Well, if people mind their P's & Q's, they shouldn't have a problem, eh?
If they aren't capable of that then they may get tossed for "egregious spam."
It's not a free-for-all. I've noticed a few hinky things the past few days myself, but then I read a LOT. If those people don't behave in a decent, civilized manner, they'll get booted eventually.
I truly hope that he does exactly what he says he would do-allow everyone to have a voice.
And, at times, perhaps it
should be a free-for-all. We've had a lot of people who died to protect all of our rights, including the First Amendment. You know the old saying "I may not agree with what you say, but I'll die defending your right to say it".
Everyone should have freedom of speech and not allowed to be silenced. Just as everyone has the right to not listen.
You are absolutely free to yell "Fire" in a theater. That doesn't mean you are free from the consequences of doing so. But that's a law-enforcement issue, not the will of some "platform", especially with Section 230 protections.
With that said, as much as I think Alex Jones is a fringe lunatic, he is still an American and has the same rights. He should be reinstated. Let the courts decide if he breaks the law,
not Twitter. You can't give a platform that kind of power if you want a free state. That's partly how we got
here.
