Expect those who can to move out, person or business.
It will be a bit like new york who is taxing so much stuff people and businesses are leaving. Course new york tries like heck to tax em anyway.
I expect them to be baby detroits.
I no longer feel there are many places to move to, I changed states 14 or so years ago for a state that was further behind on the taxes and paperwork junk many states like.
From portland, sure can move to someplace simpler and not so far down the road.
But dang don't even rural places happen to be directing their roads in the same directions a lot of cities are directing things.
