I don't think Biden had anything to do with it, and certainly not another NATO country. They would be committing economic suicide.
That isn't a design flaw it's the plan. It was the same with Covid. The so called leaders of the western nations are meat puppets that don't give a rip about their citizens as they are under orders from above. Even a mental midget in Germany's Parliament could perceive that being almost fully dependent upon Russia for their energy and then turning around and not only verbally attacking your main supplier at every turn but arming the people they went to war against is not going to endear you to the Russians.
When all else fails
they take you to war. All else has failed, we are at the end of the currency and debt cycle and the world is in collapse mode both economically and financially. This is by design to bring on the 'great reset' where the banks own everything and you own nothing. But they need an external enemy to blame the situation on. Everything was working great except for........
They tried with the Covid and that failed but now they are running out of time. The debt and credit markets are very unstable and could go any day now. They
need this war in the worst way possible. The end result is a drastic population decrease and compliant serfs to service their overmasters with a fully digital currency where you can't even buy a box of kleenex without big brother knowing about it.
