As for those who stand in the way, well, that's what the Insurrection Act is for. If Trump needs to add to that, he knows who to call (stand back, and stand by).

How many congressman are there? Add in some judges, mayor's, governors, department heads and inferiors and then compare it to 25,000 or so SF. Add some US Marshalls and non SF military to the SF side. Figure a bunch of flights to Gitmo.
