on programs and processes for the 2020 elections, including the purpose of the expenditures, the amount spent for personnel and employee-related expenses and any balance remaining unexpended on June 30, 2021.

4. Maricopa county's process to acquire Dominion Voting Systems, including information regarding:

Judge allows Georgia ballot review case to proceed for now

ATLANTA —
A judge on Thursday allowed a lawsuit alleging fraud in Georgia’s most populous county during the November election and seeking a review of absentee ballots to move forward for now.

Originally filed in December, the lawsuit says there is evidence of fraudulent ballots and improper ballot counting in Fulton County. The county, county elections board and county courts clerk had filed motions to dismiss the lawsuit.

They argued, among other things, that the the lawsuit was barred by sovereign immunity, a principle that says state and local governments and can only be sued if they agree to it.

After holding a hearing on those motions Monday, Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero, who was specially appointed to preside over the case, agreed. He ruled that the constitutional claims against those three entities are barred by sovereign immunity and dismissed them.

He also granted a request by the petitioners to add the individual members of the county election board as respondents in the lawsuit. He wrote in a footnote that the claims against the individual board members “may be barred by official immunity” but that “the record is not sufficiently developed to warrant such a conclusion.”

The suit was filed by nine Georgia voters and is spearheaded by Garland Favorito, a longtime critic of Georgia’s election systems. As part of the suit, they are seeking to inspect some 147,000 absentee ballots to determine whether there are illegitimate ballots among them.

Several election workers and volunteers have signed sworn statements saying they saw absentee ballots during the audit that weren’t creased from being mailed, appeared to be marked by a machine rather than by hand and were printed on different paper. The lawsuit also repeats a widely circulated claim of fraud based on security video that shows cases of ballots being pulled from under a skirted table and counted while observers and the news media weren’t present.

Fulton County officials have consistently defended the integrity of the election and have criticized the ballot review effort. Fulton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Robb Pitts said after Thursday’s ruling that the lawsuit is the “result of meritless claims.”

“Last year, I told President Trump and others who push the Big Lie to ‘put up or shut up,’” Pitts said in an emailed statement. “It’s been six months and still no proof of wrongdoing has been produced. Enough is enough — this whole circus must end.”

The secretary of state’s office says it has investigated the claims and found no evidence of fraud. An independent monitor who observed Fulton County’s election operations as part of a consent agreement said he witnessed sloppy practices and systemic mismanagement but said there was nothing that should cast doubt on the county’s election results.

The ballots are kept under seal in the custody of the clerk of Fulton County Superior and Magistrate courts. Amero in April ordered the court clerk to release the scanned absentee ballot images. At a hearing last month, Amero ordered that the paper ballots themselves be unsealed so that the petitioners who filed the lawsuit can inspect and scan them.

He had set a meeting for May 28 with the parties to sort out the logistics of how that review and scanning of paper ballots would proceed. But that meeting was canceled so he could hear the motions to dismiss first.

Favorito hailed Thursday’s ruling and the naming of the individual election board members as respondents as continuing a “string of victories,” including the order to unseal the ballots.

No jail time in 1st riot sentence; Oath Keeper pleads guilty

An Indiana woman on Wednesday became the first defendant to be sentenced in the Jan. 6 breach at the U.S. Capitol and avoided time behind bars, while a member of the Oath Keepers pleaded guilty in a conspiracy case and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors.

Graydon Young, who was accused alongside 15 other members and associates of the Oath Keepers of conspiring to block the congressional certification, pleaded guilty to two counts: conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding. It was the first guilty plea in the conspiracy case brought against members of the group.

The second charge calls for up to 20 years in prison, but U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta said federal sentencing guidelines call for Young to serve between 5 1/4 years and 6 1/2 years behind bars. Prosecutors may seek even less time in exchange for his cooperation against other defendants.

Young, 55, of Englewood, Florida, was arrested in February and charged in the conspiracy case. Authorities said in court documents that Young joined the Florida chapter of the Oath Keepers in December, writing that he was “looking to get involved in helping …”

Later that month, Young reached out to a company that does firearms and combat training about a rifle class for four people, according to the indictment. Authorities say Young, wearing a helmet and tactical vest, was part of the military-style “stack” seen on camera marching through the crowd before entering the Capitol building.

Another Oath Keepers member, Jon Ryan Schaffer, has also pleaded guilty, but was not charged in the conspiracy case. Schaffer has agreed to cooperate with investigators and potentially testify against other defendants.

Anna Morgan Lloyd, 49, of Indiana, was ordered today by a federal judge to serve three years of probation, perform 120 hours of community service and pay $500 in restitution after admitting to unlawfully entering the Capitol. She pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor charge under a deal with prosecutors.

Bobby Powell the host of “The Truth is Viral” podcast was invited on OAN last week to discuss his viral video that exposed two likely FBI informants who were filmed breaking windows, attacking the building and even pushing people inside the US Capitol.

Bobby was on the east side of the US Capitol on Jan. 6. He witnessed several men attacking the building. Bobby told OAN, “Two men I saw attacking the building, breaking windows, and even pushing people inside HAVE NOT been arrested. And they are not on the list of suspects being sought by the FBI. Now I provided the FBI with 29 minutes of high definition footage, 1080p, more than five months ago. Niwther one of these men have been arrested. They are not in any of the 400+ indictments, I’ve checked them all. There’s not one frame of video not one still photograph on either of these men on the FBI’s webpage that ask people to give them tips on who the rioters were. The FBI’s YouTube channel or their Facebook page. They’re putting up all kinds of fuzzy pictures but they’re not putting up the HDI images that I sent them.”

Bobby and fellow Trump supporters then stood guard at the broken window and refused to allow fellow Trump supporters inside the building!

The police left the US Capitol open!

It was all a set-up.

Earlier today it was reported that the far-left and criminally corrupt Attorney General Garland filed a suit against the state of Georgia for its law reform act that was passed into law earlier this year.



President Trump issued a statement in response to AG Garland’s action. Newsweek reported on the President’s response:

Donald Trump said Georgia residents should mount their own lawsuits after the Department of Justice announced Friday it was suing the state over its new voting law.

“Biden’s Department of Justice just announced that they are suing the Great State of Georgia over its Election Integrity Act. Actually, it should be the other way around!” the former president said in a statement.

The statement continued, “The PEOPLE of Georgia should SUE the State, and their elected officials, for running a CORRUPT AND RIGGED 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION—and for trying to suppress the VOTE of the AMERICAN PEOPLE in Georgia.”

Who Can Be Surprised that Kamala's In Over Her Head?

Vice President Kamala Harris had a disastrous trip to Guatemala. She has received a great deal of criticism from all over the political spectrum. Fox News host Sandra Smith made a revealing comment on the June 2, 2021 episode of The Five. She stated that her contacts inside the White House stated that Harris went into panic mode when President Biden announced that he had put her in charge of dealing with the crisis at the border.

Upon hearing that I said, "No surprise."

The president made that announcement as far back as March. It's now near the end of June. Harris has still not visited the border and shows no interest in doing so. Lester Holt of NBC quizzed Harris about why she hasn't visited the border, and she gave her usual evasive answer: "I haven't been to Europe, either," followed by her signature cackle.

Because Harris has a habit of laughing at inappropriate times, it has been suggested that she suffers from Pseudobulbar Affect, a condition that causes uncontrollable laughing or crying at inappropriate times. I disagree. I believe that what causes her giggling like an adolescent teenage girl is insecurity, a lack of confidence, and incompetence.

Word has leaked that the White House is having buyer's remorse about having picked her for the V.P. spot. My question is, why is everyone surprised?


Let's look at the facts. What criteria does a presidential candidate use to pick a running mate?

1. The candidate should foremost be someone who has the presidential candidate's, the party's, and hopefully the country's confidence as to whether he can step into the president's position should it be necessary.

2. A candidate should have most of the same values and political positions as the president.

3. A V.P. pick should bring voters to the ticket.

4. Often the state the candidate for V.P. is from is a great consideration as well.

Did Harris meet any of these usual requirements? The action, or inaction, that Harris took with the only assignment President Biden had delegated to her seems to answer whether she can accept responsibility. Her inaction speaks for itself — as does her avoidance when questioned about it.

Whether she shares Biden's values is questionable. During the debates, she accused Joe of being a racist. She also said she believed the woman who accused him of sexual harassment and sexual assault. Whereas Joe Biden was campaigning as a moderate, which is questionable, it is no secret that Senator Harris has the Senate's most liberal voting record — even to the left of Bernie Sanders. Could Harris have brought any voters to the ticket? Unlikely. She pulled out of the presidential primaries before there was even a vote because she was polling so low. And there was no need to put a candidate from California, the bluest of states, on the national ticket. The state has gone to the Democrat candidate every election since 1984. The entire state is controlled by the Democrat party.

Why was Harris picked for the V.P. spot, then? That would be because Joe Biden had one and only one criterion for his number two — a person "of color." He repeatedly stated that while campaigning. In fact, he stated that as early as the summer of 2019. Here is the August 30, 2019 announcement at CNN Politics.

Why the surprise that Harris is incompetent? Why are all the questions about why she won't go to the border? Why the surprise that she panicked? Why isn't anyone just stating the obvious? Is it like the Hans Christian Andersen story "The Emperor's New Clothes"?

Some have referred to the crowd's silence in that story regarding the truth as pluralistic ignorance. That is, "no one believes, but everyone believes that everyone else believes, so everyone remains silent. This is also known as a symptom of groupthink, a suppression of personal doubts.

This "pluralistic ignorance" or groupthink phenomenon is what perpetuates the myth that affirmative action doesn't lower standards everywhere it alights. After all, we wouldn't hire an accountant based on such a requirement, would we? What do you think you get when you lower the admission standards for doctors, lawyers, and engineers? We are witnessing it at the second most important job in the free world, yet we pretend this isn't happening everywhere. Unfortunately, "diversity" is now considered the most important criterion for hiring and admissions.

The part of the "Emperor's New Clothes" story that seems to be forgotten is why the emperor was parading down the street naked. He was self-centered, and two con men used his arrogance to swindle the kingdom out of riches they pretended were being spent on the emperor's clothes. — much like the con men and race-baiters perpetrating the myth of diversity on the country. Look at the race-hustlers who take a fee, take a salary, or run for office, promoting something that has as much tangible substance as the emperor's new clothes.

CDMedia spoke with Fulton County, GA (Atlanta) resident Barbara Hartman at length recently regarding her experience as a poll watcher during the Nov 3rd election, and recount in Georgia. Hartman has many years of experience working as an assistant manager and approximately 25 years as a manager of elections in Fulton County, Atlanta.

She filed an affidavit after serving as a poll worker and then as an auditor for the November 3 election and observed mailed-in absentee ballots that had not been folded. Mailed-in absentee ballots are folded, placed in an inner secrecy envelope, and that envelope is then placed in an outer envelope to be mailed.

All of the above election workers were Happy Faces employees and were not being monitored during voting, poll closeout, or ballot and flash card transport to the World Congress Center by any Fulton County Election official or Public Safety official.

The hiring and training and actions of the election workers in Atlanta and across the state of Georgia should be investigated for any wrongdoing in the 2020 Election.

An election official in Fulton County, Georgia is blowing the whistle, revealing how Georgia Republican leaders were made aware of severe fraud immediately after the 2020 presidential election but chose to look the other way.

The whistleblower released a memo detailing the allegations of poll watcher Carter Jones, who saw riggers on the floor engaging in the double-counting of votes, violating the chain of custody repeatedly, handling ballots improperly, and bragging they were going to “f*ck sh*t up” in the aftermath of the vote.

The election official confirmed that Jones’ testimony was relayed to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger before he appeared on CBS’ 60 Minutes where he incredulously claimed that the state conducted “safe, secure, honest elections.”

“It is my understanding is that the ballots are supposed to be moved in numbered, sealed boxes to protect them,” Jones said in his report detailing fraud. He noted that ballots were coming into State Farm Arena in “rolling bins 2k at a time” starting at 4pm on election day with none of the protocol being followed.

Jones noted that a third party group called “Happy Faces” showed up to help with the adjudication of ballots. He reported that it was members of this Happy Faces group who said they were going “f*ck sh*t up” after election day.

“What is Happy Faces doing to vet the people who they are sending to make sure that they are not sending in people who do actually want to ‘f*ck sh*t up?'” he asked.

This follows the blueprint used in other inner-city fraud centers on election day, as Big League Politics has chronicled since the steal took place:

“One day after the election, the results are still pending and will likely depend on the rust belt. President Donald Trump holds a strong lead in the state of Michigan, but the city of Detroit and their mail-in and absentee ballots have yet to be officially tallied.

In news that will likely cast further doubt on the election results, tens of thousands of absentee ballots arrived in large U.S. Postal Service boxes at the TCF Center in Detroit, Mich. on Wednesday morning at 3:30 am. The TCF Center, formerly Cobo Hall, is where the absentee ballots are counted for Wayne County, which is the home of Detroit.

Former Michigan state senator Patrick Colbeck wrote that the total number of ballots dumped on the counting board totaled 38,000…

Before the ballots showed up mysteriously at 3:30 am, no ballots had arrived at the TCF Center for over six hours, and many poll workers in the facility sat around with no work to do while getting paid hundreds of dollars by the state of Michigan.

According to Michigan election law, all of these mail-in and absentee ballots had to be submitted before 8pm on Tuesday night in order to be lawfully accepted and counted for the election. This means the city of Detroit potentially sat on these ballots for hours. The white van that arrived had the name of Detroit city clerk Janice Winfrey emblazoned upon it as well as a logo and a phone number. Last month, Winfrey set the stage to drag out the process in an interview with ABC 7 News.

“We’re back in control, and we know that we will have nearly 10,000 poll workers that will be working with us to process ballots on election day, or election week is what we’re calling it now, because we know we’re going to be slow,” she said, adding that she was not going to let “outside influencers” get in the way of her election day schemes.”

It is becoming more clear that Republican officials have been tasked with enforcing the vote steal that was performed by Democrats on election night. This election fraud conspiracy is one of the most heinous crime perpetrated against the American public.

The audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, is just wrapping up hand counting 2.1 million ballots. There is more work to do, but preliminary results are coming out soon. There are several other states that are proceeding with election audits modeled after Arizona’s, and many more states are strongly considering it. Let’s start with the active election audit case in Georgia. Newman says, “This is still proceeding in Georgia. The Deep State is worried about what’s happening in Michigan. Donald Trump just put out a statement yesterday, that you will not hear about in the fake media, criticizing the two state senators standing in the way of a proper audit, a forensic audit in Michigan. They worry about Wisconsin.

They are really worried about Pennsylvania because the evidence is so massive and so overwhelming. They are also very worried that Arizona is going to be the domino that sets off all the other dominos. . . . If the truth comes out about what really happened in the 2020 Election, a whole lot of these people are going to end up in jail.”

Newman says every big problem we see today is simply part of the Deep State agenda to destroy America. From the lie of Critical Race Theory, open borders, the plan-demic and experimental CV19 so-called vaccines, the violence of BLM and Antifa, and, yes, election fraud, these are just a few of the problems facing America and the world caused by the Deep State. The Deep State actors do not care what laws they break or what crimes they commit to cause the total destruction of America.

Newman contends, “If the string continues to unravel and it goes back to the highest level, people will find out this was the biggest crime perpetrated against our country in History. That’s what they are terrified about. One of the ways you know this is the only time election audits are mentioned in the fake media, and this includes the controlled opposition FOX News, is to dismiss it and say it’s a conspiracy theory. The MSM is calling it a ‘fraud-it.’ They have tried to sue to get it stopped. The “Deep State” is absolutely terrified of what this Arizona audit represents. That’s why we are seeing what we are seeing.”

In closing, Newman says, “I think it is highly significant that President Trump is saying he is still not conceding the Election.”

We nailed it yesterday, the far-left Washington Post published their hit job on Mike Lindell and as we expected, they used Harri Hursti to do it.



The Gateway Pundit called it. The Washington Post, in its June 24 hit piece on Mike Lindell, Inside the ‘shadow reality world’ promoting the lie that the presidential election was stolen, did interview a computer scientist to “[kick] Lindell and his ‘terabytes and packets’ to the sidewalk.“

Mike Lindell warned us earlier this week, on the WarRoom Pandemic, that the WaPo was preparing a hit piece on him and yesterday it hit.

We predicted whom they would call upon as their computer scientist expert. We had a targeted, logical list drawn up. We published it.

In fact, the WaPo called upon Harri Hursti, Ph.D., the top name on our list of computer scientists most likely to be drafted as the “expert” by this hard-left newspaper, and utilized him to attempt to eviscerate Mike Lindell.

The total opus of Hursti’s direct quotes to the WaPo in their Lindell hit piece consisted of the following:

“They have their own version of YouTube, their own message groups. They have their own whole set of publications … You have to wonder what percent of America is even aware of this shadow reality world,” said Harri Hursti, a cyber and elections expert who in recent days has devoted his Twitter feed to debunking a stream of falsehoods about a local ballot audit in New Hampshire. “Not only is it organized, but you have to think: How much money is needed to keep it going?”…

…“It’s the utmost hogwash,” said Hursti, a computer programmer who has worked to make voting machines more secure. “But it doesn’t have to make sense — for some people, that makes it more believable.”

What does any of that have to do with the cybersecurity of elections or with electronic voting machines or with election fraud or with Mike Lindell’s “terabytes” and “packets of data“?

It sounds more like the very professional, sculpted rantings of a Strategic PR and Marketing wonk from D.C. taking down a political enemy.

The WaPo attempted a hit piece on Mike Lindell – but they failed in their attempt, in our opinion.

Hursti, his name erased from the Verified Voting advisory board right before his appointment on May 3, by the NH Attorney General, John Formella, and its Secretary of State, William Gardner. He was part of the three-person audit team for the Windham, New Hampshire 2020 election audit and he failed the citizens of Windham, NH in that forensic audit.

Note how the WaPo did not tie Hursti’s assessment of something – for we don’t know what, exactly, Hursti assessed as “hogwash” given the WaPo’s clever wording – to the previous paragraph’s reference to vague “experts“:

…Experts who have reviewed the material have called it technical nonsense, featuring anonymous self-proclaimed computer experts who claim that spreadsheets of indecipherable numbers that scroll quickly on the screen prove their hacking theory — but do not detail how. (Lindell said the footage is intended as an illustration and that the data itself will be revealed later.)

“It’s the utmost hogwash,” said Hursti, a computer programmer who has worked to make voting machines more secure. “But it doesn’t have to make sense — for some people, that makes it more believable.”

Bless the far-left WaPo for giving Lindell – a main subject in the article – a quick, drive-by, parenthetical and paraphrased moment in the article!

They couldn’t even bother to directly quote Lindell!

In the final assessment, the WaPo did not, actually, consult any computer “experts” to refute Lindell’s exact claims – or, that is, they didn’t quote any of these “experts” by name, in print – they simply fell back on their favorite source: the ever-reliable, anonymous “experts.”

Hursti, as a computer cybersecurity expert, was exposed by TGP for his connections to a nefarious U.N. committee which “observed” our elections in both 2018 and in 2020, during the COVID-19 crisis. He and the Brennan Center for Justice’s Elizabeth Howard, Esq., actually briefed that U.N. committee on Nov 3, 2018, the OSCE PA/ ODIHR or the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly / the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, which “established a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) to observe the 6 November 2018 mid-term congressional elections” days before this international committee was deployed on Nov 6 to multiple, unknown locations across the U.S. to observe our elections and report their findings back to the U.N.

The May 2018 U.N. LEOM committee met with targeted U.S. nonprofits which included:

• the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS)
• the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED)
• Elizabeth Howard, Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel from the Brennan Center for Justice
• the Center for Election Innovations and Research (CEIR), which is one of the nonprofits the Amistad Project exposed as being a bagman for $0.5 billion in “Zuckerbucks” in 2020
• the National Democratic Institute, which is an associate organization of Socialist International
• the Center for Democracy and Technology and Joseph Lorenzo Hall, Ph.D., Chief Technologist (Hall, a computer scientist, currently sits upon the advisory board of Verified Voting)
• the Bipartisan Policy Center, a predominantly far-left think tank focused on, among other things, electoral issues with a “vote by mail is completely secure” public policy promotion in 2020
• the Public Broadcasting System (PBS), a far-left media source, the only media source consulted

This group of nonprofits, notably, also included the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) [sic], “a global leader in democracy promotion, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) engages with critical issues in democracy, governance, and elections around the world.” Richard Soudriette was the IFES founding president, serving for 19 years. He stepped down in 2007.

Richard W. Soudriette is also the chairman of the SGO Smartmatic International Elections Advisory Council.

Notably, the 2020 LEOM nonprofit meetings included the company of the man whose family foundation donated $0.5 billion in 2020 to the Zuckerbucks initiative to privatize our elections, Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook. Zuckerberg sent his Head of Global Civic Partnerships, Crystal Patterson, to have a meeting with U.N. election observers sometime between May 29 – June 5 – five months before our presidential elections – to discuss unknown “global civic partnership” issues, as COVID-19 raged and commerce and travel were virtually suspended across the planet.



Harris Hursti, Ph.D. was the logical first choice in computer scientist experts for the far-left Washington Post to consult to attempt to kick Mike Lindell’s election fraud claims “and his ‘terabytes and packets’ to the sidewalk.“

However, Harri Hursti’s close ties to the far-left, the radical left, negate any claims the WaPo might make of consulting nonpartisan, purely science-based election experts.

What we want the WaPo to ask Hursti, a cybersecurity expert, is what, exactly, was the briefing all about which he and the Brennan Center’s Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel, Liz Howard (who also served as one of Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs’ (D) election “observer” on the floor of the AZ Senate’s forensic audit) gave to U.N. international election “observers,” a briefing which took place here, on U.S. soil, in Washington, D.C. on November 3, 2018?

While they’re at it, the Washington Post can also interview Facebook’s Manager of Global Civic Partnerships, Crystal Patterson, and inquire what she was doing also briefing the same U.N. committee as Hursti and Howard, a day later on Nov 4, 2018?

Mark Zuckerberg’s company, Facebook and its head of Global Civic partnerships sure had a lot to talk about with the United Nations in 2018 and in 2020 regarding our American mid-term and presidential elections. Patterson, by the way, was a part of the same U.N. OSCE PA mission in 2018 as the IFES, whose founder, Richard W. Soudriette, is the chairman of the SGO Smartmatic International Elections Advisory Council.

WaPo, why don’t you leave Minnesota’s affable Mike Lindell and his pillows and packets alone and zero in, instead, upon Zuckerberg’s 2020 $0.5 billion in Zuck-a-bucks‘ donations earmarked for county election officials, especially in swing states, and his company, Facebook’s “global, civic partnership” plans for our American elections?

We projected Harri Hursti would be considered but thought he wouldn’t be asked to add color to the WaPo hit piece based especially on his horrible performance in New Hampshire.

Our best guess is that that professor will be attached to or recently attached to the nonprofit Verified Voting, either the Verified Voting Foundation, the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity or its partner, Verified VotingOrg Inc, the activist, 501(c)(4), both located in Philadelphia, PA.

It is unlikely that Harri Hursti, Ph.D.or Philip Stark, Ph.D. – both computer scientists recently affiliated with Verified Voting, Stark until November 2019 and Hursti until April 2021 – will be hauled out as subject matter experts to attack Lindell. Those two computer scientists’ reputations are toast…

The Washington Post shared in Lindell’s hit piece:

The Arizona Audit officially completed both the hand count and paper evaluation inspections on Friday.

The audit workers will now vacate Veterans Memorial Coliseum and prepare to deliver a report to the Arizona Senate.

Earlier this afternoon, volunteers slammed a box closed and cheered in celebration after the final ballots were inspected.

TGP reported that the results will be released in two phases:
1.) On Monday we may see a preliminary report, which details the accuracy of the number of certified ballots.
2.) We then expect to see a full forensic report which details the forensic images and ballot findings.

This is HUGE.

On Monday, we will know the true number of ballots that were cast in Maricopa County. If it is drastically different than the number of certified ballots, as expected with the discrepancies found, there will be severe consequences for Doug Ducey and Katie Hobbs.

The Arizona State Senate will need to consider decertifying the results if they cannot prove that Biden was the winner. Attorney General Mark Brnovich will need to initiate an investigation into those involved in the scam and the cover-up.



Eric Greitens says that decertification is the next step and the freight train will continue with even more steam.

Since the beginning, audit officials have been reporting significant discrepancies in the total number of ballots.



This was just one of many issues encountered along the way as it seems county officials have done everything in their power to prevent this audit from finding the truth. Since day one, legislative subpoenas for Dominion routers and passwords have been violated and it leaves us wondering why.

On Monday, We will have the accurate total number of ballots that were received during Maricopa County’s 2020 election.

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr defended his state's new voting rights law on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," pointing to what he called the politicization of the Justice Department under U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland.

The law, signed by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, requires voters to present identification to request and/or file an absentee ballot, replacing the signature matching processes.

It also requires ballot drop boxes in each county, while mandating they are physically secure, and stiffens penalties on electioneering at polling stations -- the subsection of the bill decried by Democrats as purportedly preventing voters in line from being given bottled water.

The passage of the law caused President Biden to declare it "Jim Crow on steroids," and Major League Baseball to pull its All-Star Game out of the Atlanta area and move it to Denver.

Proponents of the law point to the fact it makes Georgia a proverbially freer state election-law wise than the president's home state of Delaware and the similarly deep blue stronghold of New York – where the MLB is based.

Carr called the lawsuit a "campaign flier," telling host Tucker Carlson the DOJ "is playing politics."

"They are not upholding the rule of law and this blatantly political lawsuit is legally, factually, and constitutionally wrong. Anybody who looks at our law can see it improve security and access, improves transparency in Georgia's law," he said.

Carlson pointed to the DOJ official spearheading the lawsuit, Biden appointee Kristen Clarke.

Carlson called Clarke a "bigot" – in reference to her previous writings about Black people being a superior race due to higher levels of melanin, a claim that Clarke told Congress during her confirmation hearing was a satirical collegiate exercise.
At the time, Clarke told Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, that the controversial writings were in response to students being offended by a controversial book co-authored by their professor, Richard Herrnstein, with the sociologist Charles Murray.

"This is the eighth lawsuit now that we've had… I would just remind everybody we've beaten Stacey Abrams in court every time she has filed a legal action against us since 2018 -- and this is a blatantly political lawsuit," Carr later told Carlson.

Carr said that Garland came into office claiming he would de-politicize the DOJ, but has done the opposite.

"I think the American people should be very concerned that this Justice Department, and I will quote what Governor Brian Kemp said, the weaponization of the Department of Justice should bother everybody. It has now been weaponized by a group of political activists who don't like what our state has done."

Carlson noted that Garland has a "Joe Biden quality" in his favor in that he appears genial and moderate in person but that when one reads or listens closely to his work and comments, they discover he is "an extremist [and] radical."

"Attacking people on the basis of their skin color as attorney general? Really? When has that been allowed?" Carlson asked of Garland.

The Arizona audit of the 2020 Election Results in Maricopa County is now complete. What do we know as a result of this exercise?

1. The people of Arizona are heroes. They got together and looked at the 2020 Election results and saw the corruption and did something about it. We were first introduced to these heroes in December when individuals like Liz Harris gave a live presentation of the results of their canvassing after the audit. These heroes knew there was fraud that occurred in the election and they presented their evidence (unfortunately YouTube took down their video).



2. The people of Arizona spoke up and demanded an audit in Arizona. They didn’t want an audit like the garbage audits the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors held in the county which were guaranteed to find nothing. No, these people wanted a forensic audit of all the ballots in the county like the type of audit Jovan Hutton Pulitzer claimed he could perform.



3. The Arizona Republican Senate heard and worked very hard to overcome the slanderous claims from the Democrats that came from the top of the Democrats’ umbrella of nonprofit entities. Despite constant attacks, the Arizona Senate moved forward courageously and with honor and put together arguably the best audit and team in US auditing history. Under Senator Karen Fann’s leadership, the Arizona Senate showed what their wonderful state is made of and they are now revered by Americans and other good people around the world.



4. The auditors performing this audit in Arizona are amazing. They put together a process where every ballot in Maricopa County, all 2.1 million of them, was counted and forensically analyzed. Despite their goodwill and outstanding audit program, the demons on the left went after them. The auditors’ fortitude and work ethic carried them through the corrupt Democrat’s threats as they moved ahead in their effort to find the truth.



5. The audit continues. The ballot images still need to be analyzed. Maricopa County officials still refuse to turn over requested material. So the work continues.

6. Now we wait until the reports are filed and made public. We may know something Monday on the ballot counting. But based on prior audit experiences, we know a few things about the Arizona Senate’s audit of Maricopa County.

• As an international auditor myself, it is highly unlikely that the auditors found nothing as a result of their work. If everything was fine and no issues were found, the audit team would have ended their work some time ago and had their report completed showing no issues. But instead, they had to add staff to complete their work.
• The work isn’t over yet, a report must be written. With 2.1 million ballots there may be a number of items that were found. This takes time to complete.
• The legislature will have to make changes based on the results of the audit.

The audit continues. We await the results.

No doubt a review of these individuals would also come up with more than 20,000 Biden ballots that were not people indefinitely confined. Unfortunately, the state never decided to perform this review.

The Arizona audit wrapped up Friday night and The Freight Train of Audits is on a voyage to the next state.

We do not know which state will be next but many states are showing promising signs of an investigation into the clear red flags and irregularities experienced during the 2020 election.

In Michigan, the Republican-led State Legislature is claiming that there was absolutely no fraud in 2020 and they are targeting those who question that statement. Ed McBroom is leading this bogus assault on their rights.


President Trump recently ripped into these traitors for their abuse of power and infringement on Michiganders’ rights.

Kristina Karamo, a candidate for Michigan Secretary of State toured the Arizona audit two weeks ago, and since, she has been a catalyst for election integrity and a full forensic audit in Michigan.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson spoke to Kristina over Zoom on Friday for an update in Michigan.

Conradson: What have you been doing since you got back from Arizona?

Karamo: Well, once we presented our legislators, with seven to 10,000 affidavits demanding an audit, as we per our state constitution have a right to. I personally delivered affidavits to Jocelyn Benson, who’s our current Secretary of State, affidavits to her office, and what I found really interesting sort is when I went to go present the affidavit office they had signs on the door that you had to have photo ID to enter. That’s really curious because according to the left, expecting photo ID to vote is racist, but then when you know that the same set of doors it’s right on the front door and then when you go through the second set of doors by the elevator, they have a sign saying that visitor ID enforcement is in effect 100% So, if it’s racist to expect people to have IDs to vote, shouldn’t we logically conclude that our [Secretary of State] must be a racist by affecting people to have photo ID to enter? It’s clear that they have an agenda to undermine the people and subvert our votes with illegal activities, either nullifying our votes with illegal votes or manipulating this vote tallies. There’s no reason to unless you want to cheat to be against photo ID.

Conradson: So those 7500 affidavits that you got, have you been pursuing that in court? Are you planning on taking those to court?

Karamo: We need our legislators to initiate the audit, we don’t have to take them to court. I mean, That may be an option down the road we don’t know but at the moment, there are two legal statutes , which point to the complete power our legislative have to conduct an audit because they can subpoena for books, records for any department in our state government

Senator McBroom, who is a Republican, and of course the other Republicans, all agreed with him, because they have signed an approval of this of this report that individuals who are questioning or stating that there was fraud in the election should be criminally investigated. He’s asking our attorney general to consider criminal investigations into people claiming there was fraud in the election. That is scary. That is what communist countries do, and these are Republican legislators and this is why the, many states Republican party are losing credibility with activists and voters when we think we’re electing conservatives, and these people claim to be constitutionalist but they’re anything but. I mean to think that you want to violate my First Amendment rights number one my freedom of speech, and also to redress just grievances to the government. I mean, that is massive, that I have a right to let my state government know that I have issues with how they’re acting and I shouldn’t be afraid to be that I may be criminally investigated. This is way beyond what many people including myself thought we were up against.

Conradson: So how’s it looking in Michigan? What’s the general idea of the 2020 election?

Karamo: Citizens can’t even get to that point yet, I believe, because they’re still upset about the failure of our legislators to want to prove that our election system is secure. It’s unfortunate that our legislators, many of them want to make this about the presidential election, that’s a part of it, but that’s not why we’re fighting. we’re fighting because we have been made aware that our election systems are highly unsecure, and after the report came out in the court with a criminal investigation that really caused a pivot, because at one point we felt as though our Republican legislators were just not taking us seriously or some people were maybe being intimidated or threatened. But with the cause of our legislators, calling for us to be investigated. Now we feel like okay, wait a minute, there’s an extra layer to this that we don’t clearly know about and maybe there’s some corruption going on at their end because there is a complete fixation on not doing an audit.

They did not conduct any investigation into whether or not our system is secure. they just took a few citizens complaints and investigated that, interviewed Dominion, and they took the word of partisans like Chris Thomas in the city of Detroit and just took their word for it. And then on top of it all, when there were issues, they just assumed that it was a mistake or clerical error. When you’re dealing with something as critical to the very survival of our Republic as elections, you don’t have time to assume that things are a mistake you need to know whether it’s a mistake or purposeful in order to remedy it. Then they mentioned in the report that we need to make sure that when ballots go to Senior Centers or nursing homes, that they’re not prefilled. Wait a minute, you’ve claimed there wasn’t massive fraud in the election but you just discussed the need to rectify a problem of senior centers and nursing homes receiving ballots that are pre filled, how many of these ballots were like this? I mean, you wouldn’t, they wouldn’t put it in the report unless it was a problem. So, how bad is this and who’s pre filling them out. Who gave them the authority to do so? This is why we need a forensic audit to answer these questions. This is why we’re calling for forensic audit, and instead, They want to investigate us.

Conradson: Yes, that is absolutely absurd, they’re targeting you guys for asking questions. You guys need new leaders in Michigan, can you update us on your campaign.

Karamo: We are really excited with our campaign. You know, we’re just fighting hard, we’re just really pushing hard to encourage citizens to stand the fight. I’m really excited, of the national slate that I’m a part of the Conservatives for Election Integrity PAC myself. It’s a group of us running for secretary of state, in battleground states which were retargeted by the left Jim Merchant from Nevada, Mark Finchem from Arizona, Rachel Hamm from California and Jody Hice from Georgia, are all a part, we’re all part of this slate, where we’re determined to have constitutionalists be the secretaries of state of these battleground states and it’s not so we can make sure Republicans win, that’s not the goal. The goal is not to make sure Republicans win. The goal is protect every citizens vote, irrespective of political affiliation. our focus, even as a campaign right now is getting the audit of the 2020 election, because we cannot have effective remedy to our election systems without getting to the bottom of the night, being able to identify all of the problems there’s so many problems oftentimes people are looking for a magic bullet. Conradson: What can Michiganders do to get involved in the, in the audit process, and make sure that it goes through?

Karamo: Keep pressing, keep pressuring your legislators, keep pressuring them, what do we mean by pressuring them show up to their coffee hour show up to their events and peacefully make your voice heard. The next thing we always emphasize, peaceful, I know people are frustrated. I am so angry, okay I am really, really angry. But what we can’t do is get out of control, we cannot get out of control, we need to peacefully make our voices heard, show up to their coffee hours, and peacefully apply pressure by asking tough questions. If you continue to do that, I’m confident we’ll be able to move the needle, because I think many of these people are very selfish, and they only care about their next job in politics, and they know that if they don’t honor the will of the voters, we’re not going to forget and they can forget about holding public office again. And that’s what we need to make them understand I mean this is about this. I’m not interested in playing politics. I’m not, I’m interested in my nation surviving. So we have to peacefully peacefully make our voices heard, peacefully apply pressure by showing up to their events, and asking tough questions.

That’s what I would encourage you to do and also become a poll challenger, become a poll challenger become a poll worker do one of those things or a poll watcher that helps you oversee the process. And one of the ways I was able to identify a lot of these issues was when I served with a poll challenger so I encourage you to do that as well.

The audit workers will now vacate Veterans Memorial Coliseum and prepare to deliver a report to the Arizona Senate.

On Monday or soon after, we will know the true number of ballots that were cast in Maricopa County. If it is drastically different than the number of certified ballots, as expected with the discrepancies found, there will be severe consequences for Doug Ducey and Katie Hobbs.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger pushed back quickly on Friday to the Department of Justice announcement earlier in the day that it had filed a lawsuit against the State of Georgia, Secretary of State Raffensperger, and the Georgia State Election Board in federal district court alleging the intended purpose of the state’s Election Integrity Act of 2021 is to disenfranchise black voters, a violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

“This lawsuit is born out of the lies and misinformation the Biden administration has pushed against Georgia’s Election Integrity Act from the start,” Kemp said in a statement released on Friday:

Joe Biden, Stacey Abrams, and their allies tried to force an unconstitutional elections power grab through Congress – and failed.

Now, they are weaponizing the U.S. Department of Justice to carry out their far-left agenda that undermines election integrity and empowers federal government overreach in our democracy. As Secretary of State, I fought the Obama Justice Department twice to protect the security of our elections – and won. I look forward to going three for three to ensure it’s easy to vote and hard to cheat in Georgia.

“The Biden Administration continues to do the bidding of Stacey Abrams and spreads more lies about Georgia’s election law. Their lies already cost Georgia $100 million and got the President awarded with four Pinocchios. It is no surprise that they would operationalize their lies with the full force of the federal government. I look forward to meeting them, and beating them, in court,” Raffensperger said in a separate statement.

Greg Jarret, legal analyst for Fox News, said the DOJ’s 46-page complaint is long on historical rhetoric and short on supporting empirical evidence. Consequently, they argue, the Biden administration’s chances of winning the case are a longshot.

The key premise of the DOJ lawsuit is that the intent of the Georgia law is to discriminate against black voters.

“The right of all eligible citizens to vote is the central pillar of our democracy, the right from which all other rights ultimately flow. This lawsuit is the first step of many we are taking to ensure that all eligible voters can cast a vote; that all lawful votes are counted; and that every voter has access to accurate information,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement released by the DOJ on Friday:

“The right to vote is one of the most central rights in our democracy and protecting the right to vote for all Americans is at the core of the Civil Rights Division’s mission,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke for Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “The Department of Justice will use all the tools it has available to ensure that each eligible citizen can register, cast a ballot, and have that ballot counted free from racial discrimination. Laws adopted with a racially motivated purpose, like Georgia Senate Bill 202, simply have no place in democracy today.”

“One of the fundamental rights of our democracy is the right to vote. That right should be protected for every citizen of our district, regardless of race,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Kurt R. Erskine for the Northern District of Georgia. “The United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia is committed to protecting the rights of all Americans to vote.”

The complaint specifically alleged that the 98-page law passed and signed into law in March violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act:

The United States’ complaint contends that several provisions of Senate Bill 202 [The Election Integrity Act of 2021] were adopted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right to vote on account of race. The Justice Department’s lawsuit alleges that the cumulative and discriminatory effect of these laws—particularly on Black voters—was known to lawmakers and that lawmakers adopted the law despite this.
The United States’ complaint challenges several provisions of Senate Bill 202, including

• a provision banning government entities from distributing unsolicited absentee ballot applications;
• the imposition of costly and onerous fines on civic organizations, churches and advocacy groups that distribute follow-up absentee ballot applications;
• the shortening of the deadline to request absentee ballots to 11 days before Election Day;
• the requirement that voters who do not have identification issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services; photocopy another form of identification in order to request an absentee ballot without allowing for use of the last four digits of a social security number for such applications;
• significant limitations on counties’ use of absentee ballot drop boxes;
• the prohibition on efforts by churches and civic groups to provide food or water to persons waiting in long lines to vote;
• and the prohibition on counting out-of-precinct provisional ballots cast before 5 p.m. on Election Day. The complaint asks the court to prohibit Georgia from enforcing these requirements.

According to the DOJ website, Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 prohibits voting practices or procedures that discriminate on the basis of race, color, or membership in one of the language minority groups identified in Section 4(f)(2) of the Act:

Most of the cases arising under Section 2 since its enactment involved challenges to at-large election schemes, but the section’s prohibition against discrimination in voting applies nationwide to any voting standard, practice, or procedure that results in the denial or abridgement of the right of any citizen to vote on account of race, color, or membership in a language minority group.

Section 2 is permanent and has no expiration date as do certain other provisions of the Voting Rights Act.

In 1980, the Supreme Court held that the section, as originally enacted by Congress in 1964, was a restatement of the protections afforded by the 15th amendment. Mobile v. Bolden, 446 U.S. 55 (1980). Under that standard, a plaintiff had to prove that the standard, practice, or procedure was enacted or maintained, at least in part, by an invidious purpose.

In 1982, Congress extended certain provisions of the Act such as Section 5 that were set to expire, and added protections for voters who required assistance in voting. At the same time, it examined the history of litigation under Section 2 since 1965 and concluded that Section 2 should be amended to provide that a plaintiff could establish a violation of the section if the evidence established that, in the context of the “totality of the circumstance of the local electoral process,” the standard, practice, or procedure being challenged had the result of denying a racial or language minority an equal opportunity to participate in the political process.

The case is United States v. Georgia No. 1:21-cv-2575 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger pushed back quickly on Friday to the Department of Justice announcement earlier in the day that it had filed a lawsuit against the State of Georgia, Secretary of State Raffensperger, and the Georgia State Election Board in federal district court alleging the intended purpose of the state’s Election Integrity Act of 2021 is to disenfranchise black voters, a violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

“This lawsuit is born out of the lies and misinformation the Biden administration has pushed against Georgia’s Election Integrity Act from the start,” Kemp said in a statement released on Friday:


“The Biden Administration continues to do the bidding of Stacey Abrams and spreads more lies about Georgia’s election law. Their lies already cost Georgia $100 million and got the President awarded with four Pinocchios. It is no surprise that they would operationalize their lies with the full force of the federal government. I look forward to meeting them, and beating them, in court,” Raffensperger said in a separate statement.

Greg Jarret, legal analyst for Fox News, said the DOJ’s 46-page complaint is long on historical rhetoric and short on supporting empirical evidence. Consequently, they argue, the Biden administration’s chances of winning the case are a longshot.

The key premise of the DOJ lawsuit is that the intent of the Georgia law is to discriminate against black voters.

“The right of all eligible citizens to vote is the central pillar of our democracy, the right from which all other rights ultimately flow. This lawsuit is the first step of many we are taking to ensure that all eligible voters can cast a vote; that all lawful votes are counted; and that every voter has access to accurate information,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement released by the DOJ on Friday:


The complaint specifically alleged that the 98-page law passed and signed into law in March violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act:

According to the DOJ website, Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 prohibits voting practices or procedures that discriminate on the basis of race, color, or membership in one of the language minority groups identified in Section 4(f)(2) of the Act:




The case is United States v. Georgia No. 1:21-cv-2575 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

A war over the Constitution has brought divisions in America to a “truly unhealthy” level, according to Roger L. Simon, co-founder of PJ Media and a senior political analyst for The Epoch Times.

“We have a war over the Constitution going on now. That’s probably the heart of the big split,” Simon told Joshua Phillip, host of EpochTV’s “CrossRoads” program.

“I think the divisions reached the level of being truly unhealthy,” Simon continued. “What’s going on is a bloodsport, and it’s extremely worrisome to me as a relatively old guy—very well worried about the future generations.”

Simon mentioned that his daughter is turning 23 soon and the world she’s moving into is not the world anybody over 50—or even over 30, 40—lived in.
“I think there’re two countries” in America, Simon said. “That’s really what’s happened.”

However, the ongoing Maricopa County, Arizona, forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election could lead to “a more extreme split,” predicted Simon.

The final report for Maricopa’s audit, which started on April 23, is expected to be out in August.

Democrats have largely opposed the audit. The Department of Justice wrote a letter in May to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, expressing concerns with the audit. The move was criticized by Republicans as an attempt to block the audit.

“If they do find fraud, of course, it’s not going to be believed,” Simon said. “It’s going to be disputed immediately by the left, the current administration, the mainstream media—all of it—that they’re going to find some way to discredit it, and they’re going to work as hard as they can to discredit it.”

“On the other hand, those 75 million or more Trump voters are going to have their vote validated, and they’re going to be thinking the opposite,” Simon added. “So what’s going to happen is a more extreme split than we’ve had, but it’s almost an inevitable thing that’s going to happen.”

Simon said it’s very hard to know exactly what will happen, because neither the current Department of Justice, nor the Supreme Court is likely to solve this problem.

Simon also said that Big Tech and the educational system “work together in a horrible way” to suppress free speech, which has contributed to the split.

“I graduated from two Ivy League schools, and I don’t recognize them anymore. They are now kind of ‘Institutes of Woke,’” Simon said. “When I went to both of those schools, you could say anything you want. Now you can’t say anything.”

Simon graduated from Dartmouth College and the Yale University.

Simon pointed out that Big Tech sees the Chinese communist system as “more efficient than democracy.”

He noted that Google has already tried to develop a censored search engine specifically for the Chinese regime, a project know as Dragonfly.

“The actual battle is going to occur via this election recount—that will determine whether our country goes back to the Constitution, or goes all the way to China,” Simon continued. “Because these people, these tech giants, voted for China a long time ago.”

However, he said that things are not all doom and gloom, noting a grassroots movement to return to the Constitution.

“I see it going on here in Tennessee right now with the rank and file,” he said.

“Everybody’s turning back to the Constitution and saying to their legislators, ‘Looky here—we run the show here in our own hometowns.'”

“And this is very good, because I think that [Thomas] Jefferson and [James] Madison really would be smiling down on that, because that’s what they were hoping would happen,” Simon continued.

Simon noted the Founding Fathers tried to limit the power of the federal government and give more power to the states.

“And actually, it is happening. And I think that’s one of the most optimistic things about our country right now,” Simon said.

The Gateway Pundit reported yesterday that volunteers slammed a box closed and history was made after the final ballots were inspected.


Today, volunteers appear to be completing a couple more quality control checks that include recounting some boxes, signature verification, reviewing the chain of custody, and rechecking their data AGAIN.

All pallets of ballot boxes have been transported to one coral on the south side of the stadium. The ballots are secured behind a fence with 24/7 oversight.

Each pallet is assigned a number and each box is taped with the color that corresponds to the team that handled that box. All boxes also have a chain of custody document which ensures us that this process is extremely secure and transparent.

Police are also present on the floor, as they have been since the beginning.

The ballots are secured.

We are expecting a preliminary report detailing the actual number of ballots cast as soon as Monday. With the discrepancies found in the chain of custody documentation and number of ballots, as well as the County’s refusal to comply with legislative subpoenas for routers and passwords, the results will be tantalizing.

Katie Hobbs is petrified by the coming release and she is showing her hand because of it.

The same SQL software found on voting machines in Michigan and Pennsylvania is likely on the voting machines in Arizona and Georgia.

Earlier this month, The Gateway Pundit covered The Epoch Times article on an Election System Analysis performed on Fulton County Pennsylvania voting systems.

The review was conducted by Wake Technology Services, Inc. (‘Wake TSI’), whose report detailed the presence of Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (‘SSDT’), on the Dominion Election Management System (‘EMS’) server.

From page 25 of Wake TSI’s report:

…Dominion has installed the Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) on the server. This software is not part of the EAC (Election Assistance Commission) certified configuration and makes the system certification invalid”

For context, the voting system (in this case Dominion):

there is “no valid reason” for the software to be installed on the system and that the presence “allows any user with access to change and manipulate the EMS databases without logging [recording] to the Database, EMS, or [operating system] logfiles.”
The Gateway Pundit exclusively reported that the software found in Fulton County, PA is the same software that Michigan Attorney Matthew DePerno’s team discovered on the Dominion Election Management Server (EMS) in Antrim County MI.



It now appears there is a high likelihood the same unapproved, separately installed software will be found in Arizona and Georgia.

After reviewing both states contracts with Dominion, we found this on page 25 of Arizona’s contract that the Microsoft Server Management Tools are present in the contract:

It is important to note that the Microsoft SQL Server Management Tools software is NOT included in the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A certified configuration approved by the EAC shown below:

In a court briefing on May 3, 2021, DePerno stated:

Cyber Ninjas discovered a Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio implant on the system.

“This piece of software is not approved by the Election Assistance Commission (‘EAC’) and allows a user to actually circumvent security protocol and make ‘direct edit entries within the database’ which ‘could potentially be utilized to change vote values.’”

DePerno released the video of systems vulnerability expert Jeffrey Lenberg demonstrating the ability to alter the data in the database, in effect changing the election results using the unapproved software. We included the same video where Lenberg shows how easy it is to alter votes.



The fact that the successful test included an actual Dominion machine and EMS software configuration that was used in the election is immensely powerful evidence. This shows the threat posed by the presence of the software is not just theoretical or remotely possible under unrealistic conditions, but very real under actual conditions.

To better understand the capabilities and potential implications of this software tool, it is important to provide some context.

In each voting precinct or jurisdiction, there are voting machines and/or tabulators that process the ballots. To manage the election there is an Election Management Server, or ‘EMS’ which is simply a Dell computer running the Dominion software program ‘Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A’. This program receives the data from the voting machines and uses a database program on the same computer, that organizes and stores the data.

The database should only be accessed through the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A software and is essentially the “gatekeeper” to the data which is managed according to its own rules and procedures.

This is the configuration that is “certified” or approved by the Election Assistance Commission.

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), the software discovered on the Election Management Servers in MI and PA, and most likely will be discovered in GA and AZ are programs that give direct access to the data and completely circumvent the Democracy Suite application. These programs are essentially a “back door” allowing the user unrestricted access to invisibly edit or manipulate the data in the database (votes) without being logged, registered, or controlled by the Democracy Suite program.

Experts know that Microsoft SSDT is a powerful collection of tools used to manage databases and their content, which is a task that only Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A should have in this configuration.

Wake TSI’s report described it like this:

There is no valid reason for Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) to be installed on the EMS. This software toolbox allows any user with access to change and manipulate the EMS databases without logging (recording) to the Database, EMS or OS logfiles.”

There is simply NO REASON, (no good reason), for this software to be on the same server as the Dominion software. Essentially, it is analogous to a shady business having two sets of books organized automatically in real-time.

There’s more. Microsoft SSDT provides the medium in which to run programming scripts and complex algorithms consistent with the results shown in TGP’s “Drop and Roll”. Additionally, the SSDT suite is capable of far more complex tasks. For example, Microsoft’s SSDT can compare and synchronize data.

In short, the Microsoft SQL Data Tools and the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio are perfect for coordinating results consistent with those shown in DePerno’s filing.

The My Pillow guy, Rudy Giuliani? It’s pretty clear the election was fair.”

Romney has invested in seeing President Trump lose. He hates President Trump. Romney doesn’t work for the people of Utah. He doesn’t work for everyday Americans. Romney works for his sick ego that cannot ever forgive President Trump for winning the Presidency.

Romney would rather see an election stolen from President Trump than justice in America.

Romney does more to hurt this country by claiming fraudulent elections were legitimate. What is he going to do when Arizona’s forensic audit, the most comprehensive election audit in history, shows that President Trump won that state?

AG Barr stabbed the majority of America in the back – those who followed President Trump and wanted to make America Great Again. Barr ended up being a total failure and the man responsible for the corrupt DOJ and FBI being what they are today. Instead of cleaning up the DOJ, he blessed their illegal actions.

When Barr refused to even attempt to address the massive election fraud, America knew Barr was a fraud. Barr, like VP Pence, and AG Sessions, will go down in history as backstabbers and modern-day Benedict Arnolds.


In a piece by far-left Trump hater and reporter Johnathon Karl, Barr offers his thoughts on the election. Barr and people like him must believe the garbage reported in the NY Times and WaPo. He probably has never even looked for better information that is available on sites like TGP.

Former Attorney General William Barr has completed his backstabbing of President Donald Trump in a new book by ABC reporter Jon Karl.
A portion of the new book, titled “Betrayal,” was obtained by The Atlantic and it showed the break between Trump and Barr.

Barr said the break came after he told The Associated Press, “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.”

“There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” he said on December 1, 2020.

Karl claims that Senator McConnell was pushing Barr to publicly state there was nothing wrong with the 2020 Election:

Barr told me that Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell had been urging him to speak out since mid-November. Publicly, McConnell had said nothing to criticize Trump’s allegations, but he told Barr that Trump’s claims were damaging to the country and to the Republican Party. Trump’s refusal to concede was complicating McConnell’s efforts to ensure that the GOP won the two runoff elections in Georgia scheduled for January 5.

Barr from the beginning thought that fraud in the 2020 Election “was just bullshit”. No wonder he ignored it all.

Now, what will Barr do if thousands of ballots are found missing or invalid in Arizona proving that President Trump won that state? Will Barr call it an anomaly? Will he take back his assertion that 2020 Election fraud “was all bullshit”? Will he call for the other swing states to be forensically audited like in Arizona or will Barr just call the Arizona results bullshit too?

Barr’s efforts to address crimes and ensure justice while AG were non-existent. He ended up emboldening the Deep State. Why else would he entertain multiple conversations with Johnathon Karl? AG Barr was a failure for justice and an enabler for crime. Obama’s corrupt DOJ moves forward thanks to Barr.

In his latest letter to President Trump, Republican Kapenga moans to the President accusing him of false claims, demanding an apology with a round of golf, and virtue signaling – who is this guy?

Recently President Trump put Wisconsin RINOs Robin Vos, Chris Kapenga, and Devin LeMahieu on blast for preventing a full forensic audit in Wisconsin.



OAN’s Christina Bobb blasted Kapenga yesterday when he released a childish letter to President Trump calling for an apology and a round of golf.

What a little brat.

Kapenga writes:

“I need to correct your false claim against me. I never received a call from you or any of your sources asking about the election audit. If you had, I would have told you that long before your press release I called the auditor in charge of the election audit that is taking place in Wisconsin and requested a forensic component to the audit.”

This is a lie. President Trump did not make a false claim. Kapenga doesn’t want anybody to know this but as the President of the Wisconsin Senate, he has the authority to subpoena the evidence and begin the process. Why does he continue to refuse to do anything?

Speaking of his involvement in the current audit (which HE is satisfied with), he even says “If anyone illegally attempts to hinder information from being obtained, I will use my subpoena powers to get it.”

The current audit he is speaking of is being performed by state auditors who have none of the skillsets to perform the kind of forensic audit that was performed in Arizona. This audit is a very limited audit that will not find anything.

Kapenga then cries to President Trump, not only demanding a correction to his “false claim”, but telling President Trump that he must hang out with him. Oh, the audacity of this loser.

First, I ask that you issue a press release in similar fashion that corrects the information and also encourages people to support what I have requested in the audit. Second, you owe me a round of golf at the club of your choice.

He’s not finished there.

I write this as I am about to board a plane due to a family medical emergency. In addition to my Trump socks, I will pull up my Trump/Pence mask when I board the plane, as required by federal law. I figure, if the liberals are going to force me to wear a mask, I am going to make it as painful for them as possible. I will continue to do this regardless of whether or not I ever hear from you.

Typical leftist move, virtue-signaling his good graces. Who cares that he’s wearing his Trump socks and throwing a middle finger to the mask mandates? Nobody. That’s what he ought to be doing.

Wisconsin is one of several swing states where President Trump was far ahead on election night and then a combination of factors including pristine ballots were dumped into the totals and swung the state to dementia patient Joe Biden.



We also know that hundreds of thousands of votes were made by individuals who claimed to be indefinitely confined. nearly 200,000 more than in 2016.

These individuals don’t need to provide an ID they just need to declare themselves indefinitely confined. No doubt a review of these individuals would also come up with more than 20,000 Biden ballots that were not people indefinitely confined. Unfortunately, the state never decided to perform this review.


Without a doubt, Wisconsin needs a full forensic audit and Chris Kapenga needs to issue the subpoenas. Contact Kapenga and demand he issue subpoenas and perform a full forensic audit like was done in Arizona. If not, then kick him out of office.

On Sunday a clearly PANICKED Al Gore went on CNN to attack the Arizona Audit.

This comes as the IT specialists behind the audit prepare the release of a preliminary evaluation of their results this week.

Gore calls the audit an “alternate reality.”

The Department of Justice’s far-left legal mind at the forefront of stopping election audits and harming ballot integrity once railed against the very same kind of private election funding that her former employer Mark Zuckerberg engaged in during the 2020 election cycle.

Pamela Karlan – believed by many to be the brain behind the pro-election fraud, partisan operation inside the Department of Justice – once bemoaned big corporate spending on elections, The National Pulse can reveal.

Speaking in 2012 at Robert H. Jackson lecture at the Chautauqua Institution, Karlan declared: “If you allow unlimited spending on elections, money will be translated into votes. Over time that will undermine our democracy.”

She went on to describe a situation in Montana, where corporations spent money to buy political figures including judges – a practice commonly used by corporate billionaires such as Karlan’s own ally George Soros.

Robert H. Jackson was a Democrat Supreme Court Justice who failed – when the opportunity was given – to oppose racial segregation in America.

But Karlan also worked for the Facebook Oversight Board. The same Facebook that saw founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg plough hundreds of millions of dollars in private, corporate cash into districts around America with a view to increasing left-wing vote turnouts.

Virtually all of Zuckerberg’s money, which was funneled through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), worked to boost turnout for Biden.

ZUCK’S BIGGEST SPENDS IN 2020.

Proving the partisan conflict of interest, leaders from the CTCL overpowered and overruled local election authorities and, through coercion, accessed mail-in ballots ahead of the election.

Now, Pamela Karlan is the lead operative inside the Department of Justice determining Biden’s response to election audits around the country.

This past week, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Karlan’s first operation: suing the state of Georgia for attempting to secure their elections.

Claiming racial justice, the former anti-Trump impeachment witness Karlan now asserts members of the African American communities would be aided by the big corporate cash she once decried.

In reality, Georgia’s new voting laws simply seek to limit partisan corruption that plagues elections around the Western world. Political activists will no longer be allowed to give free things to people in line to vote, and external and unaccountable processes for voting (such a “drop boxes”) will be restricted.

Rudy Giuliani, former mob-busting US Attorney, ex-mayor of New York, and one-time presidential aspirant, was suspended from the practice of law for “lying” to a Pennsylvania court.

The “lie” he told was that evidence exists of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. You are not allowed to say that in America. You can be held in prison without trial for even thinking it.

A tenet of Western Civilization, expressed in the Magna Carta, affirmed at this nation’s founding, and embodied in the Sixth and Seventh Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, is that litigants are entitled to zealous advocacy before legal tribunals.

John Adams represented British soldiers in their trial for gunning down patriots during the Boston Massacre. His courageous act enhanced his standing among patriots.

Giuliani has been suspended from the practice of law for his representation of Donald Trump. His suspension did not arise from a process in which he had a right to present evidence and mount a defense. It was an interim suspension, done without a hearing.

As the New York court ruling on the matter noted: “Interim suspension is a serious remedy, available only in situations where it is immediately necessary to protect the public from the respondent’s violation of the Rules.”

In layman’s terms, that means interim suspension is a remedy reserved for the lawyer who misses trial, drunk at a bar, while hiding exonerating evidence in his briefcase. That person, and not America’s Mayor, presents a danger to his clients.

The court described Giuliani’s offenses as, “statements [he] made following the 2020 election at press conferences, state legislative hearings, radio broadcasts (as both a guest and host), podcasts, television appearances and one court appearance.”

Here, context is important. Pennsylvania lawyers Trump had hired before the election withdrew on the eve of the hearing, the court denied a continuance, and Giuliani was inserted into the fray at the last minute.

Even if he made slight errors while getting up to speed in the very complex case, can statements made by a lawyer challenging an election really grounds for disbarment?

In Conley v. Gibson, 355 US 41 (1957), the Supreme Court “reject[ed] the approach that pleading is a game of skill in which one misstep by counsel may be decisive….”

Conley is not exactly on point but is certainly analogous. It recognizes that initial pleadings in a civil case are meant to be refined in discovery and pretrial procedure, and lawyers should not be held to early allegations.

By way of comparison, in 2000 prominent New York attorney David Boies represented the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Al Gore, in his election challenge to George Bush’s victory.

The premise of the challenge was that votes had been improperly counted in certain Florida precincts and that Gore actually won the election.

The arguments were made in the media and in legal tribunals, including the United States Supreme Court in the landmark case, Bush v. Gore.

Boies mounted a spirited challenge to the election but lost. His failed allegations were not cast as lies. Nor was he suspended from the practice of law to protect the citizens of New York.

Instead, he gained in prominence and is now Chairman of the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner, leading a team of 176 lawyers in 15 offices around the world.

The reality is very few cases involve facts upon which both sides agree. Most lawsuits are waged over competing facts.

The purpose of the Magna Carta was to assure that the king never be given the role of fact finder. That authority was taken from the Sovereign and handed over to a jury – which would act in the place of the king in legal proceedings.

This assured, fundamentally, that politics would not control outcomes in the courtroom.

If political power is removed from legal proceedings, it was thought, and facts are presented to an unbiased tribunal, the truth is more likely to emerge.

That is a cornerstone of Western Civilization. David Boies could be a zealous advocate in the collision of facts that resolved the 2000 election, even though he lost, because civilization requires it.

Large percentages of Americans look at the statistical anomalies of the 2020 election, the prevalence of mail-in ballots hastily retrofitted into the system because of a pandemic, and have questioned what happened.

The state of Arizona is conducting a forensic audit and others may follow. There is nothing inherently wrong with probing for facts about election tampering.

In 2016, prominent members of the Democratic Party rejected Trump’s victory on the premise that Vladimir Putin handed it to him.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called for an investigation on May 16, 2017, with an incendiary Tweet: “Our election was hijacked. There is no question. Congress has a duty to #ProtectOurDemocracy & #FollowTheFacts.”



The ridiculous Russia lie (which I have written about here) was investigated and found to be baseless.

This is bigger than the professional licensing bureaucracy of New York suspending one of its members. In a reversal of the Magna Carta, it smacks of a political decision under the guise of fact finding.

The silent majority, as Trump called his supporters in campaign rallies, had the temerity to choose a leader against the preferences of the governing class. The persecution of Trump supporters that has ensued, including now the suspension of his lawyer, looks like payback for this act of lèse-majesté.

Obviously, the powers that be do not want an honest assessment of disputed facts about the election. People are being harshly punished for raising questions. Why?

Suspending Rudy Giuliani’s law license is not going to make questions go away. It just makes people more curious.
