How would any outside party even know who the jury selected as foreman? And how would they know if he's being hostile? Just wondering...
The notes sent to the judge has the Forman’s number on it.

Okay, that's interesting, because the notes are only for asking the judge specific questions, not informing the judge of anything as far as progress or details on the deliberation. And the only ones who are supposed to handle those notes are the Bailiff and the judge himself, correct? So how exactly would any outside party be privy to that information?
No one saw that note and it has not been published. That would be intimidation of a jury member.

Last time I was on a jury the foreman was selected prior to the trial and anyone in the courtroom would know who it was by his actions.
But that wasn't in Wisconsin

It’s easy to know who the Forman is. Go back and watch the videos of the jury selection where they were given numbers. Then look at the note that was sent to the judge requesting the video and at the bottom it has the presiding juror on it. The note is on Jack prosbiacs Twitter as well as reported in the sun.
These "facts" are all make believe. The questions are enveloped and sealed. Then given to the judge. Any exposure of any juror is an automatic mistrial and probably criminal misconduct

With regards to notes, hostile jurors, privileged information getting outside the court, Rittenhouse already screwed - I'd say some if not all is guess work at best, lefty propaganda at worst.
The guessing of a jury's decision is a little like predicting an election outcome, the stock market or the weather - you will not know the outcome until it's over.
However if the left predicts violence, there will be violence, regardless of the jury's decision.

That's nuts. 15 years as a cop. Any communication from jury to judge came sealed. After he read it he sealed it back up. If communication from the the jury is public information I will never be part of a jury.
Might wanna back off that quick trigger there, sport.
That depends entirely on what the judge does. They MIGHT have another trial. Let's not get all hot and sweaty just yet.

OK. Retired cop here. Every state does it differently. And none of their information is public other than their juror number and any observations that could’ve been made from someone that was in the courtroom at the time. During jury selection professions and other things were asked. That’s how they came to the conclusion that juror 54 is a pharmacist.

So if they are hung, he can declare mistrial with prejudice? I thought a hung jury always opened the door for a new trial (but not mandated it).

Yes. A hung jury opens the door for a new trial, but doesn't mean it will happen. Only a possibility.
This has already been discussed literally to death.
There is a motion for a mistrial with prejudice before the judge RIGHT NOW.
The judge has stated that he will NOT RULE on the motion UNTIL something happens with the jury.
He can grant the motion
-or-
Order a new trial
-once-
The jury announces it's deadlocked (if it does)
-or-
IF the jury convicts, the judge CAN still grant the motion after-the-fact

They're retiring for the evening.
My guess??? They're hung but will wait til tomorrow (Friday) to come out. Sleep on it overnight and vote agan in the morning. If the holdout is also the foreman that person will want to drag it out as long as possible realizing that the judge is holding a mistrial with prejudice in his pocket. That card can be played even after the verdict is read even if they are hung. The holdouts are probably wanting to convict.
