Exclusive: Pattern Identified in Arizona Audit Mirrors Michigan Scandal Revealed in DetroitLeaks Tapes on Provisional Ballots

By Jim Hoft
Published September 27, 2021 at 8:05am

According to the initial Cyber Ninja Report released to the media on Friday, the day before the Arizona Senate report was made public, there was real concern about provisional ballots.
On page 2 of the early Cyber Ninja report:
There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail-in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.
Then on Friday the Cyber Ninja Report revealed that 58,550 voters appeared on election day to vote who had reportedly already received a mail-in ballot , page 59:
5.7.1 Real-Time Provisional Ballots

The Arizona Secretary of State Elections Procedures Manual identifies circumstances that require the issuance of a Provisional Ballot. If a voter appears in the e-pollbook or signature roster as having received an early ballot by mail, but the voter wants to vote in person on Election Day, that voter must be issued a Provisional Ballot.
However, Maricopa County reported 58,550 voters who had received mail ballots but were issued standard ballots on Election Day. The County identifies these as “real-time Provisional Ballots.” There is no mention of real-time provisional in the AZ Elections Procedures Manual. In fact, the EPM specifically addresses this circumstance and is clear that such voters must be issued a Provisional ballot.
These 58,550 voters turned up on election day and were told they already voted by mail-in ballot without their knowledge. The language was watered down in the final report.

Arizona was not the only state in 2020 that illicit acts with provisional ballots.

In Michigan, leftist operatives taught poll workers how to cheat with provisional ballots.

Damning audio was released by Detroit Leaks before the election that outlined poll worker training wherein workers were trained in how to lie, trained on how to handle ballot challenges from Trump supporters, told to call 911 on any challengers and to use COVID as an excuse to deny poll challengers access to view the ballots as they were being counted and tabulated.

The series of leaks also revealed that even challenged or provisional ballots would be processed as regular ballots.

This was a tactic used by the left and TAUGHT to poll workers before the election. They were taught how to cheat with provisional ballots.

In fact, the poll workers in Detroit were taught tactics on how to cheat with provisional ballots.

** Jim and Joe Hoft reported on this illegal practice at the regent University Election Integrity Conference back in March.

The reporter who initially published this video was later threatened by far left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel demanding he take down this damning audio or face charges.

The Democrats did not want this audio made public!

The FBI and Bill Barr completely ignored this evidence.

It now appears this was a tactic used in several states — Not just Arizona.

As We Reported Months Ago: Maricopa County Hired Two Firms to Audit its 2020 Election Results – Senate Audit Confirms Their Work Was Shoddy at Best

By Joe Hoft
Published September 27, 2021 at 1:10pm

Maricopa County hired two firms to perform abbreviated IT audits for around $100,000 in place of the forensic audit performed in Arizona. The results of the Senate’s audit show that their work was shoddy at best.

We reported in January that the voting machine-related companies that were selected by Maricopa County to perform audits of the County’s 2020 Election results were not certified by the EAC as the County claimed.

These same firms were involved in certifying machines across the country before the 2020 election.

We performed a comparison between the work from the two audit firms and the Senate in May, noting how much better the Senate’s work was.

One thing we learned from the Senate audit was that work of the auditors hired by the county was shoddy because numerous items identified by the Senate auditors were identified by the garbage auditors hired by the County.

Here is a list of some of the items identified by the Senate that were missed by the County auditors. In addition, the work of the Maricopa Auditors to provide an EAC Certification was not valid.

Here is the entire presentation of Mr. Cotton as given on Friday.

Cotton Presentation by Jim Hoft on Scribd doc on website

The Senate’s audit was much better than the sampling work done by the County’s auditors. Now we have evidence to prove it.

61-Year-Old Jan. 6 Defendant and Veteran Who Begged Police For Help During Capitol Riot Dies Awaiting Trial on Trumped-Up Charges

By Alicia Powe
Published September 27, 2021 at 11:00am

Jan. 6 protester John Steven Anderson died last week while waiting trial on trumped-up charges by the Biden DOJ against him for protesting at the US Capitol in January.

John Anderson
was accused by the government of assaulting police after he was sprayed with pepper spray, couldn’t breathe, and actually asked the police for assistance who then helped him to safety. He was surrounded by police the entire time and yet was later charged with assaulting police. It was all made up.

Anderson died last week awaiting trial.

The Post Millennial reported:

A man charged over the Capitol riot on Jan. 6 has died while awaiting trial. John Steven Anderson, 61, died Tuesday at Baptist Hospital South in Jacksonville, Florida, according to an obituary published by St. John’s Family Funeral Home.
Anderson’s attorney, high-profile defense lawyer Marina Medvin, confirmed his death to WUSA9, saying in an email that the deceased was a “good-hearted man.”
The veteran of the Marine Corps and Florida Army National Guard’s 3/20th Special Forces Group was arrested in February and indicted a month later on eight counts in connection with the Capitol riot, WUSA9 reported.
Anderson was granted pretrial release in March and ordered to stay away from the District of Columbia except for business related to the Jan. 6 case.

Garland Favorito from VoterGA: We Believe We Can Easily Prove the Fulton Attorneys Were Misleading Court (AUDIO)

By Jim Hoft
Published September 27, 2021 at 9:39am

A court hearing took place last Monday at the Henry County Courthouse in Georgia regarding the audit of the 2020 Fulton County absentee ballots.

Judge Brian Amero gave the State Election Board, and GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation), 20 days to explain to the court what’s been done to investigate counterfeit ballots in Fulton County Georgia, after Defense attorneys claimed the counterfeit ballots were already being investigated.

Judge Amero then ended the hearing. They will meet again in 20 days.

On Monday morning Garland Favorito, the co-founder of VoterGA, sent The Gateway Pundit a new statement on the upcoming hearing.

Favorito believes VoterGA will be able to prove the Fulton County attorneys lied in court and they will be able to prove it.

“Although we were disappointed by the delay we incurred at the Sept 20th hearing, we were thrilled that the court confirmed the petitioners have a rock solid case. Judge Amero was our best advocate in the courtroom. He has now explained to the defense attorneys what we have said all along:
  1. Our affidavits from senior poll managers who swear they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton Co. hand count audit are prima facie, probable cause evidence of election fraud
  2. Our Equal Protection and Due Process claims brought by the petitioners are valid allegations which we have a right to adjudicate
  3. There are no questions that the petitioners have the proper standing to adjudicate their claims
  4. An inspection of the ballots is required to determine if they are counterfeit and whether or not the Constitutional rights of the petitioners have been violated
We will be delayed another two months because the attorney representing one or more of the Democrats on the Fulton County Election Board provided what we believe is obvious false information to the court. We believe we can easily prove on November 15th that his claims involving a GBI investigation, a Secretary of State investigation and Suzi Voyles’ affidavit are false.”

** Garland also discussed his speech at the Trump rally in Perry, Georgia over the weekend. The crowd loved Garland!

And this morning Garland Favorito told The Gateway Pundit he believes we can easily prove the Fulton attorneys were lying in court.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Despite Tens of Thousands of Issues Already Identified in Arizona Audit, Likely Hundreds of Thousands of Ballots Have No Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation

By Joe Hoft
Published September 27, 2021 at 7:00am

On Friday the auditors in the Senate’s audit or Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results presented their results before the Arizona Senate. Dr. Shiva’s work identified 17,000 ballots (envelopes) that were duplicated (much more than the 10,000 ballot election margin). But there is much more in his report.

We noted on Friday after watching his presentation that Dr. Shiva identified numerous issues, including identifying over 17,000 duplicate ballots (envelopes) which is well over the margin of victory in the state.

We then on Saturday combined Dr. Shiva’s results with the other presenters to determine more than 70,000 ballots were duplicated or had issues and the IT team identified some real significant issues as well.

However, Dr. Shiva’s presentation was given before we could see his report. But now Dr. Shiva’s audit report has been issued and per our review it includes some HUGE issues not previously highlighted by TGP.

Below is Dr. Shiva’s report.
AZ Audit Report Dr Shiva by Jim Hoft on Scribd doc on website

In the Abstract of Dr. Shiva’s report alone, there are some additional shocking points that we have not highlighted already.

As presented already, over 17,000 envelopes were duplicates based on a forensic analysis of the signatures and other parameters on the ballot envelopes. No duplicates were reported by Maricopa county. We also provided this slide below listing other issues.

On p. 9 of Dr. Shiva’s report, he mentions that 91% of all the ballots counted in Maricopa County were Early Voting Ballots (EVB’s) – meaning they were mailed in. Dr. Shiva audited the envelopes that the EVB ballots were mailed in.

In addition, there were 9,589 more unique EVB envelopes reported by the county than were not provided to the audit team.

The County only identified 587 bad signatures for only 0.031% of all EVBs received. However, Dr. Shiva’s team was not commissioned to audit signatures and yet per his analysis of signatures in other tests, he located 2,580 signature issues. This 5 times the county’s reporting and he wasn’t even auditing signatures.

Dr. Shiva digs into these signature issues further and notes:

We noticed the following items in Dr. Shiva’s report Abstract regarding signatures and chain of custody:

As noted already Dr. Shiva was not commissioned to look at signatures. Chain of custody was also not part of his audit. These are huge issues. Why were they excluded from the audit?

We know currently in Georgia the state is missing chain of custody documents on 350,000 ballots making them invalid per the law. We have no idea in Maricopa County how many of the 1.9 million EVB’s have chain of custody documentation. We have no information that any of the EVB ballots have chain of custody documentation.

When adding in the number of ballots missing chain of custody documentation in the County the number of invalid ballots likely increases into the 100,000’s much like Georgia.

The Arizona-certified results should never, ever have been certified.

On Maricopa...
2021-09-26 07:00 by Karl Denninger

What did we learn Friday?

1. Maricopa claimed there were no duplicate mail-in ballots. In fact there were far more duplicates than those required to change the outcome in the Presidential race. That has now been established. Either (1) Maricopa lied but actually de-duplicated the ballots (meaning the results stand) or Maricopa did not de-duplicate the mail-in envelopes and the results are impossible to validate because some 17,000 duplicate votes were cast.

2. Maricopa lied about their election management system never being connected to the Internet. It has been conclusively and forensically established that indeed it was. When it was is immaterial; the lie, standing alone, is enough.

3. Maricopa intentionally violated federal law in the maintenance of electronic records specifically including the chain of custody by not issuing individual login credentials to the authorized users for each function. This is a direct violation of federal law and it was an intentional act. These are laws, not suggestions.

4. One or more people intentionally destroyed security logs. At least one such person has been positively identified. That is a criminal act, standing alone, and must be prosecuted.

5. The databases were intentionally destroyed by one or more persons. The person who did #4 either conspired with said person(s) who destroyed the databases, was the person who did so, or did so to cover up the act without knowing who committed the first act. Whatever the facts on that linkage may be it was a deliberate, criminal act standing alone and must be prosecuted.

6. The so-called "auditors" hired by Maricopa are criminally incompetent or even worse, actively involved in the above. They must be named and prosecuted. Specifically, they failed to inspect the unallocated disk space on the EMS, a basic part of forensics as criminals often delete evidence of their activity. Said material was still there, so had the "auditors" hired by Maricopa been competent they would have discovered it.

What was not proved was that Trump won. But what was proved was that there is no honest assertion that can be made that either of the two Presidential candidates in serious contention won. The margin of victory is within the margin of dispute and it has been proved that electronic records critical to validate what occurred throughout the election process were deliberately destroyed by persons(s) who had physical access to the systems in question, with at least one such person being allegedly identified by security camera footage.

There may well be more here -- but what's been discovered thus far and proved (and for which the evidence is now in the public domain) shows that:

1. The election in Maricopa County for federal offices, including President, was not conducted in accordance with Federal Law.

2. The results, based solely on the count of duplicated ballot envelopes (people who voted more than once), which exceeds the margin of victory for the Presidential Office, are not able to be confirmed since once duplicate ballots are removed from the envelopes it is impossible to identify them. Maricopa county claimed no such duplicates exist. We now know more than 17,000 in fact do exist and the envelopes still exist. What we cannot prove one way or another is whether the ballots inside those envelopes were counted and, if only one was counted, which one was counted. We thus have no way to know who won.

3. The persons running the election have made materially false statements on an intentional basis about the equipment never being connected to the Internet.

4. The persons running the election both deliberately destroyed data related to the election in direct violation of Federal Law and, as a separate and distinct offense, attempted to cover up that destruction and identification of the person who did so. This act, standing alone, demonstrates intent to tamper with the election results.

5. The vast majority of said deliberately destroyed data was not recoverable and likely is not recoverable.

By forensic evidence, not presented and unrebutted, the outcome of the election in Arizona was falsely certified.

What's the remedy for this?

That's a separate debate -- but that this one county alone did in fact corrupt their election, did so intentionally, and did so in such a fashion that at this time it not possible to know what the result actually was is not subject to reasonable dispute.

Finally, not only was their forensic computer person credible he displayed exactly the process that I, as a person skilled in the art and who has performed computer forensics, would utilize. I found no fault in his procedures, his process and analysis. Not did I find him to make a single unproved assertion of fact. This is exactly what a professional is supposed to do in this field.

NOT MAKING HEADLINES: AZ Audit Could Not Find the Identity of 86,391 Voters – They Don’t Appear to Exist and 73.8% Are Democrat or No Party Affiliation

By Jim Hoft
Published September 27, 2021 at 4:15pm

The Arizona audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people. This is disclosed on Page 56 of the “Results Details” report.

These Maricopa voters cast ballots in Nov 2020 and don’t seem to exist. The ones registered as Democrat or selected no party affiliation represent a whopping 73.8% of these unknown voters. That’s 63,757 ballots. Not selecting a party makes monitoring of nefarious registrations much harder as everything not R or D is bulked together as “Other”. Even the new State voter registration form now only has only 3 categories (R, D, Other) and some registration reporting reduced to similar.

Cyber Ninja’s used Melissa Personator which is arguably the best commercial service to validate U.S. or Canadian identities. It scours private and government databases including USPS and Social Security Administration. Cyber Ninja’s oddly concludes most of these “unknowns” might be real people that just have limited public records. Our name, DOB, SS#, and address are in every State and Fed database. If you can’t be found using these credentials, something is definitely wrong.

The Ninja’s didn’t consider Maricopa’s history, it’s registration battles, or issues with non-citizen voters. They make no consideration the database might have been manipulated but know it was hacked Nov. 5th 2020. Had the Senate subpoenaed Maricopa’s VRAS servers and tasked CyFIR to investigate, we might know a whole lot more.

In March 2017 the new Maricopa Recorder disclosed that tens of thousands of unprocessed voter registration forms were sitting in stacked boxes in their office. Helen Purcell (Republican) had been the Recorder up to this point and was replaced 2 months earlier by Democrat activist Adrian Fontes. These boxes were voter applicants who couldn’t provide proof of U.S. citizenship or identity. They were notified by mail to provide additional documentation and the forms had been held indefinitely. Why?

Arizona’s Prop 200 was passed in 2004. To register to vote, citizens were now required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship and identity. Arizona changed its State registration form to accommodate the new law. Democrats resisted and started using the Federal Voter Registration Form, which doesn’t require proof of U.S. citizenship. In 2013 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that AZ must accept this Federal Form. However, those voters would only receive ballots that list Federal candidates – President and Congress. These are classified as “Federal Only” voters in AZ. It’s bullshit. Democrats exclusively use the Fed Form in AZ to bypass citizenship and other ID issues.

After the 2018 election the Maricopa Board of Supervisors realized they had serious problems with elections and corruption. Their investigators found that all elections staff answered to County Recorder Fontes and the Board had no insight into elections. So in June of 2019 the Board added a second “Director of Elections” role. One Director now answers to the Supervisor Board, the other to the County Recorder. Fontes provided no resistance to the changes because he retained unaccountable control of VRAS, the voter registration system for Maricopa. These are the keys to the kingdom. Fontes then coordinated with Democrat SOS Katie Hobbs to process those boxes of non-citizen applications and get them into the AZ voter rolls.

From the 2018 midterm election to the Nov. 2020 election, Maricopa added a massive 340,676 new voter registrations. That’s a whopping 13.1% increase in just two years. The “Deputy Registrar” initiative created by Fontes gave 638 liberal volunteers access to VRAS and processing of registration forms.

NOTE: Any States concerned about elections should demand images of the registration servers be preserved for the date voter registration stops, the day of the election, and when ballot counting ends.

BREAKING: AZ State Senator Kelly Townsend Files S.B. 1487 Against Maricopa County For Unanswered Questions From July Hearing And Audit Report

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 27, 2021 at 5:00pm

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich

Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend has filed another 1487 request to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office seeking answers to the questions raised by the Arizona audit.

In August, State Senator Sonny Borrelli used this same law which requires the Attorney General to investigate a potential violation of the law and withhold 10% of state shared funds if the violation is not corrected within 30 days.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich delivered, forcing the County to settle with The Arizona Senate over Senate subpoenas.

The questions raised over the last six months about the 2020 election remain unanswered and after the most recent audit report, Townsend wants the answers.

Today, Senator Paul Boyer sent an email to his colleagues claiming the Audit proved the Joe Biden won, and that if there was any fraud, we would have seen something the first thing this morning. Perhaps this is a little late for him, however I have chosen to submit a 1487 complaint to the Attorney General’s office asking for a formal investigation into the unanswered questions that were raised by the Summer audit preliminary report, as well as last Friday’s final report. Because this is a 1487 request, it is required by law for these questions to be investigated and answered within 30 days. I did ask a multitude of questions, however I believe we already have the answers that were obtained by the audit committee. It should not take the full 30 days, but it if does and takes longer, I will reissue a new 1487 to reset the clock for the more time-consuming issues. I am not satisfied with unanswered questions and unreported issues. I want to know what laws were broken, who broke them, and who will be held accountable.

Please see below a full list of what was asked of the Attorney General today. I look forward to his response

Appendix A
Ballot Paper Issues –
A.R.S. § 16-468(2) and A.R.S. § 16-502(A).

1. It has come to my attention that there may have been multiple types of paper used that were not authorized. Please provide evidence of all of the various papers that were purchased and used from a company that provides such legally authorized paper.
2. Who were the suppliers of paper for both Runbeck printed ballots and the day of election ballots of an kind?
3. Did Dominion supply any paper for ballots? If so, please provide purchase orders to show where this paper came from and if it met the standards of our statutes.
4. At any time did any precinct need to buy paper that ran out on Election Day? If so, which precincts ran out of paper and where did Maricopa County procure additional paper? Who was responsible for supplying that paper and do we have explanation as to why it ran out?
5. Maricopa County said they used VoteSecure paper by Roland. Please provide purchase orders and which VoteSecure paper that were used and where.
6. If these processes regarding the use of ballot secure paper were not followed correctly and by state law, who would be held accountable for these violations?
7. As a member of the Arizona Senate, I received information regarding irregular ballots that were inserted among the other ballots. These ballots were being logged and tracked in an official log book. Please report back how many of these anomalies were found, and what do the logs say about them. Additionally, what were the vote tallies on those ballots?
8. In the preliminary report, we received information that the ballots had bled through and caused overvotes, despite the Legislature being told that these issues would not happen due to ballot secure paper that was impermeable from Sharpie ink. Please report back any information obtained regarding the county having ballots that had bleed through and what effect that had on adjudication rate.
9. If different types of ballot paper were used for different precincts and voters, and occasionally non ballot secure paper was used creating bleed through and overvote / artifact, leading to adjudication rates being high among some voters and not others, would that constitute an unequal application of policy / election security and a 14th Amendment violation of the voter’s civil rights?
Signature / Envelope Issues

1. Did Maricopa County fulfill statutory requirements for signature verification on all counted ballots included in the official canvass?
2. Signature issues were reported in the recent Audit conducted by the Senate. They included the following problems:
1. Completely blank signature
2. Nearly blank signature
3. Scribbled signature that did not match
If there are ballots included in the official canvass that were counted without complying with A.R.S.16-550(A), how many were included that did not meet this legal threshold?
3. Who would be responsible for allowing illegal ballots to be counted that did not meet the legal threshold of A.R.S.16-550(A)?
4. Ballot envelopes were reported in the audit with a “Verified and approved” stamp appearing BEHIND the envelope graphic of a triangle. How did these images of the verified and approved stamp print from behind the triangle image on the envelope?
5. How many of these envelopes with irregular printing of the “verified and approved” or other stamp behind the original graphics of the envelope have been uncovered, and were the ballots contained therein counted in the official canvass?
Duplicate ballots.

1. In the Dr. Shiva presentation of the Arizona audit, it was reported that there were 17,322 duplicate voter envelopes submitted in the final canvass of the election.
a. What is the party affiliation of those voters? Can we contact them and ask them who they
voted for?
b. Did they knowingly submit too many ballots and will they be held accountable if so?
c. Why were these voters allowed to keep their duplicate ballots / votes as part of the official c
canvass? Who was responsible for removing the duplicates and will they be held accountable?
2.There were 255,326 votes mismatched between the VM55 and EV33 files. Which file matched the hand count?
3. If it is 255k votes over the hand count, does that match with any of the wrong paper usage?
4. If the discrepancy cannot be accounted for, what is the proper and legal course of action?
Chain of Custody
ARS 16-621.E

1. Please provide evidence that all chain of custody documents required by law were adhered to and preserved for inspection and audit.
2. If these documents do not exist or are not available, who is responsible legally for that failure?
Data Security (Usernames & Passwords) –
2019 Elections Procedures Manual, p. 209 (Section 2, Subsection a., number 2)

1. The elections procedures manual requires that “The application shall provide distinct security roles, with separate usernames and secure passwords for each user or station.” Please provide evidence that this requirement was followed in Maricopa County as it relates to all login and password requirements, systemwide.

2. Who is responsible for ensuring this is maintained, and what consequence/recourse does the state have for such a breach of protocol?

3. Is the master/administrative password that has not been released by Maricopa County or Dominion in compliance with State law?

4. Do anonymous logins of any kind violate the 2019 Elections Procedure Manual?
Internet History
1. Were the EMS Server, EMS Client workstations, REWEB 1601 & 1602 connected to the internet?
2. If they were connected to the internet, is this a violation of A.R.S.16 and the Elections procedure manual?
3. Do the Dominion voting tabulation machines have the capability to connect to the internet?
4. Was at any time the voting machines connected to the internet?
5. Who would be responsible and held accountable if any laws in this section were broken?
Calibration –
52 U.S.C. § 21081(b)(1)

1. In the initial audit report we received information that the machines in some locations were not calibrated and that the ballots were offset significantly. Please report back as to what information is available regarding the miscalibration of the machines that caused the offset reported to us regarding the work by Jovan Pulitzer.
2. Did the calibration problems come from specific voting machines or were they random?
3. If they were specific machines, what precincts had the machines that were grossly mis-calibrated?
4. Have those machines been identified and sent for repair, or will they be replaced by the newly purchased machines?
5.Who is responsible for the calibration of the machines?
6. In order to identify the machines that are grossly mis-calibrated, which ballot on Demand systems or printers were used to print ballots either for early votes, day of, and duplicate votes? Where were they located, and model/registration number and service number of the actual machine.
7. Is there a GPS tracker on each machine, and if so, what is the data on each of those machines?
Adjudicated Ballots

1. In the audit, we learned that some of the adjudicated ballots were missing serial numbers, had wrong serial numbers, or had obstructed serial numbers. How many ballots did not meet the requirements of A.R.S.16-621(B)3(a)?
2. Who is responsible for ensuring that this law is abided by, and what is the recourse for voters when this law is not adhered to, yet the illegal ballots were counted in the official canvass?
Deleted files –
52 USC 20701

1. Please investigate all reports of deleted files at Maricopa County for the 2020 General election. The County has explained that these deleted files were regarding a different election and were being archived. Please verify the validity of this information.
2. Please provide proof these files exist in archive.
3. Did the auditors or subcontractors find that there was a program created to specifically remove and purge files of the 2020 election? If so, who implemented it?
4. If we are unable to show that these files were archived and indeed deleted and not related to a different election, does that show intent to tamper with evidence?
5. Is it normal procedure to create a special program to archive files at the Maricopa County Recorder;s office?
6. Please provide a detailed report of this special program used to “archive” or delete files on 02/01/2021 at the Maricopa County Recorder’s office referenced in the audit report, a copy of the program and an explanation of what it is designed to do.
7. Who designed the program?
Unsealed Boxes

1. Why were the ballot boxes delivered to the Senate auditors unsealed?
2. Who removed the seals off and when? Please provide all documentation available that is required to be kept upon opening boxes.
3. Who is responsible for compliance with this state law, and is it possible to discover who opened the boxes based on video recording?
Ineligible Voters Allowed to Cast Votes –
A.R.S. 16 Articles 1, 1.1, and 2, Elections Procedures Manual

1. Were ineligible voters allowed to cast votes in the Maricopa County 2020 General election?
2. If there are votes included in the official canvass of the 2020 General election, it is to be concluded that the election performed was an illegal election and should be nullified and repeated? Please comment on how to proceed, based on any findings of yours that establish illegal completion of a secure election in Maricopa County.
Redacted Maricopa County Audit Details –
NOTE: This concerns information obtained regarding the actions of the Maricopa County Recorder’s office discovered through the Senate Auditors. If not 100% of the information obtained was released, the public will not receive answers to what information was obtained via an audit that was paid for, in part, by public funds. Therefore, the subsequent questions asked are salient and appropriate for this 1487 complaint to ensure that all the forementioned laws were abided by.

1. Does there exist information about Maricopa County that was discovered via audit this year that has been omitted and not reported to the public and if so, what was that information?

2. Who requested that information to be omitted and why?

3. Were there any threats of cancelation of contract and removal of indemnity should any discovered information be reported to the public?

4. Was there an agreement to settle the debt of the audit expenses with a provision that certain information was omitted? If so who made that requirement?

We need Attorney General Brnovich to follow through again by opening a criminal investigation into potential fraud and upholding the rule of law.

Contact Attorney General Mark Brnovich if you would like to see these investigations happen.

We need the answers to these questions.

Democrat Gov. Newsom Signs Bill Making Universal Vote-by-Mail Permanent in California

By Cristina Laila
Published September 27, 2021 at 4:40pm

Gavin Newsom

Fresh off of a rigged recall election, Governor Gavin Newsom (D) on Monday signed a bill making universal vote-by-mail permanent in California.

With ballot harvesting, ballot drop boxes and now permanent vote-by-mail there is zero chain of custody in California’s election process.

This is exactly what the Democrats want moving forward in order to maintain total power in California.

KTLA reported:

Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature Monday on Assembly Bill 37 makes California the eighth state in the nation with a law on the books requiring every voter to be mailed a ballot.

The new law is part of an evolution of voting in the state over the past two decades, an effort to provide voters more options for when and where to cast their ballots.

“Data shows that sending everyone a ballot in the mail provides voters access. And when voters get ballots in the mail, they vote,” Assemblyman Marc Berman (D-Palo Alto), the bill’s author, said during a Senate committee hearing in July.

The law takes effect in January and will require ballots to be mailed to all voters for statewide elections in June and November. AB 37 also applies to local elections, potentially improving turnout in community contests but also increasing costs, given that vote-by-mail ballots are provided with prepaid postage.

AUDIO: Maricopa County Supervisor Clint Hickman Demands That Auditors “Speak Loudly And Publicly To Us and God”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 27, 2021 at 4:30pm

On Friday, Maricopa County Supervisor Clint Hickman went on air to cover up the damning audit report.

Clint Hickman appeared on the Mike Broomhead Show on Friday morning to declare a victory for Joe Biden, Bash AZGOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward, and lie about the resignation of Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri.

In the disgusting on-air segment, Hickman admitted that the Cyber Ninjas audit was “done for everybody out in the open”, but he continually mislabeled this full forensic audit a “recount”.

This was before the final report was presented and Hickman ran with the leftist talking points while disregarding all other findings.

He stated that he would put his “hand on The Bible and say what great work our County did.”
Hickman: I’m pleasantly surprised that the Cyber Ninjas and Ken Bennett was able to entice good solid Arizona’s to come and be honest. And I’m honestly pleasantly surprised that that count that almost totally matches up to the County count and so I appreciate that. There’s a lot of people that gave their time to get to this point.
But clearly, this was all about a recount done for everybody out in the open, and they’ve come back with Biden winning, and their count says Biden won by even more votes. I don’t think we need to go more beyond that, personally.
Broomhead: So do you believe that, I’m asking you now to get into the mind of somebody else, but do you believe that this afternoon, when this audit report comes out from the Cyber Ninjas when they are giving the report on all of this. Do you believe the headline will be Biden won, or do you think it will be some of these other questions they have that are going to be the headline?
Hickman: President Fann is providing a hearing, without any questions to be asked. I read the story about Doug Logan I’ve never met the man. He seems like a godly individual. I know Ken Bennett. He’s a godly individual. Senate President Fann needs to swear them in on a Bible. And, and speak loudly and publicly to us and God, and determine what they want to say, because this county might be in a courtroom. And if it’s in a courtroom, I am going to go in there and put my hand on The Bible and say what great work our County did.
Broomhead: So with some of the other questions that they asked and in this at the end when they say if the county had cooperated, that these obstacles would have been easily overcome. It reads to me like they’re saying we had questions that weren’t answered but we believe the county could have, so maybe they weren’t problems, they were just things they didn’t understand is that the way you read that?

That is absolutely something, when you hire contractors that are not familiar with elections. So we will choose to answer those in court if we have to, or definitely, in the court of public opinion, this never had to happen. Senate President Fann decided not to come on specific days to come and watch our audit and meet the independent technicians and CEO processes. Rusty Bowers came, not once but I believe three times to pay attention to this, and that’s why the house stayed out of this. He believed in it. He believed what we were doing. So to ask questions now because you do not understand elections is farcical. So, looking forward to the one o’clock meeting. And I’ve seen enough already in the preliminary report that this is over with for me. I have tried to stay humble and gracious and not blast other politically elected officials that have, you know charged us with crimes, charged us with honesty and integrity, I have held back. So, I guess, Mike, what I’d like to say is, there is an elected official, through our party that has blasted us said we’ve broken the law, and made video after video talking about my group, and it’s finally led, apparently, to losing a great colleague, Steve Chucri, because he said some unkind things. So I would like to ask our top elected officials representing our state Doug Ducey, Mark Brnovich. And Kimberly Yee. I heard my colleague ask loud and clear for elected officials to stand up. I would like them to ask and call for the resignation of Kelli Ward, chairman of the state Republican Party. She has caused a fracture in our party. She has operated outside of it. For the purpose of pumping herself. I would tend to think that people don’t even know who the last two chairmen were. And I think the time has come. She has now led us to a part where our former president has lost publicly, the Arizona vote again to Joe Biden. That is horrible. And I will not stand for this type of leadership.
Illegal votes do not count as real votes.

Hickman even says that the County will only choose to answer questions and cooperate with this investigation in a courtroom, not voluntarily.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson contacted Senate President Karen Fann for comment.
Conradson: Did you refuse to observe the county’s “audit”?
Fann: We were in session, working on budget and I had to be on the floor for voting. I sent my senior policy advisor on the Judicial Committee, Garth Kemp, to attend the entire audit to observe and take notes. BTW. They were invited to the audit at the coliseum and invited numerous times over five months to sit down with me and the auditors to help explain why there were so many anomalies. They refused every time

Does Garth live in state?
Fann: Yes. Garth works on the Az Senate staff and is the policy advisor for the Az JUD committee. Senator Petersen is the chair of that committee
Conradson: Would you put your hand on a bible and speak publicly to us and god and tell us that this audit is legitimate and the county’s audit was not enough? And that the county did not do great work during the 2020 election?
Fann: Yes I would. To the best of my knowledge I believe this audit was done fairly, honestly, and with the highest integrity The fact that numerous election statutes were broken and the enormous about of adjudicated ballots for the 2020 election, I’d think most voters would say the elections department did not do great work.

My questions are why did they purposely hide and withhold important information from the Arizona Senate? Why did they repeatedly refuse to sit down with us to explain why two and two weren’t adding to four? Why did they believe running a Twitter page and then now actually running tv advertising to hide the facts from the voters?
I’m still wondering why Chucri resigned. He absolutely was in the right and the only one willing to stand up for us constituents
If you live in Maricopa County, contact Hickman now, and tell him what you think of his interview.

Arizona Senate Hears Of Multiple Inconsistencies Found By Election Audit

MONDAY, SEP 27, 2021 - 09:00 PM

Authored by Jack Phillips and Mimi Nguyen Ly via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),
Arizona lawmakers were told on Friday during a hearing on an audit conducted in the state’s most populous county of inconsistencies uncovered during a forensic audit into the 2020 election.

The Arizona state Senate discusses the Maricopa County audit results during a hearing in Phoenix, Ariz., on Sept. 24, 2021. (Allan Stein/Epoch Times)

The Maricopa County audit was commissioned by Republicans in the Arizona Senate.

Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, issued a letter on the same day to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich recommending further investigation following the audit’s findings. In the letter, she raised concerns over signature verification on mail-in ballots, the accuracy of voter rolls, the securing of election systems, and the record-keeping of evidence related to the elections.

I am therefore forwarding the reports for your office’s consideration and, if you find it appropriate, further investigation as part of your ongoing oversight of these issues,” Fann told Brnovich in the letter.

Brnovich, a Republican running for the U.S. Senate, said in a statement, “I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority. Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected.”

His office said that its Election Integrity Unit “will thoroughly review the Senate’s information and evidence.” Specific allegations cannot be commented on until the review is complete, the office added.

Fann said Friday at the hearing that the audit had faced unnecessary obstruction from Maricopa County officials, who went to court in a bid to try to block the audit and subpoenas from the state Senate. While the forensic audit did not uncover a significant difference in the total vote tallies—the difference was only hundreds in the final report— evidence was uncovered of numerous other anomalies, including statutes being broken and chain of custody not being followed, Fann added.

Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based company hired by the state Senate to conduct the audit, said its review involved over 1,500 people and a total of over 100,000 hours. While the company said it only found in the recount a vote discrepancy of 994 in the presidential race and 1,167 in a U.S. Senate race, the report highlighted potential issues with a combined total of 53,305 ballots.

Maricopa County on Friday issued a series of statements on its Twitter page in response to findings laid out in a purported draft audit report of Cyber Ninja’s forensic audit that had been released ahead of the Senate audit hearing.

The draft audit report’s figures did not entirely correlate with that of Cyber Ninja’s final report.

Fann said Friday at the hearing, “As you know somebody leaked one of the draft reports out over the last 24-48 hours. It was a draft report, so I can tell you that what’s in that is not entirely what’s in the final report.” However, some key allegations in the draft report regarding ballots did match that of the final report.

23,344 Mail-In Ballots Voted From Prior Address
According to the Cyber Ninjas’ final report, 23,344 mail-in ballots were received from voters’ previous addresses.

“Mail-in ballots were cast under voter registration IDs for people that may not have received their ballots by mail because they had moved, and no one with the same last name remained at the address. Through extensive data analysis we have discovered approximately 23,344 votes that may have this condition,” the report states.

Cyber Ninjas noted in its report that if ballots are sent by forwardable mail, this would violate the Arizona Elections Procedures Manual.

“The Senate should consider referring this matter to the Attorney General’s Office for a criminal investigation as to whether the requirements of ARS 16-452(C) have been violated,” the company stated in the report.

Maricopa County refuted the allegation on Friday, saying, “Mail-in ballots are not forwarded to another address.” It also asserted that voting from a previous address “is legal under federal election law,” such as in the case of American military and overseas voters. The county also said it had 20,933 one-time temporary address requests for the 2020 general election.

9,041 More Ballots Returned by Voter Than Received
Cyber Ninjas found that 9,041 more ballots were returned by voters than were sent to them.

According to the report, “9,041 more ballots show as returned in the EV33 Early Voting Returns File for a single individual who voted by mail than show as sent to that individual within the EV32 Early Voting Sent File.” “In most of these instances, an individual was sent one ballot but had two ballots received on different dates.”

Auditors later noted they were told that some of the discrepancies “could be due to the protected voter list,” but were not able to validate that. Maricopa County released a statement to similar effect on Friday.

The county disputed the finding on Twitter, saying the majority of times when there are multiple entries in the EV33 file are when voters “returned a ballot without a signature or with a signature discrepancy,” and in such cases, election staff contact the voter.

Cyber Ninjas: Voters Potentially Voted in Multiple Counties
Cyber Ninjas noted that some 5,295 ballots were affected by voters who potentially voted in multiple counties.

The company said that it had compared Maricopa County’s list of all its voters who cast a ballot in the election (also referred to as the VM55 Final Voted File) to the equivalent files of the other 14 Arizona counties, to find a total of 5,047 voters with the same first, middle, last name, and birth year, representing some 10,342 votes among all the counties.

The Ballot Impacted was calculated by the total number of votes (10,342) and subtracting the number of maximum number of potential unique people (5,047). This yielded 5,295,” the report said.

Separately, the company found that the number of ballots tallied in the official Maricopa results were 3,432 more than the total number of people who voted.

The official result totals do not match the equivalent totals from the Final Voted File (VM55),” Cyber Ninjas said (P12).

Cyber Ninjas said the finding is significant because “the number of individuals who showed up to vote should always match the number of votes cast.” The company recommended that legislation “that would require the Official Canvass to fully reconcile with the Final Voted File” should be considered.

Cyber Ninjas said in another finding that there were 2,592 more duplicate ballots than original ballots sent to duplication—a process for replacing damaged or improperly marked ballots with a new ballot that preserves the voter’s intent.

“This is probably one of the more interesting parts … that we had more duplicates than original ballots,” Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan said in his presentation on Friday. “According to our counts from our audit, we had 26,965 original ballots and we had 29,557 that were duplicate ballots, and those numbers should be the same.

Based on the numbers received from Maricopa county, we should have had 27,869 of both originals and duplicates and they should have matched up perfectly,” he added.

Other findings of the ballots impacted included 2,382 in-person voters who had moved out of Maricopa County, and 2,081 voters who moved out of state during the 29-day period preceding the election. Responding to the findings, the county said it had completed separate spot checks and found “no discrepancies” for either of the figures.

Cyber Ninjas also reported that there were 1,551 votes counted in excess of voters who voted, as well as a slew of other categories of findings that affected a smaller number of ballots, such as 397 mail-in ballots sent without there being a record of them having been sent, 393 ballots that had incomplete names, 282 votes cast by individuals who “were flagged as deceased,” and 198 votes cast by individuals who registered to vote after the Oct. 15 deadline, among other smaller categories.

17,322 Duplicates of Early Voting Ballot Return Envelopes
Shiva Ayyadurai, who was commissioned by the Senate to “check the signatures or lack thereof” on the early voting ballot (EVB) return envelopes, said during Friday’s presentation that the audit “reveals anomalies raising questions on the verifiability of the signature verification process.”

Ayyadurai said that his team was hired only to verify whether the envelopes contained a signature—not whether the actual signature matched that of the voter in question.

Of the 1,929,242 return envelopes provided by the Senate, 17,322 duplicates were found, with some voters having cast the same ballot three to four times, according to Ayyadurai’s report (pdf). He noted that Maricopa county’s canvass report, meanwhile, did not report any duplicates.

In response to duplicated ballot allegations, Maricopa County wrote Friday, “Re: duplicated ballots. Every time a voter has a questioned signature or a blank envelope, we work with that voter to cure the signature. That’s our staff doing their job to contact voters with questioned signatures or blank ballots. Only one ballot is counted.”

Among other several key findings, Ayyadurai noted that over 25 percent of the duplicate ballots were received between Nov. 4 and Nov. 9, 2020.

Allegations of Deletions
Auditors stated in their report that “according to the Master File Table (MFT) of the drives, a large number of files on the Election Management System (EMS) Server and HiPro Scanner machines were deleted.

These files would have aided in our review and analysis of the election systems as part of the audit,” the report reads. “The deletion of these files significantly slowed down much of the analysis.”

Maricopa denied the allegation in a Twitter post on Friday, saying, “Maricopa County strongly denies claims that @maricopavote staff intentionally deleted data.” The county also said it has “backups for all Nov. data & those archives were never subpoenaed.”

While auditors finished part of the audit that deals with the ballots, they say an evaluation of voting machine equipment is ongoing.

“Because the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Arizona Senate have recently settled their dispute concerning outstanding subpoena items, this portion of the audit is not yet complete,” the Cyber Ninjas’ report states.

Response to Findings
Jack Sellers, Chair of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, said in a statement in response to the Senate audit hearing, “The Cyber Ninjas’ opinions come from a misuse and misunderstanding of the data provided by the county and are twisted to fit the narrative that something went wrong.”

Once again, these ‘auditors’ threw out wild, damaging, false claims in the middle of their audit and Senate leadership provided them the platform to present their opinions, suspicions, and faulty conclusions unquestioned and unchallenged. Today’s hearing was irresponsible and dangerous.

Arizona Democrats, meanwhile, pounced on the auditors’ report.

“The Cyber Ninjas embarrassed Arizona for months, violated voters’ trust, refused transparency, and stuck AZ taxpayers with a multi-million dollar bill. What’d they find? Biden won,” Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat who has frequently criticized the audit and is trying to become Arizona’s next governor, wrote on Twitter. “The so-called leaders who allowed and encouraged this need to be held accountable in 2022.”

But Fann has long said that the goal of the audit was to improve Arizona’s election system and wasn’t designed to overturn the results.

“Our No. 1 goal is to make sure those laws are followed,” Fann said during Friday’s hearing, adding that there are “a lot of people” with questions about the state’s election integrity. Citing a poll, Fann said that 45 percent of Arizona’s voters had significant distrust in the election system.

Ahead of the official release of the report on Friday afternoon by the state Senate, Trump said the audit uncovered “significant and undeniable” fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The audit has uncovered significant and undeniable evidence of fraud!” he said in an emailed statement. “I have heard it is far different than that being reported by the fake news media.”

Trump added, “Until we know how and why this happened, our elections will never be secure.
This is a major criminal event and should be investigated by the Attorney General immediately.”

Arizona was one of several key swing states, including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin, that were certified for Biden during the Nov. 3 election. Trump won those states, with the exception of Nevada, in 2016. According to official results, Biden won Arizona over Trump by a margin of just over 10,000 votes.

Maricopa County hasn’t responded to The Epoch Times’s request for comment.

KITTY: Sidney Powell Countersues Dominion for Bad PR and Fraud

KITTY: Sidney Powell Countersues Dominion for Bad PR and Fraud

No Dominion Over Me, Sidney Says
© by Choupette Bateaumouchoir

What’s in a name? As Shakespeare said, a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. And as he didn’t say, a stinkweed would smell as bad. So, we can look at the progression of names in the business of voting machines. In the mid-19th century, a machine manufacturing company was established and called Diebold, after the owner. Diebold spawned a small and problematic offshoot named Premier (a hopeful wish name) to manufacture voting machines.

In a tight financial period, Premier was sold off to a company with a ho-hum modern name, Essential Services and Software (ES&S), which then turned around quickly and sold its assets in 2010 to a new voting machine company called Dominion. And what, in these times of corporate expansion and overreach, does Dominion exactly mean? Dominion means supreme authority or absolute ownership.

No pikers, these owners/founders, execs of Dominion, when dealing with antagonists they assert dominion with a flourish that would not be past Nancy Pelosi or a psychopathic narcissist. They are proponents of: there is no good defense like an offense.

So, this year as 2020 election result questions piled up, the Dominion people threatened suit against every big or semibig name they could think of who had brought their badly designed and managed machines to light related to the election, including Lou Dobbs, Newsmax, OAN, Fox News, Rudy Giuliani, Patrick Byrne, Mike Lindell, OAN CEO Robert Herring and his son, OAN President Charles Herring, correspondent Chanel Rion and presenter Christina Bobb.

Dominion is even considering suing Donald Trump. (Smartmatic, another voting machine company, is suing Lou Dobbs, Judge Jeanine Pirro, and Maria Bartiromo). Last but not least, Dominion is suing Sidney Powell and has also sent out 150 “cease and desist” letters to everyone but the kitchen sink.

Sidney has struck back. Making a counterclaim which is laid out on her website defendingtherepublic.org, Powell avers that Dominion brought this suit against her and her law firm to:
  • punish her for speaking out
  • smear her reputation
  • impair her credibility
  • deflect public attention from the truth of the fraud in the election and
  • punish her for drawing attention to the vulnerabilities in Dominion’s machines and software
Powell asserts that ‘in an effort to avoid having these underlying facts surface in the public dialogue, Dominion developed a public relations strategy through litigation. As a part of its “lawfare” campaign, Dominion filed billion-dollar-plus lawsuits against separate defendants at critical and strategically planned times. ‘

Powell, nothing if not thorough, brings twenty-five affirmative defenses designed to knock down the plaintiff, Dominion, in this case. These include lack of standing, improper venue, estoppel, lack of causation, privileged communication, the First Amendment, absence of malice, and more than a dozen other defenses. For a non-lawyer, two of the most powerful are:
  • Fourth Affirmative Defense: Plaintiffs’ own claims are barred in whole or in part by Plaintiff’s own fraud
  • Fifth Affirmative Defense: Plaintiffs’ own claims are barred in whole or in part by illegality
It is true that these illegal fraudsters have no place suing anyone. Powell in the countersuit claims that the plaintiff’s allegations, paragraph by paragraph and even by sentences within paragraphs, are either hyperbolic narrative or in most cases are denied and strict proof is demanded.

The counterclaim states that Dominion brought suit to punish Powell and that Dominion did not bring the litigation with the purpose of winning, as its entire annual revenue is less than 1/10th of the $1.3B for which it is bringing suit.

The countersuit goes on to state that continued scrutiny of the vulnerabilities of the Dominion voting systems would likely open its executives to civil and criminal liability.

Further, contrary to the executives’ sworn statements and assurances, the Dominion patents and manuals expressly provide for remote access to real-time election results, to adjudicate or flip votes, to delete audit logs and votes and other vulnerabilities.

The countersuit avers that to avoid having these facts made public, Dominion developed this litigation as a public relations campaign to change the narrative, hide the truth, and discourage future challenges and negative reporting. It then proceed to bring suit seriatim to a large number of individuals and business (news) entities, when it could have brought one suit citing all defendants.

The countersuit states that Dominion did this in order to drag out negative press coverage. It then sent out over 150 cease and desist letters to a variety of parties including unknown tweeters who simply expressed an opinion, and also witnesses, attorneys, and experts.

The countersuit claims that Dominion’s behavior is an abuse of process and demands $10 mil in damages plus punitive damages.

When this writer reads the text of a suit brought by Sidney Powell, metaphorical bells ring and liberty is proclaimed throughout the land. Justice cannot be far behind, because the truth stands out in its radiant simplicity. We do not know who Ms. Powell’s antecedents were, but if Joan of Arc were among them, this writer would not be surprised. That,
and perhaps Charles the Bold on horseback wielding a morningstar against his enemies.

Conventional justice will take longer than perceived justice and will be fraught with twists and turns. Since this suit has been brought in the District of Columbia. it will no doubt be a heavy fight. But for this, no dragon slayer is better equipped than Attorney Sidney Powell and her inimitable and talented crew.

Why Has the US Election Process Been Ceded to the USPS Despite It Being Unionized and 92% of Its Donations Going to Democrats?

By Joe Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 5:00am

US politicians cede the entire election distribution process to the United States Postal Service (USPS) despite the entity being unionized and 92% of its donations going to Democrats.

The early stages of the “Ballot Supply Chain” for mail-in voting require the list of valid voters, ballot printing, and blank ballot distribution. USPS is the sole distributor for every blank ballot in America. However, almost every public disclosure by USPS is about ballot collection. They deploy “extraordinary measures” like Priority Express Mail services, but only to collect ballots, not to deliver them. They hold RSVP hand-off events for the public, like the one in Maricopa County, to promote ballot transfer to election officials. But they have few measures in place to ensure only one blank ballot goes to one legitimate voter.

Every mail ballot is distributed to voters through one of the 308 USPS Processing & Distribution Centers (P&DC) in America. The completed ballots collected by USPS are returned to these same P&DC locations. To reduce costs, USPS has been consolidating the P&DC centers since 2011, eliminating 179 of the original 487. These centers are critical to elections and have hundreds of designated employees called Political and Election Mail Coordinators. Each USPS report, including the 2020 Post Election Analysis, is a marketing piece to make Americans “feel good” that ballots are returned swiftly to election officials. They say little about securing delivery of blank ballots to voters. If not for Senator Ron Johnson, USPS would have never disclosed 3 tubs of undelivered ballots were found inside the Milwaukee P&DC.

Almost every one of the 644,000 USPS employees across the country are union members of either the APWU, NALC, NPMHU, or RLCA (Rural Carriers). They are all affiliates of the AFL-CIO.

These postal unions have over 5,700 members just in Maricopa County. The APWU donates 92% to Democrats. NALC is the most powerful postal union with $353 million in assets and represent USPS letter carriers who work in cities. They spend millions in lobbying with 84% of donations going to Democrat PAC’s and liberal candidates. All these unions exclusively endorse Democrats for President. The union that delivers mail to rural Americans (RLCA) donates the highest to Republicans at roughly 30%, and rose to 43% during Trumps term.

In the early days after the 2020 Election, the actions of the USPS were brought into question.

One driver in question was questioned by the FBI after he shared the USPS actions with ballots coming out of New York. The FBI wasn’t interested in the information the driver had regarding the questionable distribution of ballots, they instead questioned him and asked who was paying him to make the claims.

Will the USPS be allowed to run the election process for the United States and if so why?

Maricopa County Relegated Election Processes to a Printer Who Didn’t Provide Accurate Counts of Ballots Received by Election Day Nor Chain of Custody Details

By Joe Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 7:45am

Maricopa County relegated numerous election activities to its ballot printer Runbeck and then allowed them to trickle in thousands of ballots after election day, never providing exact counts of ballots received by Election Day.

We’ve already reported how the United States Postal Service (USPS) is heavily involved in the election process.

In Arizona, the USPS distributes and receives ballots across the state. In addition, there are massive voter registration drives before every election by organizations trying to stuff the registration systems. In Maricopa, the VRAS (Voter Registration Access System) stops accepting registrations on October 5th. Maricopa’s ballot printing vendor is Runbeck Election Services headquartered in Phoenix. The “QUALVOTER” list is pulled from VRAS and provided to Runbeck. They must begin mailing early ballots on October 7th, by law. However, the liberal organization Mi Familia waited until days before this deadline to file a lawsuit. They partnered with UnidosUS (LaRaza) and the Lincoln Project. The court changed this Oct. 5th deadline to the 23rd. A week later the date was changed to the 15th during an appeal by AG Mark Brnovich.

Over 43,000 voter registrations were added during this extra 10 days of registration chaos.

Reviewing voter rolls from Dec-Feb show 860 residential locations had 10 or more registered voters, some with over 20. In fact, there were thousands of addresses with between 5 and 9 registered voters. The goal of nefarious actors would be to stuff VRAS with as many names and addresses as possible and ensure they make it on the QUALVOTER list sent to Runbeck. The “Deputy Registrar” initiative by County Recorder Adrian Fontes gave 638 volunteers from left-leaning groups, access to VRAS allowing them to process registration forms.

Like most ballot print shops, Runbeck delivers the sealed ballots directly to a USPS P&DC for distribution. In Phoenix this is a massive 400,000 sq. ft. facility with 56 letter sorting machines.

The Arizona USPS P&DC forwards those ballots out to the 74 U.S. Post Offices located around Maricopa County. Each local PO sorts the ballots by carrier routes and puts them in sequence for the line of travel (LOT). Ballots are then loaded into the vehicles used by the mail carriers (mailmen). These carriers typically have 350-700 locations on their daily routes. This includes apartments, centralized mailboxes, businesses, etc. A typical city ZIP code like those in Phoenix could require 15-30 carrier routes (mailmen) and have 15-25,000 total locations. The Tucson P&DC will soon be consolidated (closed). After that, every inbound and outbound ballot in Arizona will be processed at the Phoenix P&DC.

In 2020 there were 5,330 USPS mail carriers employed in Arizona. They deliver mail by “fleet or feet”. These are not the clerks, machine operators, or sorters. Maricopa County has 62% of Arizona’s population. This means roughly 3,300 USPS mail carriers were in possession of the 2,364,426 ballots sent to voters over the 24 election mail days in Arizona for 2020. Any completed ballots collected during their routes are sent back to the Phoenix P&DC. Maricopa election officials then pick up the completed mail-in ballots at this P&DC. A similar ballot delivery process to the above takes place all across America. But in Maricopa, when ballots are picked up at the Phoenix P&DC by election officials, they are not taken to the county tabulation center.

Runbeck is the first to receive completed mail-in ballots in Maricopa from the USPS.
They store them in their Phoenix headquarters while scanning the outside signature area of the envelopes. This area also includes an optional date and phone number section. Runbeck provides these digital images to MCTEC (tabulation) poll workers who compare signatures to those on file. Those that do not match are separated from other ballots and Runbeck delivers both sets to MCTEC.

Next, the ballots are forwarded to poll workers who open the envelopes, remove ballots, and start the ballot tabulation process. None of the chain of custody documentation for ballots picked up at the P&DC or Runbeck were provided to Senate auditors. In fact, Recorder Adrian Fontes reduced absentee ballot scrutiny specifically for the 2020 election (see image below).

In the image below you can see that the inspection boxes were reduced from 3 to 2 in the lead up to the election. Again, no documentation validating the move of ballots between entities was provided to the auditors of the County’s election process.

We’ve reported on concerns with Runbeck previously. For one, the entity is connected to the Democrat party.

We’ve also reported on issues with ballots that appear to be tied to the printing companies. In Arizona, this would be Runbeck.

Maricopa never provided exact totals of uncounted ballots after November 3rd. On election night almost every County knew exactly how many ballots they had left to count. Maricopa would only provide a range, like the below (400K-430K ballots left). This went on for days after the election, always just ranges.

In fact, poll workers testified that MCTEC supervisors thought they were done counting several times. Then a Runbeck van would show up. If they never publish an exact total, new ballots can be injected as needed.

Finally, when the Arizona Senate finally started their audit of the 2020 Election results in Maricopa County, mail in ballots were in their audit scope and the images of all ballot envelopes were requested by the auditors. On April 27, 2021 Maricopa’s Supervisors stated these digital images of signatures had been delivered to Senate auditors. They resisted for months while making disparaging comments about the auditors. Maricopa finally delivered these images on August 19th, without any apology. We have no idea what was being done to these ballot envelopes and images during these months when the County claimed wrongly that these images had been provided to the Senate auditors.

Why does the county outsource ballot envelope imaging to Runbeck once received?

Runbeck also performs the signature verification. Shouldn’t these activities be done by a separate entity?

Why did Runbeck never provide exact numbers of ballots received by Election Day and why didn’t they provide for days?

Also, there is no chain of custody documentation provided to the Senate auditors related to this process which, if lacking, is likely against the law.

Faithful Steed
One wonders if Maricopa County did anything RIGHT during the election.

Perhaps they did as they were told? But would that make it right?

EXCLUSIVE: Arizona’s Maricopa County Had GIS Election Mapping Capabilities Providing Up-to-Date Information on Ballots Processed at Any Time

By Joe Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 10:03am

Maricopa County has a GIS election system that the up-to-date status of votes at any time. Could this have been used to record and manipulate vote results?

Maricopa’s real-time visibility into ballots is just mind-boggling. It doesn’t just recognize when completed ballots are received. It can map every voter location for ballots that have passed the signature verification process. This is a true reflection of what will be tabulated. It can show areas of low or high turnout, by party, Spanish-only ballots, or just about any other criteria.

Their public interactive map currently shows 2020 returns by precinct, political party, and demographics including race and age. The (UOCAVA) map of overseas voters shows the entire world including China (145 votes), Pakistan (3), India (108), etc.

The below “heat map” is another real example from the GIS department. Zoom to 150%, dots are ballots cast. It shows Dems who voted “in-person” during the primaries. Maricopa used this to determine the best locations to add new “voting centers” for the 2020 election. No other parties were layered in the map, just Dems.

DemVotersVotingInPersonDensityPPE16 PE16 PE18 (2) by Jim Hoft on Scribd doc on website

Maricopa has conducted accurate geocoding of every registered voter in the county. We are all just an x, y coordinate now:). Maricopa will process any map request at a rate of $40/hr. If the map already exists, then it’s free. At one time they had over 1,100 PDF election maps in their online library. But the public is now directed to the interactive map with (EV) Early Voting returns, or the one without. The “Elections Department Only” and powerful Desktop versions used by internal staff can access individual voter information, and much more.

Imagine how powerful this data would be in the wrong hands, in the days leading up to election day, or while they’re still tabulating afterward. It would be invaluable to know all registered voters who were mailed a ballot, don’t have a completed one in the system, and haven’t voted in the last two elections. These “unused” votes are what nefarious actors want.

Targeted data showing exact locations would be a goldmine for ballot harvesters too. The advanced real-time features are simply portrayed as helping “Get out the Vote” initiatives.

The GIS map below has plotted all Maricopa Democrats who voted “in-person” for the previous two primaries. This “heat map” was used by the County to determine the best locations for new “Vote Centers” in 2020. Vote Centers allow anyone to show up and vote. It’s a departure from precinct-based voting because it’s easier to hide bogus ballots and illegal voters. You can download the map here, zoom to 150%, dots are ballots.

The mapping technology they use is from ESRI, a 50-year-old company with 9,000 employees.

ESRI now has products directly targeting elections and some are provided free to nonprofits.

The hard-left organization Democracy Labs advocates for BLM and similar ideologies. They have been using ESRI to create tools for their activist partners. VoterPac used it to track down unregistered voters in CA counties where Devin Nunes and Kevin McCarthy reside. They mapped zip codes, census tracts, and block group codes, and so on. They included more personal datasets to pinpoint their targets: attended any school meetings, volunteer at a charity, signed petitions, wrote or called a politician, voted in the last 12 months, and more.

You can expect Big Tech and their Big Data Analytics partners are light years beyond this. In fact, the left-leaning Democracy Works has already partnered with USPS, directly integrating into their systems to monitor the real-time movement of ballots. It’s just a few regions so far, but it should stop. There is truly no good reason for anyone to have this level of bulk ballot data in real-time, before an election.

Arizona State Rep. Mark Finchem Calls for the 2020 Election Results to be Decertified Based on the Plethora of Evidence Identified in the Senate’s Audit

By Joe Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 11:00am

Arizona State Representative and future Secretary of State, Mark Finchem, calls for the 2020 Results in Arizona to be decertified.

Yesterday we noted that Rep. Mark Finchem is calling for audits of the remaining counties in Arizona after the results of the Maricopa County were released.

After listening to the plethora of evidence provided during the Senate’s presentation on Friday, Rep. Finchem called for the decertification of the 2020 Election results in Maricopa County in a tweet.

Rep. Finchem provided the following document to The Gateway Pundit to share.

[This is a summary of where Mark started.]

On November 30th, members from the Arizona House and Senate held a Public Hearing on election Integrity that gave the public an opportunity to present evidence and sworn testimony to the panel regarding the 2020 general election. The mission of the Public Hearing on Election Integrity was to, “prove or disprove alleged discrepancies in the 2020 General Election.”

Hundreds of Arizona citizens submitted sworn affidavits, under penalty of perjury, to the panel detailing inconsistencies they encountered during the election process. Members of the panel found that the evidence presented was sufficient to justify further examination of our elections.

It was our duty, as elected officials, to listen to the testimony on November 30th and proceed with an investigation called for by tens of thousands of constituents from all over Arizona. The Senate moved forward with a forensic audit on December 14, with the results released on Friday September 24th.

Our focus from the November 30th hearing and since has been on transparency. We wanted to make sure our constituents had full disclosure regarding our elections. If they had questions, we would seek answers. Remarkably, our elections, both as a country and a state, have never undergone a full forensic audit before. We knew it would take time, but accuracy was believed to be more important. If the audit showed no inconsistencies, then we could all move on. But, if the audit showed inconsistencies, we knew we would have to do everything in our power to find out what went wrong and develop solutions to address the problems.

One of our greatest freedoms of speech as citizens not subjects, is the right to vote. Having free and fair elections is the cornerstone of our democratically elected Republic. We owe our freedom to vote to every single veteran who fought for this country. Sadly, it is clear from the audit report released on Friday that our elections are far from fraud-free, fair, and secure. With the information that has been presented, the only justifiable action is for our Attorney General to open a full investigation into the actions revealed in the Audit Report. The Arizona Legislature must also consider nullifying and reclaiming the 2020 Electoral College Electors.

We must all take a moment and thank the brave citizens who took time from their lives to attend the November 30th hearing. We also need to applaud the brave citizens —from both major parties— who spent endless hours working on the forensic audit. They were under constant scrutiny and were not paid a penny for their time as volunteers. We are forever grateful to these individuals, including the Arizona Rangers. They supplied first rate security during this forensic audit, all as volunteers.

It is a shame that the media, some political figures, and others who were against this audit from the beginning, did everything in their power to obstruct bringing answers to our concerned constituents. Name calling, libel, slander, defamation of character, lawsuits, personal attacks, hyperbolic media reporting, and threats were all on display during this process and continue today. It is a disgrace that rather than making this process a transparent and joint effort, they did everything in their power to put an end to this audit. Every media outlet that tried to destroy the lives of those involved in the audit should be held accountable and fired by their advertisers. Any political figure who defamed or obstructed those involved in the audit should be voted out of office. And every individual who knowingly colluded to run a fraudulent election must be held criminally responsible. We the people are sick and tired of corruption running rampant in our political environment. The days of the good-ole-boy network are over.

For those who chose to continue ignoring the evidence presented, your disservice to the process is noted, and your credibility now lies in ruin on the plane of trust.

We look forward to a full investigation from the Arizona Attorney General and we pray that we can bring trust back to our election process.

Representative Leo Biasiucci, Dist. 5 Representative Mark Finchem, Dist. 11

Arizona House Majority Whip House Judiciary Committee

[Below is related to elections machines.]
For additional background, In a filing made by Stark in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Case # 1:21-cv-01864, Philip Stark and Free Speech for People as the complainants allege that the Elections Assistance Commission, “[EAC] staff conducted a series of secret meetings with voting machine manufacturers. Those private companies advocated for a number of significant changes to the guidelines that would make them easier for manufacturers to meet. Among the changes was the loosening of several principal security requirements.” (Part 3 of the Complaint) The complainants further allege, “The EAC incorporated the changes requested by voting machine manufacturers into the final version of the voting system guidelines. The VVSG 2.0, as adopted by the Commission, incorporates several new provisions that reduce the cost to manufacturers while substantially weakening the security of voting systems as compared to the version of the guidelines that was submitted to the Board of Advisors, the Standards Board, and the public. Even though the changes were significant and not a logical outgrowth of the previously proposed version of the VVSG 2.0, the EAC voted to adopt the revised guidelines without submitting them or the modifications to any of the members of the Board of Advisors, the Standards Board, or to the public.” (Part 4 of the Complaint)

The EAC action comes after a report from the DEF CON 27 Voting Machine Hacking Village August 2019, where highly skilled and experienced cyber security officials successfully identified major vulnerabilities of every electronic vote tabulation and handling machine now in use across the United States. Election officials knew or should have known about the vulnerabilities found by these civi-minded professionals who alerted the world about the problems found.

Voting Village participants were able to fined new ways, or replicate previously published methods, of compromising every one of the devices in the room in ways that could alter stored vote tallies, change ballots displayed to voters, or alter internal software that controls the machines.” (Pg. 4, Pa. 2)

“For these reasons and many more, we are calling on the House and Senate Members of both parties to come together and protect election integrity by prohibiting the use of this equipment as the primary means of counting votes,” says Rep. Mark Finchem (LD-11)
We cannot tolerate such open and brazen attempts to corrupt our county and state elections. Our ballots are at least as valuable as our currency, if not more so, and we must not permit the kind of activity we saw in the 2020 election,” Says Rep. Leo Biasiucci.

“Will this be inconvenient for County Recorders in some counties? Probably. Will the State have to step in and provide funding for the counties to pay for hand tabulation? Probably. But if we want the assurance of fraud-free elections that do not have the potential for a cyber security breach, it is a step we must take.

HUGE DEVELOPMENT! They Got Caught! 24 Criminal Operatives Caught on Video Stuffing Dropbox with 19,000 Ballots in 3 Days (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 1:53pm

This is a huge development!

In Georgia, 19,000 ballots were counted from a single Zuckerberg dropbox over one weekend, but surveillance shows only 24 people dropping off all of these ballots. That’s nearly 800 ballots per operative!

Stuffing ballot boxes is a crime in Georgia as it should be everywhere.

Former Rep. Jack Kingston went on Newsmax on Tuesday and broke this news.
Former Rep. Jack Kingston: I know of one dropbox in Georgia that is being looked at. The dropbox averaged 6,000(?) ballots a day. Yet over Columbus Weekend, a three-day weekend, 19,000 votes were counted. But surveillance shows that only 24 people went to the dropbox. You can’t have that kind of ballot harvesting in the state of Georgia. So we have to look into this.
This criminal activity took place in Georgia in 2020.

It’s time for criminal charges against these lawbreakers.

DeSantis Authorizes Investigation Into Facebook for ‘Alleged’ Election Interference

By Cassandra Fairbanks
Published September 28, 2021 at 8:00am

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has authorized an investigation into Facebook for “alleged” election interference.

DeSantis cited the Wall Street Journal’s bombshell report on internal Facebook documents stating that the company allows certain users to break the rules.

On Monday, DeSantis announced that he was authorizing Secretary of State Laurel Lee and the Florida Department of State to open an investigation into Facebook’s alleged election interference through its whitelisting program.

“Floridians deserve to know how much Big Tech has influenced our elections,” DeSantis tweeted along with his letter to Secretary Lee.

“It’s no secret that Big Tech censors have long enforced their own rules inconsistently,” DeSantis said in a press release. “If this new report is true, Facebook has violated Florida law to put its thumb on the scale of numerous state and local races.”
“Floridians deserve to know how much this corporate titan has influenced our elections. That is why I am directing Secretary Lee to use all legal means to uncover violations of Florida’s election laws,” he added.

Georgia opens probe into drop box ballots, chain of custody in large Democrat county

Probe comes after newspaper report of improper chain of custody documentation, DeKalb County election chief taking leave.

Updated: September 28, 2021 - 12:09pm

The Georgia Secretary of State's office has opened an investigation into the handling of drop box ballots last November in one of the state's Democratic strongholds following a media report that there were problems with chain of custody documentation in DeKalb County.

The probe, confirmed in a statement to Just the News, comes at a tumultuous time for DeKalb County, whose elections director was placed on an extended leave of absence two weeks ago.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office said the probe is ongoing and the county is cooperating.

"The Secretary of State's office has opened an investigation into the drop box chain of custody documentation for Dekalb County," Raffensperger's office told Just the News. "The investigation includes not only whether Dekalb County properly complied with the documentation required by the State Election Board but also whether the actual procedures used by Dekalb adequately protected chain of custody for ballots returned to drop boxes."

A spokesman for DeKalb County did not immediately return calls or respond to emails from Just the News last week or Monday seeking comment.

The announcement of the probe comes less than a month after the Georgia Star news site reported that 43,907 of the 61,731 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes in the November 2020 presidential election in DeKalb County — 72% —were counted in official tallies certified by the county and the state though they had not met the chain of custody requirements set by the Georgia State Election Board on July 1, 2020.

Raffensperger's office said it did not receive most counties' chain of custody forms for drop box ballots until January and February of this year, well after the election. Since that time, the office has found problems with a handful of counties, mostly small, rural and Republican strongholds.
"As we announced earlier this year, Coffee, Grady, and Taylor counties all failed to complete any ballot transfer documents," the office told Just the News. "They were referred for investigation.

In Stephens County, the elections director emptied an absentee ballot drop box on her own instead of with the two people that the State Election Board rule required. Stephen County was referred to the Attorney General's office by the State Election Board."

DeKalb County is the largest county in the state to face questions so far about the chain of custody documents governing drop boxes. Situated just outside the Atlanta metro area, it is one of the largest and most reliable Democrat strongholds in the state outside of Fulton County, which is home to Atlanta. Heavily minority, 83% of DeKalb residents voted for Joe Biden over Donald Trump.

The county, however, has faced some internal struggles over election management, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Earlier this month, the county's elections director Erica Hamilton was placed on an extended leave of absence, though no explanation was given for the move, the newspaper reported.

Last year, a consultant raised concerns about DeKalb's elections strategy and preparedness, suggesting a new management structure after concluding that Hamilton "was significantly involved in many day-to-day tasks," which it called noble. However, the consultant wrote, "there are simply too many moving parts to ask [Hamilton] to be the sole operations taskmaster for the organization while also managing policy and executive functions."

Raffensperger's office said despite the new investigation and earlier revelations by Just the News of significant mismanagement and irregularities in Fulton County, he remains confident in the validity of the November 2020 election results in which Biden narrowly defeated Trump, a verdict that the former president has refused to accept.

"We have heard about 'smoking gun' after 'smoking gun' from President Trump and others since Nov. 3 allegedly demonstrating fraud but there's been nothing yet that would put in doubt the results of the 2020 presidential election," Raffensperger's office said. "A monitor appointed by the Secretary of State's office monitored the work by Fulton County during the November 2020 election, for example, and found sloppiness but no fraud. Election workers aren't perfect and do make mistakes but that is a far cry from evidence of fraudulent ballots. Under both state and federal laws, a procedural error by an election worker would not invalidate an otherwise legitimate and proper ballot."

The State Elections Board recently took the first step toward taking control of Fulton County's voter counting operation in time for the 2022 election, a new power the board was granted earlier this year under election integrity reforms passed by the state Legislature.

Raffensperger has long been critical of Fulton County's election operations, including on election night last November. A state monitor sent to observe the vote counting operations in Atlanta later wrote a report identifying 29 pages of problems ranging from double scanning of ballots to potential violations of ballot privacy, Just the News previously has reported.

WATCH: AZ State Senator Sonny Borrelli – Evidence Turned Over To AG Brnovich For Criminal Investigation – MSM PsyOp Spreads Propaganda To Demoralize Americans

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 28, 2021 at 5:08pm

Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli gave an explanation of the Arizona audit’s next steps and the psychological warfare involved in the 2020 election.

Maricopa County Attorney Tom Liddy leaked the draft audit report, serving a narrative to mainstream media outlets the night before the final report was presented.

The mainstream media is perpetuating their PsyOp against the American people and running with the “Biden won” narrative based solely on the hand count of the ballots.

The only problem is, illegal votes don’t count.

Their real motive is to distort the truth and demoralize people.

Fake News Bret Baier even did this on election night by declaring a victory for Joe Biden, while thousands were still waiting in line to vote.

The margin of victory in Arizona was less than half of one percent.

The truth is that there is alarming evidence of possible illegal votes and criminal wrongdoing that occurred. They even have photos and video evidence.

This evidence has been referred to the Arizona Attorney General’s office and he has already begun his preliminary investigation.

Yesterday, Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli appeared on Outside the Beltway with John Fredricks to clear up the confusion and expose the plot of the story.
Borrelli: All the evidence is being turned over to the State Attorney General for criminal investigation, and or hopefully, criminal prosecution, because people need to be prosecuted for this. We’ve identified three individuals already. Their names are being withheld right now because everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty, but we also want to protect them anyways just in case you know they commit suicide or they disappear or whatever. But that’s been turned over the law enforcement, i.e. the attorney general, what we have here is an ongoing conspiracy of a cover-up has been perpetrated by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and the Secretary of State’s office, and perpetuated by the fake news mainstream media. And what they’re conducting now is more of a propaganda blackout operation where they’re blocking out, blacking out all facts of what the audit was, all of the results. And they’re involved in a propaganda PsyOp. they’re putting out misinformation, disinformation to do numerous things to distract and distort the truth, and to also demoralize everybody to think that “oh hey so over this was a fail. Failure. The audit was a complete failure and said nothing burger. That’s why they do it on a Friday.” You know, here’s the funny thing. The Press got a hold of a partial incomplete draft of the audit report, which is ridiculous. And the county attorney Mr. Liddy, he released it to the newspapers, so he released that information to the to the media, so that way they can have their own narrative already built up in the can, so that way they can start out, hammering in on Thursday night and then Friday. So they can already, you know, get their message out that “Biden won. The numbers didn’t change. Matter of fact, Biden gain more more votes in through the audit.” The audit team was not there to determine a winner or loser, They’re just supposed to report the data.
This information is not being reported by the Government approved media because it threatens their agenda to cover up The Big Lie.

CyberNinjas CEO Doug Logan revealed to The Gateway Pundit that fake information is even being planted into circulation by somebody with the same agenda.

It is now up to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to investigate the questionable and fraudulent ballots listed in the report.

IT’S HAPPENING: True the Vote Is Meeting Wednesday in Atlanta – Next Step in Organized Multi-State Ballot Harvesting Investigation Captured on Video

By Jim Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 4:45pm

Radio host John Fredericks joined Steve Bannon earlier this month to discuss an EXPLOSIVE development in Georgia.

According to John Fredericks, investigators now have video of 240 leftist operatives he called “ballot traffickers” dumping tens of thousands of ballots into drop boxes in the middle of the night in locations across Georgia.

The leftist operatives were identified making numerous drops in the middle of the night. They were filmed emptying their backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes in the middle of the night.

Ballot harvesting is not legal in Georgia. This was criminal behavior caught on video!

True the Vote
and OPSEC Group have copies of the video and are promising to release it in the near future.

This was a massive organized effort by the American left to commit fraud.

Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote are behind this investigation and it involves SEVERAL STATES.

Breitbart reported on this investigation in August–
The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.
“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”
In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.
From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to gather similar such surveillance video from other states. The document states that True The Vote has obtained one full petabyte of surveillance footage on drop boxes—two million minutes of video—which it says is broken into 73,000 individual video files. The group is expected to begin releasing some of these videos, which purportedly show the same people going multiple times to the same drop boxes, in the coming weeks.
Investigative journalist Heather Mullins later reported that this investigation covers NUMEROUS swing states including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. And Heather says the investigation will soon be going public with evidence of illegal activity.

Heather released a photo of one of the late-night ballot traffickers in Georgia.

This is breaking news–

We have on good authority that True the Vote and others are meeting Wednesday in Atlanta, Georgia. We were told this is a very important meeting tomorrow. They are moving forward with their investigation.

“We Were Threatened” – Exclusive Interview with Doug Logan from Cyber Ninjas on the Arizona Senate Forensic Audit

By Jim Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 3:08pm

On Tuesday we spoke with CEO Doug Logan of The Cyber Ninjas, a private consultancy based in Florida that ran the forensic audit of Maricopa County 2020 election ballots in Arizona.

On Friday the Cyber Ninjas released their final report on the Maricopa County forensic audit.

We covered the hearing extensively here, here, here and here.

Doug Logan told us the rumors were true, that he was receiving threats during this process. Doug said the threats came from both sides. Doug said he was threatened earlier in the process by an attorney on his results. Doug told the attorney to go jump in a lake. Doug also claims the revisions that were made kept the integrity of the report. The report was not compromised. Doug assured The Gateway Pundit that he and his team took a neutral stance.

Their goal was to tell the truth about what happened in Maricopa County. His team also received numerous threats from the left.

Doug Logan told us that one of the draft reports that was floating around the internet was not from the Cyber Ninjas. It was a fraud!
This report included language that Doug recommended the Arizona Senate to decertify the November election.

Doug assured us he never had this language in any of his reports. It was made up!

This statement above was from a fake report released on the internet.

Doug told us today that this early report was a hoax. His team never wrote that report and it appears someone took his letterhead and used it to create their own fake report. Doug told us that he is not going to reveal at this time who they think is behind the fake report.

We also asked Doug about several shocking revelations from the report including the entry that the Arizona audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people. This is disclosed on Page 56 of the “Results Details” report.

Doug agreed that this stunning revelation and several others need to be investigated. The reason the Cyber Ninjas did not look into this further is because ballot canvassing was not part of their Senate contract.

The Attorney General must now canvass the thousands of questionable ballots that were listed in the final forensic audit report. The fact that the audit did not part of their contract hampered their investigation.

The audit also discovered that Maricopa County purged their database and then scrubbed the machines before they were turned over to the auditors. Ben Cotton told the Arizona Senate on Friday they were able to retrieve this deleted information and they were able to identify who illegally deleted this evidence before the machines were turned over to the audit team.

Doug says he is not surprised the media lied about the report. The report was not just a recount of all of the ballots as the media reported. It was an audit of the ballots and the machines. It is now up to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to investigate the questionable and fraudulent ballots listed in the report.

Finally, Doug Logan told The Gateway Pundit that the Arizona GOP raised over a million dollars for the audit but that his team has not received any money from the GOP.

EXCLUSIVE: Representative Mark Finchem Issues Press Release Calling for an Election Audit of Pima County, Arizona

By Joe Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 4:30pm

Arizona Representative Mark Finchem, who has received President Trump’s recommendation for Secretary of State, issues a press release with The Gateway Pundit first, calling for an election audit of Pima County in Arizona.

Representative Finchem reported today the following regarding his request to audit Pima County:

Based upon a report made to the U.S. Department of Justice and the Legislature (November 2020) alleging that 35,000 fictitious votes had been inserted into the Pima County general election, and based upon additional investigation of the ballot equation files sent to the vendor that prints, packages and mails mail-in ballots to voters, and based on anomalies found in the reported returned ballots to Pima County Elections Office, I have launched a petition drive to collect 500,000 petition signatures in support of the mission to conduct an audit of the Pima County voter rolls and the election systems.

Here is the entire release below:

WATCH: AZ Gubernatorial Candidate Kari Lake After AZ Audit Results – Calls For INDICTMENTS Against LYING Fake News: “We Should Look At CRIMINALLY Charging Them As Well”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 28, 2021 at 7:33pm

On Friday, Arizona Gubernatorial Candidate Kari Lake called for indictments against the mainstream media for their participation in the 2020 election cover-up.

Lake, Arizona’s frontrunner in the Republican Primary for Governor in 2022, shared her reaction to Friday’s bombshell audit report which revealed evidence of thousands of fraudulent votes.

She wants indictments for the corporate corrupt media and everybody involved in this fraudulent election.

The mainstream media propagandists are running a PsyOp against the American people and Lake demands accountability.

As a former news anchor, “few can take on the Fake News Media like Kari”, said President Donald Trump.

Kari Lake knows this election was stolen and she is calling for decertification.

OANN’s Christina Bobb spoke to her outside of the Arizona Capitol after the huge reveal.
Bobb: What’s your reaction and what would you like to see happen?
Lake: Such a historic day and really a somber day because we learned that what we kind of already knew, right? Our election was fraudulent. It was corrupted. And my reaction is, we have to make this right. We do not move on from this moment, we do not move on from November of 2020 until we make this right. And I know we have some brave lawmakers, the ones who withstood the pressure, that everybody was calling and threatening them and they did the right thing, they brought us a forensic audit that was run really perfectly. I went down and I saw how it was run, I talked to people who were there. And now if we don’t do the right thing, and I’m talking about bringing criminal charges, where they are due, we will never have a country again. We need to do the right thing right now and this is a big moment for Mark Brnovich. He wants to run for Senate, I don’t think he has a chance. But that’s gonna be the least of our concerns politics. If he doesn’t do the right thing at this moment, and bring up indictments and file criminal charges against the people who were involved in this, then we will not have a state we will not have a country
Bobb: I think you’re right, I think a lot of the people of Arizona want to see that happen as well. Earlier we saw some media spin about a leaked report claiming that Biden won, and they didn’t seem to read the rest of the report that said, but there were 50,000 plus fraudulent votes or fraudulent ballots. What’s your reaction to the media spin?

Lake: It’s so typical I saw it starting up last night and I went okay here we go I mean I worked in the media for 30 years, and I always said it was the half-truths that would get would get them the half-truths. A half-truth is a lie, they put out half a truth. The count was right but that’s including bad votes, fraudulent votes, dead people voting you know all of that. They never put in the important part, they only put the little tiny half-truth that supports their narrative. They’re propagandists. And they all should be ashamed of themselves and frankly, if they’re doing this with knowledge that they’re putting out fake news and false news and propaganda, they, they really, we should look at criminally charging them as well because they are duping the public. And that’s why I tell people when I speak do not believe the corporate corrupt media. They do not care about us, they don’t care about this country, And they proven it time and time again,
This is a critical career moment for Attorney General Mark Brnovich who is running for U.S. Senate in Arizona.

It’s “high noon” in his opinion and he will never win an election again if he does not come through big time with indictments against everybody involved in this criminal operation.

He has already started his investigation, sending a litigation hold notice to Maricopa County, but he has not announced a criminal investigation into the fraud or the cover-up.

Never-Trump Group Led by Bill Kristol Releases New Anti-Trump Ad Starring Angry Maricopa County RINOs (VIDEO)
By Jim Hoft
Published September 28, 2021 at 10:06pm

On Tuesday a new ad by “Republicans for Voting Rights” started playing on national TV including Newsmax TV.

The ad stars two prominent Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates and Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who both claim to be Republicans.

In the ad Bill Gates deceptively says there was no evidence of fraud in the Arizona election. This was proven false in several ways by the forensic audit report on Friday.

The ad condemns the Maricopa County audit that found hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots.

The audit also found that Maricopa County officials erased the voting machines before they were turned over to the audit team.

So Trump was right: the election was rigged. And our next one will be too

Rod Liddle [UK]

Sunday September 26 2021, 12.01am BST, The Sunday Times

To what extent, do you think, is Joe Biden abiding by his solemn election pledge to “undo the moral and national shame of the previous administration”? You can judge for yourself by the television pictures of terrified Haitian refugees on the US-Mexico border being horse-whipped by mounted American rangers.

Trump did not do anything like that. If he had attempted to, Hollywood and the partisan coastal media would have imploded in a plasma of outrage. And yet Biden has largely escaped their censure.

I’m not sure, either, that the little old business in Afghanistan entirely banished America’s moral and national shame. Nor Biden’s inability to remember where the hell he is or who he is talking to; nor his geopolitical pig ignorance or his tendency to doze off at crucial moments. I think, in answer to my original question, that America’s “moral and national shame” is absolutely thriving under the present incumbent, perhaps hitting levels not seen since James Buchanan was in office.

The American public is slowly waking up to the fact that they are being led by an ineffectually devious, senile halfwit. Donald Trump is back in the lead in the opinion polls. Imagine how awful a president must be if people would rather that sack of meat with mittens were back in charge.

Soon the public will wake up to something even more unpleasant and sinister: that the last presidential election was a fraud, rigged by big business, the labour unions and, more than anything, the media and the tech companies. If that election had taken place in any other country, it would have been called “unfree”. And, as more and more evidence emerges, it terrifies me that the same thing could happen here.

What, you argue, the BBC deliberately withholds stories damaging to its preferred party or candidate? Facebook and co refuse to carry news stories harmful to the opposition because they class them as “false news”? Yes, I think you see my point.

We already knew, even as Biden was declaring victory, that Facebook and Twitter had cut off Donald Trump’s access to the electorate. He was deliberately rendered voiceless. Before then, they — and the national media — had smothered stories alleging the Biden family’s peddling of influence and Biden’s crackhead son and his dubious business interests in Ukraine. False news, we were informed. Nope, not all of it was false at all, it transpired.

What we didn’t know until we were told in February this year, courtesy of Time magazine, was that there actually was a conspiracy — a secret coalition of chief executives, labour unions, left-wing pressure groups and media companies — to manage what information was available to the voting public. Its aim, as The Wall Street Journal put it, was to “suppress unwanted elements of US political conversation”. What a wonderful phrase.

Time magazine reported this as if the cabal — it called the arrangement a cabal — had been acting heroically. To save the US public from making the same mistake again and electing that Brobdingnagian boor — and to do so by suppressing stories favourable to him.

Now we discover that General Mark Milley, the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, was also conspiring against the president. Twice Milley called Chinese diplomats to let them know that he would countermand any order from Trump to attack China — which seems to a lot of US conservatives to be an act of pure treason. Milley also went behind his president’s back to connive with the Democrat leader of the House, Nancy Pelosi.

The reasoning for this was that Trump was “unhinged” — a familiar notion peddled by the media for the four years of his presidency. Was he? I don’t know. He didn’t seem terribly hinged to me, but then Americans rarely do. But more unhinged than your average American — or Joe Biden? Whatever the case, that election one year ago was plainly rigged. Not by fraudulent postal votes. But by an affluent elite conspiring, brutally at times, to ensure that the American public heard only one side of the story.

What worries me most is that so few liberal commentators seem capable of understanding that this was a grotesque manipulation of democracy. And yet surely they must see it, no matter how appalling Trump seemed to them (and indeed, quite often, to me). Instead, those very acts that subverted democracy are depicted as valorous.

The author of that article in Time said the conspirators “were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it”. Wow. Isn’t that a little chilling? And are you looking forward to a “fortified” general election over here?

Sidney Powell On Dominion: “They Have The Patents To Watch The Election, To Alter Votes In Real Time”
Sidney Powell appeared on The Stew Peters Show with a bombshell

SEPTEMBER 28, 2021

Sidney Powell, the former advisor to Donald Trump’s legal team, has spent the past year in a bitter legal battle with Dominion Voting Systems, which is suing her for $1.3 billion. Today, Powell sat down with our very own Stew Peters to discuss the new filing she’s just issued in this case.

Powell began by clearing up that her legal war with Dominion has nothing to do the Capitol riot that took place on January 6, explaining that “in fact, the activities at the Capitol that day by the crowd, actually delayed our ability to file our 12th amendment case.”

“But I wanted to make it very clear publicly that we had nothing to do with that event at all, and abhor any sort of violence and never encouraged violence,” she continued. “In fact, I specifically encouraged everyone to stay away from the Capitol that day, because I smelled a huge setup.

And that’s exactly what it was, as more and more evidence has come out that the FBI played a major role in that.”

Powell went on to explain the latest in her fight against Dominion in court.

“We’ve been collecting additional evidence that…Dominion did exactly what we said they did. They have the patents to watch the election, to alter votes in real-time,” she explained. “We’re putting the patents up on our website, and they can do everything thing we said they can do: they can flip votes in batches through the adjudication process, they can run an algorithm, they can do everything that we have said they could do from day one. And there’s every reason to believe they did it, all the math lines up with it all the time series data lines up with it.”

Powell then warned of how she’s found evidence that in this country, the military has the power to actually control election outcomes. She said that her case “shows the corruption throughout the system, that for at least 20 years now, somebody other than the voters of the United States of America has been determining certain elections. And this year, if not prior years, it happened to be the presidency of the United States of America, in what is nothing other than a coup.”

Not stopping there, Powell proceeded to say that she believes the Department of Defense knows exactly what they are doing, “because they patented a process for real-time monitoring of the election and doing exactly the same things back in 2005.”

“And the government has an interest in a patent that allows for the predetermination of election results,” Powell continued.

“Here in the United States, the military, the Department of Defense holds this particular patent that you’re going to be putting up at DefendingTheRepublic.org today?” an incredulous Peters asked.

“Yes,” Powell replied emphatically, to which Peters said, “unbelievable.”

In the end, Powell feels that this is why it’s been hard to get anyone to pay attention to this, as the powers at be in this country do not want any of this to get out.

“It’s got to be the intelligence community, and mixed in with the defense community that are at least partly responsible for this, whether it’s the whole thing I don’t know,” she said. “But obviously a very key group of extremely powerful people in the country have been running this process for years, and dominion, people are smack in the middle of it.”

If you were holding on to any hope – a TINY shred of confidence that there was still one, or maybe just a couple of America First Patriots over at Fox, if that expectation was bolstered by President Trump actually mentioning Greg Gutfeld and Laura Ingraham, by name, at his rally the other night in Georgia, then you’re most likely just as perplexed as I am. Because here are the facts: Not ONE of them, not Ingraham, not Gutfeld – NOBODY at that network has mentioned the efforts to audit the 2020 election. Not a peep. Complete silence. A total whitewash. Why?

Well, one person who was definitely watching last week’s audit from Arizona with great interest is Sidney Powell, former advisor to the Trump legal team. The Maricopa County audit found thousands of ballots impacted by various issues, and of course, it also found that county officials deleted a bunch of records they were supposed to be preserving. Adding to the intrigue, of course, is that Maricopa County used the notorious internet-connected voting machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems.

That’s the company Sidney Powell has been locked in a major legal battle with for nearly a year now. Dominion is suing Powell for $1.3 billion. Yes, BILLION. But just four days ago Ms. Powell announced on this show that she would be making a new filing in that case, and she has indeed done so. Powell joined the show to update us on that fight.
