In a righteous world, either the fact kamala's tweet was after the police were shot, or the fact that her facts re: the case are wrong, would be enough to bury her for life.

It wasn’t a no knock warrant. The police knocked and identified themselves and Taylor’s boyfriend opened fire! Tell the truth! Taylor would be alive today, if her thug boyfriend didn’t open fire on the police.
Attorney General said the warrant was a no knock. The officers decided to knock instead. He was clear and concise about the whole event.

Meanwhile, the Louisville Metro Police Department is livestreaming their response:

A police officer in the shooting of Brionna Taylor has been indicted by a Grand Jury and charged with three counts of 'wanton endangerment' of the first degree in Taylor's death, after he was found to have "blindly" fired 10 rounds into Taylor's apartment after her boyfriend opened fire on the police.

— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) September 23, 2020
Bond for the officer, Brett Hankison, has been set at $15,000. According to Attorney General Daniel Cameron, Hankison faces up to 5 years in prison for each count.
Notably, two other officers involved in the incident were not charged, while more serious charges were not brought against Hankison, per The Hill. According to Cameron, the other officers were "justified in their use of force."

It's armed insurrection. I have heard more than a few streams tonight where morons were shouting that cops are now legitimate targets to be killed. Now that they have been shot and firebombed, we have gone beyond bottles, bricks and fireworks to actual warfare in the streets.

No going back to what life was like a few months ago.

I’m shocked that Chicago isn’t on that list.
There was a significant military presence here in Chicago. It was mighty ugly early. There were two assassination-type shootings earlier (daylight hours). Both head shots while the guys were sitting in their cars. One was two blocks from me. There were two State choppers overhead at that time. They were only at about 700 feet and working almost a grid-like pattern. There were protests but I have a good idea why they were cut short. I can't post it here. I heard it on the police scanner. I'll find somewhere to post it in BS.

hasn't been that much ACTUAL protesting >>> more like 75% looting - and that isn't happening again without one hell of a fight - Lightfoot has taken off the gloves protecting Michigan Ave

Actually, I'm right downtown and there is no more looting. All of the protests are small and don't cause any more trouble than obstructing traffic. The State police are using choppers to collect cell phone numbers of protesters. The city has actively arrested previous looters based on cell phone identification and video verification. Michigan Ave, Wabash, Street and anything east of Michigan has a cop car parked on the street with lights one -- 24/7.

There are other reasons that things are so peaceful here. I've heard that information first hand.

Thank you for your post. My sister lives across the street from Pritzker's house - near Lake Shore Drive - and I'm worried about her. I'm going to follow you over to BS to find out the rest!
