Faint hints of lawsuits with no dramatic results. Thee certification of the election plodding on with no visible concessions for the good guys.

Executive orders are for all intents and purposes a king's perogative. If the president wants to do something he signs an executive order and it gets done. Without drama, no mess no fuss, wash and wear. Use of an executive order takes one from being a mere president and turns that president into God on earth. A FISA warrant or two or three or twenty is no problem with an EO attached.

The problem with audio or video recordings is that faked audios/vids are getting pretty good. One can imagine the immediate screams of "fake phone call", "fake video", etc. from the left when such evidence (if any) is introduced. What is John/Jane Public or even an honest judge supposed to believe at that point? "Reasonable doubt" could throw such evidence out.

Actually, on the ground here I've seen some very interesting things pop up. Like the Ukranian AN-70 that dropped into Andrews last Thursday. It sure as heck wasn't an A400 Atlas from the RAF or Luftwaffe. What was it doing here? And they only have one of them. Good luck finding a trace on it from Flight Aware or other flight tracking sites; it's a ghost.
What about the 0730 briefings at Langley essentially being called off for the past two weeks? ZERO MDW chopper traffic going that way in the mornings now a days. There are other pieces dropping here and there but I just see the pieces, I don't know what puzzle these pieces fit. But official DC seems to have gone into the bunker, rather than communists dancing and gloating in the streets as one figures would be happening.
And our fuhrer hasn't gone into the bunker as dear Adolph did. And he won't either. But you're probably right in one respect-us Trump supporter "volk" still have faith in him.
I'm hanging on until the end. I don't know the outcome, of course. And, I'm not Captain Obvious. :-) I still have hope and yes, it's a roller coaster. Waiting is hard. I scan the news many times a day hoping for any update that Ican interpret as good news. It's our republic at stake here... I hate watching a movie when I fear the outcome and it's a little bit like that for me now. Very unsettling. I hope when we get to the other side, it will be apparent that the timing was necessary to the mission's success if that makes sense.

Thank you for explaining, but most of us don't want right now, we have plans in place for either outcome.
It's not about right now, it's about how, I was asking what the path was, where the legal issues stood. So far not much has been presented and even Rush was talking about the big promises and then nothing being done.
Being strung along and then seeing failure hit you in the face would be a devastating blow to many conservatives. We made so much fun of the lib's crying and whining when Hillary lost, but I suspect you'll see plenty of that on our side too if Trump fails to pull it off.
I'm hoping every day that Trump pulls it off, there is no doubt the socialists engineered an election theft. But I have solid plans in place if it goes the other way too. One thing I learned in all my military years and during combat deployments, always have a different plan in case the plan goes wrong. It isn't defeatism, it is simply a second plan for success that employs different methods and thought processes. It is too difficult to make great plans when you are failing and realize you need to switch up, plan ahead and you'll probably pull ahead.
Conservatives are fracturing deeply, to ignore that it is true, is dangerous in it's own. Anyone who thinks differently is being attacked by their own, it's almost like living in a democrat neighborhood. Open discussion with an open mind will bring more to the table than pointing fingers and making accusations about what people are thinking.
Prepare yourself for a bumpy ride if this thing comes off the rails. All of those who are talking about guns and glory, I hope you never sleep at night with the dreams of a combat solider, it all sounds good until you live on a two way range, people you love and care about bleeding out on the battle field while hell on earth surrounds you. Even when you are winning a battle it doesn't feel like winning. I pray that we never again fight a war that is brother against brother, father against children and friends against friends. My wish would be that no one ever lives in the horrors of war again. Governments win wars, soldiers always lose. Jump up every morning and do 22 pushups, one for each warrior that takes his own life each and every day!
