Hoping the Mods will leave this on the Main for a bit...got this message about DH's niece and am asking for prayer for this thirty-something Mom of three and her Husband as they go down to his very challenging path:
To all my friends, family, and prayer warriors I am asking for prayers for my sister Deanna. She fell this morning, suffered a concussion and also broke a part of her spine in the middle of her back. Part of the fracture is pressing against her spinal cord and she has had very little movement in her legs since the fall. She is being transferred to another hospital to be admitted to the trauma ICU and to see a neurosurgery team. Please pray for a complete healing, reduction in swelling, and for all her pain to subside. We serve a mighty God who can do all things!
