Dr. Wilbur H. Chen has a problem. On one hand, he is on the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices which is responsible for approving vaccines on behalf of the CDC. On the other hand, he has a thriving medical business that requires funds to operate properly. This may not seem to be a problem until we realize that $437,250 of the funds paid to him last year were from companies that manufacture vaccines.

If they’re going to get their vaccines approved, they’ll have to go through Dr. Chen and his advisory committee. In the good ol’ days, we would call this a conflict of interest.

In regards to Covid-19 and the so-called “vaccines” that the CDC has been pushing on us, we do not expect that Dr. Chen or his cohorts would have acted any differently if he wasn’t being paid. They’re being controlled by bigger fish than a few pharmaceutical companies. Nevertheless, this conflict of interest demonstrates how little regard is paid by our government to make sure the “experts” and bureaucrats are making decisions that benefit us more than them.

We know with a near certainty that those who are still in positions of power to decide about vaccines, treatments, lockdowns, and mandates are all owned in whole or in part by either Big Pharma or the Powers and Principalities controlling them. This is why the anti-science mandates are flourishing. It’s why there are still face mask Karens scolding us when we’re caught without diapers over our nose and mouth. It’s why they choose to ignore natural immunity or the statistics that show the infinitesimal risk Covid-19 poses to children.

They have been given the mission to vaccinate every man, woman, and child on the face of the planet and they won’t allow facts or conflicts of interest to stand in their way.

The saddest part about Dr. Chen’s story is that it wasn’t divulged by either the ACIP or their overseers in the CDC. This had to be researched and exposed by average citizens who are doing the government’s job for them. One would think that a role as important as being one of the few members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices would require complete detachment from vaccine makers, but the current agenda is too important to the powers-that-be to let a half-million dollars impact their progress.

Below is a story from Children’s Health Defense that goes into further details about Dr. Chen and the ACIP scandal. I call it a “scandal” only because it’s scandalous and not because I expect it to turn into anything substantial.

Mainstream media won’t touch this story with a socially distanced ten-foot pole.

As far as they’re concerned, they want everyone to believe there is nothing but honor and science and rainbows and butterflies making decisions on our behalf in the halls of healthcare governance.

Our betters at the CDC do not think we’re all stupid. They just know there are enough sheep in America who will obey their every command and who will help them segregate out the rest of us. We need to wake up as many people as possible to the corruption that drives decisions in and out of DC as it pertains to this so-called “pandemic.” It’s all Kabuki Theater, but far too many Americans are so busy watching the show that they don’t realize they’re getting conned by it all.

CDC’s Committee Member Dr. Chen Should Be Removed Immediately Due to Conflict of Interest

Dr. Wilbur H. Chen, whose conflicts of interest include accepting $437,250 from vaccine makers, should be removed immediately from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

Dr. Wilbur H. Chen wants you to know that he’s very upset (see comment’s section)! He’s upset the peasants have access to email! He’s upset the peasants have access to common sense and reason! He’s upset the peasants actually read scientific studies for themselves! And he’s very upset that the peasants are speaking to him without his express written permission!

Apparently, he’s also clairvoyant (like Santa) because he knows what you are writing before you even send it to him, so he has set up an auto-reply on his email account to let you know he’s very important, he gets lots of emails and he does not like “misinformation.”

Chen defines “misinformation” as anything that contradicts the Pharma narrative. Chen is adamant that nothing be allowed to pierce his protective Pharma information bubble.

I’m reminded of the phrase, “Methinks thou doth protest too much.”

What Chen is actually mad about is that he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

A search of the government website Open Payments reveals Chen accepted $437,250.70 from Emergent BioSolutions and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in 2020.

GSK is one of the four largest vaccine makers in the world. GSK makes the incredibly toxic Hep B vaccine (Engerix-B), the troubled HPV vaccine (Cervarix), a meningococcal vaccine that is loaded with aluminum (Bexsero) and various flu vaccines among others.

GSK is also working on a COVID-19 vaccine that is now in Phase 3 clinical trials.

All of GSK’s products must go before the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), that Chen sits on, in order to be approved.

Emergent BioSolutions is a contract manufacturer that makes vaccines for others including the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine that has been linked to blood clots and a bleeding disorder.

Emergent BioSolutions has an abysmal safety record. Even though federal regulators are generally like Mr. Magoo when it comes to spotting safety problems, the issues at Emergent’s plant in Baltimore were so egregious that earlier this year the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shut down the plant and ordered J&J to take it over and run it themselves.

The FDA also ordered 75 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines manufactured at that plant be destroyed because of contamination. All of the vaccines manufactured at the Emergent BioSolutions plant must first be approved by the ACIP where Chen is a member.

This is completely unacceptable. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were 27,550 pediatricians employed in the U.S. There is absolutely no reason for the ACIP to utilize a person with such extensive financial conflicts of interest.

The CDC) must be above reproach in order to have any credibility with the general public. Sadly the CDC appears to do whatever it can get away with — a classic example of the fox guarding the henhouse.

The fact that these decisions involve the health of our children makes corruption all the more appalling.

Please contact the following four officials (as well your elected representatives) to let them know that you are troubled by Chen’s extensive financial conflicts of interest and please ask that he be removed from the ACIP before it meets on Tuesday, Nov. 2.

It is beyond alarming that the ACIP has failed to properly monitor financial conflicts of interest amongst its members. All prior ACIP votes involving Chen should be reviewed by an independent outside review board to see if they must be thrown out because of this blatant corruption.

The CDC should also examine and release publicly all financial conflict of interest statements from all remaining ACIP members to determine if there are additional problems before Tuesday.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is a well-known anti-vaxxer, in the true sense of the word.

Kennedy has been no less strident about the COVID-19 vaccines, as well as the pandemic response from national and world leaders. In February, NBC News reported that Kennedy was barred from Instagram because the platform determined that he was,

“repeatedly sharing debunked claims about the coronavirus or vaccines,” said a spokesperson for Facebook, which owns Instagram.”

Kennedy pushed back, issuing a statement:

“None of my posts were false. Facebook, the pharmaceutical industry and its captive regulators use the term ‘vaccine misinformation’ as a euphemism for any factual assertion that departs from official pronouncements about vaccine health and safety, whether true or not.

This kind of censorship is counterproductive if our objective is a safe and effective vaccine supply,” he said, in part.

After once again criticizing vaccinations, Kennedy said in his statement that he was punished, shamed and vilified.

“Anyone can see that this is a formula for catastrophe and a coup d’état against the First Amendment, the foundation stone of American democracy,” he said.

In September, YouTube also banned Kennedy’s video content, issuing similar misinformation “concerns.”

Kennedy is unbowed, and continues to actively advocate through his Children’s Health Defense (CHD) organization and other free speech honoring sites. Now CHD, along with local, national, and international chapters, are banding together for “WORLDWIDE WALKOUTS.”

Kennedy is calling for a global shutdown in order to put an end to “business as usual,” and celebrate human rights. Sadly, business as usual has become globalists, Big Pharma, world governments and large corporations forcing administration of the COVID vaccines. Despite alluding to concessions on the basis of medical or religious exemptions, many first responders, and now corporate employees have blown the whistle on this lip service. While governments and companies are allowing individuals to go through the process, it is a mere formality. Most, if not all, are being, or will be denied these exemptions.

Then there is the battle of those who have contracted COVID and survived, and who claim natural immunity. These millions of individuals are being ignored, as if their natural immunity does not exist. The CDC, NIH, and other organizations are not even allowing concessions on the basis of natural immunity to be a part of the conversation.



So much for following the science.

Kennedy and CHD are encouraging U.S. and global citizens to coordinate against mask compliance, refuse vaccines and testing, and disregard vaccine mandates and passports. In places like France, Australia, Germany, and certain parts of the United States, this will involve structured acts of civil disobedience by gathering at high-profile, and high-traffic areas such as state capitols, court houses, local town halls, and departments of education without masks, and loaded for bear.

CHD advocates plenty of close, personal contact: hugging, hand-holding, with no six-feet distancing allowed.

The CHD website gives interested parties a roadmap on signage, speakers, and even clothing to wear to express unity and celebration against the tyranny of COVID control, restrictions, and government overreach.

Just like the California school walkouts, CHD will make this an ongoing movement with rolling events. The desire is for these events to grow, expand, and overwhelm the powers that want to keep people controlled and strip them of their human dignity and autonomy.

The legacy media is doing its best to frame these protests as a futile effort by misguided dissenters. The fact that the Supreme Court has been fairly consistent in holding up state’s rights to impose vaccine mandates is to them evidence of mandates being on the right side of history. The burgeoning groundswell and eventual explosion of protests keep proving them wrong.


Just as legacy media covers and glosses over the Biden administration’s negligence, rank incompetence, abject failures, and embarrassing foibles, so it is trying to paint over a worldwide revolution that can topple governments, and break the stranglehold of global elites who slather for more control.

New guidance released by the White House on Nov. 1 suggests that federal contractors will have significant leeway in enforcing President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Federal contractors such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, United Airlines, IBM, UPS, and many more employ a significant number of Americans. The new guidance, released on the Safer Federal Workforce website, provides flexibility for those companies to determine how to enforce the mandate.

“A covered contractor should determine the appropriate means of enforcement with respect to its employee at a covered contractor workplace who refuses to be vaccinated and has not been provided, or does not have a pending request for, an accommodation,” according to the guidelines.

On Sept. 9, Biden announced mandates for federal workers, federal contractors, and most health care staff—differing from the forthcoming mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees stipulating that workers either get the vaccine or submit to weekly testing. Federal contractors have no option to be tested, and the only way by which workers can opt out is by seeking a medical or religious exemption.

“Covered contractors are expected to comply with all requirements set forth in their contract,” the White House said. “Where covered contractors are working in good faith and encounter challenges with compliance with COVID-19 workplace safety protocols, the agency contracting officer should work with them to address these challenges.

“If a covered contractor is not taking steps to comply, significant actions, such as termination of the contract, should be taken.”

And a federal agency “may determine that a covered contractor employee who refuses to be vaccinated in accordance with a contractual requirement pursuant to [Biden’s executive order] will be denied entry to a Federal workplace, consistent with the agency’s workplace safety protocols,” it said.

For workers who don’t want to get the vaccine, “a limited period of counseling and education, followed by additional disciplinary measures” may be necessary, according to the White House. “Removal occurs only after continued noncompliance.”'

It came after the head of a trade association suggested that some companies might terminate their contracts with the federal government ahead of a Dec. 8 deadline.

Bill Sullivan, a vice president with the American Trucking Associations (ATA), suggested in an interview over the weekend that some firms likely won’t follow the mandate and will instead just drop their contracts with the government, saying that the potential loss of workers would be too great. Should those companies scrap their agreements, it will be harder for the federal government to move military vehicles, transport the National Guard, and transport food to troops around the United States.

“I am confident but with heavy heart recognize a vaccine mandate will mean less capacity for the government as a customer of freight,” Sullivan told Politico on Oct. 31.

“It has the potential to seriously impact military readiness,” he said of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate announced by Biden on Sept. 9.

The Biden administration, he said, is using a one-size-fits-all strategy to mandate vaccines for Americans and suggested that officials didn’t think of all the possible scenarios that could have emerged.

“I feel like the president has tried to be beautifully simple like this could apply to everybody, and by doing that, there will be an impact,” Sullivan told the outlet.

Previously, the American Trucking Associations, the Cargo Air Association, and other trade groups have issued letters making ominous predictions about fallout associated with the vaccine mandate. They warned that the already stretched-thin supply chain would be subject to further strain as some workers will be laid off or will simply quit over the mandate.

Other than mandating vaccinations for federal contractors and workers, the president also announced he would direct the Labor Department to create a rule mandating vaccines or regular testing for businesses with 100 or more workers, potentially affecting as many as 80 million private-sector employees.

White House officials have expressed confidence that workers—when faced with the mandate—would instead opt in. Last week, COVID-19 response coordinator Jeff Zients told reporters at a news conference that after United Airlines and Tyson Foods announced their respective vaccine mandates, it pushed both companies’ vaccination rates to more than 90 percent.

Zients also offered some reassurance last week that the mandate shouldn’t disrupt services as the holiday season approaches.

“These processes play out across weeks, not days,” Zients said about a week ago. “And so, to be clear, we’re creating flexibility within the system. We’re offering people multiple opportunities to get vaccinated. There is not a cliff here.”

But Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo signaled the White House won’t delay its plans around vaccine mandates. In an interview on Oct. 31 with CBS News, Raimondo said that a delay “would be a big mistake” and again stressed that the only way the U.S. economy will recover is by having every worker get vaccinated.

Over the recent weekend, 10 attorneys general in Republican-led states filed a legal complaint against the Biden administration’s federal contractor mandate, arguing that the move is tantamount to a “power grab” and would imperil the U.S. economy.

White House and ATA officials didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.

A federal judge temporarily blocked an Illinois hospital system from allegedly putting workers with religious exemptions on unpaid leave.

In late October, several employees at the Chicago-area NorthShore filed a legal complaint against the company, arguing that the firm’s vaccine mandate discriminated against them by forcing them to decide between a vaccine and their jobs.

Liberty Counsel, which is representing the 14 health care workers, said in an emailed statement last week that the “plaintiffs have shared these religious beliefs, and others, with NorthShore, and have asked NorthShore for exemption and reasonable accommodation for these beliefs, but NorthShore has unlawfully and callously refused.”

U.S. District Judge John Kness on Friday issued a temporary restraining order against the hospital system.

“They can’t be fired and they can’t be placed on what is effectively, in my mind, unpaid leave,” Kness said during a hearing on the lawsuit, reported the Chicago Tribune.

NorthShore is “going to have to keep paying them. If you wish to require them to show up to work and use [personal protective equipment] and go through testing because you need the help and you don’t want to pay them to be off site, that’s up to the hospital,” he added.

Liberty Counsel said that more than a week ago, “NorthShore had already started purging those employees with sincere religious objections to its ‘Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy'” and removed many employees with religious exemptions from its November work schedule. That included staff members with appeals that were pending, Liberty Counsel said.

Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines say that employees may ask to be exempted from vaccine requirements due to religious or medical reasons. However, workplaces do not necessarily have to grant the exemptions under certain circumstances, the agency’s guidance adds.

Horatio Mihet, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs, told the Chicago Tribune that unvaccinated workers can still work there while wearing personal protective equipment and getting weekly testing.

NorthShore previously told The Epoch Times that it understands “that getting vaccinated may be a difficult decision for some of our team members” and values “their committed service and respect their beliefs.” On Monday, NorthShore didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

“We must prioritize the safety of our patients and team members in support of our broader mission,” the hospital system said.

NorthShore, in a statement to local media last week, disputed several claims in the lawsuit and had “considered each request based on multiple criteria” on exemptions.

One of the people challenging the legality of the federal mask mandate is Michael Faris, and he’s filed a motion with the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals seeking to be removed from a government terrorism watchlist he was placed on after seeking to litigate the mask requirement.

• He filed his suit against the mask rule on October 19. He claims that he should be considered medically exempt from the mask requirement, which the federal regulation allows for, but that he hasn’t been able to obtain such an exemption from any airline.

“TSA’s action placing Mr. Faris … on its terrorist watchlist for filing this lawsuit challenging the FTMM represents the absolute worst form of vengeance against citizens exercising our First Amendment right to petition the government for a redress of grievances,” according to the court filing. “Suing TSA does not constitute a threat of terrorism nor any other risk to transportation security that warrants placement on the watchlist.”

Another publication described Faris’s ordeal when he attempted to fly.

Michael Faris, a helicopter maintenance supervisor, is trying to fly home today to Elizabethtown, Kentucky, from a work assignment near Ontario, California. When he tried to check in on the United Airlines mobile app, he received a message that his “reservation requires special handling. Please check in at an airport kiosk.”

When he used a United kiosk at Ontario airport, it displayed a message to “Please collect the printed document and see a United representative for further assistance.”

It took United agents a long time on the phone to check Faris in, during which a TSA officer responded to the counter. He was then escorted to the security checkpoint, where she showed his mask-exemption letter from his physician. TSA officer Steven Pointer and supervisor Ramona Baker reluctantly allowed Faris into the screening area without a face covering.

TSA then put him through a lengthy process known as “Secondary Security Screening Selectee,” noted on his boarding pass by the code “SSSS.” During the extended search, he was patted down for more than five minutes and every item was removed from his carry-on bag. TSA officers even swabbed inside his wallet.

The writer tweeted “some kids have been getting upset about this but frankly I am beyond caring. There’s a pandemic going on and you’re spreading it. Go home,” along with a photo of notes and masks that he was giving trick-or-treaters.

A whistleblower has come forward with damning revelations about how vaccine-maker Pfizer ‘falsified data’ and manipulated clinical trials. Brook Jackson, a former clinical trial auditor who was fired after raising her concerns, came forward with inside information and documented evidence about Pfizer’s operations in a stunning new BMJ investigation conducted by Paul Thacker. The disturbing report sends up red flags that the FDA and Pfizer are engaging in massive fraud against the American people to justify vaccine mandates.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was ‘fully authorized‘ with much fanfare by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in August, despite liability shields and other qualifiers making such an endorsement highly misleading. The Biden administration would seize on the announcement to issue an executive order for federal vaccine mandates. The FDA would go on to authorize the vaccines for children between 5 and 11 years old, in late October despite the objections of numerous medical experts.

But the clinical trials documentation that Pfizer submitted to the FDA has now been exposed as riddled with clinical trial misconduct and data reporting errors, according to BMJ’s investigation.

“In autumn 2020 Pfizer’s chairman and chief executive, Albert Bourla, released an open letter to the billions of people around the world who were investing their hopes in a safe and effective covid-19 vaccine to end the pandemic,” the report said.

“As I’ve said before, we are operating at the speed of science,” Bourla wrote ahead of the FDA’s authorization of the Pfizer vaccines.

“But, for researchers who were testing Pfizer’s vaccine at several sites in Texas during that autumn, speed may have come at the cost of data integrity and patient safety,” BMJ reports. “A regional director who was employed at the research organisation Ventavia Research Group has told The BMJ that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial.”

“Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding,” the report adds. “After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, the regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia fired her later the same day. Jackson has provided The BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails.”

Brook Jackson, the Ventavia research director who blew the whistle on Pfizer, had a sterling background at the clinical auditing firm when the decision was made to fire her.

“On its website Ventavia calls itself the largest privately owned clinical research company in Texas and lists many awards it has won for its contract work,” BMJ notes. “But Jackson has told The BMJ that, during the two weeks she was employed at Ventavia in September 2020, she repeatedly informed her superiors of poor laboratory management, patient safety concerns, and data integrity issues. Jackson was a trained clinical trial auditor who previously held a director of operations position and came to Ventavia with more than 15 years’ experience in clinical research coordination and management.”

“Exasperated that Ventavia was not dealing with the problems, Jackson documented several matters late one night, taking photos on her mobile phone,” the report noted. “One photo, provided to The BMJ, showed needles discarded in a plastic biohazard bag instead of a sharps container box. Another showed vaccine packaging materials with trial participants’ identification numbers written on them left out in the open, potentially unblinding participants. Ventavia executives later questioned Jackson for taking the photos.”

The BMJ investigation then notes that significant errors were being found during the clinical trials.

In a recording of a meeting in late September 2020 between Jackson and two directors a Ventavia executive can be heard explaining that the company wasn’t able to quantify the types and number of errors they were finding when examining the trial paperwork for quality control,” the report noted.

“In my mind, it’s something new every day,” a Ventavia executive says. “We know that it’s significant.”

“Ventavia was not keeping up with data entry queries, shows an email sent by ICON, the contract research organisation with which Pfizer partnered on the trial,” the report added.

“The expectation for this study is that all queries are addressed within 24hrs,” ICON reminded Ventavia in a September 2020 email.

“ICON then highlighted over 100 outstanding queries older than three days in yellow,” the report said. “Examples included two individuals for which ‘Subject has reported with Severe symptoms/reactions … Per protocol, subjects experiencing Grade 3 local reactions should be contacted. Please confirm if an UNPLANNED CONTACT was made and update the corresponding form as appropriate.”

The BMJ report also noted the deteriorating quality and quantity of FDA clinical trial audits, suggesting that the agency has been turning a blind eye to pharmaceutical companies and vaccine-makers.

“A former Ventavia employee told The BMJ that the company was nervous and expecting a federal audit of its Pfizer vaccine trial,” the report noted.

“People working in clinical research are terrified of FDA audits,” Jill Fisher told The BMJ. “I don’t know why they’re so afraid of them,” she said. Fisher added about a complaint about serious side effects, “You would think if there’s a specific and credible complaint that they would have to investigate that.”

“In 2007 the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Inspector General released a report on FDA’s oversight of clinical trials conducted between 2000 and 2005,” BMJ added as background. :The report found that the FDA inspected only 1% of clinical trial sites.6 Inspections carried out by the FDA’s vaccines and biologics branch have been decreasing in recent years, with just 50 conducted in the 2020 fiscal year.”

Brook Jackson, who was fired for purportedly not being a ‘good fit,’ listed a dozen issues with Pfizer’s Phase III clinical trials, including:

• Participants placed in a hallway after injection and not being monitored by clinical staff
• Lack of timely follow-up of patients who experienced adverse events
• Protocol deviations not being reported
• Vaccines not being stored at proper temperatures
• Mislabelled laboratory specimens, and
• Targeting of Ventavia staff for reporting these types of problems.

“In Pfizer’s briefing document submitted to an FDA advisory committee meeting held on 10 December 2020 to discuss Pfizer’s application for emergency use authorisation of its covid-19 vaccine, the company made no mention of problems at the Ventavia site,” the report noted. “The next day the FDA issued the authorisation of the vaccine.”

In a new peer-reviewed Rapid Communication published in Science, Public Health Policy & the Law, scientists affiliated with the University of Auckland Epidemiology and Biostatistics division in the School of Population Health report that the US CDC made a grave error in its own report on whether COVID-19 vaccination leads to spontaneous abortions when used during pregnancy.

Drs. Simon Thornley and Aleisha Brock report:

“…the influential CDC-sponsored article by Shimabukuro et al. (2021) used to support this idea, on closer inspection, provides little assurance, particularly for those exposed in early pregnancy. The study presents falsely reassuring statistics related to the risk of spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy, since the majority of women in the calculation were exposed to the mRNA product after the outcome period was defined (20 weeks’ gestation).”

The authors then performed their own re-assessment and estimated that unexpected termination of pregnancies actually occurred at a rate 7-8 times higher in vaccinated pregnant women than the rate in the baseline over the same time period.

The report, which was peer-reviewed using a blinded review process in which the authors were unaware of the reviewers’ identities, is one of a growing number of reports and studies by academic researchers who find the studies and reports from official sources flawed, fraudulent, or rife with unacceptable errors.

The article includes a note from SciPub Editor-in-Chief Dr. James Lyons-Weiler which reminds the reader that Dr. Shimabukuro, who authors the flawed report, also failed to detect any signal of myocarditis in his analysis of data from another system (the Vaccine Safety Database) in a report to the HHS Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices as well as in his report to the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC). Myocarditis is a medical condition that is now known by the FDA as a risk that must be communicated to people receiving COVID-19 vaccinations.

Science, Public Health Policy & the Law is an official publication of the The Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge, Public Health Policy Initiative (IPAK PHPI) that publishes peer-reviewed studies, reports and analyses of the mismatch between science, public health, medical practice and the law.

The same journal published a review critical of CDC’s COVID-19 reporting practices, which are now known to be biased upward due to a number of important factors, including an unacceptably high false positive rate in the use of PCR tests to diagnose COVID-19 and to determine cause of death in persons who may or may not have a SARS-CoV-2 infection. It also recently published an analysis of the CDC’s vaccine adverse events reporting system (VAERS) which found that more deaths had been reported in the months following the start of the COVID-19 vaccination program than in all of the years that VAERS has been collecting data, for all vaccines combined.

Nearly 1000 U.S. funded grants from Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins have landed in the laps of collaborators of the Chinese Communist Party's Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Over 20 American scientists who have received taxpayer funds from 637 grants by Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases have also served as visiting lecturers and researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

The unearthed affiliation between the nearly two-dozen Fauci-funded researchers at the controversial lab – believed to be at the heart of COVID-19’s origins – follows the National Institutes of Health (NIH) admitting that Fauci’s agency funded “gain-of-function” research at the institute in partnership with the American non-profit group EcoHealth Alliance.

In addition to EcoHealth Alliance researchers such as Peter Daszak working with the lab on “killer” viruses, several American professors and researchers who’ve received grants worth millions from Fauci have also collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Unearthed annual reports from 2011, 2012, and 2013 reveal a section titled “Visiting Scientists and Scientific Lectures,” which lists the names of various non-Chinese researchers who’ve taught at or worked with the Chinese Communist Party-run lab. The Wuhan Institute of Virology’s Chinese language website also reveals the identities of several researchers from additional years.

Among the 21 researchers is Stuart Le Grice, who works at the NIH’S National Cancer Institute (NCI) and has received 16 grants from Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), who lectured on “Extending Small Molecule Therapeutics to Cellular and Viral RNAs” in 2018. “At the meeting, Professor Stuart Le Grice first briefly introduced the important impact and application prospects of small molecule drugs that bind to cell or viral RNA in the development of new therapeutic strategies,” explains the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s summary.

Another Wuhan Institute of Virology Visiting Lecturer, Professor Anne Simon, addressed the lab on the “Non-Template Functions of an RNA Virus Genome,” according to an unearthed annual report from 2012. Several visiting scientists have also taught the lab about vaccine development: Tian Wang, who has received 25 NIAID grants, lectured on “Flavivirus: Disease Mechanism and Vaccine Development” and Michael McVoy, who has received 26 NIAID grants, lectured on “Cell Culture Models of Cytomegalovirus Infection: Pitfalls and Epiphanies for Vaccine Development.”

In some cases, Chinese Communist Party officials were in attendance at the Fauci-funded researchers’ lectures, as revealed on the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s website.

Galveston National Laboratory Director James Leduc, who “discussed the prevention and control of new infectious diseases” and “research and cooperation in the field of biosafety management” at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2014, had a “cordial talk” with the lab’s Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary:

Researcher Yuan Zhiming, Dean of the Wuhan Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, on behalf of the leaders of the Institute welcomed Professor James Leduc’s visit and had a cordial talk with him.

“Through this exchange, the two parties hope to jointly build a good contract platform, establish an efficient cooperation mechanism, further strengthen communication and exchanges, integrate resources, expand channels, and carry out extensive development in the field of new infectious disease prevention and biosafety management and training. Cooperation and exchanges will make positive contributions to the global fight against emerging infectious diseases,” notes the lab.

AUSTIN/SEATTLE, Nov 2 (Reuters) - In Wichita, Kansas, nearly half of the roughly 10,000 employees at aircraft companies Textron Inc and Spirit AeroSystems remain unvaccinated against COVID-19, risking their jobs in defiance of a federal mandate, according to a union official.

"We're going to lose a lot of employees over this," said Cornell Adams, head of the local Machinists union district. Many workers did not object to the vaccines as such, he said, but were staunchly opposed to what they see as government meddling in personal health decisions.

The union district has hired a Texas-based lawyer to assist employees and prepare potential lawsuits against the companies should requests for medical or religious exemptions to vaccination be denied.

A life-long Democrat, Adams said he would no longer vote for the party. "They'll never get another vote from me and I'm telling the workers here the same thing."

The clock is ticking for companies that want to continue gaining federal contracts under an executive order by Democratic President Joe Biden, which requires all contractor employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 8.

That means federal contract workers need to have received their last COVID-19 shot at least two weeks before the deadline to gain maximum protection, according to U.S. government guidance.

With a three-week gap between shots of the Pfizer /BioNTech vaccine, workers must get the first jab by Wednesday. If the government holds fast to its deadline, it is already too late to choose Moderna's vaccine, which is given in two doses four weeks apart. Workers could opt to get Johnson & Johnson's single-shot vaccine until Nov. 24 to meet the deadline.

The mandate has stirred protests from workers in industries across the country, as well as from Republican state officials.

Opposition to the mandate could potentially lead to thousands of U.S. workers losing their jobs and imperil an already sluggish economic recovery, union leaders, workers and company executives said.

More legal clashes are likely over how companies decide requests for vaccination exemptions.

For the companies, time is getting tight, though the Biden administration has signaled federal contractors will not have to immediately lay off unvaccinated workers who miss the Dec. 8 deadline.

Under government guidance
Federal Contractors | Safer Federal Workforce published on Monday, companies will have flexibility over how to implement the mandate, which may allow them to avoid mass firings.

"A covered contractor should determine the appropriate means of enforcement with respect to its employee," the guidance said.

For Boeing Co in the United States, more than 7,000 workers have applied for religious exemptions and around 1,000 are seeking medical exemptions, people familiar with the matter told Reuters. That amounts to some 6% of the planemaker's roughly 125,000 U.S employees.

'ILLEGAL, IMMORAL AND IMPRACTICAL'

At a rally last week outside Boeing property in Auburn, south of Seattle, many of the three dozen workers gathered in driving rain said they would rather be escorted off Boeing property on Dec. 8 than take a vaccine. Others said they would pursue early retirement.

"The mandate is illegal, immoral and impractical," said one veteran Boeing program analyst who attended the rally. "We are standing together against a company and government trampling on our rights."

Many legal experts have said vaccine mandates in the interest of public health are legal.

The rebellion has put Boeing executives in a bind. The company could lose skilled staff, but must comply with a presidential order.

A Boeing spokesperson said the company was committed to maintaining a safe working environment for its employees.

The order's provision for religious and medical exemptions is causing more tension.

Two Textron workers who requested religious exemptions told Reuters the company's human resources representatives quizzed them on the name of their church leaders and asked detailed questions about their faith.

Textron declined to respond to questions, but in a statement said it was obligated to comply with Biden's order and was taking steps to do so.

"Employees who are unable to receive the COVID-19 vaccination due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief are being provided an opportunity to request an accommodation from this requirement," Textron said.
Spirit AeroSystems did not respond to a request for comment.

Raytheon Technologies' CEO Greg Hayes last week warned the U.S. defense firm will lose "several thousand" employees because of the mandate.

A group representing FedEx Corp, United Parcel Service Inc and other cargo carriers said it would be virtually impossible to have all their workforces vaccinated by the deadline.

Some companies have imposed vaccine mandates even absent immediate government regulation.

Mercedes-Benz USA, the U.S. unit of German carmaker Daimler AG which is not a U.S. government contractor, told employees in an October email seen by Reuters that proof of vaccination against COVID-19 would become a condition of employment beginning Jan. 4.

The carmaker said it implemented the move in anticipation of a separate U.S. government vaccine mandate that would apply to businesses with at least 100 employees, affecting some 80 million workers nationwide.

Less than half of the company's workers at U.S. import processing centers are vaccinated and many refuse to get a shot, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Mercedes USA in a statement said it had given employees 90-day notice to fulfill the requirement, adding that two thirds of its U.S. employees - not including factory workers in Alabama - have provided proof of vaccination to date.

"We expect that the vast majority of our employees will provide proof of vaccination before the deadline," the company said.

Orders issued by subordinate commanders mandating the COVID vaccine may be in contradiction to SECDEF Order of August 24, 2021, because the FDA-approved version of the vaccine is not yet available. The SECDEF order clearly states that mandatory vaccination applies only to vaccines that have been fully approved by the FDA and labeled as such. See attached.

Only the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine has been approved by the FDA; however, Comirnaty is not yet available. The Pfizer BioNtech vaccine that is being used by the military has not been approved by the FDA. Therefore, orders mandating service members to receive any vaccine other than the Pfizer Comirnaty may be in contradiction to SECDEF’s order.

Any service member should have a right to inspect the vaccine vial to verify that it has been labeled as FDA approved. If it is not, then they would have a reasonable basis to suspect that the vaccine is merely authorized under the Emergency Use Authorization (EAU).

Unapproved vaccines developed under an EAU cannot be made mandatory for even members of the military under 21 USC 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) unless a declaration of emergency is made by the SECDEF under 21 USC 360bbb-3(b)(1)(B)(ii).

The FDA’s Pfizer approval letter states that the approved Comirnaty and unapproved BioNtech vaccines are physically interchangeable yet legally distinct.

This legal distinction matters and has not been fully explained.

According to senior Navy JAGs consulted, the attached memo is thought to provide sufficient justification to administer the unapproved Pfizer BioNtech vaccine to its Sailors. Note that the Navy rests its argument for the legality of its vaccine mandate solely on the FDA’s assertion that the two vaccines are physically interchangeable. And the Navy has completely ignored the legal distinction between the two; a distinction that was certainly made for a reason.

What was that reason? Does it mean that one vaccine is approved and the other is not? If so, then they are not truly “interchangeable”. Try telling a traffic cop that you should not be cited because your car with expired tabs is in good running condition. Physical and legal distinctions should mean something, otherwise what good is an FDA approval?

All good questions and observations not yet answered coming from one of the best in our Navy.

Children ages 5 to 11 are on the cusp of being cleared to get Covid-19 shots after a key CDC panel unanimously voted Tuesday to recommend Pfizer’s doses for younger kids.

The final decision now rests with CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who is expected to accept the recommendation by the agency’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Once she signs off, which is expected as early as late Tuesday, vaccinations for young kids could begin immediately.

“Starting the week of Nov. 8, the kids vaccination program will be fully up and running,” White House coronavirus response coordinator Jeff Zients said Monday. “Parents will be able to schedule appointments at convenient sites they know and trust to get their kids vaccinated.”

Children are at virtually zero risk from dying of Covid.

There are approximately 500 children who die every year from the seasonal flu.

Each year over 1200 children are killed in roadside fatalities.

And approximately 700 children drown.

According to the most recent data from the Chicago Police Department and the CDC, the number of children that have been shot this year in the Windy City (302) is much higher than children who have been killed by the virus NATIONWIDE since the beginning of the pandemic (214).

According to Fox: “More children have been fatally shot (42) in Chicago alone than have died of COVID-19 in the entire state of Illinois.”

Last week the FDA admitted they don’t know the long term risks to children.
“We’re never gonna learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it,” one of the FDA’s voting members said on Tuesday.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is tacitly encouraging employers to hide "adverse reactions" from COVID-19 vaccines, even as 80 million private workers face jab-or-job decisions due to an impending federal mandate that OSHA has fast-tracked under rarely used, special emergency powers.

The Department of Labor's pledge Monday to publish an "emergency temporary standard" on COVID vaccine mandates "in the coming days" threatens to worsen the skewed picture federal regulators have been getting from employers for five months.

OSHA abruptly reversed its directive to employers this spring on how to handle adverse reactions to COVID vaccines among their workforce.

Its FAQ page originally told them to report adverse reactions that are "work-related," new, and cause missed or restricted work, transfers or "medical treatment beyond first aid." The work-related prong automatically applied to employers who required employees to be vaccinated.

While employers who only recommend vaccination to employees didn't have to report adverse reactions, "the vaccine must be truly voluntary," with no repercussions to employees who choose against vaccination.

The agency cited a federal regulation known as part 1904, which requires employers to "record and report work-related fatalities, injuries, and illnesses."

Those directions disappeared May 21 and have remained unchanged since, telling employers that enforcement is suspended at least through May 2022, at which point OSHA will reevaluate.

Because the Department of Labor and OSHA "are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations," OSHA is avoiding "any appearance of discouraging workers" from vaccination or disincentivizing their employers' vaccination efforts, the revised FAQ page says. Therefore, it will not enforce part 1904 at all in the context of COVID vaccines.

The department and OSHA did not respond to Just the News queries about whether and how the pending federal mandate could further distort the picture they are getting from private employers on adverse reactions from vaccines.

"It is outrageous for a 'safety' agency to ignore rules that would uncover health harms that will come from their own vaccine mandate," Roger Severino, former civil rights director at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), wrote in an email.

OSHA is "actively imped[ing]" the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System maintained by HHS, which is designed to "catalogue vaccine harms for the sake of improving public health and future guidance," Severino told Just the News.

He's now with the Ethics and Public Policy Center, which met with OSHA officials last month to discuss concerns.

"I am unaware of previous instances in which OSHA announced that employers would not have to report certain employee health events," labor lawyer Keith Wilkes of Hall Estill wrote in an email when asked how novel the agency's action was. Even employer-encouraged vaccination is "uncharted territory."

But the exemption is a "welcome reprieve to employers" because their insurance could have jumped based on recordkeeping logs of adverse reactions to vaccines, which have "little to no correlation" with an unsafe workplace, he told Just the News.

Unvaccinated employees, by contrast, "are perceived as creating the greater risk to the health and safety of a workplace," Wilkes wrote.

President Biden's September press conference calling for COVID vaccine mandates across the federal public sector and large private employers, together affecting 100 million workers, drew renewed attention to the five-month-old revision last month.
The Federalist noted OSHA still encourages employees to file complaints when they believe their employer has exposed them to COVID or is "not taking appropriate steps to protect you from exposure."

While large employers can alternately test employees for COVID weekly in lieu of required vaccination under Biden's plan, that's a far more expensive proposition.
More than half the states, through their governors or attorneys general, promised to fight the federal mandate in court soon after Biden proposed it.

Republican AGs further argued two weeks ago it's not enforceable until the mandate takes effect.

The Department of Labor said Monday that the Office of Management and Budget had completed its review of the standard, the last hurdle before it can be published in the Federal Register.

U.S. companies face a “worker rebellion” and a potential workforce shortage, as President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate deadline grows closer, Reuters reported Tuesday.

“We’re going to lose a lot of employees over this,” local Kansas Machinists union district head Cornell Adams told the publication. Nearly half of 10,000 employees at aircraft companies Textron Inc. and Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, Kansas, have chosen to forego the Chinese coronavirus jab and are at risk of losing their jobs for not complying with Biden’s federal vaccine mandate.

President Joe Biden issued an executive order September 9 requiring all employees working for a federal contractor or subcontractor to get vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus by November 24 to be considered “fully vaccinated” by a December 8, 2021, deadline.


“That means federal contract workers need to have received their last COVID-19 shot at least two weeks before the deadline to gain maximum protection, according to U.S. government guidance,” the report states. “With a three-week gap between shots of the Pfizer /BioNTech vaccine, workers must get the first jab by Wednesday. If the government holds fast to its deadline, it is already too late to choose Moderna’s vaccine, which is given in two doses four weeks apart.

Workers could opt to get Johnson & Johnson’s single-shot vaccine until Nov. 24 to meet the deadline.”

After receiving much backlash, the Biden administration has attempted to paint December 8 as a soft deadline — White House Coronavirus Response coordinator Jeffrey Zients said last week that federal contractors “will not be required to immediate [sic] lay-off workers” and will allow time for “education, counseling and other measures before potentially ending employment.”

The union district has already hired a lawyers based out of Texas to help employees and “prepare potential lawsuits” if companies are denied requests for medical and religious exemptions. Adams, who has reportedly always voted Democrat, said the party has lost him forever.

“They’ll never get another vote from me and I’m telling the workers here the same thing,” he said.

More than 7,000 U.S. Boeing Co. employees have applied for religious exemptions and 1,000 have applied for medical exemptions — roughly 6 percent of the company’s 125,000 U.S. workers, according to the report.

“The rebellion has put Boeing executives in a bind. The company could lose skilled staff, but must comply with a presidential order,” Reuters reported.

Similarly, Raytheon Technologies’ (a U.S. defense firm) CEO Greg Hayes said last week that the company could lose “several thousand” workers because of Biden’s Chinese coronavirus mandate. The problem extends to cargo carriers, who say Biden’s deadline is unattainable.

The threat of thousands of American jobs lost comes after the Biden administration repeatedly promised to make vaccination voluntary.

New Zealand’s government announced plans on Monday to ease coronavirus restrictions in Aukland despite state health officials earlier that same day recording the country’s highest number of new daily cases since the start of the pandemic, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) reported.

New Zealand’s Cabinet agreed on November 1 to reduce the coronavirus alert level for Auckland — New Zealand’s most populous urban center — at 11:59 p.m. on November 9.

“This means retail can return, public facilities can open and gatherings outdoors … can increase to 25,” far-left New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said while announcing the Cabinet’s decision.

New Zealand documented 162 new coronavirus infections on November 1. The figure marked the country’s highest number of new cases reported in a single 24 hour period since the onset of the pandemic. Of the 162 new infections, 156 were detected in Auckland alone.

“For those who have concerns about any easing, here I would say that — because of high vaccination rates in Auckland — we can move forward with greater confidence,” Ardern assured the New Zealand public on November 1.
She said New Zealand’s “daily [coronavirus] cases, while growing, were within expectations.”

“Today, yes, we have seen a growth in cases, but that is not unexpected for where we are in this particular outbreak,” Ardern told reporters Monday.

“But we are still seeing very manageable hospitalizations and that is absolutely the impact that vaccines are having on this outbreak,” the leader added.

Aukland has a population of nearly 1.7 million. The city’s vaccination rate against the Chinese coronavirus stood at 81 percent as of November 2. New Zealand has a population of nearly 4.9 million and a coronavirus vaccination rate of 76 percent.

The government of New Zealand observed a zero-tolerance policy toward coronavirus for most of the pandemic, “using sharp and harsh lockdowns to crush outbreaks as they happened,” ABC recalled on November 1.

“However, a month ago, New Zealand moved away from its elimination strategy, insisting vaccines were now the best way to prevent a widespread outbreak,” according to the broadcaster.

“When Ms Ardern announced New Zealand’s new direction [on November 1], she said Auckland’s lockdown would be scaled back in stages,” ABC noted.

Aukland has been under strict coronavirus lockdown orders for the past 77 days.
“New Zealand, for the first time in months, reported a case of community spread of the coronavirus on Aug. 17,” the New York Times reported October 22.

“Hours later came the expected announcement: The country, after a single case of the Delta variant, would plunge into a highly restrictive three-day lockdown,” the newspaper recalled.

“Two weeks later, New Zealand is still in lockdown, one that will last at least another 14 days. One case has become nearly 700, with almost three dozen requiring hospitalization,” the Times observed.

“Ms. Ardern and other leaders have begun to acknowledge that New Zealand may eventually have to change course as the virus continues to spread,” the U.S.-based newspaper wrote, seeming to predict Aukland’s abandonment of its “zero-tolerance” virus policy this week.

A Blood-Boiling Performance By Illinois Lawmakers To Ensure Punishment Of Vax Mandate Resisters

Dishonesty, despotism and undisguised ignorance were on full display in a move to assure compliance with vaccine and other COVID mandates.

Passed in 1977, HCRCA has been a point of distinction in which Illinois can take pride. It prohibits discrimination against anybody who chooses not to receive any particular form of health care services that are contrary to his or her conscience.

Predictably, HCRCA is being used by those who are at risk of losing their jobs because of their opposition to COVID vax mandates, and action in the courts has been going their way. Several Illinois courts have provided temporary relief against the mandates pending full hearings and appeals.

That makes Gov. JB Pritzker and his allies in the General Assembly unhappy. They want mandate resisters punished. HCRCA is getting in the way of that, so they want it amended.

They turned to Rep. Robyn Gabel (D-Evanston) to carry their bill, which she sponsored, to strip the right to object to COVID vax mandates under HCRCA.

Big mistake.

Gabel is personification of that confluence of dishonesty, despotism and undisguised ignorance, which we have documented before in the stories linked below. Some other supporters were guilty of some of the same in how they defended the bill.

To fully appreciate how bad their performance was, you really need to watch at least part of the video linked here of the House debtate, particularly Gabel’s answers to questions. It’s readily apparent that she has no interest in honestly describing her bill, and no understanding of what existing law says, where the science on COVID stands and how legislative and judicial processes work.

Watch the video if you can, but here are a few highlights:

The first and most obvious question came from Rep. Adam Neimberg (R-Tuetopolis), who asks what recourse would remain, if the bill becomes law, for those whose consciences say no vax.

Robyn Gabel during one of the many times she needed help answering simple questions about the bill she sponsored.

But Gabel can’t even provide her own answer on that. She turns to an aide for an answer, as she does repeatedly throughout the hearing, and ends up simply re-reading something from her opening statement, which does not answer the question.

Watch how often she needs help even on the simplest questions, and she often seems unable to repeat what her aid tells her in an intelligible fashion.

Gabel repeatedly says her bill “merely clarifies the well-established intent of the original law.”

What? How does a legislature clarify the intent of a legislature from decades earlier? It can’t. The original intent is what it is. The purpose of the amendment is obviously to change the law. It’s just that it’s supporters don’t have the courage to say that directly. In fact Gabel expressly says the bill is not changing existing law. Of course it is.

Far more importantly, legislative intent means nothing when a law’s words are clear. And both a federal court and state court have said that the relevant parts of HCRCA are clear, leaving nothing to intent. Rep. Deanne Mazzochi (R-Westmont) addressed that directly with Gabel starting at about the 19.00 mark. Gabel says she has no knowledge of that.

HCRCA was intended, Gabel says, only to be about abortion, contraceptives and the like. Everybody knows that now “with certainty.” And the law is being “intentionally distorted” so people can “thumb their noses” at the vax, she says. Anybody who claims otherwise is engaging in the spread of misinformation, she says.

No, there is nothing in HCRCA limiting it to abortion and other family planning matters. The law is what the courts say it is, not what Gabel or anybody else wants, and the courts have said it means what it says.

It says, in essence, that it is unlawful to discriminate in any manner because of somebody’s conscientious refusal to participate in any way in any particular form of health care services contrary to his or her conscience. The full text of the relevant portion is reproduced below.

Gabel says at one point, in questioning from Mazzochi, that HCRCA is not supposed to apply to vax mandates because the vax is “not in a healthcare setting.” That’s just too preposterous to warrant a response.

Gabel says repeatedly that federal remedies remain, and her bill expressly says they do. That’s just show. Of course they do. The problem is that the federal law is far more restrictive and difficult to use, which is why the Pritzker Administration has targeted the Illinois law.

At about the 50.00 mark, Rep. Keith Wheeler (R-North Aurora) asks about the amendment being worded so broadly that any mandate could be imposed by an employer, no matter how extreme, unfounded or irrational, still leaving the employee with no recourse.

Gabel says that’s not an issue because there is no disagreement about proper steps to mitigate COVID.

Is she entirely unaware of the intense debate going on among medical experts and the huge differences across nations in the mitigations they decided will work? Among those open issues are mask mandates, whether those with prior infection need vaccination, who needs boosters, whether children need vaccinations and much, much more. How completely uninformed must one be to be oblivious to those open issues.

Most importantly, those issues include the growing evidence and scientific opinion that vaccinated people spread the virus about as much as the unvaccinated, which destroys the rationale for mandates.

As for the current courts ruling in favor of those objecting to mask mandates, that’s just “a few courts bastardizing” the intent of the bill, Gabel says. The same charge was made by at least one other bill supporter on the tape. I suspect that won’t help them in those cases, which are ongoing.

Most fundamentally, Gabel repeatedly says her amendment does not take away any right. That’s fundamentally dishonest because, as of now, people do have a right to use HCRCA respecting COVID and vaccines for it. We do not yet know what courts will ultimately say about that right, but Gabel is simply wishing away a right that is for the courts to further define.

All is not lost.
First, though the bill has now passed both the House and Senate, enough lawmakers in both parties voted against it to bar immediate effect. That means the effective date will be June 1, 2022.

Second, gamesmanship by the sponsors may backfire on them. The bill initially included examples of what punishments would be permissible for those who refused vax and other COVID mandates. Those examples included terminating employment and excluding individuals from a school or a place of employment.

But those examples were later deleted as a cosmetic attempt to make the bill look more palatable. It’s conceivable that the deletion would be interpreted to mean that those actions are not permissible under bill as finalized.

Finally, and most importantly, step back and look beyond the conduct of Illinois lawmakers and the details of their wording. Principles far more important are at issue. Listen to recent words of Christine Anderson, a German member of the European Parliament.

You may not agree with her decision not to be vaccinated or her views on that. I am among the vaccinated. But this is about the rights of those who choose otherwise, and Anderson’s broader message is timeless. A video of her is here.

Always question everything any government does or does not do. Always look for ulterior motives. And always ask cui bono?, who benefits?

Whenever a political elite pushes an agenda this hard, and resort to extortion and manipulation to get their way, you can almost always be sure your benefit is definitely not what they had at heart.

As far as I’m concerned, I will not be vaccinated with anything that has not been properly vetted and tested and has shown no sound scientific evidence that the benefits outweigh the disease itself in possible long-term side effects, which to this day we don’t know anything about.

I will not be reduced to a mere guinea pig by getting vaccinated with an experimental drug, and I will most assuredly not get vaccinated because my government tells me to and promises, in return, I will be granted freedom.

Let’s be clear about one thing: No one grants me freedom for I am a free person.

So, I dare the European Commission and the German government: Throw me in jail, lock me up and throw away the key for all I care. But you will never be able to coerce me into being vaccinated if I, the free citizen that I am, choose not to be vaccinated.

Millions Of Federal Contractors Get More Flexibility Over Vaxx Mandate Enforcement, White House Waffles

New guidance released by the White House on Nov. 1 suggests that federal contractors will have significant leeway in enforcing President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Federal contractors such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, United Airlines, IBM, UPS, and many more employ a significant number of Americans. The new guidance, released on the Safer Federal Workforce website, provides flexibility for those companies to determine how to enforce the mandate.

“A covered contractor should determine the appropriate means of enforcement with respect to its employee at a covered contractor workplace who refuses to be vaccinated and has not been provided, or does not have a pending request for, an accommodation,” according to the guidelines.

On Sept. 9, Biden announced mandates for federal workers, federal contractors, and most health care staff - differing from the forthcoming mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees stipulating that workers either get the vaccine or submit to weekly testing. Federal contractors have no option to be tested, and the only way by which workers can opt out is by seeking a medical or religious exemption.

“Covered contractors are expected to comply with all requirements set forth in their contract,” the White House said.
“Where covered contractors are working in good faith and encounter challenges with compliance with COVID-19 workplace safety protocols, the agency contracting officer should work with them to address these challenges.

“If a covered contractor is not taking steps to comply, significant actions, such as termination of the contract, should be taken.”

And a federal agency “may determine that a covered contractor employee who refuses to be vaccinated in accordance with a contractual requirement pursuant to [Biden’s executive order] will be denied entry to a Federal workplace, consistent with the agency’s workplace safety protocols,” it said.

For workers who don’t want to get the vaccine, “a limited period of counseling and education, followed by additional disciplinary measures” may be necessary, according to the White House.

“Removal occurs only after continued noncompliance.”

The guidance also lays out requirements for federal employees and contractors to provide proof of vaccination and says “an attestation of vaccination by the covered contractor employee is not an acceptable substitute for documentation of proof of vaccination.”

Under the guidance, a covered contractor is responsible for considering requests from employees for religious exemptions from vaccination. If a federal agency is considered a “joint employer” then the agency and contractor should review and consider what, if any, accommodation they should offer.

The guidance says it is promulgated pursuant to federal law and supersedes any contrary state or local law or ordinance.

It came after the head of a trade association suggested that some companies might terminate their contracts with the federal government ahead of a Dec. 8 deadline.

Bill Sullivan, a vice president with the American Trucking Associations (ATA), suggested in an interview over the weekend that some firms likely won’t follow the mandate and will instead just drop their contracts with the government, saying that the potential loss of workers would be too great. Should those companies scrap their agreements, it will be harder for the federal government to move military vehicles, transport the National Guard, and transport food to troops around the United States.

“I am confident but with heavy heart recognize a vaccine mandate will mean less capacity for the government as a customer of freight,” Sullivan told Politico on Oct. 31.

“It has the potential to seriously impact military readiness,” he said of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate announced by Biden on Sept. 9.

The Biden administration, he said, is using a one-size-fits-all strategy to mandate vaccines for Americans and suggested that officials didn’t think of all the possible scenarios that could have emerged.

“I feel like the president has tried to be beautifully simple like this could apply to everybody, and by doing that, there will be an impact,” Sullivan told the outlet.

Previously, the American Trucking Associations, the Cargo Air Association, and other trade groups have issued letters making ominous predictions about fallout associated with the vaccine mandate. They warned that the already stretched-thin supply chain would be subject to further strain as some workers will be laid off or will simply quit over the mandate.

Other than mandating vaccinations for federal contractors and workers, the president also announced he would direct the Labor Department to create a rule mandating vaccines or regular testing for businesses with 100 or more workers, potentially affecting as many as 80 million private-sector employees.

White House officials have expressed confidence that workers—when faced with the mandate—would instead opt in. Last week, COVID-19 response coordinator Jeff Zients told reporters at a news conference that after United Airlines and Tyson Foods announced their respective vaccine mandates, it pushed both companies’ vaccination rates to more than 90 percent.

Zients also offered some reassurance last week that the mandate shouldn’t disrupt services as the holiday season approaches.

“These processes play out across weeks, not days,” Zients said about a week ago.

“And so, to be clear, we’re creating flexibility within the system. We’re offering people multiple opportunities to get vaccinated. There is not a cliff here.”

But Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo signaled the White House won’t delay its plans around vaccine mandates. In an interview on Oct. 31 with CBS News, Raimondo said that a delay “would be a big mistake” and again stressed that the only way the U.S. economy will recover is by having every worker get vaccinated.

Over the recent weekend, 10 attorneys general in Republican-led states filed a legal complaint against the Biden administration’s federal contractor mandate, arguing that the move is tantamount to a “power grab” and would imperil the U.S. economy.

White House and ATA officials didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.

The CDC caused an uproar in early September 2021, after it changed its definitions of “vaccination” and “vaccine.” For years, the CDC had set definitions for vaccination/vaccine that discussed immunity. This all changed on September 1, 2021.

The prior CDC Definitions of Vaccine and Vaccination (August 26, 2021):

Vaccine: A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.

Vaccination: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.

The CDC Definitions of Vaccine and Vaccination since September 1, 2021:

Vaccine: A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but some can be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.

Vaccine: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease.

This caused quite the controversy. Representative Paul Massie was among the first to observe the change, noting the definition went from “immunity” to “protection”.



To many observers, it appeared the CDC changed the definitions because of the waning effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines. The effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine falls over time, with an Israeli study reported in August 2021 as showing the vaccine being “only 16% effective against symptomatic infection for those individuals who had two doses of the shot back in January.” The CDC recognizes their waning effectiveness, thus explaining their promotion of booster shots.

Of course, the usual suspects defended the CDC. The Washington Post, for example, cast doubt that the CDC changed the definition because of issues with the COVID-19 vaccines. The CDC tried to downplay the change, stating “slight changes in wording over time … haven’t impacted the overall definition.”

Internal CDC E-Mails
CDC emails we obtained via the Freedom of Information Act reveal CDC concerns with how the COVID-19 vaccines didn’t match the CDC’s own definition of “vaccine”/“vaccination”. It was the CDC’s Ministry of Truth hard at work in the face of legitimate public questions.

In one August 2021 e-mail, a CDC employee cited to complaints that “Right-wing covid-19 deniers are using your ‘vaccine’ definition to argue that mRNA vaccines are not vaccines…”



After taking some suggestions, the CDC’s Lead Health Communication Specialist went up the food chain to propose changes to the definitions: “I need to update this page Immunization Basics | CDC since these definitions are outdated and being used by some to say COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition.”



Getting no response, there was a follow-up e-mail a week later: “The definition of vaccine we have posted is problematic and people are using it to claim the COVID-19 vaccine is not a vaccine based on our own definition.”



The change of the “vaccination” definition was eventually approved on August 31. The next day, on September 1, they approved the change to the “vaccine” definition from discussing immunity to protection (seen below).



There you have it. Affirmative action for the multinational corporations. Why have them improve their vaccines when you can just change the definition of vaccine to fit their ineffective vaccines?

Three New York nurses who objected to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine due to their religious beliefs have taken their case to the U.S. Supreme Court. That’s a result of a federal appellate panel striking down an injunction late last week against a statewide order requiring medical professionals working with patients to be vaccinated.

Lawyers representing Diane Bono, Michelle Melendez and Michelle Synakowski filed an emergency application for an injunction against the vaccine mandate as they ask the nation's highest court to review the case. The plaintiffs are members of We the Patriots USA, a nonprofit that seeks to protect and defend individual rights. The group is also listed as a plaintiff in the case.

The filing appeared on the U.S. Supreme Court’s docket Tuesday evening.

“We will have already begun planning our next move if this step fails, but we remain optimistic that the United States Supreme Court will put a stop to this blatant religious discrimination in New York,” attorney Cameron Atkinson wrote in a blog post.

All three have objections to taking the existing COVID-19 vaccines because they were either developed with or tested against cell lines derived from aborted fetal cells.

Their case, initially filed in U.S. District Court for New York’s Eastern District, was combined at the appellate level with a case in New York’s Northern District federal court. The 17 healthmcare workers in that case won the statewide injunction last month that prompted the state’s appeal.

The filing before the U.S. Supreme Court said that Bono, who has worked for nearly 40 years, lost her job after Northwell Health because of the state’s order.

Melendez is currently on medical leave from Northwell but fears being let go because of her unvaccinated status.

Synakowski received a religious exemption from St. Joseph’s Hospital before the state amended its mandate in late August. The hospital rescinded its exemption after the state removed the faith-based exemption from the order in late August.

Synakowski faced termination on Sept. 21, but the restraining order and ensuing injunction in the Northern District led the hospital to reinstate the exemption.

However, last Friday’s Second Circuit Court of Appeals decision means she faces termination once again.

In remanding the cases back to their respective district courts, the circuit court panel ruled that New York officials had the right to remove the exemption. In addition, the state also argued that private employers did not have to terminate unvaccinated workers. Instead, employers could assign them work that does not involve direct contact with patients.

In a statement after the panel’s ruling, Gov. Kathy Hochul said the order was necessary as the state continues to deal with the pandemic and the more contagious delta variant.

“On Day One, I pledged as Governor to battle this pandemic and take bold action to protect the health of all New Yorkers,” she said. “I commend the Second Circuit’s findings affirming our first-in-the-nation vaccine mandate, and I will continue to do everything in my power to keep New Yorkers safe.”

Lawyers with the Thomas More Society, the nonprofit law firm representing the 17 health care workers in northern New York, were not immediately available for comment.

Similar to the arguments made in the Northern District case, attorneys for the three nurses said they have had their First Amendment rights violated since the state has maintained exemptions for those unvaccinated due to medical concerns.

“Rather than create a system of reasonable accommodation, they have created a system of unreasonable termination,” the emergency application stated.

The nation’s top court recently decided against hearing a similar case involving health care workers in Maine as only three justices agreed to proceed. It requires four justices to agree for a case to proceed.

Lawyers for the three nurses told the court they believe there is a difference between their case and the one from Maine.

“The change has its roots in the Respondents’ hostility toward the particular religious beliefs that the Applicants hold, and this key difference,” the application stated.

100 Percent Fed Up – After re-analyzing a study performed by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researchers, a peer-reviewed study has called for the “immediate withdrawal of mRNA COVID vaccines for pregnant women, those breastfeeding, those of childbearing age and children after their shocking study reveals stunning results of pregnant mRNA vaccinated women: 92% of the women had a spontaneous miscarriage in the first 13 weeks…while 81.9% of women who received the mRNA COVID vaccine had a spontaneous miscarriage in the first 20 weeks.

The study warns that the conclusions of the Shimabukuro study that support the use of the mRNA vaccine in early pregnancy, which has now been hastily incorporated into many international guidelines for vaccine use, ignores the horrors of thalidomide, a drug commonly taken by pregnant women in the late ’50s and early ’60s to prevent nausea during pregnancy. Thalidomide ended up causing severe birth defects in thousands of children, including scores of children being born without limbs

The use of mRNA vaccines in pregnancy is now generally considered safe for protection against COVID-19 in countries such as New Zealand, USA, and Australia. However, the influential CDC- sponsored article by Shimabukuro et al. (2021) used to support this idea, on closer inspection, provides little assurance, particularly for those exposed in early pregnancy. The study presents falsely reassuring statistics related to the risk of spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy, since the majority of women in the calculation were exposed to the mRNA product after the outcome period was defined (20 weeks’ gestation).

In this article, we draw attention to these errors and recalculate the risk of this outcome based on the cohort that was exposed to the vaccine before 20 weeks’ gestation. Our re-analysis indicates a cumulative incidence of spontaneous abortion 7 to 8 times higher than the original authors’ results

(p < 0.001) and the typical average for pregnancy loss during this time period. In light of these findings, key policy decisions have been made using unreliable and questionable data. We conclude that the claims made using these data on the safety of exposure of women in early pregnancy to mRNA-based vaccines to prevent COVID-19 are unwarranted and recommend that those policy decisions be revisited.

The study indicates that at least 81.9% (≥ 104/127) experienced spontaneous abortion following mRNA exposure before 20 weeks, and 92.3% (96/104) of spontaneous abortions occurred before 13 weeks’ gestation

We question the conclusions of the Shimabukuro et al.[4] study to support the use of the mRNA vaccine in early pregnancy, which has now been hastily incorporated into many international guidelines for vaccine use, including in New Zealand.[1] The assumption that exposure in the third trimester cohort is representative of the effect of exposure throughout pregnancy is questionable and ignores past experience with drugs such as thalidomide.[38] Evidence of safety of the product when used in the first and second trimesters cannot be established until these cohorts have been followed to at least the perinatal period or long-term safety determined for any of the babies born to mothers inoculated during pregnancy. Additionally, the product’s manufacturer, Pfizer, contradicts these assurances, stating: “available data on Comirnaty administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine- associated risks in pregnancy”, and “it is not known whether Comirnaty is excreted in human milk” as “data are not available to assess the effects of Comirnaty on the breastfed infant” (page 14).[39]

Pfizer, it was noted, says on its vaccine’s label that the available data on the vaccine “administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine-associated risks in pregnancy.”

Due to the nature of the mRNA vaccine roll-out, healthcare providers need to report any issues in pregnancy to further determine the safety of this product. Caution should be exercised in the administration of vaccines in pregnancy, as indicated by the possible association between the exposure to influenza vaccines containing H1N1pdm09 (2010–11 and 2011–12) and spontaneous abortion.[40] Considering the evidence presented here, we suggest the immediate withdrawal of mRNA vaccine use in pregnancy (Category X)[41] and those breastfeeding, alongside the withdrawal of mRNA vaccines to children or those of child-bearing age in the general population, until more convincing data relating to the safety and long-term impacts on fertility, pregnancy and reproduction are established in these groups.

Editor’s Note 2: On June 24, 2021, Dr. Shimabukuro also presented data from the Vaccine Safety Datalink to the US Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and concluded that the system captured no (zero) serious adverse events or deaths that could be attributed to the COVID-19 vaccine. On June 10, 2021, Dr. Shimabukuro reported no increased risk of myocarditis using data from the VSD to the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC). Soon after these presentations, US FDA issued an advisory on the risk of myocarditis and pericarditis from the Pfizer/Biontech Bnt162b2/Comirnaty vaccine.The information present to ACIP was critical in their decision on vaccine recommendations. I have addressed the absence of and failure of “pharmacovigilance” in a recent Editorial in this journal.

Epoch Times reports –
The study, though, was corrected last month after concerns were raised by a researcher in Belgium. The CDC scientists acknowledged they should have made clear that they could not accurately calculate a risk estimate for miscarriages because follow-up data was not yet available for most of the women.

The correction resolved some of the issues, but there are still more, according to Dr. Simon Thornley, a senior lecturer in the University of Auckland’s Section of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Dr. Aleisha Brock, another researcher in New Zealand.

The CDC researchers concluded their findings didn’t show any obvious safety signals among pregnant women who received the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. They said their findings did not necessarily represent the position of the CDC, but the agency links to the study on its website and used it to promote vaccination in pregnant women, and a query sent to the study’s main author was forwarded to a CDC spokeswoman, who pointed to an August statement regarding the study.

“We are aware that some of the data has been used to calculate a higher rate of miscarriage. This is not an appropriate calculation based on the data available because more than 1,000 pregnancies were ongoing, and their outcome data was not available at the time of the report. About 10–25 [percent] of known pregnancies end in miscarriage. CDC experts will continue to study the effects of COVID-19 vaccination on pregnancies and closely monitor any safety concerns,” the agency said at the time.

The spokeswoman also referred to two research letters regarding pregnant women and COVID-19 vaccines that have since been published. One was from CDC researchers who said the estimated risk of miscarriages following vaccination was within the range of miscarriages that actually occur. The other, from outside researchers, studied CDC data and reached a similar conclusion.

“These findings are reassuring and can help inform discussions about COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy between pregnant people and their healthcare providers,” the spokeswoman said, adding that “Growing evidence about the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy demonstrates that the benefits of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine outweigh any known or potential risks.”

The CDC recommends pregnant women get a COVID-19 vaccine, with few exceptions.

Thornley is not so sure. He said the studies do show no increased risk in getting the vaccine, but there are some questions regarding the selection of participants.

“There are at least some questions related to the selection of participants which are an issue for case-control studies, compared to a cohort analysis such as that found in the CDC data. The data which addresses this issue of safety, particularly with regard to exposure to mRNA vaccines early in pregnancy, is sparse, from published evidence, and I would question anyone who believes it is in any way conclusive,” he told The Epoch Times.

“Since the risk of fatality or severe outcome following COVID-19 infection is generally extremely low for younger people, including those who are pregnant, we caution against the use of the vaccine, given the substantial uncertainty that exists,” he added.

Morning shows on major networks like Good Morning America, who notoriously push propaganda for the Left featured a piece in February 2021 on a clinical trial by Pfizer used to study pregnant women who get the COVID jab.

After this afternoon’s article from a Navy Officer who is challenging the COVID-19 vaccine mandate in the military, a US Marine Officer sent us information he had gathered on the issue.

This afternoon we reported on a Navy Officer’s information showing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate is not legal.

Here is what our marine friend shared.

I believe that the Navy/Marine Corps leadership and our senior Navy Medical professionals have not met their responsibility to adequately read and follow standing statutory law, DoD and service-specific orders and instructions. As a result, may have promulgated an order that results in personal detriment, harm, or injury to a subordinate Service member; and is a violation of law or regulation; unauthorized; arbitrary, capricious, or an abuse of discretion; or unjust by virtue of the circumstances and manner in which vaccines have been administered.
He bases his analysis on the similar documents prepared by the Navy officer in the article above. He claims that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is a EUA product, not an FDA-approved product, and has not received full licensure from the FDA.

The Marine Officer claims that any order requiring the administration of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and labeled vaccines as if they were the legal equivalents to the FDA approved COMIRNATY or as if they were, themselves, a licensed vaccine is an unlawful order based on fraud and in violation of the requirements U.S.C. 21, Chapter 9 Sub Chapter V, Part E, Section 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A).

Also, an attorney representing three active-duty Marines with the same issue contacted us.

He stated that we may want to consider an Oct 29, 2021 revision of the FDA’s EUA letter (and Pfizer’s updated EUA vaccine information sheet) which affirmatively discloses that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 and COMIRNATY vaccines are NOT identically formulated, but instead contain different ingredients. They have revised the language to state that they are “analytically comparable.”

This recent development means that the factual “basis” relied upon by the DOD and US Navy is no longer valid. In a recent article, I opined that the state of Nebraska has a duty to prosecute Anthony Fauci and others for their malicious and deceitful suppression of lifesaving, low-cost ivermectin, based upon Nebraska Attorney General Douglas Peterson’s impressive legal opinion in which he documented just how truly safe and effective that drug is for treating COVID-19.

Today I want to discuss the drug Fauci and his co-conspirators in control of our health systems have aggressively pushed instead of ivermectin: Remdevisir. The leading whistleblower on Remdesivir is fellow Brighteon.TV host Dr. Bryan Ardis who makes the following assertions in his public warnings about the drug:

On May 1, 2020, Dr. Fauci released a memo related to the FDA emergency use authorization of Remdesivir in which he said it has been shown to be safe and effective in two studies. Dr. Ardis says that is a brazen lie.

The first was a study of its use against the Ebola virus in 2019. Dr. Ardis says that Remdesivir was by far the least safe and effective of the four drugs in the Ebola trial, and that the one-year study was canceled by safety monitors in August of 2019 after just six months because of a 53.1% mortality rate – not from ineffectively treated Ebola, but from kidney and other organ failure caused by the drug itself.

The second study cited by Fauci as evidence of the safety and effectiveness of Remdesivir was a March 2020 study of 53 people with COVID, done by the owner of the Remdesivir patent, Gilead Sciences, a major pharmaceutical company.

Instead of the 28-day course of Remdesivir used against Ebola, a 10 day course was used. Of 53 people, 23% developed acute kidney and/or liver failure, while another 8% had to be pulled from the study before 10 days with such severe reaction that they needed emergency kidney or transplants or they would die. That’s a combined 31% with life-threatening adverse reactions.

By mandating Redemsivir as the exclusive COVID-19 treatment drug in American hospital protocols instead of ivermectin, Fauci knowingly set up the American population for a massive death toll from kidney and liver failure complications caused by Remdesivir poisoning.

Dr. Ardis explains that kidney failure (especially for those being artificially hydrated by IV bags) causes the body to flood with water internally, including the lungs, creating the condition wrongly characterized as “secondary COVID pneumonia” when in fact people are literally drowning in their own body fluids.

Also in May of 2020, Fauci asked the U.S. government to buy up all the reserves of Remdesivir, for exclusive use in America through 2020. That guaranteed that Americans would be the only population suffering the increased mortality related to Remdesivir – the motive being to heighten fear and urgency among Americans to drive future global vaccine sales [and, I would add, to justify lockdowns, universal mail-out voting and other malfeasance by Dem and RINO politicians to facilitate massive anti-Trump election fraud].

By the end of 2020, the United States, with 4.5% of the world’s population, had 25% of the COVID-19 deaths, 95% of which occurred in U.S. hospitals with Remdesivir protocols that had been proven in the manufacturer’s own study to destroy the kidneys and or livers of 31% of its users (for a disease with a 1% fatality rate globally) . As of today the death toll stands around 720,000, virtually all dying in hospitals from Remdesivir poisoning.

At the close of his summary, Dr. Ardis cited two publicly available government documents that show just how evil Fauci’s actions have been. The first is the National Institutes of Health’s own “Covid 19 Treatment Guidelines” in which ivermectin is listed as the second of three drugs approved for COVID-19 clinical studies, along with links to many studies for each drug.

The second is a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service document titled “New COVID-19 Treatments Add-On Payment (NCTAP),” which offers a 20% bonus payment to hospitals who use Remdesivir instead of other options, complete with billing codes to claim the bonus.

This is the policy that has driven excess mortality among the elderly and infirm, and turned profit-hungry hospital administrators into aggressive enemies of ivermectin advocacy.

After sitting through Dr. Ardis’ interview with righteous anger against Fauci and his co-conspirators building within me, I did some of my own follow-up research.

I looked at several of the ivermectin studies linked from the NIH document and discovered 0% serious adverse effects for ivermectin (nearly across the board) and a much lower mortality rate than Remdesivir, even in patients with severe cases. These studies had smaller samples, so they are not as statistically reliable as bigger studies, but this begs the question why bigger studies were not conducted. I think we know this was to give cover for Fauci and company to dismiss ivermectin as unproven, which they did formally on Feb. 11, 2021, saying, “There is insufficient evidence for the COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel (the Panel) to recommend either for or against the use of ivermectin.” HA! Meanwhile, a great many studies were done of Remdesivir. When I looked at the first two dozen of them linked from the NIH document, I noticed that most of the completed studies did not post the results, which seems suspicious to me.

The first study with results posted was a large one with just under 5,000 participants, led by Kaiser Los Angeles.

Scroll to the middle to see results for the four groups. Mortality rates of 12.5%, 14.21%, 25.24% and 11.73%, respectively, and “Serious Adverse Events” rates at 21.5%, 34.52%, 42.89% and 23.66%.

I then spent just a few minutes researching Gilead and discovered (even on ultra-leftist Wikipedia) the company has a history of serious price gouging, and, on its own website discovered the firm’s board includes at least one Obama-linked member (Welters) and, of all things, an expert on kidney disease (Rodriguez).

All across America are survivors of the hundreds of thousands of men and women killed by the Anthony Fauci mob. While we hold our breath waiting for the Biden Justice Department (or the state AGs) to hold him accountable, some of these citizens should start the ball rolling with wrongful death lawsuits to gather discovery against the hospitals who have profited from their knowing or negligent cooperation with America’s most prolific mass murderer.

Covid Tyranny: Police Storm Famed Swiss Eatery - Arrest and Beat Family Owners (Video)

Swiss police were deployed en masse to take brutal action against a non-compliant entrepreneurial family critical of the state’s mandates.

On Sunday, October 31, 2021, Swiss police stormed the famed Walliserkanne restaurant in Zermatt after the owners refused to enforce the government’s mandate requiring vaccine passports for indoor dining. Dozens of masked armed officers rushed into the famous family-owned establishment to arrest the restaurant’s owners, Patrik Aufdenblatten, his brother Ivan, and their parents, Nelly and Andreas.

According to eyewitnesses, the police physically attacked the family with their “fists and shoes – and without warning.” The family did not fight back. Despite listening to the officer’s commands, Patrick and Ivan’s mother Nelly was “beaten up,” the son Ivan “dislocated” his shoulder, and the father Andreas was “hit in the neck.” Police arrested all three of the family members. Locals at the scene report that there were “50 police officers” involved in the attack.

Famour Eyewitness Reports Attack
Famous hotelier and multimillionaire Mario Julen was on scene at the time of the family’s arrest. He offered to be a mediator between the family and the police.

“We have been friends for generations,” he says. “This is an honorable family, a great taxpayer.”

On Saturday evening, Julen phoned the police chief, asking them not to use any force against the family. On Sunday, he went to the restaurant, which opens at 9:30 a.m; however, it was technically “closed” by the police days before.

Julen witnessed officers surrounding the restaurant. “I went straight to the police and said: Please, don’t use force, I can meditate.” But, instead, the police wanted to arrest him immediately and forbade him to use his cell phone.

The police attacked the family members, reports the double vaccinated hotelier, “they beat them up, and used brute force.” Then, police arrested the family without warning them or reading their right aloud. “Something like that is not justifiable in the constitutional state of Switzerland,” explains Julen.

This past Friday, police closed the restaurant down. On Saturday, authorities returned to seal the area and placed cement blocks in front of the establishment.

However, restaurant owners Patrik and Ivan were not deterred and opened the restaurant to guests.

Police have continually harassed and fined the brothers for ignoring the state’s unscientific coronavirus mandates and proof of vaccination certificates. Since September 13, 2021, when Switzerland introduced certificate requirements, the restaurant operators have refused to demand papers from their guests and allow employees to ignore the mask mandates. The public prosecutor initiated a criminal investigation against the owners for their disobedience a few weeks ago.

The restaurant’s popularity continued to grow and garnish massive support throughout the country. The brothers were publically critical of the state’s coronavirus measures, speaking of an “apartheid system” and “mask theater.”

Furthermore, they went on several shows to denounce the government’s attacks on citizens and their livelihoods. 'Forgotten' indigenous tribes in the Amazon rainforest have finally been made aware of the global Covid pandemic more than 18 months after the world was plunged into lockdown.

Mariano Quisto, a remote community leader deep in the dense forests of Peru, first learned of the global pandemic in October when health workers arrived by boat at his isolated village with vaccines.

'We didn't know about COVID-19. This is the first we are hearing about it,' Quisto said through a translator from the village of Mangual, in Peru's vast but sparsely populated Loreto region in the country's north.

Government health workers and International Red Cross members arrived in Quisto's Urarina indigenous community last month after a three-day boat ride along rivers starting from the Amazonian city of Iquitos, the world's largest metropolis that is unreachable by road.

In Mangual, the village highest up the river, residents hunt and fish for food and live in wooden stilt houses with no electricity, and many common ailments

Connection with the outside world is minimal and the local language developed in isolation over centuries.

'Brigades haven't come here in many years. These communities are really forgotten,' said Gilberto Inuma, president of Fepiurcha, an organization advocating for Urarina rights.

The broader Urarina indigenous group, one of Peru's most insular, has just 5,800 people, official data show.

But not all communities have been spared from the knowledge, or impact, of the pandemic with at least five Urarina people having died from the virus.

The trip upriver underscores the challenges of vaccinating remote indigenous communities in Peru and beyond, as well as gaps in wider healthcare access for remote groups.

Many community members complained that what they really needed was better continuous healthcare services.

In the village with no doctors, ailments include headaches, diarrhea, malaria and conjunctivitis, Quisto said.

'We don't know how to take care of our patients. That's our worry.'

Indigenous communities, especially in the Amazon, have some of Peru's lowest vaccination rates, said Julio Mendigure, who heads health policy for the groups at the country's health ministry.

Less than 20% of them have been fully vaccinated, compared to around half for the country as a whole, he said.

'When you look at that number, you have to remember that to administer both doses, teams have to travel 4-5 hours. That's in the best case scenario,' Mendigure explained.

Reaching Mangual required 26 hours of travel over three days along rivers that at times dry up or are blocked with fallen trees.

The boat included a blue cooler box carrying 800 doses of China's Sinopharm vaccine, refrigerated with dry ice.

A team will return in November to give second doses after administering over 600 inoculations.

'I decided to get the vaccine so that I don't get sick,' said one Urarina woman who was inoculated and asked not to be named because the community so infrequently speaks to outsiders.

'Because it's possible if traders come to visit they will bring the disease and pass it on.'
