Board Refuses to Certify Wayne County, Michigan (Detroit) Election Results

By Kristinn Taylor
Published November 17, 2020 at 7:02pm

The Wayne County, Michigan Board of Canvassers deadlocked on a 2-2 party line vote on whether to certify the results of the November 3 elections, with the two Republican members refusing to approve the vote because of poll books that did not match vote tallies. Wayne County includes the city of Detroit where most of the problems occurred. According to the current count, Joe Biden leads President Trump by just under 150,000 votes statewide.

Detroit election worker puts up paper to block citizen observers of election count, November 4, file image.

The next step will be for the state board of elections to review the Wayne County results and decide on whether to certify the votes. The state board is likewise made up of two Republican and two Democrats. If that board deadlocks, then it would go to the Republican state legislature. (Process explained here.)
Excerpt from the Detroit News on the issues with Wayne County:
The Wayne County Board of Canvassers deadlocked 2-2 Tuesday along party lines on whether the county’s Nov. 3 election results should be certified as at least four state and federal lawsuits sought to stop the process.

The decision came after absentee ballot poll books at 70% of Detroit’s 134 absentee counting boards were found to be out of balance without explanation. The mismatches varied anywhere from one to more than four votes.
In August, canvassers found 72% of Detroit’s absentee voting precincts didn’t match the number of ballots cast. The imbalances between August and November are not an exact comparison since August’s canvassing was based on results from 503 precincts and November’s canvassing was based on 134 counting boards.
The situation in August and earlier imbalances in 2016 were not enough to keep the same board from certifying the results in the August and November 2016.
…Chairwoman Monica Palmer, a Republican, defended the decision, “Based on what I saw and went through in poll books in this canvass, I believe that we do not have complete and accurate information in those poll books,” she said.
…Detroit had problems with precinct count mismatches in the November 2016 election. Election officials couldn’t reconcile vote totals for 59% of precincts in the city during a countywide canvass of vote results with most of the issues involving too many votes.
End excerpt. Please read the complete Detroit News report at this link.
Michigan GOP Chairman Laura Cox issued a statement on Wayne County:
“The people of Michigan deserve to know what happened in Wayne County on Election Day and the days following. I am proud that, due to the efforts of the Michigan Republican Party, the Republican National Committee and the Trump Campaign, enough evidence of irregularities and potential voter fraud was uncovered resulting in the Wayne County Board of Canvassers refusing to certify their election results. This action will allow more time for us to get to the bottom of these deeply troubling irregularities. The people of Michigan deserve fair, open and transparent elections, and we will continue to fight for just that.”
An observer posted their observation on Wayne County:

BREAKING: President Trump Fires Director of Cybersecurity Chris Krebs For Highly Inaccurate Claim 2020 Election Was “Most Secure in American History”

President Trump on Tuesday evening fired Director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Chris Krebs.

A few days ago CISA director Chris Krebs rebuked President Trump’s claims that votes were deleted and changed by voting machines and tabulation software.

“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” the DHS cybersecurity agency said in one of the most ridiculous claims yet.

“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a statement released last Thursday.

“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too,” the members of Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council Executive Committee said. “When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”

President Trump Tuesday night promptly fired Chris Krebs!
…votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more. Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

President Trump followed up with a third tweet addressing the 2020 election.
“The only thing secure about our 2020 Election was that it was virtually impenetrable by foreign powers. On that, the Trump Administration takes great credit. Unfortunately, the Radical Left Democrats, Dominion, and others, were perhaps more successful!” Trump said.

WATCH: Rebel News Reporter Escorted From Dominion Building After Discovering That They Share Office Floor With Soros-Linked Group

By Cassandra Fairbanks

Rebel News journalist Keean Bexte was escorted from the Dominion Voting office in Toronto after uncovering that they share a building with a George Soros-linked group.

Dominion Voting, who supplies voting machines to multiple swing states, has been under fire since it was revealed that their machines created a 6,000 vote swing in a single Michigan state county.

Bexte visited the Dominion Voting building located at 215 Spadina Avenue in Toronto in an effort to get some answers. He discovered that the vote tabulation company shares an office floor with an organization called Tides, which recently changed its name to Make Way.

Bexte wrote that the organization is “an extreme left eco-radical charity that directs cash supplied by George Soros to smaller groups and organizations to advance the globalist agenda of Soros.”

The close proximity of these organizations has left Bexte with many questions, including whether or not radical employees of George Soros able to access the same desks, filing cabinets, servers, and Wi-Fi of Dominion Voting and if any extra security protocols taken to ensure no voting data or proprietary information is protected.

When he attempted to get those answers, he was escorted from the building.

“Further to the suspect office floor sharing, Dominion Voting also showed their hand when documents surfaced showing they donated between $25,000 and $50,000 to Hillary Clinton’s personal foundation, a charity tied closely to the Tides Foundation. George Soros actually donated over $9.5M to Hillary Clinton’s election campaign,” Bexte reports.

BANANA REPUBLIC: Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rejects Trump Campaign’s Claim GOP Observers Lacked Access to Vote Counting Centers
By Cristina Laila
Published November 17, 2020 at 7:36pm

President Trump was up by nearly 700,000 votes on election night in Pennsylvania when all of a sudden vote counting came to a halt.

Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Arizona and Georgia stopped counting ballots on election night.

This is when crooked officials in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh got to work stealing the election for Joe Biden.

Millions of ballots appeared within a few days and hundreds of thousands of ballots were counted for Joe Biden as officials blocked GOP poll observers from having access to the vote counting centers.

GOP poll observers and lawyers for President Trump’s campaign were blocked from observing the process despite a court order from an appellate judge.

According to the court order, GOP observers must be allowed within 6 feet of the ballot counting.

Observers were forced to stand 30 to 100 feet away from the ballot counting and resorted to using binoculars.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday said all the state law requires is observers be allowed “‘in the room’ where ballots are counted. The law does not set a minimum distance between them and the counting tables…The legislature didn’t provide one, and the court can’t, either.”

What is the point of allowing poll watchers in the vote counting centers if they cannot properly observe what the ballot counters are actually doing?

“They’re Certifying…Their Own Fraud and Their Own Complicity in Fraud” – Sidney Powell to States Who Want to Certify Their Results

By Joe Hoft
Published November 17, 2020 at 5:40pm

State’s be warned…
We reported earlier that Attorney Sidney Powell, a member of President Trump’s legal team and General Michael Flynn’s attorney, reported that the Kraken was already released a few days ago, and we are starting to see signs of it now:

We’re not really sure what she means above but we do know that she shared some relevant information on the Rush Limbaugh Show on Monday, hosted by Mark Steyn. Powell shared the following starting at the 54:20 minute mark below:

View: https://youtu.be/9rzQN7TEP9k
1:54:49 min

Powell: I am livid about all of it. I am livid about the level of corruption. I am livid that the FBI and CIA haven’t done anything about the complaints they received which just makes me want to know even more who’s been paid what, and, [and,] who is responsible for all of this and who’s paid whom to get their Biden election.
Steyn: And as you say to those who say ah, give it up, there’s nothing to see here? What do you think – I take it you agree this case ultimately is going to wind up in front of those nine guys on the Supreme Court. Do you think they’re going to be as eager to sweep it under the rug?
Powell: I don’t think so Mark. I think the evidence is gonna be so overwhelming and I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to rethink it very seriously because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud. And I even might mount a class action suit to sue them themselves for their participation in it. It’s ridiculous.
Earlier today in Virginia it was reported:
Virginia’s Board of Elections has delayed certifying the state’s election results until later this week to provide more time to a voter registrar’s office that had a COVID-19 outbreak.
State officials announced the delay Monday to wait for certification from the voter registrar’s office in Richmond, Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. Richmond General Registrar Kirk Showalter announced last week that COVID-19 cases were discovered there and said the office will close until Friday out of an abundance of caution.
The Board of Elections was slated to certify the results Nov. 16. State officials said they have already received local certifications from 132 other cities and counties in the state.
Chris Piper, the commissioner of the state’s Department of Elections, told the board that Virginia “had an incredibly successful election” with no major issues reported on Election Day.
With 75% of the vote reported, President Trump was leading the Presidential race on Election Night, 52% to Biden’s 45% in Virginia. Then late at night five 300,000 + votes for Biden occurred (two appeared to be reversals) that ultimately gave Joe Biden the lead in the 2020 Presidential Election. After this point the remaining votes were all recorded at the exact same ratio of 55% to Biden and 45% to President Trump. The consistency of the vote pattern after Biden was given the lead are virtually impossible with a probability of basically nil – never.

But go ahead Virginia, certify your results but something tells me you might have a hard time explaining your votes recorded during the election while balancing the votes recorded to voters by precinct in court.

Sidney Powell said a few days ago that she would ‘Release the Kraken’. She and Rudy Giuliani talked about that, among other venues, on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.

A couple of days ago attorney Sidney Powell was on Lou Dobbs where she stated that there was massive fraud in the 2020 US election. She then noted that she would soon ‘Release the Kraken’!

On Sunday morning Powell told Maria Bartiromo.

We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose… We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
Then today Sidney Powell tweeted out —
“The #Kraken was released several days ago. You’re just beginning to see the signs.”

Dominion Voting Systems: Glitch, Clinton Tie Cause Scrutiny in 2020 Election
dominion voter systems

C-SpanJohn Poulos of Dominion Voting Systems. video on site 1:21 min

Dominion Voting Systems is an election services company from Canada that is responsible for the technology used to count votes in many of the close battleground states in the 2020 presidential election. Issues have arisen in some of those states, such as Michigan and Georgia, propelling Dominion into the spotlight.

Dominion Voting Systems is a company from Toronto, Canada, that has headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and is one of three major firms providing voting machines in U.S. elections.

A 2014 form filed with the State of California says Dominion was founded in 2003 in Canada and 2009 in the U.S. Its principal officers were listed then as John Poulos, CEO; Ian MacVicar, CFO; and James Hoover, vice president of product line management. Other articles say Poulos and Hoover are the co-founders.

President Donald Trump has also made claims against Dominion, writing on Twitter, “Report: Dominion deleted 2.7 million Trump votes nationwide. Data analysis finds 221,000 Pennsylvania votes switched from President Trump to Biden. 941,000 Trump votes deleted. States using Dominion Voting Systems switched 435,000 votes from Trump to Biden.” He provided no evidence.

However, USA Today reported that a national coalition has announced there “is no evidence that any voting software deleted or changed votes” in the 2020 presidential election. You can read the statement of that national coalition here.
The group “includes the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Association of State Election Directors” described the election as “the most secure in American history,” USA Today reported, quoting the coalition as saying, “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

Since the 2016 election especially, Dominion and other large voting firms have faced increasing Congressional scrutiny. It’s not unusual for big firms under the Congressional microscope to hire people or firms with ties to other power players; Dominion has ties to the Clinton Foundation. The company has used lobbying firms that employ lobbyists with ties to major figures like Georgia’s Republican governor and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as a lobbyist who donated money to Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Increasing the scrutiny, it has also worked with firms tied to George Soros and Robert Mueller and gets some components from China. A former ambassador named by former President Barack Obama sits on the board of a company that acquired it in 2018.

The company’s equipment is used in North Carolina, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona and Pennsylvania – key states where President Donald Trump’s campaign has raised concerns or that are still being counted. The major television networks have called the election for former Vice President Joe Biden, but Trump has not conceded.

“The industry has a two-tier structure with the three top-tier vendors, Election Systems and Software, Hart Intercivic, and Dominion Voting Systems covering approximately 92% of the total eligible voter population,” a major 2017 study on voting companies by the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative said. Truthout reported that the company “was recently acquired by New York-based hedge fund Staple Street Capital.”

An executive board member of Staple Street Capital, William Earl Kennard, is a former ambassador to the EU who was appointed to that position by former President Barack Obama. In 2018, Dominion announced it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital. On November 6, Deadline reported that Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent AT&T, which owns CNN.

Access Wire reported in 2017 that Dominion Voting Systems “is a Canadian company officially founded in the year 2000 with its headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Its founders are President and CEO, John Poulos and James Hoover.”

In January 2020, Poulos said in a written statement to the U.S. House that he was the “chief executive officer and co-founder of Dominion Voting Systems. As a U.S.-owned company, we currently provide voting systems and services to jurisdictions across 30 states and Puerto Rico.”

An old bio of Poulos says the following:
John Poulos is the founding President and CEO of Dominion Voting. Since its inception, John has been passionate about creating Dominion’s culture of transparency, accountability and technical innovation. John met James Hoover during a previous business venture in Silicon Valley where, together, they established an ambitious goal: to build a voting system that was so transparent, even the most skeptical critic would have confidence in its accuracy. Coupling this challenging objective with a culture of honesty, hard work and partnership in customer success has formed the foundation of Dominion’s success.
Today, John enjoys spending most of his time soliciting and listening to feedback from clients, stakeholders and employees. He is happiest when spending time in Dominion’s offices after hours watching that feedback come to life in Dominion’s exciting and innovative next-generation products. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau France.
An old bio says this about James Hoover:
James Hoover is a founding Vice President at Dominion Voting. Since its inception, James has worked to define and maintain Dominion’s sense of respect, responsibility, and commitment to all of our clients, voters, and the democracies we serve. Currently Vice President of Product Line Management, James defines the technical and operational standards by which Dominion operates, and drives Dominion in the relentless pursuit of quality and technology advancement.

James works closely with Dominion’s client services and sales teams, and along with Dominion’s engineers, he applies the company’s talent and leadership to answer customer needs; continually improving and enhancing Dominion’s innovative products and services.

James holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Dominion Voting Systems has a web of links to companies tied to Washington power players.

A 2014 State of California document indicates Dominion’s agent of record at that time was Boston lawyer Michael Bevilacqua of Wilmer Hale. Former special prosecutor Robert Mueller works for that firm. Dominion earned $44 million in 2012, according to the form. It listed its addresses for manufacturing and development as Toronto; Belgrade, Serbia; Denver; Plano, Texas; and Baldwin Park, California. A 2020 filing lists their registered agent as Cogency Global in Florida. Its directors were listed as Hootan Yaghoobzadeh of Staple Street Capital, Stephen Owens, also of Staple Street, and Benjamin Humphreys. Yaghoobzadeh and Owens have past ties to the Carlyle Group investment firm.

The New York Times reported in June 2020 on issues in the Georgia primary. Dominion’s spokesperson “said the company had to replace only 20 components for 30,000 machines” in the Georgia primary, calling it “a very low number for a statewide voting system rollout across 159 counties.”

The Times reported that some Democrats in the Georgia Legislature opposed purchasing the system but there is “some evidence that heavy lobbying and sales tactics have played a role in their adoption in Georgia and elsewhere.”

Georgia alone has eight registered lobbyists for Dominion, and they include Lewis Abit Massey, a former Democratic Georgia Secretary of State, and Jared Thomas, former chief of staff for Republican Governor Brian Kemp, according to The Times.

According to Ellines.com, “He is a youth hockey coach and a mentor to young aspiring business students. He is an active member of YPO, and part of an alliance of Greek-Canadian entrepreneurs who share a common goal to preserve their heritage.”

Poulos was the face of the company before Congress, where he was peppered with questions about whether the company gets components from China.
During congressional testimony in January, Poulos said: “We do have components in our products that come from China. Our tabulated products have always been manufactured in the United States.” He said the Chinese components included “LCD components, the actual glass screen on the interface down to the chip component level…there’s no option for manufacturing of those in the United States. We would welcome guidelines and best practices.”

A 2019 report by the Brennan Center for Justice highlighted a lack of vendor oversight, raising Congressional concern about voting machines in general, according to The Associated Press.

What are the company’s ties to the Clinton Foundation? “Dominion Voting” is listed as a $25,000 to $50,000 donor to the Clinton Foundation in 2014 by The Washington Post.

According to the Clinton Foundation:
In 2014, Dominion Voting committed to providing emerging and post-conflict democracies with access to voting technology through its philanthropic support to the DELIAN Project, as many emerging democracies suffer from post-electoral violence due to the delay in the publishing of election results. Over the next three years, Dominion Voting will support election technology pilots with donated Automated Voting Machines (AVM), providing an improved electoral process, and therefore safer elections. As a large number of election staff are women, there will be an emphasis on training women, who will be the first to benefit from the skills transfer training and use of AVMs. It is estimated that 100 women will directly benefit from election technology skills training per pilot election.
The firm also hired a lobbying firm with ties to Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff.

According to Bloomberg, Dominion Voting Systems “hired … a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. … Dominion’s first-ever lobbying firm is Brownstein Farber Hyatt and Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.”

The hire came as Congress was increasing scrutiny of election companies due to claims of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

“We want to make sure that we are telling the story of what Dominion is, and how deeply the company is invested in our mission, hopefully dispelling myths about our industry along the way,” Kay Stimson, vice president of government affairs at Dominion, told Bloomberg.

It’s not uncommon for major companies to try to curry favor with political leaders on both sides of the aisle. Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck lobbyist David Cohen, “who lobbies for Dominion Voting Systems on issues related to election security and monitors federal legislation for the company,” gave Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s campaign $2,000 in March, Truthout reported.

Poulos and the CEOs of other voting systems companies said they welcomed more federal scrutiny.

The Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative published a major report that explored Dominion and other voting companies. The study noted difficulties in studying voting machines and companies, writing, “Part of the challenge in understanding the election technology industry is that it is difficult to compile even basic facts about it. The industry earns an estimated $300 million in revenue annually. … The industry is dominated by three firms that are moderate in size and neither publicly nor independently held, limiting the amount of information available in the public domain about their operations and financial performance.”

The study continued, “The seller side of the election technology industry has come to be characterized by a consolidated, highly concentrated market dominated by a few major vendors, where industry growth and competition are constrained.”

It says that Dominion acquired other companies to consolidate its position in the market.

Dominion is orange in this Penn Wharton map:

dominion3.png

A map from the Penn Wharton study.

According to the company’s website, Dominion serves more than 40% of U.S. voters, including customers in 28 states and Puerto Rico and nine of the top 20 counties. The company says it has partnered with 1,300 jurisdictions. The map below shows where the company’s machines are used. This is the information the company gives about its work in key battleground states that were helping determine the presidential election:

Michigan: “Ranked the #1 system by a state review panel in 2018, 65 of 83 counties have chosen Democracy Suite.”

Georgia: “2020 statewide voting system rollout, with 33,000 ImageCast X BMDs, serving 159 counties.”

Arizona: “Serving 2.2 million Maricopa County voters with Democracy Suite 5.5 paired with the ImageCast X, ImageCast Precinct, and ImageCast Central.”

Nevada: “Designed for its Clark County debut in 2017, the ImageCast X with VVPAT now supports 16 of 17 Counties.”

Dominion’s website says: “Recognized by Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing tech firms in North America, Dominion provides the highest level of election support services available. From initial project implementation through election set-up, ballot layout, multiple language audio, machine set-up and system testing, we deliver. We also provide testing, Election Day support, training, preventative maintenance, project management and ongoing election consulting.”

Dominion denies any fraud allegations in a lengthy statement on its website, which you can read here. “Vote deletion/switching assertions are completely false,” the company says. “Dominion has no company ownership relationships with any member of the Pelosi family, the Feinstein family, or the Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any ties to Venezuela. Dominion works with all political parties; our customer base and our government outreach practices reflect this nonpartisan approach.” The company adds, “Claims about software updates being done the night before Election Day are 100% false.”

Sidney Powell, an attorney for Trump, has made a series of accusations against Dominion.

We reached out to the company to see if it wants to make comment on Powell’s claims specifically.

This was their response:
The gist it that some erroneous claims appear to be conflating Dominion with a different industry company called Smartmatic.
DOMINION IS NOT, AND HAS NEVER BEEN, OWNED BY SMARTMATIC.
Dominion is an entirely separate company and a fierce competitor to Smartmatic.
Dominion and Smartmatic do not collaborate in any way and have no affiliate relationships or financial ties.

Dominion does not use Smartmatic software.

The only associations the companies have ever had were:

– In 2009, Smartmatic licensed Dominion machines for use in the Philippines. The contract ended in a lawsuit.
– In 2010, Dominion purchased certain assets from Sequoia, a private U.S. Company. Smartmatic, a previous owner of Sequoia, pursued legal actions against Dominion.
On the Lou Dobbs’ program, Powell said,
I can hardly wait to put forth all of the evidence we have collected on Dominion, starting with the fact it was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez, and then shipped internationally to manipulate votes for purchase in other countries including this one. It was funded by money from Venezuela and Cuba and China has a role in it also…We have staggering statistical evidence.
As soon as the states stopped counting “the most egregious problems occurred,” Powell claimed.

She called the fraud “serious” and said machines were “producing altered election results…We are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes. President Trump won this election in a landslide. It’s going to be irrefutable.” Powell said “patriots are coming forward all day every day faster than we can collect their information” and said the machines were updated the night of the election and after the election. She said votes were “put in and replicated. There needs to be a massive criminal investigation, and it’s going to affect millions of voters and elections.”

She added that “changing a ballot” is a federal felony. She said Dominion has “been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom.”

She said some governors and secretaries of state bought into the Dominion systems.

Powell and the Trump campaign have not proven her claims with evidence.

Powell’s Amazon.com biography says she was an Assistant United States Attorney “in three judicial districts under 9 United States Attorneys from both political parties. She represented the United States in 350 criminal appeals, and represented private parties in another 150, all resulting in more than 180 published decisions.”

The bio continues that she “was the youngest Assistant U.S. Attorney when she began practicing. She is an elected member of the American Law Institute, and the past president of the Bar Association for the Fifth Federal Circuit and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.”

Her website says she “established her firm, dedicated to federal appellate practice, in 1993. She is now practicing in the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.”

2. The State of Texas Rejected the Company’s Machines & Problems Arose With a Contracted Company in the Philippines That Has Ties to George Soros

election.png

A screenshot from the Florida report on Dominion.

The State of Texas rejected Dominion in 2020 for use in its elections, writing:

The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code. Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 of the Texas Election Code.
According to Center Square, the company “was rejected three times by data communications experts from the Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General’s Office for failing to meet basic security standards.”

Florida certified the company but noted some issues, including that the hyphen in “write-in” did not display properly on the precinct tabulator tapes, an issue the Bureau of Voting Systems Certification said did not affect voting machine operations or the scanning or counting of votes and was “of low impact and severity.”

The company also has been involved in elections overseas, and one in the Philippines was controversial.

According to Access Wire, “Dominion entered into a 2009 contract with Smartmatic and provided Smartmatic with the PCOS machines (optical scanners) that were used in the 2010 Philippine election, the biggest automated election run by a private company.”

Problems arose with source codes, according to ABS CBN News. One issue unearthed: “Commands to add, update and delete existing database records lack enclosing transaction logic which may affect database contents and may possibly result in database integrity and other corruption issues.”

Center Square noted:

Smartmatic’s chairman is a member of the British House of Lords, Mark Malloch Brown, a former vice-chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds, former vice-president at the World Bank, lead international partner at Sawyer Miller, a political consulting firm, and former vice-chair of the World Economic Forum.

The Associated Press previously debunked false rumors saying that Soros owns Smartmatic voting machines. He does not, says AP. According to the AP, “the chairman of SmartMatics and the SGO Group, Mark Malloch-Brown, serves on the Open Society Foundations Global Board — founded by George Soros.”

Smartmatic has previously had some involvement in U.S. elections, according to AP.

PBS ran a story about Windows operating system problems in some election software but noted that Dominion’s “newer systems aren’t touched by upcoming Windows software issues – thought it has election systems acquired from no-longer-existing companies that may run on even older operating systems.”

In 2014, there were issues in a New Brunswick election. Company vice president Hoover told The Globe and Mail the problem related to a “computer program configured to expedite the release of results to media servers and to the website of Elections New Brunswick.”

“Part of the communications protocol that we used in that system was an off-the-shelf piece of software. … We saw that component malfunction and we shut it down,” he told the publication.

3. In Georgia, a Vendor Upload Delayed Voting

GettyImages-1229424056.jpg

Former President Barack Obama gives an elbow tap to Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Jon Ossoff during a Drive-in Mobilization Rally to get out the vote for Georgia Senate candidates on November 2, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to Politico, a “technology glitch” halted voting in two Georgia counties on Election Day because a vendor uploaded “an update to their election machines the night before.”

A judge extended voting to 11 p.m. after voters couldn’t vote for several hours in Morgan and Spalding counties due to the crash, Politico reported.

Dominion defended its work in Georgia, writing, “The Georgia Secretary of State’s office continues to publicly affirm that there are no widespread issues.”

According to Politico, the companies use “voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems and electronic poll books … made by KnowInk.”

The companies “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor in Spalding County to Politico. “That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election.”

According to CNN, a problem then arose in Gwinnett County, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb, over delays in reporting results. The county “was finally able to upload about 4,000 outstanding absentee-by-mail ballots, as well as re-run roughly 460 early voting ballots that had to be transferred from a ‘bad data card,’” CNN reported. The delay was caused by a technical issue “with the Dominion system used to upload to the Georgia Secretary of State’s office,” CNN reported.

Dominion told CNN the situation “does not relate to system software and has had no impact on the accuracy of vote totals or tabulation.”

According to Business Insider, Georgia “became the only state in the country last year to overhaul its entire election system, paying Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems $106 million for new voting machines, printers and scanners.”

4. The Company Insists No Software Error Was Found in Michigan When Votes Flipped From Biden to Trump

michigan-e1604859613273.png

Antrim County, Michigan, a Republican stronghold, initially showed Biden winning but now says Trump was the victor there, according to the Detroit Free Press. (See Dominion’s Michigan contract here.)

The newspaper reported that the county clerk “failed to update election management system software used to combine the electronic totals from tabulators and submit a report of unofficial results,” causing the issue.

Dominion has a fact page that seeks to debunk viral rumors about its software.

“All U.S. voting systems must provide assurance that they work accurately and reliably as intended under federal U.S. Election Assistance Commission and state certification and testing requirements,” the company insisted.

“There are no credible reports or evidence of any system software errors in Georgia or Michigan, including erroneous reporting of unofficial results from Antrim County, Michigan,” the company wrote in a press release.

Jocelyn Benson, the Secretary of State in Michigan, released a lengthy statement on what happened in Antrim.

“The error in reporting unofficial results in Antrim County Michigan was the result of a user error that was quickly identified and corrected; did not affect the way ballots were actually tabulated; and would have been identified in the county canvass before official results were reported even if it had not been identified earlier,” she wrote.

She confirmed that Antrim County “uses the Dominion Voting Systems election management system and voting machines (tabulators), which count hand-marked paper ballots. Counties use election management systems to program tabulators and also to report unofficial election results.”

She also wrote:

After Antrim County initially programmed its election software for the November Election, the county identified in October two local races where the ballot content had to be updated. The county received updated programming from its election programming vendor, Election Source. The updated programming correctly updated the election software for the county. When the software was reprogrammed, the County also had to update the software on all of the media drives that are placed in tabulators to ensure tabulators communicate properly with the election management system. The county did update the media drives that went into the tabulators with the corrected local races, but did not update the media drives on the tabulators for the rest of the county. Because the Clerk correctly updated the media drives for the tabulators with changes to races, and because the other tabulators did not have changes to races, all tabulators counted ballots correctly. However, because the county did not update the media drives for the tabulators that did nothave changes to races, those tabulators did not communicate properly with the County’s central election management system software when the county combined and reported unofficial results. Every tabulator recorded ballots correctly but the unofficial reports were erroneous. These errors can always be identified and corrected because every tabulator prints a paper totals tape showing how the ballots for each race were counted. After discovering the error in reporting the unofficial results, the clerk worked diligently to report correct unofficial results by reviewing the printed totals tape on each tabulator and hand-entering the results for each race, for each precinct in the county. Again, all ballots were properly tabulated.

The user error affected only how the results from the tabulators communicated with the election management system for unofficial reporting. Even if the error had not been noticed and quickly fixed, it would have been caught and identified.

5. Dominion Voting Systems Denied Rumors That Sharpies Invalidated People’s Votes in Arizona, but There Were Problems With Sharpies in Pennsylvania in 2019

Dominion’s contract with Arizona is worth a lot of money. “The county has added on to the Dominion contract four times since it first formed its partnership in 2016. With this week’s addition, the contract with the Denver-based firm is worth $28.7 million,” Las Vegas Sun reported in September 2020.

Dominion denied rumors that voters in Arizona were given Sharpie pens to invalidate their ballots. “There are no issues with the use of Sharpie pens related to hand-marked paper ballots. Any reporting to the contrary is completely false,” Dominion wrote.

“Sharpie pens are safe and reliable to use on ballots, and recommended due to their quick-drying ink,” Dominion wrote in a news release. “Regarding potential ink bleed-through, Dominion’s systems never allow for the creation of ballots with overlapping vote bubbles between the front and back pages of a ballot. If you used a Sharpie provided by your elections office to complete your ballot, please know that your vote was accurately recorded.”

The company linked to a statement from local officials.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors wrote a letter to voters on November 4. “Sharpies do not invalidate ballots,” they wrote. “We did extensive testing on multiple different types of ink with our new vote tabulation equipment. Sharpies are recommended by the manufacturer because they provide the fastest-drying ink. The offset columns on ballots ensure that any bleed-through will not impact your vote. For this reason, sharpies were provided to in-person voters on Election Day. People who voted by mail could use sharpies, or blue or black pens. Our Elections Department has been communicating this publicly for weeks.”

However, problems arose with the felt-tip pens in 2019 in Pennsylvania.

Jefferson County started using Dominion systems and “poll workers reported problems with Sharpie markers bleeding through the paper ballots and causing them to be rejected,” WITF.org reported in 2019.

The site reported that poll workers were advised “to stop using the markers in favor of black pens packed in their equipment bags as a backup in case the Sharpies ran dry or extras were needed. Dominion had advised using permanent markers.”

Armstrong County Democratic Committee Chairman Steve Atwood told the site there were problems with Shapries in that county too because “…the markers bled through and voters had to redo their ballot. They’re small complaints, but I thought that was a big issue – if you have markers bleeding through, throw them out and use something that works.”

'This Has Never Happened': Deadlocked Board In Largest Michigan County Refuses To Certify Nov 3 Vote

Tue, 11/17/2020 - 19:38

Officials in Wayne County, Michigan - home to the city of Detroit, have refused to certify the results of the Nov. 3 election, after the Board of Canvassers have deadlocked in a 2-2 vote along party lines.

Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer (R, left) talks with Vice Chair Jonathan Kinloch before the board's Nov. 17, 2020 meeting in Detroit (photo: Robin Buckson via The Detroit News)
Both Republican members of the board refused to move forward amid discrepancies discovered in absentee ballot poll books - issues which were previously noted in the county's summer primary and the November 2016 election, according to Just the News.
BREAKING: This evening, the county board of canvassers in Wayne County, MI refused to certify the election results. If the state board follows suit, the Republican state legislator will select the electors. Huge win for @realDonaldTrump
— Jenna Ellis (@JennaEllisEsq) November 17, 2020
During the meeting, Democrat member Jonathan Kinloch objected, saying "I smell politics at the core of this action," adding "I smell the games."
“I smell politics at the core of this action,” says Democrat member Kinloch of the Republicans on 4-member Wayne County Board of Canvassers that just deadlocked 2-2 on certifying election results in Michigan’s largest county, which hasn’t happened in memory. “I smell the games.” pic.twitter.com/7tAK9prwut
— Niraj Warikoo (@nwarikoo) November 17, 2020
According to Michigan GOP Chair Laura Cox, "enough evidence of irregularities and potential voter fraud was uncovered" during the election to trigger the deadlock.
I am proud that, due to efforts of the @migop and the RNC under the leadership of @GOPChairwoman Ronna McDaniel, enough evidence of irregularities and potential voter fraud was uncovered resulting in the Wayne County Board of Canvassers refusing to certify their election results. https://t.co/n8RmYa0OzM
— Laura Cox (@MIGOPChair) November 17, 2020
Here's a rundown and some analysis from Robert J. DeNult of Duke Law (via Twitter):
Alarmed that Michigan county canvassers—who usually certify vote totals in bipartisan, unified fashion—are deadlocking on certification because of false fraud claims. This is not normal and has never happened in history.
— Robert J. DeNault (@robertjdenault) November 17, 2020
Continued...
Michigan has a system where panels of citizens (2 D’s, 2 R’s) have to certify vote totals. Usually 4-0 approved. This year, R’s statewide discussed not approving them and splitting to a deadlock. This appears to be part of that effort in Wayne County.

This county covers Detroit. The panel R’s said they would approve everywhere *but* Detroit, building strong case for an inherent racial discrimination claim in a future voting lawsuit. But this is extremely concerning. Counties that fail to certify send evidence to Secretary of State (a Dem) and State Board of Canvassers to certify. State Board similarly split (2 D’s, 2 R’s). In the end obstruction is unlikely to work. But it is a clear effort to deligitimize election and delay.

A winner of Wayne County (Biden, or someone else who won an election there) may want to bring a state lawsuit about this. While it’s not clear there is a proper claim to make, a judge might ask the panel to give evidence of why it is suddenly deadlocked, or order them to certify.

* * *
And as The Detroit News notes, the lack of certification in Wayne County could extend the deadline for a possible recount - petitions for which are required to be filed with the county clerk within six days after the county canvassing board certifies the election.
At the state level, recount petitions in the races for president, U.S. Senate, U.S. House and state House can be filed with the secretary of state within 48 hours after the State Board of Canvassers certifies the election results and adjourns.

The U.S. Constitution requests the states to certify their results by Dec. 8, which is known as the “safe harbor” day. Any state that doesn’t do so potentially invites Congress to get involved in resolving a dispute about which candidate won the state’s electoral votes. -The Detroit News
Committee Chairwoman Monica Palmer (R) said that the refusal to certify the results was based on she and her GOP colleague's belief "that we do not have complete and accurate information in those poll books."

The decision will move to the State Board of Canvassers next.

Second Memory Card With 2,755 Votes Found During Georgia Election Audit, Decreasing Biden Lead

Tue, 11/17/2020 - 17:01
A second memory card with uncounted votes was found during an audit in Fayette County, Georgia, containing 2,755 votes according to WSBTV's Justin Gray.

The newfound ballots decreases Biden's statewide lead over President Trump by 449, leaving the margin at just 12,929 votes.

— Justin Gray (@JustinGrayWSB) November 17, 2020
A SECOND Georgia county just found 2,755 missing votes that weren’t counted and it was another favorable batch of votes for Trump. 1,577 for Trump, 1,128 for Biden and the rest 3rd party. Why is it that all of these "mistakes" originally helped Biden? Another Georgia county has uncovered 2,700 missing votes, Secretary of State’s office says
— Robby Starbuck (@robbystarbuck) November 17, 2020
The news comes one day after 2,600 uncounted ballots were found on another memory card in Floyd County, GA - which were mostly cast for President Trump.

According to county election officials, human error is to blame in Floyd County.
"It's not an equipment issue. It's a person not executing their job properly," said Gabriel Sterling, the state's voting system manager. "This is the kind of situation that requires a change at the top of their management side."

Sterling referred to the 1st memory card as an "amazing blunder" - after which Floyd County Board of Elections director, Robert Brady, was asked to step down following the 'error' which was discovered on Sunday.
MORE: @GabrielSterling said the votes uncovered in Floyd County don't change the final outcome in Georgia, but they do change the percentages slightly--only about an 800 vote gain for President Trump. @FOX5Atlanta #gapol
— Claire Simms (@Claire_FOX5) November 16, 2020
So now we've got two "amazing blunders" in a state currently under heavy scrutiny over allegations of election fraud and misconduct.

FEC Chair: If Sidney Powell Says There Was Rampant Voter Fraud, "I Believe Her"

Tue, 11/17/2020 - 16:55
Update (1350ET): Trey Trainor, head of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), said in a tweet Tuesday that he believes Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s claim of widespread election fraud.

Powell, a former federal prosecutor, recently claimed the president’s legal team has been receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and other irregularities, telling Fox Business that she has enough proof to launch a widespread criminal investigation and that, “we’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.”

While she declined to detail what evidence she may have in her possession, she insisted, “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”

The Epoch Times' Tom Ozimek reports that Trainor, in his tweet, called Powell “forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on,” adding that, “if she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.”

Meanwhile, Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski told “The Water Cooler” podcast that he, too, believes Powell’s claim of having evidence of systemic election fraud.

Lewandowski, speaking to podcast host David Brody, called Powell a “dogged professional attorney” and said that “if she says she has that evidence, I have no reason to doubt her at all.”

“It’s going to be time to start to present that evidence and present it to a court of law,” he added.

Powell’s claim centers on the notion that elections software switched “millions of votes” from President Donald Trump to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. She said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to “rig elections.”
“He saw it happen in other countries,” she said, apparently referring to election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.
Here is Sidney Powell appearing with Lou Dobbs to discuss the affidavit delivered to her showing how SmartMatic software was designed to manipulate election outcomes...

Update (1200ET): Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, formally told a federal court that he will represent the Trump campaign in its long shot case to block Pennsylvania from certifying votes. The case and whether it should be dismissed will be argued in federal court this afternoon.

As CNN reports, it's not known yet if Giuliani himself will argue the case, or if he will leave that to central Pennsylvania lawyer Marc Scaringi, who also joined the legal effort at the last minute.

The move came after several lawyers withdrew from representing the Trump campaign in the case, which has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Donald J Trump for Presiden... by Zerohedge Janitor
* * *
As Michael Snyder, via The End of The American Dream, detailed earlier, we are about to witness the most high stakes court battle in the history of the United States. Yes, the outcome will determine whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden wins the presidency, but even more importantly the integrity of America’s elections is about to be put on trial. If fraud can be proven, extremely expensive voting machines will have to be destroyed all over the nation and the way that we run our elections will need to be completely reconfigured. But if fraud is not proven, our elections will continue to be run the same way and nobody will ever dare challenge them again. Literally, this is the moment when we determine if there will be fair elections in the United States for the foreseeable future.

So to say that the stakes are very high is actually quite an understatement.

Of course in the short-term the implications of this court battle for our country will be enormous. If Biden wins the presidency, tens of millions of conservatives will completely lose faith in the system and many of them will never vote again.

But if Trump wins the presidency, tens of millions of liberals will completely lose faith in the system, and we will witness civil unrest in the streets on a scale that we have never seen before.

Take a moment and imagine how much fury there will be on the left if the election is flipped now. When Biden won, they celebrated wildly in the streets, but if Trump ends up in the White House for a second term they will be like extremely angry toddlers that have just had their favorite new toy taken away.
At this point, most on the left assume that they have the election in the bag and that there is no way that Trump could possibly win.

But with each passing day, more evidence of election fraud continues to emerge.

We know that dead people voted, we know that people that moved out of key swing states voted in those elections anyway, and we know that mail-in ballots were stolen and sent in.

There are also sworn affidavits from witnesses that saw ballots being brought in the back door of polling locations and from witnesses that saw the same ballots being counted over and over.

But the key to this entire court battle is going to come down to the voting machines.

In particular, the heart of the case to prove fraud is going to involve machines and software provided by a Canadian company called Dominion Voting Systems.

Today, machines and software provided by Dominion Voting Systems are used in 28 different states.

According to their official website, the critical swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada are all customers.

Trump attorney Sidney Powell says that she has uncovered evidence that indicates a computer algorithm was used to flip votes from Trump to Biden, and that this completely changed the outcome of the election.

This is a very, very serious allegation to make, and no experienced lawyer would make it lightly. Sidney Powell has put her entire reputation on the line in this battle, and she has a history of taking on huge battles and winning. The following comes from John Nolte
Sidney Powell is no joke. She served as a federal prosecutor for ten years and earned a national reputation as the attorney who swooped in, convinced Ret. Gen. Michael Flynn to withdraw his guilty pleas, and successfully pressured the Justice Department to drop its charges. She was a stalwart and regular presence in exposing the Russia Collusion Hoax, and by my count, everything she said was going to happen did happen.
But of course this is the biggest battle that Powell has ever faced by far.
Either she will win and become a legend, or she will lose and her reputation will be completely and utterly destroyed.

The stakes could not be much higher for her personally, but she seems quite confident of victory.

In fact, here are 12 quotes from Powell that show why she is so convinced that Trump will end up in the White House for a second term…
#1 Powell: “There has been a massive and coordinated effort to steal this election from we the people of the United States of America, to delegitimize and destroy votes for Donald Trump, to manufacture votes for Joe Biden.”
#2 Powell: “First of all, I never say anything I can’t prove… and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose. We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections.”
#3 Powell: “They also used an algorithm to calculate the votes they would need to flip, and they used computers to flip those votes from…Trump to Biden.”
#4 Powell: “They had the algorithms. They had the paper ballots waiting to be inserted if and when needed. And notably, President Trump’s vote in the blue states went up enormously. That’s when they had to stop the vote count. They had to go in and replace votes for Biden and take away Trump votes.”
#5 Powell: “They can watch the voting real time. They can run a computer algorithm on it as needed to either flip votes, take votes out or alter the votes to make a candidate win… It’s massive criminal voter fraud, writ large across at least 29 states… It’s obvious the algorithm and the statistics that our experts are tracking out are batches of votes and when the votes changed. It’s going to blow the mind of everyone in this country when we can get it all together and can explain it with the affidavits and the experts that have come forward.”
#6 Powell: “Even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away. They can put — it’s like drag-and-drop — Trump votes to a separate folder and then delete that folder.”
#7 Powell: “In fact, we have got math in Michigan and Pennsylvania, I think it is, that, all of a sudden, hundreds of thousands of votes at a 67 percent ratio for Biden, 23 percent for Trump were uploaded multiple times into the system.”
#8 Powell: “They did this on purpose, it was calculated, they’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California, we have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a firehose.”
#9 Powell: “It’s absolutely brazen how people bought the system, and why they bought the system.”
#10 Powell: “In fact, every state that bought Dominion, for sure, should have a criminal investigation or at least a serious investigation of the federal — of the officers in the states who bought the software. We have even got evidence of some kickbacks, essentially.”
#11 Powell: “…aware of substantial sums of money being given to family members of state officials who bought this software.”
#12 Powell: “We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.”
We already know that there were “glitches” with Dominion voting machines in certain areas, and we also know that there was an “emergency upload” to their voting machines the night before the election
While the source of the ‘glitch’ is still under investigation, one state ballot supervisor, Marcia Ridley, initially told POLITICO on Nov. 3 that Dominion, which prepares the poll books for counties before elections, “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch.” That reported incident prevented staff from programming the voter smart cards for the voting machines. Ridley continued, “That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election.”
Just because there was an emergency patch the night before the election does not prove anything, but it does seem suspicious.

And it is also being reported that Dominion Voting Systems Security Chief Eric Coomer claimed that he personally made certain that Trump was not going to win the election…
In a stunning interview conducted by Michelle Malkin, Joe Oltmann, FEC (Faith Education Commerce) United founder, reveals how he infiltrated Antifa and how during a conversation with Antifa members, he discovered “Eric from Dominion” was allegedly part of the chat during the week of September 27, 2020.

Oltmann explained that “Eric” was telling the Antifa members they needed to “keep up the pressure.” When one of the caller’s asked, “Who’s Eric?” someone answered, “Eric, he’s the Dominion guy.” Oltmann said that as the conversation continued, someone asked, “What are we gonna do if F*cking Trump wins?” Oltmann paraphrased how Eric (the Dominion guy) responded, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made ******* sure of that!”
In the end, we will see what can be proven in court and what can’t be proven.

Apparently some big legal moves are about to be made, and I wouldn’t bet against Sidney Powell.

If Powell can pull this off, it will be the most shocking legal victory in the history of U.S. politics, and it will turn our country completely upside down.

Dominion Confirms Clinton Foundation Donation, Pelosi Staffer Link

Tue, 11/17/2020 - 13:20
Authored by Jack Phillips via The Epoch Times,

Dominion Voting Systems has refuted claims about being biased toward Democratic officials during the Nov. 3 election, including allegations about a raid on a server in Germany as well as ties to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).

However, it did note that it made a donation to the Bill- and Hillary Clinton-operated Clinton Foundation and did not dispute that a former staffer of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was hired as a lobbyist.

In a lengthy statement, the Colorado-based voting systems provider first refuted that it has no ties to Smartmatic, another voting software maker, but it did note that the two firms worked together in the Philippines and said it bought some assets from Smartmatic-linked Sequoia about 10 years ago, adding that the two companies had legal disputes. Some Trump campaign officials made claims in recent interviews that Smartmatic had links to Dominion.

Dominion has been at the center of controversy since Election Day after Antrim County, Michigan, showed Joe Biden beating President Donald Trump before the results were reversed, with county officials saying the error was due to the county clerk not updating software.

The firm confirmed that it made a donation during a Clinton Global Initiative meeting in 2014, but it asserted that it has “no company ownership relationships with any member of the Pelosi family, the Feinstein family, or the Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any ties to Venezuela.”

Dominion linked to an AP report that noted that Pelosi Chief of Staff Nadeam Elshami “is part of a lobbying team representing Dominion, according to public disclosures,” adding that the team “includes Brian Wild, who counts Republicans such as former House Speaker John Boehner and former Vice President Dick Cheney among his past bosses.”

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell, over the weekend, alleged that Smartmatic and Dominion were used to bolster Biden over Trump.
“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell said on Fox Business, adding that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation. “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”

“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” Powell said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”

“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell said.
Dominion has not responded to a request for comment about Powell’s claims.
Dominion again asserted that claims of voter fraud are “conspiracies” and are “100 percent false.”

The firm cited a statement made recently by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which called the 2020 election the “most secure in American history.”

The agency failed to disclose, however, that Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council.
Meanwhile, Smartmatic, in a statement, said last week that it has no ties with Dominion.

A contractor for Dominion said in an affidavit last week that she witnessed fraudulent actions at the TCF Center in Detroit.

Melissa Carone said she saw workers count some ballots four or five times, and noticed that one of the counters had even counted a batch of ballots eight times.
“I confronted my manager, Nick Ikonornakis, saying how big of a problem this was,” Carone said.
“Nick told me he didn’t want to hear that we have a big problem. He told me we are here to do assist with IT work, not to run their election.”

Joe Biden won, Michigan elector coup ‘not going to happen,’ GOP leader says

November 17, 2020

Nov. 17 update: Wayne County won’t certify election, throwing Michigan into confusion

LANSING — Democrat Joe Biden is the president-elect, and while Michigan’s Republican-led Legislature is investigating the election, it will not award the state’s 16 electors to GOP President Donald Trump, Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey told Bridge on Tuesday.

Hundreds of activists who protested at the Michigan Capitol on Saturday repeated the president’s unproven claims of widespread voter fraud, urging lawmakers to “stop the steal” by choosing their own pro-Trump representatives to the Electoral College.

Conservative groups have also started phone and letter-writing campaigns in an attempt to persuade legislative Republicans to decide the election for Trump.

“That’s not going to happen,” Shirkey, R-Clarklake
, said in a wide-ranging interview with Bridge Michigan. He noted state law awards electors to the winner of the state’s popular vote. And Biden won the state by more than 146,000 votes, according to unofficial results.

“We are going to follow the law and follow the process,” he said. “I do believe there's reason to go slow and deliberate as we evaluate the allegations that have been raised.”

Shirkey spoke with Bridge hours before Tuesday's deadline for Michigan’s 83 county canvassing boards statewide to certify results, a key step before the Electoral College formally selects the president on Dec. 14.

Shirkey and House Speaker Lee Chatfield, R-Levering, this month launched a legislative inquiry into Michigan’s election, citing “numerous allegations regarding the integrity” of the Nov. 3 contest that was administered by local clerks in 1,600 jurisdictions.

A joint oversight committee has met once so far to issue a subpoena for state records on registration and absentee ballot applications. Leadership also plans to demand records from Detroit, where absentee ballot poll challengers clashed, and Antrim County, where the GOP clerk applied a software update incorrectly and temporarily skewed results.

Separately, the Trump campaign is suing to halt certification of the Michigan election results, an effort marred by repeated legal blunders. GOP allies lost a key case in Wayne County, where a judge deemed Detroit poll challenger allegations of irregularities “not credible,” but the Great Lakes Justice Center is attempting to appeal to the state Supreme Court.

The legislative inquiry is not designed to change the outcome of the Michigan election, Shirkey told Bridge, noting he also wants to see those court cases play out.

“No state has certified yet, but I don’t have high expectations for these reviews, whether Michigan or otherwise, to ultimately change the results of the election,” he said.

Asked about Trump’s repeated claims that he won Michigan, the highest-ranking Republican in the state Legislature said he does not know what the president is thinking.

“I'd be hard-pressed to figure out why he's done a lot of the things that he's done, and said a lot of the things that he said, so I'm not going to speculate in this case,” Shirkey said.

He also suggested the Trump administration begin sharing information with Biden’s team, which the president has so far refused to do. Experts have warned that a delayed transition could jeopardize national security if Biden is not briefed on potential threats.

“I do think that it's inappropriate for the Trump administration to not start sharing information,” Shirkey said. “We don't want this to be all of a sudden one day you go from one to the other, and there's not been any opportunity for transition. I see no downside for staffs to be interacting and allowing a controlled and well-programmed transition process.”

The Michigan Bureau of Elections on Monday provided nearly 1,100 pages of documents to the legislative oversight committee reviewing the Nov. 3 election. That's not everything the panel sought, but Attorney General Dana Nessel said the agency will continue to provide additional documents on a rolling basis.

The initial demand to produce "all documents and communications" on registration and absentee ballot applications within nine days was "unduly burdensome” since it comes as the bureau is amid work to certify the election, Nessel's office said in a letter to lawmakers.

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the initial batch of documents provided Monday "illustrates our commitment to transparency and cooperation, despite the questionable legality of the legislative committees’ subpoena and the naked partisan agenda behind their action."

Shirkey said the Legislature is concerned about expansion of absentee ballot voting in Michigan, which voters approved through a constitutional amendment in 2018. Some 3 million cast absentee ballots this year, a record.

“I do believe we will find, especially in this new reality of mail-in ballots, that there are some serious holes in our election laws that make it easier to do fraudulent things,” he said, but the oversight committee could also help to debunk a proliferation of conspiracy theories.

“We need to get to the truth and bottom of it.”

Shirkey acknowledged he inadvertently spread misinformation last week during a television interview in Jackson when he shared a doctored image of a newspaper headline declaring “President Gore” had won the 2000 election, which Al Gore actually lost to George W. Bush.

A viewer sent him a “delightful email” explaining that the image was fake, Shirkey said, noting he thanked the viewer and also called the television host to explain the mistake.

The Trump campaign’s unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud focus on Detroit, where Democratic, Republican and independent poll challengers have offered conflicting accounts of access to the absentee ballot counting process, often accusing each other of disruptions.

Shirkey said he hopes cooler heads will prevail.

“I hope there is a lesson learned that we all want this process to be done with the highest regard and highest integrity, and it’s hard to do when people are basically not treating each other well right in the moment,” he said. “Both sides, both sides, both sides. Everybody owns part of this.”

Mark Zuckerberg: Facebook Censored ‘Stop the Steal’ to Stop ‘Violence or Civil Unrest’

During a hearing today before the Committee on the Judiciary, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed that the “Stop The Steal” group was censored in order to prevent “violence or civil unrest.”

In a hearing today before the Committee on the Judiciary titled “Breaking the News: Censorship, Suppression, and the 2020 Election,” Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was asked by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) about the #StopTheSteal campaign and Facebook groups that began as questions were raised around the election results.

Feinstein asked Zuckerberg: “After President Trump falsely claimed that the election was being stolen, a group called Stop The Steal was started on Facebook. It grew to more than 300,000 users in less than a day making it one of the fastest-growing groups, I understand, in Facebook history. You shut the group down but substantial damage already had been done. Trump supporters, some of them armed with assault weapons, held Stop The Steal rallies outside election offices. In Philadelphia, two armed supporters who had traveled from Virginia were arrested on their way to the cities vote-counting center. Here’s the question and this is a tough one: What are your concerns about the spread of misinformation, no matter how innocent it is, or it is not innocent like Trump’s claims about the election, that they may incite violence?”

Zuckerberg responded: “Senator I am very worried about this, especially any misinformation or content that could incite violence and during such a volatile period like this one of our top priorities is making sure that people don’t use our platform to organize any violence or civil unrest. And that was the basis under which we took down that group because there were a number of members that were posting potentially violent or encouraging violent comments that violated our policies.”

Breitbart News reporter Allum Bokhari previously reported on Facebook’s removal of the Stop The Steal group, writing:
The mainstream media ran several articles about Stop the Steal, attacking its members as purveyors of “misinformation” and criticizing Facebook for not censoring the page quickly enough.
One journalist even claimed, bizarrely, that allowing Republican voters to use Facebook to organize rallies in defense of fair elections would somehow lead to violence.
“Facebook is, once again, doing an absolutely atrocious job at curtailing election-related disinformation and violent rhetoric,” said Rolling Stone reporter EJ Dickson on Twitter
“Its history of being reactive rather than proactive may very well result in the platform having blood on its hands.”

Pollak: Republicans Risk Losing Georgia Runoffs, and America, Unless They Get Their Act Together

Republicans are busy challenging the Georgia recount in the presidential race.

Meanwhile, Democrats have moved on to the January 5 runoffs for U.S. Senate.
If they win both, Democrats will control the Senate and begin a program of radical change.

Democrats, energized by Joe Biden’s apparent win in the presidential race, have their eyes on the prize. They are registering voters and getting their vote-by-mail turnout machine in gear. They are even recruiting people to move to the state to vote.

As Breitbart News has noted, it is illegal to move to Georgia just to vote — unless you intend to remain their permanently. Some Democrats will. That is how badly they want to win. They can see the victory of their 2020 revolution within reach.

Are Republicans ready to compete? Rumors on the ground suggest otherwise. Georgia’s state Republican officials are busy attacking President Donald Trump for daring to question their elections — even as thousands of ballots mysteriously appear.

The truth is that Georgia Republicans, falsely accused of stealing the 2018 election through racist “voter suppression,” gave in to Democrats’ demands to weaken the voting rules — first in a 2019 law, then through a “consent decree” with lawyers.

Republicans need to get their act together. They need to file lawsuits against the consent decree, and restore safeguards to the vote-by-mail process. They need to flood the Peach State with money and volunteers, as the Democrats are already doing.

Most of all, Republicans need to adopt Democrats’ tactics with an aggressive vote-by-mail campaign. California Republicans showed it can be done, flipping several House seats in 2020 by adopting Democrats’ own (legal) “ballot harvesting” tactics.

Time is running out. Republicans have the better candidates, in Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, against perennial candidate Jon Ossoff and the radical Raphael Warnock.

That will not be enough. It is time to throw everything at Georgia.

Wayne County, Mich., board reverses course, certifies election hours after deadlock

The deadlock along party lines came in a county that went heavily for President-elect Joe Biden. But hours later, the board re-voted and certified.

Published: 8:40 PM CST November 17, 2020

The canvassing board in Wayne County, Mich., which includes the city of Detroit, deadlocked 2-2 along party lines on certifying the Nov. 3 election Tuesday. But hours later, the board of two Republicans and two Democrats reversed course and unanimously voted to certify the results just before the deadline.

The reversal came with a demand that the Secretary of State's office conduct an audit of unbalanced absentee counting board results, the Detroit News reported.

Wayne County went heavily for President-elect Joe Biden, so much so that if votes there were removed from the state total, President Donald Trump would win Michigan.

If the county board had not certified the result, then that job would have fallen to the Secretary of State's Office and Board of State Canvassers. The Washington Post reports that board is also made up of two Democrats and two Republicans.
At issue in Wayne County, according to the Detroit News, was that a number of absentee ballot poll books were considered "out of balance." The paper said that same issue arose during the 2016 general election and the 2020 primary, but that the board certified those anyway.

Chairwoman Monica Palmer, a Republican, reportedly said she believed there was not "complete and accurate information" in the poll books. But The Detroit News reports that when Board Vice Chairman Jonathan Kinloch, a Democrat, noted that additional county tax money is being spent on the ongoing canvass, Palmer said she'd be willing to certify much of Wayne County with the exception of Detroit.

Trump praised the news on Twitter, but his tweet went out at about the same time the board re-voted and reversed their earlier decision.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., called the 2-2 tie a case of putting politics over duty.

"Suggesting that all of Wayne County can be certified, EXCEPT for Detroit, is horrifying racist and a subversion of our democracy," Tlaib tweeted.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson released a statement saying it's common for some precincts, not only in Michigan but across the country, to be out of balance.

"Importantly, this is not an indication that any votes were improperly cast or counted," Benson said.

Biden defeated Trump by 146,007 votes statewide in Michigan, according to the Associated Press. But if the Wayne County votes are excluded, Trump would win Michigan by 176,918 votes.

The Associated Press and major news outlets have called the presidential election for Biden. Most have called Georgia for Biden, giving him a total of 306 electoral votes -- 36 more than needed to win the election. AP and Fox News have not called Georgia, giving Biden 290 electoral votes.

Michigan has 16 electoral votes, so even without that state, Biden is still above 270 according to the projections of all major news outlets.

WE CAUGHT THEM! Part 6: In Michigan and Georgia, Like in PA and VA, Caught in SAME PATTERN! — Once Biden Gained Lead with MASSIVE Vote Dumps, The Remainder of Votes All Possessed Same Biden to Trump Vote Ratio – THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!
By Joe Hoft
Published November 17, 2020 at 9:39pm

We’ve reported on multiple incidents of ‘glitches’ that people were observing related to the reporting of the 2020 Presidential Election. These incidents seem odd and so we sought out a data set from the 2020 Presidential election and we found it. A group of IT patriots had already analyzed a data set of election vote data and found millions of votes in the election that were either lost or transferred from President Trump to Joe Biden. We reported this and our post was retweeted by the President.

Then in Pennsylvania we identified a strange pattern between the vote percentages between President Trump’s Election Day votes and his mail-in votes that was basically impossible and suggested fraud:

Then we reported on a pattern from a few select counties in Michigan that were consistent but made no sense other than to indicate fraud. Dr. Shiva using his approach identified 138,000 votes transferred from Trump to Biden in his study:

Then we used the same analysis used by Dr. Shiva on a data set from Milwaukee and found more votes transferred from President Trump to Biden. This was enough to change the Wisconsin election to President Trump.

We then re-performed Dr. Shiva’s work on one Michigan County he reviewed and materially agreed with Dr. Shiva’s result:

Next we reported on another unusual pattern in vote reporting in Virginia and Pennsylvania where after large entries were made which provided for a lead for Joe Biden late in the election process, nearly all subsequent entries after that period of time had the exact same unusual ratio in Trump to Biden votes.

Tonight we can report we found the exact same virtually impossible activity in Georgia and Michigan.

Georgia

In Georgia President Trump was up by as much as a 57% to Biden’s 42% and with 50% of the votes counted Trump was still way ahead. Then Biden is allocated batches of votes for hours, some with negative Trump votes and then with 89% of the votes in, Biden takes the lead. From that point on for the next 53 batches of votes counted, for EVERY SINGLE vote batch the batches had exactly a 50.05% to 49.95% victory margin for Biden and Trump cementing Biden’s lead.

Georgia-NYT-Vote-Batches-Showing-Bidens-Allocated-Win-600x218.jpg

Not a single batch in our data set after the “lead switch event” varied from that margin for all new vote batches. This too is inconceivable and indicates fraud.
Michigan

Next in Michigan we see a similar pattern as in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Georgia.

Of the 530 entries in the New York Times of the Michigan votes for President at around 03:37:16Z, (10:36PM EST), with around 25% of the expected vote cast, and Trump is ahead by a margin of 55% to 43%. Up to that point, Trump was winning many of the batches 60%-40%, 70%-30%, and a few batches at even 75-25%!

From 25-53% of the expected vote cast, the incremental vote percentage is unusually consistent at 45% Biden, 55% Trump in 101 of the 160 incremental count batches, that’s in 63% of the batches. Of the 59 batches that are NOT consistent with the pattern, we find the negative adjustments being made in those batches, and larger batches (more than 10,000 votes) going for Biden.

Then at 12:46 AM EST, with about 54% of the expected vote count in, the “consistent” percentage of batches is updated to 46% Biden and 54% Trump.

This is consistent until the total expected vote counts reach 88% of the vote cast. (Note shortly before this time a reported approximate load of 120,000+ votes are reported to be brought into the building in Detroit where votes are being counted.) At 6:31 AM EST, we see a SINGLE batch reported of 141,258 votes for Biden, and only 5,968 for Trump, the batch goes 96% Biden, 4% for Trump! Again, absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. Presumably this is the start of what was delivered into the building around 4AM CST!

There are numerous batches after this point in time where the batches are reported at the EXACTLY same split, this time 50.254% Trump to 49.746% Biden, that’s right, precision to the THOUSANTH decimal. At 9:02 AM EST, there are two more large Biden batches counted that give Biden the first lead of election, with 91% of the votes counted and at 9:15 AM EST, Biden leads 49,3% to 49.2%! And from that point on, ALMOST EVERY BATCH is counted as 49% Trump, 50% Biden! 28 of 44 of them!

Michigan-NYT-Data-with-same-ratios-600x232.jpg

Again, it is completely INCONCEIVABLE mathematically and statistically that after the switch in the lead to Biden, batches of votes would have exactly the same distribution to both candidates.

What is going on with the data and the votes recorded in the 2020 election?

These patterns observed in multiple states make no logical sense other than that data is being manipulated in the greatest election fraud in world history.

EXC: New Stats Analysis Reveals Potential ‘Stuffing The Tail’ Voter Fraud Scheme Similar To 2008 Sub-Prime Mortgage Meltdown
NEW ANALYSIS OF PENNSYLVANIA ELECTION DATA BUTTRESSES THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN’S ASSERTIONS THAT A HOST OF VOTING IRREGULARITIES AND POTENTIAL FRAUD CONTRIBUTED TO A VICTORY IN THE CRITICAL SWING STATE FOR JOE BIDEN.

A new report seen by The National Pulse begins: “This scientific analysis of the reported Pennsylvania (PA) 2020 Presidential voting results, is a non-partisan effort by unpaid citizens and volunteer experts. Our only objective is to play a small roll in helping assure that all legal PA votes are counted, and that only legal PA votes are counted.”

The report concludes: “These statistical analyses do not prove fraud, but rather provide scientific evidence that the reported results are highly unlikely to be an accurate reflection of how Pennsylvania citizens voted.
MATHEMATICALLY EXTRAORDINARY.

On pages 14 and 15 the report reveals:

“We seek to estimate the fraction of registered Democratic voters that voted among the outlier counties. We want an unbiased estimate, so we removed Allegheny and Philadelphia counties as they are rather unique. Ten counties were used for simple linear regression.

Screen-Shot-2020-11-17-at-10.11.13-AM.png

“The data are fit well with a simple line.
Biden2020 = -21215.45 + 1.1943149*Democratic

“This means that the number of Biden votes in ten of the outlier counties was 101%± of registered Democratic voters (vs the majority of other PA counties where it was 70%± — an extraordinary statistical difference). That is not logical or reasonably explainable legally. The most likely explanation is that excess votes were added to the Biden total that did not come from voters.

On page 18, an executive summary of a “Testable Hypothesis of Fraud using a Predictive Model in the Pennsylvania 2020 Presidential Vote for Montgomery County,” states:

“These facts suggest a mathematically extraordinary event occurring in multiple counties simultaneously at a magnitude well above what is needed to change which candidate won Pennsylvania’s electoral votes.”

Predictive models in the report reveal tens of thousands of potentially fraudulent votes across Pennsylvania, leading the statisticians collaborating on the report to conclude that a “singular or small set of actors in a position to intercept and modify all precincts data” may have participated in a “vote fraud scheme to increase Biden’s votes in Democrat heavy districts that would be undetected by the workers at the precincts but exceedingly trivial to detect.

The report continues on page 19:

The Biden vote change over Hillary Clinton’s vote in 2016 in Montgomery County, PA shows a mathematically fraudulent result that is adding votes unnaturally to the tail of the distribution. High turnout or massive changes in voter preferences cannot statistically create this result in any reasonable probability. The signature is mathematical evidence of a classical form of fraud called “stuffing the curve”. The 2008 sub-prime mortgage risk management meltdown is a recent example of this kind of fraud.

STUFFING THE CURVE.
Another phenomenon explored in the report is the Biden vote change over Hillary Clinton’s vote in 2016 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Screen-Shot-2020-11-17-at-10.28.47-AM.png

The data appears to “show a mathematically fraudulent result that is adding votes unnaturally to the tail of the distribution.”

In other words, the report alleges that additional ballots were added to counties that were expected to go for Biden “with the assumption the addition will not be noticed due to the already high Dem/Rep ratio.”

For example, an “astonishing 16-point increase in the take of new votes favoring Biden” exists, requiring “not only a matched turnout of supporters to keep pace with Trump turnout at a higher required multiple, but anomalous amounts of additional new turnout on top.”

“In a large set of precincts the gains by Biden alone exceed 100% of the precinct’s new registrations,” it adds.

ALLEGHENY COUNTY.
On page 22, the data modelers state:

A predictive model hypothesizes up to 30,500+ fraudulent votes in Allegheny County alone, with the model able to expand to other counties with more time. Biden’s votes alone are being inflated. The hypothesis suggests a singular or small set of actors in a position to intercept and modify all precincts data applied a “stuffing the gaussian” (different variant on what happened in Montgomery – indicates possibility of a different actor) vote fraud scheme to increase Biden’s votes in Democrat heavy districts that would be undetected by the workers at the precincts but exceedingly trivial to detect in a Gaussian differential.

Screen-Shot-2020-11-17-at-10.39.08-AM.png

On page 23 they continue:

Initial analysis was a bit of a surprise, as instead of a “stuffing the tail” attack (as in Montgomery), this was a “stuffing the …. everything…?” kind of behavior.

With all precincts game for adding Biden counts, the visualization above suggests it is not a straight multiplier (like Milwaukee: see Milwaukee vote fraud prediction report), and it must be additive.

The report summarizes:
  • There are some major statistical aberratioons in the PA voting records, that are extremely unlikely to occur in a normal (i.e. un-manipulated) setting.
  • The anomalies almost exclusively happened with the Biden votes. Time and again, using a variety of techniques, the Trump votes looked statistically normal.
  • Eleven (out of 67) Pennsylvania counties stood out from all the rest. These counties showed distinctive signs of voting abnormalities — again, all for Biden.
  • The total number of suspicious votes in these counties is 300,000± — which greatly exceeds the reported margin of Biden votes over Trump. (We don’t know how many of these are artificial Biden votes, or votes switched from Trump to Biden.
  • These statistical analyses do not prove fraud, but rather provide scientific evidence that the reported results are highly unlikely to be an accurate reflection of how Pennsylvania citizens voted.

AMERICAN NEWS
Sidney Powell alleges voter fraud with affidavit statements from Smartmatic whistleblower

In an interview with Lou Dobbs on Fox Business, Sidney Powell, lawyer for the Trump campaign, broke down suspicions and allegations of illegalities with regard to Smartmatic voting software, sourcing affidavit statements from a Smartmatic whistleblower.

"Documents show that Dominion Voting Systems submitted a bid to the city of Philadelphia in 2018 to be considered as their contractor for voting machines," Dobbs prefaced the segment.

"Those same documents reveal very little about the company's foreign connections. When asked by the city to list any foreign ownership or investors in either the parent company and/or its subsidiaries, Dominion had something to say but nothing to show."

Then Dobbs displayed an entirely redacted section on the paperwork in question; Dominion was ultimately denied the contract. Dominion is based in Toronto, Ont.

Smartmatic has stated that they have no ties to Dominion whatsoever.

Foreign interference in US elections outlawed
Just three months before Dominion's bid, President Donald Trump signed an executive order against foreign interference in America's elections. The commander-in-chief wrote: "The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President..."

"The question is: what the president ever informed of this attempted bid by a company with foreign ties?" Dobbs asked. "And why are they being so secretive?"

Then Powell, a member of Trump's legal team and General Michael Flynn's attorney, joined the conversation via phone call.

Smartmatic voting software

Powell cited "stunning evidence" from a first-hand witness, a high-ranking military officer who was present when when Smartmatic was designed. She went on to read the statements from the affidavit.

"Designed in a way that the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected," she quoted, "he wanted the software itself to function in such a manner that if the voter were to place their thumbprint or fingerprint on a scanner, then the thumbprint would be tied to a record of the voter's name and identity as having voted—that the voter would not be tracked to the changed vote.

Powell emphasized that "he made it clear that the system would have to be set up but not leave any evidence of the changed voter for a specific voter" and that "there would be no evidence to show and nothing to contradict."

Smartmatic and foreign elections
"Smartmatic agreed to create such a system and produce the software and hardware that accomplish the result for President [Hugo] Chávez," Powell continued.

After the Smartmatic electoral management system was put in place, the whistleblower closely observed several elections where the results were "manipulated using the Smartmatic software."

Instances included the Venezuelan presidential election in December 2006, when the incumbent Chávez was running against challenger Manuel Rosales and won by a landslide. Then in 2013, he witnessed another national election when the Smartmatic system was used to "manipulate and change the results for Chávez."

"It goes on and on. He was in the control room where multiple digital display screens were shown for results," Powell described, illustrating how the actual voting results were fed into that room and onto those displays over an Internet feed which was connected to a sophisticated computer system created by Smartmatic. Those present were able to see whether the votes from any specific area or the national total were "in their favour or against them."

The individual controlling the vote tabulation computer had the ability to change the reporting of votes by "moving votes from one candidate to another by using the Smartmatic software."

Smartmatic and Maduro
Powell explicated how President Nicolás Maduro and his supporters realized the size of his opponent's lead and "worried they were in crisis mode" and effectively "would lose the election."

The Smartmatic voting machines used in each state reported voting information to the graphics control center in real-time so the "decision was made to reset the entire system."

"Maduro and his supporters ordered the network controllers to take the Internet itself offline and practically all parts of Venezuela to change the results," Powell recounted.

It took the voting operators approximately two hours to make the adjustments in the vote from candidate Henrique Radonski to Maduro, Powell detailed. "Then when they turned the Internet back on and the online reporting was up and running again, they checked each screen state-by-state to be certain they can see each vote was changed in favour of Maduro."

Smartmatic in the US

Smartmatic states that their systems are used in 300 jurisdictions across 16 states. Powell said that their software is "in the DNA of every vote tabulating company's vote tabulating system."

Dobbs then pointed to Smartmatic board of directors chairman Peter Neffenger, a retired vice admiral of the US Coast Guard. Powell later noted that Neffenger is on the "very presumptuous and immediately failing" Biden-Harris transition team.

Dobbs inquired about Powell's earlier tweet lambasting the Central Intelligence Agency and what she discovered about the foreign-owned company's "association."

— Sidney Powell ????? (@SidneyPowell1) November 17, 2020
"Other than the fact there's no way all this was happening around the world without the CIA knowing about it, that's just logic," Powell fired, placing the fault on "Venezuelan, Cuba, and essentially Communist money."

Past concerns with Smartmatic

Powell charged that "people have been reporting this to our government for several years, including Democrats, and no one's done a damn thing about it. I can't even express how furious I am over this."

"I share your fury and frustration," Dobbs answered. Then he broke the news that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has launched a probe looking into the 2020 presidential election. "Now what that means beyond that, but at least it's confirmation that they are investigating and we'll see what moves, because there had been no indication that indeed publicly that they were involved. They are now."

Allegations of Smartmatic fraud in US elections

Continuing, Dobbs presented the "authorities" of these state-run elections. The full screen delineated that "an election crime is generally a federal crime if an election or polling place official abuses their office," among other charges.

Powell weighed in: "As soon as the Smartmatic system changed the votes that they wanted for their desired candidate, by the time they finished, they achieved a convincing but narrow victory of a certain number of votes that they want for their candidate."

"This person saw through his own experience exactly what was happening there—was happening here," Powell summarized. "It is a deeply, deeply troubling election," Dobbs added, "the worst in this country's history bar none."

Dobbs and Powell call on the DOJ for action
Dobbs criticized the Justice Department's "slow to move" inaction. "They have adopted a position of willful blindness," Powell interjected, "to this massive corruption across the country. And the Smartmatic software is in the DNA of every vote tabulating company software and system."

"Yes, it is more than just a willful blindness. This is people trying to blind us to what is going on. We don't even know who the hell really owns these companies, at least most of them," Dobbs concluded. "That's gotta change and we've gotta find out exactly what's going on. And thank God we've got a president who will stay in the fight all the way through until we get those answers."

Personally, I think that Rudy is not a closer. He has flubbed every opportunity on Hunter Biden. The story was too late and he took it into the sex and drugs weeds, away from the influence peddling and grift.

They are now doing the same with the Smartmatic Chavez story. I think it is a bridge to far to prove all that. The machines themselves have proven security vulnerabilities. An algorithm introduced through a thumb drive could do damage in the tabulation. Does it have to be remotely done? Does it have to hinge on the story of German servers and Spanish tabulation?

I watched a video on youtube of a guy examining a voting machine. (type not specified.) He could get to a screen where all internet connections and transfers were logged and all Administrative inputs into the system. I think a forensic examination of the machines and their logs in the key counties with large statistical irregularities could reveal a lot.

Rudy is good, knows his stuff, gets distracted, thinking about too much at once, then we’re off chasing rabbits.
His team needs a hard throwing closer.

Can we bring Mariano Rivera out of retirement to close the deal in PA?
Pulverizing, fast, and effective.
