Facebook keeps giving him warnings. Pushback on state stuff. A lot of drama. He is home and has to be with family - his daughters, who are still experiencing grief over his son's death in Sept. He also needs to work.

The state group pages were set up to be a bridge for various state groups that arose. Intended to find a happy medium for one big monster rally at the state. 2 women busted their butt to get these set up. At the end of the day, each state will be run differently. Many vary in size and need more than one rally. Use the People's Convoy page if that works best, but don't follow a leader. Step up and fight. Get up and do something.

There isn't one convoy, there are multiple ones. He supports everyone who is standing up for yourself, your kids and the country. He is going to several state rallies, he just can't be there full time. His family will always come before the convoy.

Figure out how to go to the same place at the same time.

People keep saying they are waiting for a leader. You need to step forward and lead. It is your fault the country is the way it is. You did it. You did it by: being passive, not voting; voting party line; voting for the wrong people; not getting involved with your school board; by not running for local office. You did it by not stepping up to solve the problems. You continue to cause the problems in this country by fighting with each other. You do, just like him. He's a part of the problem, too. that is why he is actively looking into his school board, town council, etc. Run for office or attend meetings and speak up.

Nobody is the leader. This is no longer a protest. This is a movement of the people around the world. People's egos. When you start seeing egos, "I'm the leader" don't let them corrupt what you are trying to do.

Always speak the truth and speak from the heart.

Don't get caught up in the "I'm in charge, look at me" stuff. He can't make it better. You need to do that.

He is not a paid speaker. He works all week in Ohio, then gets involved on the weekend.

It is all part of group dynamics:

Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing
Tuckman's Model for Nurturing a Team to High Performance

You can't just switch on teamwork. It takes time for a new team to "gel" and work to its full potential. What's more, team members go through stages as they move from strangers to co-workers.

Bruce Tuckman's Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing model describes these stages. When you understand Tuckman's model, you'll know how to help your new team to become effective – faster. Let's look at how.

Where Does Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing Come From?

Psychologist Bruce Tuckman came up with the memorable phrase "forming, storming, norming, and performing" in his 1965 paper, "Developmental Sequence in Small Groups." [1] It describes the path that teams follow on their way to high performance. Later, he added a fifth stage, "adjourning" (also known as "mourning") to mark the end of a team's journey.

What Happens at Tuckman's Forming Stage?
In the beginning, when a new team forms, individuals will be unsure of the team's purpose, how they fit in, and whether they'll work well with one another. They may be anxious, curious, or excited to get going. However they feel, they'll be looking to the team leader for direction.

This may take some time, as people get to know their new colleagues and one another's ways of working.

What Did Tuckman Mean by Storming?
In the storming stage, people start to push against the established boundaries. Conflict or friction can also arise between team members as their true characters – and their preferred ways of working – surface and clash with other people's.

At this stage team members may challenge your authority or management style, or even the team's mission. Left unchecked, this can lead to face-to-face confrontations or simmering online tensions.

If roles and responsibilities aren't yet clear, individuals might begin to feel overwhelmed by their workload or frustrated at a lack of progress.

How Do I Recognize the Norming Stage?
Gradually, the team moves into the norming stage. People start to resolve their differences, appreciate one another's strengths, and respect your authority as a leader.

Now that they know one another better, your team members will feel more comfortable asking for help and offering constructive feedback. They'll share a stronger commitment to the team's goals, and they should make good progress toward it.

What Does the Performing Stage Look Like?
Now your team is in flow and performing to its full potential. With hard work and structured processes, the team is likely to achieve its goals efficiently.

Judith Stein, from MIT's HR department, says of this stage, "Roles on the team may have become more fluid, with members taking on various roles and responsibilities as needed. Differences among members are appreciated and used to enhance the team's performance." [2]

What About Tuckman's Adjourning (or Mourning) Stage?
Many teams reach this stage naturally. For example, projects come to an end, or permanent teams are disbanded and people redeployed.

People who like routine, or who have developed close working relationships with colleagues, may find this time difficult.

Using the Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing Tool
Follow the steps below to ensure that you're doing the right thing at the right time:
  1. Identify the stage that your team is at from the descriptions above.
  2. Consider what you need to do to move on to the next stage.
  3. Schedule regular reviews of where your team is at, and adjust your behavior and leadership approach accordingly.
Tuckman's model isn't a one-way street – teams may go back and forth between stages. When you hit the performing stage, keep observing your team's progress in case it slips back. For example, a new team member can disrupt the group dynamic, or a new business direction might mean you have to reevaluate your team roles and goals.

Update - 4/17/2022 /1 from The People’s Convoy - California!

Ron said he just received a phone call that Trudeau has signed a measure "turning Canada into a communist country." He feels that a Canadian Revolution will follow.

He is amazed at how many people don't seem to take what is happening seriously enough. He is out there doing every thing he can do until he takes his last breath to awaken people. If we don't try to wake people up, what do you think those who are awakened will do? Right now it is peaceful. He doesn't think the support is yet there with the people to succeed. It will be a bloodbath. How many people have to be awakened? How many people are writing letter and sending emails to their representatives?

The People's Convoy Day 55 (Sacramento Rally)

Streamed live 64 minutes ago

Chucky(?) (I believe he is another convoy organizer) said after he spoke disparagingly at one hearing. Then the Assembly apparently shut the building down from visitors. They also switched the hour of the hearing to an earlier time.

According to another lady, they are now refusing to answer phone calls. She has some great points about the People's constitutional delegation of power, the abuse of power and the people's consent. She also points out that the Declaration of Emergency is to facilitate the cutting of red tape in an immediate emergency. That is over. There is no emergency. They need to give the power back.

Some guy has a bullhorn and is ranting. He says that the convoy is not going to leave. Now they have someone from the convoy over-speaking with the mike and shutting the ranter down. He is talking about the planned program.

Now that woman who was talking previously has the bullhorn.

I've been listening to as much as I could while doing other things. The trolls were out in full force initially, but they've been getting shut down.
