Pennsylvania – A Luzerne County Council majority on Wednesday voted to appoint the county District Attorney’s office to investigate Dominion after the voting machines mislabeled Republican ballots in last week’s primary election.

“Without integrity in our elections, the public cannot trust the remainder of our democratic process,” County DA Sam Sanguedolce said.

The Times Leader reported:
Councilman Walter Griffith proposed the DA election investigation request, citing an on-screen ballot mislabeling error and other problems that caused many voters to be “disenfranchised and concerned about the integrity of the election process.”

It was unanimously approved by all 10 council members present, with Linda McClosky Houck absent.

County DA Sam Sanguedolce was not in attendance but said Tuesday night his office will investigate any allegations of potential criminal conduct relating to the May primary.

He said his predecessor, Stefanie Salavantis, created an Election Fraud Task Force that remains intact and will review anything forwarded to the office.
Dominion Voting Systems blamed “human error” for voting machines mislabeling Luzerne County Republican ballots in last week’s primary.

Republican ballots were mislabeled as Democrat ones on electronic screen at polling locations.
But Dominion says it wasn’t their fault.

“Dominion deeply regrets the confusion this error caused,” Nicole Nollette, the executive vice president of operations at Dominion said.

“These machines — their credibility is lost,” said Election Board member Missy Thomas on Monday. “The system is compromised.”

GOP poised to block bipartisan probe of Jan. 6 insurrection
By MARY CLARE JALONICK and LISA MASCARO44 minutes ago

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., a crucial 50th vote for Democrats on President Joe Biden's proposals, walks with reporters as senators go to the chamber for votes ahead of the approaching Memorial Day recess, at the Capitol in Washington, Thursday, May 27, 2021. Senate Republicans are ready to deploy the filibuster to block a commission on the Jan. 6 insurrection, shattering chances for a bipartisan probe of the deadly assault on the U.S. Capitol and reviving pressure to do away with the procedural tactic that critics say has lost its purpose. WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Republicans are poised to block the creation of a special commission to study the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, dashing hopes for a bipartisan panel amid a GOP push to put the violent insurrection by Donald Trump’s supporters behind them.

Broad Republican opposition was expected in what would be the first successful Senate filibuster of the Biden presidency, even as the family of a Capitol Police officer who collapsed and died after the siege and other officers who battled rioters went office to office asking GOP senators to support the commission. The insurrection was the worst attack on the Capitol in 200 years and interrupted the certification of Democrat Joe Biden’s win over Trump.

A vote on the procedural motion was expected Friday, potentially in the overnight hours, after delays on an unrelated bill to boost scientific research and development pushed back the schedule.

Though the bill passed the House earlier this month with the support of almost three dozen Republicans, GOP senators said they believe the commission would eventually be used against them politically. And former President Trump, who still has a firm hold on the party, has called it a “Democrat trap.”

The expected vote is emblematic of the profound mistrust between the two parties since the siege, which has sowed deeper divisions on Capitol Hill even though lawmakers in the two parties fled together from the rioters that day. The events of Jan. 6 have become an increasingly fraught topic among Republicans as some in the party have downplayed the violence and defended the rioters who supported Trump and his false insistence that the election was stolen from him.

While initially saying he was open to the idea of the commission, which would be modeled after an investigation of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell turned firmly against it in recent days. He has said he believes the panel’s investigation would be partisan despite the even split among party members.

McConnell, who once said Trump was responsible for “provoking” the mob attack on the Capitol, said of Democrats, “They’d like to continue to litigate the former president, into the future.”

Still, a handful of Republicans — if not enough to save it — were expected to vote to move forward with the bill. Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski has said she will support the legislation because she needs to know more about what happened that day and why.

“Truth is hard stuff, but we’ve got a responsibility to it,” she told reporters Thursday evening.

“We just can’t pretend that nothing bad happened, or that people just got too excitable.

Something bad happened. And it’s important to lay that out.”

Of her colleagues opposing the commission, Murkowski said some are concerned that “we don’t want to rock the boat.”

The Republican opposition to the bipartisan panel has revived Democratic pressure to do away with the filibuster, a time-honored Senate tradition that requires a vote by 60 of the 100 senators to cut off debate and advance a bill. With the Senate evenly split 50-50, Democrats need support of 10 Republicans to move to the commission bill, sparking fresh debate over whether the time has come to change the rules and lower the threshold to 51 votes to take up legislation.

The Republicans’ political arguments over the violent siege — which is still raw for many in the Capitol, almost five months later — have frustrated not only Democrats but also those who fought off the rioters.

Michael Fanone, a Metropolitan Police Department officer who responded to the attack, said between meetings with Republican senators that a commission is “necessary for us to heal as a nation from the trauma that we all experienced that day.” Fanone has described being dragged down the Capitol steps by rioters who shocked him with a stun gun and beat him.

Sandra Garza, the girlfriend of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who collapsed and died after battling the rioters, said of the Republican senators, “You know they are here today and with their families and comfortable because of the actions of law enforcement that day.”

“So I don’t understand why they would resist getting to the bottom of what happened that day and fully understanding how to prevent it. Just boggles my mind,” she said.

Video of the rioting shows two men spraying Sicknick and another officer with a chemical, but the Washington medical examiner said he suffered a stroke and died from natural causes.

Garza attended the meetings with Sicknick’s mother, Gladys Sicknick. In a statement Wednesday, Mrs. Sicknick suggested the opponents of the commission “visit my son’s grave in Arlington National Cemetery and, while there, think about what their hurtful decisions will do to those officers who will be there for them going forward.”

Dozens of other police officers were injured as the rioters pushed past them, breaking through windows and doors and hunting for lawmakers. The protesters constructed a mock gallows in front of the Capitol and called for the hanging of Vice President Mike Pence, who was overseeing the certification of the presidential vote. Four protesters died, including a woman who was shot and killed by police as she tried to break into the House chamber with lawmakers still inside.

“We have a mob overtake the Capitol, and we can’t get the Republicans to join us in making historic record of that event? That is sad,” said Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois, the No. 2 Senate Democrat. “That tells you what’s wrong with the Senate and what’s wrong with the filibuster.”

Many Democrats are warning that if Republicans are willing to use the filibuster to stop an arguably popular measure, it shows the limits of trying to broker compromises, particularly on bills related to election reforms or other aspects of the Democrats’ agenda.

For now, though, Democrats don’t have the votes to change the rule. West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin and Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, both moderate Democrats, have said they want to preserve the filibuster.

The commission has received support from government officials outside Congress, as well. On Thursday, four former secretaries of Homeland Security who served under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama — Tom Ridge, Michael Chertoff, Janet Napolitano and Jeh Johnson — issued a statement saying a commission is necessary to “ensure the peaceful transfer of power in our country is never so threatened again.”

Biden, asked about the commission at a stop in Cleveland, said Thursday, “I can’t imagine anyone voting against” it.

In a last-ditch effort to persuade some of her Republican colleagues to save the bill, Maine Sen. Susan Collins drafted an amendment this week that would ensure that commission staff were hired on a bipartisan basis and that the panel was disbanded at the beginning of 2022, before the election cycle is fully underway. But her effort failed to win over many colleagues.

Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn, who once supported the idea of the commission, said he now believes Democrats are trying to use it as a political tool.

“I don’t think this is the only way to get to the bottom of what happened,” Cornyn said, noting that Senate committees are also looking at the siege.

Dishonest MI SOS Warns County Boards They Have NO Authority To Conduct Election Audits…Dominion Warns: Do NOT Transfer Voting Machines To “Unaccredited” Auditors

By Patty McMurray
Published May 28, 2021 at 8:11am

MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is unlikable and untrustworthy.
100 Percent Fed Up – We’ve reported on numerous occasions about the lies that Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has told the media since the November election. Yet, Michigan’s far-left media continues to treat Benson as a public leader with integrity and/or character. Meanwhile, nothing could be further from the truth.

jocelyn-benson-740x418.jpg

MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson

On March 16, Michigan’s crooked Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson was again exposed for attempting to affect the outcome of the election when a Michigan judge ruled that Benson did, in fact, direct city clerks to ignore signature matching law on absentee ballots in the 2020 election.

The Democrat SOS was added to the Antrim County, MI voter fraud court case as a defendant by Michigan’s lawless Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel. Instead of offering help to do a proper audit in Antrim County and thereby alleviating everyone’s fears about a possible rigged election, Benson’s attorney fought tooth and nail to ensure that judge would dismiss Bill Bailey’s case. Matt DePerno, Bill Bailey’s lawyer, has questioned Benson’s pushback on their discovery into what went wrong with the voting machines in the November election since the start of the case.

In December, MI Democrat Secretary of State Benson refused to testify about the election in front of the House Oversight Committee.

“I have concerns that the hearing could further the lies about the election that continues to undermine Michigan voters’ faith in the outcome and are now the rationale to legislatively restrict their voting rights,” Benson said.

Benson appeared on Detroit’s WJR radio one week after the election, where she was asked by conservative host Frank Beckmann why Republican poll challengers were locked out of the process? Instead of answering the host honestly, Benson did what she does best, she lied.

Benson lied about how “Detroit Police” had to put “paper” over the windows because the “windows were being broken” by GOP poll challengers who were locked out of the process.

“We welcome transparency,” Benson said while ignoring the blatant attempt to hide the count of military ballots from GOP poll challengers. Benson then accused GOP workers of crossing the line and interfering in the vote-counting process, accusing them of trying to stop voters from casting their ballots simply because they were reacting to being locked out of the process. “But it does cross the line when people get destructive or try to interfere or stop the count, or in other words, stop the process from happening—stop voters from casting their ballots,” she told Beckmann.

134 tables were getting ready to count military ballots. Of that number, only an estimated 40 poll workers were able to watch the ballots being processed. In contrast, over 100 GOP poll challengers were locked outside and unable to participate in the absentee counting process.

Fortunately, I was on hold waiting to talk to Frank Beckmann during MI Sec. of State Benson’s segment and was able to call her out for lying to his massive audience that covers a large portion of Michigan.

In addition to Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State pushing back on forensic audits of the November vote, Dominion is also pushing back on forensic audits being performed on their voting machines. In a statement published by the far-left Washington Post, Dominion, who controls the counting systems, warns that transferring voting machines to “unaccredited” auditors would render the equipment “unqualified for use.”

From the Washington PostIn letters sent to the Cheboygan and Antrim county clerks last week, the office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the county boards have “no authority” to order audits — and instructed election clerks not to provide access to unaccredited outside parties to conduct them.

“Interest in granting access to unqualified third parties to conduct a ‘forensic audit’ may stem from misplaced reliance on ongoing misinformation, which has been repeatedly, comprehensively, and definitively debunked,” wrote Jonathan Brater, director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections, in a letter to Cheboygan County Clerk Karen Brewster.

In a separate letter to all Michigan counties that use its equipment, Dominion warned that transferring machines to unaccredited auditors could void licensing agreements and render the equipment “unqualified for official use.”

If Benson is truly all about transparency and free and fair elections, why is she working so hard to hide from public scrutiny?

"Defending Trump's Election Lies" - Schumer Slams Senate Republicans For Blocking Jan 6 Commission

FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2021 - 12:26 PM

As was largely expected, The Senate failed to reach the 60 votes necessary to advance a bill creating a bipartisan commission to investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, voting 54-35 as Republicans invoked the first legislative filibuster of the Biden presidency.

Schumer asked Republicans in a speech on Friday, moments before the vote:
"What are you afraid of, the truth? Are you afraid that Donald Trump’s Big Lie will be dispelled?"
After the vote he whined that Republicans had chosen to defend Trump's election lie.
Sen. Majority Leader Schumer on proposed Jan. 6th commission failing: "This vote has made it official. Donald Trump's big lie has now fully enveloped the Republican Party. Trump's big lie is now the defining principle of what was once the party of Lincoln." pic.twitter.com/i6qV0NnGfX
— ABC News Politics (@ABCPolitics) May 28, 2021
"The Department of Justice is deep into a massive criminal investigation," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) countered.
"I do not believe the additional, extraneous 'commission' that Democratic leaders want would uncover crucial new facts or promote healing. Frankly, I do not believe it is even designed to."
The bill needed 60 votes to advance in the evenly divided Senate, thanks to the chamber’s longstanding filibuster rule.

That means 10 Republicans would have had to vote with all 50 Democrats to allow the bill to proceed.

Only six did: Sens. Bill Cassidy (La.), Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Mitt Romney (Utah), and Ben Sasse (Neb.).

Former President Trump, who remains the most popular figure in the GOP, has condemned the proposed commission as "partisan" and demanded investigations into left-wing political violence during racial-justice protests last year.

House Majority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) previously told reporters that Democrats would likely pursue a select committee if the bill fell short in the Senate.

This vote comes as James Bovard warns, via The Mises Institute, that the bogus Jan 6th Commission posed a real threat to freedom.

“Truth will out” is the most popular fairy tale in Washington. Members of Congress are clashing over whether politicians will appoint an “independent” commission to reveal the facts behind the January 6 Capitol ruckus. Proponents are portraying the issue as a simple choice between “truth or Trump.”

Recent history provides no reason to expect a politically controlled process to expose facts that undermine powerful politicians. Congress has long been worse than useless as a fact-finding agency. “Oversight” is a euphemism for stupefying congressional procedures designed to avoid discovering information that might embarrass their allies. A senior House Republican admitted in 2004: “Our party controls the levers of government. We're not about to go out and look beneath a bunch of rocks to cause heartburn.” Most members of Congress are more likely to grovel before federal agencies than to challenge their power. “How are you so great and how can we help you?” is the usual response when the FBI director testifies, as Guardian columnist Trevor Timm noted in 2016.

There is no reason to presume that a commission investigating January 6 would not be hogtied official stonewalling. Former Senate Intelligence Committee staff director Andy Johnson observed in 2014: “The fog of secrecy made a mockery of oversight” of the CIA torture scandal. The Obama administration did not object even when the CIA illegally spied on a congressional committee to thwart the torture investigation. Both Bush and Obama administration officials repeatedly lied during congressional testimony on war on terror policies but faced no consequences. But everything would be different in this investigation, right?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her team want a congressionally appointed commission in lieu of disclosing what actually happened on January 6. Cameras posted in and around the Capitol recorded fourteen hundred hours of film on January 6, but very little of the evidence has been publicly disclosed. Fourteen news organizations have requested that the Justice Department publicly release key videos on the federal court’s electronic dockets but no such luck. Capitol Police chief lawyer Thomas DiBiase warned that “providing unfettered access to hours of extremely sensitive information to defendants who already have shown a desire to interfere with the democratic process will … [cause that information to be] passed on to those who might wish to attack the Capitol again.” But it is also “interfering with the democratic process” to withhold evidence of actions which have been endlessly demonized by the president, top congressional leaders, and their media allies.

Disclosing the video could settle the question of whether most protestors behaved like violent attackers or gaping tourists. Julie Kelly, writing for American Greatness, recently posted a forty-five-second video clip of protestors after they entered the Capitol that day. Capitol Police officer Keith Robishaw tells a group of protestors:
“We’re not against … you need to show us … no attacking, no assault, remain calm.”
The citizens shown in that clip don’t appear to have been hell-bent on overthrowing the government that day.

The media is touting the fact that Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton, the cochairs of the 9/11 Commission, have endorsed a commission to investigate January 6. But invoking Kean and Hamilton is like relying on the Three Stooges as references for a job application at a pie factory.

Kean and Hamilton issued a joint statement boasting about the 9/11 Commission:
We put country above party to examine, without bias, the events before, during, and after the attacks…. The January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol was one of the darkest days in our history. Americans deserve an objective and accurate account of what happened. As we did in the wake of September 11, it is time to set aside partisan politics and come together as Americans in common pursuit of truth and justice.”
The 9/11 Commission “pursued truth and justice” by permitting the White House to edit the final version of their report before it was publicly released. Despite its canonization inside the Beltway, that report would not be admissible in a court of law, because it relied on torture for many of its key assertions. The New York Times’s Philip Shenon, the author of The Commission: The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation, noted that “more than a quarter of the report’s footnotes—441 of some 1,700—referred to detainees who were subjected to the CIA’s ‘enhanced’ interrogation program.” Shenon reported that commission members “forwarded questions to the CIA, whose interrogators posed them on the panel’s behalf. The commission’s report gave no hint that harsh interrogation methods [including waterboarding] were used in gathering information.” The commission’s report was released months after shocking photos from Abu Ghraib and key Justice Department and Pentagon memos leaked out, exposing the Bush administration’s torture regime. Yet, as Shenon noted, “The commission demanded that the CIA carry out new rounds of interrogations in 2004 to get answers to its questions.” The 9/11 Commission became profoundly complicit in the torture at the same time it pretended to objectively judge the Bush record.

The commission report was released in July 2004 at the same time that Bush was exploiting the 9/11 attacks and the Iraq War for his reelection campaign. The commission ignored evidence compiled by a joint House-Senate investigation revealing that Saudi government agents bankrolled multiple Saudi hijackers in the US prior to the attacks (fifteen of the nineteen hijackers were Saudis). But the Bush administration suppressed those twenty-eight pages of that congressional report and they were not released until 2016. Bush embraced Saudi leaders while insisting that Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was somehow to blame for 9/11. If the 9/11 Commission had quoted the 2002 FBI memo stating that there was “incontrovertible evidence that there is support for these [9/11 hijacker] terrorists within the Saudi Government,” Bush might have been seriously damaged, but 9/11 commissioners chose to serve the White House rather than truth. Kean and Hamilton remain venerated by the media, because their kowtowing buttressed public trust in the political system.

Would an investigation of January 6 be more honest than the investigation of September 11?

President Biden and Democratic congressional leaders are vested in the “terrorist attack/Pearl Harbor” narrative that they established within hours of the fracas. Democrats still refer to the protestors murdering a Capitol Police officer long after the belated revelation that he died of natural causes. The New York Times noted that that advocates of a January 6 commission insist it is "an ethical and practical necessity to fully understand the most violent attack on Congress in two centuries." Tell that to the Puerto Rican nationalists who shot up Congress in 1954 or to Congressman Steve Scalise and two other Capitol employees who were shot by a Democratic Party zealot in 2017. If such “facts” are the baseline for accuracy, then citizens can start scoffing long before a commission issues a final report.

The biggest illusion behind the push for a January 6 commission is that there is a political constituency in Washington for truth. But that hasn’t been the case for decades. As French essayist Paul Valery warned long ago, “At every step, politics and freedom of mind exclude each other.”

In the same way that it took almost fifteen years for some key facts about the 9/11 attacks to be revealed, it may be months or years until key damning revelations about the Capitol clash are extracted from federal agencies or private individuals and groups. Creating a pseudoindependent commission is more likely to codify a deceptive but politically profitable storyline than to expose facts that undercut powerful Washingtonians or government agencies.

A façade of political “truth” can be more dangerous than no disclosure at all. Biden and congressional Democrats are seeking to turbocharge their push for a new domestic terrorism law to permit widespread federal crackdowns on their opponents. Any rigged commission would likely pour gasoline on a fire that could singe far more American rights and liberties.

Breaking: Windham Auditors Tampered With Machine Tape Data
May 28, 2021

The forensic audit in Windham, New Hampshire is over, but the momentum to keep it alive is just getting started. Late Thursday, Marilyn Todd of NH Voter Integrity Group made some bombshell discoveries.

Last Friday, when the machine reports were being printed at the audit, Todd, who has kept a close watch on Hursti, took pictures of them. Late Thursday, she had the report pictures up on her computer when something earth-shattering caught her eye. She spoke about it Thursday evening in a live video with Nick Moseder, CammCon, Susan Dee Settenbrino, and Professor David Clements.

View: https://youtu.be/Th-7b1KOY90
2:01:44 min

Todd, a financial auditor and founder of NH Voter Integrity Group, reported that activity on a computer with firmware software on it would be listed on an internal audit report. Indeed, this is the case with Windham’s machines, which are serviced and maintained by LHS Associates. Interestingly, LHS President Jeff Silvestro was present multiple days at the audit. Upon looking closer at the pictures of the machine’s audit report from May 12, Todd noticed the following specific line items among others:
  • Line 30 – Session Start, date 5/12/21
  • Line 31 – Machine put in “Supervise Mode”
  • Line 33 – Memory Card Reset
  • Line 34 – Session Start, date 5/12/21
  • Line 35 – Prep for Election
  • Line 36 – Clear Counters
  • Line 37 – Session Start, date 11/3/20
  • Line 43 – Session Start, date 11/5/20
According to Todd and reported by UncoverDC, Hursti previously indicated that he would need to reset the entire memory card because it was not possible to clear the counters. Upon seeing the machine’s audit report, Todd realized that was not true, and the memory card does not need to be deleted, as Hursti insisted.

View: https://twitter.com/i/status/1398028707470655489
.23 min

Looking further at the tape, Todd observed more damning evidence of potentially fraudulent activity. She said Hursti previously stated on record the machines need to be registered with the date of Nov. 3 for Windham’s forensic audit. However, as evident on line 43, before Hursti printed the reports from the machine, he changed the date to 11/5/20, which would have removed all of the algorithms in the device associated with 11/3/20. It is also possible, according to Settenbrino, to set the date at the top of the tape to 11/3/20 even though the date on line 43 is 11/5/20.

Simply put, Nick Moseder summarized the smoking-gun discovery as follows:
“Someone went in, reopened the election, and then closed it and back-dated it. What this proves—in theory—is ballot stuffing. Meaning, they can run through ballots after the election, close it down, and backdate it.”

According to Todd and the others on the live video, it seems feasible that Harri Hursti and the other auditors are covering up for whoever tampered with the machines by setting the machines back to Nov. 3 and clearing memory cards. It also raises additional questions about Jeff Silvestro’s role in New England’s elections.

In an interview with local station WMUR after the conclusion of the audit, Hursti said the exhaustive investigation revealed no indication of wrongdoing or manipulation of the voting machines in Windham. Hursti remarked that he is amazed by the influx of doctored videos created around the auditors’ work, adding:

“Nothing today is showing evidence of fraud. Nothing today is showing evidence of digital manipulation of the machines. Right now, this seems to be a case of a perfect storm where so many things happened in order to have this discrepancy. It’s amazing how much disinformation and dishonest reporting has been spreading, especially last night. I need to have a second beer when watching those.”

1622244291310.png

Clearly, the patriots of Windham, New Hampshire, New England, and across the nation are demanding transparent answers surrounding election integrity, and they are not backing down. UncoverDC will continue to update as this story evolves.

‘Audit’ of Windham, New Hampshire Is a SHAM Due to Conflicts, Independence Issues, and a Ridiculous Audit Program – America Deserves Better

By Joe Hoft

The New Hampshire audit of Windham is horrible. Its auditors lack independence and are conflicted due to their relationships with Democrat devils Pelosi and Schumer and each other. And, their audit plan was a bad joke from the start.

We uncovered on Wednesday, May 26, that the audit in New Hampshire was over before it started. Two of the three auditors selected to perform the audit have connections to Pelosi and Schumer and the third auditor had his connections with the other auditors wiped from the Internet a few days after he was selected for the audit.

1622249699935.png

Today we have much more.

Uncoverdc has done some exceptional work putting together more questionable and concerning actions related to the audit in Windham.

The first observation by uncoverdc is that only one of the auditors was involved in the audit the last few days of the audit. (Reminder that the requirement was for three auditors involved in this work.)
Thursday is the final day of the forensic audit in Windham, New Hampshire. Despite being chosen as a team, computer programmer and voting machine hacker Harri Hursti has managed the last remaining days of the audit by himself, opening up the voting machines to examine them forensically on Wednesday.
Hursti apparently had a bone to pick with some observers claiming he uncovered the ballot fold issue and not a local resident who brought it to his attention.

View: https://youtu.be/HURi3GTWj34
3:57 min

The problem here for Hursti is that his connections with the other auditors being hidden as soon as he was named the third auditor and his knowledge that looking at the machines and memory cards is a worthless exercise eliminate him from being an independent and really show much about his current character. As we noted previously in the article above:Therefore, back in 2007, the Diebold machines and memory cards that Hursti boasted about being able to secretly control, are the same ones Lindeman, Hursti, and Stark were all supposed to audit.
The cold, hard facts are that an audit of these machines and especially their memory cards is an entirely useless activity, and Hursti showed why 16 years ago. Yet why are Lindeman (who is not even a computer scientist, he has a Ph.D. in political science) and especially Hursti, the two now sans Stark, claiming they will need “90 minutes to read” each card?
Hursti agreeing to “audit” these Diebold memory cards, given his national exposure of their egregious built-in flaws, is indefensible, suspicious and you now have to wonder, just what is his real agenda? Also, why, did Verified Voting appear to disappear evidence of Hursti’s seat upon its advisory board?
VV’s current webpage shows he is not a member. However, the Internet Archive tells a very different story. As of April 29, Hursti is shown as being a member. On May 3, the NH AG and SoS hired him to be a member of their audit team. Two days later, on May 5, any evidence of Hursti’s participation as an advisor with Verified Voting had been deleted.
A local patriot who went in on her own time to observe the audit had a damning update of what she saw.

The main issue to be investigated was why were certain ballots in one machine (Machine 2) in the Windham election causing issues. Hursti claims it’s due to dust:
1622249913792.png1622249956442.png
What Hursti is really saying is that a little bit of dust in the Diebold machines changed the election results in the Town of Windham, and, by extension, the entire state of New Hampshire. Seriously?

The military used computers in the Iraq War, off-the-shelf computer components, and they functioned in very dusty conditions without any significant failures. But a little dust in Windham, New Hampshire took down an entire town’s election?

(Wonder what BS Hursti would put out there when combining both dust and water? Mud?)
Patriots who want to know that our voting systems are working without errors looked into other locations and concluded that in multiple locations they are finding the same thing. This is well documented in the outstanding video below. There is at least one machine that is reporting unreasonable results in each location reviewed and these results ALWAYS GO AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP AND REPUBLICANS.

(Note that I have been involved in hundreds of audits around the world – operational, financial, IT, and fraud audits. I have never seen or heard of such shoddy audits as the ones performed in Maricopa for the Board of Supervisors there and this audit being performed in New Hampshire. This work is a show it’s not an audit.)

The audit in New Hampshire is a sham. There are conflicts of interest and independence issues. The auditors don’t seem to really have a clue of what they are looking at and they are coming up with bogus results rather than results based on sophisticated analysis.
New Hampshire and America deserve better.

Dominion was Onsite During Maricopa County’s EAC February Audits

By Jim Hoft
Published May 28, 2021 at 5:27pm

Most would find it hard to believe that Maricopa election officials and their “IT Teams” don’t have access to their election system above the user credentials of a “Poll Worker”. But this is exactly what Maricopa has said in several hearings and letters. Hard to believe, right? Senate auditor CyFIR said, “This is the highest level the County has provided us”. It would be similar to having only “Guest” access to all the PC’s, Tablets, or phones used by your entire family.

If it was discovered that a Maricopa employee had Admin User or Technician (Super User) level access, the Senate subpoena requires they hand it over. These highest user credentials were critical to many discoveries in Antrim County. So Maricopa continues to say this type of access is in the sole possession of other people, two full-time contractors. Coincidentally, they are not part of the subpoena and are both employees of Dominion.

Then how exactly did the EAC auditors that Maricopa hired gain system configuration access last February? Maricopa has now explained that access was provided directly by Dominion staff. They log into the machine for the auditors, then step away. This means Dominion was onsite working side by side with Pro V&V and SLI Compliance. This raises ethical questions for sure. In February, GP reported that IT activists monitored live feeds of the EAC audits, and also archived that footage.

maricopa-elections-server-room.jpg

Using carefully worded language, Maricopa has 3 varying explanations how EAC vendors gained access.
  • “Dominion Voting Systems provides Pro V&V and SLI Compliance with the necessary passwords to audit their machines”. Maricopa’s May 17thresponse letter to AZ Senate. (Vendors say this is NOT TRUE).
  • “EAC certified firms made the necessary arrangements with Dominion to obtain the necessary security protocols to perform their audits. Maricopa Election Department letter on May 17th.
  • “VSTL’s worked directly with Dominion to access the necessary administrative security permissions to conduct their Maricopa audits”. Election Spokesperson Megan Gilbertson, in a tweet (below image).
mc-audit-box.jpg

In a recent interview for GP, the President of Pro V&V was specifically asked: Did Dominion provided user credentials or passwords to Pro V&V, Maricopa County employees, or both. Jack Cobb said “They logged in for us. We didn’t want any responsibility for the security of the 2020 election”. Contradicting the Board of Supervisors May 17th letter, Cobb said neither EAC vendor had passwords. His Field Audit Report says county employees provided access, not Dominion staff: “provided access by qualified Board of Elections Employees”.

image009-1.jpg

If Maricopa is correct, then Jack Cobb’s Audit Report is wrong. It was Dominion who provided him access, not Maricopa Election employees. Their staff all seem to know each other – EAC, Dominion, SLI, Pro V&V. So is it possible to not know who’s accessing the equipment you’re auditing? However, if Jack Cobb is correct, then Maricopa has county employees who provided him Super User access. The County is not sharing that with Senate auditors.

According to Ben Cotton of CyFIR: “Without the ability (user credentials) to validate the configurations of their own systems, they can’t validate their own policies or procedures are being carried out. There is a difference between what Maricopa says in public statements and with what they can actually validate or verify on their own tabulating (election) systems.

Maricopa employees can’t even validate there were NOT Verizon wireless cards inserted and touching the internet.”

BREAKING: Observer at Windham, NH ‘Audit’ Identifies Auditors Backdating Voting Machines and Performing Additional Suspicious Actions

By Joe Hoft
Published May 28, 2021 at 8:30pm
windham-new-hampshire-seal.jpg

Observers of the audit in Winham, New Hampshire have identified numerous actions by the audit team that are very suspect. One such observation is that the auditors backdated machines under review and then performed other suspicious actions.

We reported two days ago that the three auditors selected for the Windham audit are conflicted with connections to Pelosi and Schumer. Because of these obvious conflicts, this audit was over before it started.

1622260070610.png

Then earlier today we reported that in addition to conflicts and independence issues the audit has a bizarre audit plan that undermines the audit as well.

1622260125333.png

Now we can report that there is evidence that the auditors in the Windham audit have backdated the election system parameters in the midst of the audit. Populist Press reported this evening:

The article referred to by Populist Pundit was at uncoverdc. This article discusses some observations made by an audit expert onsite in New Hampshire, Marilyn Todd of NH Voter Integrity Group:
This was discussed in a two-hour video with Nick Moseder, CammCon, Susan Dee Settenbrino, and Professor David Clements. The two-hour video was summarized by Moseder in the 6-minute video below and is summed up by Moseder in the following statement at the beginning of the video:
If you think we had probable cause to get a statewide audit of New Hampshire before, wait till you guys get a load of this.

Professor Clements, you might recognize as one of the guest speakers at former Congresswoman and current Regent University Dean, Michele Bachmann’s Election Integrity Conference in March.

SHOCK VIDEO: Capitol Police Started Shooting at Peaceful Trump Crowd on Jan. 6 — Fired Flash Grenades and Rubber Bullets on Peaceful Protesters INCLUDING CHILDREN

By Jim Hoft

On Jan. 6 Capitol Police started firing flash grenades and rubber bullets at peaceful protesters with US and MAGA flags.

From the video you can see the protesters are NOT on the Capitol steps and were behind barriers.

There were children and seniors in the crowd.

The protesters were NOT breaking any laws.

This was before protesters entered the US Capitol — many of them entering after police gave them the OK.

Julie Kelly
from American Greatness released a second video from Jan. 6 protests in Washington DC.

In a clip obtained by American Greatness, peaceful protestors on the west side of the Capitol building on January 6 are shown confronted by U.S. Capitol Police reportedly using flashbangs—a type of stun grenade used to disorient a target’s senses—and rubber bullets. The approximate time of the confrontation was around 1:36 p.m.
The man speaking in the video is Kash Kelly, a former gang member and founder of the Streetlights Unity Movement and Foundation, a group he launched in 2020 in opposition to Black Lives Matters to help at-risk people in inner-cities, Kelly told me during a brief interview from a Washington, D.C. jail Thursday afternoon. He was an outspoken supporter of Donald Trump.

“The police started shooting at people,” Kelly told me. “There were kids in the crowd.”

Democrats in a panic

f6adaba0677c9733.jpg

Bare majorities in the House and Senate have tied Democrats in knots. Their agenda is stuck in first-gear, because unlike a dozen years ago when Obama was first president, Democrats have to compromise if they are going to get anything done.

Democrats call compromise the C-word.

The biggest problem for Democrats is they cheated to win in 2020 by getting states to violate their own election laws to make it easier to stuff the ballot box with mail-in votes.

If Democrats do not codify those mid-election rule changes, Biden could be their last president.
Atlantic reported, "Anxiety is growing among a broad range of civil-rights, democracy-reform, and liberal groups over whether Democrats are responding with enough urgency to the accelerating Republican efforts to both suppress voting and potentially overturn future Democratic election victories."

Democrats want "to pass the national election standards," which means federalizing all election, which means having the federal bureaucracy decide who wins what election. Look for demands for diversity and equity to ensure Democrat victories. Poca Town Hall could look like a Harvard faculty meeting.

But Republicans have the votes to stop them in the Senate.

So far, Republicans are.

Atlantic reported, "Activists have become more and more uncertain that Democratic leaders have a strategy to overcome Manchin’s hesitance, not to mention his (and other Democrats’) refusal to pare back the filibuster, which Republicans are certain to employ against any voting-rights legislation. What’s more, these activists fear that by focusing relatively little attention on red states’ actions, Democrats aren’t doing enough to create a climate of public opinion in which Manchin and others could feel pressure to act on the issue of voting rights if and when Senate Republicans filibuster against it."

Republican state legislators are locking the barn door after the 2020 horse escaped. They must. The 2022 and 2024 ponies are at stake.

Atlantic writer Ronald Brownstein wrote, "In a conference call with reporters last week, Beto O’Rourke, the 2018 Democratic Senate candidate in Texas, didn’t mince words when I asked him whether the White House and Democratic congressional leaders are showing sufficient concern about the GOP’s moves."

If Beto O'Rourke is the future of the party, it should be dead. But Beto married a billionaire's daughter, and money talks.

Fernand Amandi, a longtime Democratic pollster based in Florida, told Atlantic, "I fear that perhaps some Democratic leaders may be suffering from … the idea that this cannot happen here and are bordering on dereliction of duty in not sounding the alarm to the American people and to the community of nations about the existential threat that the Republican Party now presents to American democracy."

By that, Amandi means Republicans pose an existential threat to American Democrats.

The purpose of the Atlantic article is to try to get Biden to demand voting be federalized.

Atlantic said, "White House officials dismiss the idea that Biden is insufficiently concerned about red states’ maneuvers, which have included reducing access to mail balloting and early voting, imposing new voter-identification requirements, purging voters from registration lists, limiting the use of ballot drop boxes, blocking state-court oversight of voting laws, and increasing Republican state officials’ authority to override the decisions of local election officials, many of whom are Democrats. 'I can assure people there is no one that worries more about the effect of these things on the 2024 election than the president, who will be running and who went through 2020,' the senior White House official, who requested anonymity to discuss internal deliberations, told me. (The official said Biden is planning to deliver a speech to underscore his commitment to voting rights that will likely come within the next few days.)"

They are calling their changes in elections voting rights.

It is just like abortion rights except instead of killing babies, Democrats are killing our constitutional republic.

Republicans are not stupid. So far, they are holding together.

So far.

Republicans launch election investigations in multiple states as Arizona audit forges ahead

Audits teed up in Wisconsin, Georgia, New Hampshire.

By Daniel Payne
Updated: May 28, 2021 - 10:12pm

Republicans in multiple U.S. states are mounting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the 2020 election, moves that come amid the contentious ongoing audit of election results in Maricopa County, Ariz.

The Arizona audit — which includes a hand recount of over two million ballots — has reflected bitter partisan divisions in the state, with Republicans and Democrats squaring off in a series of volleys over the conduct of the audit and the political fallout surrounding it. Establishment media outlets have joined in Democratic attacks against the audit, with CNN claiming that the process is "bogus" and FiveThirtyEight calling it a "partisan inquisition."

Nevertheless, efforts are underway in several states to undertake investigations similar to Arizona's, though none are anywhere near as large in scope as is that in Maricopa, the state's largest county.

In Wisconsin, State Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has commissioned several retired law enforcement officers to investigate potential ballot fraud as well as the millions of dollars of private funding that went to local political machines in that state.

Those two prongs have been among the most contentious of the 2020 election. The presidential race last year was decided in large part by an historically unprecedented level of absentee and mail-in ballots. Citing concerns over the potential spread of COVID-19 at in-person polling locations, Democratic elected leaders, election officials and nonprofit activists pushed hard for mail-in voting in the weeks and months leading up to Election Day.

The massive number of mail-in votes — a relatively untested approach to U.S. elections — has led to widespread concern that the election may have been rife with fraud. Also generating controversy has been the spending of millions of dollars in private funds on local election administration by the Chicago-based Center for Tech and Civic Life.

Flush with a $350 million donation from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, CTCL in the months leading up to the election plowed millions into the political machines of multiple Democratic strongholds in Wisconsin as well as other Democrat-friendly municipalities such as Philadelphia and Detroit. The huge investments raised questions regarding both the legality and civic integrity of the private funding of election administration.

Vos's office did not respond to requests for comment on the full scope and intent of the investigation. But Vos told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that the effort was meant to verify whether the election was conducted honestly and fairly and, if not, to provide a record supporting election law changes to prevent a recurrence.

"A sizable chunk of people believe the election was illegitimate," Vos said. "And democracy cannot flourish if both sides don’t believe in the end both sides had a fair shot."

In Georgia, meanwhile, a Republican voter-led effort is moving to inspect nearly 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County, the state's largest and a key bastion of Biden support in his narrow victory in the historically red state.

Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero earlier this month had ordered that review to proceed, though Amero late this week spiked a planned Friday meeting to determine the process of the review, citing complaints filed by Fulton County officials opposed to the investigation.

Fulton's handling of the election has been a source of controversy since November: The county on Election Night appeared to dismiss the majority of its election staff from its ballot processing operation, after which a skeleton crew of workers continued to count ballots. Media outlets and sworn testimony have painted a baffling picture of mutually contradictory statements and directives from county officials, with the county itself offering no clarifying explanation regarding what occurred.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has argued in favor of the overall legitimacy of Biden's win in Georgia, has nevertheless come out in favor of the voter-led effort. "Fulton County has a long-standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters' faith in its system," he told the Epoch Times this week. "Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement."

In New Hampshire, auditors in the town of Windham have been struggling to explain why several Republicans were shorted a combined several hundred votes in state representative races.

Auditors claim to have determined that a folding machine likely caused a crease in the ballots that had run directly through Democratic names, leading vote tabulators to improperly award votes to Democratic candidates. Officials have insisted that the corrected results have not affected the ultimate winners of the races in any way.

Access to individual ballots — particularly absentee ballots, of which there were so many in 2020 — may prove critical to auditors attempting to resolve any irregularities in the election. In Fulton County, however, auditors will reportedly not have access to physical ballots; rather, county officials will provide investigators with digitally scanned copies of ballots for their review.

Planning for the Fulton audit is expected to continue late next month.

Georgia Gubernatorial Candidate “Serves” Governor Kemp with Request for State Forensic Audit of 2020 Ballots –VIDEO

By Jim Hoft
Published May 29, 2021 at 8:36am

Kandiss Taylor is running for governor in Georgia. Kandiss is a teacher and mother of three children. She ran for US Senate in 2020 and did not make it past the primary.

Kandis is an outspoken critic of the corrupt 2020 election in the state of Georgia. She is one of many leaders demanding a forensic audit of the machines and ballots.

But Governor Kemp is not interested. He is fine with the results despite several irregularities and tens of thousands of suspect ballots.

On Friday Kandiss Taylor met up with Governor Kemp at a ribbon-cutting ceremony in south Georgia.

Kandiss “served” the Georgia governor with papers requesting official forensic audit of the 2020 election ballots.

EXCLUSIVE: Why is Auditor Harry Hursti, Who Uncovered the Fatal Flaws in Diebold Memory Cards in 2005, Hiding These Flaws in the Windham, NH Audit This Week?

By Joe Hoft
Published May 29, 2021 at 1:00pm
0282A5FD-F915-4099-9919-463258CD6582.jpeg

Only one of three auditors in Windham, New Hampshire, stuck around and did any work on the third and fourth days of the scheduled four-day onsite audit in Windham this past week.

Computer scientist Dr. Harri Hursti ended up, strangely, being the only team member left in Windham, NH to forensically audit both the town’s Diebold memory cards and their AccuVote Optical Scan (AV-OS) tabulating systems.

Both of Harry’s colleagues, Dr. Philip Stark and Dr. Mark Lindeman, were unaccountably missing for both days of this pre-planned, two-day audit of these Diebold election products. This appears to be in violation of the April 12, 2021, NH law, SB 43, which states there shall be a “forensic election audit team” of three “to complete the audit.

This situation left Hursti alone, with no checks & balances upon his work product.

Diebold Election Systems, through several sales and mergers since 2002 became Premier Election Solutions and, eventually, the company known today as Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion also owns “the intellectual property of the AccuVote and its related elections management system.

On Tuesday, on-the-ground election integrity activist Lisa Mazur in NH reported on the troubling departure, on Tuesday and Wednesday, of two of the three members of the Windham audit team, after she had visited the Windham audit site that morning:
You can’t make this stuff up … We hired a team of three, Hursti, Stark and Lindeman. Stark left the audit yesterday, not coming back. Still have until Thursday but he won’t be here ’til Thursday and 9:00 this morning I’m there, I’m sitting there and I see Lindeman go up to Anne Edwards [NH Associate Attorney General] and say, ‘Alright I’m leaving, you have my phone number if you need me.’ He walks out.
I’m looking around like is he coming back? I asked a few questions and check out this clip from Hursti and my question to him about that:

Mazur: Does Mark Lindeman have any part in this process?
Hursti: Nope.
Mazur: Did he leave?
Hursti: I think he is going to leave and come back Thursday.”

7:22 min

Thursday, however, ended the onsite audit when everything got quickly packed up and returned to NH election officials.

Hursti’s misdirections, always drawing our attention to his audit of the mysterious, inner workings of the Diebold AV-OS tabulators (aka Diebold ES2000 units), are nothing more than big, fat red herrings, effectively leading us far away from talk of these units’ old-fashioned, removable memory cards. It is there where undetectable manipulation of an election count and a thrown election could be found, if and only if the cards themselves haven’t already been wiped, altered, over-written, lost, or even switched after the dirty deed was completed.

Transparency is the key. I can not allow anyone into the protected area, but We offered to take close-up pictures and videos with the media’s and observer’s devices about anything they wanted to see. @WAuditors #ElectionSecurity #ElectionIntegrity https://t.co/8YXt1VEcYS

It’s on these memory cards where Hursti needs to be shining the light of day.

Hursti is the country’s acknowledged expert on the hackability of these particular Diebold AV-OS memory cards, and it is shocking that he has avoided any explanations regarding their inherent, built-in vulnerabilities, fatal flaws, and security failures, resulting in an absolute lack of election transparency and security.

Back on December 13, 2005, as we reported on May 26, Hursti was invited to a mock election in Leon County, Florida as a “hacker” and asked to hack into these same Diebold AV-OS memory cards. Hursti stunned the crowd by not only secretly & efficiently hacking into a memory card, without need of a password or key, and utterly changing the outcome of the mock election to reflect his own choices – in the blink of an eye and in full view of everyone – but by also leaving absolutely no trace of his “crime.
1622321256857.png

It was the magic trick of the century, dubbed by history as the Hursti Hack! It also broke the back of the Diebold company, had its President and CEO, Walden O’Dell, abruptly resigning that very day, and, within that week, Diebold investors had filed numerous class-action lawsuits against the company. In August 2007, Diebold, after an Anti-Trust Settlement was announced, changed its name to Premier Election Solutions and today it is known as Dominion Voting Systems.

View: https://youtu.be/t75xvZ3osFg
7:59 min

On March 10, 2006, less than three months after the Hursti Hack, the NH Ballot Law Commission insanely approved new firmware for the NH Diebold AccuVote OS tabulators, which were the only voting machines approved for use in the state, despite Hursti and other’s evidence of their insecurity, hackability and susceptibility to secret election tampering.

Hursti’s own testimony about NH’s Diebold AV-OS machines and memory cards, given at NH House Election Law Committee hearings on September 19, 2007, provided shocking exposure of the control over elections a nefarious party or parties could have:
If you are believing on poll tape that doesn’t mean a thing because I can control the whole thing over whatever logic and accuracy that you perform just before the election. Because I have control. I can compare the date, the time. And so in order to be producing fraudulent tape, I will be producing fraudulent tape only on Tuesday evening. And I don’t worry about what ballots go through.

An October 30, 2006 University of Connecticut VoTeR Center, Security Assessment of the Diebold Optical Scan Voting Terminal, warned:
The memory card should never be allowed to be outside the AV-OS terminal (in fact this is the approach taken in the State of Connecticut). Given that no cryptographic integrity check is employed by the AV-OS memory card management, the moment the card is removed from a terminal it can be considered to be compromised.

https://voter.engr.uconn.edu/voter/wp-content/uploads/uconn_report-os.pdf
Why is Harri Hursti not disclosing these facts about Windham’s Diebold AV-OS memory cards and that they are likely the central issue behind Windham’s unusual and troubling 2020 election results?

In fact, how could Hursti have even agreed to contract for this NH audit in the first place knowing, who better, that these Diebold election tabulators would allow anyone with criminal intent, who has access to the memory cards and a little know-how, to secretly and without detection both alter Windham’s election results, at will… …and then erase all evidence of that crime?

Hursti simply cannot claim to not know these facts and that any audit of these Diebold AV-OS tabulators and their memory cards is an effort in futility. An honest, ethical, and rigorous auditor would be compelled to include these facts in his or her verbal and written reports to Windham voters.

This would, however, serve to expose the extreme danger of these election machines to Windham and, by extension, to New Hampshire. Once again, Hursti might be responsible – just like he partially was back in 2005 – of company CEO resignations, class action lawsuits by the investors, and an Anti-Trust Settlement not of Diebold Election Systems, but – here in 2021 – of Dominion Voting Systems.

View: https://youtu.be/t75xvZ3osFg
7:58 min

So, why is Hursti, 16 years after his Hursti Hack, instead of exposing the fatal flaws in these Diebold memory cards, why is he hiding them?

Where, exactly, is Hursti’s loyalty because it is certainly not to the citizens and voters of the Town of Windham and New Hampshire.

Why was Hursti seemingly – exclusively and solely – put in charge of auditing Windham’s Diebold memory cards and tabulators? Did Stark and Lindeman recognize the radioactive danger to their careers in auditing these Diebold memory cards and tabulators and abandon ship?

1622321024787.png
On Thursday, the election audit over, Hursti appeared to still be the only auditor as he spoke with WMUR-TV:
Nothing today is showing evidence of fraud. Nothing today is showing evidence of digital manipulation of the machines. Right now, it just seems to be a case of a perfect storm where so many things happened in order to have this discrepancy…
…We are going to continue to do the analysis and that’s for the next 45 days…and if we discover something we will write it to the report. We are no shape or form done.
View: https://youtu.be/ddgCxYGtg88
2:22 min

Hursti misdirected again. He not only avoided any mention of those Diebold memory cards, he disingenuously, twice, authoritatively assured the public that there is no evidence of fraud nor digital manipulation of the Diebold machines.

However, no evidence of fraud does not mean that fraud doesn’t exist! It simply means there is no evidence, which is exactly what you would expect to find with a Diebold AV-OS memory card. No evidence.

Hursti did not overtly lie but he did slickly spin the truth.

For a professional scientist of his standing being asked to conduct a forensic audit of this caliber for, probably, a pretty penny of NH taxpayer dollars, leaving out essential data is as bad as including false data.

On Tuesday, Hursti did report upon his forensic audit of the Windham Diebold memory cards, which, he claims, ended up needing not a 1 ½ hour audit each, as the team had originally publicized, but a 6 hour audit. Each.

WMUR-TV reported:
Adam Sexton: Harri Hursti, one of the independent auditors, is currently scanning the memory cards that run Windham’s 1980’s era machines. That process is expected to take six hours. Hursti says only the first 32 kilobytes of the cards contain any information.

Hursti: However, because this is a forensic audit, we need to read the whole card to see that there’s no malware hiding in the tail end of the card.
There is a bridge for sale in Brooklyn, for those who buy this story.
Next day, on Wednesday, Hursti posted this on his Twitter account:
Memory cards will never 100% match, all differences will be further studied. None of the cards have not-of-bounds data (data after expected structure ends). One of the cards differs more from others, and will be further studied. Analysis continues, these are preliminary findings.

— Harri “scofield” Hursti (@HarriHursti) May 27, 2021Does this tell us that the memory cards were, except for that first 32 kilobytes, all empty of data from the 2020 election?! If so, this is astonishing and deeply troubling information and could indicate that there was destruction of 2020 electronic election data prior to the audit even beginning!
Has Harri Hursti just revealed the fact that this 2020 Windham forensic audit was already compromised before it even began? Did he just expose the fact that irrevocable damage had been done to data stored in memory from the 2020 Windham election?

Given the University of Connecticut VoTeR Center’s 2006 warning about the Diebold AV-OS tabulators, were these Windham Diebold AV-OS memory cards ever separated from their Diebold tabulators? If so, they were irrevocably compromised at that moment in time.

Why were these memory cards and Diebold AV-OS machines forensically audited by only one person, Harri Hursti? What’s going on here? Whatever happened to Stark and Lindeman?

Hursti, of all people, should be exposing these Diebold memory cards for what they are: the answer to election thieves’ prayers. Instead, he’s throwing computer scientist fairy dust in our eyes, hoping we won’t notice.

Judge Postpones Georgia Election Audit After County Hires Criminal Defense Attorneys, Files Motion To Dismiss

FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2021 - 09:00 PM
Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times,

A judge in Georgia told parties in an election integrity case on May 27 that a previously scheduled meeting at a ballot storage warehouse was canceled after officials filed a flurry of motions in the case.

Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said a May 28 meeting was no longer taking place because of motions filed by Fulton County, the county’s Board of Registration and Elections, and the county’s clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, a spokesperson for the court confirmed to The Epoch Times.

Amero said the motions must be heard before the plaintiffs can gain access to the absentee ballots. He proposed a June 21 hearing, but the order scheduling the hearing hasn’t yet been filed.
“It seems like a desperation move. The silver lining is that we now have more time to perfect the changes we had to make in our inspection plan,” Garland Favorito, the lead petitioner, told The Epoch Times via email.
County officials argued that the complaint filed by voters should be dismissed because the petitioners failed to serve, or even attempt to serve, the county. They also said Fulton County doesn’t have final control over elections, that petitioners aren’t entitled to declaratory judgment, and that petitioners haven’t complied with election contest requirements.

Amero heard in a hearing last week that petitioners weren’t able to properly examine ballot images they’ve received because of their low resolution—200 dots per inch (DPI). Amero granted the petitioners’ request to unseal the mailed ballots and said they could go to where they were stored in order to observe county workers create higher resolution images of the ballots.

Amero mentioned during the hearing that no parties had filed a motion to dismiss, allowing petitioners to obtain some discovery.

During the hearing, lawyers for the county urged the judge not to grant access to the ballots.

Before the latest update in the case, some officials had supported the ballot examination.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, opposed letting petitioners get access to the ballots, but said he supported Amero’s ruling.
“From day one, I have encouraged Georgians with concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues. Fulton County has a long standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters’ faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement,” he told The Epoch Times in an email.
However, Democrat Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts criticized the attempt to examine the ballots.
“It is outrageous that Fulton County continues to be a target of those who cannot accept the results from last year’s election,” he told news outlets in a statement.

Wisconsin State Assembly Speaker Expands Investigation into Zuckerberg-Funded CTCL

WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 10: Facebook co-founder, Chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifies before a combined Senate Judiciary and Commerce committee hearing in the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill April 10, 2018 in Washington, DC. Zuckerberg, 33, was called to testify after it was reported that 87 million …

The speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly announced Thursday he is expanding the state legislature’s investigation into the conduct of several city officials and the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) during the 2020 election.

Center Square reported:
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, told News Talk 1130 WISN’s Dan O’Donnell on Thursday that he is hiring three former police officers to lead the legislative investigation.
“What I am most concerned about is making sure that when we have another election in 2022, we don’t have the same problems,” Vos said.
Reports point to outside, nonprofit groups like the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life using grant money to gain access to election operations in Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Racine and Kenosha.
Wisconsin is one of several key battleground states where the conduct of the CTCL and the Center for Innovation and Election Research (CEIR), another Zuckerberg-funded nonprofit, in the 2020 election has come under scrutiny, as Breitbart News reported:
Private funding of election administration was virtually unknown in the American political system until the 2020 presidential election, when Facebook CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan donated $350 million to the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which provided funding to county and municipal governments around the country for election administration, and $69 million to the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), which provided funding to 23 state governments, primarily through the Secretary of State’s office, also for the funding of election administration.
In Wisconsin, the CTCL provided more than $6 million in local funding for the administration of the 2020 election, most of it going to five cities, known as the “Wisconsin 5,“–Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Racine–as Wisconsin Spotlight reported in April:
[W]hat the grant money really purchased in battleground states like Wisconsin was the infiltration of the November presidential elections by liberal groups and Democratic activists, according to hundreds of pages of emails and other documents obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight.
In the city of Green Bay, which received a total of $1.6 million in grant funding from the Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life, a “grant mentor” who has worked for several Democratic Party candidates, was given access to boxes of absentee ballots before the election. Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin State Lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, in many ways became the de facto city elections chief.
The emails show Green Bay’s highly partisan Democrat Mayor Eric Genrich and his staff usurping city Clerk Kris Teske’s authority and letting the Zuckerberg-funded “grant team” take over–a clear violation of Wisconsin election statutes, say election law experts.
This month, Wisconsin Spotlight reported:
Six Kenosha residents have filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission alleging the city allowed Mark Zuckerberg-funded, liberal groups to take over November’s election.
The action is the latest in a growing number of election law complaints against the “famous Wi-5” — Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha and Racine. But unlike in Green Bay, where the city’s clerk challenged the infiltration of the outside groups and meddling city officials, new emails show election officials in the other four Democratic Party strongholds were glad to go along for the well-funded ride.
The emails, obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight, show just how deeply entrenched the Chicago-based Center for Tech and Civic Life’s network of left-wing “partners” was in the administration of elections in the five cities. And just how partisan the activists are.
The MacIver Institute reported this month on issues of legal authority and propriety surrounding the use of CTCL grant funds in Milwaukee’s administration of the 2020 election:
Newly released emails paint a disturbing picture of how the City of Milwaukee ran the 2020 presidential election and again call into question the legality of liberal-leaning interest groups’ deep infiltration of municipal procedure. . .
It quickly became clear that this money came with strings attached.
According to the agreement the City of Milwaukee signed with CTCL, CTCL set the ground rules for how every penny of the money was to be spent, and Milwaukee was not allowed to “reduce or otherwise modify planned municipal spending on 2020 elections.” In addition, the city was not permitted to “use any part of [the] grant to give a grant to another organization unless CTCL agrees to the specific sub-recipient in advance, in writing.”
Joe Biden’s narrow 2020 certified victories in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia were key to his Electoral College win, as Breitbart News reported:
Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election when a joint session of Congress convened on January 6-7, 2021, and counted 306 Electoral College votes for Biden and 232 for Trump.

Had Trump won Arizona’s 11 electoral college votes (where Biden’s margin of victory was less than 11,000 votes), Georgia’s 16 electoral college votes (where Biden’s margin of victory was less than 12,000 votes), and Wisconsin’s 10 electoral college votes (where Biden’s margin of victory was less than 21,000 votes), the Electoral College contest would have been a 269 to 269 tie, which would have thrown the election into the House of Representatives, where each state delegation has one vote.
Wisconsin is one of several states, including Arizona, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, where various forms of audits and investigations into the 2020 election results are ongoing.

A Georgia judge ordered a delay in the audit of an estimated 147,000 absentee ballots cast in Fulton County, Georgia during the 2020 election Wednesday after county officials filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought by nine Georgia voters who requested the audit.

Last Friday, Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ordered the audit requested by the nine Georgia voters, petitioners in the case, Favorito v. Cooney, No. 2020CV343938, originally filed in Fulton County Superior Court on December 23, 2020, to proceed, but on Wednesday he ordered the delay to give him time to review Fulton County’s filing made that same day.

Fox 5 Atlanta reported:
Roughly one week after Henry County Chief Judge Brian Amero agreed to unseal 147,000 mail ballots from Fulton County following a voter lawsuit, the board of elections and the county court clerk in Fulton County filed motions asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit. . .

Amero wrote in the email that he hopes to hold a hearing on the motions June 21 and plans to issue an order next week setting the hearing date.
The plaintiffs, nine Georgia voters, will pay for the audit, according to reports.
Former President Donald Trump reacted quickly to the judge’s decision to delay the audit and schedule a hearing on Fulton County’s request to dismiss the lawsuit that led to the judge’s initial ruling to conduct the audit.

“Why are the Radical Left Democrats in Georgia fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County? There can be only one reason, and that is because they know the vote was corrupt and the audit will show it. Republicans must fight hard and win!,” the former president said in a statement released Friday by the Save America PAC.

In its complaint for dismissal, Fulton County argued:
On December 23, 2020, Petitioners filed a Petition against Mary Carole Cooney, Vernetta Keith Nuriddin, Kathleen Ruth, Aaron Johnson, Mark Wingate, and Richard Barron (collectively, “Original Respondents”), in their individual capacities, seeking injunctive and declaratory relief . Following this filing, Petitioners sought to substitute Original Respondents with Fulton County, the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, and the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County (collectively, “Substituted Respondents”). The Court granted this request and entered an Order substituting the Original Respondents with the Substituted Respondents.

Subsequent to Fulton County being substituted into this case, Petitioners have failed to serve or even attempt to serve Fulton County, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4, in order to establish personal jurisdiction over Fulton County. As such, this Court does not have personal jurisdiction over Fulton County. Accordingly, Petitioners’ Complaint against the Fulton County should be dismissed for insufficient process and service of process.
Joe Biden was certified the winner of Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes over former President Donald Trump in the November 3, 2020 election by a margin of less than 12,000 votes out of a total of 5 million votes cast statewide.

As Breitbart News reported, Fulton County received a grant of $6.3 million in September 2020 from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL):
The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to accept a $6.3 million grant from the Mark-Zuckerberg funded Center for Technology and Civic Life “Safe Elections” project at a September 2, 2020 board meeting. It proceeded without asking a single question about the name of the group providing the funding, the origin of the funding, or the details of what the funding would be used for.

As Breitbart News reported, a significant chain of custody security concerns surround absentee ballots deposited in the 300 drop boxes across the state approved by the Georgia State Election Board. . .

Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron told the Fulton County Board of Commissioners how he was able to secure the grant for the county, but failed to mention the name of the funding group–CTCL–or the fact they had only one day earlier, on September 1, received a $250 million donation from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan, to fund the Fulton County grant.

“I went this summer and sought some grant funding, which the BOC approved today for over $6.3 million, and we’ve also received $5 million in COVID funding. And then with the $3.5 million soundings request today, that totals $14.5 million more in additional investments for we’re going to be — we were able to secure a lot of new polling places for, if we clean them afterwards, we got tech-support at all voting locations, postage and absentee ballots that we have to mail out,” Barron told the Fulton County Board of Commissioners at their September 2, 2020 board meeting.
In Fulton County, Biden racked up a huge margin over Trump of more 240,000 votes out of 524,659 ballots cast and counted in the November 3, 2020 election. A total of 146,994 of those votes were cast as absentee ballots, delivered to designees of the Fulton County registrar when voters sent them through the U.S. Postal Service or deposited them in drop boxes where Fulton County election workers then picked them up for transport.

UPDATED 2:05 PM PT – Friday, May 28, 2021

Marylyn Todd, founder of the New Hampshire Voter Integrity Group, said she’s discovered “smoking gun” proof of election fraud in New Hampshire.

On a live stream Thursday evening, Todd said she encountered something extremely problematic about the May 12 audit report from Harri Hursti, the electronic voting security expert leading the Windham County audit.

Todd expressed how Hursti conveyed to her that he couldn’t clear the counters and that instead, he had to reset the memory cards. Todd said this was confusing to her because she recalled he had a “clear counter” button the entire time, therefore there was no need to delete the memory card. She then stated that Hursti is on camera saying the computer needed to be registered for Nov. 3.

She went on to explain that Hursti appeared to reset the date to Nov. 5 before printing the report. Hursti’s apparent actions coincide with Michigan attorney Matt Deperno’s findings in Antrim County.

“We can now show that after the election is done, someone…anyone really, who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to Nov. 3,” said Deperno.

Todd’s discovery lends credence to statements made earlier in the week from Stanford researcher and election consultant Jovan Pulitzer. Pulitzer said that auditors who normally would certify bad machines as good machines, found something so glaring that they could not walk away from and that is exactly what happened in New Hampshire. “Imagine if 28 percent of the votes didn’t get counted even though they went into the voting machines,” pondered Pulitzer.

According to experts, isolated incidents like Antrim and Windham County could be a bellwether for broader election integrity problems throughout the state and beyond.

Michigan Secretary of State Warns County Boards Against Ordering Audits
Cheboygan County considering ordering an election review

BY ZACHARY STIEBER
May 29, 2021 Updated: May 29, 2021

The office of the Michigan secretary of state has told two county clerks that they do not legally have to provide access to voting equipment maintained by their office if ordered to do so by county boards.

“The Board has no authority to require you or any municipal clerk to provide external access to voting equipment maintained by your offices, and neither you nor municipal clerks in Cheboygan County should provide this access,” Jonathan Brater, director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections, told Cheboygan County clerk Karen Brewster in a May 20 letter obtained by The Epoch Times.

Another official from the office of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, sent a similar letter on the same day to the clerk in Antrim County, conveying the view that the board of commissioners there has no authority to require an audit or compel the providing of election records.

Commissioners can seek such records through a freedom of information act request, Lori Bourbonais, director of the Elections Administration Division at the bureau wrote. “However, they have no authority to direct county or local clerks to provide this information, nor are any opinions they have about the manner in which local clerks conduct voting and registration transactions binding on local clerks in any way,” she added.

Brewster and Antrim County clerks were also advised not to grant access to voting equipment to firms not accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

Critics of an ongoing audit of ballots and machines in Arizona’s largest county have noted that the company leading the audit, Cyber Ninjas, lacks accreditation from the commission.

Antrim County’s Board of Commissioners and the county’s clerk were asked at a May 6 board meeting to look into whether or not, and how, an audit of the Nov. 3, 2020 election could be required or requested. The board worked with Guy to ask the Bureau of Elections for answers.

Guy told commissioners during the meeting that voter registration rolls belong to the townships and alleged the board could not demand an audit because it lacked jurisdiction over the townships.

Commissioner Dawn LaVanway, a Republican, moved two weeks later to have the board complete a forensic audit of the election. The motion failed.

The county immediately after the election last year reported that Democrat Joe Biden received over 3,000 more votes in the county than then-President Donald Trump. However, the county twice updated the results, with Trump ultimately being shown ahead by nearly 4,000 votes.

Guy initially pinned the issue on a combination of a software glitch and human error. She and Benson later blamed what happened solely on human error, specifically a failure to update election machine programming. A hand recount later found another difference in the count of about 10 votes.

William Bailey, a voter, later sued the county, alleging the vote count was manipulated. Forensic auditors who examined Dominion Voting Systems machines on behalf of Bailey said the company’s software was “purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” The audit’s findings were disputed by Michigan officials and Dominion.

A judge last week tossed Bailey’s case.

In Cheboygan County, the Board of Commissioners tasked a subcommittee to explore the desire by some residents to have an audit of the 2020 presidential election. The subcommittee has been looking at different things and trying to collect more data, Board Vice Chairman Sangster told a meeting late last month.

A team including Matthew DePerno, who represented Bailey, offered to do a free audit in the county. Sangster said his view is that there is nothing free.

Board Chairman John Wallace said the subcommittee will make a recommendation to the board after completing their exploration.

Multiple residents spoke during the meeting, some in favor of ordering an audit and others against the idea.

Wallace and Sangster did not respond to requests for comment on the letter from Benson’s office. Dominion did not return an inquiry. Guy did not respond to a voicemail or an email.

Brewster declined to provide a copy of the letter, telling The Epoch Times in an email, “Please request any information with a FOIA Request!” When informed that the letter had been obtained, and asked for comment, she did not respond.

State law indicates that county boards lease, buy, or otherwise acquire electronic voting systems, including machines. That means the boards can order an audit, Beth Bridgman, leader of a group called the Cheboygan Freedom Fighters that is advocating for an audit, told The Epoch Times.

“Our county paid for those machines, right? On behalf of the people, our commissioners did. And those machines are our physical property,” she said.

The funding for the audit, if it were ordered, would come from money donated to Bailey’s legal case and from fundraising, she added. It could be conducted by Cyber Ninjas, the firm running the audit in Maricopa County.

DePerno did not respond to requests for comment.

Arizona Senate is Reportedly Considering An Additional Audit of Maricopa County – This Time Including All the 2020 Election Results

By Joe Hoft

Arizona’s Senate is considering another audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results.

This will supplement and confirm the results from the current audit going on in the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

The Washington Examiner reports:
The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.
The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas. Audit liaison, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, told a reporter with CBS5 News on Thursday that hand counters had gone through more than 800,000 ballots so far. Organizers have said they hope to finish by the end of June.

But the GOP-led state Senate is already eyeing another recount that would be entirely electronic, running digital images of ballots through a program to count all votes cast for every race on the county’s ballot, according to the Arizona Republic. Bennett told the outlet they are considering a California-based election transparency nonprofit group called Citizens Oversight for the job, and the results from both audits could be compared to one another.
We haven’t heard of any reports of any overseers of the audit being dissatisfied as is reported above. The more logical reason for this move is to confirm the results of Cyber Ninjas which will be criticized by the Democrats no matter what. If another firm is hired that can look at images and determine the validity of the results (in a similar way that Jovan Pulitzer has conveyed in the past) this would add a ton of credibility to the Cyber Ninja’s results and prevent Democrats from saying the results are not correct.

Also, the second audit can look at all the races in the county other than the President and Senate races which are being audited in Arizona right now.

This also indicates they have found or expect to find enough fraudulent ballots that will overturn the election results in the state. If all results to date agreed with the final results as certified by the corrupt Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, they wouldn’t bother with another audit.

Remember that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors hired two audit firms at a cost of over $100,000 to the county and neither firm looked at a single ballot. Each firm looked at a couple of voting machines, took them apart for some unknown reason, and then claimed the election results in the County were accurate.

This looks like a great move by the Senate in Arizona. Karen Fann and team are to be saluted on their actions so far. Also, huge praise to the patriots in Arizona who would not take no as an answer, and may the group that will ultimately save this country.

“It Should Be that He Is Simply Reinstated, That a New Inauguration Day Is Set” – Sidney Powell Speaks in TX on What Happens After the Fraud Is Exposed (VIDEO)

Attorney Sidney Powell spoke at the For God and Country Rally this Memorial Day Weekend in Dallas, Texas.

During her on-stage discussion, Sidney Powell was asked about what will happen if several states overturn their 2020 presidential election results.

Sidney Powell:
We’re definitely in uncharted territory. There are cases where elections have been overturned. But there’s never been one at the presidential level where everybody will jump to point out. That doesn’t mean it can’t be done, though. There’s always the first case.

And as far as I know, this is the first case of abject fraud and obtaining a coup of the United States of America. So, it’s going to have to be dealt with. It should be that he can simply be reinstated, that a new inauguration day is set. (cheers) And Biden is told to move out of the White House. And President Trump should be moved back in.

It should be that he can simply be reinstated, that a new inauguration day is set. (cheers) And Biden is told to move out of the White House. And President Trump should be moved back in.

BREAKING: Alarm Went Off at Secure Building in Fulton County Georgia Where Ballots Are Kept – Building Found Wide Open

Emerald Robinson, from Newsmax reported last night that the facility in Fulton County Georgia where ballots are stored from the 2020 Election was found yesterday left wide open and unattended.

What is going on?
Scoop: Attorney dealing with Fulton County GA on audit of more than 145k ballots from 2020 election tells me that alarm went off today at secure building where ballots were kept. The building was found left wide open & unattended.
— Emerald Robinson ✝ (@EmeraldRobinson) May 30, 2021
The Conservative Treehouse reported:
There is an ongoing legal battle surrounding the 145,000 absentee ballots that were due to be audited. The audit was supposed to begin yesterday, Friday May 28th. However, in a last minute court filing Fulton County officials are attempting to block the audit on procedural grounds {Go Deep}. A Georgia judge granted a 30 day pause in the audit until the legal arguments could be heard in court…. and now the building was compromised?

Witnesses previously said they saw ballots being counted twice, several batches of mail-in absentee ballots without folds (which is impossible), and the appearance of copying of ballots and machine filled ballots. The initial review of low-quality resolution sample batches found a 21% difference in the number of ballots between what the election officials said was in a batch and the actual number of ballots in the batch. That is part of the reason why the judge granted a full audit of the absentee ballots in Fulton county.
The Democrats must be really scared. God only knows what they are up to now.

Biden’s Handlers Condemn New TX Election Law that Requires Voter ID as “Unamerican” (VIDEO)

On Saturday Joe Biden’s handlers condemned the new Texas election law in a statement to the Texas Tribune as “Un-American.”

The new Texas law requires those requesting absentee ballots to provide their driver’s license number or Social Security number on both their request for a ballot and their return envelope containing their ballot.

The new law also provides a chain of custody of Texas ballots, something Democrats resist.

SHOCKING: New Hampshire Bombshell – Voting Machine Firm Sat in on May Meeting, Knew Folds Would Cause Problems Months Before Election

By Joe Hoft
Published May 30, 2021 at 11:15am

Windham-new-hampshire-flyer.jpg

New Hampshire citizens may have thought they were going to get to the bottom of the odd 2020 Election results in the state. Unfortunately, it looks like some really strong men and women of character need to stand up because the efforts in Windham have been hijacked by the same shady people involved in the 2020 Election mess.

Over the past few weeks, efforts were underway to get to the bottom of the 2020 Election results in New Hampshire. The town of Windham was the focal point as there were abnormalities in the results from the election that were observed there and the locals demanded a real audit of the results.

Unfortunately, the individuals responsible for selecting the auditors who would audit the results, selected auditors who were severely compromised due to their connections with leaders in the Democrat Party, Pelosi and Schumer, and each other.

1622406107161.png

One issue that was identified and reported on by Sara Ibanez the GraniteGroc related to folds in the ballots:
In a stunning conclusion provided by the Windham Audit Team, it was determined that some machines were tricked by the creases in mail-in ballots to the detriment of Republican candidates. The creases resulted in overvotes that crushingly affected straight-ticket Republican ballots, in particular.

This revelation is news to the public, but our trusted politicians and Jeff Silvestro of LHS Associates knew this would happen months before the election occurred.
Irrespective of their knowledge, they collectively committed gross negligence when they failed to implement corrections that would have protected the voters of New Hampshire.

Moreover, Philip J. Abirached, Chairman of the Windham Republican Town Committee reported yesterday that “the function of rejecting overvotes was turned off per the state’s request.”

The combination of events lends credence to all reasoning behind New Hampshire citizens’ distrust of elected officials, especially some Republicans who are deemed infiltrators.
Ibenez notes that a “Meeting of the Select Committee on 2020 Emergency Election Support” was held on May 19th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. The participants were all listed with one exception.

All of the participants were clearly listed at the top of the minutes to include House Election Law Committee Chair, Rep. Barbara J. Griffin; David Scanlan, Deputy Secretary of State; Orville “Bud” Fitch, Legal Counsel to the Secretary of State; Nicholas Chong Yen, Assistant Attorney General; among others.

Except one. There is one person not listed as either “Member” or “Participating”, but who piped into the meeting unexpectedly pages deep into the transcribed scroll.

That person was Jeff Silvestro, President of LHS Associates. (AKA Dominion.) The transcription refers to him as Jeff Silvestro of AHI Associates. (AHI is not a keystroke combination indicative of a typo. Not even close.) His participation in the meeting though seemingly covert was instrumental toward the production and decision-making concerns of the ballots used in the 2020 General Election.
Silvestro’s family has been running most of the New England voter machine business for decades. The fact that he was not listed in the minutes is at best a gross misreporting. At worse, it is a criminal activity intended to cover up his attendance at the meeting.

1622406182520.png

Jeff Silvestro was also allowed into the audit in Windham as well which was very concerning as we reported previously.

1622406231272.png

Ibenez in her article then notes the following:
When a question was posed about the absentee ballots and whether or not they ought to consider using manila envelopes for people to remit the ballots to avoid having to fold them, Silvestro drew from his pre-existing knowledge.

“Folded ballots always have a higher possibility of being misread or rejected. The creases can cause shadowing and result in misreading/rejection,” Silvestro said.

“I’d like to see less folded ballots, but I don’t think it’s possible with what we’re trying to accomplish”, he said.

What were they trying to accomplish? Why did they not eliminate the problem entirely and go with manila envelopes?
Ibenez goes on to list a number of conclusions that are just shocking.

The people of New Hampshire need to get together and stand up and demand a forensic audit of all the ballots in the state with additional audits of the machines used in the state. The Arizona Senate’s work in Maricopa County should be mirrored since it is best in class.

Godspeed New Hampshire.

On Saturday night, the Arizona Audit War Room Twitter page tweeted out that America’s Audit had reached a HUGE MILESTONE!

“1 million ballots counted in the ONLY forensic audit in Maricopa County!”

This is a Huge Milestone. We are about halfway through this historic audit and we will have a result soon!
)
One million ballots have been inspected out of 2.1 million total ballots!

This comes just 2 days after Audit Director Ken Bennett told us they were over 800,000 ballots completed. As you can see, the pace is increasing as they trained over 300 new volunteers last week and even more this week, “but the speed is not our goal, accuracy is our number one goal.”.

The audit will take Sunday off but they will resume counting on Monday. With their current pace, this audit should be finished before the end of June.

@AuditWarRoom is providing live audit updates alongside @ArizonaAudit on Twitter.

The Gateway Pundit’s man on the ground, Jordan Conradson, will check in with Ken Bennett on Monday for another update on America’s Audit.

New Yorkers know this election was stolen.

Last night at The Mets game, a “Trump Won” banner was lowered during the baseball game.

This banner was similar to the one lowered at Yankee Stadium just days prior. They both read “Trump Won – Save America” but they are different colors.

Wisconsin Republicans expand investigation into 2020 election nonprofits
  • By Benjamin Yount | The Center Square contributor

(The Center Square) – The investigation by Republican lawmakers into actions taken by outside, nonprofit groups during Wisconsin’s election last fall is growing.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, told News Talk 1130 WISN’s Dan O'Donnell on Thursday that he is hiring three former police officers to lead the legislative investigation.

The Legislature has been holding hearings into the outside group for months. Vos’ decision this week expands that investigation.

“We want to make sure we have a continuing fact-basis,” Vos said. “We have gotten great reports from people all around the state, and I want those to keep pouring-in. We need more and more folks to sign affidavits, to work with these investigators, to say ‘I was in X-municipality, and this is what I personally witnessed.’”

Vos said the investigators will have subpoena power, as well as the power to grant immunity.
The investigation will not lead to criminal charges, since the Legislature doesn’t have that power. But Vos said he hopes to show clear and convincing evidence that these outside groups broke Wisconsin’s election laws, so that lawmakers can change those laws.

“I want to work on building the idea that Gov. [Tony] Evers is going to sign these bills,” Vos said. “If we have independent investigators go out and find the data and clearly show why the election laws need to be changed, I think Gov. Evers will be forced to listen. And if for some reason he doesn’t, then we will have a fact-base to show the electorate ... that we need to change the guy in the [governor’s office] if he’s not willing to listen to the facts.”

TRUMP: Democrats Are Fighting Georgia Audit Because ‘They Know The Vote Was Corrupt’
"Republicans must fight hard and win!"

Andrew White
by ANDREW WHITE
May 30, 2021

1622409868894.png

President Donald Trump issued a statement on Friday night slamming Democrats in Georgia for pushing back against 2020 election integrity efforts for a forensic audit of 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County.

President Trump issued the statement from his website amid reports that the Fulton County Election Board hired defense attorneys from a prestigious law firm who filed paperwork to halt the motion granted by a judge last week allowing the inspection of absentee ballots cast in the highly controversial 2020 election.

“Why are the Radical Left Democrats in Georgia fighting so hard that there not be a Forensic Audit of 150,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County? There can only be one reason, and that is because they know the vote was corrupt and the audit will show it,” wrote President Trump. “Republicans must fight hard and win!”

As National File reported, veteran election officials have alleged that up to 30,000 “fake” ballots have been found in Georgia. “Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,” said Fredericks. “Somebody printed them up on a machine and ran them through the vote counting machines. They’re not real. They’re not attached to anybody.”

President Trump, who refers to the 2020 Presidential election as “the most corrupt Election in the history of our Country,” recently praised Arizona Republican State Senators for the “great job they are doing on the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam” in their state.

“Our Country is watching as early public reports are indicating a disaster, far greater than anyone had thought possible, for Arizona voters,” wrote President Trump.

After learning of polls that indicate how a majority of Republican voters believe that President Trump is the “true” US President, that the 2020 election “was tainted by illegal voting” and ultimately stolen from Trump, the former President said “I always knew America was smart!”
President Trump recently slammed Fox News and Chris Wallace for their anti-Trump coverage, as National File reported.
Morris then asked about the presence of Paul Ryan on Fox News’s board, and about Chris Wallace, briefly mistakenly referring to him as Mike Wallace, the name of his veteran journalist father. “No, he’d like to be Mike Wallace, that’s his father,” said President Trump. “That’s Chris Wallace.” President Trump added, “Yeah, he was disastrous. He was your basic disaster. He’s just a very negative guy. And the people don’t want to hear that. That’s why they tune out.”

The Auditors of the Windham, New Hampshire 2020 Election Results Audit Invited the President of the Voting Machine Company to the Audit – Why?

By Joe Hoft
Published May 30, 2021 at 7:00pm
Harri-Hursti-T.jpg

Why did voting machine expert Harri Hursti invite the President of the firm who sold the machines to Windham, New Hampshire, to the audit, and was this proper?

It was computer scientist Dr. Harri Hursti who invited, LHS Associates’ President Jeff Silvestro directly onto the floor of the Windham, NH forensic audit of its 2020 election, in close proximity to the Diebold AccuVote Optical Scan (AV-OS) tabulators and their removable memory cards which were used in the 2020 election.

Windham’s residents and voters have been outraged that the man who services the town’s election machines has been allowed to be involved in the audit of those machines.

That this represents a conflict of interest is readily apparent to anyone as we reported a week ago:

1622434353152.png

Last Saturday, May 22, Hursti told Nick Moseder, a visiting citizen journalist on the scene in Windham, that it was the decision of the forensic audit team to allow Silvestro to be there.

That team includes computer scientist and statistician Dr. Philip Stark and political scientist Dr. Mark Lindeman, from the besieged nonprofit Verified Voting. See the 1:16:23 mark in the video below:

View: https://youtu.be/BA4QNF3G_Ug
1:56:45 min

Nick Moseder has been providing factual and hard-hitting reports of his on-the-ground observations and interviews in Windham since last week. He doesn’t let up on officials until he gets answers and is confirms he has the correct facts.

Interviewing Hursti and Stark in the parking lot outside the audit building, Moseder asked them if they knew who gave Jeff Silvestro, from LHS Associates, permission to be on the floor and involved in that audit.

Hursti stated that the forensic audit team did. The video reveals that Stark was stunned by this bombshell of an announcement. However, he quickly covered for Hursti, agreeing that it was the decision of the team.

Moseder, quick on the uptake, turned to Stark and reminded him that, in a previous interview he, Stark, had told Moseder that he didn’t know who got the guy onto the audit floor.

Stark then back-pedaled, hemmed and hawed and claimed jet lag, as Hursti quickly jumped in and authoritatively took command of the spin.

Stark clearly had not been updated by Hursti that the story was to be that the entire forensic audit team was responsible for this election machine salesman-President, Jeff Silvestro – the guy who also programs the Windham Diebold AV-OS removable memory cards – being deliberately inserted into the audit.

Thanks to Nick Moseder, Windham and New Hampshire citizens, and the world, now know that Dr. Harri Hursti apparently made the decision to get this election machine fixer into the audit. Hursti also just took it upon himself to speak on the team’s behalf, while adding this new member to that team.

The Silvestro family has been affiliated for decades with LHS Associates and is the vendor in most New England states for Dominion Voting Systems’ Image-Cast electronic election machines and supplies.

In addition to servicing these older Diebold units, LHS Associates also programs their old-style, removable memory cards.

That fact was confirmed by an undated New Hampshire Secretary of State document:
Dominion Voting Systems currently owns the intellectual property rights of the AccuVote device through the acquisition of another voting services company. Former owners of the AccuVote include Business Records Corp., Global, Diebold, ES&S, Premier and others. Dominion Voting Systems has never manufactured or programmed the devices used in New Hampshire. A long-time local vendor, LHS Associates from Salem, NH, sells and services the AccuVote ballot counting devices used in New Hampshire and other New England states. They also program the memory card used in each AccuVote device to properly read and record the choices made on each ballot as it is fed through the machine.
We know for a fact that for some unknown reason both Stark and Lindeman were absent on the two days, last Wednesday and Thursday, upon which the team had previously decided they were to audit the Diebold memory cards and their accompanying AV-OS tabulators.
Advertisement - story continues below

This left Hursti with no checks and balances upon his work during an expensive and critical forensic audit, a practice which is not standard procedure in forensic audits like this one.
Hursti’s response to that issue when a resident raised it during a public Q&A , was to express indignation at the question and to point to all the cameras on him as he worked alone.
That, of course, was an evasive answer. Cameras are no substitute for trained, professionals checking each other’s work and findings in real time during an audit.

In addition, there are many, many things that an auditor in this position could be doing while his or her back is to the cameras, which would remain forever invisible to the public-at-large.

Why did Harri Hursti need to have Jeff Silvestro present as he audited these election machines and, as important, their memory cards?

We don’t know. It is all very troubling.

This isn’t the first time Hursti has had an encounter with a Silvestro with Diebold AV-OS tabulators in the picture.

During Hursti’s September 19, 2007 testimony in front of the NH House Election Law Committee, as he blasted the Diebold AV-OS machines, you can see a guy seated behind him who had the nerve to jump up, interrupt him and literally start promoting Diebold voting machines directly to the legislators!

1622434234175.png

That Diebold salesman was Jeff Silvestro’s father, John.

Once again, 14 years later, a Silvestro, this time Jeff, has boots on the ground where there’s a threat to business with the government, this time on the floor of the Windham forensic audit.

LHS Associates, President Jeff Silvestro and his father John, its CEO and Treasurer, could stand to lose a lot of money if Windham residents and taxpayers, disgusted with these election machines, decided – after this disaster of an audit – that they’re going to ditch these machines and go back to good old-fashioned hand-counted paper ballots, counted in public in front of everybody, with that count completed as soon as possible after the polls close on Election Day.

The Silvestro’s have a vested interest in preserving the status quo and their product’s reputation.

In fact, it appears that LHS has a corner on the market upon the sale of electronic voting machines in New Hampshire. The same Secretary of State document cited, above, states:
The AccuVote machines are the only ones approved for use by the NH Ballot Law Commission (RSA 656:41), and the last approval to upgrade the AccuVote was issued in 2010. The decision to use an AccuVote ballot counting device is made at the local level, and is usually made to reduce the resources needed to conduct a hand-count.
Since the majority of New England states also contract with LHS Associates for their election machine purchases and service contracts, business could really tank if this Windham forensic audit revealed that these units and their memory cards are old and problematic.

On the other hand, that opens up the market to a whole series of brand new electronic voting machine contracts and service agreements for LHS Associates.

We are left with these two, troubling questions:
  1. Why were the decks cleared last Wednesday and Thursday leaving Dr. Harry Hursti as the only member of the forensic audit team present who, we now know, is the one who wanted Jeff Silvestro side-by-side with him?
  2. What was the purpose in Hursti having a representative of LHS Associates, which programs these Diebold memory cards, next to him while he audited the Diebold AV-OS removable memory cards and their tabulators?

AZ Sen. Wendy Rogers Lists Takeaways from AZ AUDIT Tour: “The Media have Served to Fragment and Erode Our Confidence”

By Jordan Conradson
Published May 31, 2021 at 9:15am

AZ Senator Wendy Rogers went on the floor in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Thursday, May 27th, for a tour of the historic Arizona Audit. She took notes on what she observed and shared her insight with TGP.

Here are some of her takeaways from the tour of the audit floor:
Increase in capacity now:

From 17 to 32 paper inspection tables using microscopic cameras
From 20 to 44 counting tables (yellow, green, blue)
From 4 to 12 aggregation tables
The pace is picking up daily

More audit forensics are done each day

Theoretically, mail-in ballots should all be of the same type, composition, and fiber with little to no variance. So if variances ARE seen, there should be an explanation, if there is no explanation, then that is a gap.

703 precincts were condensed down to 175 precincts. Every precinct has different ballots. Thus, if your ballot was “printed on demand”, then the paper in those situations could legitimately vary… but the paper should not vary for mail-in ballots.

We now DO have the deleted databases folder
  1. Despite news accounts, it really WAS deleted.
  2. It was CyFIR who discovered this and they are none other than the firm who discovered the June 2015 US Gov’t Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breach where SF86 forms used for Top Secret security clearances were compromised. The bad guys had been infiltrated into OPM for three years.
  3. Sample scenario:
Ballot box’s pink slip says 200 ballots contained in the box. Really only 99 physical ballots are actually IN the box. There should be TWO cross-references to verify this. The Dominion machine would have a batch number corresponding to that grouping of ballots AND Dominion should have the scanned imagery to similarly correlate to those ballots. Where are the remaining 101 ballots? Are they imaged in Dominion? Is their batch number tallied in Dominion?

Constituent questions:
Q: Will the AZ Audit be enough?
Senator Rogers:
Yes, because it will inform legislation necessary to plug the gaps to restore the public’s confidence.

Q: What has been the media’s role?
Senator Rogers:
The media have served to fragment and erode our confidence.

Q: Will it be provable?
Senator Rogers:
Contrary to her claims, Secretary Hobbs’ concern of contamination of the tabulator machines is completely baseless. CyFIR’s standard operating procedures for data collection are Read Only capabilities such that nothing can be altered. Everything is also provably videoed. Dominion itself declined the invitation to observe the AZ Audit.

Q: Will the AZ Audit’s results be legally actionable?
Senator Rogers:
Potentially, yes. Indeed, intent versus accidental sloppiness is determinable.

Bottom Line: The left redefines “evidence” to be proof. The way it really goes is you have enough evidence to proceed with investigation and discovery. Then you determine the conclusion based upon proof. Example: You go outside and the ground is wet. Was it due to rain? Was it your neighbor’s sprinklers? Was it morning dew? One needs more information for proof. If the courts and media stop you, then you will never discover the proof to know the truth.

Summary to the audience from Cyber Ninjas CEO:

  1. This has never been done before.
  2. It’s really important for our democracy to be transparent
  3. Unfortunately, technology has gotten in the way rather than helping.
  4. Where will we be if voters think their votes don’t matter anymore?
  5. We have a solid AZ Audit team that is ready and capable to get it done.
  6. This is a calling. We will overcome any and every obstacle.
  7. Can’t wait till it’s over so that the participants can talk all they want about what they’ve seen!
  8. Physical data collection completed by the end of June. The report will follow sometime later.

New Hampshire Citizen Chau Kelley Fights for Fair Elections Today “Because We Know What It’s Like to Lose the Country to Communism”

By Joe Hoft
Published May 31, 2021 at 1:36pm
Chau-Kelley.jpg

Americans who have seen their former countries be taken over by communists warn Americans of what happens in Communist regimes.

We wanted to take a moment and share the story of one American in New Hampshire, Chau Kelley, a political refugee from Communist Viet Nam, who has been a part of the large, very determined, and very vocal group of patriots in Windham and throughout New Hampshire who fought hard for an audit of that town’s 2020 election. Given the inadequate and even unethical outcome of that audit, these same patriots, and now even more of them, have begun the fight to have the entire state of New Hampshire’s elections forensically audited.

Recognizing that honest and trustworthy elections are not only worth fighting for, it is essential that we do so to protect and preserve the Republic, these everyday Americans in the Town of Windham, New Hampshire, like those in Maricopa County, Arizona, Fulton County, Georgia, Antrim County, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and elsewhere, have all taken to the battlefield in their home towns against corrupted elected officials including governors, secretaries of state, attorney generals, county boards of supervisors and selectmen, federal, state & county election officials and even one county sheriff.

We have woken up. We now recognize that there is a concerted attack, from within, against our own American election infrastructure. We now realize that our freedom is, indeed, a very precious thing and that the liberty and rights which we take for granted can be taken from us.

Nick Moseder is a citizen journalist who traveled to Windham, New Hampshire, and who has provided innovative, on-the-ground interviews we would never have seen but for his skill and determination to out the truth.

Here is the moving and compelling interview of Chau Kelley who lived through the Communist take-over of her country and whose family fled that country, Viet Nam, to come to America. Her father, a Marine captain, was a prisoner-of-war of the Communists for seven years.

Burned in her memory is the actual date the Communists took over her home country.
This interview took place outside the Cross Training Center on the New Hampshire National Guard campus in Pembroke, New Hampshire a little over a week ago, on Saturday, May 22, 2021. (See below beginning at 1:36.44).

May this serve as a reminder here on Memorial Day, that if you don’t protect and defend your freedoms, your beautiful country, and its sovereignty, your sweet land of liberty – against all enemies, foreign and domestic you could lose them all.
We know what it’s like to lose the country to Communism, on April 30, 1975. And when you lose your country to the Communists you lose everything, including your soul, because Communists means they believe in no God. So, they have no fear whatsoever, just like the Communists in this country…

…We have to stand up and fight and defend our freedom here in this country because America is the last frontier for freedom for the whole world. America is the last hope for the whole world.

Fulton County Georgia Ballot Storage Facility Was Left Open for Hours – Attorney’s Own Hired Staff Discovered the Place Wide Open
By Joe Hoft

Yesterday we reported on the facility in Fulton County, Georgia, where an alarm went off and it was found wide open. The building is where election ballots are kept in the County.

Newsmax’s Emerald Robinson tweeted out more on this yesterday.

CD Media is all over this story. They reported that attorney Bob Cheeley is the plaintiff attorney in the Fulton County, GA election fraud case. The case is working its way through the court of Judge Amero in Henry County, having been moved out of Fulton for procedural reasons.

Judge Amero granted Cheeley’s, and attorneys for the other plaintiffs’, request to unseal and scan at 600 dpi the mail-in ballots from the 2020 general election. Allegations are that tens of thousands of counterfeit ballots are included in the 147,000 batch of mail-in ballots and envelopes. The video surveillance film from State Farm Arena the night of Nov 3rd seems to validate these allegations.

CD Media shared:
Cheeley recounted how he hired his own off-duty police security detail since the hearing on May 21 to guard the warehouse as he did not trust Fulton County to do the job as per court order.
Fulton County attorneys had pressured the judge during earlier communications, saying the off-duty police cars were ‘intimidating’ the Fulton County employees by parking in the facility lot. The judge asked the private security force to park on the street, as Fulton County was threatening to arrest the off-duty officers for trespassing.

Fulton County had been ordered by Judge Amero to guard the facility 24/7.

Two Fulton County Sheriff vehicles had been securing the building since May 25th when Judge Amero ordered the facility guarded. Yesterday at 4pm, the two Sheriff cars left the parking lot for two hours. Twenty minutes after the cars left the premises, the security alarm went off. The private security detail heard the alarm and investigated, finding the door unlocked and the building unattended.
According to the report, the building was left open until 8 pm when a county employee stopped by and locked the open door.
Cheeley delcared he is filing two motions of contempt against Fulton County this week for willfully disobeying the judge’s order to have the facility guarded at all times. Judge Amero had issued an earlier injunction (1 of 2) to have the ballots secured.
The Georgia 2020 Election was a mess and still is. The fact that no one in law enforcement with the ability is willing to make arrests is frightening.

America better wake up fast.
