Abitter public dispute over a local GOP election in Georgia is further underscoring the internecine warfare roiling the Republican Party in the wake of former President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss.

The infighting turns on a recent intra-GOP election held by Republicans in Fulton County, the state's largest, for the position of local party chairman. The Georgia Republican Party directed all counties to hold conventions on April 17 last month. Those conventions, per the state GOP's rules, are intended to "elect County Delegates and Alternates to the District and State Conventions" as well as elect their own officers and members.

In Fulton County, incumbent chairman Trey Kelly reportedly lost his bid for reelection to newcomer Susan Opraseuth, with Ospraseuth touting her outsider status compared to Kelly's three terms in that role since 2015. Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green wrote on Twitter on Thursday that Kelly had actually won an initial election, though she claimed the final tally contained "more votes than voters," after which a second election put Ospraseuth ahead.

Yet the Fulton GOP nevertheless "awarded [Kelly] his chairmanship back," Greene claimed, "on appeal of a supposed technicality of words 'point of order' or 'objection'."

Jamie Parrish, a delegate to the county convention, told Just the News that the meeting was held at the Metropolitan Club in Alpharetta, Ga.

Parrish said that custom dictates a party chairman running for reelection chooses an acting chair to preside over the convention. Kelly chose Rusty Paul, the mayor of Sandy Springs, Ga., to chair the meeting, Parrish said.

"We were very lucky in Fulton County to have over 40% new delegation, people who were really upset about the past election in Georgia, the non-transparency of it," Parrish said. "So we really grew by quite a bit."

Parrish claimed that the county convention, under Kelly's direction, opted to hold the vote for chairman using "little colored tiddlywinks."

"They had nine very large-statured men come out with red solo cups to collect the tiddlywinks," Parrish said. He claimed that one vote-collecting official "walked behind the stage" of the event hall and "was completely out of everyone's sight for several minutes" before returning to view.

When the final votes were counted, Parrish said, Kelly was declared the winner by three, though Parrish — echoing Marjorie Taylor Greene's comments — claimed that the number of tiddlywinks counted was greater than the number of voters by one.

Enough delegates demanded a recount that the convention again collected everyone's votes, submitted this time by "a single-file line" into "one single vessel." In that contest, he said, Opraseuth won by 24 votes.

Kelly reportedly promised to appeal that result to state Republican superiors. Parrish claimed Kelly made his case on the basis of a parliamentary rule objection; the results in Opraseuth's favor were overturned unanimously, he said.

The Fulton GOP appears to have at least initially certified the election results in Ospraseuth's favor. The party's leadership page earlier this week identified her as the party's chairman. Yet as of Friday afternoon, Kelly himself was listed in that position, with a note on the website stating that his chairmanship was to be awarded "pending resolution of appeal to State Committee."

Officials with the Fulton County GOP did not respond to inquiries by phone and email regarding the controversy. State GOP Chairman David Shafer also did not respond to a query seeking comment on the controversy. Parrish said county rules dictate that the issue be decided in no more than 30 days.

The tension underscores what is likely to be the bitter strife in the years ahead — in both Georgia and other states — over the Republican Party's direction, and whether it will hew closely to the agenda set by Trump since 2016, if it will return to its pre-Trumpian roots, or if it will abandon both and wade into uncharted waters.

Kelly himself positioned his own politics as firmly in the pro-Trump camp: Facebook photos show him variously behind a "Georgia is Trump Country" sign and wearing a Make America Great Again hat, and he reportedly told convention officials last month that the 2020 election was "stolen," a common refrain among Trump supporters.

Yet his status as a relatively seasoned veteran of Republican politics nevertheless makes him a prime target in the post-Trump era, when even Trump-friendly candidates may face the wrath of voters loyal to the former president and still smarting over the 2020 loss.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger have also borne the ire of both Trump and his followers since the 2020 election, with partisans accusing Kemp of being too deferential to progressive vote reformers in the state and Raffensperger coming under fire for allegedly failing to do enough to root out voter fraud among the 2020 election results.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) said Friday he “would not be able to support” House legislation to federalize elections.

Manchin also said on MetroNews regarding the bill that he believes election integrity is necessary.

“Every vote should be accessible, it should be secure, and it should be fair. That’s the responsibility we have, and [if] the states are subverting that, then we should put guard rails on it,” he said.

Manchin did not say, however, which parts of the 800-page bill, named H.R. 1, dissatisfies him, which passed the House on March 3 along partisan lines, irking Manchin.

“How in the world could you, with the tension we have right now, allow a voting bill to restructure the voting of America on a partisan line? I just believe with all my heart and soul that’s what would happen, and I’m not going to be part of it,” he said April 27.

Manchin has also said in a statement on March 25:

A healthy democracy depends on a voting system that is accessible, free, fair, and secure. There are some legitimate concerns about the implementation of the For the People Act, especially in rural areas. As a former Secretary of State, I know, firsthand, the importance of local decision-making around voter accessibility and election security.

With that in mind, there are bipartisan proposals embedded in this bill that can strike the right balance and make great strides on each of these issues. Instead of arguing about the election reforms on which we disagree, Congress should be working together to enact those on which we can agree.

Manchin principally stands in the way of the Senate canceling the filibuster, which maintains a 60 vote threshold needed to pass legislation.

But Manchin’s linchpin position is being attacked by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), who has received permission from the Senate parliamentarian to use a tactic called reconciliation to enact budget-related items.

“We need big, bold action. That’s what America needs. We want to do as much of that as we can in a bipartisan way, and we’re proceeding to do that,” Schumer said Monday.

Nevertheless, Manchin also feels comfortable throwing a wrench into the radical Democrats’ fast-moving laundry list of legislative items, telling the New York Times, “What are they [Democrats] going to do? They going to go into West Virginia and campaign against me? Please, that would help me more than anything.”

Twitter published an editorialized trending topic under its “News” section Thursday on the Arizona audit of the November election in Maricopa County, where the state Senate has ordered an independent review of the 2.1 million ballots cast.

The audit now underway caught the ire of Democrats and legacy media outlets who are sowing doubt on its necessity or legitimacy as state lawmakers demand the independent audit be conducted by an outside firm.

“Why some officials have raised concerns over the ongoing Republican-commissioned audit of election results in Arizona,” reads the Twitter headline above its trending topic. Users are led down a storyline constructed by tweets with links to articles from the Associated Press, New York Times, and CNN.

All sell the narrative that a thorough review of the results presents a dangerous threat to election integrity, and henceforth American democracy.

Under “What you need to know,” the online platform features four bullet points to dispel the need for an independent audit commissioned by the state legislature. It includes a critique of the contracted firm’s credibility complemented by the results of prior reviews by election officials who ordered their own audit after the election.

The county, according to AZCentral, “hand counted a statistically significant sampling of ballots and conducted two logic and accuracy tests of voting machines.”

No problems were reportedly found by initial reviews according to the local paper, which also pulled a statistically significant sample of ballots for further validation.

In a state with a reputation for remarkable accuracy in ballot counting, however, Arizona Senate lawmakers have concluded the ongoing audit is necessary to reassure voters who are already skeptical of the results. President Joe Biden became the first Democrat to carry the state’s electoral votes since 1996, capturing Arizona over President Donald Trump by less than 10,000 votes.

“When you’ve got half of the people who do not trust the electoral system anymore, rightly or wrongly, and they have questions, who is responsible for answering these questions?” Republican Arizona Senate President Karen Finn told KTAR News, a local outlet on Tuesday as reported by the Washington Post. “This has been the sole thing, to get answers, so that if we have any problems, we can fix them.”

Finn did not respond to The Federalist’s request for an interview.

The sponsored Twitter feed goes on the highlight Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs blasting lawmakers for their vigilant demands of a thorough ballot review as jeopardizing faith in elections.

Absent from Twitter’s trending topic was any Republican defense of the audit, as the platform editorializes trends to serve as an extended arm of legacy media.
The Arizona audit launched last week can be live-streamed here, and is expected to be complete within two months.

On Friday night The Gateway Pundit Jordan Conradson interviewed Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett on the latest developments in the historic Maricopa County forensic audit. Mr. Bennett is also the former Secretary of State in Arizona.

This was discussed in an interview last night with Ken Bennett in what may be the most informative interview yet on where this audit stands.

As we noted earlier, the Arizona Senate and Arizona GOP are taking this process seriously. History is being made.

At the end of the discussion with the former Secretary of State, Mr. Bennett replied to a question about the voting machines which were included within the scope of the audit. Mr. Bennett shared:

More than a week ago on April 21st we received about six truckloads of machines from Maricopa County that were used in the election. Today we returned four truckloads and they were the big machines that were used to count most of the ballots in Maricopa County and what’s called the central counting locations. There’s a lot of the little machines that were used out at the polling or voting centers but we returned more than half of the equipment that we had received from Maricopa County a little more than a week ago. The forensic company has captured all of the, the IT company has captured all of the information off of the machines. There was a little bit left on the machines that we kept for a day or two, we’ll probably return those on Monday. And so within nine or ten days all of the forensic data has been captured off of those machines.

Now they’ll move into phase two which is analyzing that data.”

On Monday night, the Windham Board of Selectmen held a public meeting to discuss their choice of an analyst for the forensic audit team that will investigate the largest discrepancy between machine and hand counts for any election in the history of New Hampshire. At the meeting , 3 of the 4 selectmen announced their support for the team of Dr. Andrew Appel and Mark Lindeman’s Verified Voting.

It was discovered the next morning that New Hampshire officials selected an operative who alleged the election fraud claims were fake and worked to try to get the Maricopa County audit shut down earlier this month!

This letter denouncing the New Hampshire audit WAS SIGNED by Mark Lindeman from Verified Voting!

So the local officials in Windham picked Mark Lindeman who is a far-left operative who has NO RESPECT for the auditing process at all and believes it is unnecessary!

On Saturday a reader tipped us off to another indictment of Mark Lindeman and Verified Voting.

According to an article at Fast Company back in December 2019, a year before the 2020 election, two experts working with Mark Lindeman and Verified Voting quit the organization over claims it was untrustworthy and was endorsing unreliable voting machines.

Amid heightened concerns about the integrity of the voting process in the run-up to the 2020 presidential election, two election security experts recently quit Verified Voting, a respected election accountability group, in protest. They claim that it has been downplaying security risks in popular voting machines.

Richard DeMillo, a Georgia Tech professor who sat on Verified Voter’s advisory board, just left the group, soon after the departure of UC Berkeley statistics professor Philip Stark, a board member who sent a fiery letter of resignation on November 21st. Stark and DeMillo believe that Verified Voting has been giving election officials false confidence in their voting machines and providing cover for the companies that make and sell the machines.

The accountability group wields a lot of clout, since public officials rely on its recommendations when purchasing expensive voting systems.

DeMillo, a professor at Georgia Tech University, has been deeply involved in trying to fix the voting systems in Georgia that saw widespread problems during the razor-thin gubernatorial election of 2018. And Stark designed a vote-verification tool that has been adopted by many states and endorsed by Verified Voting.

Part of the reason Verified Voting is such a trusted organization is that its members are respected scientists and researchers from academia.

But both Stark and DeMillo believe that the leadership of the organization, including its president Marian Schneider, has its own agenda and has begun making public statements about elections and voting machines that aren’t backed up by science.

In his resignation letter, Stark accused the group of being on the “wrong side” by approving pricey new voting systems that replace hand-marked ballots with computer-printed ballot summary cards [BMD], the accuracy of which he questions since they depend on potentially insecure software.

“Our message to jurisdictions that buy poorly designed, insecure, universal-use BMD [ballot marking devices systems] should be, ‘We tried to warn you. You need a better voting system,’” Stark wrote.

“Instead, we’re saying, ‘Don’t worry: VV will teach you to sprinkle magic RLA dust and fantasies about parallel testing on your untrustworthy election. All will be fine; you can use our authority and reputation to silence your critics.”

Again, this was a year before the 2020 elctions!

You can now see that where there were 5 tables for yellow T-shirt workers there are now at least 11 new tables for yellow T-shirt election workers.

The audit officials went from 20 tables to 46 tables in the last two days.

There are not many reporters and observers let into the Veterans Memorial Coliseum to witness the historic audit.

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson was inside the coliseum on Friday night covering the historic audit.

This upset liberal hack Julia Shumway attacked Gateway Pundit on Twitter.

Julia accused Jordan of being one “extra guy” who was allowed into the coliseum.

Today Jordan corrected the disgruntled reporter.

Jordan writes, “After almost a week of trying to get inside the coliseum, I finally got in touch with Audit Director Ken Bennett on Thursday afternoon. Ken told me that I will be in the “B pool” on Friday afternoon and I should arrive at 3 PM.

Upon arrival, security escorted me into the coliseum, searched my bag, and cleared me to go into the arena. I actually saw Julia Shumway in the auditorium and said “Hi”. She must not have known who I was because she then sent out a tweet claiming that I was an “extra guy, not as part of the pool” and clarifying that only 3 people are allowed in there at a time. She must have also failed to notice that I was only 1 of 3 people in the pool and I was actually a part of the pool. When is someone going to fact-check these guys?”

Once again a liberal hack pushes fake news.
And once again they got caught.

Arizona GOP Leader Kelli Ward is sounding the alarm. Deep State players from Democrat Not-for-Profits (NFPs) were snuck onto the Maricopa County Audit these past couple of days. They are as corrupt as their ‘non-biased’ NFPs are and have no business being on the audit floor.

AZ GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward issued a “Call to Action” asking for supporters to come together and protect the audit from Democrats who are trying to undermine or stop the process. Ward said there were serious developments causing her to believe that “we are at a tipping point” and believes the audit to be in jeopardy.

She said a group of “experts”, (The Brennan Center and The Protect Democracy Group) wrote a letter asking the DOJ to send Federal monitors to “observe” the Arizona audit. She describes them as “aggressive, dirty, back-room players” who work with BLM and Marxist groups intent on destroying our nation.

Ward said that through a court-pushed agreement between the parties, “Arizona Secretary of State (SoS), Democrat Hack Katie Hobbs” gained access to the audit floor for three representatives. But now we have learned those “observers” monitoring the audit are not even from the SoS’s office. One is an “election consultant” with Protect Democracy, and the other is an attorney with The Brennan Center. Not coincidental, it happens to be the same Washington groups who urged the Feds to “monitor” the audit.

The move undermines Arizona sovereignty to oversee and administer their own elections and sets a dangerous precedent by injecting the Fed-connected groups.

During the last hearing, the court ordered the parties to work together and come to an agreement about providing the SoS access to monitor the audit, which they did. Now it looks as though the SoS took advantage of an agreement that was seemingly made in good faith, by pulling a “bait and switch”. Last week The Gateway Pundit posted the following statement regarding the audits:

As far as we are concerned at The Gateway Pundit election integrity is THE ONLY priority and the MAJOR ISSUE for America’s future.

It is vital that the AZ audit be completed as planned because the ability to conduct the audits necessary to prove this election was stolen may very well hinge on its success. It is clear by the extraordinary measures taken to stop this audit that they know that which is sure to be found.

The reason it is called “America’s Audit” is because this may be the one and only peaceful path to uncover and restore the will of the people and save our great nation.

The AZ Senate must do everything in its power to fight the subversion of that which is right by the S.O.S. and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. Here are some things the GOP should consider:

1. The GOP should consider seeking a T.R.O. to prevent the S.O.S. from injecting any person or entity who may be acting as an officer, agent or representative of the Federal Government onto the premises of the the Coliseum where the audit is being performed.
2. The GOP could sue these groups for claiming to be non-biased so they don’t have to pay taxes, while clearly showing their bias for the far-left.
3. SoS Hobbs could be sued for inviting NFP’s onto the audit floor which was not included in the agreement with the GOP.

The US Election Integrity group of expert volunteers has released their list of recommendations to address our vote issues from the 2020 election. Here is what they shared about this report:

The role our team of experts is trying to play, is to give open-minded, inquisitive citizens the election facts as we have been able to ferret them out.

Our team consists of multiple unpaid volunteers who have expertise in a variety of relevant fields: Cyber Security, IT, Statistics, Physics, Economics, etc. As patriotic citizens we have only one agenda: to promote election integrity.

Since December 2020 we have now published nine (9) major reports. Here is a one-page document that lists them all. As a bonus we also added what (in our opinion) are other quality reports about the 2020 election.

Those wearing blue shirts as we explained previously are looking for folds in the paper ballots. No folds in absentee ballots would mean they were never mailed and therefore almost certainly would be fraudulent.

TenNaple says the duty of the green shirts is to examine those ballots which are lined up in error – potentially intentionally so they can be adjudicated.

Remember in Antrim County, Michigan, around 68% of all the ballots were adjudicated? If the Democrats and those who created the ballots, misaligned the ballots on purpose, they would automatically go to adjudication where Democrats could change the votes to Biden. The number of adjudicated ballots should be less than 1% per our prior reporting:

The Election Assistance Commission (originally the Federal Election Commission) allows a maximum error rate of just 0.0008 percent (pdf). That is, the 68.05 percent audited error rate for Dominion software in Antrim County is a staggering 85,000 times the allowable error rate.

We’re not allowed to question what is going on in Arizona or in Georgia. What do you say to what is going on in Georgia and how Texas is similar to that situation? I mean around election 2020.

Ken Paxton: Yeah, so if you look at election results from 4 years ago, Georgia and Texas were very similar. We fought off 12 lawsuits. We were sued 12 times over mail-in ballots. It was Harris County, it was Travis County, these big urban counties that wanted to mail out all of these ballots in violation of state law. Clearly what was not allowed by the state legislature. So, they did not want signature verification. We were told by a federal judge that this was unconstitutional. So we had… lawsuits… we won every one of them. Had we not won every single one of those lawsuits, I’m convinced that those ballots would have gone out and we would have been just like Georgia who decided to capitulate and sign consent decrees and say it’s OK. We’re going to let these mail-in ballots go out. We’re going to allow no signature verification. We’re going to allow drop boxes. All of those things had an impact and instead of Georgia and Texas having similar results this time because we defended those lawsuits, Trump won. We’re able to have a Republican legislature here and Georgia was completely turned.

Maria Bartiromo: So are you saying that because of what we saw with mail-in ballots in Georgia, we’re questioning the results?

Ken Paxton: I absolutely question. I know what happened here. They would have stopped counting just like they did in those states and they would have been counting mail-in ballots until they right number of votes and suddenly Trump loses and we lose the state House here… And it wouldn’t have been a legitimate count because we wouldn’t have followed state law.

At least 74 million Americans voted for Donald Trump in the 2020 election. Everyone I know believes the number was actually much higher, but 74 million is the number the biased, "fake news" media counts as fact.

This is the base of the Republican Party. I know what these 74 million (and probably a few more million) voters believe in. How? Because I tested my beliefs at three major GOP events in the past month where I was the keynote speaker. And I got wild, enthusiastic standing ovations at all three.

What's amazing is that the GOP leadership in Washington, D.C., and the Republican National Committee have no clue what their most loyal, passionate voters believe in.

I'm here to spread the gospel. I'm here to report that "the truth will set you free." The people are desperate to hear the raw truth. Preach it. Let it rip. This is how you get standing ovations from tens of millions of Republicans, conservatives, patriots and capitalists. This is how you win elections.

When the media hear this, they will get sick to their stomachs. So will the D.C. swamp. And the deep state. All your work was for nothing. No one believes your lies and "fake news" anymore.

I began my speeches by saying: "Here is what I know. Here is what I believe. Here is raw truth. Let me know if you agree by your applause. Only applaud if you agree."

(ABC 6 News) - The Rochester Public Schools board voted unanimously Tuesday evening to make several phrases and images, including "Black Lives Matter," government speech, meaning the school can't be held liable for allowing those views while not allowing opposing views.

"So here with adopting the messages that you're adopting as government speech, you're saying these are the messages that we're communicating as a school district and by doing that we're not also creating a forum to allow other types of speech to enter the forum," John Edison, the RPS board attorney said.

By declaring certain phrases involving the Black Lives Matter movement as government speech, the board is protecting itself from legal action because it is allowing one type of speech, but not any speech in opposition to those phrases.

But it's not just "Black lives matter," in Rochester schools, speech concerning "Brown lives matter," "Indigenous lives matter, "Stop Asian hate", as well as the pride flag, are now all declared official government speech.

"It is not about telling students what to think and what they can and cannot say, but it does give our district and our staff the authority to speak out about these lives that matter," Jean Marvin, RPS board chair, said.

Rumors circulated online suggesting RPS was asking teachers to remove "Black Lives Matter" messages from classrooms. That's why the board took action - passing the formal resolution.

"I feel incredibly sorry that anyone had to feel that way and that there was any question of our commitment to equity in that respect," Dr. Jessica Garcia, RPS board director, said.

Another key issue on the agenda was whether to renew the district's contract with the Rochester Police Department for another year. RPD provides five officers to the district to work in schools as community resource officers.

"They may not keep us safer because they keep the shooter away, but because they know our students and they are able to de-escalate bad situations before they become situations that other law enforcement needs to get involved in," Marvin said.

Some board members opposed having armed officers interacting with students.
"We're offering an easement for those who might not have been involved with the criminal legal system otherwise. We're facilitating that pipeline," Garcia said.

The board did narrowly vote to renew its school resource officer contract for another year, but some board members said it's only until they can find another solution.

It has issued massive numbers of opinions on that subject over the years, OpEd’s, testimony, lead articles in fake news outlets.

Whenever an honest, hardworking voter integrity group comes along, like J. Christian Adams’ the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), to legally challenge an election due to voter and/or election fraud, it is always the Brennan Center that shows up in amicus briefs and court appearances, to aggressively prove to the court that there is no such thing as voter fraud and election fraud is a myth.
The Brennan Center is also the go-to place when a Democrat needs to assert to the public – with scientific proof and statistics galore – that his or her campaign and election were lily-white because there’s no such thing as voter fraud.
Its mission is:

to build an America that is democratic, just, and free — for all. The Brennan Center for Justice is an independent, nonpartisan law and policy organization that works to reform, revitalize, and when necessary, defend our country’s systems of democracy and justice.“

It is a “think tank,” “advocacy group” and a “cutting-edge communications hub,” all rolled into one. It’s a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity and, although the law requires it to be nonpartisan, it is anything but. Its election opinions and public policy recommendations always seem to, coincidentally, match exactly what progressive Democrats want to see happen in America with our elections.

According to Influence Watch:

The Brennan Center for Justice claims to be nonpartisan for tax reasons. However, critics have pointed out that this “nonpartisan” Center for Justice leaves “unstated” the fact that group “pursues a left-wing agenda,” which through its efforts “exposes as a charade its assertions that it is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to the promotion of democracy and equal justice for all.”

The Brennan Center took in a whopping $84.5 million in revenue in 2020. Its president, Michael Waldman, was paid an unbelievable $475,027 in compensation in 2019. This is a nonprofit flush with revenue, secretive wealthy donors, state & federal granting streams, future promises of more to come, and private, progressive billionaire’s eager to join the ranks of those Americans wanting to remake our Constitutional Republic into a socialist nightmare.

Its most famous board member, board co-chair Patricia Bauman, is a partner in George Soros’s Democracy Alliance, a secretive billionaire’s club whose only reason for existence is to fund nonprofits, those which the DA chooses, of course.

The Brennan Center is a well-paid George Soros puppet. It has been, for years, more than a Soros puppet, it is his Democracy Alliance’s lead election integrity nonprofit, the one which sets the election integrity agenda for all the Democrat-controlled nonprofits in the business of supporting ‘fair and just’ elections for our democracy. It gets the extra-large cash gifts – grant awards – from the Democracy Alliance for that reason.

As such, all of the policy papers, the well-researched white papers, the studied election statistics, the action alerts, and public policy updates that the Brennan Center spits out on a very regular basis – to the entire U.S. nonprofit community – push the agenda of its secret, progressive donors.

He used to be the acting director of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission Voting System Testing and Certification Program. The EAC, for those who don’t know it, is a totally corrupted and politically compromised agency, with appointments to the EAC and its Board of Advisors made purely on partisan, political grounds. We discovered this when we identified that the two firms selected by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to perform their audits in Arizona (before the Senate’s Cyber Ninjas audit) were not certified as the Board asserted. Within 4 hours the EAC certified these two entities:

He “managed testing campaigns for Dominion Voting Systems and Democracy Suite 5.5 Voting System.” He offered an opinion on the Antrim county audit where numerous election abnormalities were uncovered, like 68% of the votes going to adjudication, saying those auditing didn’t know what they were doing.

His firm, apparently set up right after he left the EAC, is called RSM Election Solutions. It is NOT a nonprofit, like the Brennan Center, Verified Voting and the Carter Center. It is a private, for-profit business, an LLC. He’s in it purely for the money.

The money piles infusing our election system are huge, a salesman’s dream, if you’re in the business of pushing electronic machines, ballot marking devices, cyber-security, and anything you can convince the customer to buy, who is flush with millions in state and federal taxpayer dollars to spend, on a deadline.

So, what in the world was this guy – a profiteer making a fast buck in this cash-rich U.S. election system network, with its 50 states’ worth of eager election officials – doing signing onto this letter alongside a couple of co-opted nonprofits, threatening the Arizona Senate’s forensic audit?!

He’s the lonely little petunia in the onion patch, sticking out like a sore thumb in that letter! What’s in it for him?

Previous to his EAC work massaging Dominion Voting Machines’ testing campaigns, he was with the California Secretary of State’s office. California is notorious for having one of the most socialist sets of “voting integrity” laws the nation has. CA also has some of the most corrupt elections in the country, perhaps that’s just a coincidence.

It was California that made famous the term “ballot harvesting,” with its images of shady Democrat operatives smoking cigars, knocking on doors in nursing homes and Section 8 complexes, coming out with shopping bags stuffed full of ballots they just “harvested” and skulking quickly on over to the county election office, to dump their booty.

(Based on looks alone you might be inclined to stay away from Ryan Macia.)

From 2016-2019, Ryan worked for the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), most recently as the Acting Director of the Voting Systems Testing and Certification Program. He also spent 10 years with the California Secretary of State developing and implementing legislation, policies, and procedures on election technology and security.”

Rather than lending credence to the letter sent to the Arizona Senate, this election salesman’s signature makes you question the entire letter! Who’s palm did he grease in order to gain notoriety and a place on the national stage by attacking a statehouse, the Arizona Senate, which is simply trying to conduct a fair, accurate, honest, detailed, multi-faceted forensic audit?

In Summary
New Hampshire – you can pick Verified Voting as your auditor and you’ll be guaranteed you will have your election rubber-stamped and will receive nothing but compliments from our corrupt media.

Or, you can pick a firm like Cyber Ninjas that will do the best job and you will face garbage claims and accusations daily from the same media. But with this second approach, you know you will have accurate and comprehensive results when done.

On Saturday The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson observed the forensic audit of the Maricopa County election ballots on the floor of Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Jordan wrote this article after his six hours on the coliseum floor on Saturday.

On Saturday, May 1st, I volunteered to observe the Maricopa County Audit process at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona. Upon arrival, I checked in with the police at the entrance, who confirmed my name was on the list and directed me to the coliseum entrance. When I entered the building, I went through more check-in procedures, received my name badge, and locked all of my belongings in a locker with a security code. I was only allowed a red pen and a piece of paper on me while observing.

I was told that this was the most secure and transparent process in history. This rang true as I witnessed the measures are taking to ensure integrity and confidence in the forensic audit system.

The first thing I noticed was the videographer, who documents and records everything (ex. any issue with ballots upon opening box). I observed teams of three “counters” checking each ballot on a rotating table and adding a timestamp to each tally sheet. I saw that the counting of votes was in good hands and was being performed with speed, accuracy, and honor. It was a smooth process.

After a box of ballots was counted, the ballot box chain of custody is then updated.

Then the ballot is taken to a forensic scanning station to test the weight, texture, ballot watermarks, and vote bubbles. These tests are used to authenticate the ballot. Each ballot is photographed; a forensic scan is taken, ballots are numbered and issues are recorded on the paper examination log. After this process is completed, the chain of custody is updated again and the box is sealed with the tape color of the team who counted. Everything that happens in this room is recorded and documented – Everything! This process may have more checks and balances than our current executive branch or any branch of government!

As an observer, we wore orange shirts to separate us, and we were given very clear and specific instructions. The floor used tape to create lanes for observers to walk in, and we were not to go near the counting tables, nor speak to the counters. We could only speak to other supervisors to report our concerns and other observers. My job was to provide oversight and report anything that I felt compromised the security of the process. I saw nothing that concerned me, and I believe this process is very secure. Another observer, who observed the previous audit, told me that this was much more organized.

Two observers caught my eye because they were in pink shirts, unlike the rest of us. I asked one of them why that was and he said, “I’m from the Secretary of State’s office.” He declined to talk to me further. Every other time I saw him, he was whispering to his comrade, who was also in a pink shirt. Katie Hobbs has repeatedly called this audit a farce and “The Big Lie”, but her two minions surely see that this audit is in fact not a lie.

The Arizona audit will continue on Monday. The number of tables was increased from 20 to 46 late last week.

The Republican leaders are pulling off an auditing miracle.

Windham’s choice of Verified Voting for the forensic audit must be fought by patriots and defeated.

Given this choice, all other choices made by this Board of Selectman must be rigorously investigated, before your meeting on Monday night, fought and, if need be, defeated.

The Selectmen have chosen Mark Lindeman, the co-director of the nonprofit Verified Voting as part of the audit team. VV fought for paper ballots years ago, when the country was being told to go with paperless electronic voting machines. VV fought that and made sure we bought machines with a paper ballot.

It used to be the trusted and factual voice of computer scientists fighting on the side of election honesty and integrity.

Not any more.
First we found out two respected computer scientist board members of VV resigned, Phil Stark, Ph.D., and Richard DeMillo, Ph.D.
Mr. Stark said in his Nov. 21, 2019 letter:

“I believe that Verified Voting has lost its way.

It has been providing cover for inherently untrustworthy voting systems–and the officials who bought them, the companies that make them, and any officials who might contemplate buying them in the future–by conducting “risk-limiting audits” of untrustworthy paper records, creating the false and misleading impression that relying on untrustworthy paper for a RLA can confirm election outcomes (and debasing the meaning of “RLA” in the process).”

“Our message to jurisdictions that buy poorly designed, insecure, universal-use BMD systems should be, ‘We tried to warn you. You need a better voting system.’ Instead, we’re saying, ‘Don’t worry: VV will teach you to sprinkle magic RLA dust and fantasies about parallel testing on your untrustworthy election. All will be fine; you can use our authority and reputation to silence your critics.’”

Mr. DeMillo said in his Dec. 1, 2019 letter:

“Although my concerns have been growing for some time now, Verified Voting’s involvement in a “pilot RLA” in Georgia following the recent election makes it impossible to continue as a member of the advisory board. VV issued and supported misleading public statements that those pilots confirm outcomes and even prove the security of new election systems. Verified Voting’s seal of approval for the security theatrics in Bartow County undermines efforts to make elections more accountable. This exercise conducted behind closed doors and billed as a practice run—even if flawlessly conducted—could only confirm the correctness of the tally of the unverified (and therefore possibly corrupted) ballots, not that the ballots tallied were correctly marked.

No audit based on an untrustworthy audit trail can confirm the correctness of the outcome.”

“I can no longer lend my name to Verified Voting … If they are successful at confusing the public about the correctness of election outcomes in Georgia and elsewhere, I fear it will be in some measure due to the absence of values once embraced by Verified Voting.”

Then, Tracy Beanz who does awesome investigative journalism at UncoverDC, published a story on this NH audit. In her April 28 article, Windham, NH Officials Choose Auditor Opposed to Audit in Maricopa County, AZ, reporter Michelle Edward said:

“Mark Lindeman is the Co-Director of Verified Voting, a non-profit with a history of working with left-leaning organizations, including the Brennan Center for Justice, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, and Common Cause. Also worth noting, Verified Voting board chair Barbara Simons also sits on the board of the Democracy Alliance, an influential Soros-funded donor collective.“

Mark Lindeman of VV is the same exact guy who sent a very threatening letter on April 13, along with the Carter Center, the Brennan Center, and some unknown, private for-profit company, RSM Election Technologies, to the Arizona Senate President, Karen Fann!

This letter denouncing the New Hampshire audit WAS SIGNED by Mark Lindeman from Verified Voting!

We checked. Barbara Simons is on the board of George Soros’s Democracy Alliance just as UncoverDC uncovered.

We don’t know how many years she has been there. She was still a board member in January 2021. After that, the Democracy Alliance deleted its board list from the internet.

The Democracy Alliance was founded by George Soros and a handful of secretive progressive Democrat billionaires in 2005 so that they could secretly fund and control U.S. nonprofits and develop a progressive, U.S. infrastructure. Its only purpose is to infiltrate, fund, control, and form new nonprofits, to push its progressive agendas.

The DA also targeted election integrity nonprofits, which now only appear to be nonpartisan: the Brennan Center, Demos, USPIRGs, the LWV, the ACLU, and Common Cause are just six examples. VV is another.

With the DA, you don’t get to be a board member on that powerful of a board unless you are in all the way on Soros’s agendas.

11. In 2017, Soros donated $18 billion of his own wealth to his Open Society Foundations. It was one of if not the largest charitable transfer of wealth in world history. How much of that money has shown up in NH? How blue has NH gone since 2017?

Bruce Breton, one of Windham’s Selectman, is the only Selectman who did not vote for Mark Lindeman for the upcoming forensic audit. Bruce voted for Jovan Pulitzer to be Windham’s forensic analyst.

On Monday night, the Windham Board of Selectmen held a public meeting to discuss their choice of an analyst for the forensic audit team that will investigate the largest discrepancy between machine and hand counts for any election in the history of New Hampshire. At the meeting , 3 of the 4 selectmen announced their support for the team of Dr. Andrew Appel and Mark Lindeman’s Verified Voting.

It was discovered the next morning that New Hampshire officials selected an operative who alleged the election fraud claims were fake and worked to try to get the Maricopa County audit shut down earlier this month!

So the local officials in Windham picked Mark Lindeman who is a far-left operative who has NO RESPECT for the auditing process at all and believes it is unnecessary!

On Saturday a reader tipped us off to another indictment of Mark Lindeman and Verified Voting.

According to an article at Fast Company back in December 2019, a year before the 2020 election, two experts working with Mark Lindeman and Verified Voting quit the organization over claims it was untrustworthy and was providing cover for the companies that make and sell the voting machines.

We were sent a copy of the resignation letter by Richard DeMillo to Verified Voting in 2019.

DeMillo is the Charlotte B. and Roger C. Warren Professor of Computing and Executive Director of the Center at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia.

This was sent to the Board of Directors of Verified Voting in December of 2019 nearly a year before the 2020 presidential election.

At that time it was so apparent to even its board members that Verified Voting was a very controversial and untrustworthy operation.

The Selectmen in Windham, New Hampshire chose Verified Voting to “audit” their ballots and machines from the 2020 election.

It appears now that this was an organized decision by the Selectmen to undermine the audit.

Third, I understood that my voice would be joined with the voices of respected colleagues to be sought out, valued, and debated by the organization’s leadership. However, it soon became apparent that Verified Voting’s policy positions were unpredictable, contradictory, and not aligned with the values I once believed we shared. On more than one occasion, Verified Voting has taken contradictory public stances in the span of a few days, undercutting allies and supporters. The pattern of espousing new positions and making public statements that take local VV stakeholders by surprise is nothing new. Rather than seeking out advice, Verified Voting has gone to great lengths to
avoid it.

I have tried over the last two years to engage in dialog, but you, Marian, and her team have been unwilling to have face to face conversations, even when we are in the same city and sometimes the same building. These apparent disconnects have been seized upon and exploited in Georgia and other states to weaken, not enhance, the cause of accurate and verifiable elections. Although my concerns have been growing for some time now, Verified Voting’s involvement in a “pilot RLA” in Georgia following the recent election makes it impossible to continue as a member of the advisory board. VV issued and supported misleading public statements that those pilots confirm outcomes and even prove the security of new election systems.

Verified Voting’s seal of approval for the security theatrics in Bartow County undermines efforts to make elections more accountable. This exercise conducted behind closed doors and billed as a practice run—even if flawlessly conducted—could only confirm the correctness of the tally of the unverified (and therefore possibly corrupted) ballots, not that the ballots tallied were correctly marked. No audit based on an untrustworthy audit trail can confirm the correctness of the outcome. Billing such an exercise as an RLA and touting it as a proof of security plays into the hands of cynics. Whatever benefits accrue from this practice, it does not help public understanding to aid election officials in misstating the results. A similar false claim was made in Pennsylvania the following week. Verified Voting subsequently tweeted a weak repudiation of the incorrect Pennsylvania claim, but let stand an identical incorrect assertion in Georgia. That unrefuted statement will surely be a factor in future litigation. Most recently, Marian’s essay, posted on verifiedvoting.org shortly after Philip Stark’s November 22 resignation from the board, doubled down on these and other expanded claims. It is a short essay, but I count at least nine distinct contradictions of prior Verified Voting statements and published positions. In light of this, the promise to pursue policy positions based on scientific evidence and best practices rings hollow. I can no longer lend my name to Verified Voting. Some, including anti-transparency activists, conflicted supporters of ballot marking devices, politicians trying to silence and intimidate critics, and opponents of evidence-based policy, have already mischaracterized the mainly technical debates within the election integrity community. If they are successful at confusing the public about the correctness of election outcomes in Georgia and elsewhere, I fear it will be in some measure due to the absence of values once embraced by Verified Voting.

For weeks Democrats failed to shut down the forensic audit process in Arizona.

The audit started on April 23. A judge on April 28 rejected the attempt by Democrats to halt the process.

So on Thursday, several national lawfare groups went to the Biden Department of Justice to request the Biden administration shut down the audit in Arizona.

They want the Biden administration to shut down the audit of the Arizona 2020 election.

Democrats fear the truth like cockroaches fear the light.

If the Biden administration is able to do this we will all know there is NO LAW AND ORDER in America today.

The Conservative Treehouse reported on this development last Thursday.

So far Democrats have been unsuccessful in shutting down the forensic audit in Arizona.

It “appears” that the forensic audit is safe to continue.

But, is it really? In November 2020 Democrats changes laws, snuck in late ballots, locked out Republican observers, kept counting new ballots until they put Joe Biden in the lead and then lashed out at ANYONE who challenged the fraudulent and criminal process.

Do we really believe the same people who stole a landslide election from President Trump would hesitate to shut down the forensic audit in Arizona?

So far the Arizona GOP leader Dr. Kelli Ward and the Audit Director Ken Bennett have performed flawlessly in this Arizona audit.

If the Biden DOJ is able to shut down the process and take all of the results before the public has a chance to view the results it would be an alarming defeat for voters in Arizona and freedom in the United States.

But do these Biden officials really care what you think? They didn’t care in November or January. Why would they give a damn what you think now?

A spy plane was identified flying over the Maricopa County audit.
What information are they after?

Sunday morning we were alerted to the fact that a plane was circling around the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum last week. We received only the picture above. We followed up and found more information on this plane and additional information on other events where a plane circled the sky in a similar fashion. One such incident was in San Bernadino after the shooting spree by Islamic terrorists Farook and Malik.

But we looked further into this flight above in Arizona and found the plane used was owned by the City of Phoenix:

We also learned that PC-12’s were used in Afghanistan. An article in Stars and Stripes discussed the PC-12’significance to Intel gathering there:

When the wing was created some six years ago, this type of real-time intelligence was a pipe-dream to Afghanistan’s nascent national security forces. Now, its 450-man crew is responsible for 17 PC-12 single-engine turboprops, along with 30 Russian-built Mil Mi-17 transport helicopters, equipped with machine guns and rockets and fitted with Kevlar armor plating.

And we also uncovered that the PC-12 in Phoenix is owned by the Police Department:

We could determine that the bird that circled Phoenix near the Coliseum was the Police bird because it took off from Deer Valley Airport, where the police air support is located.

We then found out that there appears to have been several days of activity in and near the Arizona Coliseum by the police department using multiple aircraft.

There is no information on what U.S. government agency is using the aircraft to spy on American citizens working for election integrity.


One source told CDMedia it could be the FBI, the military, or U.S. intelligence agencies.

This story started earlier in the day but by evening a different trip recorded online shows the police plane in a similar pattern on Friday, April 30:

So now we need to find out why the police plane is circling the skies over the coliseum where the Maricopa County audit is being performed?

For what purpose is the plane listening in on calls related to phones in and near that coliseum? Maybe it’s explainable and maybe not.

The Republican-backed audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona, is getting more expansive and may extend beyond initial expectations.

With the audit reaching the one-week mark at the end of last week, former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who is the state Senate audit liaison, offered an update on the controversial review, which includes 2.1 million ballots cast, a forensic audit of the voting machines, and follow-up interviews with voters.

Bennett declined to offer an estimate of the number of ballots that have been counted or whether any fraud has been found, although it had been initially estimated that an audit report would be released within 60 days of it starting.

The audit, which has been the focus of a legal challenge by Arizona Democrats trying to stop it and praise by former President Donald Trump and his allies, who insist the 2020 contest was stolen, is about to start "phase two" following an off-day on Sunday, he added.

The GOP-controlled state Senate hired a Florida-based firm, Cyber Ninjas, to lead the audit, and the legislature leased Veterans Memorial Coliseum through May 14. Despite earlier assertions about wrapping up the audit by that date, when the venue is reserved to host several Phoenix high school graduations, Bennett now says there is "no deadline" for it to end. He earlier said it would take 60 days to issue a full report.

The audit would resume roughly a week later, said Bennett, who added that state fair officials gave permission to use the coliseum "for as long as we need it" after the ceremonies, according to the Arizona Republic.

The report said organizers are planning to increase the number of hand counters, gaining staff from temp agencies, and jump from 20 counting tables to 46 tables by May 3. The change would more than double the number of counters from 60 to 138 per shift.

The county election's department announced Friday its staff was responding to a request by Bennett to pick up election machine equipment it delivered last week in compliance with a subpoena. Bennett told the right-wing website Gateway Pundit that made up about four of six original truckloads of machines, and an IT company would likely finish capturing information from the remaining hardware in a couple of days.

"All of the forensic data has been captured off of those machines, and now they'll move into phase two, which is analyzing that data," Bennett said.

The audit, which is looking at the presidential race and U.S. Senate contest, has been subject to intense scrutiny for multiple reasons, including restricted media access to the facility, questions about the auditor's qualifications and adherence to state election laws, and criticism about who is funding the audit on top of the $150,000 being doled out by the state Senate.

FundTheAudit.com has raised over $1 million for the recount process but does not list donors. According to Internal Revenue Service rules, the private fund does not have to reveal donor identifications.

The Arizona Democratic Party and Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo, the sole Democrat on the board, sued to stop the audit on April 22, the day before the review began, raising concerns about adherence to state election regulations and maintaining the sanctity of the secret ballot. The audit has been allowed to continue, thanks in part to the Democrats being unwilling to pay up for a $1 million bond for a temporary pause, but Cyber Ninjas was ordered to release its policies for ensuring ballot secrecy and voter privacy.'

Cyber Ninjas, whose CEO, Doug Logan, has been subject to scrutiny over his promotion of voter fraud allegations and "Stop the Steal" posts on social media, filed on Friday for an emergency status conference with county Judge Daniel Martin following the release of a document about security plans the firm said should not have been disclosed.

Other critics of the audit include prominent Arizona Republican Cindy McCain, a GOP-dominant County Board of Supervisors who initially fought against the state Senate subpoenas for the audit in court, and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who has called the audit "a farce."

After all, the Maricopa County Elections Department's two previous audits finding no irregularities in last year's general election.

Hobbs, a Democrat, released a statement Friday that said initial reports from an observer from her office "indicate that my concerns about the reliability of this so-called audit are valid."

But Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward, a vocal Trump supporter, fired back at Hobbs on Friday, saying the official was not sending observers from the secretary of state's office.

"Of the three 'observers' representing Hobbs, two are none other than an election consultant with Protect Democracy and an attorney with the Brennan Center," Ward said.

Protect Democracy outlined a letter to organizers of the audit on April 6, signaling the group's intent to sue if auditors follow through with plans to knock on doors to confirm valid voters actually lived at the stated address, a move they claim would be "voter intimidation" tactics.

The Brennan Center sent a letter to the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department on Feb. 29, saying, "We are very concerned that the auditors are engaged in ongoing and imminent violations of federal voting and election laws" and requested to deploy federal monitors at the coliseum.

Trump has celebrated the audit, releasing multiple tweemails, and on Tuesday, insisted it will show Arizona was a "scam election" state.

The hand recount will not change the results of the election, as officials in the state have already certified President Joe Biden's victory and other results.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann insisted in a radio interview that the audit is meant to restore trust in the system and influence potential changes to the law.

This is outrageous!

Tonight during the meeting the city residents confronted city leaders. The board members then WALKED OUT of the meeting.

They did not expect the locals to fight back against their corruption!

We had our concerns with Judge Martin in the Arizona election case involving Democrat Arizona Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo, the Democrat Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, and the entire Democrat apparatus. This huge machine is trying to stop the forensic election audit in Phoenix.

Today our concerns with Judge Martin have been confirmed.

We reported earlier that Judge Martin was selected by the wife of one of the five Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Bill Gates:



This was after the first judge recused himself. Judge Martin was appointed and right away we had concerns because he was appointed to the court by former Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano:



We also realized last week, one of the individuals who presented in the hearing on whether to keep the audit going was an individual the judge had worked with in the past:



Now we know why we had concerns. It appears that the auditors’ security plan describing how they were going to protect the individuals and property innvolved in the audit, was supposed to remain sealed but the Judge released it to the public (emphasis added):

The security plan of Cyber Ninjas, one of the firms hired to carry out the audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election ballots, was released to the public by the judge overseeing audit court cases even though it was known the plan was meant to be shielded from public view, a report said.

Judge Daniel Martin, who took over the case last month after the first judge recused himself, initially rejected an attempt by Cyber Ninjas to file the security plan documents under seal because of their sensitive nature and ordered them filed by noon local time on April 29, The Epoch Times reported.

This is not good. The Judge provided BLM, Antifa and the Democrat machine the audit team’s security plan. It’s not like anyone wants this thing stopped or anything.

UncoverDC Editor-in-Chief Tracy Beanz sat down with inventor JovanHuttonPulitzer™ the second half of Friday’s Dark to Light Podcast to discuss his ongoing mission to expose and correct the ways ballots are handled, processed and audited in American elections.

Pulitzer is best known for creating and patenting: CQR—a platform that was developed to “help codes talk with each other.” Two decades ago, his technology “linked the physical world to virtual, and now unique codes are found to link physical to virtual around the globe.” Some have tried to discredit Pulitzer as a failed inventor for his CueCat bar-code scanner but he seemed to be unphased by the claims, saying “it was the most adopted peripheral in history.”

It was his presentation to Georgia State Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Dec. 30 that publicly showed how kinematic artifacts on ballots can expose election fraud. This, simple, and expeditious solution was discussed in an UncoverDC article on Dec. 31. The article explains, “Kinematic artifacts are “evidence on paper” of folding, printing, and markings on the physical ballots. Every physical process applied to a ballot leaves marks, many of which are invisible to the naked eye. Pulitzer said he could quickly detect many kinds of election fraud by running the ballots through forensic scanners designed to detect these kinematic artifacts.”

The forensic evidence from ballots can detect with “100 percent” accuracy fraud and irregularities on ballots including, where they are manufactured, whether the ovid markings are human or machine generated, which ballots are mailed, which are authentic, whether the ballots were scanned multiple times, etc.

Pulitzer’s presentation was so compelling that the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee unanimously approved permission for him to forensically review the ballots in Fulton County. However, he said, when “he was inches away from getting his hands on them,” the process was summarily shut down “by the opposing party.” They proceeded to “file legal maneuvers” that were then shuttled back and forth in the courts like a “ping pong ball.” And when those operations weren’t sufficient to halt the process, the Democrats “booted off” the Republicans who approved the forensic review to prevent further scrutiny of the ballots.

Pulitzer described actions by officials in Georgia who used the chaotic election to their advantage to suppress and/or block any actions that might expose what happened in the 2020 election there. He says that state and county official discounted evidence, used punitive force to run investigators out of town, and employed voter intimidation tactics to suppress evidence. They “made examples of people” who were trying to expose corruption and “crucified” any technology or methodology that purported to expose the way the voting machines were programmed. They also “engineered solutions to make you look in the places where corruption isn’t.” Pulitzer says that even Governor Kemp’s office was involved when officials in charge repeatedly told the public “to stop reporting this to us because you are creating a public record.”

Also discussed was the idea that the 2020 election was the “most secure in history,” as stated by former fired Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director, Chris Krebs. He also said that the “proof is in the paper, you can’t hack paper.”

However, Pulitzer said that “it just isn’t true.” There were people who signed affidavits saying that some liberal counties had ballots with no bar codes. Pulitzer says some counties had ballots with print that was out of alignment and there were variations in ballots where there shouldn’t have been. Most importantly, from the time a ballot is placed into the hands of a voter, to the time it is placed in boxes in a warehouse, the ballot changes many hands, opening the process to fraud.

There were also problems in the adjudication of ballots. Adjudication is the process of resolving flagged cast ballots to reflect voter intent. A human being reviews the ballots that cannot be read properly by the scanner and then determines the intent of the voter. He said that in 2016 in Fulton county, the adjudication rate was 1.1 percent. In 2018, it was 2.2 percent, and in 2020 it was 95 percent. Pulitzer said that it is very easy to bend rules in the adjudication stage of the ballot examination process. Simply stated, “it is a system set up for the success of robbing votes.”

Arizona’s Maricopa County (Phoenix) plans to conduct a forensic audit, finally enlisting independent auditors to examine ballots in February or March of this year. In December, the Arizona Senate issued subpoenas to the Board of Supervisors demanding the board turn over election material, including images of all mail-in ballots, detailed voter information and machines used to count votes, so the Senate could conduct the audit. There was a court fight but eventually the state legislature was recognized as having the sovereign duty to secure election integrity. The original auditor selected was a Dominion employee—a conflict of interest since he would be auditing Dominion Voting Machines.

In addition, says Pulitzer, when they pull boxes from the warehouse for audit, ‘they don’t tell you that the boxes have code number. In a transparent audit, we will randomly pull boxes. The people pulling the boxes know what the code means.” Often, they are “rigging the districts they know are not cheating. All of it is designed to usurp the vote. All the troubled states are doing it.”

The biggest challenge, Pulitzer says, is the “game of smoke and mirrors” that officials play when it comes to investigating election fraud. Their game is to “keep these things from being audited. We’ll agree to an audit as long as it is my people, my machines, my ballots and my software. The only thing they want to confirm is that the machine is transferring a ballot.” As was seen in the first “audit” in Georgia, the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger(R) essentially authorized a recount which is not the same as a forensic audit by any stretch of the imagination.

Tracy mentioned the recent efforts to demonize anyone speaking about election integrity in the forms of deplatforming, being targeted by law enforcement, and censoring on social media and the internet. “People,” she said, “feel overwhelmed” by those actions. Pulitzer maintains that education, transparency, public dialogue, and legal action are the only way election reform will come about.

He says we must “bring transparency and easy educational moments to the American people. They can make better decisions if educated.”

When asked whether he could talk about “good ways to get people motivated” in the face of what many see as a stolen election, Pulitzer spoke about the imperative need for Americans to dig deep:

“You have to make a decision, you either believe in the United States of America, and you are a Patriot and you want this fixed for everyone, or you’re going to roll over and play dead and you are just a battery unit in the matrix. But you have a decision to make about what you are and what you stand for. Remember, this is now up to us. We have waited too long for others to fix it for us. We now have to do this ourselves…. It is not about us. It is about our country, our children, and our grandchildren. And if you want them to grow up in an America that you believed you had and you love then you better get into the battle right now…I believe I can fix future elections so that they will be authentic and not able to be stolen. I want to give the American people their voice back. That is my next big battle…Our eyes are open. We can no longer stick our heads in the sand.”

Conrad Black: A Turning In The American Political Road Is Almost At Hand

The only way to make any sense of the fierce crosscurrents sweeping over American political life now is to watch two trends that are only slightly connected.


First is the continuing great national sense of relief that the chaos and pandemonium of the Trump era is over.
There are not nightly cascades of provocative and frequently outrageous tweets and the days are not filled with confrontations in which the president’s enemies assault him like picadors, and he rises to every challenge like a compulsive single combat warrior.

To Trump’s scores of millions of admirers, he was merely returning fire from those who attacked him unfairly. To Trump’s enemies, his opponents were only doing their duty to assist in retarding the progress and hastening the departure of the Great Ogre.

To the independent voters, a beleaguered minority in the Trump era, it was Trump’s America, regardless of blame, and to the majority of Americans, the indignity inflicted upon the presidency and the strain of the constant din of needless and often witless combat became insufferable and had to end, whatever the policy consequences.


At its most acidulous, this was the Trump-hate vote, more benignly, it was the Trump-abatement vote. But the majority of people, including probably a majority of Trump voters, didn’t like it and simply could not stand the tumult of the Trump presidency.

Even thoughtful Americans who do not have confidence in Joe Biden and don’t approve of most of what he is doing, are still deeply grateful to be relieved of the nerve-racking cacophony of the Trump presidency.

This is what is chiefly supporting the Biden honeymoon 100 days into his presidency. Most of the polls remain politicized, inaccurate, and largely unprofessional, as they were in the late presidential election of ineradicable and horrifying memory (and result).

But the average of them seems to give this president approximately a 53 percent approval rating to about 42 percent negative. This is a solid and respectable result and a better showing than President Trump had any point in his term.

Though given that he was the subject of a completely unprecedented consistency and intensity of media and celebrity assault, his performance in the almost uniformly nasty and stacked polls entitles him to a special achievement award for carrying nearly 48 percent of the vote and probably forcing the Democrats to steal the Electoral College with harvested ballots in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and for producing so taut a political crisis that the Supreme Court ducked it (in the Texas challenge supported by 18 other states), assumedly under the mistaken assumption that that would spare them the threatened effort to pack the high court.

This total, the anti-Trump share of the honeymoon approval rate, as in all presidential honeymoons, is slowly declining. But it is also more vulnerable than other presidential honeymoon poll results, because it is not really based on any enthusiasm for Biden, but rather on the passage of something that has gone and is not threatening to return imminently.

The last time we saw anything of this kind was in the first year of President Nixon as the antiwar and race riots of the late Lyndon Johnson era faded, and in the Ford and early Carter years, when there was no longer any reason to think of Watergate.


The second indicator of political opinion is the independent policy areas where the new administration’s performance is measured. Here, the sands are running out in the hour-clock for the Biden administration’s attempt to smoke far-left legislation through on the threadbare flying carpet of anti-Trumpism.

The vulnerability of President Biden’s position is underscored by the fact that apart from his handling of the coronavirus and related problems, the majority disapprove of his performance in all other areas, most markedly the southern border and immigration, but also including the economy, foreign policy, and law and order and public security.


Approximately 90 percent of Americans believe that there should be a border and a process to entering the country; over 80 percent unconditionally oppose violent demonstrations and riots, the overwhelming majority support adequate police protection, if with more sophisticated rules in armed confrontations, and there is little enthusiasm for increased taxes or profligate spending.

The principal anti-Trump television networks seem to have lost about 50 percent of their viewers and the public clearly is not much interested in an indefinite continuation of mudslinging and defamation against the former president, either as a substitute for the new administration presenting and executing its policies, or for the national political media restoring a substantial element of professional reporting where for the previous four years it had self-righteously substituted Trump-hate.

It is of the nature of polling that unpleasant memories of former presidents recede and the prestigious fact of them having been presidents and in many cases the highlights of their presidencies remain comparatively well fixed in the public mind.

Herbert Hoover and Richard Nixon were generally reviled when they left office, but after some years they came again to be recognized as outstanding figures of American public life. President Trump was not generally a quick learner in the art of public relations while he was president, but it must be said that he has played his hand skillfully these last three months.

The initial post-inaugural efforts to torment him endlessly, portray him as an advocate of insurrection and to suborn and extort evidence against him in all manner of ubiquitously alleged imminent proceedings while pretending there was some comparison to be made between Jan. 6 and 9/11, has been a complete failure.

All the headlines and television news introductions that the Trump mob had killed capitol police officer Brian Sicknick have been exposed as pure fabrication, a campaign of outright lies. All the allegations against the Trump campaign organization of incitement of the vandalism at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 have proved to be unfounded.

And throughout these three months the former president has issued press releases without hyperbole and has given relatively few interviews and only one major speech and on every occasion he has been judicious.

Joe Biden does well with the public as an apparently amiable personality, and he probably deserves credit for at least bringing to serious consideration a far more radically left agenda than the public would approve of, in a way that has not squandered the general perception of him as a likable person.

But we are almost at the point where this administration’s attempt to revolutionize American elections by practically abolishing any verification process for ballots and turning election day into a weeks-long orgy of ballot-harvesting, while packing the Senate and the Supreme Court and gagging congressional minorities, will collide with public opposition to all of these measures.

In those circumstances, the Supreme Court, its attempt at appeasement of the Democrats by abdicating as head of a co-equal third branch of government having failed, might also reassert the legitimacy of the Constitution.

A turning in the road is almost at hand.
