Sidney Powell was never part of Team Trump. Nor is Lin Wood. They are all pursing different paths of attacks on the corruption.
From what I understand, Team Trump is following the constitutional issue path while Powell is following the criminal path that implicates both sides of the uniparty.
There is much being done behind the scenes and it will take time. This is the process for over turning the out right election coup of the biggest republic in history. It takes time to gather the needed resources to move forward on a path that has never been done before.

They've been trying to 'get' Trump for the last four years, and every single time they've thought that they 'had' him, they've been wrong. Hopefully, they are wrong this time, too. I am at least willing to wait a while and see what happens. (Not that there is really much else I can do.)

Dec 14 is not the end of anything. The communist knew this back in 2015. Even in a normal election the electoral college can be overruled when the vote is presented to be verified to Congress in January..
The key date is Jan 20 when the new president is supposed to be sworn in.
Team Trump and patriots are trying to do something that has no precedence, and they have mountains of evidence and witnesses, which they have to put together in a coherent package that will result in Trump's 2nd term.
As Sidney mentioned in her interviews for her effort, it is not a spigot of information they are getting, but a tsunami.
They need time to do this and it has to be in excellent condition as they wont get many shots at it, if more than one .

Who said she would bring the charges? She is collecting evidence of a crime.
She can then present the evidence to a DA, or agency who has the authority, who can bring the charges.

She said she was filing, where is she filing and how? It is the thing that drives me up a wall. None of it makes sense, they all speak in circles and promise something huge and each Monday goes by with nothing. Do you really believe a DA and all the agencies that have done nothing except throw roadblocks in Trumps path are going to do anything with what she presents. I want to hope Trump can pull something off but I see nothing, you can't go to the supreme court until a lower court has ruled and time is running out for anything big to come along.

Right now every headline should be brimming with the massive loss of users on social media and the record number of cable subscribers that have cut the wire and caused networks to lose billions in advertising. But nothing my friend, conservatives want to be comfortable while hoping someone does something. There aren't enough patriot's left to risk being caught alone with no support. The republic may well die with a fading bitching and mummering heard in the back ground! "They cheated, why didn't someone do something, it's not fair"!

She stated in an interview from last Saturday it may be as late as this Friday for her 1st filing. My guess it it may even be next week. I have no idea of the work load she is facing, the staff she has, or the issues they are facing as I'm not included in her staff briefings.
As far as what a DA would do or not do, that depends upon the DA, their jurisdiction and how much they are a true patriot.
As far as the US supreme court, no said they could go right to it. Even in 2000 it took time for the issue to get there as it had to go the proper judicial path.
(note: the following is not addressed specifically to wvstuck, but to all those wanting to know everything RIGHT NOW)
This will take time and it is amazing so many people want it NOW, even DEMANDING to know the exact strategy Trump and allies plan to use in their court proceedings.
Heck, in that case Trump and allies should just invite the communistic traitors to send their own people and recording devices to all Trump and allies meetings as it appears that some Trump followers want every little bit of planning to be broadcast to the world.
This is not a 30 minute show or a 90 minute movie. This is real life dealing with something NEVER seen before. And all of us will just have to wait it out and trust that Trump and allies have the goods, skills and strength they need to save our republic.
Prepare yourself for a bumpy ride that can last at least till Jan 20.

I'm all for being patient, but things need to start happening soon. I for one am not going to take it seriously if Jan. 20 comes and goes with Biden being sworn in, followed by 4 years of YouTube videos about how "we've got 'em now!"
Big difference between now and 2000 was that then we had things developing fast and furious on almost a daily basis. We knew the election was truly in limbo, and it was clear each day which side had won what in court, even if that was to be reversed in the next day or two.
Fast forward 20 years, and on one side we have 90% of the world saying it's over, move on...while the other side is full of promises of Krakens without any Kraken sightings and a legal team that doesn't seem to know who's on first.
I'm as convinced as any that there were shady dealings out the wazoo in this election. I just don't see any reason yet to be convinced that it will be all turned around.

Our president has a bloop gun in his hand-filled with 00 buck shells-and he's got a loader (Guiliani) with him and an inexhaustible supply of various shells. CS, BZ, fragmentation, and my favorite for Dems; specially made VX bloop gun shells. He's a deadly shot-and he's been in that deer stand since the election. Yes. I've started to cut down my both computer and TV screen time where I'm exposed to that. I still need to keep an eye on the TV weather, but when that isn't on, I turn back to Create TV (cooking and travel shows).
