DOJ Seizes $90K, Charges BLM Agitator Who 'Stormed Capitol' And Sold The Footage

SATURDAY, MAY 22, 2021 - 06:00 PM

US authorities have seized approximately $90,000 from a far-left BLM organizer who 'stormed the capitol' right alongside Trump supporters and sold footage he took of US Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt being shot dead by a Capitol Police Officer.

John Earle Sullivan of Provo, Utah, was also hit with additional criminal charges and now faces a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, according to Reuters. Sullivan is one of more than 440 people charged in connection with the Jan. 6 'insurrection' in which Trump supporters who rejected the outcome of the 2020 US election stormed the Capitol with the full support of several Capitol Police officers - some of whom took selfies with the protesters.

After breaking into the Capitol through an open window, Sullivan was heard encouraging protesters to climb a wall to gain entrance.

During one conversation with others while inside, Sullivan said, “We gotta get this [expletive] burned.” At other times, he said, among other things, “it’s our house [expletive]” and “we are getting this [expletive].”

h/t @Cernovich
Sullivan told U.S. Capitol Police officers to stand down so that they wouldn’t get hurt, according to the court filing (pdf). He joined the crowd trying to open doors to another part of the Capitol, telling people “Hey guys, I have a knife” and asking them to let him get to the front. He did not make it to the doors. He later tried to get the officers guarding the Speaker’s Lobby to go home, telling them: “Bro, I’ve seen people out there get hurt.”

Following the riot Sullivan appeared on several mainstream television networks CNN and MSNBC, which paid him for the footage.

Contentious Battles Continue Over Arizona Audit
5/21/2021

In many ways, Maricopa County in Arizona is currently the center of the storm when it comes to settling the score about what happened on Nov. 3. Since April 23, a first of its kind ever forensic audit has been in progress. The Arizona State Senate and the Maricopa Board of Supervisors (BOS) have been duking it out since the election. Secretary of State Katie Hobbs also seems to be doing everything in her power to shut it down or, at a minimum, discredit it.

Subpoenas, court battles, special meetings, and contentious letters have been flying back and forth among all parties over passwords, venues, auditors, and whether the audit should have been done in the first place.

Ongoing and multiple battles are still being waged and/or litigated:
  • Hobbs has written a letter demanding the current equipment being audited be decommissioned.
  • The contract between Dominion and the County BOS suddenly appeared on the internet and is now being scrutinized.
  • A 274-page complaint has been filed by American Oversight demanding that Senate President Karen Fann be required to turn over all requested public records surrounding the Senate’s Cyber Ninja’s audit/recount of the Nov. 2020 election in Maricopa County.
  • Senate President Fann allegedly received a mailed letter with “unidentified white powder” inside.
  • Politicians, current and former, continue to lob back and forth their contentious opinions about the ongoing forensic audit.
1621730899918.png

On Thursday, Hobbs sent the letter stating, because the auditors hired by the Senate are amateurs and uncertified, she is requesting that the equipment used in the Nov. 3 election never be used again for Arizona elections.

1621730972369.png

Hobbs also cites chain of custody issues, many of which could have been avoided had the Maricopa County BOS allowed the audit to remain at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) with the Senate proposed bipartisan officials present. Both were turned down by the BOS and Hobbs. Hobbs admitted in the letter that decommissioning the equipment would cost the county and its taxpayers dearly.

1621731028643.png

Additionally, a YouTube interview posted on the WeThePeople AZ Alliance channel with a local Certified Information Systems Security Professional named Aaron Wagner spoke about a newly published contract between the BOS and Dominion Voting Machines. He seeks to explain, in simple terms, some of the claims about admin passwords and routers that have been hotly debated in the past few weeks.

View: https://youtu.be/u5PdIBQ6XEU
24:15 min

Twitter user CChampion also analyzes the contract. Using the contract to document his discussion, he allegedly debunks and clarifies several issues that have caused a great deal of debate between the BOS and the Senate. For example, ballots, in fact, do not contain sensitive voter information—as confirmed by Senate Liaison Ken Bennett.

1621731403710.png
1621731454752.png

Unless the county did not follow the contract, none of the equipment (routers) “support or connect to other county infrastructure.” Allegedly, the county has no control over pertinent information on the machines and is, therefore, unable to examine the machines for vulnerabilities— only Dominion has access to that information, according to the contract.

1621731619252.png

1621731836278.png
1621731869971.png

It seems that access to the software has been held in escrow in Katie Hobb’s account, NOT the account associated with Maricopa County. She cannot access it without Dominion’s express permission.

1621731763119.png1621732058451.png

American Oversight, the organization that filed the above-mentioned complaint, seems to be transparently against the audit and openly anti-Trump—claiming it is a partisan effort. The site has posted numerous documents and news articles criticizing the Arizona audit. It claims that its mission is to uncover the facts and hold the “government accountable.”

An election Integrity and Security bill, SB1241, introduced by Senator Kelly Townsend, will be heard on May 25. The bill addresses issues like election security, election privacy for the voter, and prevention of duplicate voting.

The Arizona audit is currently paused because of previous bookings for graduations being held this week in the Colosseum. It is set to resume on May 24. The contract for the audit has been extended through June 30, per reporting by UncoverDC.

Alex Marlow: Don’t Call It ‘Stolen’ — How the Big Tech Masters of the Universe Imposed Their Will on the American Electorate

REBECCA MANSOUR22 May 20211,550

“The manipulation of social media platforms and activism by partisan Democrats in Silicon Valley was a deciding factor in the outcome of the 2020 presidential election,” Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow explains in an op-ed in the Washington Times detailing his research into the 2020 election from his new book Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption.

Marlow writes that the 2020 election wasn’t “stolen” from Donald Trump in some “spy-thriller-esque” conspiracy involving Hugo Chavez and voting machines, and suggesting that it was “stolen” is the “easiest way to get removed from the Internet and social media.” However, the true story of how Democrats won is still troubling and reeks of corruption, according to Marlow.

First, he explains how Silicon Valley’s Masters of the Universe controlled the flow of critical information: “Some of the most powerful people in the world, the Masters of the Universe in Silicon Valley — none of them elected, most of them anonymous — turned dials to increase or decrease the flow of critical information the American electorate needed to make informed decisions in the presidential race.”

Marlow points to Big Tech censorship of stories about Hunter Biden’s corruption scandals, as well as Google suppressing Breitbart News’ traffic for anyone searching for articles about “Joe Biden.” Suppression of negative stories about Biden – as well as positive stories about Trump – had the potential of swinging voters in key states, Marlow notes, highlighting a poll conducted by the Media Research Center showing that 17 percent of Biden voters would have changed their votes had they known about certain stories widely covered by Breitbart News.

In addition to controlling the “flow of information,” Silicon Valley billionaires also spent lavishly to impact the election at the ballot box, particularly with the push for vote-by-mail, Marlow explains:
If you had any doubt those who control the flow of information in this country were determined to get Trump out of power, look no further than Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook CEO spent hundreds of millions of dollars on “safe” election administration, but these efforts appear to have been little more than a de facto get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operation to benefit Democrats.
The centerpiece of this was COVID-safe “drop boxes.” These were bins that look like aluminum public trash cans, placed throughout the country, largely unprotected and unguarded (compared to in-person voting). These made it easier for people to “safely” turn in their mail-in ballots. Critics of the plan said that a high number of these drop boxes were placed in precincts that favor Democrats, particularly ones that were likely to be close races. These drop boxes weren’t necessary anyway, as in-person voting did not worsen the pandemic.

Yet, the sad reality is that Republicans, by and large, let the Masters of the Universe do all this. Perhaps it was because they feared harming the tech companies that were driving the stock markets to record highs, maybe they were following a blind loyalty to the free market, perhaps many were paid off by Big Tech lobbyists, certainly some were uninformed and ignorant. Whatever the explanation is, the GOP was wildly ineffective at protecting their own voters’ ability to freely read and share information.
Marlow calls on Republicans to pursue legislative reforms to rein in Big Tech, including “legislation to treat social media platforms as common carriers like trains or phone companies; this would prevent them from discriminating based on political ideology (or any other reason, for that matter).”

“Breaking up the biggest technology companies, reforms to antitrust law, and reforming the safe harbor for censorship of section 230 of the Communications Decency Act should all be considered,” he writes. “But most importantly, conservatives must turn to governors, legislatures, and Attorneys General in Republican-led states. This will take political willpower, but it can be done.”

Marlow’s book Breaking the News is now available.

EXCLUSIVE: Government Agency Believes Dominion Uses Cellular Modems Experts Say Could ‘Wreak Havoc On An Election’

Stunning Inspector General Letter To A Congressman Obtained By National File
Patrick Howley

EXCLUSIVE: Government Agency Believes Dominion Uses Cellular Modems Experts Say Could ‘Wreak Havoc On An Election’

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) believes Dominion Voting Systems machines in Michigan use “modem transmission features” and “do not match the EAC-certified system configuration,” according to a letter the inspector general of the EAC sent to U.S. Congressman Bill Posey, which was obtained by National File. A top Dominion executive reportedly testified that his machines use cellular modems, which experts previously said “make Michigan elections vulnerable.”

EAC is an independent agency of the government created by the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Part of the EAC’s mandate is to provide information and resources regarding election administration throughout the country. While the EAC is critical of the use of cellular modems to transmit data, Dominion CEO John Poulos reportedly testified on December 15 that while Dominion machines are not connected to the Internet, in some places they use cellular modems to transmit results after hours.

“In addition, even if a state purchases an EAC-certified system, a state may alter the certified configuration for state-specific requirements (such as straight-party voting or modem transmission of results). Each state performs its own system certifications, to include those state-specific requirements,” the office of the inspector general for the EAC wrote to Congressman Posey. “For example, EAC believes Michigan may use modem transmission features in at least some of its Dominion voting systems. Dominion has not applied through EAC for certification of a voting system configuration that includes modem transmission, so if Michigan’s Dominion systems use modem 4 transmission, their systems do not match the EAC-certified system configuration. However, Michigan would have certified its configurations of its systems in accordance with the state law cited above.”

letterhead-600x325.jpg

Posey referenced the letter in a March press release: “(1) prohibiting voting machines from connecting to the Internet, (2) requiring election hardware and software be American made, and (3) ensuring that election machines are fully auditable and that elections officials could no longer deny audits due to proprietary software or hardware issues. Unfortunately, these amendments were blocked and not allowed to be voted on by the House.”

“Why should the votes of the American people be subject to counting by foreign equipment that cannot be audited and that may be connected to the Internet? My amendments would promote election security by banning all three of these things,” Congressman Posey stated. In October 2018, the Detroit Free Press ran the headline, “Experts: Cellular modems make Michigan elections vulnerable.”

modems-600x180.jpg

THE DETROIT FREE PRESS REPORTED IN 2018 (emphasis added): “With the Nov. 6 election less than 30 days away, Michigan officials tout the fact that the state’s election machines are not connected to the Internet — eliminating a major hacking risk. But does that fact alone make Michigan’s election machines impervious to hacking? Many researchers and election integrity activists say no. They say Michigan could be vulnerable as one of at least four states — along with Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin — that use cellular modems to transmit unofficial election results. In an Oct. 2 letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, 30 academics, security experts and election integrity activists — including a computer science professor at the University of Michigan — expressed “grave concerns” about the devices. They said use of the modems makes election results vulnerable to tampering and could result in malware infecting election machines. They asked the federal government to warn states and local agencies against their use. “In short, they can wreak havoc on an election,” the letter said…

In 2017, Oakland County and all other Michigan counties replaced aging voting machines around the state with new equipment paid for with $40 million in federal and state money.

Clerks got to choose among equipment from three manufacturers — Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), or Hart InterCivic. All three manufacturers offer the cellular modem option, Rozell said. He believes the use of cellular modems is widespread in Michigan counties and he couldn’t say that all have established private cellular networks, as Oakland County has. The letter calling for federal action said connecting to public networks even briefly “can make the system vulnerable to attacks that could impact current or future election results.”

“The convenience of transmitting vote totals online does not outweigh the need of the American people to be assured their votes will be accurately transmitted and counted,” the letter said.

Audit of 147K Fulton County Absentee Ballots
a graphic illustration of a 2020 mail box with mail-in ballots flying into it

By Charles Kim | Saturday, 22 May 2021 11:15 AM

Following the lead of Arizona's forensic audit of 2020 presidential election results, 147,000 Fulton County, Georgia, absentee ballots are being unsealed for an audit.

Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ordered the unsealing of absentee ballots, The Hill reported, which will allow a group of Georgia voters and experts to review absentee ballots which Republicans claim might be tainted by voter fraud.

"The integrity of future elections is critical, and Judge Amero's decision is a helpful step in restoring transparency, accountability, and voter confidence," former Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., told The Hill. "We look forward to the findings and their role in promoting transparency and rebuilding faith in our elections."

Former President Donald Trump lost the state's most populated county in November to Democrat Joe Biden by a vote of 381,144 to 137,240, with a 65.57% voter turnout, according to Fulton County's official results.

Trump lost the state by around 13,000 total votes.

Fulton County includes the city of Atlanta and has an estimated population of just over 1 million, according to the county.

In his one-page order, Amero's order said the county election officials must allow plaintiff Garland Favorito and his group called Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia to review the ballots "at a time and place to be determined later," according to The Wall Street Journal.

The county said in a statement it would comply with the order.

"We will continue to participate in the judicial process that will ultimately validate the integrity of the elections process within Fulton County," the statement said.

Georgia now joins Arizona in having votes audited because of lawsuits following the election.
An audit of the populous Maricopa County is currently underway by a private Florida firm called Cyber Ninjas, hired by Republicans for $150,000.

Like Fulton County in Georgia, Maricopa County in Arizona is the state's largest county by population and includes the city of Phoenix.

Trump lost that county to Biden 1,040,774-995,665 with 80.5% turnout of its 2,595,272 registered voters, according to the county.

Early voting accounted for 73.81% of the total votes cast in November.

Statewide, Trump lost the election by just over 10,000 votes, 1,672,143-1,661,686, according to the state.

The audit in Arizona is expected to last for another six weeks, as the firm reviews 2.1 million ballots.

The Arizona audit created a firestorm when Cyber Ninjas initially accused the county of "deleting data," that they later said "was found."

Why Is the President of LHS Election Voting Machine Company Used in NH Allowed to be Present During the NH Audit?

By Joe Hoft
Published May 23, 2021 at 9:30am
LHS-Assoc-Tabulator.jpg

Why is the President of LHS Associates, Jeff Silvestro, the company that supplies voting machines to nearly every Northeast US state, allowed anywhere near the election equipment under audit in Windham, New Hampshire?

It’s highly doubtful that the Democrats will ever complain about this obvious unheard-of independence abuse in the audit going on in Windham, New Hampshire.

In spite of the obvious issues with the firms doing the audit, yesterday it was confirmed that the machines used in the audit had problems counting ballots.

1621797712071.png

But what we also uncovered is that the LHS voting machines used in New Hampshire are the same ones used in most other Northeast US states:
LHS-States-Used.jpg

The President of LHS is Jeff Silvestro.
LHS-Owner-Jeff-Silvestro-1.jpg

We also learned that the owner of the machines used in New Hampshire and the other NE American states was allowed inside the building where the audit was being performed. Uncover DC shared this picture of Silvestro at the audit:
Slivestro-looking-at-machine-during-audit.jpg

His car was outside the audit as well.

LHS-Owner-Jeff-Silvestro-car-at-audit.jpg

Why in the world would the President of the voting machine company used in the audit be allowed into the area where an audit is being performed of his machines? This is inexcusable and an obvious red flag.

If the Democrats were honest people who really cared about election integrity, they would focus on this rather than harass the auditors in Maricopa County, Arizona.

SUBVERSIVE: Arizona SoS Katie Hobbs Conspiring With Other States Officials To Stop The Audit Momentum…

During an interview with MSNBC, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs said she has been communicating with several Secretaries of State, Governors, and Attorney Generals “who are very closely watching what’s happening in Arizona to try to make sure it doesn’t happen in their states.”

Transcript:

Velshi: So we know that – as you said this is contagious. It’s going to Arizona. We’ve been speaking to the Secretary of State in Michigan very frequently about what’s happening there, Wisconsin – last night I spoke to the Attorney General in Pennsylvania. Have you been talking to the Secretaries of State in those in those states about how to keep the system safe, and not have things fall out of the hands of the chain of custody?

AZ SoS Katie Hobbs: Yeah absolutely. I’ve been working with a bipartisan group of Secretaries of State who are very closely watching what’s happening in Arizona to try to make sure it doesn’t happen in their states, and I should add, not just Secretaries of States, but other Attorneys General and Governors as well. So lots of folks very concerned about this, and I hope what we can see is sort of a tightening of laws following this to ensure that this isn’t able to happen again. What we’re seeing really in Arizona there is no statutorial framework to handle it, which is why they’ve really allowed to get away with a lot of this.

Maricopa County Lawyer Demands 2020 Auditors Preserve All Documents, May File Lawsuit
BY JACK PHILLIPS

May 23, 2021 Updated: May 23, 2021

An attorney representing Maricopa County sent Republican state Senate President Karen Fann a letter ordering the preservation of all documents relating to the audit of the county.

Maricopa County attorney Allister Adel sent the notice (pdf) to Fann claiming that some of the auditors involved in the process made potentially false or defamatory allegations.

“It is clear the Arizona Senate and its contractors do not intend to retract false allegations defaming the County and its employees,” Maricopa County Chairman Jack Sellers said in a statement on Friday in relation to the demand letter sent by Adel. The letter’s language suggested that the county may be readying a lawsuit against Fann and other Republican leaders, as lawyers typically issue litigation holds before filing suits.

“For that reason, Maricopa County is formally requesting Senate President Fann, Senator Petersen, Senate liaison Ken Bennett and contractors involved in the ‘audit’ preserve documents and evidence as they may be subject to future legal claims,” he continued

The letter focused on Fann’s May 13 letter that said a subcontractor for the audit “recently discovered that the entire ‘database’ directory from the D drive” of a machine was deleted. An official Twitter account run by the Senate liaison for the Maricopa forensic audit issued a tweet about the drive being deleted—which hasn’t been taken down—was also referenced in the demand letter from Adel.

1621802016321.png

Amid reports from CNN and other legacy media outlets than an auditor, Ben Cotton, backtracked and said that the drive wasn’t actually deleted, Cotton told The Epoch Times that his comments during a Senate hearing were taken out of context. He said that the EMS Primary Server “WAS deleted” but he was able to recover it.

“My testimony on May 19th before the AZ Senate is being taken out of context by some media outlets. To confirm: the ‘Databases’ directory on the EMS Primary Server WAS deleted containing the voting databases. I was able to recover the deleted databases through forensic data recovery processes,” Ben Cotton, founder of CyFIR, said last week.

The Maricopa audit’s Twitter account also posted Cotton’s statement on May 19.

1621801963848.png

But Adel’s letter also claimed that the audit “is not being done in accordance with Arizona law” and demanded that Fann and other officials “must preserve all documents … including any and all communications between you and any other member of the Senate or their staffs, and also any communications between you and your agents, including, but not limited to, Ken Bennett, Cyber Ninjas, CyFir, Wake TSI, and those firms’ various owners, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, or volunteers.”

The Epoch Times has contacted Fann’s office for comment.

Fann also told The Epoch Times via email on May 20 that neither she nor the auditors went back on claims the drive was deleted.

“The file was deleted but Cyfir was able to recover it from other areas. But yes, the file had been deleted on that portion of the drive,” she wrote in an email.

Then-candidate Joe Biden received around 10,000 more votes than incumbant President Donald Trump in Arizona during the Nov. 3 election.

It is well, the Windham anomalies/discoveries/ongoing testing are being reported as widely as they seems to be. Even the arrival and ongoing presence of Jeff Silvestro (whom I wouldn't buy a used car from on the basis of looks) is telling.

One expects that MANY besides this horse are watching the Youtube Videos. Many thanks to those NH patriots who spend the time to film and report on this.

This gives one hope that something will come of this. Democracy dies in darkness. But thrives in the light.

Arizona Election Auditors Move Back Into Coliseum – Greatly Increase the Number of Tables for Ballot Counting and Inspection – Will Begin Again Today

By Joe Hoft
Published May 24, 2021 at 7:00am
Audit-Maricopa-May-24.jpg

Arizona is up and ready to begin again and complete its audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election results.

Local Arizona Central reported yesterday:
The audit, commissioned by Arizona Senate Republican leaders, took a break for nine days while graduations were held at the Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Coliseum.
The Senate contractors, led by Florida-based cybersecurity firm Cyber Ninjas, plan to try to finish recounting all 2.1 million ballots cast in the county by the end of June when their lease at the coliseum ends.

With nearly 500,000 ballots counted in the first month, the team will have to greatly increase the number of workers or hours, or both, to meet that goal. The original plan was to finish by May 14, when the break began.

On Sunday morning, the contractors moved the county’s ballots from a storage building on the fairgrounds property where they were kept during the graduations back into the coliseum.

Forty-four tables were set up Sunday in anticipation of ballot counting and 32 for ballot inspection, far more tables total than before the break. Previously, between 16 and 20 counting tables were used at once.
Here is a picture of the floor before the recent break for high school graduations in the Coliseum:
AZ-tables-audit-center.jpg

Here is a similar view as of this morning – note all the added tables to the left of the screen for what appears to be for ballot inspection – see live feed here:

Audit-Maricopa-May-24.jpg

The auditors want to finish by the end of June. They have added tables and are planning for a third shift as well.

No doubt, the Democrats will do all they can to sabotage this audit. We know this because this is all they have done since the day after the election, November 4th, 2020.

VIDEO EVIDENCE Proves CNN and Politifact Hacks Are Lying About Cyber Ninjas and the Missing Database Directory

By Jim Hoft

The Arizona Senate held a hearing last Thursday on latest developments in the Arizona Senate Audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election ballots.

This hearing was held after Arizona Senate President Karen Fann sent a letter to the Maricopa County election officials alleging the Maricopa Officials deleted an entire database directory from voting machines.

During the hearing the Cyber Ninja auditor Ben Cotton announced their team had recovered the deleted files from the voting machines.

This is exactly what Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported in a Gateway Pundit exclusive earlier in the week.

John Fredericks: We now have two state senators, Republicans, Beach and Jones, who are calling for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to be side-by-side with the forensic analysis looking at these 147,000 mail-in ballots… Were there counterfeit ballots? Six affidavits now, we had four now there’s six, six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147,000 ballots are fake! Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through a vote-counting machine that are not real that are not attached to anybody.
That is HUGE news!

John Fredericks also told The War Room about the 900+ military ballots that were all for Biden.

John Fredericks: If Judge Amero makes a declaratory judgment that counterfeit ballots were there and some of them were counted twice, that’s the possibility here. He’s going to demand that Governor Kemp hold a special session and they are going to start decertifying elections. Trump-Biden, Senate race

WAYNE ROOT: If You Believe 60 Judges Turned Down “Stolen Election,” You’re Either an Idiot, or In On the Fix

By Assistant Editor

fraud-biden-election-fraud.jpg

By Wayne Allyn Root
Something remarkable is happening in America.

You can see what’s happening in Arizona, Georgia and New Hampshire with forensic audits happening, or about to happen. Many more are on the way.

Americans are finally seriously questioning the results of the 2020 election. The light bulb has gone off. Americans are starting to understand the 2020 presidential election was stolen. And they’re no longer afraid to say it out loud.

That is why the National Republican Congressional Committee just announced the greatest April fundraising haul ever in history.

That is why the latest Washington Examiner poll reports enthusiasm for Republican candidates in the 2022 midterm elections is ahead of enthusiasm for Democrats by double digits.

That is why the latest Democracy Corp poll of battleground states finds Biden’s approval among independents at only 35%. Democrats win only 17% of independents in these swing states on a generic ballot.

That is why voters in Pennsylvania (a state that supposedly went to Biden) just overwhelmingly voted to dramatically limit the emergency powers of the Democrat Governor.

That is why the latest CBS News/YouGov poll shows support among Republicans for president Trump is still at historic levels. 89% support Trump’s economic views, 80% support Trump’s style of leadership, 88% support Trump’s tough stance on illegal immigration, 73% support Trump’s views on race, 77% agree with the way Trump treated the media, and most importantly, 67% believe Joe Biden is not the legitimate winner of the 2020 election.

That is why voters in the latest McLaughlin & Associates poll favor Donald Trump over Kamala Harris 49% to 45% for the 2024 presidential election.

Biden has only been president for a little over 100 days. He supposedly got the most votes of any candidate in history. He should be wildly popular while still in the “honeymoon phase” of his presidency. Instead, Americans have turned on Biden. Why?

First, Americans don’t believe Biden is the rightful president. The Silent Majority now believes beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Biden and the Democrats rigged and stole the election.
Second, no one in their right mind believes Biden got the most votes in history. A senile old man who never left his basement got more votes than Obama or Clinton? No way. It’s implausible.

Third, Americans have seen the radical Biden agenda. It is not normal. It is not “liberal.” It is not “Democrat.” It’s clearly a Marxist/socialist/communist takeover of the United States, perpetrated by evil globalists who want to destroy America.

But here’s the big one…

Americans now understand the intimidation tactics of the radical left. They’ve seen the vile hate speech towards white Americans. They’ve seen the Mayor of Chicago announce she will only do interviews with black or brown journalists. They’ve seen BLM and Antifa rioting, looting, burning and anarchy. They’ve seen the censorship, banning and hatred towards conservatives by social media and woke corporations. They’ve seen Palestinian mobs beating Jews in the streets of Los Angeles and New York. Radical Democrats have set this nation on fire.

Americans finally see the truth. They now understand what happened in those 60 cases involving voter fraud in the 2020 election. Trump and Republicans didn’t lose those 60 cases. That’s a lie. That’s Soviet communist level propaganda.

The American people now understand those judges were intimidated. Trump never lost a single voter fraud case. He didn’t strike out. Trump never got to the plate. He never took a swing. No judge ever actually looked at a case. The Supreme Court never looked at a case.

You’ve heard of “jury nullification.” That’s where the jury ignores the facts and ignores the law. This was simply a case of “Trump nullification.”

Many of those 60 judges hated Trump’s guts and suffered from “Trump Derangement Syndrome. But more importantly, all of them feared for their lives and careers. So, they ignored the facts and the law. They chose to just punt.

No judge was willing to risk ruining his or her life by overturning the election and facing a crazy Democrat mob. No judge was willing to risk assassination. No judge was willing to risk their home being burned to the ground. No judge was willing to risk their spouse being fired and never finding a job ever again. No judge was willing to risk their children being beaten and brutalized at school. No judge was willing to watch their name forever destroyed by cancel culture.

Most Americans now understand the election was stolen and the courts never ruled against the merits of the case. This was simply a case of “Trump nullification.”

That’s why Trump is suddenly back in vogue. That’s why so many Americans wish Trump was back in office. That’s why so many Americans have turned on Biden. Because more and more people understand he’s not the rightful president.

That’s why if you believe the lie that 60 judges turned down a “stolen election,” you’re either an idiot, or you’re in on the fix.

Last week a member of the Oath Keepers called The Gateway Pundit to tell us his story of the January 6th protests and riot. He is living in fear since the Jan. 6 protests at the US Capitol and wanted to get his story out.

The Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders, who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

What he told us is truly shocking and has not been reported by the mainstream fake-news media.

This man wanted to remain anonymous. We spoke with Attorney Kellye Sorell about his story. He believes the government is planning to arrest him.

On January 6, he told us about the famous, not so famous, so-called “stack video” that was making the rounds in the fake news following the protests.

In the video you can see several Oath Keeper members march up the US Capitol steps, sing the National Anthem while they are facing the massive crowd.

Then this Oath Keeper dropped this bomb–
According to this American patriot, who is a US Marine veteran who worked overseas at a US Embassy, the doors on the US Capitol are electronically controlled magnetic locked doors. And someone inside the security booth at the US Capitol opened the doors!

Here is what we were told.

Retired Marine: We’re on the top level now – about 15 feet from the doors just before they opened up. People are yelling and screaming. Everyone’s cheering, all kind of stuff. It’s chaotic. But we’re just kind of there. And then all of the sudden the doors open up from the inside. I have a picture taken about two seconds before the doors opened. And then I have a picture taken about six seconds later and the doors were open.

Jim Hoft: And they were not opened from the outside?

Retired Marine: They were opened from the inside. Now one of the stories I read recently was that some Marine, some Marine Major, went inside and managed to run around and open up the doors. And I think that was on your website, as well. But here’s what I can tell you about magnetic locks. If a door is locked by a mag lock it cannot be opened from the outside or the inside unless the person controlling that door opens that door by turning off the magnetic lock which those doors according to the photos I took are equipped with.

Jim Hoft: Holy cow! That’s really big news there!

Retired Marine: Now these magnetic locks, I worked in the American embassy overseas. They are very, very strong.
Jim Hoft: I’m sure and they, you would think at the US Capitol they would have top security there.

Retired Marine: Now to give you an idea how strong they are, you could tie a chain to the handlebars of the door and tie it onto a truck. And you can take off with the truck and it is probably going to rip the door handles off but it is not going to open that door. The only way those doors can be opened if they want to be opened is from inside a security booth that is also equipped with a magnetic lock.

Jim Hoft: Has this ever been reported?

Retired Marine: Not that I’ve heard of.

Jim Hoft: Oh my God, this is really big!

Retired Marine: If those magnetic locks had been engaged, in other words, if Capitol Police did not want people opening that door. Now I can understand they might say, “We had police outside so we didn’t want to engage them.” If they did not want those magnetic locks open, there is NOTHING, nothing, no person, no group of people, no hundreds of people who could have opened those doors. No one. Unless the Capitol Police wanted those doors open. As soon as those doors were open, I was lifted off my feet. There was a forward momentum.
The Gateway Pundit altered the voice quality at the request of this witness.

UPDATE– We received this from a reader on magnetic doors. A fire alarm set off from the inside — which did not happen — can also unlock the doors.
Information on magnetic locks. Magnetic locks are strong. But according to safety, mag locked doors must have an egress option in case of fire or emergency exit. Therefore there are 2 options to allow mag locked doors to open. One is fire alarm. If fire alarm goes off, mag locks will unlock if wired correctly. The second option is a REX sensor. (Request to exit). Rex sensor is an interior ceiling mounted (normally) proximity sensor.
Both of these options involve someone on the inside.

Pro-Trump group demands Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger retract 'defamatory claims'

Look Ahead America says Raffensperger falsely said group's executive director believed thousands of dead people's identity used in 2020 electRead More

A nonprofit group run by former Trump campaign and administration officials has sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger demanding he retracts "defamatory claims" about the nonprofit's executive director and voter integrity project.

Attorneys for the group, Look Ahead America, said in their letter that Raffensperger made defamatory remarks about Executive Director Matt Braynard and the group’s Voter Integrity Project during a January 2020 call with then-President Donald Trump.

In the phone call, which was leaked to The Washington Post, Raffensperger allegedly told Trump that Braynard believed over 5,000 dead people's identities had been used to vote in the 2020 election in Georgia illegally.

Braynard's attorneys say he never made such claims.

"Your statement is false," the attorneys' letter said. "As Mr. Braynard has never claimed that 5,000 dead people voted in the Georgia election. In fact, in November 2020, Mr. Braynard publicly stated that his analysis did not find a targeted effort to cast the ballots of deceased voters."

Braynard said in a statement that Raffensperger "told a straight-up lie to President Trump and the public regarding the work I and LAA’s Voter Integrity Project submitted to his office."

New Hampshire Election Auditors Find Ballot "Fold" Issue, Only 28% Of GOP Votes Counted In One Machine

MONDAY, MAY 24, 2021 - 12:50 PM
Authored by Samuel Allegri via The Epoch Times,

Auditors for a 2020 election investigation being carried out in Windham, New Hampshire, are saying that some of their latest findings are “large enough to account for discrepancies” in the election results.

Auditors said they found “experimental confirmation that if the contest is undervoted, a fold through a vote target can create a vote.”
“Something we strongly suspect at this juncture, based on various evidence, is that in some cases, fold lines are being interpreted by the scanners as valid votes,” Mark Lindeman, part of the audit team, told WMUR.
Harri Hursti, another auditor, said on Twitter that testing proved folded ballots were misinterpreted by machines.
“Test decks proved that foldings across a vote targets is misinterpreted as additional phantom votes or subtracts votes due to false overvotes,” he wrote in a post.
Auditors finished the hand recount on May 21. The audit began on May 11.

AccuVote didn’t respond to a request for comment about the audit authorization by the Epoch Times. The AccuVote machines’ intellectual property are owned by Dominion Voting Systems.

1621892408180.png1621892444935.png

Windham’s four state representative seats were all won by Republicans on Election Night. The presidential election was not an item for this audit.

Democrat candidate Kristi St. Laurent, who lost by a narrow margin of 24 votes, requested an audit (pdf) claiming that the machines were improperly programmed, and that double voting was involved.

As a result, New Hampshire’s Republican Gov. Chris Sununu, signed a bill last month that gave authorization for forensic analysis and a comprehensive recount of the 2020 election votes in Windham related to optical scanning AccuVote machines.

An automatic recount was done, resulting in St. Laurent losing 99 more votes after a hand recount. Meanwhile, four Republicans gained about 300 votes each.
The other three Democrats gained between 18 and 28 votes.

The audit team said that more issues could be involved besides folded ballots being misinterpreted.
“The fold effect is large enough to account for discrepancies, but might not be all that’s going on,” the team said on Twitter on May 22.
“75 folded ballots voted straight Republican. Only 48 votes recorded for them. Folds generated overvotes. This is machine used on Election Day [for] most absentee ballots.”
Another machine was found to have “an even more dramatic problem” by the auditors, who said that only 28 percent of the votes for Republican candidates were counted.

“The work is not completed yet. While the folding seems to be a strong contributor it clearly is not the only factor,” Hursti said on Sunday.

“For example: We have observed vastly different error rates on two machines processing the same ballots. Work continues.”

Windham Auditors: Ballot Folds Are Not The Only Problem
By
Michelle Edwards
-May 24, 2021

On Saturday, two of the three auditors performing the forensic audit in Windham, NH, confirmed that, while not the only issue, ballot folds significantly affect how ballots are read by the town’s Diebold ES2000 Model A voting machines. Additionally, while processing the same ballots, the auditors witnessed vastly different error rates on two of the machines.

1621896812005.png

1621896773477.png

The auditors indicated early last week fold lines might be an issue. They spent Saturday recreating two separate mock elections hoping to determine what caused the unprecedented discrepancies between the Nov. 3 election result totals and the Nov. 12 election recount totals. Focused on the percentage of possible errors due to ballot folding, Harri Hursti and Phillip Stark explained to Nick Moseder and Lisa Mazur (see the interview in the video below) that they set up two sets of mock elections, each designed to try and determine how votes were taken away from Republican candidates and how votes were added to Kristi St. Laurent.

View: https://youtu.be/ExmhyscEp6w
18:02 min

One potential theory suggested the machines might reject specific ballots (for example, ballots that voted straight Republican down the line for all four candidates) and count the entire ballot as an overvote. This scenario might occur if, after voting for the four Republican candidates, the machine then reads the ballot fold (which appears next on the ballot and occurs right at St. Laurent’s name) as a vote for a fifth—and extra—candidate. In the case of an overvote, all votes on the ballot are canceled and reported as blanks.

Indeed, upon completing their experiment, the auditors explained that they discovered Windham’s machines were reading the fold as they speculated, with, according to Phillip Stark, an astonishing error rate ranging from 25% up to 72%.

View: https://twitter.com/i/status/1396197771938570240
.24 min

1621896690190.png

While talking with Moseder, Hursti revealed that before the Nov. 3 election, individuals with decision-making powers were aware of the potential problems that ballot folding could present in voting machines. Still, according to Hursti, in an effort to save money, the decision was made that “less expensive envelopes should be used,” which meant ballots would need to be folded before being mailed. Noting that no one expected the fold to cause this much trouble, Hursti added, “but folds cause trouble elsewhere,” too.

Hursti did not acknowledge who in NH was aware of the potential ballot folding issue when pressed to elaborate. Instead, he continued discussing ballot folding, stating the improper folding (by the machine) was something he had not seen before and could be a maintenance issue, stating, “if you look at the manual, there is instruction where the folding format has to be placed. If the folding had been done along those lines, none of this would have happened.”

Remarking there is still much more to be examined, Stark confirmed that Saturday’s tests offer an explanation for both the subtraction of votes from the Republican candidates and the initial addition of votes to Democratic candidate Kristi St. Laurent.

Last week, Deputy Secretary of State David Scanlan announced his office was taking a wait-and-see approach to the possibility that fold lines in absentee ballots may have caused voting machines to misread the totals in Windham’s election. With confirmation from Hursti and Stark that fold lines are a definite issue in Windham, there is speculation the problem is widespread in the state. Phillip Stark commented last week:

“Throughout New Hampshire, you’re using the same voting machines, the AccuVote, and in principle, it could be an issue. It really depends where the folds are in relationship to the vote targets.”

Present at the audit again on Saturday, LHS Associates President Jeff Silvestro departed in a hurry when Nick Moseder approached him to ask why he was there, saying as he hurried out the door, “ask the auditors, they are the ones who asked me here. Leave me alone. I would appreciate it.” Recently, when asked whether Silvestro’s attendance at the audit was a conflict of interest, Richard (Dick) Tracy of the NH Attorney General’s Office replied, “just because it’s a conflict of interest doesn’t make it illegal.” Hursti, when asked about Silvestro’s presence on Saturday, responded:

“… the same reason as every other time… if we have [sic] come up and we need to know that we follow the right procedures. We have not allowed him inside of the wires, so… he has all the time stayed outside the wire.”

Typically, each audit day is full of election integrity advocates observing the day’s proceedings. However, as previously reported last Thursday, auditor Philip Stark announced that the scheduled audit day for the weekend had changed from Sunday, May 23 to Saturday, May 22, the same day as the heavily promoted “official launch” of the Government Integrity Project, leaving many to question the motive behind the sudden change.

As dictated by SB43, the audit must be concluded by May 27. The much anticipated forensic audit of the machines is next on the agenda as the final week gets underway.

Mark Zuckerberg Should Never Be Allowed To Touch U.S. Elections Again
Nobody elected Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and he has made no secret of his political bias. That should be enough to ban him from influencing election machinery.

Hayden Ludwig and Sarah Lee

By Hayden Ludwig and Sarah Lee
MAY 24, 2021

After decades of whining about the evils of privatization, the same set of leftists who once cried “eat the rich” and “abolish billionaires” in 2020 embraced a billionaire’s efforts to partially privatize American elections. Anyone paying attention to election integrity efforts following serious questions some legislators raised after the 2020 general already know his name.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg poured a shocking $350 million into a nonprofit called the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), massively inflating the organization’s revenues from only $1.4 million in 2018. The “Zuck bucks” were then distributed as CTCL grants to hundreds of county and city elections officials in 47 states and the District of Columbia.

CTCL, which has a highly partisan history, claims its grants were strictly for COVID-19 exigencies and denies any partisan pattern to their distribution. The data suggest otherwise.

Across the nine states in which Capital Research Center has traced CTCL grants—Arizona and Nevada, Texas, Michigan and Wisconsin, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Georgia—CTCL’s largest grants consistently favored big, Democratic-leaning jurisdictions like Philadelphia, Maricopa County, and Houston. All these jurisdictions were essential to Joe Biden’s victory.

“Zuck bucks” flowed in higher proportion to counties won by Joe Biden than those won by Donald Trump. In Georgia, nine of the ten counties with the greatest shifts to Biden in 2020 received CTCL grants. Statewide, Biden counties were two-and-a-half times more likely to receive CTCL funding than Trump counties.

In Nevada, CTCL appears to have ignored 15 of the state’s 17 counties, which happened to be the ones Trump clinched by an average of 73 percent. CTCL ultimately only funded the two counties incorporating Reno and Las Vegas. They both went for Biden, delivering 92.4 percent of Biden’s votes in the entire state.

Then there’s Texas, where CTCL funded an impressive-sounding 101 counties that voted for Trump and just 17 counties that voted for Biden. Yet those 101 Trump counties were barely consequential relative to Trump’s statewide total, awarding Trump only 1.45 million votes. That’s less than a quarter of what he received statewide. Biden, on the other hand, received 3.64 million votes in the 17 CTCL-funded counties, or 69 percent of his total in Texas.

Leftists have been celebrating their newfound love of plutocracy ever since Zuckerberg’s involvement with public elections coincided with their desired results. National Public Radio boldly credits “private money from Facebook’s CEO [with] sav[ing] the 2020 election.”

This is a stark deviation from the message six months prior, when news reports in decidedly non-conservative outlets were expressing consternation over Zuckerberg handing out so much cash to “help” states that were already federally funded to administer elections. As the Capitol Research Center (CRC), where we work, reported in November, news outlets like the Associated Press and The New York Times were already expressing concerns about what the latter noted was the “prospect of election administrators tapping large pools of private money [that could raise] new legal and political questions.”

“That is partly because it is unusual for elections to be subsidized by nongovernment funding at this level,” The Times’ Ken Vogel wrote. “(B)ut also because most of the cash is coming from nonprofit groups that have liberal ties, and the biggest source of the cash, Mr. Zuckerberg, has drawn fire from across the political spectrum.”

Vogel hit on the fundamental problem with a partisan billionaire funding the administration of elections: no matter which political preference that billionaire might have, the groups doling out the cash would have trouble separating themselves from that preference. The counties and cities accepting the “help” would likely always know from whence the largesse originates, all of which makes the potential for conflict of interest, intentional or not, too great to confidently administer elections required to be run free from partisan bias.

At its simplest, the question is this: can an election that’s been heavily subsidized by partisan players ever be fair? Even if it happens to be, doesn’t public perception of transparency and lack of private influence work to increase public trust in election results?

The Associated Press’ Nicholas Riccardi essentially had the same question when he reported in September 2020, “The cash comes with a new set of questions about donor transparency, motivations and the influence of groups and figures that are not democratically accountable.”

Riccardi also noted conservatives were especially concerned because of “the Democratic origins of CTCL and that its donations have predominantly been in areas where Democrats depend on votes.” He even quoted CRC’s President Scott Walter: “I cannot believe people of such partisanship will put their partisanship aside while taking hundreds of millions of dollars and distributing it to election offices.”

Concerns about the integrity of the 2020 general election are now serious enough that several states are either already engaged in or are planning audits of their election efforts from last year. As part of that effort to address election integrity concerns, several states are working to ban or restrict “Zuck bucks” and similar outside funding in future elections. Those states include Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, and others. CRC keeps a regularly updated list here.

These moves in the states are good first steps, but the potential problem of partisan funding swaying elections goes far beyond Zuckerberg. In January, the AP glowingly reported that foundations including the Ford, Bloomberg, and George Soros–funded Open Society Foundations, as well as NEO Philanthropy and other pass-through funders, were “saving democracy” by spending gobs of money to oppose Georgia’s recent voter integrity law, register voters in Democratic strongholds, and help “democracy live up to its ideals” by building left-wing coalitions in swing states.

Activists on the left know voters and legislators are concerned, so they are working very hard to spin these moves as necessary if a little unconventional. In perhaps one of the greatest attempts to justify this kind of political maneuvering the world has ever seen, a February Time magazine article gushed over the “secret history of the shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election.” It was little more than a puff piece detailing an admitted “conspiracy” of professional activists and ultra-wealthy donors to change the rules of the election prior to 2020 to make sure Trump lost.
CRC dismantled that narrative here. But it didn’t stop the magazine in September from scolding Trump supporters for supposedly deluding themselves about left-wing conspiracy theories — again, to democracy’s peril, they said.

But it may not be enough to fool most Americans, who know that American democracy, relying as it does on federalism, demands that voters who care about election integrity actively support state efforts to ban “Zuck bucks.” Average Americans have common sense enough to know they must never allow one wealthy individual working through a raft of very partisan organizations to have that much influence on American elections ever again.

Fredericks: Georgia Judge Will Start Decertifying Election if It Is Determined Ballots were Counted Twice

OPINION: This article contains commentary which reflects the author's opinion

Conservative radio host John Fredericks made waves on Monday morning while speaking about the election audits taking place across the country.

While speaking with Steve Bannon on The War Room podcast, Fredericks spoke specifically about the audit taking place in Georgia.

Fredericks told Bannon that there are now six election witnesses who allege 30,000 Georgia ballots were fake and should not have been counted.

“We now have two state senators, Republicans, Beach and Jones, who are calling for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to be side-by-side with the forensic analysis looking at these 147,000 mail-in ballots,” Fredericks said.

“Were there counterfeit ballots? Six affidavits now, we had four now there’s six, six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147,000 ballots are fake!

Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through a vote-counting machine that are not real, that are not attached to anybody,” Fredericks added.

John Fredericks also told The War Room about the 900+ military ballots that were all for Biden.

During another point in the show, Fredericks reported today that Judge Amero could decertify the election in Georgia if it is determined that there are ballots that were counted twice.

“If Judge Amero makes a declaratory judgment that counterfeit ballots were there and some of them were counted twice, that’s the possibility here,” he said.

“He’s going to demand that Governor Kemp hold a special session and they are going to start decertifying elections. Trump-Biden, Senate race,” he added.

Another 2020 election audit is underway, this time in Windham, New Hampshire.

Over the weekend, auditors in Windham were testing if folds in ballots impacted the vote count machines would give back.

Now, we have this.

Windham auditors say that the fold effect might explain the discrepancies but there could be more going on.

Ballot tabulation devices, memory cards, election ballots, and the organization of equipment and materials began arriving last week from the Windham Town Offices, according to a readout from the state attorney general.

The audit is taking place at Edward Cross Training Center.

The state’s Department of Justice is offering members of the public a virtual viewing portal for the procedure.

Republican Gov. Chris Sununu signed legislation on April 12 directing an audit of the ballot-counting machines and memory cards used during the 2020 general election in Windham, as well as a hand tabulation of ballots for a state representative, governor, and U.S. senator races after a recount established discrepancies between vote totals.

The law does not direct auditors to look at votes for president.

What spurred the audit was a hand recount conducted after election night that determined that the four Republicans running for the 7th Congressional District state House seat each received about 300 more votes than were reported after the original vote count.

The hand recount also revealed that a Democratic candidate lost 99 votes.

In Windham, New Hampshire, a town of about 14,000 near the Massachusetts border, a state legislative race was thrown into disarray when a recount found major discrepancies with the original total.

Democrats are very worried about the election audit taking place in Arizona.
The Biden Department of Justice has sent a letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann taking issue with Maricopa County’s forensic audit of the 2020 election.

The letter is from Pamela Karlan, the principal deputy assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division.

Maricopa County has started the audit of 2.1 million ballots.

Ask yourself why Biden’s DOJ is getting involved in the matter.

Last week, Arizona’s Secretary of State Katie Hobbs sent a letter claiming the election machines that were audited by the Cyber Ninja team these past few weeks should never be used again.

On January 6, 2021, a massive outpouring of supporters of President Donald Trump descended on Washington D.C. for a rally. The president invited his supporters to “peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard” at the U.S. Capitol. It did not matter that he did not call for violence, Congress impeached him anyway.

The crowd’s mission was not to burn down the U.S. Capitol or harm members of Congress. For the overwhelming majority of those in attendance, their goal was not to commit violence, but to persuade either Vice President Mike Pence or a majority of the members of Congress to oppose the certification of the 2020 U.S. presidential election results.

Instead of the day being focused on claims of voter fraud and election irregularities, the entire media narrative turned into the “attack on the U.S. Capitol.” The images of some in the crowd battling U.S. Capitol Police officers were aired constantly, as were the photos of some flag waving Trump supporters in the building posing for pictures on the U.S. Senate floor or in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office.

No violent actions can be condoned and all who engaged in criminal behavior should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In the aftermath of this security breach, the FBI arrested hundreds of people for various offenses and is continuing to investigate.

While these individuals are being arrested and prosecuted, scores of violent criminals involved in approximately 275 Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots last summer have escaped justice. It seems there is more of an FBI focus on bringing Trump supporters to justice than those criminals who burned, looted, and robbed during a summer of discontent in the wake of George Floyd’s death.

It has been over four months since the January 6th protests and the liberal media cannot stop discussing it on their cable news programs. It serves as a perfect distraction from covering the disaster known as the Biden administration. Immediately after his inauguration, President Joe Biden began issuing executive orders and supporting policies that can be accurately described as socialism on steroids.

The results are both calamitous and predictable. Biden has created a souring economy, rising gasoline prices, the resurgence of inflation, a border catastrophe, and a new Middle East conflict. His decision to stop construction of the border wall looks worse every day the flood of illegal immigrants continues.

President Biden also announced the termination of the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. This announcement is particularly hypocritical after he decided to cancel sanctions on a Russian company involved in the construction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline into Germany. Obviously, for Biden, pipelines are fine in Europe, but not in the United States.

The left-wing media do not care about these inconsistencies or the horrible situation Biden is creating. Thus, they are conveniently ignoring the negative reports about the President and focusing on January 6thand the “insurrection” because of their overwhelming hatred for Trump and his supporters.

According to the left, the actions of January 6thwere akin to 9/11 and Pearl Harbor combined. In those attacks on our country, thousands of people died; however, after this protest, five people died, including four of natural causes. The only person killed was an unarmed Trump supporter, Ashli Babbitt, who was shot dead by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

Last week, the U.S. House of Representatives approved the formation of a commission to investigate the activities on January 6th. Sadly, 35 House Republicans joined Democrats in supporting this sham investigation.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) called the commission “a partisan political weapon.” He noted that while the members will be evenly split among Democrats and Republicans, “the chairman of this commission has the power to hire all the senior staff and has special powers to overrule decisions made by the other side and the vice-chair. This is a partisan joke.” Rubio believes the true purpose of the commission is for Democrats to keep “the House majority in 2022” and to keep “this (January 6th) in the headlines.”

Rubio is right, this commission is not about justice, it is about politics. The legislation will advance to the U.S. Senate where it will be considered. If this is eventually approved by the U.S. Senate and becomes law, a formal commission will be created.

At that point, Republicans should try to make the best of the situation by demanding the following questions be answered:

1)Why did a U.S. Capitol Police officer shoot and kill an unarmed Trump supporter, 12-year United States Air Force veteran, Ashli Babbitt?

2)Why did the Department of Justice decide to forgo charges against this police officer and why has his identity been kept secret? It was announced this week that Ashli Babbitt’s family has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the U.S. Capitol Police. According to their attorney, Terrell Roberts III, there has been “zero accountability.” He said the family has been given “no explanation to justify the shooting and they do not even identify the officer. That is what they do in autocratic countries, not in the United States.”

3)Why was there a false story about the death of U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick? It was initially reported that he was killed by a Trump supporter, who threw a fire extinguisher at him.

4)Why did it take so long for the medical examiner’s report to be made public?

5)Why was security so lacking at the U.S. Capitol when there were multiple reports about a large crowd expected?

6)How many police officers actually allowed protesters to enter the building?

7)How many Antifa and other leftist agitators were mixed in with the Trump supporters causing mayhem and encouraging the crowd to commit violence?

A genuine commission would be designed to uncover the truth, but in this case, the only goal is to punish President Trump and his supporters so thoroughly that the “America First” agenda is permanently destroyed.

“Quite Honestly, They Should be Ashamed of Themselves” – AZ Rep. Jake Hoffman SLAMS Dems and Media for Linking Voter Integrity to Voter Suppression

On Monday TGP’s Jordan Conradson was at the Arizona Capitol to speak with legislators about the new election integrity bills, HB2794, and HB2792.

HB2794 was signed into law on the weekend and HB2792 will be voted on in the Senate today.

Conradson spoke with outspoken Rep. Jake Hoffman about these two bills.
Conradson: Can you tell me about the latest bill that just passed, 2794?

Hoffman: HB2794 is an election integrity bill and it bans modifying or agreeing to modify statutorily prescribed election dates and deadlines, and it adds a class 6 felony for violating that statute. Now, this is important because the legislature, under The Constitution of The United States is given authority over the administration and management of elections. And so, when the legislature sets a date or a deadline such as a voter registration deadline or the timestamp for when ballots have to be in by, 7 PM, for example, the legislature retains authority over that and no elected official whether it County Recorder or an SOS should be able to modify that willy nilly, or be able to modify it through what’s called sue and settle, which is a tactic used by Democrats to force elected officials into changing statutorily prescribed law.

Conradson: Wow. I remember in the 2020 election cycle, they pushed back the registration cycle by about a month when Republicans were far past Democrats in new voter registrations. Is that correct?

Hoffman: They did. So it was less than a month, it was actually 10 days. In Arizona during the 2020 election, Katie Hobbs, who is a radical Democrat serving as the SOS agreed in what’s called a sue and settle scenario with an out-of-state New York-based law firm. She agreed to extend the voter registration period for approximately 10 days. Now, during the 5 days that it was open before the court shut that down on appeal, Republicans did gain the advantage. But look, election integrity isn’t about Republicans, it isn’t about Democrats. It’s about doing what’s right on behalf of the people that we represent and so regardless of the fact that we as Republicans gained the advantage during that period, we said no to that practice and shut it down.

Conradson: Can you tell me about the current bill that is being voted on?

Hoffman: HB2792 is currently being voted on in the Arizona Senate today, and is expected to pass, fingers crossed. And that bans the mass mailing of ballots to voters that didn’t request it. This was another highly concerning trend that we saw all across the country where election officials just mass mailed ballots to voters, even though they didn’t ask for one. And so, Arizona is saying “absolutely not” to that and we’re adding a class 5 felony so that there is a very stiff penalty if an election official decides to go rogue and willfully violate the law.

Conradson: I’m hearing from left-wing media, activist media, and all the Democrats that this is voter suppression. What do you think of that?

Hoffman: I think it’s absolutely false. I think it borders on a conspiracy theory by the Democrats to think that a bill that ensures integrity for all parties, for Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, Green Party, you name it. To think that that somehow suppresses the vote or disenfranchises voters is simply false and fictitious and quite honestly they should be ashamed of themselves for spinning such wild conspiracy theories.

Radical Democrats like Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and those in the liberal media are spreading outright lies about these bills, which prevent Democrats and their supporters from cheating. What does a New York-based law firm have to gain from pushing back Arizona’s deadlines? Why did Hobbs cave into their demands?

President Trump Weighs in on New Hampshire Audit and Faulty Voting Machines – RIPS McConnell and McCarthy for Ignoring “Crime of the Century”

On Saturday, auditors in Windham, New Hampshire started testing if “folds in ballots” impacted the vote counts in the 2020 election.

What they found was that folds in the Windham, New Hampshire ballots impacted Republican candidates in the area. They also found that the hand recount was very close to the hand recount from November 12.

And the voting machine tallies were consistently off.

That means that the auditors found that the voting machines are unreliable

These same machines are used throughout New Hampshire and in at least three other New England states.

1621906280109.png

If this is true then this could impact the entire state of New Hampshire and the region.
On Monday President Trump posted a message on his website addressing the New Hampshire audit results.

Trump also slammed Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell for ignoring the election ballot investigations or “crime of the century!”

The Real Big Lie: You Can't Question Elections

MONDAY, MAY 24, 2021 - 11:10 PM
Authored by Frank Miele via RealClearPolitics.com,

Liz Cheney doesn’t get to decide what is true for the rest of us; neither, as hard as it is for some of them to believe, do the media pundits and philosopher-kings whom our society breeds like rats in a junkyard.

But they sure do try, and for the most part they have gotten away with it for decades.

Cheney has become the darling of the oligarchs the last several months because she first voted to impeach Donald Trump and because she then elected to condemn the Republican Party for disagreeing with her.

Cheney, the lone Wyoming representative in Congress, has deemed herself the conscience of the GOP. Of course, what is obvious is that she is the latest in a long line of self-appointed saviors of the party who believe the way to save the village is to first destroy it.

Her pretend friends in the media take offense when Cheney is described as a traitor, but anyone who still thinks the Republican Party stands for something fundamental and principled certainly is within their rights to question her loyalty, as her obsession with destroying Donald Trump and excising the 75 million Americans who voted for him has only one effect — to give aid and comfort to the Democrat Party and to its agenda of transforming America into a post-constitutional Marxist regime.

Listen to her preening speech the night before she was stripped of her title as chair of the House Republican caucus:
"We must speak the truth. Our election was not stolen. And America has not failed. Every one of us who has sworn the oath must act to prevent the unraveling of our democracy. This is not about policy. This is not about partisanship. This is about our duty as Americans. Remaining silent and ignoring the lie emboldens the liar. I will not sit back and watch in silence while others lead our party down a path that abandons the rule of law and joins the former president's crusade to undermine our democracy."
Cheney’s arrogance is only exceeded by her ignorance. The only truth is Cheney’s truth, which just so happens to coincide with the Democrats’ truth. “Our duty as Americans” is apparently to accept election results without question, and to sacrifice our rights and responsibilities on the altar of the “rule of law.” But despite her certainty that the 2020 election was not stolen, many of us remain unconvinced. According to Cheney and her media champions, we are being deceived by the former president. Apparently, it is impossible for the elitist establishmentarian to conceive of an electorate that thinks for itself.

There have always been politicians like Liz Cheney, those who see their role as protecting the people from themselves, but it is a much more recent phenomenon for the media to take the side of politicians over the people, and in particular to accept the word of politicians without testing it against the evidence. The Watergate break-in’s connection to President Nixon never would have been discovered if the media were as obeisant to authority then as they appear to be now, but there is virtually no mainstream reporter who has done a deep dive into the many anomalies that marred the last election.

What we have instead are dutiful pundits who parrot the official party line of Democrats and call it journalism. They never tire of repeating the provocation that this was the most secure election in American history. You can read their mournful condemnations of Trump and anyone who still believes in him virtually every day at RealClearPolitics and other political websites.

At the heart of every such story or column lies one fundamental fact — the authors were too lazy (or too biased) to investigate the evidence of a corrupt political process for themselves. It’s as if they had never heard of Watergate, or the alleged weapons of mass destruction that justified a deadly invasion of Iraq, or the Steele dossier. Last week, I read one such condemnation of Trump — and paean to St. Cheney — by an author who should have known better.

Elizabeth Drew covered Watergate, and hundreds of other stories of political and government malfeasance, in a long and celebrated career as someone with a reputation for objectivity and common sense. I grew up watching her on PBS and “Meet the Press” and thought I could trust her to keep her head when others were losing theirs. But it turned out that Drew was more in love with Washington than with her job. When Donald Trump came into office on a pledge to rip the guts out of the bureaucratic Deep State that was auctioning off our American heritage, she instinctively sided with the politicians over the man she called bombastic, crude, and “manifestly unprepared” to be president.

Her lengthy list of articles attacking Trump was unknown to me at the time I read her recent column, but the title of her new piece told me everything I needed to know about Drew’s politics: “The Big Lie and Its Consequences.” The teaser declared that “By questioning the very integrity of America's electoral system, [the Republican Party] now represents an open threat to the U.S. constitutional order.”

Talk about a Catch-22! If you fear that someone is tampering with elections, you are a threat to the Constitution, but if you actually are tampering with elections, you have nothing to worry about because those who figure it out will be denounced as enemies of the Constitution. That’s a sweet deal for the bad guys.

Still I plowed on, hoping that this childhood hero of mine wasn’t completely out of touch with reality. That hope was dashed by the second paragraph when Drew informed a gullible public that “the U.S. constitution’s promise and central premise — that the people elect the president — has never been totally fulfilled.” I have two issues with that sentence. First, Drew and/or her editors lower-cased “Constitution,” which gives some suggestion of how low a view they hold of that remarkable document. Second, what bizarre theory is she advancing when she claims that popular election of the president is the “central premise” of the Constitution?

That proposition does not exist in the Constitution, not even as a “promise,” and certainly not as a “central premise.” It is well known – Drew certainly knows it -- that the nation’s Founders feared the results of allowing direct election of the chief executive, and installed the Electoral College as a protective mechanism to guard against demagogues and democratic (small d) mobs.

So here we have Elizabeth Drew, who can’t even tell the truth about a basic historic fact, scolding millions of Americans for supposedly promoting a “Big Lie” because we have questions about what happened on Nov. 3, 2020. The underlying assumption of Drew’s column, like that of all the columns that paint Trump as the author of the so-called Big Lie, is that election fraud is impossible, and that therefore anyone who tries to prove it is a fraud or worse. In Drew’s case, this is not a guess. She admits it:
“To question the veracity of the official election result is to undermine the assumption of the integrity of the election system.”
To me, that sounds like top-down Soviet-style orthodoxy. But that is what the Democrats and their fawning phalanx in the media most passionately desire. In their perfect world, they talk and the rest of us just shut up and listen. Or even better, we are supposed to dutifully embrace the party line and become true believers like Liz Cheney. Free thought and free speech be damned.

Drew ends her column by invoking the “rule of law” as her presumed ally, just as Cheney did in her speech to Congress. But Drew makes it clear that for her, the rule of law is nothing but the yoke of subservience. For her, “democracy cannot succeed without voluntary cooperation, trust and restraint.” What she doesn’t grasp is that the same can be said much more accurately about dictatorship.

The real Big Lie is that America is great because Americans are obedient. In fact, America is great because Americans are independent, rebellious and rowdy — just like Donald Trump. “Voluntary cooperation” be damned. Let the evidence speak for itself, and let the people make up their own minds. We certainly don’t need Liz Cheney and Elizabeth Drew to tell us what to think.

Maricopa County Forensic Auditor Notes Media and County Officials Intentionally Misleading Public About Deleted Vote Result Databases

May 24, 2021 | Sundance | 251 Comments

The media and Maricopa County officials have been claiming that voter result databases were not deleted; and they reference the ability of the auditors to recover the deleted information as proof the voter data was never deleted. However, according to technical forensic expert Ben Cotton, the ‘D’ drive of the EMS Primary Server was in fact deleted. It was only because of his extensive experience in the data forensics field that he was able to recover the deleted files; which is exactly what he said at the Arizona State Senate hearing on May 19th.

.https://youtu.be/jrz5lht2Ofc 2:26 min

QUESTION – ““Did you determine that the D drive was deleted?”

BEN COTTON – “I did. We follow a very strict forensics acquisition process in which we don’t turn on a system if its delivered powered off. We remove the hard drives and perform forensics imaging with write locks on to prevent any changes to those hard drives. We produce a bit for bit forensics copy of that drive. In the case of the EMS servers, there were 6 drives. 2 drives were for the operating system and they were (unintelligible) configuration. So if something was changed on the operating system drive that would automatically be reflected on both drives.”

The other four drives were data drives and they were in a RAID configuration known as 1 plus zero. So you have a volume that is mirrored but also data redundancy and striped across both drives. If I don’t turn on a system I don’t have access to the RAID parameters and the county did not provide those to us. so I had to do a discovery process to determine what that RAID configuration was. Part of that process is a scan across those drives to detect partitions of data and to also detect a master file table which is a record of all of the directories of the files that are contained in that partition, and a pointer to where that data resides on the hard drive. In the course of performing that discovery I found that an MFT that clearly indicated that the data base directory was deleted from that server. All of this may be moot because subsequently I have been able to recover all the deleted files and I have access to that data.”

EXCLUSIVE: Congressman Mike Kelly Talks Pennsylvania Election Audit

EXCLUSIVE: Congressman Mike Kelly Talks Pennsylvania Election Audit

Congressman Mike Kelly came into the national spotlight last December when he led the charge against the fraudulent results of several contested states, including his native Pennsylvania, in the Supreme Court- a legal challenge which the Supreme Court denied, despite the merits of the case.

Now Congressman Kelly is joining the fight once again, as he is the first sitting US Congressman to publicly come out in support of an audit of the 2020 election results in Pennsylvania.

“I was talking to Representative Paul Gosar this morning actually, and I was saying that I hope that the audit in Arizona, in Maricopa County, causes a cascade effect in other contested states. I think an audit here in Pennsylvania is really necessary and a great idea,” Kelly said during an interview with National File at the Lincoln Day Dinner in Pittsburgh last Thursday.

The announcement comes as momentum for an audit of Pennsylvania continues to grow, with many GOP political figures, notably US Congressional Candidate Teddy Daniels and State Senator Bob Mensch, already advocating for such an audit.

The announcement also comes as the Arizona audit continues to reap results, as ballot inaccuracies continue to rise. States such as Georgia, New Hampshire, and Wisconsin have also begun to audit their states as millions of Americans continue to question the results of the 2020 election and the legitimacy of the Biden regime.

When asked what inspired him to fight so vigorously for the President last December, Congressman Kelly replied that “I was inspired by the level of enthusiasm that was there for Donald Trump throughout the election. There were motorcades, boat parades, spontaneous rallies, so much enthusiasm. And most of the votes the night of November 3rd were for Trump, so the math didn’t add up. And I saw all of that and I said to myself ‘you know, this isn’t right,’ and that’s what ultimately inspired me to file that lawsuit.”

The Congressman went on to add that it was when that court case was thrown out that “people lost faith in the system, because that showed the people that there was no recourse.”

Experts or 'grifters'? Little-known firm runs Arizona audit
The audit of election results in Arizona's largest county could have been done by an experienced election auditor

By NICHOLAS RICCARDI Associated Press
May 23, 2021, 12:30 PM

WireAP_f12d040dcc044faea63583a2134332bb_16x9_384.jpg

In early March, a Boston-based vote-counting firm called Clear Ballot Group sent a bid to Arizona's state Senate to audit the 2020 presidential election results in Maricopa County.

The firm has conducted more than 200 such audits over 13 years in business. “Our level of comparison data is unmatched,” Keir Holeman, a Clear Ballot Group vice president, wrote to the Republican-controlled Senate. He never heard back, he says.

Instead, the state Senate hired a small Florida-based cybersecurity firm known as Cyber Ninjas that had not placed a formal bid for the contract and had no experience with election audits. Senate President Karen Fann says she can't recall how she found the firm, but her critics believe one credential stood out: Cyber Ninjas' chief executive officer had tweeted support for conspiracy theories claiming Republican Donald Trump, and not Democrat Joe Biden, had won Maricopa County and Arizona.

Now the untested, little-known cybersecurity firm is running a partly taxpayer-funded process that election experts describe as so deeply flawed it veers into the surreal. Its chief aim, critics say, appears to be testing far-fetched theories, rather than simply recounting votes — an approach that directly undermines the country's democratic traditions.

“If I give you 20 M&Ms, and you want 30, you can keep counting it, but you did not get 30 M&Ms,” said David Becker of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, a former Department of Justice voting rights attorney and elections expert. “This is not an effort to find the truth."

Experienced vote counters have watched the process in shock. Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, said this week Maricopa County will need to replace all of its election machines because their security has been permanently compromised by the auditors. Experts note the review isn’t following standard recounting procedures and, unlike with other election audits in Arizona, members of each major political party are not at each table observing the counting.

The auditors are checking for bamboo fibers to test a theory that tens of thousands of fake ballots were shipped from Asia. A onetime treasure hunter who claims to have invented a new method to automatically spot ballot fraud says his technology is being used in the review.

It's become too much for some Republicans. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, all but one of whom are Republicans, this week accused Republicans in the Senate of having “rented out the once-good name of the Arizona Senate” to “grifters.”

“Your ‘auditors’ are in way over their heads,” the board wrote in a letter.

Cyber Ninjas' defenders say they're creating a template for a re-examination of the election in every battleground state Biden won. Trump allies have already called for similar operations in Georgia. And criticisms about the firm's lack of election experience are hollow, its advocates argue, because the Arizona audit is unprecedented.

“This is an audit like none that has ever been performed,” said Patrick Byrne, the former chief executive officer of Overstock.com who has been raising money for the audit. “This audit is an audit check for all forms of mischief.”

The man running the operation, Cyber Ninjas chief executive officer Doug Logan, declined through his spokesman to be interviewed. He has only answered questions from reporters in public once, during a contentious press conference last month.

“There's a lot of Americans here, myself included, that are really bothered at the way our country's being ripped apart right now,” Logan said. “If we go through here and we don't find any fraud, I will be ecstatic.”

Maricopa County has already conducted two audits, which found no problems with the count in the state's most populous county. At the urging of Trump supporters, the Senate insisted on a third and subpoenaed more than 2 million ballots from the county.

When the Senate leader went looking for an elections firm to do the work, she did not put together a formal request for proposal, as is typical for government contracts. Fann said she and her staff reached out to several firms and got two bids back — the one from Clear Ballot Group for $450,000 and the other from a cybersecurity group called Intersec Worldwide. Fann said she preferred the Intersec proposal, but balked at an $8 million price tag.

In an interview, she said she could not recall who had referred her to Cyber Ninjas. “To be honest with you I can’t even tell you exactly what path led me there,” Fann said.

But Fann had tapped into a loose network of computer security experts who had become active in pro-Trump election conspiracy theories. In a self-published book written this year, Byrne dubbed the group “cyber ninjas” — a term used by so-called “white hat” hackers who defend against online intrusions. Byrne told AP that, in December, he and Logan “crossed paths in a few places.” But Byrne said he wasn't involved in the audit bid and does not know Logan well.

Logan, 42, in December had tweeted and retweeted references to the conspiracy theory that voting machines were hacked to switch votes from Trump. “The parallels between the statistical analysis of Venezuela and this year’s election are astonishing,” Logan tweeted, with a #StoptheSteal hashtag that referenced the pro-Trump movement seeking to overturn the election.

Logan also served as an expert witness in a pro-Trump lawsuit raising conspiracy theories about the election in Antrim County, Michigan. Another cybersecurity professional who filed an expert witness affidavit in that case, Ben Cotton, was a partner on the Intersec proposal. Cotton's own firm, CyFIR, which did not respond to a request for comment, is now a subcontractor on the Arizona audit.

The Senate agreed to pay Cyber Ninjas $150,000 in state money, but it is not clear how much more the audit will cost and who is paying for it. The pro-Trump One America News Network raised $150,000 in a single day in April and has continued to ask for donations. Byrne has also started a fundraising drive with a group that says it has raised $1.7 million with a goal of $2.8 million. Neither will have to disclose donors or account for how the money is spent, and Logan has declined to detail financial information.

Byrne's organization is also involved in recruiting volunteers. The audit's liaison with the Senate sent an email to local Republicans last week asking for more volunteers and referring them to the website of Byrne's organization's to apply. Byrne said his group simply refers volunteers to Cyber Ninjas for “vetting.” The email was first reported by The Arizona Republic.

Logan started Cyber Ninjas in 2013 in Indiana after working for two years for a cybersecurity firm called Cigital, according to his LinkedIn profile and Cyber Ninja press releases. He moved his firm from Indiana to Sarasota in 2014, according to the Cyber Ninjas website, which quotes Logan describing the firm as a “Christian company.” Last year, when Cyber Ninjas received $98,000 in federal COVID relief money, it claimed five employees.

At a public presentation last week, Logan cited as part of his qualifications that his firm “worked with some of the largest names in the financial services space.” Two of the companies he lists as former clients in his expert witness statement, Citibank and JP Morgan Chase, said through spokespeople that they have no record of hiring Cyber Ninjas.

Logan's scant public record before the audit was a history of volunteering for the U.S. Cyber Challenge, a training event for internet security amateurs and professionals. In 2015, Logan received an award from the security firm SANS for his volunteerism with the event,

John Pescatore, the SANS employee who oversees the award program, said Logan was cited mainly for designing an online “capture the flag” game where players try to hack into an opponent's base. “It takes a lot of work,” said Pescatore of Logan's volunteering. He added he doesn't know Logan but Cyber Ninjas has a good reputation for testing companies' systems for vulnerabilities, its market niche.

A spokesman for the U.S. Cyber Challenge did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

Logan is not the only person associated with the effort to overturn the 2020 election who is working on the audit. Jovan Pulitzer, an inventor who unsuccessfully pushed for a post-election audit in Georgia, has said his technology is being used to detect altered ballots.

Pulitzer is also a former treasure hunter and author of a series of books on lost treasures, including one titled “How to Cut Off Your Arm and Eat Your Dog.” In 2000, he developed a barcode scanner called Cuecat that purported to link print magazine ads to the internet. It was later named one of the 50 worst inventions of all time by Time magazine.

The Silvestro Family Supplied Election Tabulators to Most New England States for Decades – Will the Election of 2020 Be Their Last Gig?

The Silvestro Family has been supplying voting machine equipment to New Englanders for decades. But will the 2020 Election be their last?

Father John Silvestro has a LinkedIn profile where he claims to be the CEO and Treasurer of LHS Associates, Inc.

John-Silvestro-LHS.jpg

While he was the CEO of LHS Associates, John Silvestro was involved in a hearing in January 2008 to discuss the machines used in New Hampshire. A report of this discussion published in 2016 said:
This video calls into question the accountability of New Hampshire elections. Most New Hampshire vote counts are not observable. Votes have been counted on the Diebold Accuvote ballot scanner technology, which can easily create an incorrect result because it allows alteration of vote results.
Though a new version may address the particular vulnerability that was demonstrated, New Hampshire regulations require approval by the Ballot Law Commission before new versions can be installed, and that commission had not met to approve it prior to the 2008 presidential primary. New England vendor for the system (LHS Associates’ John Silvestro, of Londonderry New Hampshire) attempted to mislead the House Election Committee, making a false statement that the problem had been addressed while knowing that it had not.

A dozen years later, John’s son is involved with LHS and he is president. We reported a couple of days ago, the younger Silvestro is present at the audit of the 2020 Election taking place in New Hampshire:

Jeff Silvestro is allowed to be present at the audit in New Hampshire which is totally unethical and his presence destroys any semblance of independence and objectivity the audit may have ever had. Jeff’s company uses Dominion tabulators:

We don’t know if the Dominion tabulators have the same weaknesses as their predecessors in New Hampshire.

The Silvestro’s show that it appears that the individuals who oversee elections in New Hampshire would rather protect their election results and citizens who sell them election products than protect their citizens from election abuse.

Windham, NH Elections Investigation Reveals Several Local Communities with Bizarre Date and Time Stamps

Guest post by Dr. Dave Strang

We are in the final stretch of the audit of the Windham, NH election anomaly which is scheduled to end this Thursday, May 27.

So far, this much we know. We do have a machine problem here in New Hampshire, as folds in the absentee ballots can cause our machines to erroneously record a vote if the fold goes through the oval for a candidate. In hindsight, it was no coincidence that all four of the Republican candidates who were shorted votes, were shorted almost the exact same amount, approximately 300 votes. What was a coincidence was the candidate who improperly gained votes, Kristi St. Laurent, also gained a multiple of 100, when it was discovered that she had incorrectly received an extra 99 votes.

It appears that the discovery of the fold/crease issue was due to the unique position of the New Hampshire House of Representative’s race on the ballot being right at the junction of the middle and lower third of the ballot, where a crease could cause this issue. Because the NH House race is on the same area of the page in each town, we have looked at machine tape results from several other communities, but have not seen the same error rate.

What we have seen though, is that many towns have bizarre date/time stamps on their machine tapes. Two towns, Londonderry and Amherst set one of their machines to zero and counted ballots on October 17 and October 23 respectively, 17 and 11 days before the election! Yes, an incorrectly set time clock could account for this, but why is this an issues in 2 of the 4 towns we have checked? Also, on several of the other Londonderry machines, they set the machine to zero around 11 PM, four hours after the polls closed when all ballots should’ve already been entered into the machines. They then ran final tally tapes three hours later. Were there observers from each party still in the room when this was done, many hours after the polls had closed?

This is also not the only machine problem we have discovered, as not all of the four Windham machines incorrectly read a crease through a candidates oval as a vote. In fact, of the four Windham machines, the one that was purchased last (and is, therefore, the newest) was the one that miscounted votes the most. It was also discovered that this machine is the one out of the four that has gone the longest without being recalibrated. So, the activities at the audit on Monday and Tuesday are designed to look at the innards of these four machines to see if dust or electronic issues can be causing the difference between these machines.

Although the cause of the vote discrepancy does not appear to be due to fraud, that does not absolve the Secretary of State for his lack of curiosity in explaining this abnormality, when he dismissed the discrepancy stating “it didn’t change the outcome of the election.” It also does not excuse the Attorney General for refusing to look into this issue either. Both of these State officials should be ashamed of their track record in this matter, only investigating when forced to do so by the NH Legislature.

So what does New Hampshire do going forward? If we decide to continue with machine voting, should we keep these dinosaurs of a voting machine? Why is it that the newest Windham machine had the most errors? We have been told by the analysts that because they are so old they are much harder to corrupt. If we keep them, do we stop folding absentee ballots and put them in larger manila envelopes so that they can stay flat? Or, if we continue with folding, do we hand count folded absentee ballots instead?

Did other New Hampshire communities also experience flawed machine counting?
My sense is that there is a growing dissatisfaction with machine counting of citizens’ votes and as the decision to machine count versus hand count is made by each town, I suspect there will be a growing din from New Hampshire’s citizens to cast aside electronic voting and return to the trusted hand count method. It’s only what England, Canada and Australia do for their Federal elections.

Do they know something we don’t?

IMPOSSIBLE: A Sample of 950 Military Ballots Were Recently Audited In Georgia and All Went for Joe Biden.

In Georgia in a sample of military ballots were reviewed recently and all went for Joe Biden. There is no way these were legit.

Yesterday John Fredricks was interviewed on the War Room with Steve Bannon. There were many nuggets in Fredricks’ interview. Another key item discussed involved military ballots.

Fredericks said that of 950 military mail-in ballots sampled in a recent review, 100% went to Biden.

We reported previously how the military ballots in Georgia and Michigan were nearly all mysteriously and impossibly for Joe Biden. (This most likely occurred across the country. This is what the Democrats think of our military.)

This is not possible. These votes are clearly manipulated by the left.

Lindell told Steve Bannon that he is going to confront Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Arizona Governor Doug Ducey today at a governor’s meeting.

Mike Lindell: Every single day that goes by the CCP and Democrat Party are destroying our country right now as we speak… All the ground game that’s going on, these states could fall like dominoes, right now…

Steve Bannon: Are you planning on confronting these two tonight… Why’s Ducey not supporting the audit?… Why’s Kemp not supporting election integrity…

Mike Lindell: Absolutely, absolutely. I don’t understand people like that. So I want to

Arizona audit subcontractor pulled out of audit following conclusion of contract
State Senate President Karen Fann said the departure was simply one of concluded business.

By Daniel Payne
Updated: May 25, 2021 - 4:49pm

Asubcontractor helping manage the audit of Maricopa County, Arizona's 2020 election results pulled out of the audit following the conclusion of its contract earlier this month, electing not to finish out the process once its original contractual obligations had been fulfilled.

Wake TSI, a Pennsylvania-based digital forensics firm, left the audit May 14, after its contract under Florida-based digital security company Cyber Ninjas came to an end.

"They were done," audit spokesman Randy Pullen told the Arizona Republic. "They didn't want to come back."

State Senate President Karen Fann told the newspaper that the matter was simply one of concluded business.

"They finished up with their contract, so they don’t need to be there anymore," said Fann, leader of the GOP-controlled chamber that called for the audit.

The major audit – the largest yet of the 2020 election results, and one involving the hand recounting of 2.1 million ballots cast in that county – is expected to continue through May and potentially reach the end of June. Auditors had originally projected a much earlier mid-May end date.

Scottsdale, Arizona,-based StratTech Solutions took over for Wake TSI following the latter's departure from the effort.

Time to Confront the U.S. Capitol Police About Its January 6 Lies

House Republicans unanimously voted against Pelosi’s $60 million payback to the USCP. GOP senators should do the same.

By Julie Kelly

May 24, 2021

The body of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick wasn’t even cold before his employer leveraged his untimely death to stoke more outrage about the events in the nation’s capital on January 6.

“At approximately 9:30 p.m. this evening . . . United States Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick passed away due to injuries sustained while on-duty,” read a press release issued January 7. “Officer Sicknick was responding to the riots [and] was injured while physically engaging with protesters. He returned to his division office and collapsed. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The death of Officer Sicknick will be investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch, the USCP, and our federal partners.”

The agency intentionally included the word “homicide” to suggest Sicknick was killed by homicidal Trump supporters. The next day, the New York Times, citing two anonymous law enforcement officials, claimed “pro-Trump rioters . . . overpowered Mr. Sicknick, 42, and struck him in the head with a fire extinguisher.”

“With a bloody gash in his head, Mr. Sicknick was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support. He died on Thursday evening.”

We now know that gruesome account was completely fabricated. Can anyone doubt, given their flagrant partisanship in the wake of the Capitol protest, the U.S. Capitol Police planted the now-retracted fire extinguisher story?

Rather than act as a politically neutral law enforcement agency tasked with protecting government grounds and public officials on behalf of the federal taxpayers they serve, the USCP has contributed to the fabulism about January 6 while covering up other aspects to help Democrats and Joe Biden’s Justice Department keep the “insurrection” narrative alive. There’s no question many Capitol Police officers acted heroically in the face of several protesters bent on violence that day, however, USCP brass have helped Democrats define the January 6 groupthink from the start.

“The violent attack on the U.S. Capitol was unlike any I have ever experienced in my 30 years in law enforcement here in Washington, D.C.,” former USCP chief Steven Sund wrote in a statement posted January 7. “[M]ake no mistake—these mass riots were not First Amendment activities; they were criminal riotous behavior.”

In exchange for USCPs subservience, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) wants to reward USCP in a $1.9 billion emergency appropriations bill that barely passed the House last week.

The kickback includes more than $60 million in new funding for the department, including $31 million in overtime pay, nearly $7 million for “hazard pay,” and more than $6 million for retention bonuses and tuition credits.

Another $4.4 million would help create a “Wellness and Trauma” support program named after a Capitol Police officer who reportedly committed suicide a few days after the protest.

USCP issued another press release on January 10 announcing the off-duty death of Officer Howard Liebengood, which became another talking point to bolster the description of a so-called “deadly insurrection.”

But USCP does not deserve an infusion of new tax dollars. Rather, it deserves to face harsh scrutiny from congressional Republicans and the news media for its conduct over the past few months.

Not only did USCP initiate the lie that Sicknick was killed in the line of duty, the agency continued to perpetuate the falsehood for months. “The family of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick thanks the Congressional leadership for bestowing this historic honor on our fallen American hero,” the department said in a statement after Pelosi announced Sicknick’s remains would lie in state in the Capitol rotunda.

When two men were arrested in March for allegedly spraying Sicknick with a chemical irritant, USCP cheered the news, again repeating the lie that the late officer “was injured while protecting Congress during the riot at the U.S. Capitol.” (After the fire extinguisher tale fell apart, the media and Justice Department quickly pivoted to a new excuse—Sicknick suffered a fatal allergic reaction to bear spray.) “After the attack, he was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on the evening of January 7.”

But there were no injuries. Sicknick didn’t die as a result of deadly blows or a bad reaction to a chemical spray. The D.C. Medical Examiner’s Office in April finally revealed Sicknick died of natural causes, a stroke caused by blood clots near his brain.

Even after the autopsy results were made public, USPC honchos continued to lie both to the public and in congressional testimony. Acting USCP chief Yognanda Pittman told the Senate Appropriations committee the January 6 protest “resulted in the deaths of Officer Sicknick,” two days after the Medical Examiner released its report on the cause of Sicknick’s death.

The flacks at the USCP press office also refused to accept the coroner’s findings. “This does not change the fact Officer Sicknick died in the line of duty, courageously defending Congress and the Capitol,” read an April 19 press release. “The Department continues to mourn the loss of our beloved colleague. The attack on our officers, including Brian, was an attack on our democracy.”
No one killed Brian Sicknick. But the USCP purposely misled tens of millions of people into believing someone did.

Rank-and-file officers are also helping to bolster the narrative about January 6. In a lawsuit filed against Donald Trump, James Blassingame and Sidney Hemby accused the former president of encouraging the “insurrectionist mob” that resulted in their physical and emotional injuries.

“During his 2016 campaign, and throughout his presidency, Trump had threatened violence towards his opponents, encouraged his followers to commit acts of violence, and condoned acts of violence by his followers, including white supremacists and far right-wing hate groups,” the pair wrote. “Thousands of Trump’s followers congregated on the National Mall near the White House. Many were armed members of far right-wing hate organizations like the Proud Boys.” (An accusation that is patently false.) Blassingame claimed he was called racial slurs and the experience left him with “severe emotional distress”

While USCP intentionally misleads Americans about what happened on January 6, the agency is concealing the truth about other important matters including the name of the officer who shot Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed veteran killed on January 6. The Justice Department in April announced it had closed its investigation into her shooting, determining the unidentified officer did not commit any crime by killing her. USCP placed the unidentified officers on administrative leave pending the investigation; it’s unclear if he has since returned to duty.

USCP also doesn’t want the American public to see a full video account of January 6. The agency, according to an affidavit filed in March by the general counsel, has successfully argued to keep more than 14,000 hours of footage captured during the “attempted insurrection,” the term used by the USCP lawyer, under wraps. USCP warns release of the video could help wannabe “insurrectionists” plot another attack on “our democracy”; the Justice Department has sought and received protective orders that inhibit access to defendants and their lawyers.

The department also should disclose who wrote an anonymous letter released last week threatening to withhold security from lawmakers and their staff if Congress didn’t pass legislation creating a 9/11-style commission. (The letter also suggests Sicknick and other officers died as a result of the protest.)

House Republicans unanimously voted against Pelosi’s $60 million payback to USCP; Republican senators should do the same—but not before confronting the department about its numerous lies, obfuscations, and flagrant politicking on behalf of Democrats.
