Who was it who said that Dog had some actual SKILLS??!!??

PROOF. He had his whole schtick down COLD LONG before TV found him (much like JJ Armes, though JJ never got the TV gig right).

Dog is a very good skip tracer, as well as being comfortable floating in that certain strata of people who may or may not be trustworthy on any given day.
This is honestly a good thing happening.

Yeah. He picked up a 5 year sentence for Murder 1, by being in the wrong place at the wrong time with a stupid "friend".

Chapman went behind the bars for his involvement in the 1976 murder of Jerry Oliver in Pampa, Texas. Oliver, who was selling marijuana to them, was shot dead by Chapman’s friend inside his house during a struggle.
CHAPMAN DIDN’T COMMIT THE MURDER
Although Chapman was waiting for his friend in a car outside Oliver’s home, he was convicted of first-degree murder and served one and half years of his five-year sentence.

Dog's there on his own dime and has made more progress than those jackels at the FBI. He has face recognition and people would be much more likely to talk to him about what they've seen than a regular cop or an alphabet.

The last I heard, the official search is still on at the wilderness preserve. How many days has it been now? Nothing like continuing to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. Maybe it's time to try and different avenue. What can it hurt? Right now you've got bupkis.

Yeah, he's a Felon. So what?

He did his time and lives a clean life now.

I'm not a fan and have seen maybe ten episodes of his show way back wgen but he seemed to try and talk to and pray with those he caught. Even offering to assist them in court or after their Jail time was done so they would not become a Revolving Door type.

Like I said, not really a fan of his show, I quit watching Wrestling when WCW folded and don't care what the Wrestlers [[Hulk Hogan maybe?]] went on to do.

So, did Dog catch the kid or what?

Sat pretty much summed up my view of "Dog".

Not a huge fan but he seems very good at what he does and has emerged from adversity as a better person.
