Imagine being followed on and off for 6 months after the event. That "imagine" issue was very real. I imagine they got tired. Either that or I've got a problem if I breathe wrong.

It was a legal protest. Most there were law abiding. Some were more energetic than others but it seems the powers that be want to use a very broad brush to paint everyone there as a subversive.
Imagine a group of fed up patriots who in turn, raid the homes of all the paid provocateurs at J6, starting with Ray Epps. Imagine if the paid provocateurs couldn’t feel safe in their homes because everyday law abiding Americans couldn’t. Imagine the REAL terrorists and usurpers of our country were held accountable by REAL Americans……imagine!

Legal? Some was, some was not. Subversives? No. Criminal law-breakers? Yes.

If you crossed a police barrier, you broke the law.

If you assaulted a police officer, you broke the law.

If you broke an entry into the Capitol, you broke the law.

If you entered the Capitol through a broken entry, you broke the law.

If you took material possession, even for only a short time, of property not yours, you broke the law.

If you smeared scat on the walls or otherwise damaged property, you broke the law.

It does not matter who or what others did. The people convicted of breaking the law committed these crimes and many more. Juries saw the videos.

Crimes are associated with penalties. Commit the crime, suffer the penalty.

I am surprised the list stops at 1000. We saw the videos. IMHO, there should be many more convictions.

Revolver News reported on the fence cutting very well, imho.

"Fencecutterbulwark"
"Scaffoldcommander"

These should be household names.

The numerous pictures of people wearing the same Bulwark brand of Fire-resistant clothing is worth reviewing.

The timing of the fence removal seems concerted.

Ditto the yellow/black megaphones which were obviously from the same source and likely bought on government contract.

"You need to go into the Capital NOW!" Those words should be on that *sshole's tombstone.

I still want to know what happened to the "bus full of explosives" which was quietly removed the day before - no arrests, no charges, no mention in the press. Revolver knows about it but hasn't fully explored it.

Methinks there was some "lack of coordination" underway with "too many cooks" cooking up an "incident."

Same reason for the gaps in video showing the "pipe bomb" found later on January 6. Methinks whoever placed the bomb forgot he/she was being recorded.

And "Scaffold Commander" seems identified. Although you have to go extremely "behind the scenes" on the Internet to catch any mention. MEEDIA doesn't rat on it's own. Is Leftwing Journalist John Nichols the Infamous January 6 “Scaffold Commander”?

After reading most every court case, I can add a few.

If you lied to the Fibbies when they showed up at your door.
If you retained a lawyer.
If you went into an area where the public was not allowed.
If you posted ANYTING to social media about being there.

I will say there were at least 5,000 people in the building. Most, like me, were NOT arrested.

did anyone notice that the guy in the video with a trump hat and denim jacket?
At the onset he is urging everyone forward.
Then as soon as the crowd is at the temporary barrier. He takes the jacket off, and throws it on the ground.
He turned his red hat backwards, and initially pushed on the barrier.
The second others in the crowd pushed on the barriers he disappears.
he is then seen being given instructions by ‘the man in the trump hat that shall not be arrested’.
A few seconds later a female police officer in the right of the video is knocked down.
The guy in the red hat can shortly be seen helping her to her feet.
also notice in the final seconds of the video where the crowd is running.
the guy with the backwards red hat is no where to be seen.
Neither is ’he that shall not be arrested’.

The video you showed here clearly shows Epps at the front.

Aren't you curious why he's not in jail too?

I said minutes after the first reported breach it was "ill-timed stupid and boneheaded".

Prosecute those that got tied up into the emotions. Don't prosecute them any worse than antifa or blm rioters.

We deserve the WHOLE truth.

Not teary-eyed faux truth provided by the congressional inquiry.

Easily said - but when DO you take a stand or make your remonstrates be known?

It was their right to assemble. It was NOT the right to seed Antifa-ish demonstrators who in turn damage, maim and perhaps kill. It was NOT the right of the government to isolate individuals in a confined space and then beat them beyond their life or shoot them daid. It was NOT the right of government to "entrap" you by removing barriers to "funnel" the crowd. It was not the right of the government to tell you to "keep going - you NEED to go into the Capital."

Easy to say "they (the protesters) should have known better."

But what happens when you show up to vote and someone beats you within an inch of your life and says "You should have known better?"

And - as I say with my "Spartacus' Horse" - you are all Spartacus now. What they do to them (the 990ish) they can do to ANYONE for any reason they deem "worthy." Even the equine.

And they will if you let them.

All the J6 protests do for them in the continuation of prosecution is "remind" you what happens to you if you step out of line.

Cue Dennis' Francais - pour encourager les autres. (That is to encourage you to keep it to yourselves and "not bother" the powers that be with your petty grievances.)

This is not to say it is going to be easy going forward.

Edit: What Americans should do is ALL claim to be a J6 Protester. After all, the rights they take from those they deem J6 are YOUR rights too. They can't arrest you all.

Not to say they won't try. They are that stupid.

Those rumors and fake news comments started immediately to throw shade off and cast doubt for the guilty. Those who fanned the flames knew full well how to sow conspiracy theories and play to the base. Too many have owned up to their transgressions. It happened. They should have stayed on the peaceful side of things. There were plenty who did just that. They were all guilty of insurrection and sedition. I will never be convinced otherwise.

You know, I get it. When I visited Arlington Virginia this Christmas I had a chance to stand on the shores of the Potomac.
I just stood there gazing at the Capital City and all the Swamp Creatures. All I could say was, You are breaking the law, you are breaking the law, you are breaking the law……….
I felt like Dorthy clicking those heels, except for me nothing happened. They just kept breaking the law….. :smkd:

Then one needs to imagine people who didn't attend the soiree to do the raiding. Got a bad feeling whoever was there on Jan. 6th already has their names listed in the blue book. Perhaps we were a little early to the party than we should have been.

Thanks comrade for the clarification; I'm not going to argue. It's clearly pointless.

If the police barrier was MOVED by the POLICE, you were NOT TRESPASSING but were INVITED IN.

And there is AMPLE film showing those barriers BEING removed for people.
I took pics of the capitol puss*ies removing the barricades from in front of us on the back side of the capitol, took place around 1315.
I believe the pics I took and posted to that day's thread show it.

The puss*ies you accuse of moving the barriers - maybe they just happened to be one of you and on the insurrection payroll. Hmm.
Nope-check the thread from that day. I shot pics of them picking up and removing the barriers on the back side of the capitol. I also have two fellow TB2K brothers that can fully corroborate my statement. They were there beside me.

Don't waste your time. Deep state shill, propaganda spewing liberals who were NOT there that day, have clearly not watched any of the video that clearly supports what those of us who were there KNOW happened that day? Save your breath. The cops moved those barriers and INVITED people in, through doors that THEY unlocked and opened. No one will convince me otherwise.....because I was there and saw it.

People like these are the reason this country is in the position that we are, and they will be dealt with accordingly. What is happening to the citizens of this country right now is pure evil, and it has infiltrated this forum. No where is safe anymore.

Pure evil? Dramatic. “People like these are the reason..”
Maybe just maybe people are tired of the same regurgitated rhetoric. Perhaps you are being played on your own conspiracy theories. Going to say you would be a bada*ss and hold the line when faced with an angry mob? You have no idea what you do as a policeman - easy for you to conjecture AFTER the fact. So, Puhlease save your breath.

We all know the capital was not well defended. Inside job / help sure. You all that participated knew that already.
I don’t think any of us truly realize that we are at war. We keep thinking that we are in a fair fight, unfortunately, we are looking at things like playing Candyland, they are acting like the Union Army at Pickett's Charge…. You do the math…. Everything going forward is a F***ing Trap… :bg:
Just like in the movies….

“Some more energetic than others…” Uh no. Far from it. A mob. Guilty as charged.

AlfaMan, thank for your service. I was just too lazy show up. I guess I’m the most pathetic of all. But damn, sure is nice to know we got a little representation in that viper pit in DC… :kaid:
And yes, I still believe in voting…

I still believe in the ballot too. But I`

There were others on here that were there that day; I just live locally. I won't mention names for obvious reasons but the TB2Kers there that day I found I'd trust my life with. That's a pretty gutsy statement concerning people you've just met in person, but I stand by it. There are FINE patriots on TB2K. Ones to be proud to be with. And don't forget the women TB2Kers that went-these ladies have more balls than all the gripers and poo pooers that thought we were all crazy to go. HUGE respect and awe for them.

So naysayers paint us all with a broad brush saying we're all crazy and wasting time. Should all this turn south and get violent-the TB2Kers that went that day are patriots not afraid of speaking their minds. And should it come to actual battle-I'd be proud to fight alongside them.

My son was arrested today by the FBI for being pushed in the doorway of the Capital building. They claim he walked in, he claims he was pushed in. My son and his girlfriend did not walk around in the building but he's still being arrested on four counts of what? My son is a gentle soul, he's never been arrested and has never been violent. Be forewarned.

OMG Vicki, I am so sorry. Looks like they are widening the criteria for arresting people. Guess they will come for all of us who were there soon.
