Claims that duel to an old Primary Conflict of Interest law exempts the president and VP from conflict of interest charges. Claims it would be legal for him to run company and be president at the same time. He will not do that because he does not like how that looks. Turning complete and total control over to his sons.

A lawyer has the podium explaining how Trump is separating himself from his business interests. Right now they are in the process of moving Trump Organization entities, financial assets and business assets into a trust to be controlled by his sons. Ivanka will not be part of the team controlling the trust. No new foreign deals will be allowed. New deals must be vetted and approved by an ethics advisor to prevent conflict of interests or appearance of exploring the office of the president. Information rights to Trump will be sharply limited.
