I have read so many things pointing in different directions, that my head is spinning.
We need a legal beagle to untangle some of this.
- How does Powell, a resident of Texas, have standing in the various States if she is representing herself on the pleadings?
- Someone with the Pacer ??? software needs to confirm the unsealing of the Soros Indictment.
- While I understand that judges are relative feudal lords, how can the PA judge (US District judge?) override the 1st Amendment and place a publication freeze on Soros indictment? This is diff. from a gag order in respect of the parties to a suit. Yes, I know that this may not be the first judge to act ulta vires.
- Lin Wood brought suit in GA, as a GA citizen, re: the Secretary of State violating State election law, and submitting that the election of 11/3 in the State of GA is invalid.
- Trump tweets that Powell is part of the Team, then she distances herself from the others and points out that she never executed a retainer agreement. RNC never paid for any of her expenses or fees. Powell has separate and private online funding account set up and in operation.
- Powell seems to be pursuing the criminal fraud aspect of the case, yet she is a civil lawyer.
- Guiliani & Co. seem to be pursuing the Constitutional aspects, both State and Federal.
- And this......as soon as Powell turned over a rock and learned that both the Governor (Republican) and Sec. of State (Republican) of Georgia received funds from the Chinese, AND that the SOS bypassed the State Legislature and unilaterally changed the State election law shortly before the election without announcing it, Guiliani & Co. (and the RNC they represent) went public announcing that Powell was not part of the Trump Team, and was acting on her own. (I take this to mean that Guiliani & Co. do not disagree nor fail to support Powell in her efforts to root out fraud.....just that they are signalling the RNC that they are not consuming their own.)
Yes, I am confused on certain aspects of this. If I have any point above incorrect or if you can clarify or modify, please do so. NB: I have read so much from so many sources during the last 24 hrs. I do not even kinda remember where I found some of the above. If you are convinced that I am wrong....I will probably yield, as I will never be able to relocate the info.
OK.....these guys have picked it up. It is essentially a copy job of the Canadian article. Nothing new, except questions about Trudeau election.
George Soros Arrested in Philadelphia For Election Interference – Judge Orders Media Blackout

George Soros has been arrested and is currently being held in federal custody in Philadelphia. According to a recently unsealed indictment filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Soros has been charged with a number of serious crimes relating to the US election.
The indictment lists only on the criminal activity Soros participated in prior to the November election, such as wire fraud, identity theft, aiding and abetting, and damage to computers.
The FBI stated that the indictment will likely be updated to reflect election interference charges in relation to Dominion Voting, once the full scale of Soros’ operations has been exposed. Soros is currently being interrogated by the FBI.
It is also notable that the judge put a
publication ban on Soros’ arrest, however these laws are not enforceable with non-US media.
