Lawmakers like House Oversight Chair Steve Johnson, who only last week mocked the Arizona audit in an exclusive interview with 100 Percent Fed Up, have ignored the will of his constituents who’ve been demanding lawmakers address the issue of election fraud in Michigan. During an exclusive interview with 100 Percent Fed Up, Rep. Johnson told us he believes the forensic audit that’s currently taking place in Arizona is “a joke…a wasted effort…a disaster,” adding, “The election is over,…Trump is not coming back into office.”

Today, conservative Michigan Rep. Steve Carra (R) proposed House Bill 5091, requesting $2.5 million to perform a forensic audit of the November 2020 presidential and US Senate election in the hotly contested state of Michigan.
Rep. Steve Carra (R-Three Rivers, MI) walks through a large crowd of protesters readying over 7,500 affidavits to be delivered to MI lawmakers, Gov. Whitmer, SOC Benson, and AG Nessel demanding a forensic audit. When Rep. Carra was asked if he believes there should be a forensic audit in the state of Michigan, he gave the activists the “thumbs up.”
Much like Arizona’s forensic audit, which lawmakers and observers across the nation have praised, Carra’s bill would require a bipartisan board to hire an outside group to conduct the forensic audit. The board would include one poll challenger from each political party from the November election. Michigan’s proposed audit would use Arizona’s audit as a model and cover 10% of the precincts in Michigan’s 83 counties, and audit a random sampling of 20% of the precincts in Detroit, where election results are frequently called into question.
Rep. Steve Carra appeared in an exclusive interview with Us Against Media in collaboration with 100 Percent Fed Up, where he explained that he believes the forensic audit is necessary. Rep Carra told Us Against Media’s John Clore, “I think there’s a system created that is very ripe for fraud, and by doing this audit, I think we can expose some of it.”

In addition to looking into a physical examination of the actual ballots cast in the November election, Carra’s proposed bill also asks for several pieces of evidence related to the electronic voting machines.
We’ve underlined a few of the key items:
- A description of the software installed on each electronic voting system and the NAME of the individual who CERTIFIED the software.
- The name of the individual who examined the hardware configuration on each electronic voting system.
- Whether any network communication devices were embedded in the hardware on any electronic voting system.
- Whether an electronic voting system was connected to any network from the date of the final test of equipment accuracy before the election until the date the election certification was issued.
- A detailed timestamped log of each vote tally transfer and what the vote tallies were during each transfer.
Additionally, Carra’s proposed bill asks for a closer look into how unrequested absentee ballot applications were distributed to both residents and non-residents of Michigan.
Carra also asks for an investigation into the 2,000 youngest and 2,000 oldest voters in the November 2020 election. Did they vote in person or by absentee ballot? Rep. Carra asks how many voters over the age of 80 who never voted before voted for the first time in the 2o2o election?
Many of these questions could have been answered had Monica Palmer, Chair of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers, decertified the vote, causing a thorough audit to be performed. However, like previous elections, instead of agreeing to do a deep dive into the massive irregularities commonly found in the Detroit elections, the Wayne County Board of Canvassers once again agreed to certify the election results that were off by an astounding number.
On November 19, after voting to decertify the Wayne County elections, Wayne Co. Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer and board member Bill Hartmann rescinded their vote against certifying the election. Palmer and Hartmann were publicly bullied, humiliated, and threatened by Democrats. Palmer claimed that her decision to certify the vote was made after a Democrat board member promised they would conduct a full audit of the votes.
Shortly after she certified the vote, Michigan’s dishonest and horrible Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, mocked Palmer telling her that there is no requirement for the state to uphold the agreement she made with a board member to audit the vote in Detroit and assured her no such audit would take place.
There’s nothing new about the way elections have been run in Detroit for decades; what is new is the election irregularities found in Antrim County that because of a 5,000+ vote flip from Trump to Biden, a judge ordered a forensic audit of the Dominion Voting Machines that were used in the November election.
Attorney Matt DePerno, representing his client Bill Bailey, continues to reveal new information related to their ongoing forensic study of one of the voting machines used in Antrim County.
On November 19, former Republican Senator Patrick Colbeck joined Lou Dobbs on Fox Business News to explain what happened when the Wayne County Board of Canvassers met to discuss certifying the vote.
Colbeck told Dobbs that there were significant threats to both Republicans, including threats of racism and threats on their lives. Colbeck reminded Dobb’s audience that an incredible 71% of the Detroit precincts were out of balance. Colbeck said that if a full audit was done on the vote, it will show that there is “no way the election results should be certified.”

Is anyone else sick and tired of the media covering up investigations into voter fraud? And why are Democrats and certain Republicans like MI Rep. Steve Johnson so afraid of agreeing to forensic audits of the November election?
We applaud Rep. Steve Carra for having the courage to step up and call for a forensic audit into the November election results. It’s about time a lawmaker in Michigan listened to a large number of their constituents who still don’t believe the results of the November election in the Great Lakes state.

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn argued Tuesday that 2020 voter-fraud issues cannot be forgotten and suggest the issue will reemerge in the upcoming midterms, saying "election integrity is not something that's gonna go away,"
Flynn told the "John Solomon Reports" podcast on Tuesday, "There's one thing I learned in my political persecution, the truth will come out – it will come out, and it is coming out. And actually the people of this country, that's all they want. If it was just mistakes made, people will forgive – the American people will forgive mistakes."
Flynn as a member of the 2016 Trump campaign, then as White House national security adviser, pled guilty to lying to the FBI only to have President Trump pardon him after the Justice Department asked U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the charge.
"But if there's corruption, criminal activity, and malfeasance, to use your words, then the American people are not -- they're going to be very unforgiving,' Flynn continued Tuesday. "So it's better to come out sooner than later because if it comes out later, I'm afraid that the American people will – they'll take actions into their own hands."
He spoke as amid GOP-led audits of 2020 presidential election votes in Arizona's Maricopa County and in Georgia's Fulton County.
"What I'm trying to encourage is local action has a national impact – get involved in your communities," Flynn said. "I'm seeing more and more people get involved at the local, you know, township, parishes, and county levels. And American people are not – they're like a pit bull right now on this election integrity issue, and they're not going to let go."
Flynn explained how his nonprofit, America's Future, is funding election integrity efforts in Maricopa County, and will likely try to help up in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
"All these things are going to happen," he said. "These are going to happen, whether they like it or not – whether the Democrats like it or not. So election integrity is not something that's gonna go away. And I am not convinced that we're gonna have a free and fair election in 2022 unless we get 2020 squared away.
"We have to get it resolved. We have to resolve it. And the American people – I don't want the American people to feel like, 'You know what? My vote doesn't count, so I'm not going to go vote.' I want them to firmly believe in the election process."

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Tuesday that fellow Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin will vote in favor of advancing their party's election reform bill, the For the People Act.
Schumer said he made a commitment to Manchin that he would consider the West Virginia lawmaker's amendment to the bill, in exchange for him voting to proceed on the measure, also known as S 1.
Even if all 50 Senate Democrats vote to advance the bill, 60 votes are needed to overcome the filibuster.
"I have committed to him that if our Republican colleagues don't obstruct, and allow us to move forward on the debate, I will take up [Manchin's] proposed substitute amendment as the first amendment we will consider," Schumer said during a news conference on Capitol Hill.
Schumer declined to discuss the future of the legislative filibuster and told reporters his caucus he is waiting until after today's vote on the For the People Act to decide how to proceed.
However, he told reporters that Democratic leaders and Senate Budget Committee Chairman Bernie Sanders are proceeding with a partisan budget reconciliation bill in addition to any bipartisan infrastructure legislation as a way to avoid the legislation filibuster.

When asked about Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) opposing removing the filibuster, Murphy said, “We no longer have two parties that are both committed to democracy and extending the vote. So when that breakdown occurs, it is the responsibility of the majority party to make sure that our democracy is protected.”
He added, “I understand it’s important for people in my business to be consistent and maintain their positions, but you also have to recognize you when the facts around you have changed. So, you know, we’ll continue to have a really robust debate about the future of Senate rules. I may go down to the Senate floor the next 24, 48 hours and have my say on the question, but it’s really important that we don’t give the minority party in the Senate veto power over reforms to our democracy that will save our democracy.”

Audits of elections should be conducted in every state, Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said on Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow, author of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption.
Marlow asked, “Do you believe that these audits that are popping up in a couple of places are productive? And do you have any hopes for what we might learn from this Arizona audit that should be wrapping up sometime this week??
Von Spakovksy replied, “Yes. I think, actually, audits ought to be conducted in every state after elections, and I fault Merrick Garland, in fact, for discouraging audits. He attacked audits in his speech. … We don’t know what the Maricopa audits are going to turn up, but I’ll give you … the reason audits are necessary.
They just completed an audit in Wyndham, New Hampshire, of a small race there from last year’s election.'
And guess what they found? They found when they hand-counted their ballots, that apparently their computer scanners were misreading the ballots.”
He continued, “They discovered a problem with with their voting equipment. The result was that they realized that the winning candidates in last year’s election didn’t get 300 votes that they should have been credited with, and they also found that the losing candidate — who they thought only lost by two dozen votes — actually had lost by over a hundred votes. If they hadn’t conducted this audit, they wouldn’t have realized they had this problem in their voting equipment. Now they can fix it so it doesn’t happen in future elections.”

Democrats’ For the People Act — H.R.1 in the House and S.1 in the Senate — amount to a federalization of the election process, von Spakovsky explained, “to get rid of all of the safety and security protocols that states have in place.”
“It voids all state voter-ID laws,” von Spakovsky said of the For the People Act. “It requires all states to put in online voter registration, which as you know, is an invitation to fraud by hackers and others. … Then it makes changes in federal campaign finance laws that are intended to basically restrict political speech and political activity.”

Former President Donald Trump had left the door on becoming speaker of the House open, but his spokesman shut that scenario down.
Jason Miller, the former president’s outgoing spokesman, said Trump “has zero desire to be speaker." Prior to Miller’s pushback, the former commander in chief called the possibility of becoming the next speaker, should Republicans take back the majority in 2022, “so interesting.”
Conservative radio host Wayne Allyn Root asked Trump in a June 4 interview, “Why not, instead of waiting for 2024, and I'm hoping you'll run in 2024, but why not run in 2022 for the United States Congress? A House seat in Florida. Win big.
Lead us to a dramatic landslide victory taking the House by 50 seats, and then you become the speaker of the House, lead the impeachment of Biden, and start criminal investigations against Biden. You’ll wipe him out for his last two years, and then, you’ll be president.”
“Yeah, you know, it’s very interesting,” Trump said, adding that he had been urged to run for Senate as well.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who is looking to become the next speaker should Republicans take back the House, said Trump wants him to fill the opening if it arises.
The former president has also repeatedly teased a third presidential campaign since he left office Jan. 20.
"We’ll be making a decision on 2024, but if you look at the numbers, people are liking me more than ever before, and I think the reason is they're watching what is happening with our country," Trump said Wednesday on Fox News. "And I guess it is making me very popular."

Democrats failed, as they expected, in their attempt to vote to begin debate on the For The People Act.
All 50 Democrats voted in support of the election measure and every single Republican voted against it.
The legislation required 60 votes to overcome the Senate filibuster.
The Democrat Party has trumpeted the legislation as a way to protect the right to free and fair elections and the right of everyone to vote.
But it reads more like a federal takeover of elections from the states which is why Republicans are vehemently against it.
Democrats did score a major victory for them on Tuesday, prior to the vote, when West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin said he would be a “yes” vote to proceed, which means Democrats can say that they are united on the legislation.

“I’m pleased to report that Sen. Manchin and I have come to an agreement. He came to my office, oh, about two hours ago, and we worked it out,” Senate Majority Leader and New York Sen. Charles Schumer said to reporters, The Hill reported.
Under the deal, Manchin will provide a 50th Democratic vote on advancing the For the People Act, though it will still fail to overcome Tuesday’s procedural hurdle because of a GOP filibuster that requires 60 votes. But being unified, Democrats hope, will keep the focus on GOP opposition to the bill.
Schumer said that if Democrats were able to start debate on the bill, something they won’t be able to do because of across-the-board Republican opposition, he would give Manchin a vote on his proposal as a substitute amendment in exchange for voting “yes” on Tuesday. It would be the first amendment considered.
“Over the past month, I have worked to eliminate the far-reaching provisions of S.1, the For the People Act – which I do not support. I’ve found common ground with my Democratic colleagues on a new version of the bill that ensures our elections are fair, accessible, and secure,” Manchin said.
“Today I will vote ‘YES’ to move to debate this updated voting legislation as a substitute amendment to ensure every eligible voter is able to cast their ballot and participate in our great democracy,” he said.
Senate Minority Leader and Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell said he expected every Republican to vote against it, as they did.
“I think all of you surely know how all Republicans feel about this proposal. It’s a solution in search of a problem,” he said.
“The rationale for it has changed over the years. After the 2016 election, the same bill was introduced in the House and as soon as they got the majority they passed it. And the rationale at that point was we needed to clean the system up.
Then they liked the outcome of the 2020 election and so the rationale became we need to prevent the states from somehow making it more difficult for people to vote,” the senator said.
“I’ve taken a look at all these new state laws. None of them are designed to suppress the vote. There’s no rational basis for the federal government trying to take over all of American elections. You all have noticed that there’s now a debate among Democrats over a revised version produced by one of the Democrats yesterday which has been endorsed by Stacey Abrams. So I would make this observation about the revised version. It still turns the federal election commission from a judge into a prosecutor by taking away the 3-3 balance and naming it 3-2 Democratic. And, in what is an extremely dubious constitutionality, would remove redistricting from state legislatures and hand it over to computers. Equally unacceptable. Totally inappropriate.
“All Republicans, I think, will oppose that as well. If that were to surface on the floor, that’s not what we anticipate the cloture motion to be on,” he said.

We now know for a fact, from two independent sources, that Stacey Abrams and NowAccount’s Happy Faces temp workers were indeed working the Atlanta State Farm Arena during Election Week 2020.
The first source is testimony by election integrity whistle-blower Bridget Thorne that was given at the Fulton County Board of Commissioners’ hearings on June 16. Thorne, a former nine-year precinct manager, was terminated from her position as a certified voting technician for Fulton County in December after speaking out about gross election irregularities she witnessed in November. She was also one of the people who testified at former Mayor Giuliani’s hearings in Georgia on December 3.
She signed an affidavit of her comments as well.
Thorne testified:
According to the Carter Jones report, when the election warehouse staff had to be quarantined the SoS offered to send trained, qualified staff and Fulton Elections declined their offer and brought in unqualified, untrained, 100% minority Happy Face employees.
John Solomon, at Just The News, broke the story last week about a newly-released and shocking 29-page memo, “State Election Board Report –November 13, 2020, Unabridged Notes Detailing Everything Witnessed Nov 2-Nov 7, 2020,” put together by state contractor Carter Jones of Seven Hills Strategies.
Carter Jones was appointed as Fulton County’s Elections Monitor on October 30, 2020 by the Georgia State Election Board (SEB), chaired, at that time, by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (Raffensperger has since been stripped of this power by the Georgia legislature and governor in a bill, SB202, signed into law on March 25, 2021). This was due to the requirements of a Consolidated Consent Order forcing the state to fix Fulton County’s massive election problems which occurred during the primary in June 2020. Some of those problems included long lines with people caught in the sun for hours, absentee ballots that never arrived at a voter’s home, and issues with double-voting, that is, where multiple voters were found to have voted both absentee and in person, with no completed investigations into this troubling practice.
The county, through the SEB, was to make substantive changes in its processes before the general election on November 3, 2020. Jones’ hiring, as an Elections Monitor was part of that process. However, hiring him only 4 days before that general election actually defeated the purpose of instituting changes in election practices in Fulton County before the General Election! It also seems to be out of compliance with the intent of the actual Consolidated Consent Order, particularly given the fact that early voting began on October 12, 18 days before Jones was hired!
In reading that document, cover-to-cover, we have discovered numerous examples which document that Stacey Abrams’ Happy Faces’ temp employees were, indeed, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia between the period November 3 – November 7, 2020.

This was a staffing disaster! This was a failure of management! Most importantly, it was an election catastrophe. Perhaps planned for so when fraudulent deeds were identified they could blame them on process challenges.
Is this who Georgians – and Americans – had working behind the scenes for them and their Constitutional Republic in the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia during that critical Election Week of November 2020? Was it the same in other ballot counting centers in major swing state cities across America on November 3?
Or, to re-frame it: is this the type of people radicalized Democrats inserted into the election infrastructure in our swing states, in particular? Temp workers causing chaos, anarchy, subversion, sabotage, and even violence, as other, even more, secretive election fraud operations were being carried out?
This is what Carter Jones actually stated about temp workers in his final report submitted to the Georgia State Election Board on January 12, 2021, on page 9:
Jones drilled down his notes and he reported that about the Happy Faces temp workers! Night and day reports! Whitewash.
Let’s take a closer look at the Wednesday, November 4 log:
- Matthew Mashburn from the SEB [State Election Board] calls to my attention that a party poll watcher was on the elevator with two new reinforcements. The first asked the second if they ‘were ready for a long night.’ The second replied that, “yeah. I’m ready to f*ck sh*t up.” I must keep an eye on these two. Perhaps this was a bad joke, but it was very poorly timed in the presence of a poll watcher.
This reprehensible term may be code for trained, radical anarchists, in teams, to take action.
Without question, Jones identifies that these two individuals were with Happy Faces. This is shocking. Notable, Jones states that he was relieved that these two Happy Faces employees were placed “where they could do the least to achieve their declared objective.” Were there other Happy Faces employees who did get to “achieve their declared objective” that night or that week in Atlanta, who caused untold harm and damage and even perpetrated criminal acts during this election, which may never come to light?

To quote CD Media from its breaking story last week:
Evidence showed direct financial underwriting of the staffing service Happy Faces Personnel Group, by groups controlled by Abrams. In other words, a highly partisan Democrat political operative controlled the elections in Fulton County, which also involved a Nigerian national.
Happy Faces’ owners and investors through NowAccount – including Stacey Abrams, a former State Rep who should know better – have a lot of explaining to do. They must be brought forward to answer serious questions about this thwarted election sabotage plan.
An outraged Vernon Jones (R), former Democrat and current candidate for Georgia governor, said Friday evening to Steve Bannon on the WarRoom Pandemic, Abrams “is profiting from local elections across this country!”
Abrams was certainly profiting nicely during Election Day and week in Atlanta. Her financial backing of Happy Faces temp employees, especially because of COVID-19, again, brought in a nice chunk of change.
As Vernon Jones brought up to Bannon,
Bannon replied, “I think she’s got a problem now. I think this Happy Face thing is a problem.”
Vernon Jones was right. According to Bridget Thorne’s testimony, “With Happy Faces working 100% early voting, ballot adjudication, absentee ballot processing, warehousing, dropbox, signature verification they are basically running our elections.”

Over 400 have since been arrested. Many of the patriots arrested were waved into the US Capitol by the police standing at the exits.
Since January the Deep State and Democrats will not release videotapes to Republican lawmakers or the American public from January 6th inside or outside the US Capitol.
Last Tuesday Revolver News published an important piece on the “unindicted co-conspirators” in the Jan. 6 attack who were never charged by the DOJ or FBI for their part in the violence on Jan. 6.
The “unindicted co-conspirators” were frequently the most violent and leaders of the assault on the US Capitol. They are also likely FBI informants.

The now-retired elections clerk in a key Wisconsin county says political activists working for a group funded by Mark Zuckerberg money seized control of the November elections in Green Bay and other cities, sidelining career experts and making last-minute changes that may have violated state law.
"They had no business doing that," ex-Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno told Just the News, recounting how funding from the Zuckerberg-backed Center for Tech and Civic Life injected chaos and unnecessary changes to how ballots were counted in Green Bay in November.
Juno, a Republican who helped administer her county's elections for 22 years, also called on policymakers to ban future grant money going from rich donors to local election referees because of the potential for corrupt influence.
"We need to be really on top of this, because if this is how elections are going to go, we won't have election integrity," Juno warned.
Juno told Just the News editor-in-chief John Solomon on Tuesday night's "Securing our Elections: Protecting Your Vote" special on Real America's Voice that election management in Green Bay was turned on its head last year after a massive infusion of cash from CTCL.
The group poured millions of dollars into multiple key Wisconsin Democratic strongholds in the months leading up to last year's presidential race, ostensibly in an effort to shore up voting systems and infrastructure amid the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic. The organization was ultimately funded with more than a third of a billion dollars by Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan; that money was funneled to additional election funding efforts across the country.
Juno claimed that following the infusion of the CTCL cash into Green Bay "the mayor's office and chief of staff began to take over election functions."
"And that is not something under state statutes they have the authority to do," she said, "because under Wisconsin law, municipal clerks, the county clerk and the Wisconsin Elections Commission are the individuals charged with running elections."
Juno said the COVID-19 pandemic had already thrown the year into chaos prior to CTCL's involvement in Wisconsin's elections.
"As we got closer to the November election," she said, "we found out that this outside group had come in and was basically trying to redo our forms and documents that we use statewide. And these people were from out of state and had no business doing that."
"So they were beginning to get involved with things that they didn't have the expertise," she continued. "They were working primarily with our five major Democratic base cities. So they were breaking the consistency of documents and processes and procedures used statewide."
Neither CTCL nor the Green Bay mayor's office immediately responded to requests for comment on Tuesday evening. Emails revealed earlier this year showed efforts by CTCL and other groups to, in part, redesign ballot instructions and other election documents in multiple cities around the state, including Green Bay.
Juno said the state normally has a clear procedure by which such alterations are made.
"As clerks, we meet with our state elections commission at least three times a year," she told Solomon, "and [we] have continuous and ongoing correspondence with them, so that, you know, the whole state is conducting the elections in harmony.
"When you have an outside group coming in, and all of a sudden trying to dictate how to run an election — and these people were all from out of state.
They had no expertise in Wisconsin, for our processes and procedures for conducting an election."
Juno argued that the management "had an impact on the overall election," and that the process itself was "very closely monitored by individuals who are normally not running elections."
Private money "should stay out of the system," she said.
"You know, the thing that happened with CTCL is with those agreements, if those municipalities did not follow what was in those grant agreements, they had the authority to claw back those dollars," she explained, arguing that it would have been different had the cities "been given money and had the authority to use it how they saw fit."
"But that was not the case," she said. "They had to use it how CTCL saw fit."

Trump Says It’s ‘Up to the Public’ to Decide Whether He’s Reinstated If Election Audits Prove Massive Fraud

Former President Donald Trump declared on Monday that he has not admitted defeat, nor conceded the 2020 presidential election, and it’s up to the public to decide whether he is reinstated if state election audits prove massive fraud.
Arizona is currently conducting a forensic audit of the election, Georgia petitioners are awaiting a judge’s decision to proceed with their audit, and in Pennsylvania, lawmakers are reportedly preparing to launch “a very careful recount” of the Commonwealth’s election results.
“I never admitted defeat … we have a lot of things happening right now,” Trump said in a telephone interview with reporter David Brody on Real America’s Voice.
“I never used the word concede, I have not conceded,” Trump added. “All you have to do is read the newspapers and see what’s coming out now.”
Brody asked Trump what he thought should happen if the Arizona and Georgia election audits “come back with fully verified evidence of voter fraud.”
Trump said he believes that the audits will prove that the election was rigged, and predicted that more states will follow Arizona and Georgia’s lead as evidence mounts.
“It’s going to be determined what’s going to happen,” Trump said. “That’s not up to me. That’s up to the public. That’s up to a lot of people, I guess. If the election were determined to be a fraud—and it’s looking more and more like that is the case—people are going to have to make a determination as to what’s going to happen,” he said.
Brody asked Trump to address the widespread belief among his supporters that he will be reinstated as president by August of this year.
“There’s actually a poll out, a Morning Consult poll that says 30 percent of Republicans actually think that,” Brody said. “Can you set the record straight? Do you believe you could potentially be reinstated?”
Without answering the question directly, Trump noted that “there is a tremendous percentage [of people] that thinks the election was rigged and stolen.”
He went on to say that his concerns about election fraud are not unique, as Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams in 2018 also raised concerns about fraud after they lost their elections, although, as Trump pointed out, neither of them had evidence to back up their claims.
“In this case, there’s massive evidence. It’s coming out of Georgia. Just take a look at what’s happening,” he said, lamenting that the corporate media refuses to cover credible evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.
Trump predicted that the numbers of stolen votes that will be exposed by the audits “will be massive.”
When pressed on whether he thinks he could be reinstated, Trump refused to comment. “I’m not going to comment on that. I’m just going to see what happens,” he told Brody.
“If the election was fraudulent, people are going to make up their own minds. It’s not going to be up to me,” Trump said. “It’s going to be up to the public. It’s going to be up to, I guess, politicians. I don’t think there’s ever been a case like this where hundreds of thousands of votes will be found.”
Trump threw cold water on recent reports that he was vying for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s job in 2022, as the Constitution does not require the Speaker to be a member of Congress.
Trump said he was aware of the chatter but that it was not something he was considering.
“I have seen talk about that, but it is nothing that I have ever considered,” he said.
“The election was a horrible, horrible thing for our country,” Trump added. “The whole world is watching. You know, we were always known for free and fair elections. Well, it turns out they weren’t free, and they weren’t fair.”
He told Brody that he hasn’t made a decision yet on 2024, and is mainly focused on helping Republicans retake the House in 2022.
When asked about his feelings on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis running in 2024, Trump seemed to take credit for DeSantis’s meteoric rise in GOP politics.
“I think Ron’s very good. I endorsed him, and when I endorsed him he went up like a rocket ship,” Trump said. “Ron’s a friend of mine, he’s doing great.”
When asked about his feelings on former vice president Mike Pence, Trump said that while he has always liked Pence, he was very disappointed that he didn’t kick the disputed state election results back to the State legislatures to adjudicate.
Trump said the vice president had every right to do it as there were “more votes than you have voters in some cases.”
“I was disappointed that he didn’t send it back. I thought he had the right to send it back, and he should have sent it back,” he said.
Trump noted that in addition to Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania are now “looking at what happened” in the election, and if Pence had sent the disputed results back to the state legislatures, “I think you would have found that you might very well have a very different president right now.”
Pennsylvania is reportedly poised to begin an Arizona-style audit of the 2020 election.
State Sen. David Argall, who heads a committee that oversees elections, told reporters last week that he wants a forensic audit of the Commonwealth’s suspect election results.
“It’s a very careful recount, forensic audit, so yeah, I don’t see the danger in it,” Argall said Friday during a live event with Spotlight PA, a consortium of media companies from across the state. “I just think that it would not be a bad idea at all to proceed with an audit similar to what they’re doing in Arizona.”
On Tuesday, Trump put out the following statement claiming victory in Georgia after Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s decided to purge voter rolls of over 100,000 outdated voter files.

Santa Clarita, CA – The November 2020 general election in California was marred by some two million voting and registration irregularities, according to a nonpartisan watchdog group.
The Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa) analyzed the state’s official voter list as of February 2021, the most recent data available, and reported its findings last week to California’s Secretary of State Shirley Weber.
“Many in the nation are questioning the validity of the 2020 general election in their states,” EIPCa President Linda Paine said Tuesday.
“Mass irregularities in California’s registration and voting numbers continue to erode voter confidence here and we are hopeful Secretary Weber will immediately address our questions.”
This followed the group’s earlier reports of 2020 of rampant cross-state voting that the Secretary has ignored, despite California’s election code that requires officials to provide timely answers to citizens’ questions.
EIPCa posed the following questions on behalf of California voters in a statement released Tuesday:
Why are there almost 124,000 more votes counted in California’s November 3, 2020 election than voters recorded as voting in that election? And why is most of the discrepancy driven by 116,000 vote-by-mail ballots with no apparent voter identified in VoteCal’s voting histories? Click here for a list by county.
Why do more than 7,700 voters have two November 3, 2020 votes credited to their voting histories? These are two votes credited to each of 7,700 unique (non-duplicated) registration ID numbers in the state database. This indicates mass double voting, a significant programming error in the state’s registration system, or both.

Oklahoma GOP Rep. Markwayne Mullin made clear Tuesday morning that states – not Congress – should be the ones making the decisions about having "fair and open elections."
He spoke hours before the Senate was expected to vote on congressional Democrats’ sweeping election-law bill, the We the People Act, which would effectively expand voting.
"Our founding fathers were very, very confident in the fact that they wanted the states to control their own elections," Mullin said on the "Just the News AM" TV show. "That's why they speak very clearly on Article One, that they wanted the state legislators to control the election results. They didn't want the federal government getting involved because they knew that if the federal government got involved that [federal lawmakers] could also keep themselves in power."
The five-term congressman also spoke as some GOP-led states, including Georgia and Texas, have or are attempting to strengthen voting security laws to reduce fraud.
"The federal legislative branch, we only have one role in this, and that's to count the Electoral votes in either certifying or contesting them," Mullin told show host Sophie Mann.
Protesters on Jan. 6 stormed the Capitol Building in an attempt to stop Congress from certifying states’ Electoral College votes that showed Democrat Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election over then-President Trump.
"The election laws, even the federal election laws, are decided on the state level, and each state can decide their own," Mullin also said Tuesday. "I think that's going to be up to the state legislators to decide which direction they move to make sure that they have a fair and open election."

Report: Maricopa County Ignored 20-Point Ballot Signature Verification, Ultimately Tossed Signature Requirement - County Denies

Ken Bennett, Senate liaison to the Maricopa County, Arizona, election audit, said that auditors were informed by county election workers that the signature verification standards for mail-in ballots were at first lowered and ultimately disregarded for November’s races.
County election officials have denied the allegation.
Bennett stated in a Friday interview with The Western Journal, “We’ve literally been told by people who worked in that process for Maricopa County that the standard at the beginning was quite reasonable and high.”
Originally absentee ballot reviewers looked for 20 points in signatures such as the angle of the letters, or how T’s are crossed or how I’s dotted, the former Arizona secretary of state said.
“But they got so far behind, we’ve been told that they went to the people on that team, 40-some people, and said, ‘OK, reduce it to 10’ and then to five and then one,” he explained.
“And then we’re told, and I can hardly believe that this might have been the case, but it needs to be verified. We’re told they finally told them, ‘Let everything go through, including blank signature boxes.’ If that happened, that is a terrible failure,” Bennett added.
The audit team will review all the envelopments used for mail-in ballots, so they will be able to determine if the claims that the signature requirements not being followed are true.
Ninety percent of Maricopa County voters voted by mail, Bennett said.
“If there’s thousands or hundreds or tens of thousands or whatever of envelopes that did not have signatures at all, which is what some people have told us happened, that would be a huge failure by the county, because state law clearly says that an envelope containing a ballot has to have a signature in that affidavit box that reasonably resembles the voter who is attesting with that signature, that that’s their ballot inside.”
The auditors will not be able to match envelopes with no signature, if they exist, to ballots, but it would serve as an indication of how carefully other election laws may have been followed.
The county pushed back strongly against the charge that it failed to follow the law relating to signature verification.
“At no point during the 2020 election cycle did Maricopa County modify the rigorous signature verification requirements. Any suggestion to the contrary is categorically false,” Maricopa County Recorder’s Office spokesman Darron Moffatt said in an emailed statement to The Western Journal.
Bennett said the audit team’s first order of business has been confirming through a hand count that the overall tally in Maricopa County matches what the Dominion Voting Systems machines recorded.
With the hand count wrapping up last week, the audit’s attention has shifted to completing an examination of the ballots themselves for abnormalities using high-resolution cameras that allow a microscopic review.
Some of the issues auditors are looking at include the authenticity of the paper itself and whether the ovals were filled in by hand or machine, Bennett said. They will also look to see whether the ballots were printed, as the official ones are, or photocopied.
Additionally, official ballots all have alignment marks on the front and back that should match up.
Further, approximately 1.9 million voters in Maricopa County received their ballots in the mail, so that number should all have fold lines.
Bennett noted just how narrow Biden’s win over Trump was in Arizona: Just 0.3 percent, or approximately 10,500 votes, made the difference.
Maricopa County, which encompasses the Phoenix metropolitan area, was the only county in the state to flip from red to blue from 2016 to 2020.
Asked if he could say whether the hand count has yielded a number that more or less jibes with the official November count in Maricopa County, Bennett answered he could not yet.
“We can’t say, because we are now going through the very meticulous process of double and triple-checking every tally sheet that’s been counted over the last two months,” he said, but added the spreadsheets with those numbers will all be made public.
“The auditors recognize that the scrutiny on their work is going to make the scrutiny on the election look like [a] cakewalk,” Bennett stated.
He anticipates that the paper evaluation will be completed by the end of the month.
“So I think we’ve got a few to several weeks of work on other aspects of the audit that the two that have been working on here, that the subcontractor that’s looking at the machines and all of the data that was downloaded from the machines and the hard drives are still looking at all of that,” Bennett said.
He believes a report of the findings may be out as early as the end of July, but could be as late as Labor Day.
“I think Arizona wins either way,” Bennett contended. “If we find that the election was run very smoothly and complied with all of the rules and requirements in state law, then good for Arizona. We win. But if we find other things that are weaknesses and need to be improved before the next election in 2022 or the presidential in 2024, then we get those things fixed, and we win there too.”

American patriot Mindy Robinson is leading the effort to get an audit of the 2020 election results in the state of Nevada. But the establishment is not too happy about it. Robinson and her fellow patriots were threatened with a felony charge. But Mindy and her cohorts say the government is completely wrong and out of line in threatening them, and they are not backing down.
After citizens sent affidavits to government leaders, requesting an audit in accordance with the Nevada state constitution, Nevada’s establishment Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske denied at least one request for an audit, ludicrously citing the Civil Rights Act and her own alleged certainty that election machines were not compromised. But the county recorders are taking things to the next level of tyranny. The Office of Nye County Recorder stated, “this Office has determined that the attached document you requested to be recorded on June 11, 2021 is unauthorized, falsified and/or may not be lawfully recorded…”
The patriots replied to the state of Nevada with an uncompromising rebuke of the state’s corruption, illustrating that these patriots demand an audit of the 2020 general election and they are not backing down. They write: “Since February, we have been asking the Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske and Attorney General Aaron Ford for answers. These were certified letters that were signed for and received, with no response returned. It was not until it made the media rounds, and stacks of affidavits started piling up on their desks did they both decide to respond this week.

United States Constitution First Amendment:
The right to petition government for redress grievances is the right to make a complaint to or seek the assistance of one’s government without fear of punishment or reprisals.
With the SOS letter stating “we respectfully deny your request for forensic audit” the SOS is unilaterally making a “rule” that abrogates our constitutional right. We the People have the right to redress (remedy or set right an undesired or unfair situation). A letter from the SOS (respectfully declining an audit) is far from satisfying our constitutional right of redress and a unilateral (NO) by the SOS is NOT a remedy therefore resulting in a violation of our constitutional rights.
Furthermore, by not even coming close to the constitutional definition of “redress” or “remedy“ the SOS further violates our rights by “where rights secured by the constitution are involved, there can be no ‘rule making’ or legislation which would abrogate them” she is “ruling” that she will not conduct a forensic audit. Whereas Miranda v. Arizona forbids it.

The Nevada County Recorders office has denied recording of the Affidavits stating “the document is unauthorized and/or falsified” based on:
NRS 41.036 – Tort claims against the state
NRS 239b.030 – personal information on affidavit
NRS 247.120 – fee to record
NRS 247.110 – discretion of recorder on “format”
NRS 240 – notaries
Which ultimately appears that the recorder at their whimsical discretion can deny recordings for just about anything with a shotgun approach labeling the document as “falsified or unauthorized” without giving any specifics. The Recorders responses as well, included a statement that anyone filing a “falsified or forged” document would be guilty of a category C Felony where seemingly we now have been threatened with sanctions or penalties by attempting to exercise our constitutional rights through the county recorders office.
The United States Constitution is the supreme law, no state laws, rules or regulations can supersede it. We continue to have the right to have our grievances and complaints rectified satisfactorily which is not happening. Our representatives are deflecting, evading and attempting to intimidate us for what I can only surmise to be fear. Fear of being caught committing sedition, tyranny and treason.
Why is the SOS not giving us the names of who was appointed to the election accuracy certification board?
Where’s the certification of the new hardware and software purchased AFTER March 2020?
Why is the SOS not providing the people a copy of the Escrow agreement with Dominion?
Why is the SOS not providing the people the addendum to the dominion contract completed in September 2020?
Who “qualified” the gaming board to certify the voting machines?
Testing by a Federally Accredited Laboratory: State statutes and/or regulations require that voting systems are tested by a federally or nationally accredited laboratory to federal standards. Older statutes may refer to Independent Testing Authorities (ITAs), but such test labs are now known as Voting System Test Laboratories (VSTLs) under the EAC’s testing and certification program.
Why is the SOS not providing us with verification that the testing and certification was completed by a federally or nationally accredited laboratory?
If as the SOS states that the entire election process was free of fraud and in compliance with all requirements, then why are we the people being refused to view the information we are asking for?
You are our Legislators, you are responsible for protecting the integrity of it all. You should be asking the SOS the exact same questions.

The question that soon comes to mind is, ‘Did Raffensperger and his gang go back and unseal and open the boxes on all ballots identified by election poll helpers and watchers and make changes to those ballots identified in pristine condition by folding them and placing them back in the box?’
We learned over the past week that Raffensperger’s Attorney Ryan Germany was aware of fraudulent activities on Election Night yet decided against providing this information on a phone call with the President:

But then in May, Raffensperger, knowing all that was wrong, stated he welcomed a forensic audit of the state.
Why did Raffensperger suddenly change his tune? Was this because he knew all issues with pristine ballots were addressed? Did he know those lacking folds were illegally ‘fixed’ during the ‘secret investigation’ that occurred per Sperry’s report?
What is clear is that something smells with this Georgia election and actions taken by the Secretary of State’s Office. Something smells really bad.

But it was evidently worse than we thought. According to an explosive report by Paul Sperry at Real Clear Investigations, Raffensperger defied court orders and tampered with ballot boxes in Fulton County after the judge had issued a protective order over the ballots in January.
On Wednesday The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft spoke with Garland Favorito about this explosive report released on Tuesday.
Garland said he was not surprised with the story reported on Tuesday, “Not at all, we had been aware of this for a long time… Let me clarify, we have been aware that they had claimed that they had done that.” Garland said this must have occurred after they spoke with Susan Voyles on January 7th. Voyles had signed a legal affidavit accusing Fulton County of counting ballots she described as “pristine” that did not appear to be legitimate ballots.
Garland added this on admission by the state officials, “It sounds like they are admitting that they tampered with the ballots in violation of Georgia law.”
Garland Favorito then told The Gateway Pundit that his team is discussing what to do with this latest development, “We are discussing what to do with it.”
Jim Hoft, “So you might take action but you haven’t decided?”
Garland Favorito, “Well we haven’t decided what action should be taken… I would think that the judge would want to know that they concealed this activity from him, when they submitted their amicus brief in our case… That was around the middle of May.”
Jim Hoft: “They hid that from the judge that they tampered with some of the ballots after they were told not to. That sounds like a very big deal to me.”
Garland Favorito: ‘Yeah, I thought it was a very big deal.”

“You Cannot Catch Any Fraud in Fractions” – Jovan Pulitzer Clarifies Why You Need Full 100% Forensic Audits to Catch Election Fraud

Yesterday we reported on some action in Michigan to get to the bottom of the election results in that state. Representative Steve Carra proposed House Bill 5091, requesting $2.5 million to perform a forensic audit of the November 2020 presidential and US Senate election in the hotly contested state of Michigan.
Much like Arizona’s forensic audit, which lawmakers and observers across the nation have praised, Carra’s bill would require a bipartisan board to hire an outside group to conduct the forensic audit. The board would include one poll challenger from each political party from the November election. Michigan’s proposed audit would use Arizona’s audit as a model and cover 10% of the precincts in Michigan’s 83 counties, and audit a random sampling of 20% of the precincts in Detroit, where election results are frequently called into question.
This is a great step forward in a state where President Trump was way ahead on Election night only to see the Democrats push through hundreds of thousands of votes to give the election to Joe Biden.
However, to identify and confirm all valid ballots, the state will need to select 100% of the ballots. Jovan Pulitzer describes why in the video below:

In the video above, Jovan Pulitzer begins by sharing that you can’t do a partial audit using sampling. He explained this is a tweet to Rep. Carra who he clarified this with before his video.
Jovan makes a couple of really key statements in this video.
1. You have to include 100% of all ballots in your forensic audit. This is because the fraud may be hidden in only one area out of a hundred. You will miss identifying the total amount of fraudulent ballots if you sample. He provided a picture to show what he means. If only one out of a hundred or 6 out of six hundred cases are fraudulent, you will likely not capture the full amount of fraud when sampling. Here is a figure showing the fraudulent cases in red.
If you audit using sampling or fractions, the fraudulent cases may never be captured, especially if your sampling approach is biased (i.e. the selector knows which cases not to audit).
2. The reason the above is so important also is because the law states that you have no standing if you don’t provide more fraudulent cases of fraud than is the difference between candidates in a race, and the courts may shut you down. You need to show that there are enough cases identified to overturn an election.
This is why you have to look at all ballots to identify the fraudulent ones.
Arizona is forensically auditing 100% of the ballots in Maricopa County.

On Wednesday, a grandmother of 5 from Indiana, Anna Morgan Lloyd will plead guilty to one misdemeanor charge for ‘demonstrating in a capitol building” in exchange for 3 years of probation and a $500 fine.
This is only after the politicized Biden-DOJ held her in jail for 2 days, letting her go after she had “expressed contrition for her conduct.”
Morgan-Lloyd was arrested in February after a Greene County Indiana Sheriff’s Office employee tipped off the FBI as being someone ‘who posted about the Capitol riot’ online after Morgan-Lloyd had applied for a firearm permit.
In a sentencing memo, federal prosecutors explained how Morgan-Lloyd was inside a hallway of the building for about 10 minutes, did not commit any violence or destroy any property, and did not coordinate or plan her actions beforehand.
For standing inside she was charged with 4 counts. In her plea deal, the prosecution is also requesting that as part of her probation she is unable to purchase a firearm.
She is the first of over 400 people awaiting trial who were charged that had entered the capitol building on Jan. 6th.
They won’t stop until every Trump-supporting American pays with their constitutional rights.
The left is stepping up their efforts to crack down on patriots who were at the event. Nancy Pelosi just announced they would be forming a ‘select committee” to look into the events of that day. This is on the heels of the senate rejecting legislation that would have established a ‘Jan. 6th Commission’ to continue the witch hunt.
As far as we know, this seems to be the only “insurrection” in history that involved sweet harmless grandmothers.

Graydon Young, a 54-year-old from Florida who was charged in a 16-person conspiracy case related to the Capitol riot, will plead guilty Wednesday.
Young, a member of the Oath Keepers, was hit with 6 counts, including conspiracy and aiding and abetting the obstruction of the congressional proceeding, CNN reported.
He was also previously charged with document tampering after he deleted his Facebook account two days after January 6 – months before the feds interviewed him!
Federal prosecutors claim Young participated in the “stack” military formation of Oath Keepers that “cut through the crowd to move inside the Capitol.”

Two far left activists infiltrated the Jan. 6 protests in Washington DC dressed as conservatives and carrying an OAN microphone. The two men breached the US Capitol grounds that day. They later were visitied by the FBI in February and gave the agents tips on how to infiltrate a Trump rally.
They were carrying an OAN microphone.
The men, Walter Masterson and Peter Scattini, appear on The Young Turks program and routinely disguise themselves as Trump supporters.

In a Vlog published on February 17, 2021, Scattini details how two FBI agents and one member of NYPD visited him at his apartment to discuss their being at the capitol on January 6th. The FBI seemed to not be concerned about the fact that they were both inside the capitol breach as well as impersonating news outlets. In fact, Scattini says, “Walter is giving them tips on how to infiltrate Trump rallies.”

Citizens Against Political Persecution to Hold Protest for January 6 Prisoners in New York

Citizens Against Political Persecution (CAPP) will be holding a protest to petition the Federal Government on behalf of the January 6th detainees held in solitary confinement in Washington D.C.
The peaceful protest against political persecution will take place in Foley Square in Manhattan, New York on June 27th, 2021 at 12 PM.
According to a press release from the organization, speakers at the rally will include John Pierce, attorney for January 6th defendants; Cara Castronuova, champion boxer and founder of Citizen’s Against Political Persecution; Matt Breynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America; Professor Mark Crispin Miller, New York University (Professor of Media Studies); and “other distinguished surprise guests to be announced.”
“This event is to raise awareness so the general public understands what is going on,” said CAPP co founder Cara Castronuova. “What the Justice Department is doing to the January 6th protesters is political persecution and unconstitutional. Every American, regardless of their political affiliation, should care. The government can and will turn their focus and persecute any other group that disagrees with or challenges them. It is absolutely terrifying..”
Castronuova is an established television personality, champion boxer, celebrity fitness trainer and boxer. She was a trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser and has become very well known for her activism. More information on her can be found on her website.
Castronuova told the Gateway Pundit that “it so important that people come to this event to stand up for our fellow Americans being railroaded by the Government. They are political prisoners and suffering tremendously. If we don’t stand up for them no one else will. If we let this happen to them, what group will the government come after next that disagrees with them?”
CAPP has stated that they believe the solitary confinement and torture the defendants are enduring is a violation of the rules for prisoners laid out in the Geneva Conventions.
Christopher Worrell (a detainee with Stage 3 cancer that never entered the Capitol building) is currently being held without bail and being blocked from receiving life-saving cancer treatments.
“I need my cancer doctor to stay alive,” said Worrell. “The United States Government has betrayed me.”
As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Worrell has now contracted the coronavirus in jail.
