POL November 3: The 2020 U.S. ELECTION DAY MAIN THREAD

Hobbs in her letter also took aim at a number of procedures that she said “appear better suited for chasing conspiracy theories than as a part of a professional audit,” which included using UV lights to search for watermarks, measuring the thickness of ballots, searching for folds in ballots, and looking at ballots under a microscope.
Fake ballots might not have watermarks, might not be the same thickness, might never have been folded for mailing or returning, might not have been manually marked for voting. That would be very much a part of a forensic audit.

Settlement reached in Maricopa audit lawsuit…
Posted by Kane on May 6, 2021 2:38 am

Arizona Democrats, GOP settle over ballot review, audit will continue

Arizona Democrats won concessions Wednesday evening in settling their challenge to the Maricopa audit of 2.1 million ballots cast in the 2020 election, but they failed to block the review as they had sought.

The agreement orders Arizona Senate Republicans and Cyber Ninjas to allow independent elections experts to observe the process, take aggressive measures to secure personal voter information, turn over details about audit policies and procedures and make those documents public. If there is a breach of the agreement, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, can take the company and the Senate GOP to court for breach of contract.

The agreement does not require either side to admit fault.

MOORE: Why did Biden Census Bureau add 2.5 million more residents to blue-state population count?

May 5, 2021 Stephen Moore Article, Opinion

There is something very fishy about the new 2020 Census Bureau data determining which states picked up seats and which states lost seats.

Most all of the revisions to the original estimates have moved in one direction: Population gains were added to blue states, and population losses were subtracted from red states. The December revisions in population estimates under the Biden Census Bureau added some 2.5 million blue-state residents and subtracted more than 500,000 red-state residents. These population estimates determine how many electoral votes each state receives for presidential elections and the number of congressional seats in each state.

Is this a mere coincidence?

These population estimates determine how many electoral votes each state receives for presidential elections and the number of congressional seats in each state.

Remember, the House of Representatives is razor-thin today, with the Democrats sporting just a six-seat majority with five seats currently vacant. So, a switch in a handful of seats in 2022 elections could flip the House and take the gavel away from current Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats. A shift of 3 million in population is the equivalent of four seats moving from Republican to Democrat.

The original projections for the Census reapportionment had New York losing two seats, Rhode Island losing a seat and Illinois perhaps losing two seats.

Instead, New York and Illinois only lost one seat, and Rhode Island lost no seats.

Meanwhile, Texas was expected to gain three seats, Florida two seats and Arizona one seat. Instead, Texas gained only two seats, Florida only one and Arizona none.

Was the Census Bureau count rigged? Was it manipulated by the Biden team to hand more seats to the Democrats and to get more money — federal spending is often allocated based on population — for the blue states?

The evidence is now only circumstantial, but when errors or revisions are almost all only in one direction, the alarm bells appropriately go off.

Here are some of the strange outcomes in the Census revisions just released:
No. 1: New York — We’ve been tracking the annual population/migration changes between states since the last census in 2010. Over the past decade, New York LOST about 1.3 million residents on net to other states. (This does not include immigration, births and deaths.) Still, this is a population loss that is the equivalent of two, maybe three, lost congressional seats. But the final numbers ADDED approximately 860,000. That’s roughly twice the population of Buffalo and Rochester — combined. This is the state that has lost by far the largest population over the past decade.

No. 2: Many deep-blue states had 2020 census numbers significantly revised upward from their December estimates: Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

No. 3: Many red states had 2020 census numbers lower than their 2020 estimates: Arizona, North Carolina and South Carolina.

No. 4: Going back to the 2010 Census, the final head count in every state was within 0.4% of the original estimate, and 30 of them were within 0.2%. This time around, 19 states were more than 1% off, 7 were more than 2% off, NY was more than 3.8% off, and NJ was more than 4.5% off.

No. 5: Virtually every one of the large deviations from the estimates favored Democrats. Just five states in the 2020 census were within the same margin (0.41%) that all states were within from the 2010 census.

Maybe the 2010 estimates were abnormally accurate, or maybe the 2020 estimates were abnormally inaccurate. The Census Bureau needs to tell Congress why these revisions under President Joe Biden were so much larger than normal and so weighted in one direction: toward the blue states.

BREAKING: Democrats Settle Lawsuit Over Maricopa Audit With 9 Days To Go, Experts Will Cease Signature Matching

Signature matching of mail in ballots to the voters' signature will cease immediately, at the Democrats' request
Tom Pappert
by TOM PAPPERT
May 5, 2021

ANALYSIS: After 100 Votes Sampled, Biden’s Arizona Lead May Diminish to 0.19% of Total Vote, Disappear Entirely

After a lengthy lawsuit that saw the Democrats achieve few victories in their goal of stopping the audit of the 2020 ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, they have reached a settlement with the firm involved in the audit and the Senate Republicans that will see the firm, Cyber Ninjas, cease verifying the signatures on early voting envelopes with the signatures on file from the voter.

With only 9 days left to go before the audit is set to be completed, signature verification will cease immediately. According to the settlement, Cyber Ninjas “and their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.” Additionally, “If the parties cannot resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner, Plaintiffs may seek emergency injunctive and/or declaratory relief in court to seek compliance with the law.”

With only 9 days left before the estimated completion of the audit, which was reported to be on schedule as recently as April 28, it is unclear how many signatures have already been compared and validated. The settlement does not stop Cyber Ninjas from disclosing their current findings regarding matching signatures on the ballots.

National File was unable to locate or obtain a response from the Arizona Republican Party, or the Arizona Senators responsible for the audit. However, Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward recently released a video, clarifying that much of the Democrats’ demands, including many of those mentioned in the settlement, were already in place.

“It is a simple process, but it has to be run in a professional, secure manner to make sure we get this right,” said Ward, after explaining the color coordination of those involved with the audit. Addressing security concerns posed by Democrats, Ward added, “There are not only 9 cameras in the arena, as you see on the website, and as the Democrats like to claim. There are actually dozens, dozens of private security cameras focused on the tables, on the counters, on the boxes of ballots, and on the machine evaluation areas. There’s no room or tolerance for error.”

In addition to the end of signature matching, some members of the media and observers from Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs’ office will be allowed to enter the facility and observe. Members of the media are permitted to use red or green pens to take notes, and are allowed to take photographs and videos of the audit, provided they do not include images of the individual ballots.

Arizona Elections Chief Alleges Problems in Maricopa County Audit of 2020 Election
May 6, 2021 0:08, Last Updated: May 6, 2021 8:51
By Mimi Nguyen Ly

Arizona’s top elections officer Katie Hobbs on Wednesday alleged multiple points of concern regarding the forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election currently underway in Maricopa County.

In a letter (pdf) to former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, a Republican who is the state Senate’s liaison for the audit, Hobbs outlined 13 points of concern over how the audit is being run. This included seven points of concern over counting procedures that the state Senate and audit contractor Cyber Ninjas disclosed, as well as six points of concern over what her observers saw at the audit site.

Under terms of a lawsuit settlement filed on Wednesday, defendants Bennett, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, and the lead auditor, Florida-based Cyber Ninjas have 48 hours to respond to Hobbs’ concerns. If the concerns are not addressed, Hobbs could take them back to court for breach of contract.

The audit began on April 23 and continues at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, a venue the auditors have booked and secured until May 14.

Hobbs, a Democrat, alleged that the procedures governing the audit do not ensure accuracy, security, and transparency.

“I’m not sure what compelled you to oversee this audit, but I’d like to assume you took this role with the best of intentions,” she told Bennett in the letter. “It is those intentions I appeal to now: either do it right, or don’t do it at all.”

The Arizona Democratic Party filed a last-minute lawsuit against state Senate leadership to try to stop the audit from going ahead but their bid to immediately halt it was rebuffed by a judge. The settlement means the case has concluded.

“The settlement in ADP v Fann requires the Senate to have procedures to protect our ballots, election equipment, and data. Today, I put the Senate on notice that security shortfalls remain and must be addressed under the agreement,” Hobbs said in a statement.

The official Twitter account for the audit, run by Bennet’s team, said late on Wednesday that Hobbs “continues to make baseless claimes [sic] about this forensic audit but has never led an election audit in her entire career.” The message declared, “The audit continues!”

The group furthermore encouraged Twitter users to retweet if they think audits are a state right. Another statement released later on Wednesday reads, “Democrat [Secretary of State Katie Hobbs] who does not support election audits or transparency now wants the Federal Government to get involved in the Arizona Senate forensic audit. Arizona has the authority to conduct this audit without interference from the Feds!”

Bennett did not immediately respond to a request for comment over the contents of Hobbs’ letter.

He told the Arizona Capitol Times late Wednesday of Hobbs’ concerns, “I think that most of the things in her letter are completely unfounded. And the ones that have a little bit of legitimacy can be dealt with pretty easily.”

Bennett did not elaborate as to what concerns would fall into the latter category.

Real-time camera footage of Maricopa County’s large-scale audit of the 2020 election, Maricopa County, Ariz. (Screenshot/The Epoch Times)

Among the seven concerns based on the disclosed procedures, Hobbs alleged that there were “no procedures for hiring qualified, unbiased counters.” She noted that former State Representative Anthony Kern, a Republican, has been among the people counting the ballots in the audit.

Kern’s name is listed on the ballot “not only as a candidate for State Representative but as a Presidential Elector—the exact race for which he is counting,” Hobbs wrote, adding, “While these facts would be disqualifying in any professional recount or audit, unfortunately, there are additional reasons why Mr. Kern is not trustworthy to fulfill this role.”

She said these measures are “completely unnecessary steps if the goal of the audit is to validate the election results.”

She also questioned how tally sheets from ballot counters would be added up, and noted that her office had “received no real explanation” over the matter “other than that an accounting firm will handle it later.”

“This is not transparency. Further, it appears that a single person enters the totals from the tally sheets into an electronic spreadsheet, leaving wide open the opportunity for error, inadvertent or otherwise,” she wrote. “At minimum, a bipartisan team of at least two individuals should aggregate the tally sheets or otherwise confirm that data is entered accurately for aggregation.”

In addition to concerns over the disclosed procedures, Hobbs alleged in her letter that observers from her office have seen a number of problems, which include inadequate physical security of ballots, unattended computers at the forensic analysis tables, constantly changing rules in the audit procedures since the beginning of the audit, and “frequent violations” of the procedures that do exist.

The Arizona Republican-led Senate previously hired four out-of-state firms to carry out the audit, which are Wake Technology Services, CyFIR, Digital Discovery, and Cyber Ninjas.

The state Senate has said that the “broad and detailed” audit “will validate every area of the voting process” and includes, but is not limited to, scanning all the ballots, a full hand recount, auditing the voter registration and votes cast, the vote counts, and the electronic voting system. This includes examining some 2.1 million ballots, as well as voting equipment that includes 385 tabulators.

Bennett told The Epoch Times on Monday that the audit may last longer than originally planned. An analysis of the equipment used in the 2020 election was completed over the weekend, but reviewing other materials will need more time, he said.

President Joe Biden was the first Democratic presidential nominee to win Maricopa County in decades.

EXCLUSIVE: The Entity Behind the Effort to Stop the Maricopa Audit Revealed – The National Task Force on Election Crisis

By Joe Hoft
Published May 6, 2021 at 1:54pm
National-Task-Force-on-Election-Crises.jpg

There is something very troubling in that almost all of the nonprofit players in this Democrat efforts to stop the Maricopa County, Arizona audit have ties to an entity no one has ever heard of, the National Task Force on Election Crises. This group appears to be chaired by none other than James Baker, Former FBI General Counsel to the disgraced FBI Director James Comey.

Baker describes himself as ” Director of National Security and Cybersecurity, R Street Institute; Former FBI General Counsel.”

The mission of the task force is:
The mission of the nonpartisan National Task Force on Election Crises is to ensure a free and fair 2020 general election by recommending responses to a range of potential election crises.

There are no listed members from the Protect Democracy Project on the Task Force simply because:

The Task Force was convened by Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization. Protect Democracy’s staff supports the work of the Task Force, and in doing so has drawn on assistance from Jenner & Block, the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection at Georgetown Law, the Democracy & Rule of Law Clinic at Harvard Law School, and the William & Mary Election Law Society.
J. Christian Adams had this to say about this Task Force in an April 30, 2020 article in PJMedia:
One Potemkin outfit is the self-styled National Task Force on Election Crises. In reality, the group is the usual collection of far-left race activists, liberal law professors, vendor grifters sprinkled in with one or two non-crazies to give the organization a whiff of not-entirely-nuts. It is designed to appear bipartisan but in action, it is the opposite…

…Not only does this largely leftist task force represent phony bipartisanship, but it also uses that misleading brand to place hit-and-run pieces in conservative media.
Go ahead have a look at the membership list of this ultra-secretive, covert operation, a quiet little “Task Force” hidden deep within the operations of a 501(c)(3) charitable, tax-exempt, “nonpartisan” nonprofit called the Protect Democracy Project.

This National Task Force on Election Integrity is all over the left-wing efforts to stop the audit in Maricopa County currently going on.
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs’ three observers reported recently according to UncoverDC, are:

  1. Ryan Macias, “the former acting director of certification and testing for the U.S. election assistance commission. Macias certified Arizona’s voting machines
  2. Jennifer Morrell, “an election consultant with Protect Democracy”
  3. Liz Howard, “an attorney with the Brennan Center for Justice”
According to the membership list of this Task Force, Ryan Macias is listed as “Ryan Macias, Former Acting Director of Testing and Certification, U.S. Election Assistance Commission.”'

Jennifer Morrell is listed as a member, not as an affiliate of Protect Democracy, but as a “Partner, Elections Group.”

Liz Howard is not listed as a member of the Task Force, however, three of her associates at the Brennan Center are. They are:

Elizabeth Goitein, Co-Director, Liberty and National Security Program, Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law
  • Lawrence Norden, Director, Election Reform Program, Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law
  • Wendy Weiser, Vice President and Director, Democracy Program, Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law
Howard signed the April 13 letter to President Fann, along with Ryan Macias, Mark Lindeman of Verified Voting and Paige Alexander of The Carter Center and the April 22 letter again to President Fann, along with 19 other nonprofits, computer scientists and, again, Ryan Macias.

Therefore, ALL of Secretary of State Hobbs’ observers to the Arizona Senate’s forensic audit – 100% of them – not only have connections to these recent nonprofit threat letters, but they are also all affiliated with the National Task Force on Election Crises, with two of them being actually listed as members.
Did Hobbs vet her three observer candidates? How did she even come upon their names? Who pushed the individuals’ names her way?

Hobbs lobbed this task force into this forensic audit process – the first one of its kind in the history of our country – and for that, given her position as Chief Election Official for the state of Arizona, she should resign immediately or be recalled.

The people of Maricopa County and Arizona who fought so hard for this audit deserve so much better than this partisan Democrat hack pretending to be an impartial Secretary of State. She obeyed orders from on high and used weaponized nonprofits blessed by both the national Democratic machine and by this partisan National Task Force on Election Crises.

These nonprofits – the Protect Democracy Project from D.C. and the Brennan Center from NYC – are not even from Arizona yet people affiliated with them are being utilized to take down an Arizona county audit!

The 45+ person membership of the National Task Force on Election Crises includes no fewer than three representatives of the Brennan Center, as noted, a senior advisor with Verified Voting, Pamela Smith, The Carter Center, and such nonprofit giants in the Democratic “election integrity” field as the League of Women Voters, Common Cause and All Voting is Local – a project of the LCCHR’s Education Fund.

There are, notably, two media representatives, a former associate editor of the Washington Post and a director of R&D, Jigsaw (Google).

Incredibly, there is one very important director of a nonprofit who is a member of this Task Force who should be explicitly named: Tiana Epps-Johnson
, an Obama Foundation Fellow and the executive director of the Center for technology and Civic Life (CTCL), the bagman nonprofit for the roughly $ .5 billion (that we know of) in Zuckerbucks distributed all across the U.S. last year, especially to swing states including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Maricopa County itself alone received $3 million in Zuckerbucks.
1620342528263.png

Among all the members of this covert operation, the National Task Force on Election Crises, whose name do we see?

We see that Trojan Horse, RSM Election Solutions’ owner, Ryan Macias.
5F73B9A0-4051-4EC4-BAFD-905206627A9F-scaled.jpeg

Except on this Task Force Macias’ affiliation is listed as “ Former Acting Director of Testing and Certification, U.S. Election Assistance Commission.”

Ryan Macias revealed his true colors by being a member of this ‘task force’.
He reserved the other affiliation, the RSM Election Solutions LLC one, for the two letters sent, respectively, to the four audit teams and the president of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann. They’re small potatoes compared to a national Task Force with Jim Baker on it.

Well, this RSM Election Solutions owner, Ryan Macias lied once, that we know of – he pretended he was a reporter – so lying, being disingenuous, making stuff up on the fly, hiding his background, when asked, appear to come easy to this guy.

1620342461422.png

Ryan Macias now needs to disclose to the President of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann, and to the people of Maricopa County and Arizona, his role with James Baker’s and the Protect Democracy Project’s covert National Task Force on Election Crises.

Ryan Macias’ LLC has a motto: “Resiliency in the election infrastructure = Securing election technology + Mitigating risk to the democratic process.

It looks like Macias and other members of the National Task Force on Election Crises have inserted themselves into the Maricopa Audit process in an attempt to shut it down.

This appears to be the real purpose of this Task Force, hidden deep inside of the Protect Democracy Project’s operations. Shut down any efforts to perform an unbiased audit of the 2020 election and come up with an accurate count of results based on the audit findings. This is why they are in Maricopa County, Arizona.

“If They Do Interfere I See a Big Problem with That” – AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Speaks with TGP’s Jordan Conradson after Biden DOJ Threatens to Interfere in State Election Audit (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published May 6, 2021 at 3:40pm

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson interviewed Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett after the Biden Department of Justice threatened to interfere with the Arizona State Audit.

On Wednesday the Biden Department of Justice threatened to interfere in the Senate audit of the Maricopa County ballots.
25BB4F2B-B510-4F15-ADBD-56C6B69E3F59.jpeg

This was another terrific interview by Jordan Conradson.

Jordan Conradson: On DOJ – what capacity are they stepping in?

Ken Bennett:
They sent a letter to Senate President Karen Fann last night… saying they had two concerns. One was Ballot security and the other was voter intimidation… There’s a spot check that goes with voter participation information and the DOJ says they want to make sure that that happens without there being any voter intimidation… Another one was a concern about the security of the ballots which I think is completely unfounded because we have 24-7 security of the ballots, guarded security. We have a very tight perimeter around the building… Once you’re in the building we have guarded security, as well. Live stream cameras. I don’t think there’s any concerns about security.

Jordan: Does this give your future concerns about more interference or attempts to undermine the process?

Ken Bennett: You always wonder if a letter expressing concerns is a precursor to a lawsuit or something like that. We’ll have to see if one turns into the other. I hope not.

Jordan: Do you any issues with the federal government interfering with the Arizona legislature-directed audit?

Ken Bennett: If they do interfere I see a big problem with that. If they want to send a letter to Senate President Karen Fann and ask her and me as a liaison to address a couple of questions, we’ll do that. But if they do something more than that I think that would be interference.

Nasty Partisan Professor Pamela Karlan, Who Shared Crude ‘Joke’ About Barron Trump Last Year, Is Behind Threatening Letter to AZ Senate This Week

By Joe Hoft

We first learned of Stanford attorney and professor, Pamela Karlan, during the sham impeachment hearing in the swamp last year. Now she’s inserted herself and the DOJ into the forensic audit in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Now we have at least two instances where Pamela Karlan has inserted herself into operations to destroy President Trump. She is supposed to be non-biased in her new role but it appears she just can’t help herself.

We saw her in action last year when she made a ‘joke’ about the President’s teenage son, Barron. Representative Matt Gaetz put her in her place:

1620343552692.png

It’s not surprising to see that Karlan was used by the Deep State to send the letter to the Arizona Senate yesterday:
1620343511728.png

According to a local news outlet:
In a May 5 letter to Sen. Fann, obtained by local news station KNXV’s Garrett Archer, the Department of Justice’s Pamela S. Karlan, principal deputy assistant attorney general with the Civil Rights Division, said Cyber Ninjas’ involvement may be illegal.
“Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records,” Karlan wrote. The department is concerned that this is not happening in Maricopa County, where the records “are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss.”
The ballots are in a caged-in area under surveillance by at least 9 cameras 24-hours a day. They are more secure than they were at the Maricopa County Tabulation Center. Ms. Karlan should stay out of politics.

HUGE NEWS FROM ARIZONA! — BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: The Entire Election Process Was Controlled By Dominion — The Maricopa County Election Team Did Not Have ‘Admin’ Access To The 2020 Election
Photo of Author in Chief Author in Chief10 hours ago

election-2020-maricopa-county-dominion
election-2020-maricopa-county-dominion

According to a new report, Maricopa County Election team claims they do not have “Admin” access to their voting machines.

This clearly proves that the County did not own the election process, but they ceded it to their external vendor.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, a system administrator has the following duties:

System administrators are critical to the reliable and successful operation of an organization and its network operations center and data center.

A sysadmin must have expertise with the system’s underlying platform (i.e., Windows, Linux) as well as be familiar with multiple areas including networking, backup, data restoration, IT security, database operations, middleware basics, load balancing, and more.

Sysadmin tasks are not limited to server management, maintenance, and repair, but also any functions that support a smoothly running production environment with minimal (or no) complaints from customers and end users.

System administrators are people who have access to the systems at their highest levels. These individuals can perform all sorts of duties. They can perform almost all the functions and changes in a system. They have absolute and total control and can even delete or alter system logs.

The reality that the County does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines is a big concern.

And by letting Dominion have the administration control only, the County has essentially turned over the system to the corrupt Dominion voting machine system people. There is no IT control here because that’s been ceded to Dominion.

Keep in mind that in general most frauds that include IT-related processes have at least one IT person involved in the fraud.

This proves that the election was not run by the County! They had NO CONTROL! It was in essence subcontracted to Dominion which is likely not provided for in the law.

Secretary of State: Recount in Arizona is a ‘frightening precedent to set’

BY GEE AND URSULA SHOW
MAY 6, 2021 AT 3:03 PM

PHOENIX, AZ - MAY 01: Contractors working for Cyber Ninjas, who was hired by the Arizona State Senate, examine and recount ballots from the 2020 general election at Veterans Memorial Coliseum on May 1, 2021 in Phoenix, Arizona. The Maricopa County ballot recount comes after two election audits found no evidence of widespread fraud. (Photo by Courtney Pedroza/Getty Images)

Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman has been known to call out her party in the past when they make a move she disagrees with, and she recently called out Republicans in Arizona for the recount that’s being done now of the 2020 election results.

Sec of State Kim Wyman: ‘I am not planning to leave the Republican Party’
“The precedence of this is just unnerving for election officials across the country and it should alarm every American in the country because we don’t want people to be able to just walk into a crime scene and contaminate evidence for a future trial,” Wyman said previously.

For those who haven’t been following the story in Arizona, Wyman joined KIRO Radio’s Gee and Ursula Show to explain, and share why she’s bothered by the precedent it sets.

“One of the things that I’ve been very proud of, my profession as election administrators, that over the last 30 years we’ve worked very hard to have policies and procedures and laws that make our elections fair and that inspire confidence in everyone from the most liberal Democrat to the most conservative Republican,” she said. “And what we’re seeing in Arizona is this move to privatize administrative processes, politicize them, and try to have an outcome that calls into question the election by giving 2.1 million ballots to a private company with no accountability to the public or to the voters of Arizona.”

“This is a frightening precedent to set that I guarantee you will be attempted in other states,” she added.

A pro-Trump private consulting firm called Cyber Ninjas has been enlisted by Republican leaders in Arizona to do this count.

“The state Senate in Arizona decided that they wanted to do an audit independent of the Maricopa County election officials and independent of the Arizona Secretary of State’s office,” Wyman explained. “And while that sounds good on the surface, the problem with it is they — and this was taken to court, so it has been challenged in court and the judge said that they had the statutory right and constitutional right to do that — the problem is that the Senate did not outline or specify any of the parameters or details.”

“So this private company has come in and they’ve taken over the equivalent of our Lumen Field [Event Center] and they have pallets and pallets of ballots,” Wyman said. “They have voting machines that were used in the election and they are now attempting to do some sort of, I don’t want to call it a recount because I don’t think you can even say that. It’s an event. And the problem is that now they’ve contaminated all of those ballots.”

Arizona, like every state in the country, Wyman says, has an obligation to protect the records of any election ballots and materials for 22 months after an election.

“So that if you ever had to go back and visit those ballots, you could, and you could show the chain of custody, you could show all of the audit procedures that election officials employed at every step of the election,” she said. “And now all of that has been thrown out the window because you’ve given these ballots and these materials to a third party.”

Unfortunately, those who have spoken out against the party, including Wyman herself and her staff, have gotten a lot of heat, including death threats. Wyman isn’t sure if her speaking out against what’s happening in Arizona will make her a target again.

“We’ll see,” she said. “It certainly did — you guys are getting me all choked up on air — it certainly did in the aftermath in 2020. … When you’re in public, you’re always going to have the critics, you’re always going to have people who are going to make outlandish claims or criticize your work. That comes from the territory and that’s a good, healthy part of democracy.”

“In the 2020 election, people crossed the line and they made death threats and things to people on my staff. That’s why I’m getting upset,” Wyman said. “It’s still, months later, it’s just frightening that people would start attacking government officials online thinking that’s OK.”

Washington election director forced into hiding over potential threats of retaliation, violence

Wyman says she understands the emotion and frustration that people feel, but when you start threatening people because of a job, she says that’s when it goes too far.

“When you start really threatening people’s lives because of a job they hold, I think that’s time where you need to take a step back, and take a deep breath, and there’s other ways to get to the issue you’re trying to address,” she said.
So why does she continue in this position?

“I’ve spent 28 years doing work that I’m proud of,” Wyman said. “And it’s important. I think I can say this for any election official across the country that the work we do, we never lose sight of. Democracy is in our hands, and it’s important.”

“And I guess what has always driven me is I can’t imagine somebody coming in and undoing the work that we’ve done and undermining the accomplishments we’ve made in the state to balance access and security, to make sure that every vote is protected, and that our elections are well run,” she added.

Part of her frustration is how well Washington’s election was run in 2020.

“How accurate, how accountable, how we could reconcile every single ballot we received back and tell you what happened to it,” she said. “And to have people now just make up a narrative that is patently false on its face, to be able to get the air time that they’re getting that advances that narrative.”

“The irony that I keep finding in this with all of the cybersecurity training that I’ve had over the last four years, this plays right into the misinformation and disinformation campaigns that our foreign adversaries have been really trying to advance,” she added. “… This is exactly what what Russia was trying to do eight years ago, was to try to divide Americans and trying to undermine democracy, and you know what? They are winning. So the irony of this is a lot of the narrative that’s being advanced by people on the right is a narrative that was created in Moscow in 2014.”

Wyman says it’s an honor to her to get to do the work she does.

“Every day, even on those hard days, it’s worth every emotion and every tear, and every drop of sweat,” she said.

Earlier this afternoon The Gateway Pundit reporter confronted far left Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs following her interview with local news.

Hobbs has been working day and night to interfere with, slander, and attempt to shut down the Senate Audit of the Maricopa County ballots and voting machines.

Jordan did not let the opportunity to question Hobbs to pass him by.

Jordan Conradson told The Gateway Pundit this afternoon, I was talking to the press secretary and I got her emails to set up an interview and my name was Jimmy and I was an independent YouTube or who is covering the audit she asked me to send her a link to my page and then I was like f*ck it and then I ran after her.
Jordan Conradson: Secretary Hobbs, why are you sending top Democrat operatives into Arizona audit and hiding it from the officials?… Why are you working so hard to shut the audit down?… What are you hiding?… Isn’t it your job to be nonpartisan?… You called this a Republican audit, this is an audit for the people… Secretary Hobbs, do you have any comments?
Katie Hobbs ran and refused to answer a SINGLE QUESTION!

Withheld routers the latest of many roadblocks to Arizona Senate's audit of 2020 election

County attorney claims routers present "security risk," though judge last month ordered surrender of confidential materials.

By Daniel Payne
Updated: May 6, 2021 - 10:50pm

Officials in Maricopa County, Ariz., threw up another roadblock before the state Senate's 2020 election audit this week, refusing to surrender a portion of subpoenaed materials due to the alleged security risks they pose.

That refusal came in the form of a letter on Monday from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office that cited "a significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies."

In its subpoena, the Arizona State Senate had asked for, in part, "access or control of all routers, tabulators or combinations thereof, used in connection with the administration of the 2020 election, and the public IP of the router."

The Monday letter from the MCAO said the county was refusing to hand over those routers or even digital copies of them, citing an alleged "security risk" associated with the hardware.

County spokesman Fields Moseley told Just the News on Thursday that "the routers the Senate subpoena commanded the County produce support [more than 50] departments, not just elections operations," including "critical law enforcement data that, by law, cannot be disclosed, as well as Maricopa County residents' protected health information and full social security numbers."

"By providing the routers, or even virtual images of routers, sensitive data and the lives of law enforcement personnel could be endangered," he added.

That explanation would appear to conflict with the February ruling of Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason in which the judge ordered Maricopa to comply with the state Senate's subpoena. Addressing the county's numerous objections to the subpoena, Thomason argued that Maricopa's claims of confidentiality concerns do not preempt the requirements of the subpoena.

"The Senators had the power to issue the Subpoenas and have the statutory power to enforce those Subpoenas in the manner set forth in the statutes," Thomason wrote. "The Subpoenas are, in essence, the equivalent of a Court order, requiring production of certain information. The County cannot avoid a subpoena based on statutes that require that the material being subpoenaed be kept confidential."

Thomason's ruling constituted "a minute entry that the subpoenas are legitimate and enforceable by the Senate," Moseley said. "Maricopa County has worked hard to comply with the demands of the subpoena and tried to solve this security risk in a number of ways. We continue to study this issue."

Ken Bennett, the former Arizona Secretary of State and the current liaison between the audit team and the state Senate, said the legislature is working to obtain the routers in spite of the county's denial. "I don't know why the routers in a tabulation and election center have anything to do with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office or numerous federal agencies," Bennett told Just the News on Thursday.

Moseley said the county is "working with the IT professionals to better explain the function of these routers because a lot of people are asking."

If the county prevails, that could mean that a significant portion of the election is itself effectively un-auditable, insofar as a fair chunk of the election data may be stored on hardware shielded by adjacent confidentiality claims.

The Arizona audit has been the most high-profile effort by Republicans yet to investigate the results of last year's election to ensure that the official outcome of that race was properly certified, with the router controversy being just one of many roadblocks thrown up by the county in the last several months.

State Senate Republicans fought for several months to secure the audit, battling the issue out in Arizona court before getting the green light earlier this year.

A further legal challenge by state Democrats came to an end this week with an agreement between the Arizona Democratic Party, state Senate President Karen Fann, and several other parties, including Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based security firm conducting the audit.

That agreement in part stipulated that Cyber Ninjas workers "will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file." The agreement also demanded that auditors put in place numerous security measures to ensure the integrity of the archived voting materials.

State Senate President Karen Fann told Just the News that signature verification will be undertaken "if necessary" and that nothing in the agreement precludes auditors from matching the signatures.

Fann said signature matching will only occur when the signature itself is unclear "or any other instance where we would need additional verification."

"Signatures are already captured on the ballot envelope images," she said. "If for some reason we cannot clearly see the signature image, then we can match with the actual envelope."

Cyber Ninjas' role in the audit has been controversial, in no small part due to claims from critics that the company is being unduly secretive about its funding sources.

Controversy has also intensified lately around Maricopa County's governance of the election. Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward on Wednesday posted a picture of what she claimed were "the servers for Maricopa Co elections" along with "external drives that were loaded w/ nightly early vote totals." She said she was told that the drives were "taken to an offsite 'undisclosed location' nightly 'for safety' by an employee or a Dominion contractor working for [the county]."

Fields expressly denied that any Dominion workers were involved in taking the results offsite. He said the county created "two daily backups of the Election with daily tabulation data," one of which was stored onsite and the other of which was stored at "a secure offsite location at a County facility" with "highly restricted access."

"The backup is created in the event there is a disaster (e.g., fire, flood) at MCTEC and the onsite servers are rendered unusable," he said.

Critical Race Theory Illuminates Democrats’ Master Plan To End Honest Elections In America

Those defending the traditional American view of elections—free, open, and by secret ballot—don’t recognize the nature of the opposition.

Chuck DeVore

By Chuck DeVore
MAY 6, 2021

How rights are viewed—individual or collective—explains today’s sharp disagreement over the rules for running elections, both in Congress and in states considering election integrity bills.

Democrats—specifically the dominant extremist variety—view rights through the collective lens of race. Critical race theory (CRT), based in Marxism, is essential to understanding their objectives. CRT holds that personage is irrelevant and the immutable trait of race is paramount.

Thus, by definition, all politics are “identity politics,” as declared by University of California at Berkeley School of Law professors Ian Haney-Lopez and Cheryl I. Harris, the co-founders of critical race studies at UCLA School of Law, during a roundtable last October on CRT and the 2020 election.

To The Left, Some Voters Are More Equal than Others
Writing for the Washington Monthly in February, David Adkins was more direct, writing that Republicans’ “obsession with new voter suppression laws to fix a ‘voter fraud’ problem that does not exist” amount to “new Jim Crow laws” in service of “the party of white Christian Identity.” Further, he claims all the party of “white supremacy, Bible-thumping prejudice and misogyny” has left “is opposition, voter suppression and judges.”

The late Fordham Law professor Terry Smith argued in his book, “Whitelash: Unmasking White Grievance at the Ballot Box” that the Electoral College and the U.S. Senate needed to be changed to make them more democratic. Smith claimed evidence of racial voting behavior in the 2016 presidential election—the election immediately following Barack Obama’s two election victories. He then suggested courts could be enlisted to determine when voters were improperly biased by race and then impose remedies, of the kind one supposes would “fix” the “wrong” election results.

Because leftists hold the system to be inherently racist, then anything is justified in achieving equal outcomes to make amends for past sins and current systemic racism. Under this imperative, elections—and voting—are merely means to an end: redistributing wealth and power from the haves to the have-nots. A secret ballot cast in the privacy of the voting booth is an anachronism, and measures to make election fraud difficult are denounced as voter suppression.

In its ideal world, today’s left would conduct a census rather than hold an election.

Voting As a Group Right, Not an Individual Right
The bitter historical irony here is that John C. Calhoun, the congressman, senator, and vice president who was an ardent supporter of slavery, would agree with the idea of race determining political outcomes. His theory of concurrent majorities was adopted by CRT adherents and their proto-founders decades ago. Majorities within identifiable groups determine a concurrent majority—the operative word here being “groups.”

Recall President Bill Clinton’s failed nomination of Lani Guinier to be assistant attorney general for civil rights in 1993. Guinier specifically took issue with the concept of voting as an individual right, not a group right. Her views are now mainstream among Democratic Party leadership.

This core belief renders compromise on the conduct of elections impossible because too many Democrats believe elections must serve the purpose of rectifying racism rather than merely serving as a vehicle for public choice in representation. In this construct, elections aren’t even partisan; rather, they’re racial. Elections, therefore, must have a predetermined result—they must bend the arc of history towards racial justice (as continuously redefined by the Vanguard of the Woke).

Those defending the traditional American view of elections—free, open, and by secret ballot—often appear to be at a disadvantage for two reasons: they don’t recognize the nature of the opposition, and they are only sporadically illuminated by first principles. As a result, too frequently their arguments often devolve into partisan instinct relying on ossified talking points. This can play into the CRT opposition’s “voter suppression” claims.

Election integrity measures, correctly crafted, strengthen the moral foundation of an individual citizen’s free vote—the sacred civic act of casting a secret ballot representing the voter’s own choice undiluted by fraud, unburdened by coercion, and unbound by racial predeterminism.

Destroying the Secret Ballot
The effort to tear down traditional voting protections in service of group identity politics long predates COVID-19. In 2016 and 2017, the California legislature passed two bills that ended the state’s historical resistance to ballot trafficking.

Operatives could now be paid, by the ballot, to go door-to-door and to convalescent homes to collect votes. The method was labor intensive, and it frequently employed battalions of union activists, with the radical Service Employees International Union in the forefront.

Ballot traffickers would visit the homes of first-time voters and pressure them into requesting a mail-in ballot. The ballot traffickers would then return to the residence when the ballot was mailed out and keep returning until they secured the ballot or, if the registered voter was unmotivated to cast a ballot, “help” them vote.

Of course, voting on the kitchen table while a ballot trafficker hovers over your shoulder is hardly casting a secret ballot—but that’s not the point. Winning. That’s the point.

In this, California’s election alterations turned its voting process into something akin to a union card check election, with 22 million voters subject to pressure from union organizers. The 2018 election in California validated the weakened election code, with Democrats outperforming the national returns, picking up three seats in the state Senate, five in the state Assembly, and seven seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Painfully learning their lessons, Republicans fought back in 2020, reclaiming four of the seven congressional seats previously lost by deploying ballot drop boxes in front of churches and gun shows.

Dear Republicans: Don’t Do What California Did
Unlike in California, Texas asks for a government-issued photo ID to vote in person. There is no such safeguard when voting by mail, which is why Texas election law has sought to limit voting by mail to those 65 and older, the disabled, and those out of their home county during an election.

Texas tightened its rules against paid ballot trafficking in 2017 (I testified for the bill). Even so, in the 2018 election cycle, the use of mail-in ballots expanded significantly as Sen. Ted Cruz fought off Rep. Beto O’Rourke’s $80 million challenge (backed by millions more poured into the Lone Star State in the perennial effort to turn Texas blue). Statistical evidence suggests campaign operatives and independent groups greatly expanded the use of mail-in ballots—even to the point of violating election law restrictions—to aid in the effort to beat Cruz.

In this, the 2018 Texas mail-in ballot effort saw the statewide partisan deployment of what previously had been routinely used to enable mere garden-variety local corruption. Techniques corrupt political machines used to harvest the votes of seniors and the poor were now being tested with a broader demographic in a wider geographic area.

This makes perfect sense when we consider that the CRT-informed left views voting as a collective right. They believe seniors, the infirm, and minorities would vote a certain way—if they knew what was best for them. As a result, when a ballot trafficker, working on behalf of the collective, “helps” someone to vote the right way, he is performing a righteous task.

As with Georgia, Texas is actively considering legislation to secure its elections, reducing the opportunity for fraud. Some form of voter ID for mail-in ballots should be part of this effort, as is now required in six other states.

As a final note about mail-in ballots that also illuminates the moment. For more than two decades The New York Times warned of the vulnerability of mail-in ballots to fraud—until it was no longer useful to do so in 2020.

What Is at Stake?
At the federal level, H.R. 1 passed the House of Representatives on a vote of 220 to 210 on March 3. It awaits an uncertain fate in the U.S. Senate. The bill would impose California standards on all federal elections nationwide.

“California standards” in this context essentially mean no standards: no verification of voter eligibility, no effective voter identification, no proper maintenance of voter lists, and a significant expansion of voting by mail—the form of voting most vulnerable to fraud, manipulation, and voter intimidation.

H.R. 1 is likely unconstitutional federal overreach, despite the bill’s pious invocation of “authority pursuant to Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to protect the right to vote.” That said, it may crush the filibuster (now said to be a racist relic in the face of a 232-year history to the contrary) on its way to President Joe Biden’s desk.

If H.R. 1 does become law, some states plan on bifurcating their elections, federal and all others, to avoid this federal bulldozing of any semblance of election integrity. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott remarked during a Fox News interview that “the federal government can… (constitutionally) …regulate elections as it concerns federal officials. However, they cannot regulate elections concerning state officials. And so states like Texas and other states, we will just pull out of having elections at the same time that the federal elections take place, so we’ll be able to ensure the integrity of the election process in Texas, regardless of what H.R. 1 does.”

The U.S. Senate’s version of the bill, S.B. 1, is headed for committee markup on May 11.

The battle to mend election safeguards weakened by the left’s well-funded lawfare in the lead-up to the 2020 election is not about expanding the opportunity to vote or voter suppression. It’s about closing off avenues to election fraud in service of a leftwing cadre motivated by critical race theory—a vanguard that sees America and its Constitution as irredeemably deserving destruction.

Faithful Steed
Racism is a human condition. Much like intelligence, drive, physical strength, gender, skin color, weight.

A character defect it may be - similar but opposite to honesty, tolerance, humility, But it is part of the human condition - for better or for worse.

To pick out one's racism as a disqualifier for voting is EXACTLY the same as picking out any of these others as a disqualifier.
They are all part of what make you (humans) who you are. And all equally liable to be what a voter brings to the poll booth and uses as value to vote for his/her leadership.

Arnold Schwarzenegger may have succeeded in his political career because of his physical strength. A far intellectual stretch here - but possible.

To pick out any one of these attributes as "better" or "worse" imposes one single person's values upon another. That in a nutshell is what voting and the ballot selection of leadership is supposed to get past - or at least accommodate. Instead, a "majority value" is chosen and its value becomes political value, supported in its execution by the majority.

To pick out racism as well, "racist" is perhaps the most prejudiced evaluation possible. It then becomes a question of which is the greater fault - my racism, or your prejudice? I might opine if it keeps me from voting, your prejudice is the greater fail.

Say any one of these human attributes becomes paramount or rejected generally, and the leadership election does what its supposed to and takes this to heart.

"We intend to "levelize" humanity. Henceforth we will be suppressing intelligence generally - all examination and performance based testing will be eliminated and those who test higher than 100 on the Intelligence Quotient will have their freedoms curtailed."

THIS is why there is a Bill of Rights for humans. To protect those of Maker assigned condition that might not at that particular moment be considered of value by the leadership.

Honestly, I don't see how anyone could NOT see this.

I marvel - these are LAW professors?

Three Developments That Should Nullify Maricopa County 2020 Election and Put Supervisors in Legal Jeopardy — BEFORE THE FORENSIC AUDIT EVEN STARTED

By Jim Hoft
Published May 7, 2021 at 8:18am

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors
As the Maricopa County forensic audit continues three explosive developments were revealed this week that should land the County Supervisors in legal jeopardy and should nullify the fraudulent election even before the results of the forensic audit are complete.

More corrupt and suspicious acts performed by the Maricopa County election team and/or vendor have come to light.

1 — Arizona GOP Chair Dr. Kelli Ward tweeted out on Wednesday that devices that held data during the election in Maricopa County were sneaked offsite nightly. And it’s not clear who took them at this point!

This violated chain of custody regulations and is highly suspicious.

1620402192938.png
2 — The Maricopa County Election team admitted this week that they do not have ‘Admin’ access to their county’s voting machines.

Seriously? Then who does? Why did they cede this to the Dominion voting machine company? And how is this legal?

1620402134725.png

3 — And Maricopa County officials are refusing to turn over routers or router images to the election auditors. They are defying a judge’s orders.

What are they afraid of? And what are they hiding?

Via The Epoch Times.
maricopa-routers.jpg

Any one of these developments could land the Maricopa County Supervisors in hot water.

And, any one of these developments could invalidate the 2020 election in the County.

And the results of the forensic audit have yet to be announced!

Maricopa County Defies Subpoena, Won’t Release Hardware For Election Audit Over ‘Security Risk’
May 7, 2021

Written by Martin Walsh
OPINION: This article contains commentary which reflects the author's opinion

Something must be really worrying Democrats.

There appears to be a full-court press effort to delay and defer any and every effort to audit Maricopa County’s election results.

Officials in Arizona’s Maricopa County are withholding materials subpoenaed by the state legislature as part of its audit of the county’s 2020 election, claiming that surrendering them would constitute a security risk for both law enforcement and federal agencies.

According to a letter sent from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to Ken Bennett, the former Arizona secretary of state and the liaison between the state Senate and the auditors, said the county had elected not to turn over “several routers” requested by the legislature due to an alleged “significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies.”

“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it,” the letter states.

The letter adds: “But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk.”
Bennett said the state Senate’s subpoena had requested “access or control of all routers and tabulators … used in connection with the administration of the 2020 election” as well as “the public IP of the [routers].”

“I don’t know why the routers in a tabulation and election center have anything to do with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office or numerous federal agencies,” Bennett said, noting that “the sheriff’s department and the Maricopa County tabulation and election center aren’t even in the same building.”

Maricopa County spokesman Fields Moseley on Thursday afternoon said the county had “determined the information contained in Maricopa County’s routers can be used as blueprints to intercept sensitive county data.”

“Maricopa County has more than 50 different county departments, and the routers the Senate subpoena commanded the County produce support all of these departments, not just elections operations,” Moseley said. “This includes critical law enforcement data that, by law, cannot be disclosed, as well as Maricopa County residents’ protected health information and full social security numbers.”

“By providing the routers, or even virtual images of routers, sensitive data and the lives of law enforcement personnel could be endangered,” he added, stating that the routers “remain in the county’s custody for the time being.”

On Thursday, the Biden Department of Justice sent a rather threatening letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann taking issue with Maricopa County’s forensic audit of the 2020 election.

Maricopa County has started the audit of 2.1 million ballots.

Ask yourself why Biden’s DOJ is getting involved in the matter.

BREAKING… AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett: Dominion Refuses to Comply with Subpoena and Turn Over Password to Their Maricopa County Machines

By Jim Hoft
Published May 7, 2021 at 10:31am
ken-bennett-oan.jpg

Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett joined One America News to discuss the latest developments in the Maricopa County forensic audit.

On Thursday The Gateway Pundit reported on this explosive news from Arizona.

The Maricopa County Election Board claimed this week they do not have ‘Admin’ access to their county’s voting machines.

If this is the case, then the County did not own the election process they ceded it to their external vendor.

System administrators are individuals who have access to the systems at their highest levels. These individuals are able to perform all sorts of duties. They are able to perform most all the functions and changes in a system. They have complete and total control and can even delete or alter system logs.

The fact that the County does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines is a big concern. By allowing Dominion to have the administration access only, the County has basically turned over the system to the Dominion voting machine system people.

There is no IT control here because that’s been ceded to Dominion.

By the way, in general, most frauds that include IT-related processes have at least one IT person involved in the fraud.

In his interview with OAN Ken Bennett said Dominion is refusing to comply with the State Senate’s subpoena and is hiding the second password for their machines.

Dominion was in charge of the Maricopa County election. And now they are refusing to cooperated with a subpoena.

[COMMENT: Viewing some of this as a former elected Supervisor, I can't help but put myself in the Sup's seat on some of this. In my former county, the County Clerk was responsible for elections. She was elected by the people to perform this function. The Sups approved purchases and applications for grants under their budgetary function. Periodically, the Clerk would give us a presentation on a grant she wanted to apply for, new large equipment purchases she wanted to make, election (ballot printing) costs, etc.

She ran the election - we had nothing to do with that. After the election, she would run the canvas sampling test, then bring the final tally results to us to certify. We did that strictly as a ministerial function.

It seems that everyone is assuming the Sups have responsibility for the elections and that is not the case. As far as the routers go, If they cannot block access to personnel, social security and HIPAA information on the system that they are supposed to turn over, that puts the County at a huge liability. ]

“Where Did These ‘Votes’ Come From?” President Trump On Hundreds of Thousands of Ballots Dropped All for Biden the Morning After the Election

By Joe Hoft
Published May 7, 2021 at 11:30am
Wisc-Fraud-600x586.jpg

Yes, there absolutely was election fraud in the 2020 election, and those in positions to perform ‘real’ audits of the 2020 Election results have a DUTY to do so. We will never forget!

The morning of November 4th, 2020, the morning after the 2020 Election, America already knew that the election in Wisconsin was stolen. Over one hundred thousand votes showed up for Joe Biden mysteriously in the night giving Biden the lead in the state. We knew it was Horsesh*t then:

1620409208714.png

All of America knew this was garbage and yet today, no complete and accurate audit of these results has taken place.

Also, in Michigan in the early morning of November 4th, 2020, we saw a similar pattern:

1620409277903.png

These events were neither random nor independent. They were intentional fraud used to steal the election.

President Trump knows this as well as most of America. This morning at 10:31, President Trump shared this message:
At 6:31 in the morning on November 4th, a dump of 149,772 votes came in to the State of Michigan. Biden received 96% of those votes and the State miraculously went to him. Has the Michigan State Senate started their review of the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 yet, or are they about to start? If not, they should be run out of office. Likewise, at 3:42 in the morning, a dump of 143,379 votes came in to the state of Wisconsin, also miraculously, given to Biden. Where did these “votes” come from? Both were State Election changing events, and that is on top of the other corruption without even including the fact that neither state got Legislative approval, which is required under the United States Constitution.
Where are the efforts of Republicans in these states to determine what happened? This was clearly no mistake. It was clearly fraud. You don’t have to be an International audit executive to see that these events were a fraud.

Now it’s time to focus on the legislatures in these states who are doing nothing. The people of Arizona stood up and demanded a real audit there.

The Arizona Senate is doing a great job listening to its constituents. Time to demand justice.

Windham Auditors: “No Credible Evidence of Fraud in the 2020 Election”
By
Michelle Edwards
-May 6, 202

With the May 27 deadline fast approaching for the forensic audit to be completed in Windham, NH, the election integrity uproar in the close-knit small town is gaining intensity. Rather than building trust in Windham’s constituents, the curious connection between the three auditors presently chosen to perform the critical audit task raises brand-new questions surrounding the transparency of the forensic audit and has caught the attention of President Donald Trump and his former campaign manager and Windham resident Corey Lewandowski. In a statement issued today on his new social media platform, Trump expressed his support for those fighting for truth and fairness in elections, saying:
“Congratulations to the great Patriots of Windham, New Hampshire for their incredible fight to seek out the truth on the massive Election Fraud which took place in New Hampshire and the 2020 Presidential Election. The spirit for transparency and justice is being displayed all over the Country by media outlets which do not represent Fake News. People are watching in droves as these Patriots work tirelessly to reveal the real facts of the most tainted and corrupt Election in American history. Congratulations Windham—look forward to seeing the results.”

Senate Bill 43 (SB43), the legislation driving the forensic audit, directs that three auditors be selected—one person chosen by the town of Windham; one person designated jointly by the Secretary of State (SoS) and Attorney General (AG); and one person selected jointly by the designee of the town and the designee of the SoS and AG.

Auditor Designated by the Town of Windham
The Board of Selectmen is a small group of five elected officials, with Ross McLeod and Heath Partington as co-chairs. The other board members are Jennifer Simmons, Bruce Breton, and Roger Hohenberger. In a 3-1 vote (Bruce Breton voted against Lindeman and for Jovan Pulitzer, while Jennifer Simmons was out of town and did not vote), the board voted to select Mark Lindeman (through Andrew Appel) to perform the forensic audit.

As previously reported by UncoverDC, the board, under the direction of Ross McLeod, ignored the hundreds of individuals united together Monday night to ask their elected spokespeople to reconsider the choice of Mark Lindeman. Many consider the announcement of Lindeman’s connection to left-leaning Verified Voting, of which he is Co-Director, to be a conflict of interest and worthy of further debate. Verified Voting, who recently said an audit in Maricopa County would “stoke conspiracy theories and partisan gamesmanship,” can easily be traced to ties with George Soros through its association with the Democracy Alliance (among others).

Ken Eyring, a Windham resident who presents a calm and methodical approach in his pursuit of election integrity, stated the disregard shown by Board Members McLeod, Partington, and Hohenberger for their constituents is stunning, adding that “logic and research have been lacking regarding the Board’s entire selection process—and that is what enraged so many Windham residents.” Eyring shared McLeod’s message to community members at Monday night’s meeting:
“Who yells the loudest is irrelevant. Who sends the most emails or letters to the selectman and the selectwoman is irrelevant. Who shows the most passion is irrelevant. What is required… What is required is the vendor who can do the work in the fairest and most scientific manner and report… (moans by the crowd)… What, you guys afraid of science? They need to report the strongest results possible. And our duty as a Board is to the people of Windham! WE ARE THE WINDHAM BOARD OF SELECTMEN!”

Auditor Designated by the SoS and AG
On May 3, Attorney General John Formella and Secretary of State Bill Gardner selected Harri Hursti as their joint designee to the forensic audit team, alerting Bernard Campbell of the Windham Town Council. Hursti, a computer programmer from Finland, is the Founding Partner of Nordic Innovations Lab, is featured in the March 2020 HBO Documentary Kill Chain, released in advance of the 2020 Presidential election. The film “takes a deep dive into the weaknesses of today’s election technology, investigating the startling vulnerabilities in America’s voting systems and the alarming risks they pose to our democracy.”

1620412100230.png

On May 6 of last year, Hursti and activist Alyssa Milano, U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR), and Def Con founder Jeff Moss hosted an online event called FreeSpeechForPeople.org. Interestingly, after the Nov. 3 General Election, President Trump tweeted a video from Def Con’s 2019 hacker convention, showing attendees engaging in an event called the voting machine hacking village. Trump also tweeted that polling machines made by Dominion Voting Systems deleted 2.7 million Trump votes during the election. On Nov. 16, 2020, following President Trump’s tweets, computer scientists from all corners of the nation joined together to issue a statement declaring there was no credible evidence of computer fraud in the 2020 election. The list of experts—which includes Appel, Hursti, and Stark—declared:

We are aware of alarming assertions being made that the 2020 election was “rigged” by exploiting technical vulnerabilities. However, in every case of which we are aware, these claims either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent. To our collective knowledge, no credible evidence has been put forth that supports a conclusion that the 2020 election outcome in any state has been altered through technical compromise.

Auditor Selected Jointly by the Designee of the Town and SoS and AG
Philip Stark, who was previously listed on Harri Hursti’s Nordic Innovations website, but has since been removed, is the auditor selected jointly by the designee of the town of Windham (which, according to Ross McLeod, implies the Board of Selectmen) and the offices of the SoS and AG. Stark is a professor of statistics and associate dean at the University of California and, in legal declarations, disagreed with SoS Raffensperger’s assessment of the Fulton County Pilot Audit that took place before the 2020 election. In November 2019, Stark resigned from the Board of Lindeman’s Verified Voting, affirming in his resignation letter:

“I believe that Verified Voting has lost its way. It has been providing cover for inherently untrustworthy voting systems–and the officials who bought them, the companies that make them, and any officials who might contemplate buying them in the future–by conducting “risk-limiting audits” of untrustworthy paper records, creating the false and misleading impression that relying on untrustworthy paper for a RLA can confirm election outcomes(and debasing the meaning of “RLA” in the process). This contradicts the most basic principle of Evidence-Based Elections: the need to establish that the paper trail is trustworthy.”

Windham Residents Refuse to Be Silenced
There is currently an all-hands-on-deck campaign underway, driven by the NH Integrity Voting Group, to hire an additional forensic auditor and establish legal representation. The group is now canvassing the town, gathering signatures to bring in Jovan Pulitzer. Once enough signatures are collected, Selectman Heath Partington has indicated he will present a motion to reconsider Lindeman as the auditor designee for the people of Windham. Meanwhile, Selectwoman Jenn Simmons has remained silent for the second week in a row. UncoverDC spoke to local resident and election integrity advocate Lisa Mazur, who indicated the group has a meeting planned tonight, which may be live-streamed. Stay tuned.

Why Are Key DC Republicans Completely Ignoring The Arizona Audit?
May 7, 2021 (4h ago)

2021.05.06-07.28-revolvernews-6094436094f15.jpg

There’s a very important 2020 election audit taking place right now in Maricopa County, Arizona and the DC Republicans have hardly said a word about it.
Doesn’t that strike you as a bit odd?

And I’m not talking about the crazy Never Trumpers like Liz Cheney, who are out there doing the Dems’ dirty work by calling the 2020 election the safest in our nations history. I’m wondering where Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and the rest of the “good guys” are.

They’re nowhere to be found.

However, on the flip side, Democrats are talking about it. A lot. They’re calling it a “Q conspiracy,” and trying to sue everyone and their brother to make it stop. Biden’s DOJ is even getting involved:

1620422079293.png

Here’s what Kelli Ward, Chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party had to say about the DOJ “election interference”:
“It is my opinion that the Department of Justice has no authority to get involved in a state legislature directed audit. The lefties at The Brennan Center for Justice and the Democracy Project have been demanding federal interruption into the process. Secretary of State Katie Hobbs allowed each of those organizations entry to represent her and her office inside the arena which is appalling. Hobbs wrote a ridiculous letter to Audit Director Ken Bennett with all kinds of false accusations included.”
The DOJ sent a letter to Fann requesting information that Federal law isn’t being broken (based on news reports and hearsay IMO).

1. They want to know if there is proper security protecting the ballots so that they are not at risk of being altered, destroyed, tampered with, stolen, etc.
Kelli Ward: There are 19 armed guards there, in addition to security cameras everywhere as well as the 9 public cameras.
2. Reports that Cyber Ninjas has in their scope to go out and knock on doors to find voter info and DOJ says that when that has been done in the past, it’s often been focused on minority areas and they want assurances that there is no voter intimidation happening.
Kellie Ward: There is NO voter intimidation by the Arizona Senate, by auditors, or by Republicans happening in Arizona
And while all of this buzz is going down, the brave national Republicans — the ones representing us in DC — are missing in action. They’re not standing up for their voters, or firing back at Democrats, or calling on Joe’s DOJ to back off.
It’s nothing but a chorus of swamp crickets.

Once again — just like on November 3rd — the GOP is MIA.

And their silence is a real head-scratcher, since the 2020 election remains one of the core issues for the vast majority of the GOP base. It’s right up there with immigration and the economy.

Millions of Americans feel as if their vote and their voices were stolen. That’s a pretty big deal, and you’d think Republicans would be talking about this non-stop, and reassuring voters that things will improve and investigations will take place…yada, yada. But no, we got nothin’.

For crying out loud, nearly half of all Americans believe “cheating” played a role in Joe Biden’s White House “win,” and the vast majority of Republicans believe the election was a sham.

From Rasmussen:
Concerns about cheating have plagued President Joe Biden ever since Election Day. In November, a Rasmussen Reports survey found 47% of voters believed it was likely that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win. An overwhelming majority of GOP voters believe Democrats cheated in 2020. Republican officials have responded by launching an election integrity project to make it “easier to vote and harder to cheat.”
Yet even so, the Republicans are as quiet as church mice.

Have you ever seen a group of people so unaffected by anything in your entire life?

After 2020 the entire GOP did one collective shoulder-shrug and moved on, leaving voters to seethe with anger on the sidelines.

And the lack of GOP interest about the AZ audit hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Take a look:

1620422009453.png

Here are some of the responses from folks online:

“Because the GOP establishment would have to talk about Trump. They have been working hard to try to separate themselves from Trump. But they are so immersed in the DC bubble they can’t see that they are on an island that is shrinking.”

“Mark my words, the GOP and the Dems will do everything in their power to make sure a Republican is not in office in 2024. The events of Jan 6 will be exposed as an inside job.”

“When will you people realize Rs and Ds are the SAME. I wouldn’t put my life to defend either side. If either side told me the sky was blue I’d have to go see for my self.”

“No one is pushing this because most if not all have probably cheated in elections one way or the other. They don’t want us to dig to deep. It’s that old saying of “be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.”

“If you’re in the swamp you don’t point out the plug I guess.”

“It should be obvious to everybody that Trump was a true outsider. Elitists have been handing us hand-picked candidates on both sides for a long time. You just saw what happens when an independent actually gets in there.”

At this point, after everything we’ve been through and the way the GOP has responded to the election, the aftermath, and now this audit, it appears safe to assume that they were either in on the steal or they are being blackmailed into silence.

Or both.

Either way, we need to clean house and elect some America First fighters who represent “we the people” in DC and who can battle these communists and win.

HUGE: Maricopa County Admits Voting Machines Didn’t Have Password For Admin Functions
Major developments are coming out of Maricopa County as the Arizona Senate continues its audit of the 2020 election.

HUGE: Maricopa County Admits Voting Machines Didn’t Have Password For Admin Functions
As the 2020 election audit continues in Arizona, Maricopa County was forced to admit to auditors that the voting machines did not have passwords for administrative functions during the election.

Maricopa County reported to auditors today that they do not have a password to access the administrative function of their voting machines, according to a report by Christina Bobb of One America News. The administrative function is seperate from the regular function of the voting machines.

“If you think of it like your computer, you know, a lot of people can log in as users, but very few people can log in as administrators. So when the auditors were examining the machines, they were examining it as a user,” explained Bobb on OAN. “And then they reached the point where they needed the administrative password, and when they reached back out to the county, the county was forced to acknowledge that they did not have the password. Which means they didn’t have it for the election. Which means they did not have any control over the machines for the election.”

View: https://twitter.com/BackstromMicke/status/1390064064999665672?s=20

The OAN segment was picked up by Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast and a clip of the segment was posted by CD Media.

“Additionally, you wrote me on April 30, 2021, asking that the county provide additional passwords, user names, and/or security keys utilized with the County’s precinct based tabulators. The County has provided every password, user name, and security key in its custody or control, as commanded by the Senate’s subpoenas, and does not have any others,” said Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adel in an email to Ken Bennett.

The news comes as Arizona Democrats just reached a settlement with the firm involved in the audit. National File reported that Arizona Senate Republicans that will see the firm, Cyber Ninjas, immediately cease signature verification just 9 days before the audit is set to be finished.
According to the settlement, Cyber Ninjas “and their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48 hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.”

DOJ threatens Arizona election audit effort, claims civil rights violations

"Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act."

DOJ threatens Arizona election audit effort, claims civil rights violations

James AnthonyThe Post Millennial

The US Department of Justice on Wednesday issued a formal warning to the state of Arizona by claiming that their audit of the 2020 election results may run contrary to 1960's Civil Rights Act.

The warning also indicated other potential violations, saying there could be "at least issues of potential non-compliance with federal laws enforced by the Department."

According to The Hill, the letter was sent by Deputy Assistant Attorney General Pamela Karlan to Republican Karen Fann, President of the Arizona State Senate.

Karlan went on to say that it considered the fact that the election materials are now in the custody of a third party (Florida's Cyber Ninja). Due to this, the materials "no longer under the ultimate control of state and local election officials and are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed."

"We have a concern that Maricopa County election records, which are required by federal law to be retained and preserved, are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss."

The letter continued by explaining the alleged link between the election audit and potential Civil Rights Act violations. "The Department enforces a number of federal statutes that prohibit intimidation of persons for voting or attempting to vote. Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act."

At issue is the fact that Cyber Ninja may engage in tactics such as personally canvassing voters, which, according to Karlan, could be construed as voter intimidation.

Smoking Gun Emails Reveal How Milwaukee Shared Government Election Data with Far Left Groups – Prove Existence of Massive Ballot Harvesting Operation

By Jim Hoft

Dan O’Donnell told his audience on Thursday he has obtained emails from the City of Milwaukee and several cities across the state in conjunction with members of the “Grant Team” for the Center of Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) that show that in Milwaukee there were daily reports that provided to private liberal organizations on who exactly was voting. Dan continues, “In my estimation, the only reason for this is the creation of a massive, and I mean massive ballot harvesting operation ahead of 2020 presidential election.”

Dan O’Donnell reported earlier on Green Bay officials after they gave far-left operatives access to the voting room and the internet network during the election.

But it was not just Green Bay!

According to O’Donnell, Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was also given access to Milwaukee data and operations.

The mayors of the five largest Wisconsin mayors were holding virtual meetings on the election in May and June of last year. They coordinated their efforts to apply for millions from the Zuckerberg-funded CTCL.

Dan O’Donnell at 1130 WISN reported:
Emails obtained via an open records request reveal that the City of Milwaukee did not run the presidential election in accordance with state law and instead turned over administration of it to liberal-leaning groups after receiving a multimillion-dollar grant from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. One of these groups, the National Vote at Home Institute, was provided with daily absentee vote data and even asked for the City’s voter database!
Here is Dan O’Donnell’s entire show exposing the unlawful operations by far-left groups in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.

Hmm. One can maybe understand why Windham, NH so far is resistant to JHP being named an auditor. His attempts at humor are like Spock telling the Horse in a Bar Joke.

"A horse walks into a bar and the bartender says 'why the wide face?' The horse replies 'this joke is available in either portrait or landscape format.'"

Maybe he's a whiz at Kinematics?

The whole video could have been covered in five minutes.

BREAKING: Michigan Attorney DePerno Files New Findings – Alleges 1,061 “Phantom” Ballots Found in Antrim County 2020 Election

By Jim Hoft
Published May 8, 2021 at 7:30am

Attorney Matthew DePerno filed his latest finding in the Circuit Court for Antrim County on Friday.

According to DePerno, there were 1,061 “phantom” ballots found in Antrim County during the 2020 election.

Attorney DePerno also contends there was nearly 100% turnout between ages 65 and 80 in the county despite the threat of the coronavirus.

1620502481506.png

DePerno says 1,061 ballots are not in the state database and do not exist on voter rolls, meaning they are likely phantom ballots.

From page 10 in the report:

antrim-phantom-ballots.jpg

DePerno explains that in the December hand recount of Antrim county, there was a total of 15,952 ballots counted; however, Secretary of State Benson’s official database only had 14,901 ballots which means there exists 1,061 extra ballots not on the voter rolls, i.e., “phantom” ballots.

Phantom ballots could explain what happened at the hand recount in December when volunteers were told to count approximately 138 ballots with the very same signature. Despite their repeated objections and attempts to challenge the problem ballots, the Secretary of State official said, “That’s not your role at this very moment” and pushed the volunteers to count the ballots and finish the audit.

1620502440524.png

Based upon these findings, DePerno is not only demanding a complete audit, but due to false statements by officials who attributed the fraud to human error, DePerno is also amending William Bailey’s complaint to sue Sheryl Guy, Election Source, Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater.

He states:
“Elected officials are charged with following the law, not hiding information and lying to their constituents in order to defraud and marginalize their right to vote.”
Seems as though we need to add several more elected officials to the list.

“The Battle This Time Is Over One Thing – Truth” – Cybersecurity Expert RUSS RAMSLAND Releases Exclusive Comments to The Gateway Pundit

By Joe Hoft
Published May 8, 2021 at 7:54am
Russ-Ramsland-1.jpg

Russ Ramsland is the founder and co-owner of Allied Security Operations Group a global security services and consulting firm. He is a former Texas Congressional candidate and former Reagan official.

Allied Security Operations Group was hired to investigate the voting irregularities in Antrim County Michigan following the 2020 presidential election.

Russ provided the following exclusive comments to the Gateway Pundit:
Our nation is currently embroiled in a battle the likes of which we have not seen in 156 years. But this time the weapons are not cannons, muskets, and daggers. Rather, the weapons are words, and the battle this time is over one thing – truth. In this light, it is not surprising that the legacy media are attempting to negate the truth by discrediting witnesses that they know will bring the truth to light. False and misleading accusations are their stock in trade.

I am a devoted American with a unique set of skills and expertise that I have amassed over a decade. These skills and expertise now afford me the ability to lead a team to investigate illegal activity in the realm of election fraud in order to arrive at the truth. Those unique skills have put a target on my back. Some in the media clearly do not want my team to finish the job.

Our job is to examine the means and methodologies utilized in the 2020 election, the equipment used to collect votes and determine whether or not the outcome was the result of election fraud. Every American who cast a vote this past year wants to believe that his or her vote was counted exactly as it was cast. Those who do not share this belief, by undermining the ongoing forensic audits and investigations, should take a moment to re-evaluate what it means to be an American.

You will soon be reading things about me and my organization from the Washington Post. Other media outlets are sure to follow. These accusations are intended to malign me and my team in the hopes that their audience will believe what we are doing is wrong. The more outlandish the accusations, the more likely it is that they know the conclusions we may eventually reach are true. Ultimately, they want us to quit the job because they do not want us to release our findings. My team is one of many investigating the last election, and the media will attack every single one to prevent the truth from coming out.

Rather than accepting misleading media “hit pieces” in an ongoing campaign to undermine these investigations, we simply ask citizens to keep an open mind, examine the information and forensic evidence we release, and arrive at their own conclusions. We do not intend to be intimidated out of completing the investigation.
