When I was at UC Berkeley in the late 80's and living in student co-op housing on the north side, weekends would get loud with music playing from the hot tub in the courtyard late into the night. Distinctly remember being annoyed by the song 'Sympathy for the Devil' by the Rolling Stones. Songs from the album, Storms of Life by Randy Travis was my retaliatory music blasted from my window. They got the message.
I know I'm late and the "game" is officially over, but I just heard that MTV was 40 years old on Aug 1st. Never had time nor the inclination to watch it. Still, for a series to be on for 40 years is something. This tune was the first one they did.
