If it looks like a duck... The odds of a virus mutating by selectively cherry picking the exact genetic sequences of SARS, MERS, and HIV to turn a nasty flu into a rapidly spreading, hiding in plain sight, immune-compromising, organ destroying viral bioweapon are astronomical. Like that old joke about a roomful of monkeys with typewriters accidently writing the bible. Thanks go out to Dr. Shi Zhengli and her colleagues at U of NC, Ft. Detrick, and the Wuhan BSL. Funding provided by USA grants, PLA grants, and the overarching arm of the CCP. There's a lot of blood on these hands.
If its any comfort, most of those responsible are most likely dead. Dead biochemists tell no tales. Somewhere in that roomful of typing monkeys is a random page that mentions precursor something or another.

Howard County (Kokomo area) is banning the purchase of non-essential goods in certain stores that are still open, its board of commissioners ordered Friday.

The order comes after numerous reports and complaints of people congregating in businesses that sell essential items and only buying non-essential goods. Commissioners also argued that the sale of non-essential goods in stores that are still open is not fair to businesses that have had to close.

Non-essential goods include: jewelry, furniture, home and lawn decor, toys, carpet, non-emergency appliances, music, books, art supplies, paint and entertainment electronics.

The county is ordering all stores still open to place conspicuous signage in areas of the store where non-essential goods are on display stating that those items cannot be purchased. Stores must do so by Saturday at noon.

One of the (older) docs I used to work with did that with neosporin every morning. He claimed he never got sick. Couldn’t hurt, I guess

I used to have athlete's foot something horrible. I would change my shoes/socks, use all the creams etc. made just for athlete's foot etc, and it would come right back. This went on for over a decade. One day my brother told me to use Neosporin. Not any special kind of it, just regular old Neosporin. I said "but it's an antibiotic...doesn't do anything for fungus." He just shrugged and said "It worked for me, just try it." So I did. My athlete's foot was gone in 3 days and stayed away for years. Occasionally I will start to get it again. I just smear Neosporin on my toes for a couple of days and it's gone for another long time. I have no idea how/why it works...but it does - maybe the ointment smothers it??

Sounds like that is the case with the guy's nose - it just works. As Dennis would say "Don't try and INTJ it." LOL

Rhode Island sending cops, National Guard to find New Yorkers seeking coronavirus refuge
By Vincent Barone

Members of the 1207th Rhode Island National Guard wait for disembarking passengers at the Amtrak station in Westerly, R.I. yesterday to inform passengers from New York of the 14-day quarantine restrictions

Members of the 1207th Rhode Island National Guard wait for disembarking passengers at the Amtrak station in Westerly, R.I. yesterday to inform passengers from New York of the 14-day quarantine restrictionsAP

Any New Yorkers in there?

Rhode Island plans to send the National Guard out to knock door-to-door in an attempt to hunt down anyone who has arrived in the tiny state from New York City during the coronavirus pandemic. State police, meanwhile, have begun pulling over cars with New York state plates.

Gov. Gina Raimondo said anyone traveling there from New York will be ordered to undergo a 14-day quarantine and could face fines or even jail time if they’re found to not comply.

“Right now we have a pinpointed risk,” Raimondo said at a news conference Friday. “That risk is called New York City.”

Rhode Island, which had some 162 confirmed cases by late Friday compared to New York State’s total of more than 44,000, joined a host of other municipalities and states trying bar entry to New Yorkers living in the epicenter of the US’ coronavirus outbreak.

The Hamptons, counties north of the city, and governors in Florida, Maryland, Texas and South Carolina have all also ordered New Yorkers to keep out or undergo mandatory two-week quarantines.

Cuomo said he was opposed to such restrictions, at least within the state.

“I don’t like it socially or culturally,” Cuomo said during a radio appearance Friday on WAMC. “I don’t like what it says about us as one state, one family. Also, I don’t believe it’s medically justified.”

In Rhode Island, Raimondo maintained she’s within her emergency powers to impose the aggressive measures and said she had consulted with state lawyers.

“I know it’s unusual. I know it’s extreme and I know some people disagree with it,” she said.

“If you want to seek refuge in Rhode Island, you must be quarantined.”

But the American Civil Liberties Union said giving police power to stop cars simply for having New York license plates is an “ill-advised and unconstitutional plan.”

“While the Governor may have the power to suspend some state laws and regulations to address this medical emergency, she cannot suspend the Constitution,” said Steven Brown, the executive director of the ACLU of Rhode Island, in a statement.

“Under the Fourth Amendment, having a New York state license plate simply does not, and cannot, constitute ‘probable cause’ to allow police to stop a car and interrogate the driver, no matter how laudable the goal of the stop may be,” Brown added.

This shows how constitutional rights get thrown out the window! As a Rhode Islander I am not concerned that the people from N.Y. are being asked to quarantine for 14 days if staying in R.I. This is O.K. with me. What bothers me is the house and rental checks by LE and NG where they may be staying at coast line resort areas. All these Knock and Talk procedures could be used for OTHER NEFARIOUS purposes ie. gun control and confiscation at some point in the future?

As a side note our small state just doesn't have the resources to handle a large influx of out of state people. If things continue to go south we will have our hands full with just our residents, sorry to say. However out of state pregnant women are allowed in one Providence hospital. Texas is using this Knock and Talk procedure now to ask where people have been to determine if they should be tested and quarantined. Your rights and to be secure in your house and possessions seems to be disappearing under the guise of public safety. We no longer live in interesting times, we live in dangerous times.

Good ole H2O2 saves the day again. I don't know if it's ever been mentioned here about H2O2 intravenous treatment for treating CV19. There are some doctors that have successfully used this to treat normal flu. It certainly is an area that warrants much more research. However the vaccine industry wants to push their product, I am sure when it gets on the market, at a substantial price for maximized profits. Just some thoughts on this.

Came across an article for H2O2 used to soak fruits and veggies to kill viruses and bacteria. The soak time was 20 Minutes with 3% H2O2. Potatoes should be scrubbed and rinsed with a brush before soaking. Article came from The Douglas Report, by Dr. Douglas , Vol. 11 No.4, 8 august 2011.
2DEES, is the H202 treatment you mentioned for flu administered via IV, inhalation or on the skin?

You forgot to first use the common name for an item (hydrogen peroxide) before going on to use it's shorter chemical identity to "bring along" your ignorant readers like me, who weren't allowed or didn't get high school chemistry.
And,Yes, I did, as usual "google it" and learn, but many, if not most would not bother .

What is h202?
It's hydrogen peroxide, if you want it for washing veggies and stuff, make sure you get the food
grade hydrogen peroxide. we buy ours from the local health food store. you most likely will have to ask
them for it. it needs to be kept refrigerated as well.

For the MS people: 663-17 deaths.

I would note your county it's growing. Not to call anyone out, but in some counties it's has gotten bad. Lee County, where Tupelo is located has now had it's first death. Those in or near Desoto county, across the state line from Memphis, TN is like first, or largest in number of cases. As is the Jackson and costal counties.

Now we're really getting crazy.

Oh hey, I need this new bed for my guest room because mom came down with god-knows-what and we have to take care of her.

Store: NO, you can't buy that. It's non-essential furniture. Now buzz off.

Well this is a stupid idea in my opinion. If people aren't allowed to buy things to entertain themselves they are far more likely to say "Screw stay at home" and go out and play, thus spreading more virus possibly. Also as to not being fair, just how much is this helping Amazon when you have to get things from them rather than a local vendor.

Honestly, considering all that are considered essential businesses, this is like being half pregnant. It might help slightly, but not enough to stamp out the virus. They either need to bite the bullet and go to a very small group of businesses called essential or just issue restrictions on store capacities and restaurant seating to allow distance combined with deep cleaning regularly and let people move about. Either of these is better than what they are doing now I think.

Interesting choice watering down the implied source as not CHINA but China and others.
Is this the new liberal talking point that we just can’t blame China and the CCP, both China and liberals tried blaming everyone but China guess now the subtle shift is It’s other people and China. Noticed you listed a China source 3rd. Interesting implying it’s US and China and I am sure this will be popular with the Anti US leftists here.

I find your blaming or implying the US for Chinese Corona Virus pandemic weak, unless you have some facts, I would entertain emails or texts from the CCP or Soro’s sponsored orgs as worthy of review.

Kennori is 100% correct, just left off Gates and Soreass that funded all of it.

The Covid-19 death toll in Lombardy, Italy, has risen by 542 since Friday, Reuters reports.

The agency says it learned the figure, which brings the total in the region worst hit by Italy’s coronavirus outbreak to 5,944, from a source “familiar with the data”. Official figures are not due to be published until later.

The number of deaths was in line with Friday’s tally of 541, which was the second highest since the outbreak emerged 21 February, the agency said.

The number of cases in the region increased by some 2,117 to roughly 39,415 the source said. On Friday there were 2,409 new cases.

The nationwide tally will be released at around 6.00pm local time (1700 GMT).

On Friday, the national death toll stood at 9,134, the highest in the world.

Yes, went back to original post and saw the words there but just somehow managed to miss them. I bet it's pretty diluted per rondabens concerns

.

Yes I posted that but mistakenly didn't elaborate on strength or dilution! Have posted a video to ENLIGHTEN all who are interested. Will post next doctors through out the world that are involved in this treatment.

I am ALL for this!! Walmart’s have turned into playgrounds for bored parents to bring themselves and their bored children. Buying up non-essentials and spending hours in the store. I’m so fed up and frustrated to have to be exposed to hundreds of people on a daily basis that are defying our Governors direct orders to shelter in place except for trips for essential items only.

CORONA - Main Coronavirus thread

#34,734

From what I can glean - the USA has the global lead in undetected infections.

Dr. Niman suggests some states have cases currently numbering in the 100,000 plus range.

If this is the case, in days we should be seeing a large spike in people needing critical care.

By the end of next week, the number of deaths should be heading into the hundreds per day.

By mid April, we may find ourselves in a situation where we'll have to rely on estimates, as it will not be possible to accurately count deaths.

===

We are here today, March 27, 2020. I do not expect us to avoid mid April catastrophe.

Gird yourself.

Many will not be able to comprehend their new reality.

They will act beyond the boundaries of reason.

They may hate you for trying to have warned them.

Forewarned is Forearmed.

===

.

USA reported 401 deaths Friday 3/27/20 (24 hours).

Well, we've been told to 'stay home' for 2 weeks; essential travel only. I admit it's really hard to do but people need to just do it.

Trump says a short term quarantine on New York and surrounding areas may be enacted
From CNN's Jason Hoffman

President Trump said he is thinking about a possible “short term, two week” quarantine for "New York, probably New Jersey and certain parts of Connecticut."

Speaking at the White House, Trump said "we might not have to do it, but there’s a possibility sometime today" he will enact a quarantine.

Trump said that this would be an “enforceable quarantine,” one that would restrict travel because New Yorkers have been traveling to Florida and “we don’t want that.”

Trump said he would rather not do it, “but we may need it."

Later at Joint Base Andrews, Trump also said such an action was a possibility.

“We’re looking at it,” he said on a possible quarantine.

When asked about closing the New York City subway Trump said, "No we wouldn’t do that."

Following news that President Trump is mulling a short term quarantine for New York and surrounding areas, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he "didn't speak to him about any quarantine."
"I spoke to the president about the ship coming up and the four sites. I didn't speak to him about any quarantine," Cuomo said Saturday during a press conference. "No, I haven't had those conversations. I don't even know what that means."

He emptied stores across multiple counties and was reselling them at dramatically higher prices. I think he had about 17,000 containers of hand sanitizer.

They aren't coming after your private stash unless you try to sell it.
Sorry, didn't mean to imply it was his private stash. Poorly worded on my part.
