I can only assume that the BOS in AZ is much the same in power/authority as ours was. (I was a CA County Supervisor for 12 years, or 3 four year terms, before I retired.)
The people elect a person, (in our case the County Clerk,) who is in charge of running elections. I believe the one in AZ who did that job quit right after the election and the current one is a replacement. In my state, the Elections Clerk was responsible for maintaining voter registration rolls, printing ballots, selecting and running voting equipment, dealing with Dominion, training personnel and setting up voting stations, receiving and counting ballots, sending initial counts to the state and securing ballots and data for the allotted time. They also do recounts and a small sample canvass/audit to make sure the county system ran ok.
As a Supervisor, the Clerk came to us to show us the choice she had made of the two machines offered by the state of CA. The one she chose was Dominion. Our involvement was fiscal, so we were primarily interested in how it was being paid for and whether it was in her budget. She also came to brief us on ballot printing and changes that had been made by the state that meant more varieties of ballots, mail in ballot districts only and more unexpected costs to her budget.
Following the conducting of the etion, she ran her sample canvass and would bring the final numbers to us to "certify" to be sent to the state. This was basically a ministerial function. She would also report on how the election went and any glitches.
Every few years, the Grand Jury would review the operations of her department and make any recommendations in their normal oversight capacity and report.
The BoS' duty with departments run by separately elected officials is primarily fiscal in approving budget matters. Also, they would represent the County as a whole in legal matters. The County Counsel (Attorney) advises them and they make litigation, union negotiation and personnel decisions in closed session. They also belong to a pool with other counties that provides communal stop loss on lawsuits. This may also influence decisions.
My Board met once a week. A County Administrator handled most day to day issues, particularly in departments headed by appointed dept. heads.
Here, baring some sort of election hanky panky, I think it was greatly influenced by the main person responsible, the Elections Clerk, having left office right after the elction. The Board is over its head in the actual election matters and desparately trying to protect the County from exposure to litigation.

Fulton County Georgia is a mess. The election results there are in question ever since election night when Ruby and her daughter jammed the same (Biden) ballots through tabulators continuously for more than an hour. Today we have more on the election practices in the county from its own auditors.
We previously reported on audit work in Georgia related to the 2020 Election. In one case, we uncovered that the firms used in Georgia by ‘Mr. Integrity’, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, were not certified as proclaimed and documents requested from a prior audit were manufactured much later, only after our request.
We also have evidence that state leaders, including ‘Mr. Integrity’, knew they had problems on Election night but ignored the issues and related fraud.
Today we discuss a Fulton County, Georgia, County Auditor’s report that to date has received little attention. The findings from the report include several damning revelations.
- Lack of operating procedures
- Inconsistent procurement procedures
- Untimely payment of invoices
- Lack of supporting documentation (including nearly $2 million in overtime)
- Improper payment of services (the County paid seven invoices to Atlanta Public Schools)
- Inadequate safeguarding of assets (15 routers out of 260 could not be physically located)
- County failed to return $40,000 in a grant from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) to purchase drop boxes
- County failed to tell SPLC how many ballots were dropped in drop boxes per grant requirement
- Accounting records were a mess

This morning at VoterGA’s website GABallots.com, David Cross, who leads the efforts to find duplicate ballots for Garland Favorito’s VoterGA, posted this on his website.
The team was looking at voter data this week and we stumbled by this little gem.
There is no chance that a county the size of Fulton County, Georgia legitimately has more people registered to vote than there are eligible to vote. No Chance.

Arizona Audit Finds 25-30% of Duplicated Ballots Received Between November 4th-9th After They Knew How Many Ballots Were Needed

Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai shared the explosive results from his team’s analysis of the Early Advance Ballot (EVB) envelopes as the first presenter at the Arizona Senate hearing on the results of the 2020 election in Maricopa County.
During his presentation, he gave evidence of over 17,000 duplicate votes that were illegally counted in the final certified tally.
When Dr. Shiva refers to “duplicate ballots,” he means “voters sent in 2 or more ballots” that were counted.
According to Dr. Shiva, there was a massive surge of duplicate ballots AFTER the polls closed on election day. Between November 4th and November 9th, “25-30%” of all double votes were received by election officials, eventually getting counted in the final total.

Dr. Shiva and his research team were able to track the timing of the duplicate ballots by looking at the timestamps of all Early Voting Ballots that were received by election officials.
What they found appears to be evidence of coordinated fraud.
To make the data easier to digest, his team built a graph that shows when every early ballot was received, starting on 10/9/2020 – when the first ballot was sent in.
When the researchers layered in the duplicate ballot submissions, the results jump clearly off the screen.
As you can see in the photo below, the orange-colored line representing the ‘duplicate ballots’ breaks away from the baseline total that it had been closely mirroring and skyrockets upward.
Also, notice how there is a slight spike in duplicates ballots at each point where the mail-in count drops – Very odd, it’s almost as if the Maricopa election officials were able to get some free time to find a couple of extras in the printer.
The calculated ‘anomaly’ after election day that Dr. Shiva uncovered doesn’t only include duplicate ballots, it also includes a large increase in the number of ballots that had either no signature (Red line) or a “scribble”(Green line) on the verification envelope.
Keep in mind, the majority of early mail-in ballots were received during the weeks LEADING UP TO election day, the fact that so many came in after polls should be investigated.
To make it even easier for people to visualize the unbelievable flip, Dr. Shiva changed the type of graph and showed how the signed ballots that were arriving in the weeks leading up to the election compared to the ones arriving a few days after – and no surprise, more blatant signs of fraud.
The 17,000+ votes are enough on their own to nullify Biden’s narrow ‘victory’ in Arizona.
The State needs to DECERTIFY NOW.

Following the public hearing, Michigan Attorney and Attorney General candidate Matthew DePerno tweeted out that he was told that Arizona attorney Cory Langhofer suppressed critical information from the audit report, including the statement that the election must be decertified.

What a piece of work – Arizona governor Ducey is at it again. The corrupt politician will not adhere to the Constitution or back justice no matter what the facts.
In late November while a presentation of the state’s irregularities and issues with the 2020 Election was going on, GOP Governor Ducey certified the state’s election results.
If you look closely at Ducey’s past you can see why he backed a fraudulent Biden win in the state.
So it’s not surprising that Ducey is at it again. Newsweek reported on a statement that Ducey has probably had prepared for months:
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has said there will be “no decertification” of the state’s 2020 presidential election results following an audit in Maricopa County that was highly anticipated by supporters of former President Donald Trump.
In line with all the fake news outlets reporting on the audit results, Newsweek shares:
In reality, the audit found over 70,000 duplicate ballots or ballots with significant issues. In addition, multiple IT and Cybersecurity issues were prevalent in the audit, including likely criminal acts.
Ducey’s only chance of ever being reelected in Arizona (he’s term limited as governor) is to ensure the same election processes and machines remain in place in future state elections for decades.

When you step back and look at the results of the audit of Maricopa County in Arizona regarding the 2020 Election, the answer is clear. The current results should never have been certified – period.
The audit presentation yesterday started off with Dr. Shiva, a brilliant man with a resume that is one of the best in the country. Dr. Shiva uncovered more than 17,000 duplicated ballots included in the certified election results in Arizona. These duplicate ballots were greater than the 10,000 ballot margin of victory given to Biden in the state
Next was Cyber Ninja’s Doug Logan. He shared much of what was released in a leak the night before.
His team identified more than 57,000 ballots with issues that never should have been included in the state’s certified results, but they were.

Combined, between the duplicates identified by Dr. Shiva and the issues identified by Mr. Logan, there were more than 70,000 ballots with issues included in Arizona’s certified results. This is seven times the margin of victory certified for Joe Biden.
The third presenter was the best. Ben Cotton discussed IT and Cybersecurity issues. He noted numerous items have still not been provided to his team despite subpoenas being provided to the County months ago.
Cotton also identified numerous items that were deleted or missing from the information provided to his team. The highlight of the presentations was when Cotton noted that his team identified the individuals who deleted items requested and that he has provided their names to authorities in the state. The audience cheered when he said this.
Overall there was justification for the audit and support for the fact the current results in Arizona should never have been certified. It is clear President Trump carried the state no matter what the corrupt media says.

The FBI admitted on Friday to The New York Times that they had informants and operatives inside groups attending the January 6 rallies in Washington DC.
The FBI finally admitted they infiltrated the Jan. 6 rallies with informants. In fact, one of the first “protesters” inside the US Capitol was an FBI informant.
We all already knew this was happening as TGP reported back in June.
Darren Beattie from Revolver News who led the reporting on the FBI operatives on Jan. 6 responded to the FBI admission on Saturday.

An Oklahoma man pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor after taking one of Nancy Pelosi’s beers from her office on January 6.
Andrew Craig Ericson, 24, pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. Prosecutors will drop three related misdemeanor charges in exchange for his plea. Ericson said in a signed statement that he is pleading guilty because he is in fact guilty.
He will face six months in federal prison and a $5,000 fine after he was tipped off to the FBI by someone who had known him since high school.
Six months in prison for one beer?
Ericson posted a photo of himself on Snapchat while sitting comfortably with his feet on a table at Pelosi’s conference room and taking a beer out of a mini-refrigerator.

FBI Undercover Agent on January 6 Received Text That Confirms No Trump-Led Plot to Overturn 2020 Election

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been outed in a New York Times piece for having undercover agents working the Capitol riot on January 6. Furthermore, the FBI agent was collaborating with a Proud Boys informant who confirmed there was no centralized plot to overturn the 2020 election results on Donald Trump’s behalf. As has been oft-repeated, the pro-Trump attendees were not part of any ‘pre-planned attack’:
The NY Times piece corroborates what was only recently labeled a “far-right conrpiracy theory”: The FBI had undercover agents working the January 6 faux-insurrection who essentially did nothing to stop extremist groups from turning the Electoral College into an utterly chaotic mess. The Times provides details of how the FBI agent was working one extremist group during the developing Capitol riot:
The Times underscores that the FBI had far more advance and real-time knowledge of the developing riot than previously admitted; this came amidst highly questionable and suspect decisions handed down from the highest levels of the government to limit the National Guard presence due to purported concerns about “optics” and to limit the capability of Capitol Police to adequately respond. The Times report once again shows that there was no “preset plot” among one of the most high-visibility extremist groups to disrupt the Electoral College certification proceedings.
In June, Fox News host Tucker Carlson took a significant amount of heat from the mainstream media for highlighting a Revolver News piece that attempted to shine a spotlight on the FBI’s suspicious activities prior to and during the January 6 riot.
Tucker Carlson had on the editor of Revolver News, Darren Beattie, who fleshed out the story. The news media, predictably, losts its mind over daring to question the official narrative of the January 6th insurrection. Tucker addressed the hyperbolic blowback in ‘classic Tucker’ fashion.
“Well, there’s been an enormous amount of hyper-ventilating in Washington over a segment we did two nights ago in which we pointed out that there were pretty clearly a number of people in the crowd at the Capitol on January 6th who had been in previous contact with the FBI about what was going to happen that day,” Tucker said in his monologue.
“Some of them may have encouraged others at the scene to commit crimes,” he went on. “Now, if that happened, and we believe it did happen, it would not be out of character for the FBI. They have done things very much like that before. That is beyond dispute.”
“But in this case, they are disputing it,” Tucker continued. “Not the FBI directly — they haven’t said a word. But the obedient minions of the national security state who run the social media accounts for the NY Times and occupy the anchor desks at CNN, they became hysterical when we mentioned it.”
“‘You can’t say that!’ they screamed, ‘That’s not allowed!’” Tucker mocked.
Not only is the New York Times ‘saying that,’ they are writing entire pieces that show Tucker was right.
Tucker then asked the following three questions:
- “How many of the so-called insurrectionists on January 6 had a relationship with the FBI? How many of these FBI moles encouraged others that day to break the law at the Capitol?”
- “If the Justice Department knew there were going to be protestors massing at the Capitol that day, and it’s clear they did know, then why didn’t they do anything to stop the riot? Why did police at the Capitol allow protestors to walk in, as video shows that they did?”
- “Why can’t we see the tape for ourselves? The government is hiding more than 14,000 hours of video surveillance tape that shows exactly what did happen at the Capitol that day? Why are they hiding that? And why aren’t news organizations demanding to see it?”
“Please prove us wrong,” he implored. It turns out that the New York Times can’t.
On Thursday, prosecutors lost a battle to keep some of the 14,000 hours of January 6 surveillance video that was accumulated by the FBI out of the public view. When some of this video was shown to the public, it became clear why the prosecution didn’t want it to get out: It didn’t fit the media-driven narrative of an ‘insurrection.’
Making matters worse for the news media that had claimed there had been an organized attempt to overturn the results of the election, an exclusive Reuters report from August obliterated the claim that Donald Trump directed extremists to attack the Capitol building and urged protesters to thwart a peaceful transfer of power.
“The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials,” Reuters reported.
“Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations,” the report continued.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
Thus, the FBI has provided substantiation that many of those arrested on January 6 were Trump-supporting MAGA tourists swept up in the Capitol riot around them. Donald Trump had nothing to do with ordering an “insurrection,” and indeed, there was never even an “insurrection” to begin with.

The FBI had an informant in the crowd during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, The New York Times reported Saturday, citing confidential records it obtained.
The informant's name was not revealed in the records, though he was affiliated with a Midwest chapter of the far-right group the Proud Boys, according to the newspaper.
Based on an account of the informant's activities detailed in the records, the informant described meeting up with men from other Proud Boys chapters at 10 a.m. at the Washington Monument and eventually entering the Capitol.
The informant entered after debating whether to do so, the Times reported. He left through a window after police told him that someone had been shot - likely Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt, the newspaper noted.
The informant has since denied that the Proud Boys intended to use violence on Jan. 6 but rather were consumed by a herd mentality. He has also denied that the group planned to attack the Capitol in interviews, the Times reported.
In a statement to The Hill, an FBI spokesperson said the agency's "mission is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution of the United States, and intelligence gathering is essential to those efforts."
"While the FBI's standard practice is not to discuss its sources and methods, it is important to understand that sources provide valuable information regarding criminal activity and national security matters," the statement said.
More than 600 people have been arrested in connection with the deadly attack, according to the Justice Department, and more than 50 have pleaded guilty.
The Times noted that 15 members of the Proud Boys have been charged with conspiracy in four separate cases.
Reuters reported in early August that the FBI has found little evidence to suggest that the attack was largely coordinated.
While groups such as the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers were intent on entering the Capitol, officials told Reuters that there appeared to be no coordinated plans regarding what they would do once they broke into the building.

Arizona’s Maricopa County forensic audit report presentation began at 4:00 EST Friday in the State Senate showing over 57,000 votes are in question. The Maricopa audit is just one county in Arizona but it is the fourth largest county in terms of population in the U.S. The full report with Senate President Fann’s letter to AG Brnovich can be found here.
The independent audit team presented their findings with Senate President Karen Fann presiding. The Senate Republicans chose an audit team led by Cyber Ninjas CEO, Doug Logan and Ben Cotton of CyFIR.
Data analyst and inventor, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai also presented his analysis of several facets of the audit, including findings on duplicate ballots and ballot envelope images.
Senate liaisons Randy Pullen and Ken Bennett both presented. Bennett reviewed pertinent election laws and statutes toward the end of the presentation that could force compliance by the county to adjust the number of votes.
Senator Peterson, also present for the hearing, spoke at the end. He mentioned the constant obstruction to the audit, ostensibly spending, he said, “hundreds of thousands of dollars” to fight the process of an independent audit that was by and large supported by the citizens of Arizona.
Peterson identified many critical issues that need to be addressed, some of which are criminal offenses:
- The obstruction of the audit.
- The numbers do not reconcile.
- “It appears they broke the law with the duplicate ballots.”
- We need to hold people accountable for the mistakes.
- There are significant chain of custody issues.
- Failure to preserve data files.
- Cyber security weaknesses.
- Signatures missing on the envelopes.
Summary Finding Report/Maricopa Audit/9-24-2021
According to Patrick Byrne with the America Project:
“This audit has been the most comprehensive and complex election audit ever conducted. It involved the hand count of approximately 2.1 million ballots with a forensic paper inspection and a forensic review of the voting machines. Most important—an in-depth analysis of the voter roll and the 2020 general election final file.”
“57,000 votes and 734 pallets with serious issues were identified in the audit including improper voter registration and improper voter discrepancies—this is a conservative estimate.”
Dr. Shiva was responsible for the analysis of the ballot images which were handed over only recently due to resistance on the part of the County. Shiva discussed the duplicate ballots, many of which were approved erroneously. There were 2-copy, 3- copy and 4-copy duplicate ballots in the mix. Shiva found that there were ballots that had 2,580 “scribbles” for signatures and 1,919 with no signature at all. He then moved to signature analysis of the EVBs (Early Voter Ballots).

A total of 17,126 voters sent in two or more ballots as duplicates, according to Shiva.

In many cases, blank signature duplicates came in and one of the blank signature ballots was approved as a valid vote. Others came in with the same address, same name, and phone number but two different voter IDs on the Early Voter Ballot EVB return envelopes.

Dr. Shiva’s team found a sudden surge in duplicate ballots between 11-04-2020 and 11-09-2020. There was no mention of duplicates in the Maricopa Canvass Report. 17,126 voters sent in two or more ballots (duplicates). Jovan Hutton said in a post-hearing analysis:
“People were lurking in the system to understand the counts. At any moment in time, they could adjust….they took your legal ballots, fraudulent ballots and counterfeit ballots and the legal ballots voted illegally. They jammed it into the system.”
Surge in Duplicate Ballots/Shiva
Doug Logan began his analysis at around 5 p.m. EST. He reviewed the measures he and his team used to ensure that the audit was comprehensive and secure from top to bottom. Many of the counters were local volunteers performing their inspections to favor accuracy over speed—one of the reasons the audit took several months.
The volunteers examined the paper at a granular level, with microscopes to identify paper fibers, indicating the type of paper used. Over 140 terabytes of data for the paper examination alone.

Logan said that the current completed information included in the report includes hand counts, image capture, review and analysis of voter rolls. Not included today are the Splunk Logs and data from the routers. Additionally, paper analysis needs to be completed. He said the record-keeping for the audit was poor.
Current Status of Audit Report/Logan
“There were more duplicates than there were original ballots,” said Logan, and there were numerous concerns with the duplicate ballots in general. Missing or incorrect serial numbers, duplicate ballots co-mingled with originals, etc.
Logan confirmed that the count alone still showed that Biden had the most votes. A proper canvass would be needed to reconcile the multiple irregularities that indicate the ballots counted do not reflect what actually happened in the election. Logan also confirmed Shiva’s finding that the EV32 files did not match the EV33 files—meaning the early voter ballots sent (EV32s) should match the early voter ballots received (EV33).
Duplicate Ballots/MC Audit/Ninjas
Ben Cotton/CyFIR handled the cyber security aspects of the report. His findings were significant. His team captured over 114 terabytes of information, mostly in the form of images of the system.
Cotton said there was “no accountability in the security measures” for the 2020 election. “It only takes one person with admin access to provide external voting access to that voting system.” The system was “neither accountable nor was it secure,” said Cotton.
Among the findings from Cotton’s team are:
- Found security patches have never been updated since the Aug. 6, 2019 installation of the software.
- They failed to update anti-virus definitions and failed to preserve security logs. No malware was found on the Election Management System (EMS).
- Credential management portion of the investigation showed the county allowed shared accounts and common, more easily hackable passwords.
- Devices on the network were shown to have connected to the internet, contrary to what the county and Dominion maintained. Some of the internet activity “correlated with a purge of data on the day before the audit.”
- Anonymous logins that wiped out buffers.
- Someone logged in as an administrator and deleted a lot of data.
- They caught on video whoever went in and did the file deletion. This is criminal and will be referred to AG Brnovich.
“I will tell you,” Cotton said, “that in Maricopa County, they failed to provide or perform basic operating system and patch management functions. All major security vendors update their antivirus at least on a weekly basis.”
He was not allowed to look at the poll worker laptops or any ICX devices (for handicapped people). He also stated his team was not allowed to see credentials that would help validate the configuration settings or the admin settings.

There were hardware configuration issues, meaning there were two hard drives on the adjudication endpoint—not an approved configuration—a significant finding. The previous audits done by Maricopa County did not discover this dual-drive configuration.
“This means you can boot from a hard drive that is not part of the election configuration and have access to the election network. Very important. It’s clearly not part of the [approved] election configuration and allows access to the election network. There appeared to be non-Maricopa accounting data on one of the bootable hard drives. There were Domininion databases and data that appeared to have originated from Washington State and South Carolina,” said Cotton.

Cotton also said there were thousands of file deletions from the (EMS). Files were deleted in several time frames between the end of October and March of 2021.

“One hundred percent of the paper is fake,” says Patrick Byrne in a post-hearing video conference attended by Patrick Byrne, Joe Flynn, Phil Waldron, Steve Montenegro, Seth Keshel and Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. This was confirmed by Jovan Hutton Pulitzer in the same discussion broadcast on The America Project. The American Project has helped foot the cost of the audit with the help of Patrick Byrne and donations from Americans. Byrne declared:
“The election should never have been certified. This is not about Trump or Biden. They deleted a great deal of data and tried to cover up election fraud. It is time for indictments and de-certification.”
The paper issue was not covered with granularity during the hearing but Byrne confirmed the finding regarding the paper stock used is in the full report. Pulitzer says that proper security paper was not used—a significant issue, if true. VoteSecure stock paper should have been used to help avert fraud and bleed-through of voter ballot markings.
Notably, while the report was comprehensive with the information that was made available to the Senate and the auditors, a County-run canvass has not been performed and the auditors have yet to see routers and Splunk logs, passwords, and hardware keys because of resistance from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. That agreement has been reached and the findings are forthcoming—no deadline has been mentioned by Fann for the completion of that investigation. The Routers could provide important data that will help paint a more accurate picture of what happened in the County’s November 2020 election.
A canvass was originally requested by the Senate Republicans and proposed in the original contract but significant pushback from the federal government, the Democrats, and Secretary of State Hobbs forced Fann and the Republicans to back off from doing a canvass. A letter in May from Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Pamela Karlan claimed, “potential intimidation of voters” if a canvass were to be performed. A citizen-run canvass, led by Liz Harris and over 1000 volunteers who went door-to-door, found 173,104 “lost votes” and “96,389” ghost votes.
Important to remember is the earlier preliminary hearing in July that revealed multiple anomalies and raised many questions. The audit team reported their painstaking and exacting process to deliver an accurate accounting of the 2020 vote. They revealed in the hearing significant issues with mail-in ballots, signature verification, thousands of duplicate ballots with no matching serial numbers, issues with insecure passwords, and alleged unauthorized security breaches.
UncoverDC reported in July:
- There were 74,243 more ballots received than sent out—with no records attached.
- 11,326 people didn’t show up in election files on November 7 but suddenly appeared on December 4, and it was recorded that they had voted in the 2020 election.
- 3,981 voters were registered after October 15 who voted. It was decided in court that voters registered after that date would not be able to vote.
- 18,000 voters who voted were shown to have been removed right after the election. Documentation is needed on those voters and canvassing would help, according to Logan.

President Trump began by listing the results from Cyber Ninjas yesterday and the 57,000 ballots with issues identified.
In Arizona there were also 17,000 duplicate votes identified.
In addition, the President listed the hundreds of thousands of issues identified in the canvassing by a group of individuals in Arizona.
Then the President listed the IT and cybersecurity issues listed yesterday by Ben Cotton.
The big issue of identifying those who illegally deleted data from files was not listed by the President.

I am thoroughly shocked, yet not surprised, at the product that was delivered to the people of Arizona by the hands of Adrian Fontes regarding the 2020 General election. Although the raw numbers of votes show a similar outcome to the official canvass. The important outcome is that the votes that were counted could be trusted as actual and true voter submissions, according to Arizona State law.
However, what we learned today that there was a myriad of issues with the counting process that undermine the confidence in the true and accurate count of this election. The election system simply does not balance. Some of the issues that jump out immediately to me are as follows:
• Deleted / purged files - The timing and deletion of files the day before the 2/2/21 audit. Maricopa county purged the machine records the day before the audit started. Many .exe and .dll files (approximately 1500) were either deleted or modified.
• No security or credential management. There were shared accounts and passwords which made the identification of those deleting or purging files difficult, but not impossible.
• Duplicates ballots were grossly mismanaged, and our laws were broken regarding this important part of our election process.
• Chain of custody was not accurately kept, making it impossible who touched what and when.
• Envelopes without signatures, images of ballot envelopes with an apparent approval stamp behind the basic graphics of the envelop, suggesting tampering.
• Connectivity to the internet has been established, in violation of Arizona law and contrary to what we have been told about the system.
• Sloppy caretaking of ballots, missing batches in boxes, batches in boxes not listed on the box or county list.
These are just a few of the many issues brought up today and necessitate a dramatic change in the way we oversee our elections, and how we hold those accountable who have broken our laws. Most importantly, whenever there is malfeasance and skullduggery, we must both nullify that election and repeat it with one more securely conducted, and we must move forward with indictments of hose who perpetrated this fraud against us.

Although the raw numbers of votes show a similar outcome to the official canvass. The important outcome is that the votes that were counted could be trusted as actual and true voter submissions, according to Arizona State law.
However, what we learned today that there was a myriad of issues with the counting process that undermine the confidence in the true and accurate count of this election. The election system simply does not balance. Some of the issues that jump out immediately to me are as follows:
• Deleted / purged files - The timing and deletion of files the day before the 2/2/21 audit. Maricopa county purged the machine records the day before the audit started. Many .exe and .dll files (approximately 1500) were either deleted or modified.
• No security or credential management. There were shared accounts and passwords which made the identification of those deleting or purging files difficult, but not impossible.
• Duplicates ballots were grossly mismanaged, and our laws were broken regarding this important part of our election process.
• Chain of custody was not accurately kept, making it impossible who touched what and when.
• Envelopes without signatures, images of ballot envelopes with an apparent approval stamp behind the basic graphics of the envelop, suggesting tampering.
• Connectivity to the internet has been established, in violation of Arizona law and contrary to what we have been told about the system.
• Sloppy caretaking of ballots, missing batches in boxes, batches in boxes not listed on the box or county list.
These are just a few of the many issues brought up today and necessitate a dramatic change in the way we oversee our elections, and how we hold those accountable who have broken our laws. Most importantly, whenever there is malfeasance and skullduggery, we must both nullify that election and repeat it with one more securely conducted, and we must move forward with indictments of hose who perpetrated this fraud against us.

The media and Dems – who claimed the AZ Audit was a “joke” and didn’t matter – have RUSHED out, like bats out of the bowels of hell, to spin the findings in their favor.
And to their credit, their quick and relentless onslaught has confused a lot of people.
But I am here to clear things up for you – quick and easy.
Firstly, did the AZ audit prove Joe Biden “won” the 2020 election in that state?
Uh, NO.

But I am here to clear things up for you – quick and easy.

Uh, NO.
No, no, no.
Not at all.
So, how are the media and Dems spinning it to look like it did?
Simple – it’s the same trick they used right after the election was over to claim there was no “voter fraud.”
The media and Dems say that the number of ballots recounted is similar to the original ballot count. Hence, everything is hunky-dory.
Dems always focus on the raw number of ballots, not the quality of the ballots.
This is their talking point – the same one they’ve been using for eons…and the same one the media has parroted, as well.
Yes, the AZ audit showed similar ballot counts from 2020 to now. That’s fine – that wasn’t in question.
The question was about the quality of those ballots that were mailed in.
And the AZ audit has answered that question: there are many huge, glaring, and alarming problems that they’ve found.
But of course, the media and Dems just keep pushing their tired old narrative.
I saw this tweet from a Trump supporter yesterday, and it really rang true and called out precisely what the media was doing in such a simple and easy-t0-understand way.
Here’s what the user said:
“Dear Fake News Media, Yes – the AZ audit found no big discrepancy between the original ballot count & the hand count NO – that does NOT confirm Biden’s “win” WHY? Because (more importantly) the audit found that tens of thousands of those ballots SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN COUNTED.”
Exactly. Well said, and spot-on.
The number of ballots at this point is insignificant until all the duplicate, fraudulent, and illegal ballots are removed from the count.
And according to this audit, which apparently the media and Dems are now claiming is “legit,” the audit did discover thousands and thousands of those “bad” ballots.
Enough to change the results, according to reports.
So, please, don’t let this tiresome spin get you down – this is what the media does – and they wouldn’t be doing it if they weren’t worried.

Despite being publicly shamed by the media and thrown under the bus repeatedly in front of the entire world, lawyer Sidney Powell is still determined to fight for both President Donald Trump and America as we know it.
In a new interview with our very own Stew Peters, Powell opened up about what Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was really doing on January 6, the day of the Capitol riot.
“According to Powell, on the very day of January 6, there was one last-ditch legal effort that might have stopped the certification of disputed electoral slates by the Congress: A legal challenge to the Electoral Count Act, a 130-year-old law that governs the actual electoral college process,” Peters explained. “This law gives both the House and Senate explicit roles in evaluating electoral slates, even though the 12th Amendment to the Constitution only gives the House a role in choosing the President. The Senate is only involved in choosing a vice president.”
“So Powell brought a lawsuit to overturn that law but only filed it the afternoon of January 6, while a bunch of people were trampling through the capitol,” he added. “That riot might have played to her advantage by delaying the final resolution of the election, but then Nancy Pelosi one-upped her by reconvening Congress and finishing the tally in the middle of the night. The next day, Supreme Court Justice [Samuel] Alito dismissed the case, but it might have been different according to Powell if the election wasn’t already over.”
Powell herself further explained the situation in her interview with Peters.
“We were filing a 12th amendment constitutional challenge to the process that the Congress was about to use under the electoral act, provisions that simply don’t jive with the 12th Amendment to the United States Constitution,” she stated. “And Justice Alito was our circuit justice for that, Louie Gohmert was the plaintiff in our lawsuit, and we were suing the vice president to follow the 12th Amendment as opposed to the… Electoral College Act.”
“So that was the main point, and Nancy Pelosi had finagled to file an amicus brief in it there have been inside goings-on in Congress, whereby I believe it was Steve Scalise and [Kevin] McCarthy kept her from being an actual party,” Powell explained. “She wanted to work her way into the case of the party, but somehow politically, that didn’t happen. So she got noticed when we made our filing because she wanted to file an amicus brief, or had filed an amicus brief, and then, you know, everything broke loose, and she had to really speed up reconvening Congress to get the vote going before Justice Alito might have issued an injunction to stop at all, which is what should have happened.”
Peters responded to this by saying, “you wouldn’t still be fighting for this if you didn’t see that there was a light at the end of the tunnel, the tunnel for accountability to happen here in this country. And you have to believe that that’s going to happen, or you wouldn’t still be fighting, is that right?”
“It must happen, or we’re gone as a country,” she replied. “I mean, for me, this isn’t about the person that was in the office of the presidency. It’s about the republic itself. It’s about the truth that the American people are entitled to. They were robbed of their choice. The American people were cheated of their choice as President, regardless of what his name was, they were flat out cheated of their choice as President.”
“And it’s about the rule of law, the truth and the very essence of our Republic, because without a transparent voting system, which we haven’t had, frankly, since 2004, if not before, in fact, we’ve uncovered evidence that there was a fraud way back in 2000, with the paper ballots to try to push everyone into the computerized systems, which only made it worse and made it harder to detect,” Powell continued. “We must go back to paper ballots. We must go back to real citizen identification and simply hand counting the ballots. It’s less time-consuming, it’s less expensive, and it’s far more accurate than what we’ve just experienced.”
“And we have to have some kind of certified ballot system like we used to have also, none of this prints your own ballot, whenever you want to and stuff 50 album in a box or whatever, whether it’s computerized or a box put out by Mr. Zuckerberg and company,” she concluded.
“One of the very troubling things is that the media is so much in cahoots with Dominion and everyone that’s behind this voting scam. I think it goes much broader and much deeper than I originally realized, including aspects of the government. Because they have known about this since at least 2004 and failed to stop it if not absolutely augmented it themselves.”

The Arizona Republican Establishment is latching onto the false narrative that yesterday’s state Senate hearings regarding the 2020 election audit in Maricopa County “proved” Joe Biden won.
He did not, and I explained this thoroughly over at NOQ Report. Nevertheless, RINOs are out in arms attempting to seize on this moment as an opportunity to rid themselves of deplorables within their ranks.
Their first target: Republican Chairwoman Kelli Ward.
In an extremely biased piece by “right-leaning” controlled opposition news outlet The Washington Times, the Republican Establishment was given carte blanche on how to frame the circumstances:
Clint Hickman is part of the Establishment. Governor Doug Ducey would solidify his status as a RINO if he were to join in with the Never-Trump chorus. And the Washington Times is their mouthpiece.
What Ward, state Senator Wendy Rogers, and other patriots in Arizona continue to attempt to do is highlight the massive, widespread voter fraud that took place in the state and across the country during the 2020 election. Some are doing this to prevent future elections from being stolen. Others are holding out hope that the fraudulent results can be corrected. Ward seems to fall into both categories, making her a proper patriot.
She refuses to stop fighting for her country, and that really gets in the way of the Republican Establishment’s goals of advancing the swamp across the nation. They want things to go back to the way they were under George W. Bush, John McCain, and Paul Ryan. They want the deplorables to accept defeat at the hands of the most rampant voter fraud scheme our nation has ever seen.
Of course patriots like Kelli Ward will be targeted. She unabashedly supports Donald Trump and the America First movement. She is driven to see the injustice of the 2020 election reversed and to never happen again. She is a threat to the Establishment.

While many on the left still use the word “insurrection,” the federal government has yet to use it once on charging documents related to the civil unrest at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. Instead, the federal government has charged many in leadership positions of groups like the Proud Boys with “conspiracy” and have alleged that there was a plot among these groups to breach the U.S. Capitol.
FBI Director Christopher Wray previously seemed to acknowledge to Congress that his agency had not infiltrated the groups present at the Capitol protest. According to the New York Times, the FBI had at least two Proud Boys working as confidential informants on January 6.
Earlier today the New York Times released a report, quoting anonymous FBI officials, revealing that the FBI had at least two confidential informants at the Capitol on January 6, and one was regularly texting his FBI handler throughout the day to give updates on the rally-turned-protest that resulted in minor destruction of property at the U.S. Capitol building. The New York Times writes that this reveals “federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into” the events of January 6 even as they were “taking place, than was previously known.”

In an appearance before the U.S. Senate, Wray was questioned on the topic of FBI infiltration of the groups accused of planning to enter the U.S. Capitol by Sen. Amy Klobuchar. While stopping short of explicitly claiming the FBI had not infiltrated these groups, FBI Director Chris Wray appeared to acknowledge his agency had not.
“There must me moments where you think, ‘If we would have known. If we could have infiltrated this group and found out what they were doing,’ questioned Klobuchar, “Do you have those moments?”
“Absolutely,” replied Wray, a Trump-appointee who was allowed to remain in his position by Joe Biden. “I will tell you Senator, this is something I feel passionately about.”
Describing the events of January 6 as an “attack,” Wray said that “We aim to bat 1,000. We aim to thwart every attack that’s out there, especially one that’s this horrific, that strikes right at the heart of our system of government, right at the time that a transfer of power is being discussed.” Wray added, “You can be darn tootin’ that we are focused very, very hard on how can we get better sources, better information, better analysis,” in order to make sure “January 6 never happens again.”

“Certainly there were aspects of it that were planned and coordinated,” Wray also told Klobuchar regarding the Proud Boys, adding that some charges “involve things more like planning or coordination.” He added that there was “some level of coordination.”
According to the lawyer representing Zach Rehl, the New York Times report indicating the FBI had two informants at January 6, and that one of them was in regular communication with his FBI handler, may hurt the prosecution’s argument that Proud Boys leaders were part of a conspiracy to enter the Capitol on January 6.
“This shows there was no pre-planning,” said lawyer Jon Moseley, who is now representing Rehl. “If they had these informants, they would have known about some plan before the grand jury even met.” Moseley says this new revelation pokes holes in the prosecution’s argument, which from the start has been that Rehl and other Proud Boys had an advanced plan to enter the U.S. Capitol building on January 6.
Moseley also says that, should the government have evidence of conspiracy, they would be compelled by existing law to provide this evidence to the defense.
Even without apparent evidence pointing to a conspiracy, four members of Proud Boys leadership are still being held pending trial. Recently, Joe Biggs released a devastating letter from jail describing the conditions of his confinement.
Rehl, meanwhile, is heard outside the U.S. Capitol discussing whether or not to go in the building, on video that seemingly contradicts the prosecution’s claim he organized a conspiracy.

Those close to Rehl, who is currently being held at a jail in Philadelphia near his family, say on his legal defense fundraiser, “He’s being charged with organizing the tragic events that happened, despite the abundantly clear reality being that no one planned to storm the Capital Building, and there was no ‘insurrection'”. This is more important than ever after the damning Maricopa County audit report showed massive election integrity issues.
Mark Finchem is running for Arizona Secretary of State and election integrity is his top priority as Arizona’s Chief Elections Officer.
Pima County is the second largest County in Arizona, it is a blue county, and it borders Mexico making it ripe for fraud through “federal-only” voters and other illegal votes.
Finchem has already begun his Pima County investigation and he has more questions.
Finchem’s constituents want answers and he wants an audit in Pima County.

A few days after the 2020 Presidential Election, it appeared obvious to many of us that Joe Biden’s victory was contrived instead of earned. As the weeks and months passed, our convictions about what happened solidified. We became convinced that what we believed was true, and we stated our position repeatedly. Because we refused go along with the media’s narrative that everything about Biden’s victory was Kosher, we were castigated and mocked for believing in “Trump’s lies” and nonsensical conspiracies. At times, it was quite unpleasant.
Now, with the scientific, replicate-able forensic audit of Maricopa County, Arizona, having been completed, it has become clear to anybody willing to examine the evidence that we were correct. The state of Arizona was won by President Trump. Nevertheless, it was awarded to Joe Biden fraudulently. The results of the audit vindicate those of us who maintained this position all along.
Now that the truth has been revealed, we do not seek revenge or an apology. What we want, what we demand, is a reckoning. We will settle for nothing less, but will this happen? Many wonder?
Not according to Arizona’s Governor, Doug Ducey, it won’t. He has stated that he will not decertify the results of the 2020 Presidential Election. Instead, he is perfectly willing to allow the most serious criminal conspiracy in American history to stand. According to Ducey, with all the wisdom of a punctilious Sophist, he cannot decertify the election because the law will not allow it but, according to him, it is perfectly acceptable for the voters in Arizona and the rest of the nation to be robbed of their choice for President. Apparently, his position is that validating this massive injustice is preferable to taking a stand for righteousness. What a colossal coward Ducey must be.
In his monumental arrogance, he believes that he can take this position and not be challenged, but he’s wrong. Just because he has spoken doesn’t settle the matter—far from it. We, the American people, will not allow what happened in Arizona to stand, just like we will not allow what happened in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan or Wisconsin to stand either.
People like me aren’t the problem. Corrupt politicians are. We didn’t start this. We followed the rules; they didn’t. Now, regardless of what is required or how long it takes, we are going to rectify the results of this massive miscarriage of justice. We have been robbed of our vote.
That’s precisely what has happened, and anybody with a brain knows it. That’s not okay. We will not stand for it.

It’s fake news that the Maricopa audit proves Biden won

Democrats are strutting because the final Cyber Ninjas audit in Arizona showed that “[t]he auditor’s final hand count—which quadruple-checked every single one of the 2.1 million ballots—matches Maricopa County’s official machine count.” Big whoop. For those complaining about irregularities in the 2020 election, the question was never about miscounting. Instead, it was about the claim that an inordinate number of the ballots in the Joe Biden pile didn’t come from real people. Instead, they were alleged to have been faked—and the audit confirms almost 60,000 wrongfully counted ballots that could easily switch the Arizona Electoral College vote from Biden to Trump. No wonder Cyber Ninjas says the Arizona result should not have been certified.
There are two documents at issue here, one of which is a purported final draft of the executive summary from Cyber Ninjas, which I’ll get to in a moment, and the other of which is a cover letter that Karen Fann, the Arizona Senate President, sent to Mark Brnovich, the Arizona Attorney General. I quoted above from Fann’s cover letter, which offers the meaningless conclusion that a hand count matched the machine count. That’s what the MSM (including Fox, which you may remember was the first to call Arizona for Biden) is crowing about.

However, the same letter, in a small bow to honesty, also points out systemic problems with election security. The five bullet-points can be summarized this way:
But wait! There’s more—and this is the really important part because it shows the Big Lie. As Gateway Pundit notes, a purported final draft of the actual audit summary said that “the 2020 presidential election had 57,734 ballots that should not have been counted and should have been set aside, investigated or removed.”
Considering that the margin of Biden’s victory was only 10,457 votes, the presence of 57,734 ballots that were improperly counted is highly relevant. And that’s where we get to the actual audit info from Cyber Ninjas. Their letter does not say that everything is fine and Biden absolutely won.
Instead, having found invalid ballots in numbers more than five times greater than Biden’s “victory,” the audit’s conclusion is that “the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.”
The election problems that Fann’s letter ignored trace back to mail-in voting (again, an invitation to fraud) and improper voter registration management (and do recall that Democrats routinely fight efforts to clean up voter rolls). Because of those problems, wrote Cyber Ninjas:
And citing again to Gateway Pundit, the really grotesque thing about all of this is that the GOP is just fine with that lie. The uniparty in D.C. is real and you’re not part of it.

- absentee ballots were inadequately verified,
- voter rolls do not match the ballots, as well as showing duplicate and dead people,
- amateurs oversaw election technology and machinery they didn’t understand and misused,
- private companies had the passwords to the vote-counting machines, and
- election officials deleted material making it impossible to do a truly accurate audit (or, in legal terms, they deliberately spoliated evidence, which I’m guessing might be illegal under statutory requirements that all voting data must be preserved for 22 months after an election).

The executive summary highlights numerous issues with ballot integrity, including
- 10,000 double votes across county lines,
- tens of thousands from voters who had moved and could not legally have received the ballots they purportedly cast,
- files missing from the Election Management System (“EMS”) server,
- corrupt or missing ballots on the EMS,
- computer logs that were deliberately overwritten,
- duplicated ballots without serial numbers, missing chain-of-custody documentation,
- statistical anomalies in the way ballots were folded compared to the claimed number of mail-in ballots, and
- a statistically significant increase in the number of provisional ballot rejections because mail-in ballots were cast (suggesting that people’s votes were stolen).
And citing again to Gateway Pundit, the really grotesque thing about all of this is that the GOP is just fine with that lie. The uniparty in D.C. is real and you’re not part of it.

What should we make of the 2020 election audit in Arizona?

Of course, President Trump had to lose. He was an existential threat to the entire liberal project. In retrospect, Trump's four years set our betters on their ears.
Trump's trade and immigration policies didn't result in a global economic meltdown — as the experts on both sides of the aisle forecast. Instead, they helped reduce American unemployed, especially among minorities, to record levels.
Trump's energy policies didn't usher in an environmental Armageddon. Instead of the Green New Deal, Trump's energy deal contributed to lower energy costs and, thus, higher disposable income for our country's lowest earners, motivating the Saudis to consider selling Saudi Aramco, the key source of the kingdom's wealth.
Trump's foreign policy didn't bring war. Instead, North Korea realized it had options. Terrorists were terrified. And, perhaps most unbelievable, peace broke out in the Middle East.
Our betters, the establishment, the leaders in both parties have told us for decades that none of this was possible. To even a casual observer, it must have looked as though the wrong folks had been in charge. So Trump had to be dispatched.
That brings us to the Maricopa County election audit. Clearly, thousands of illegal votes were counted correctly. The "leaked" lead story — GOP audit shows Biden wins. The establishment, or uniparty, looks to have had its hands all over the presentation of the data. This "leak" on Citizen Free Press shows at least 42,727 votes (categories 1–3) that look traceable to mail-in fraud.
This meshes nicely with Time Magazine's admission that there had been a "conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes" between business and labor — code for Republicans and Democrats.
Meanwhile, Gateway Pundit carried Dr. Shiva's shocking analysis that some 17,000 voters accounted for 34,000 votes. You read that right.
It's hard not to look at the past year — Trump's policy successes, followed by the trampling of our liberties, riots, the political establishment, jailed January 6 protesters, the tech titans, and now the inflation problem and the treason in Afghanistan — and wonder: who actually voted for this? More troubling, how many of us wonder if that government of the people, by the people, for the people — hasn't quaintly perished from the Earth?

A key piece of the data is currently missing: how many of the votes in the top three categories went to each candidate? Let's talk about how many of the 23,344 ballots sent in from the wrong address went for Biden and how many for Trump. Remember, this report came from Republicans.
