after the US finished off Iraq - they went looking for the Iraq Airlines jetliners that had disappeared as the war started .... bribed a few of the previously employed airport employees .... they took the investigators out into the sand dunes poking around with metal rods - 6 feet under the sand ....

Seems like there would have been enough steel somewhere on those planes to be able to use a metal detector of good quality?

IIRC Since the 1960s supersonic flight over the CONUS has been prohibited unless there's a national emergency of some sort.
Used to hear them all time when I was a kid - since they were banned the only time I heard one was on 9/11/01.
If we start hearing a lot of sonic booms all of a sudden then something surely is afoot!
I have not heard any here in Maine, but we have the chem trail fleet going over frequently, and there is quite a swarm of them. They were spraying us pretty heavily over the weekend.
Funny thing; right after they spray us, everybody comes down with the "flu"(??)

What I was referring to was in post #1, at the very top of the image the lat. and long. of that particular plane was clearly and precisely displayed. I do not know if that plane was one of those trying to dodge radar, but who needs radar with this info available? I’m sure I’m missing something here.

I think they are primarily all aluminum, they probably could have been found by a detector, but there’s a lot of desert out there.

Well one thing was for sure today, around 2 PM we had non stop BOOMs out here in Pahrump Nevada. Someone said they were testing weapons on a base around here somewhere. I watch all the milcom traffic twitter accounts, and saw lots of activity as well but did not put it all together. The booms we were hearing were enough to get people on facebook and ask what was going on.

Actually a good number of P3 Orion / P8 Poseiden flights around CONUS today... could be routine, or could be related to reports of a Russian submarine spotted off the United States... it's anyone's guess, but we can make an educated on it has to do with the Russian sub.

from what I remember of it - they had no idea the crazy bazards had buried them - most of the Iraq Air Force was either destroyed or accounted for .... in Gulf One the Iraqi had flown out their remaining air force to Iran .... they were still hunting Saddam and had stopped him from jetting off when Baghdad fell ....

Don't take this the wrong way, but do you have a confirmed source of that assertion or is that your opinion?

That's my opinion based on years of observation of this sort of thing on the internet.
There are lots of reports that turn out to be nothing at all.

Look at all the "warnings" about imminent war or financial collapse that get repeated every couple of weeks. The internet thrives on hysteria.

There's no real "confirmation" of any unusual activity outside of a few random tweets by random people.

Let's keep in mind that these air routes are likely not 100% accurate. Critical routes are cloaked... for example the E3 AWACS routes are not revealed, and if they are, the route is not correct. However, this gives us an idea that the sub-hunters are out there. Which is good.

AH- NOW I know what these planes look like. I was in Clinton, MD (at the end of the Andrews AFB runway) on Tuesday-one of these exact same colored/liveried planes flew over my head into Andrews. This was about 2pm or so Tuesday.
They must be contracted to DOD for who knows what type of transport jobs.

I'd say the sub is somewhere out in Chesapeake bay. I heard a FLURRY of heavy choppers going fast to the east of my house about 3pm today. Sighted one UH-60 LAMPS (anti sub warfare) Blackhawk, heard a CH-53 as well. Those choppers haven't come back, or I would have heard them.
If it is a sub it's in my backyard.

If we do find a sub in open water what do we do about it?
How about if we find it in our territorial water?
When do we actually sink it?
Do we send an attack sub to aggressively track it and encourage it to leave?
Or stealth track it until it makes noise like opening missile doors?

Funny thing watched to military helicopters in a color I have never seen no visible markers looked like a puke green brown mix together hard to describe the color following parallel to I-90 about 1/4 mile from the interstate at about 500 feet slow headed eastbound along the highway like the were tailing or following something outside of CDA, ID. Normally when you see them they are humming by but today slow. My point of vision lasted about 90 seconds till the were out of my line of vision.

The House Intelligence Committee voted today to allow all congressional members to view a summary report of classified documents behind the “Clinton Dossier”.

As Byron York writes in the Washington Examiner: “At the committee’s meeting Thursday morning, Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., offered a motion to allow all House members to review a brief report prepared by the Republican majority summarizing the panel’s investigation into what GOP members call “FISA abuse.””

All of the Republicans voted to allow the sunlight, Adam Schiff and all the Democrats on the committee voted to block the sunlight.

[…] There will be no copies of the report handed out to House members. Instead, a copy will be made available for them to read in a secure room in the Capitol. They won’t be able to take the report out of the room. But they will know the answers to the questions.

Which raises another question: When will the public know? Obviously, the more House members know about the dossier investigation, the more likely its classified results are to leak. That might happen at any time.

But Republicans can pursue another strategy, as well. The House itself can declassify documents under certain conditions. If enough members support declassifying the House Intel report, then the House as a body could move to declassify the information in it. And then the public would know. In the last 48 hours anyone on The West Coast may have noticed an up-tic in the North to South high Altitude Jet Traffic running offshore and parallel to the coast.
