CORONA Mandated Work Place Vaccine, What to do!

If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here’s a great way to handle it.

The secret is NOT to refuse it. The point is they CANNOT provide the information…and you’ve NOT refused

I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully-informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead.

I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information in accordance with statutory legal requirements:

  1. Can you please advise me of the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

3. Can you please advise of the full list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since its introduction?

5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?

6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is No threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions - namely that:

  1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.

2. Following acceptance of this , the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personal regarding these procedures.

3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

I would also suggest not only signed by a physician, but also signed, notarized by the CEO, head of HR, and director of your company/hospital, etc.

At this point in time you have two considerations. One: you believe that the jab will have eternal consequences and you will need to refuse. Two: you do not believe that the jab will have eternal consequences and take the jab in order to preserve you standing in your life. It’s quite simple.

They will not listen or entertain your explanation of questions. They are sheep. They only do as they are told without any personal cognitive objections. DO NOT GET THE JAB!!!! It really is that simple. Like others have stated, do not quit and never bend over. Make them fire you or lay you off. Is your current employer really worth you getting sidelined by terrible diseases? Of course not. Obviously they have bad business practices.

Yup, my employer of 43 years has no interest in another point of view. They know I had Covid this time last year and my opinion after doing a lot of research is that my immune system is stronger and more robust then anyone who got the jab.

So all you guys screaming “never give in, quit your job, make them fire you”.

- are y’all gonna be around paying these peoples bills if they take your advice?

I would encourage people that have good jobs these days to try to keep them. Because when you are unemployed, anonymous guys on the internet won’t be there to help……

THAT is the dilemma.

Significant salary...above six figures. 10% 401K match. Over the last 7 years, my prior annual bonuses have been between 20% and 40%. 4 weeks vacation, 10 sick days....10 additional sick days if it involves Covid. Flextime, work-from-home. Planned to work 4 more years.

Won't be able to find anything approaching my current gig if they end up tossing me for non-compliance...assuming they mandate vaccination, which I think they very well may, especially after Pfizer goes off EUA in the next few weeks. Going to definitely be gut-check time.

I wouldn’t think twice Kris, that would be way too good a gig for me to give up.

The rest of the story though is that I have had bad experiences with some doctors and pharmaceuticals such that other than my hip replacement, I have not darkened the doors of any doctor or hospital and I am on NO prescription meds since 2009.

Not looking forward to this decision at all.

Mass shootings in the work place are bound to go up. Some people will be so distrot on getting fired, they will lash out at the company.
On a side note: this morning in Las Vegas, a property owner shot 3 people, 2 dead, 1 critical, for not paying rent.
Owners are fed up!

Yeah, agreed. Someone with that kind of LT income situation pleads poverty, I have to wonder about massive alimony for life, likes cocaine or the horses, has 3rd child getting a Ph.D. in Liberal Arts at a WeHateAmerica private college, or something similar as explanation.

Oh just do like the originals did when this country got started and say, "Gosh standing up for what I believe is hard. I think I'll just lay down my flint lock and go home." That's the spirit, boys.

I am in a similar situation. Still have college age kids and two still under 18. However, what would I be teaching them if I just cave in? I would teach them how to comply for comfort. Not the lesson I want my kids to learn. Lay down and comply. Let’s be honest that is what most conservatives have been doing for the last 30 years. I will let them fire me. Already working on downsizing. The writing is on the wall. Each their own though

Had my own web/IT business for several years. We took a big hit after 9/11. Would have occasional glimmers of hope...just enough to keep us thinking "next month will be better". Sometimes it was, sometimes it wasn't.

Stopped taking salary myself in order to help keep my loyal employees, some lifelong friends, feeding their families. They took pay cuts as well.

I held out longer than I should have hoping we would recover. Burned thru most of my prior 25 years of savings and IRAs to keep bills paid without resorting to bankruptcy. Basically "started over" from a retirement savings perspective. Haven't quite caught up with where I want/need to be. So yea, wanted to stretch it four more years, to age 70.

Nuremberg Code does not apply. It is not codified into law in any country in the world. The couple of times someone has tried to invoke it over the years, it has been shot down. I brought all of my research on this out in another thread a few days ago.

I agree but it was in there when I found this and did not remove it.

I was told there would be cookies!
I am not sure of the employment situation were everyone lives but here there is no one to hire, NO ONE!, in a shop of 25 people about six or so key employees will not get the jab , management is afraid to push the issue, the six will walk first they already have a plan B ready if they quit.

I suspect my employer will handle it like they handle most all their policies & procedures.

They'll pretend to enforce them and we'll pretend to follow them.

Not a comforting situation. I'll never get a better job. Evah.
Not willing to risk my health for the anecdotal problems I have seen with my own eyes.
Yet.

Still willing to change my mind on the jab. Not for threat of losing this job though...

Not looking forward to this decision at all.

There is no right or wrong in this decision. Only consequences and repercussions.

I believe for most who decide not to get it; it isn`t much of a decision at all.

But I do understand the fear of uncertainty going forward.

I just got word yesterday that I have until the 18th of October to be fully vaccinated. Not much of a decision for me.

Look in to the possibility of religious or medical exemptions. I am able to get a religious exemption from taking the experimental therapy.

wait, instead of taking the jab, we all say no and then we can all go on welfare. Generations of illegals prove that works.

No, seriously, its going to come down to individual decisions and individual lines in the sand. Obviously, all of us are going to weigh the pros and cons and whatever comes out of that, its our decision what steps are taken next. Sure, sucks like a massive black hole or the inside of AOC's brain pan when she attempts cognitive thought, if it becomes mandated to take the jab or lose your job, but, that appears to be the way things are moving.

These are wild times and they aren't going to calm down any time soon. It would be awesome if we were all left of bang and ready for the sewage pipe overflow coming our way instead of being right of bang and attempting to react while standing hip deep in a flow of nightworms and anal gravy while wearing Bermuda shorts and sandals.

Those of us in work at-will states are going to get hosed down by the fecal matter, a big, juicy shit sandwich coming our way and we all get to take a bite. Get the jab or there's the door.

In other states where at-will may not apply, oh, yeah, fun times for all as we navigate through the steaming piles, barefoot, at night, with a blind fold on.

If we take a step back, do employers get any kind of financial incentive by forcing employees to take the stab? I know there are incentives to hire minorities, the disabled, veterans, etc, but is there some kind of fedgov kick back the employers are getting if they get 100% compliance with their employees taking this experimental crap?

Already terminally ill, or have neither anyone depending on you being healthily alive LT nor much to live for? When someone has read as much clearly d*mning stuff as this great forum has provided on why the !vaccines are a REALLY bad idea, I have to wonder how being a fence-sitter is even possible. Those are some of my guesses as to how.

Many employers are self insured. That is, they are fully reimbursing the insurance company paid to "manage" your at-work medical insurance plan. By mandating vax compliance, employers will cut their own insurance costs or forego an overall increase in employee co-pays as COVID-19 kicks into gear and more employees seek catastrophic care.

Good job!

I'm going to share with a person who is coming under pressure to Jab or No Job. (Early stages, we shall see.)

And, good luck with that.

BTW, Logic ain't the game being played.
