Sidney Powell has finally released the Kraken - filing two lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia late Wednesday alleging massive schemes to rig the election for Joe Biden.
In Georgia, Powell claims in a 104-page complaint filed in the US District Court in Atlanta that the purpose of the scheme was "illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."
"Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing" has been "amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose," the suit continues, adding that "Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia."
"This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and 'rigged' the election in Georgia for Joe Biden."
According to Just the News, Powell's allegations include that:
The suit asks for over a dozen remedies, including an injunction blocking the state's certified results - in which Biden 'won' by 12,000 votes - from being transmitted to the Electoral College.
Powell's suit also demands an audit where signatures are matched, the impounding of various election machines and video surveillance from vote-counting areas.
In Michigan, Powell filed a 75-page complaint seeking to set aside the results of the election, claiming that "hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots" enabled by "massive election fraud" facilitated Biden's win in the state.
"The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as president of the United States," the suit alleges, adding that the most "troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy” involved “systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.'"
As Mimi Ngyuen Ly of The Epoch Times notes:
The complaint alleged “an especially egregious range of conduct” in Wayne County and the City of Detroit and similar conduct throughout the state, which it attributed to direction from Michigan state election officials. It noted that the “same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud writ large occurred in all the swing states with only minor variations” in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
The complaint cited eyewitness and expert testimony to allege that there were enough ballots identified to overturn and reverse the election results. It also said results of the election cannot be relied on because the entire election process was “riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility.”
The suit claimed that election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems used by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers helped facilitate the fraud.
“The Dominion systems derive from the software designed by Smartmatic Corporation, which became Sequoia in the United States,” the complaint reads.
“Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election,” it added, citing a whistleblower’s affidavit alleging that the Smartmatic software was used to manipulate Venezuelan elections in favor of Chavez.
“A core requirement of the Smartmatic software design ultimately adopted by Dominion for Michigan’s elections was the software’s ability to hide its manipulation of votes from any audit,” the complaint alleged.
The complaint cited a former electronic intelligence analyst under the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, who declared that the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran to monitor and manipulate elections, including the 2020 U.S. general election.
Another part of the complaint said that a former U.S. Military Intelligence expert had analyzed the Dominion software system and concluded that the system and software “were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China.”
“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the filing said.

On local radio just now, Tony Katz on WINC he was talking about the typos. How it looked bad in addition to Powell HAS yet to show any evidence of her “world wide conspiracy theory “ of fraud if anyone is going to believe her. He’s staunch conservative which worries me she is losing what voices she has had so far.
No one is believing a word she said. Court of opinion can be tough. Especially when those opinions start to influence whether a TRUE court will even agree to hear her case.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- After another close race for Congressional District 21, Republican and former Congressman David Valadao has declared victory.
There was no word from his opponent, Democrat and incumbent Representative T.J Cox.
Valadao has received 50.5% of the votes - 85,115 total, while Cox has received 49.5% of the votes at 83,438.
Votes are still being counted from the district, which includes all of Kings County as well as portions of Fresno, Kern, and Tulare Counties.
Valadao released the following statement on Wednesday:
"I'm once again overwhelmed by the Central Valley's support and faith in me.
To everyone who fueled this campaign putting in long hours making phone calls, knocking doors and believing in this cause - thank you! I could not have done it without you. I commend TJ Cox for running a strong campaign and thank him for his service in Congress.

Republicans have picked up their 11th seat overall in the U.S. House and the third seat in California, as Republican David Valadao reclaimed the seat he lost in the farm belt two years ago.
The former congressman defeated Democratic Rep. TJ Cox, who ousted Valadao in the 21st Congressional District two years ago by 862 votes.
Valadao endorsed President Donald Trump after withholding his backing in 2016 — a risk in a swing district the president lost by 15 points four years ago.
But he also stressed his independence, criticizing the Trump administration for family separations at the border and promoting his willingness to work across party lines.
On paper, the 21st District looks like it should be a Democratic stronghold: The party holds a nearly 17-point registration edge. But California’s agricultural centers have long been known for Republican residents who vote reliably and Democrats who often do not.

President Trump once again displayed his resiliency and determination to make great wins for the GOP and the American people today, announcing a new campaign rally in the State of Georgia.
The rally, which will be held on Saturday night according to the President, will feature President Trump alongside US Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. The President may even hold a follow up rally, stating to the press, “Maybe I’ll go twice!
Senator Kelly Loeffler later clipped the statement, uploading it to Twitter.
Both Senator Loeffler and Senator Perdue advanced to the Georgia State Runoff, which will be held in January 2021 and are hoping to retain their seats.
Holding onto these seats is crucial for the GOP to keep their majority in the Senate and holding back the night of a potential Biden Presidency. While he may be campaigning for the two Georgia Senators, President Trump remains fearless in his assurance that he did in fact win the 2020 Presidential Election and that his legal team will release the truth.
The truth is that there are still-emerging reports of voter fraud coming from around the country, indicating Trump won and Biden lost.
Rumors have been going around since the extremely controversial and distrusted election as to whether or not the President would continue hosting campaign-style rallies as his legal team continues to fight to stop the steal.
Tonight, we may have gotten our answer.

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday granted an expedited review for Team Trump’s appeal in Pennsylvania after an Obama judge dismissed their lawsuit seeking to block the state from certifying its election results.
Trump’s campaign on Friday lost its appeal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
A three-panel judge (all appointed by Republican presidents) said that the Trump campaign’s “claims have no merit.”
The Trump campaign’s senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis released a statement in response to the Third Circuit’s opinion.
“The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud,” Ellis said.
“On to SCOTUS!” she said referring to the US Supreme Court.
President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Pennsylvania on election night by 700,000 votes.
Crooked and corrupt elections officials in Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh stopped counting votes on election night after the polls closed because Biden was getting absolutely crushed by President Trump.
Suddenly massive ballot dumps only for Joe Biden appeared and huge spikes of Biden votes were seen added to the election results.
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh counted the massive ballot dumps for Joe Biden without allowing GOP observers to look at the ballots.
The Pennsylvania state legislature on Wednesday held a hearing on the 2020 election issues and irregularities and Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani brought the fire.
On Wednesday a witness described the huge “spikes” in Pennsylvania during the hearing and the crowd gasped.
Another very credible witness described how he personally observed dozens of USB cards being uploaded to voting machines which resulted in 50,000 votes for Joe Biden in a short period of time.
Rudy Giuliani pointed out two huge gaps with Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballots.
“You have two major gaps — you have the 672,770 votes that were not inspected by anyone secretly put into the ballot box and then you have this gap that I don’t understand between the mail-in ballots. You’ve sent out: 1.8 million and the number you counted: 2.5 million!” Rudy said.

Pennsylvania state Senator Doug Mastriano (R-33) said Friday the Republican controlled legislature will seek to reclaim its power to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College. Mastriano made his comments in an interview with former Trump administration official Steve Bannon on the War Room podcast, stating the move could take place as early as today.
Mastriano, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, said he has been working with Pennsylvania House and Senate members on a joint resolution to “grab back” their constitutional authority from the secretary of state that was ceded in 1938.
Mastriano said momentum for the resolution stemmed from the explosive hearing on Wednesday by Senate Republicans in Gettysburg that featured evidence indicating massive fraud that tipped the election for Democrat nominee Joe Biden over President Trump.
Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis appeared in person at the hearing. Trump addressed the hearing for about ten minutes via Ellis’ cellphone. Several witnesses presented allegations and evidence of fraud.
Mastriano told Bannon he believes two of the four GOP leaders of the House and Senate already support the move to reclaim the power to appoint electors, as do over half of GOP legislators.

And there’s a lot of good people working this here. Saying, that the resolution saying we’re going to take our power back. We’re gonna seat the electors. Now obviously we’re gonna need the support of the leadership of the House and Senate, we’re getting there on that. But we need to act like…”
Bannon: “Hold it, hold it, hold it. I think we got some breaking news here. You’re saying you’re going to get a joint resolution to actually go forward and, the Republicans control the House and Senate, to go forward to basically take the power back from the secretary of state and put it in the state legislature to put forward the electors?”
Mastriano: “That is exactly what we’re gonna do. And so, look, it’s gonna obviously be a struggle. We’re gonna hear the palpitations and you know the outcries of our Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar, whose resignation should have happened months ago and she shouldn’t have ever been confirmed. But you know what we have that power and we’re gonna take that power back because there’s so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, we can’t stand aside and just watch this unfold around us. You know, it’s not about disenfranchising anybody, it’s making sure that every legal vote counted. And if there’s extensive shenanigans out there it’s up to the General Assembly to step in. So we have a fight on our hands and we’re gonna fight. We’re gonna take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to.”
Mastriano: “…But, yes, I am seeing a shift. Now there, there’s several, there’s four leaders, two in the House, two in the Senate and I’m seeing a shift among a couple of ’em. So, I think the momentum’s on our side. Look, if, there’s fifty voices in the Senate, twenty-nine Republican or independent caucus with us, all we need are, you know, sixteen in the Senate to really influence the leadership and I think we’re pretty darn close to having, you know, sixteen, seventeen senators and I think there’s at least half of the House as well on the Republican side moving forward, so yes they are getting motivated. And sometimes it feels like we’re pushing from behind, but, you know, doing the right thing eventually catches on.”

In Georgia, election officials shut down voting and blamed it on a water leak one of the main counting centers.
This was another lie. It was a leaky toilet and no work order was even filed. And then when observers left they dumped in thousands of Biden only votes.
So now Americans are supposed to believe that Joe Biden won the Peach state in a year where President Trump made historic gains.
We all know this is a lie.
On Monday Attorney Lin Wood asked all military members from Georgia who filed an absentee ballot this year to contact his office.
Now we know why.
President Trump won military vote 60% to 34% in 2016.
Trump led the phony polling this year with a 52% to 42% lead over Joe Biden with US veterans. Or, more likely 60 to 30 percent lead if this poll was like all the other garbage mainstream polls.
But President Trump lost EVERY SINGLE MILITARY VOTE in Fulton County, Georgia this year.
What absolute BS!

Earlier this month CISA director Chris Krebs rebuked President Trump’s claims that votes were deleted and changed by voting machines and tabulation software.
“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a statement released following the controversial election.
Krebs was later fired by President Trump.
Chris Krebs forgot to mention that Dominion Voting Sytems IS PART of the CISA group!
So Dominion essentially shot down accusations of voter fraud using a statement that obscured their membership in the group that made the statement!
Jim Jordan spoke about this on Newsmax TV.

Now Dominion is using the CISA statement to defend itself from accusations of lost, deleted or switched votes.
This quote was taken from the Dominion webpage this morning.
The link above goes to an AP factcheck article that uses CISA as evidence to “debunk” a “tal tale of deleted votes.”
In the “Factcheck” article the AP uses the CISA statement to debunk the claims of fraud.
Again, Dominion is part of CISA so Dominion is using its own statement to defend itself on their website’s “factcheck” claim.
If Dominion is this shady on the front page of its website — what else are they hiding?

The Arizona state legislature will hold a hearing on election integrity on Monday, November 30.
The public hearing will be chaired by Representative Mark Finchem, LD-11 with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.
“Since shortly before the 2020 election a number of my colleagues and I have been examining potential fraud pathways and illegal actions through which our 2020 election could become tainted. My worst fears have come to light in the process, and so far the evidence has been blocked from an official public forum.,” Rep Finchem said. “A few weeks ago I requested approval for the House Federal Relations Committee to hold a hearing on the integrity of the Arizona 2020 election. That hearing has not yet been approved by House leadership, and time is of the essence to show proof that our election has been compromised.”
He continued, “After a review of the statistical anomalies, and there are to numbers to count, affidavits of improper actions, and community outrage that has grown out of what appears to voters to be an attempt to throw the election through a number of fraudulent efforts, we decided as a Members of the Legislature, and not as members of any specific committee, that we should move forward with a public hearing.”
The event details are as follows:
