Indiana Couple Arrested For Actions On Lower West Terrace During Jan. 6 Capitol Breach​


WASHINGTON — An Indiana couple has been arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges for their actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Their actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the presidential election.

Arthur Reyher, 38, and Jessica Reyher, 38, of Brownsburg, Indiana are each charged in a criminal complaint filed in the District of Columbia with civil disorder, a felony, and related misdemeanor offenses. The Reyhers were arrested today in Indiana. They are expected to make their initial appearances later today in the Southern District of Indiana.

According to court documents, on Jan. 6, 2021, Arthur and Jessica Reyhers were among rioters who repeatedly engaged in violence against law enforcement officers guarding the Capitol. The Reyhers participated in the confrontation with law enforcement officers in the Lower West Terrace and tunnel areas of the Capitol. They entered the tunnel on the Lower West Terrace at approximately 2:43 p.m., making their way into the mob of rioters who were coordinating pushes against police officers. The Reyhers entered the tunnel three separate times to assist in the collective pushes against police officers as the rioters tried to gain access to the Capitol building. While the Reyhers joined in collective pushes, one police officer screamed in pain as the weight of the rioters’ pushes pinned him between a shield and a door.

This case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana.

The case is being investigated by the FBI’s Indianapolis Field Office and the FBI’s Washington Field Office. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department.

In the 26 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 999 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, more than 320 individuals are charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with tips can call 1-800-CALL-FBI (800-225-5324) or visit tips.fbi.gov.

A complaint is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Eventually they'll stop saying arrested for J6. We have entered full tyranny because soon, people will just begin disappearing and no reason given. Most of this country will not speak up for fear they will be the next to get that "midnight visit".

I hope we just split the country left and right amicably, but the whole world it seems now wants us to be Korea. The world will embrace the liberals like South Korea. We, the constitutional believers of the founders intent, will be a smaller U.S. pariah nation under terrible sanctions.

I see an historical parallel in all this. When it first started, the Jews taken into custody many time carried suitcases with changes of clothes and personal items. They walked up the ramps into the freight cars of the trains. They walked out into their new and last home.

When the preacher, the prayer, the J6 demonstrator has their door kicked in, they end up going peacefully with the troops decked out in battle rattle. They go to the station. They go to the courthouse expecting American Justice. They go to jail and find hell. No representation, no bail, no help, no legal system, nothing but hell.

On past threads here, people screamed, Don’t get on the train! Never get on the train. Hide, fight, run, but don’t get on the train. And the preacher, the prayer, the J6 demonstrator gets on the train. Peacefully. Every time.

Easily said - but when DO you take a stand or make your remonstrates be known?

It was their right to assemble. It was NOT the right to seed Antifa-ish demonstrators who in turn damage, maim and perhaps kill. It was NOT the right of the government to isolate individuals in a confined space and then beat them beyond their life or shoot them daid. It was NOT the right of government to "entrap" you by removing barriers to "funnel" the crowd. It was not the right of the government to tell you to "keep going - you NEED to go into the Capital."

Easy to say "they (the protesters) should have known better."

But what happens when you show up to vote and someone beats you within an inch of your life and says "You should have known better?"

And - as I say with my "Spartacus' Horse" - you are all Spartacus now. What they do to them (the 990ish) they can do to ANYONE for any reason they deem "worthy." Even the equine.

And they will if you let them.

All the J6 protests do for them in the continuation of prosecution is "remind" you what happens to you if you step out of line.

Cue Dennis' Francais - pour encourager les autres. (That is to encourage you to keep it to yourselves and "not bother" the powers that be with your petty grievances.)

This is not to say it is going to be easy going forward.

Edit: What Americans should do is ALL claim to be a J6 Protester. After all, the rights they take from those they deem J6 are YOUR rights too. They can't arrest you all.

If that is the case, then who should my head be examined by? Doctor? Psychiatrist? The January 6th committee? Perhaps the interrogators at GITMO?

I was a law abiding citizen who obeyed laws while there and I was there from start to finish. Protesting for the good of one's country and against shady corrupt politics is NOT the activities of a crazed, delusional or psychotic individual.

The collapse is nigh! Really. When you examine the lies that have spun wrt J6, and the acceptance of a sizeable and subsidized minority of the population, I see no good way out. Half truths, stacked upon half truths yield complete lies and an other-worldly view of reality. Propaganda really does work, and the left is better at it. Ironic that this woke world view comes from the boomers who protested so much, but hate it now that they are effectively in charge. This boomer got his education in Vietnam at 18-19 yrs of age. Those who stayed stateside, are mostly spoiled little brats who never did grow up. I hope I live long enough to see them collectively slapping their heads.

The message is clear.

If you stand in the way of this illegitimate administration and the destruction of America, you are an enemy combatant.

There was a revolution fought against a government much less tyrannical than the government we endure today.

That revolution led to the creation of a Constitutional Republic called the United States of America.

Over time our once great nation's highest offices became filled with corrupt and tyrannical leadership.

Knowing that our elections are fraudulent, our courts are compromised, our department of justice and fbi are filled with traitors.

What possible viable options are left to restore our Constitutional Republic and all our unalienable rights that have been incrementally stolen from "we the people" other than revolution?

While I may not totally agree with the "historical parallel" part at present that could soon change as the tranny seems to be escalating every week. Soon it may very well be execution and prosecution will not be limited to those who participated in what was a LEGAL protest over what was a CLEARLY fraudulent election.

Imagine being a participant in a legal protest against a clearly fraudulent election.

Imagine not only being let into the capitol by the police but actually being escorted throughout the building like a tourist by those same police.

Imagine hearing about others who also took part in a legal protest being raided by heavily armed swat (gestapo) teams long after the legal protest and being incarcerated without bail.

Imagine hearing about many of those illegally incarcerated for what in 99% of the cases would be little more than a misdemeanor charge of trespass being put in solitary confinement, abused by corrupt prison guards, denied adequate legal representation, denied video and photographic proof of the alleged crimes.

Imagine being held like an enemy combatant in a third world country and told if you do not sign a confession that you know to be false, they will hold you indefinitely.

Imagine a protest infiltrated with fbi agents and government paid provocateurs that committed most if not all the violence and destruction with the assistance of many of the capitol police get a free pass while the legitimate protesters get charged for crimes they did not commit.

Now imagine that you have not been arrested for what is at most a misdemeanor charge of trespass but you are constantly having to watch your back for some government sponsored (gestapo) swat team to kick down your door guns drawn while you and your family sleep.

This is what I would imagine it is like for most J6 protestors. Knowing they have not committed a crime that rises to the level of incarceration if they committed any crime at all. Knowing they will lose their jobs, savings, homes, businesses, and in some cases families over a LEGAL and LEGITIMENT protest.

Imagine if someone were to save the image of every person at the protest the government had footage of and held onto them until the government stops arresting innocent protestors.

Now imagine that everyone who was present in the capitol or on the capitol grounds and not arrested and charged is a fbi agent, government paid provocateur, or one of the corrupt capitol police who assisted the fbi and government paid provocateurs.

There were murders and violent assaults at the J6 protest.

In the case of murder, they were 100% perpetrated by fbi agents, government paid provocateurs, and capitol police as well as the vast majority of assaults AGAINST legitimate J6 protestors.

Imagine being followed on and off for 6 months after the event. That "imagine" issue was very real. I imagine they got tired. Either that or I've got a problem if I breathe wrong.

It was a legal protest. Most there were law abiding. Some were more energetic than others but it seems the powers that be want to use a very broad brush to paint everyone there as a subversive.

They are probably closer to the truth than you think they are. At least in terms of what is coming. It may not fit what is going on at this moment, but it will.

Disgusting or not, it is time to get yourself ready for that - emotionally, physically and especially spiritually. Hunting season is coming whether we want it or not. Most likely, we will be the ones hunted. Don't go quietly this time.
