Trump Justice

Many of us have often wondered if our movement will ever actually see any form of “major victory” in this war against the political establishment. Because of our political beliefs we have been marginalized, booted off of platforms, labeled as delusional conspiracy theory terrorists. There has been a true double-standard of justice when it comes to the two different political factions of this country. While we have been scorned, the corrupt political establishment has appeared to get away with so many wrongdoings:

It never ends.

I understand the feeling of hopelessness many have. The feeling that because we haven’t seen any form of justice to this point, maybe we never will. Many have said that our time is coming. It does feel as if the momentum is finally shifting as we get more revelations from the Durham investigation and the Biden Crime family coupled with the collapse of the mainstream media and the fraudulent administration.

I have given my opinion throughout my series that Donald Trump implemented devolution to counter the stolen election and I believe we will be vindicated by his return to office before 2024. In fact, many of you know that I speculate his return will be prior to the 2022 midterms. I do not believe his return is possible without some form of vindication for those of us know the 2020 election was stolen. I do not believe his return is possible without some form of justice for those who stole the 2020 election, among other things.

What will this vindication look like? What form will this “Trump Justice” take?

And do we have evidence that Trump made moves while President to set this vindication in motion?

John Durham
Many individuals from our movement have been looking to John Durham as one of the key players that will provide us with some of the “Trump Justice” we have been waiting for. There has been so much criminal behavior from the political establishment, and so little public justice, that it’s hard to fathom that anything will actually happen. On the surface it appears that John Durham has been moving at a glacial pace. Because of the lack of big results, I’ve actually seen some individuals, supposedly from our movement, question whether John Durham truly exists (he does).

“At the rate John Durham is going, nothing is going to happen.”

“There has only been 3 indictments.”

“The big names are all going to get away with it.”

I have at times related to the above lines of thinking but as usual, there is something much bigger going on behind the scenes that some of us failed to realize. In order to fully grasp what is happening, we need the context from from the beginning I won’t have the detail that people like Brian Cates and Techno Fog have provide, but I will give the context needed to understand the significance of what Trump did.

On May 17th, 2017, it was reported that Robert Mueller was named as Special Counsel:

The war against the political establishment has been one of moves and countermoves. The Mueller Special Counsel was a political establishment “move.” They would use this investigation as the basis to release hundreds of thousands of fake news and propaganda all aimed to delegitimize Trump.

I like to think of Trump as the ultimate counterpuncher. We often say he is always 10 steps ahead of his enemies. So what would be the ultimate countermove Trump and his team could put in play?

One that came that comes before the political establishment even made their move.

From the release of text messages exchanged between “lovebirds” Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, we learned John Durham was investigating “matters” relating to the 2016 election (those matters being the “Spygate Leaks”) as early as April of 2017:

Before Mueller began his sham special counsel, Durham was already in play. He wouldn’t even officially be appointed by Jeff Sessions as interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut until October 28th, 2017:

There were many significant developments that followed.

Related Matters
On July 27, 2017 and September 26, 2017, Bob Goodlatte, the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, along with the Judiciary Republicans sent letters to Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein calling for a second special counsel (In addition to Robert Mueller). From the July 27th letter:



I want to make sure you note the particular language used in this letter that you will see often throughout this article. Here the phrase “other matters related” to describe what they would like investigated by a second special counsel. Here are those “matters”:





Many of the “matters” above clearly compromise the security of our nation. Just keep in mind that our military is tasked, in part, with defending the security of our nation.

Now, the second letter from the Judiciary Republicans calling for the establishment of a second special counsel to investigate the “matters” listed above came on September 27th, 2017.

On November 13th, 2017, shortly after John Durham’s appointment to interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Assistant Attorney General Stephen E. Boyd issued a response to the letters sent by the Judiciary Republicans:




One particular part of this subsection that is relevant to this article is as follows:



The senior federal prosecutors reviewing “matters” related to the 2016 election were to make recommendations as to whether those “matters” were to be pursued criminally, if there were other “matters” to investigate, and whether any special counsel should be established. We’ll touch on the Grand Jury part shortly.

On March 29th 2018, Jeff Sessions disclosed that he had specifically assigned United States Attorney John Huber to lead the effort of investigating those “various matters”:



Our Turn
Nearly two months later it was reported on May 14th, 2019, that Bill Barr appointed John Durham to investigate the origins of the Russia Collusion Hoax:

It’s still just so interesting to me that John Durham was actively involved with investigating “matters” related to the 2016 election well before the date of May 14th, 2019, when he was officially appointed by Bill Barr.

On September 24th, 2019, it was reported that John Durham assumed parts of John Huber’s Clinton Foundation review:

On January 9th, 2020, it was reported that John Huber’s investigation was concluded and found “no tangible results.” Based on the scope of what John Huber was investigating (the Clinton Foundation and all those “related matters”) it’s hard to imagine his investigation finding “no tangible results.” Why would Durham take on aspects of it if he didn’t find anything of consequence?

We found out in December of 2020 that prior to the election on October 18th, Bill Barr had quietly named John Durham “Special Counsel” investigating the 2016 election and related matters. It’s significant that this move was made prior to the election as it once again shows the foresight of Donald Trump and his team. They knew the election was going to be stolen. They cemented John Dunham’s investigation without political bias prior to the election being stolen.

Let’s recap with a timeline:

April of 2017 - Earliest we know of that John Durham was investigating aspects of the 2016 election

May 17th, 2017 - Robert Mueller is named as Special Counsel

July 27th, 2017 - First letter from Judiciary Republicans calling for a second special counsel to investigate “certain matters” related to the 2016 election

September 26, 2017 - Second letter from Judiciary Republicans calling for a second special counsel to investigate “certain matters” related to the 2016 election

October 28th, 2017 - Jeff Sessions appoints John Durham as the interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut

November 13, 2017 - Assistant Attorney General Stephen E. Boyd confirms senior federal prosecutors have been directed to evaluate the “certain issues” listed by the Judiciary Republicans. This effort was later confirmed to be led by John Huber

So John Durham has his hands all over this investigation going back before Robert Mueller was even named special counsel. John Huber’s investigation has a massive and wide-ranging scope. So many people involved in so many crimes, yet we haven’t had hardly anything of significance in terms of “Trump Justice” to show for any of it.

Why is that?

Because the tool John Durham and the rest of the senior federal prosecutors have been using is the Grand Jury. Many individuals have been speculating all along that John Durham had been empaneling Grand Jurys for his investigation, but the MSM didn’t start talking about it until August of 2021:

The September 16th, 2021, indictment of Michael Sussman brought forth the first official mention of a Grand Jury from the Durham investigation itself:

This is “Yuge” to the devolution theory for two main reasons:

Let’s educate ourselves on what a Grand Jury is:

Think of the Durham investigation and all the “related matters” potentially involved here. How many of these criminals are just continually committing crimes to try and gain power to cover up their previous crimes. All of this is connected and a majority of the same players are involved in so many of them.

Using sealed indictments is the only way to bring these people down. You don’t unseal them until you’re ready to take them all down at once. If these dumbasses keep committing crimes, you have more indictments to add.

It’s impossible for me to believe John Huber, looking into the Clinton Foundation and various “related matters” could conclude his investigation with “no tangible results.”



Memes like this are funny because there is some level of truth to them. Remember, Grand Jury investigations simply have to decide if there is enough evidence to take it to trial, they don’t actually have to convict. Once they find there is enough evidence, they vote to indict, and then the indictment is sealed until the appropriate moment the prosecutor finds it is ready to unseal.

Sealed indictments via Grand Jury is key to taking down the political establishment. I believe things are taking so long because the timing isn’t right yet (as I have been saying for some time). I believe Trump and the players involved in the devolution operation have been involved with assisting Durham and his team in taking down the political establishment through the use of Grand Juries.

Let me show you how.

Executive Action
One of the most famous moves Trump made relating to the Russian Collusion Hoax was his Memorandum issued on January 19th, 2021. The day before leaving office, he announced he would be declassifying numerous documents related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation:

I don’t know about you, but at the time, I was expecting an entire binder full of documents relating to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation to be released. The Crossfire Hurricane investigation is just one aspect of the potential laundry list of crimes and “matters” that were investigated through the use of a Grand Jury. Trump made two other significant moves prior to this one.

On May 23rd, 2019, shortly after Bill Barr announced he had assigned John Durham to investigate the Russian Collusion Hoax, Donald Trump issued a Memorandum to the Federal Register:



The first thing to note is the lack of the FBI as one of the agencies listed. It’s likely because they were one of the ones to be investigated. Also remember that we just discussed that right before leaving office, Trump declassified all of the FBI Crossfire Hurricane Investigation documents.

The second thing to note is the familiar wording we find - “certain related matters.” To me this is a connection that this memo is also applicable to the investigation that was led by John Huber. Here is what this memo ordered:

So essentially this memorandum is ordering all the listed intelligence agencies (INCLUDING THE DOD) to declassify any information that might be related to the Attorney General’s review regarding “activities surrounding the 2016 election and certain related matters.”

I found section 3.1(d) from EO 13526 most interesting:



Just an FYI, remember who Trump nominated to chair the Public Interest Declassification Board before leaving office?

So here is a hypothetical to help us grasp the potential magnitude of this memorandum.

Let’s say the Defense Intelligence Agency (formerly led by Michael “Knows where the bodies are buried” Flynn and currently led by the man who didn’t tell Biden we had the highest level defector in history) had some sort of intelligence pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and their illicit activities.

Or what if the National Security Agency (Formerly led by Admiral Mike “Obama is spying on your campaign” Rogers and currently led by the man we believe captured the election theft) had some sort of intelligence that Tech Executive 1 spied on a sitting president.

This memo allowed for agencies like that, with potential information like that, to assist Bill Barr and John Durham with their investigations. Remember the reporting that DNI John Ratcliffe was declassifying 1,000s of pages of documents? That stemmed from this memo:

On December 14th, it was announced that Bill Barr was resigning via a resignation letter that didn’t say the word “resign” anywhere on it:

The memo did end in an interesting way considering the them of this article.



On December 22nd, 2020, the day before Bill Barr was set to “depart”, Donald Trump issued his bombshell memorandum. A memorandum that was actually signed on December 18th:






First, this memorandum references the previous memorandum which ordered all the listed intelligence agencies (INCLUDING THE DOD) to declassify any information that might be related to the Attorney General’s review regarding “activities surrounding the 2016 election and certain related matters.”

Second, and this is the only thing this memorandum actually accomplishes, it says that the AG is authorized to use the classified information received from all the listed intelligence agencies (INCLUDING THE DOD) “however he deems necessary in connection with his review, including in a GRAND JURY or other proceeding”

I think Trump essentially “gave the game away” with this one. All these agencies, including the DOD have been declassifying documents to assist Barr and Durham in their work investigating the 2016 election and “certain related matters” and Trump specifically wanted it to be known that these documents could be used in Grand Jury proceedings.

This is a checkmate type of move.

The information that could be in play here is the information that would have been available to Michael Flynn and the reason he was the only individual Obama warned Trump about. The information that could be in play here is “where the bodies are buried.” The information that could be in play here might be the end of the deep state as we know it.

All that intelligence and classified information, given to John Durham, the man who can’t be touched.

Closing
Imagine the following hypothetical scenario. You wake up one morning, turn on the news (again, a hypothetical scenario) to hear that well over half of congress, the entire Biden administration, many local government officials from around the United States, many individuals from major corporations, MSM news outlets, etc. have all been indicted for a swath of various crimes.

In other words, what would happen if the entire political establishment, or at least a good chunk of it, were to end up being indicted by the ongoing Durham investigation? Remember what John Huber’s scope was. Basically, matters relating to the Clinton Foundation and the 2016 election.

You can tie pretty much everything to that vague yet broad scope because all of it is related - all of those scandals involve pretty much the same players.

What if one of those indictments is for criminal activity relating to the 2020 election?

There are mountains of evidence the 2020 election was stolen. I believe our military has some of that evidence. What if people were indicted for it, and the military comes forth and shows the evidence they have? What if they already gave it to John Durham as the memos Trump issued directed them to?

Remember the Time magazine article:



These are the people I’m talking about. What if all the RINO’s in every state legislature holding back the decertification process are indicted? What if all those lawyers and corrupt judges, those Non-profit groups, those ballot stuffing mules - what if they all get indicted?

Definitive proof comes forth through these indictments that there was election fraud. How will the MSM spin this when they are also indicted as part of it?

How do we move forward as a country?

This would be the constitutional crisis I have been talking about. I could be wrong here but as far as I could find, there was no method for indicted individuals in our government to be removed from office other than to be voted out by their peers or resigning themselves.

I don’t imagine anybody would resign. Why would they? They would be handing over the little power they have left. Remember, an indictment is not a conviction, it just shows that a Grand Jury found enough evidence to justify a criminal trial. There are instances where indicted individuals are found innocent. That is why there is no rule in place to remove indicted members. Innocent until proven guilty.

A scenario like this would lead us to some sort of special election - a constitutional reset of sorts. It’s the only way I could see us getting out of a mess of this magnitude.

Is something like this what Trump is waiting for? A wave of indictments would shock the nation. It doesn’t matter what your political beliefs are because the indictments would cover both sides of the aisle. A scenario like this would be the taping open of the eyelids for the willfully ignorant, or otherwise brainwashed normie who has been blindfolded the past 6 years. Nobody would be able to look away.

Trump assisted the Durham investigation of Spygate and “certain related matters” (which he has been investigating in some form or another since at least April of 2017) by allowing our intelligence agencies (INCLUDING THE DOD) to declassify relevant material.

Trump issued a memorandum just so he could specifically declare that such declassified material can be used in Grand Jury proceedings. Grand Jury proceedings lead to sealed indictments, and that is the key. Literally thousands of individuals could have been indicted via sealed indictments and nobody would know, even those indicted, until they become unsealed. This is how you shock the nation awake and expose the magnitude of the corruption that has been perpetrated by the cabal for decades, if not longer.

I’ve always considered the Durham investigation to be just another piece of the devolution puzzle.

Is it possible the Durham investigation is part of the endgame?

Throughout this article, I’m going to outline an interesting series of events that transpired very early on in Trump’s Presidency. Although I’m not certain, as there isn’t a document out there that directly spells this out, I believe this series of events may be what started the irregular warfare efforts that have culminated in the current devolution operation we see unfolding.

Heck, maybe this series of events could be what led to Q and the drops. Reminder: I haven’t read the Q drops so it may be inappropriate for me to even comment on them, but in terms of irregular warfare, could there have been a greater weapon than Q? Some of the most awakened and informed people I know became that way directly because of Q. In an information war and battle for the narrative, you would need something like Q as part of your offensive.

I’m simply going to lay out the events for you and welcome you to come to the conclusions for yourself. We will see many familiar faces to devolution which is why I believe there may be something to this story, even if we don’t quite have the full picture.

Before we dig in, I’d like to do a quick recap of Devolution - Part 22 in which I outlined that we are in an ongoing irregular warfare campaign and Trump and his team made many moves directly alluding to that fact. Here is some of my closing from Part 22:



Donald Trump’s recent 12-page statement of straight fire should provide you all the confirmation you need that we are truly in the middle of an irregular warfare battle centered around control of the narratives. He literally used the word “narrative” eight times throughout. But as I have been saying, this battle for the narrative is nothing new. It has been happening for decades.

The Context
With what we now know about irregular warfare, the battle over the narrative can be examined in a new light. Prior to Trump even announcing his run for President, the political establishment had already been carefully crafting their narratives for many years and they had the process down to a science. It was much more subtle then, but it’s extremely obvious now.

The political establishment uses narratives to attain their national policy goals - and these goals typically involve more government control. Because they have always controlled the information environment, they have been able to successfully drive the outcomes of certain issues and events, and then they will try to use it to pass legislation. There are so many examples of this over the years.

Every school shooting is a call for gun control

Typically focused on ones where it’s a white shooter - if you can label your political enemies as white supremacists and domestic terrorists you can kill two birds with one stone

The world is ending because of climate change so no more energy production - just buy a damn electric car already

People can choose to be whatever made up gender they want so if a man wants to use a woman’s bathroom you have to let them

Covid was a great example

Churchgoers are killing people so no more church

My body my choice only matters for abortions, take the damn vaccine

People using their free will to support your business is killing those other people driving alone in their car with a mask on. Here is a huge fine and we’re shutting you down.

Remember how they sold us on the Iran Nuclear deal? We needed to pay the terrorists a bunch of money in order to stop them from doing terrorist things and we can fully trust the terrorists to stop being terrorists because clearly terrorists only care about money and don’t have some sort of deep-seated hatred for the people they inflict terrorism upon. Terrorists are superficial and materialistic, didn’t you know?

Those were just a few off the top of my head, but you should get the point I’m trying to make. A political party with full control of MSM, big tech, social media, and Hollywood is extremely powerful in influencing perception and manufacturing support for their agenda. Not only do they use these tactics to influence our culture and change national policy, but they also use it to maintain their grip on power.

Donald Trump’s 2016 Presidential election was a perfect example. In their attempt to ensure Hillary’s victory, the political establishment created a narrative that Trump was tied to Russia. Let's examine a few key pieces of the timeline:

April 26, 2016: Investigative reporter Michael Isikoff publishes a story on Yahoo News about Paul Manafort's business dealings with a Russian oligarch.

April 27, 2016: The BBC publishes an article titled, “Why Russians Love Donald Trump.”

June 9, 2016: Meeting in Trump Tower includes Donald Trump Jr., Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner with Russian lawyer who said he has political opposition research on Clinton. (No research was ultimately provided.) According to CNN, the FBI has not yet restarted a wiretap against Manafort but will soon do so.

June 17, 2016: Washington Post publishes front page story linking Trump to Russia: "Inside Trump's Financial Ties to Russia and His Unusual Flattery of Vladimir Putin."

Aug. 8, 2016: FBI attorney Lisa Page texts her lover, FBI's head of Counterespionage Peter Strzok,"[Trump is] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!" Strzok replies,"No. No he won't. We'll stop it."

Aug. 14, 2016: New York Times breaks story about cash payments made a decade ago to Paul Manafort by pro-Russia interests in Ukraine. The ledger was released and publicized by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

Aug. 15, 2016: CNN reports the FBI is conducting an inquiry into Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort's payments from pro-Russia interests in Ukraine in 2007 and 2009. After a meeting discussing the election in FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's office, FBI's Counterespionage Chief Peter Strzok texts FBI attorney Lisa Page referring to the possibility of Trump getting elected. "We can't take that risk," he writes. And they speak of needing an "insurance policy."

Sept. 2016: Fusion GPS's Steele becomes FBI source and uses Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr as point of contact. Steele tells Ohr that he's "desperate that Donald Trump not get elected."

President Obama warns Russia not to interfere in the U.S. election

Oct. 7, 2016: Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and Department of Homeland Security issue statement saying Russian government is responsible for hacking Democrat emails to disrupt 2016 election.

Oct. 18, 2016: President Obama advises Trump to "stop whining" after Trump tweeted the election could be rigged. "There is no serious person out there who would suggest somehow that you could even you could even rig America's elections," said Obama. He also calls Trump's "flattery" of Russian president Putin "unprecedented."

Oct. 24, 2016: Benjamin Wittes, confidant of FBI Director James Comey and editor-in-chief of the blog Lawfare, writes of the need for an "insurance policy" in case Trump wins. It's the same phrase FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok had used when discussing the possibility of a Trump win.

Nov. 3, 2016: FBI Attorney Lisa Page texts FBI's Peter Strzok about her concerns that Clinton might lose and Trump would become president: "The [New York Times] probability numbers are dropping every day. I'm scared for our organization."

Nov. 6, 2016: FBI Director Comey tells Congress that Clinton emails on Anthony Weiner computer do not change earlier conclusion: she should not be charged.

Nov. 8, 2016: Trump is elected president.

This isn’t where the narrative died. Not even close. They created the narrative in their attempt to sway voters, but since Trump won anyway, they had no choice but to double-down and continue their push to delegitimize Donald Trump. Hence the entire Russia Collusion Hoax that continued well into Donald Trump’s Presidency.

But it was much more than just that. Not only was Trump going to be the President, but General Flynn was going to be his National Security Advisor. This terrified them.



Obama and his cronies were clearly afraid of Flynn. Trump hired him anyway. Not only did they need to continue to delegitimize Trump with the Russian Collusion Hoax, but they needed to take down Flynn in the process.

[…]Obama’s loyalists did everything they could to get Flynn out of the picture, and they succeeded in doing so by controlling the narrative.

Everything that led to the firing of General Flynn was part of irregular warfare. Did Trump know what they were doing to get rid of Flynn? It is speculated that Trump had at least one ally in the military that was potentially feeding him intel prior to his inauguration.

[…]So Admiral Rogers visited Trump at Trump Tower without notifying Obama. This upset a lot of people and they wanted him gone which to me is further proof Rogers was an ally of Trump.

Taking this even further, do you remember all those requests to unmask General Flynn and other individuals in Trump’s transition team? Those requests are submitted through the NSA.

This means Admiral Rogers would have or at least could have known about every single one of those requests. If he was in fact an ally of Trump, it stands to reason that he would/could be feeding him the intel of those unmasking requests.

My point here is that Trump was likely well aware of what his enemy was up to. He knew they would undermine him at every turn and he knew they were going after Flynn specifically. Trump was inaugurated and Flynn did became the National Security Advisor, and he had brought with him into the NSC many loyalists. The deep state did end up successfully ousting General Flynn, but that wasn’t where the battle ended. Flynn’s loyalists carried on the fight against the deep state after he was gone.

While Trump was fighting this 1000 front irregular war, he needed to appear weak. He needed the enemy to appear as if they were in control. This brings me to who Trump hired to replace General Flynn.



Obama and the deep state framed General Flynn in order to remove him as Trump’s National Security Advisor but when McMaster replaced him there was no attempt to have him removed. Why was that? The MSM and Trump’s opponents praised the hiring of McMaster and the narrative they painted during his tenure was that McMaster was smarter than Trump.

I think it’s safe to say that McMaster is part of the deep state. McMaster was on the Atlantic Council’s board of directors (until his recent resignation) and was a top advisor to David Petraeus - one of Obama’s Directors of the CIA who was forced to resign due to scandal.

I know there are a lot of people in our movement who criticize Trump for his personnel decisions. I personally think Trump is brilliant and always does things for a reason. Why would Trump replace Flynn with McMaster, somebody he must have known was the enemy?

I believe this was all part of the irregular warfare.

Shortly after replacing General Flynn, McMaster started removing the people Flynn brought with him into the NSC.

What I don’t think people truly realize is this was the beginning of Trump’s countermoves in the larger context of this irregular war. In an article released on March 7th, of 2020, we got a better look at what was really going on:

Now let’s examine the reason Higgins was fired:

The Higgins memo perfectly describes the irregular warfare we have seen unfold both before, during, and after Trump’s Presidency. So here is a hypothetical question for you.

Wouldn’t it make sense for somebody considered to be a Trump loyalist, who was working to weed out the deep state in the early days of Trump’s Presidency, who had extensive irregular warfare expertise, who so perfectly spelled out the deep state and their tactics in early 2017, to have played a role in the countermoves required to defeat that same deep state as the battle continued beyond his tenure with the NSC?

Was Higgins involved in devolution somehow? It’s speculative but it makes a ton of sense. I think Higgins was playing a larger role here than people realize, and I think proof of that is provided based on who he was working with at the NSC to weed out the deep state, as well as a few other things I’ll show you later in this article.

After being fired from the NSC, Higgins went on to co-found Unconstrained Analytics:

Just so we’re clear, after he was fired from the NSC, one of the world’s best irregular warfare minds (Higgins) co-founded Unconstrained Analytics with one of the world’s best strategic communication/information operations minds (Coughlin).

You may also find it interesting that on September 6th, 2016, Coughlin gave a speech titled “We’re at War: The Calm Before the Storm.”

Rich Higgins was one of those loyalists, and he was an irregular warfare guru.

Higgins wrote a memo perfectly detailing the deep state and battle for the narrative that Trump was up against – He was fired for this memo

Now let’s find out who Higgins was working with to weed out the deep state:

We already covered Higgins but I want to provide some interesting details about the other 3. I want to start with both Ezra and Harvey. If you’ve read the Devolution Series to this point, you already know that Ezra plays a massive role in whatever Trump was putting in place before leaving office, but more context never hurts.

First, I’d like to point out that when McMaster first tried to fire Ezra, Trump wouldn’t allow it:

Both Richard the Saint and I have covered Oracle extensively so the significance of Ezra going to work there immediately after leaving the NSC should be lost on no one.

[…]In addition to Ezra simply going to work for Oracle (which is massive), there are two other key takeaways from this article that I think are important:

Ezra was one of the White House officials who shared intelligence reports with Devin Nunes

Who was the other? I’ll show you shortly.

Derek Harvey returned to working for Devin Nunes who was leading the charge against the Russia Collusion Hoax

The fact that Devin Nunes, the primary source fighting the Russia Collusion Hoax narrative, is connected to both these individuals is important. This whole war is a battle for the narrative, and we can only imagine how important dismantling the Russia Collusion Hoax is in that battle. That is why we put so much importance on the work Durham is doing - his investigation is a major offensive in this irregular warfare. Because both Ezra and Harvey are connected to Nunes and his work, they are therefore connected to Durham.

Let’s go a little further into the details of both of these two individuals.

First, Ezra and the other official sharing intel with Devin Nunes.

[…]So Ezra Cohen-Watnick and Michael Ellis were the ones who reported to Devin Nunes about the unmasking requests from the Obama White House - the same unmasking requests that Admiral Rogers would have been aware of. Did Rogers tell Ezra and Ellis where to look?

The name Michael Ellis is more important than people realize. Michael Ellis previously worked for Devin Nunes on the house intelligence committee before joining the NSC so he has multiple connections to the battle over the Russian Collusion Hoax narrative. There is also another reason he appears to play an important role but I’ll get to that later on.

Ezra is even further connected to the Durham investigation due to where he went to work after he left Oracle.



[…]It could just be coincidence, but I do find it interesting that Ezra would join the DOJ as the national security advisor to Sessions merely weeks after Sessions disclosed Attorney John Huber was leading the investigation into all the Clinton related scandals - an investigation that was chalk full with major national security issues and would later be handed off to John Durham. […]Now let’s look into Derek Harvey. Derek Harvey, who like Ellis previously worked for Nunes in the House Intelligence Committee ended up returning to his post there as one of Nunes’ top aides. He was working with Nunes and those aides in compiling the Nunes Memo. Who else just happened to be a top aide for Devin Nunes?

Kash Patel (and no I am not Kash Patel).

You can clearly see that there is a very interesting overlap between the same characters who were seeking to weed out the deep state and Devin Nunes and therefore the Durham investigation.

I feel like I’m beating a dead horse every time I say this, but it bears repeating - Everything before, during, and after the Trump Presidency has been a battle for the narrative. Especially since leaving office, it has been a battle to delegitimize Biden and his administration. The Durham investigation, although not garnering the results we have been hoping for yet, is and will be a major aspect of controlling the narrative.

Furthermore, Devin Nunes is now the CEO of Truth Social. Not only is he connected to the “hit list squad” but he is playing a major role in the current irregular warfare offensive against the political establishment. Truth Social is a weapon in the battle for the narrative. These connections cannot be overlooked.

I promise I’m going somewhere with this and I’ll make some sense of everything shortly (I hope). Before I do, let’s look at the last member of the “hit list squad” - Steve Bannon.

[…]Bannon is a media executive and political strategist - a major weapon in any battle for the narrative. He was appointed Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor to Trump and he was actually named to the NSC’s Principal Committee, something many considered to be irregular for a strategist. Do you remember Trump’s powerful 2016 inauguration speech? The speech that consisted of members of our military standing behind Trump at one point?

Did you know that Bannon actually co-authored Trump’s inauguration speech? I had no idea!



[…]Right around the time all the other “hit list squad” members were removed from the NSC, Bannon also left and returned to Breitbart. There were many reports that followed detailing a rift between Trump and Bannon - a rift that I now believe only existed for the optics and the narrative. I explain why I think that later.

Full Circle
It’s now time for me to get to the main point of this whole article, and it all comes down to how willing you are to simply write things off as coincidence. Early on in Trump’s Presidency there was an inner circle of “Trump Loyalists” who were working to weed out the deep state that was entrenched within the NSC.

There is one more interesting connection amongst each of these individuals - all of them except for Derek Harvey. Let’s look at those individuals one more time, along with a few of the other names brought up in this article so we can fully understand how important the “hit list squad” really is.

The connection between the rest of these individuals, is they all had an “appearance” of some sort between the stolen election on November 3rd, 2020, and Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20th, 2021. That time period is obviously massive to the Devolution Series. This is when Trump was making all the moves that led us to believe he implemented continuity of government.

The fact that all these key players who were fighting the deep state at the very beginning of Trump’s Presidency found themselves in the thick of it during our hypothesized implementation of devolution CANNOT be just a coincidence. That is just my interpretation of the information and I encourage you to come to your own conclusion.

Let me show you how each of these players resurfaced. Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick have already been discussed heavily so I won’t need to provide too much extra detail on them.

Ezra Cohen-Watnick
Keep in mind Ezra is former military.

One thing I want to point out, because I glossed over it in the past, is that Kash has a former association with our military.

Remember the rift I mentioned earlier between Trump and Bannon? Well it clearly wasn’t that big of a rift because Bannon found himself around the White House in the closing days of Trump’s Presidency to help try and overturn the 2020 election - something that now finds him in the crosshairs of the J6 committee:




Another interesting thing to note is that Bannon was previously in the military:

A little background on Ellis. First, he once served in the military:

[…] Second, not only did he serve important roles with Nunes and the Trump administration, but he also is now the general counsel for Rumble - the same Rumble that partnered with TRUTH SOCIAL.

[…]Here is where he came back up during the period of time where we believe devolution was being implemented. Just 4 days before Trump left the Presidency, acting Sec Def Chris Miller named him the top lawyer for the NSA:



[…]So same guy who worked with Ezra Cohen-Watnick in giving the unmasking reports to Devin Nunes, was installed as the top lawyer at the NSA at the “11th hour.” In this series I have outlined numerous moves that were made after the stolen election that allude to some form of continuity of government. This “11th hour” placement of Michael Ellis in the NSA is another one of those moves, even if we don’t fully understand the significance.

Rich Higgins
This brings us to our final individual. I’ve already showed you Rich Higgins extensive military background and his expertise in irregular warfare. He also partnered with an expert in strategic communication and information warfare after he left the NSC - a move that does seem important. So how and when did his name surface during the time period devolution was being implemented?

The January 6th Committee has provided us with some good information giving us an insight to Trump’s mindset in dealing with the stolen election. One of the things I’ve already discussed in Devolution - Addendum 4 was the Draft Executive Order dated December 16th, 2020. This document pointed out foreign interference in our election and called for the military to interdict and seize voting machines. Another document I haven’t written about was dated just two days later on December 18th, 2020:



Let’s look at the actual memo:

[…]So one of the documents “circulating among Trump allies” was one that pointed to a “color revolution,” “foreign interference in our election,” and just so happened to include the name of Rich Higgins, one of our irregular warfare gurus?

Remember, Trump had many options available to him besides devolution. Nothing was truly off the table. The draft order and this NSA memo were simply options he could have used but didn’t. That doesn’t mean they don’t provide us with good information. In this case, it tells us Rich Higgins was involved in discussions during that time period devolution was being implemented.

The fact that so many of these individuals who were members of or associated with the “hit list squad” showed up again during the most important period of Trump’s Presidency is a coincidence that can’t be ignored. These players were clearly part of the larger irregular warfare that has been going on.

I’ll explain what I mean in my closing thoughts

I’d like to once again show you a couple of screenshots of how I concluded Devolution - Part 22 because it is that important:




What would it take to win a battle for the narrative when your enemy has control of MSM, big tech, social media, and more? Not only do they have control, but they have successfully “brainwashed” an extremely large portion of the population into blindly following every word they say.

In order to win this type of irregular warfare, you would need to dismantle your enemy’s stranglehold on the narrative but you would somehow have to bypass them to do so. You need get people the Truth in a way that can’t be controlled. Once the Truth is unleashed, there is no going back.

There was a team of “Trump loyalists” working to weed out the deep state in the early days of Trump’s Presidency and Trump was aware of what they were doing - he instructed them to it. The fact that Rich Higgins was part of that group of “loyalists” is crucial. Higgins is an expert in irregular warfare, he went on to partner with an expert in strategic communications and information operations, and his memo perfectly details the ongoing irregular warfare I’ve outlined in this series. Higgins knew exactly what kind of battle for the narrative they were up against which means all of them, including Trump, knew exactly what they were up against.

With all that said, what has been the one thing that has worked to dismantle the deep state’s stranglehold on the narrative, while bypassing them in the process?

Wouldn’t Q be the most logical answer?

I haven’t read through the Q drops in their entirety, not even close - I have only seen a handful of drops from people who have shown them to me. Yet, I can objectively see that Q has become one the most valuable weapons in this battle for the narrative. The awakening it sparked is undeniable.

By August of 2017, all members of “the hit list” squad were gone from the NSC and then just a few months later, in October of 2017, Q started the drops. I’m not saying any of the individuals discussed in this article are part of the Q team, I’m just saying there are some interesting connections that can be made.

Regardless, none of that is even my primary point. Let’s look at all the moves I outlined in Part 22 which showed the DoD’s clear focus on a shift to irregular warfare.




All of those moves are clear confirmation for me that devolution was implemented because we were in a period of irregular warfare. The same people (all of which have military backgrounds) who from early on in Trump’s Presidency were working together to weed out the deep state also played roles during the period of implementing devolution. When you combine Higgins expertise, his memo, and his connection to Ezra Cohen-Watnick as members of the “hit list squad,” it’s hard not to believe that all of this is connected.

From early on in Trump’s Presidency, they knew exactly what kind of enemy they were facing, and they have been preparing to defeat that enemy by using irregular warfare tactics which have culminated in the implementation of a continuity of government plan. Now with Joe Biden in office, they have unleashed the full-scale offensive they had set in motion.

Things truly feel to be in the home stretch now. Trump’s 12-page statement was chock-full of devolution proofs. It was one giant, narrative-dismantling middle finger to the political establishment. Here is how he concluded his statement.



The political establishment can no longer contain the narrative that the 2020 election was “the most secure election in U.S. history.”

Truth is a force of nature.

About a week before Jan. 6 2021 at the latest, Trump should have called "all loyal Americans, all American patriots, to gather food, water, camping gear, cold weather clothing, guns, and ammo, and come to Washington D.C. prepared as long as it takes to put things right". We would have "worn blue" in CWII, and had the homefield advantage. He cucked, and forever made himself a historical footnote, a Gorbachev at best. I will never forgive him for this.

DeSantis is our best chance now. As an actual combat veteran, I am optimistic he won't blanch and quail when there is a blood associated with doing what's right, unlike Trump.
