If it is him, I think he wants to get caught. Tired of hiding. He will have a lot of attention after he is caught. He is going to have a big, big "story" to tell. He might tell the truth but maybe not and he could be declared insane with the hearing voices that was mentioned.

The MSM will "push" a story for essentially two reasons.
- Driving a preconceived leftist political narrative.
- Focusing on entertainment stories that garner high viewer ratings and/or online "clicks".
A lot of hideously stupid TV shows exist because people actually watch them. As a business, why would they not pander to selling that stuff if it makes money?

The current Gabby Pettito story is a hybrid news and entertainment story that went viral and the MSM is more than happy to cover it.
Bawahaha! I don’t have a problem with it if you’re (males) are truly that stupid. However, as the girl I was talking about continued her tale, it became obvious she was not all there and would be someone who draws trouble. Nope.
I’m brunette and still they try to cheat me. Not long ago was in a jewelry store looking for a sterling silver chain to replace my broken one. Well the “mom” pulls out a “silver” chain and I check it for markings.
Ask son if it’s sterling why isn’t it marked as such. Mom says “I bought that myself “. I said “Lady, if you bought it, you sure were cheated bc it’s not sterling.” She continued to argue. Son said “come back next week and I will have what you want.” I never went back.
However, had i, I would have had my super magnet with me to make sure they didn’t just jive brand a piece of crap. But I never went back. Hope he bought a good deal of sterling. I can’t stand liars and cheats.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of men (especially auto stuff) who think women know nothing and attempt to take advantage. It really stinks.

The manner of death - homicide - was determined and released to the public rather quickly. Many times they will wait and release both the manner and cause of death at the same time after getting tox screens, etc., back. That they didn't do that with Gabby tells me it was very obvious what had happened to her but they chose not to release the cause at that time. Gunshot wounds, slit throat, bashed in head, etc., wouldn't need the additional information from testing to determine this was a homicide.

Brian Laundrie, who is being hunted in connection to girlfriend Gabby Petito’s death, is “well versed” in surviving long periods of time in the wild, a former co-worker told The Post.
Laundrie, 23, identified as a person of interest in Petito’s death during the couple’s cross-country trip, disappeared last week and is the subject of a massive manhunt at a 25,000-acre reserve near his Florida home.
But Laundrie could prove hard to find — he once bragged to co-workers that he survived on just crackers for six weeks while camping, the co-worker said.
“In conversation about hiking … Brian talked about the longest time that he spent in the woods was 6 weeks and bragged about only having a large pack of either cheese or peanut butter crackers to sustain him for that time,” the source told The Post in a text. [My note: I doubt it was just peanut butter crackers.]
“He is well versed in spending a long time in the woods and living off nearly nothing,” they said.
Laundrie and Petito, 22, left on their trip from her parents’ Long Island home on July 2, and blogged about their trek through national parks until late last month.
Photos on Laundrie’s Instagram page show him renovating Petito’s white 2012 Ford Transit van, including adding solar panels, and images of the couple camping.
Laundrie’s posts also indicate a love for the outdoors and solitude.
“Zion is proof that mankind can ruin anything even in an effort to preserve it,” he wrote in a July 18 Instagram post from Zion National Park in Utah. “Beautiful park just with an unfortunate infestation of human beings.”
If he’s not in the Florida reserve, Laundrie would have had a head start in getting away from authorities — neighbors said he went camping with his parents after returning home, while his parents waited for days before they reported him missing on Friday.
Meanwhile, tension between Laundrie and Petito during their trip became evident during an Aug. 12 traffic stop in Utah, where Moab police questioned the couple over an alleged domestic incident.
Bodycam footage shows Petito sobbing hysterically while being questioned, with Laundrie claiming she attacked him. Although he had scratches on his face, a 911 call released by police indicates the report was over Laundrie slapping Petito.
Police did not file charges and separated the couple for the night.
On Aug. 27 — the last time Petito was seen alive — witnesses said Laundrie flipped out on the staff at a Wyoming restaurant, forcing Petito to apologize for him.
The incident at the Merry Piglet happened about 30 miles from where Petito’s body was found Sunday at the Bridger-Teton National Forest.
Laundrie returned home without Petito on Sept. 1 and has since disappeared.
According to police, his parents said he went for a hike at the Carlton Reserve and never returned. An FBI-led search has been searching the dense, marshy park since Saturday.

A memorial is planned Saturday for Gabby Petito in North Port, Florida, where friends will release butterflies and light candles to honor the slain Long Island native, according to a report.
“Join us for a memorial butterfly release and candle lighting in remembrance of Gabby Petito,” reads an invitation by Lisa Correll for the event called “Butterfly Wings to Heaven for Gabby,” the local Daily Sun reported.
The event in front of North Port City Hall at 4970 City Hall Blvd. will begin at 7:15 p.m.
“I just want the family to know our community loved Gabby, even if we didn’t all know her,” Correll told the paper.
Petito, 22, whose body was found in a Wyoming national park on Sunday, has been associated with butterflies since she posted shots of her standing in front of a butterfly mural holding a tiny pumpkin at The Monarch, an event venue in Ogden, Utah.
The caption simply read “Happy Halloween.”
The Monarch Mural memorial has since been visited by strangers who left flowers, lit candles and wrote messages.
In North Port, people continue to honor and remember the young woman by stopping by a tree in front of City Hall.
Philip McGowan said a prayer and left flowers on Wednesday.
“Such a horrific act … heaven has a new angel,” he told the news outlet.
Meanwhile, Petito’s family is planning a “Shine a Light for Gabby” memorial Friday night on Long Island, where she grew up in the quiet Suffolk County hamlet of Blue Point.
Organizer Jenny McNamara said they hope the memorial is an intimate event.
“We don’t want thousands of people showing up,” she told The Post. “It’s just a personal thing for the community. We are doing it in our homes. There is no mass gathering.”
A service was planned for the 22-year-old at Moloney’s Funeral Home in Holbrook Sunday, but it has been put on hold as the investigation continues in Wyoming, funeral director Connor Moloney told The Post.
On Wednesday, Petito’s stepfather visited the Wyoming campground where her remains were found and made a small memorial at the site.
James Schmidt, who is married to Petito’s mother, Nichole, was accompanied by a family friend when he left a stone cross and flowers at the Spread Creek Dispersed Camping Area in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, The Independent reported.
Petito’s boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, arrived back at his home in North Port without her on Sept. 1. She was reported missing to police Sept. 11 and he has disappeared.

IMO the FBI don't have anything, and are just throwing a bone to the masses. Other than the toxicology the autopsy has been done. I suspect that that text on the 30th shows her phone in WY and his 2 states away, otherwise they would have issued a warrant on the spot on Tuesday.

Not hard to stay off the radar if he's out hiking the Appalachian Trail. They interviewed other family the other day and said he likes to hike the trail and has multiple times. I'm halfway suspecting that "camping" trip with his family was to setup caches for him to find while he's innawoods.

Ya know, there is a lot of back and forth about this case. I'm reminded of Pres. Trump's Russia hoax problem. A lot was said there as well. From the beginning I said to those who wanted Pres. Trump's head on a platter that everyone deserves their day in court. Anyone can say anything. But is it true? THAT is the question. Does this look bad for the guy? No, it looks disastrous.
