MORON Biden on High Gas Prices: You Can Save Money if You Buy Electric Cars

Dont ferget to add in the cost of a total battery pack replacement after about five years...... Approx $20,000. The resale value on EVs is highly dependent on the battery age.

Those batteries are lasting a lot longer than 5 years. Most EV companies warranty them for 8 years.

REPORTER: “Americans should expect higher gasoline prices?”

JEN PSAKI: “Yeah! Energy prices, exactly.”

Well, this just plays right into their electric car push.

Biden has done everything in his power to increase energy and fuel costs since he took office. That's on him--not Putin

High energy cost help them push their green agenda. With low cost energy and no subsidies, electric vehicles cannot compete with combustion vehicles.

Remember y'all ... runaway inflation is due to Russian invading Ukraine, yesterday.

I think I can...
I was wondering which part of Biden's blather was more stupid. Was it because of the expense of an EV, the lack of charging stations, the low range, the increasing electric prices for consumers and potential shortage for producers? Was it the environmental impact of producing the batteries? The fact that if the power goes out, they're useless? Hard to say. If I were going to buy an EV (which I'm not) I'd get a hybrid.

I edit a lot of articles about cars. So I read about the new Ford F-150 EV -- one of its highly touted features is that you can hook it up to your house and it provides power for (they said) up to 3 days, or up to 7 days if you don't run it all the time. Hmm. I think it might be a lot smarter to just buy a generator.

And a horse.
Seriously, at what point will horses become transportation options for more than rural and Amish folks?
Horses and I do not typically get along well (they keep running me into things, really, I stink at horseback riding) but it wouldn't be that outlandish for us to get one or two of them here. And a buggy. :D

I just posted that theory yesterday. I said he would use the higher gas prices to his advantage and prompt buying electric.

He is so out of touch with the American people. 95% of Americans can not afford a $112,000 car.
Geez we have many elderly Seniors in my area living on $900 a month on Social Security. Many of those are living in eldery house and pay rent based on their income. Still some live in run down homes.

B is a total A
