Intrastate travel within Australia is also severely restricted. And the government of South Australia, one of the country’s six states, developed and is now testing an app as Orwellian as any in the free world to enforce its quarantine rules. Returning travelers quarantining at home will be forced to download an app that combines facial recognition and geolocation. The state will text them at random times, and thereafter they will have 15 minutes to take a picture of their face in the location where they are supposed to be. Should they fail, the local police department will be sent to follow up in person. “We don’t tell them how often or when, on a random basis they have to reply within 15 minutes,” Premier Steven Marshall explained. “I think every South Australian should feel pretty proud that we are the national pilot for the home-based quarantine app.”

All diplomats attending the UN general assembly in New York next week will have to provide proof of vaccination, the city government has confirmed, prompting an angry response from Russia.
Delegates must be vaccinated to enter the debate hall, the mayor’s office told the assembly president in a letter dated 9 September.
They must also be vaccinated if they want to eat or exercise indoors, the letter added.
New York began enforcing a vaccine mandate on Monday, requiring proof of at least one shot for many indoor activities, including restaurants and entertainment venues.
The letter signed by New York City’s health commissioner and confirmed by his spokesman said the UN debate hall was classified as a “convention center”, meaning all attendees must be vaccinated.
“They must also show proof of vaccination prior to dining, drinking or exercising indoors on the UN campus, and in order to partake in all of New York City’s wonderful entertainment, dining and fitness activities,” he said.
Russia’s ambassador requested an urgent Thursday meeting of the general assembly to discuss the move.
Vassily Nebenzia wrote to assembly president Abdulla Shahid Wednesday saying he had been “very much surprised and disappointed” by a letter Shahid wrote to members in which he supported the proof of vaccination requirement.
“We strongly object that only people with a proof of vaccination should be admitted to the GA hall,” Nebenzia wrote in the letter seen by AFP.
He described it as “a clearly discriminatory measure”, adding that preventing delegates to access the hall was a “clear violation of the UN charter”.
The letter also reminded diplomats that New York state requires everyone to wear masks on public transport.
“New York City strongly encourages universal mask use indoors regardless of vaccination status,” the note added.
The 76th session of the general assembly starts on Tuesday and finishes the following Monday.
It will be a combined in-person and remote event after last year’s version took place virtually because of the pandemic.
New York accepts all vaccines that have been approved by either the World Health Organization or America’s federal Food and Drug Administration.

Abstract
Background:
Repurposed medicines may have a role against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The antiparasitic ivermectin, with antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, has now been tested in numerous clinical trials.
Areas of uncertainty:
We assessed the efficacy of ivermectin treatment in reducing mortality, in secondary outcomes, and in chemoprophylaxis, among people with, or at high risk of, COVID-19 infection.
Data sources:
We searched bibliographic databases up to April 25, 2021. Two review authors sifted for studies, extracted data, and assessed risk of bias. Meta-analyses were conducted and certainty of the evidence was assessed using the GRADE approach and additionally in trial sequential analyses for mortality. Twenty-four randomized controlled trials involving 3406 participants met review inclusion.
Therapeutic Advances:
Meta-analysis of 15 trials found that ivermectin reduced risk of death compared with no ivermectin (average risk ratio 0.38, 95% confidence interval 0.19–0.73; n = 2438; I2 = 49%; moderate-certainty evidence). This result was confirmed in a trial sequential analysis using the same DerSimonian–Laird method that underpinned the unadjusted analysis. This was also robust against a trial sequential analysis using the Biggerstaff–Tweedie method. Low-certainty evidence found that ivermectin prophylaxis reduced COVID-19 infection by an average 86% (95% confidence interval 79%–91%). Secondary outcomes provided less certain evidence. Low-certainty evidence suggested that there may be no benefit with ivermectin for “need for mechanical ventilation,” whereas effect estimates for “improvement” and “deterioration” clearly favored ivermectin use. Severe adverse events were rare among treatment trials and evidence of no difference was assessed as low certainty. Evidence on other secondary outcomes was very low certainty.
Conclusions:
Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.
INTRODUCTION
To date, very few treatments have been demonstrated to reduce the burden of morbidity and mortality from COVID-19. Although corticosteroids have been proven to reduce mortality in severe disease,1 there has been little convincing evidence on interventions that may prevent disease, reduce hospitalizations, and reduce the numbers of people progressing to critical disease and death.
Ivermectin is a well-known medicine that is approved as an antiparasitic by the World Health Organization and the US Food and Drug Administration. It is widely used in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to treat worm infections.2,3 Also used for the treatment of scabies and lice, it is one of the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines.4 With total doses of ivermectin distributed apparently equaling one-third of the present world population,5 ivermectin at the usual doses (0.2–0.4 mg/kg) is considered extremely safe for use in humans.6,7
In addition to its antiparasitic activity, it has been noted to have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, leading to an increasing list of therapeutic indications.8
Since the start of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, both observational and randomized studies have evaluated ivermectin as a treatment for, and as prophylaxis against, COVID-19 infection. A review by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance summarized findings from 27 studies on the effects of ivermectin for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 infection, concluding that ivermectin “demonstrates a strong signal of therapeutic efficacy” against COVID-19.9
Another recent review found that ivermectin reduced deaths by 75%.10 Despite these findings, the National Institutes of Health in the United States recently stated that “there are insufficient data to recommend either for or against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19,”11 and the World Health Organization recommends against its use outside of clinical trials.12
Ivermectin has exhibited antiviral activity against a wide range of RNA and some DNA viruses, for example, Zika, dengue, yellow fever, and others.13 Caly et al14 demonstrated specific action against SARS-CoV-2 in vitro with a suggested host-directed mechanism of action being the blocking of the nuclear import of viral proteins14,15 that suppress normal immune responses.
However, the necessary cell culture EC50 may not be achievable in vivo.16 Other conjectured mechanisms include inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 3CLPro activity17,18 (a protease essential for viral replication), a variety of anti-inflammatory effects,19 and competitive binding of ivermectin with the viral S protein as shown in multiple in silico studies.20 The latter would inhibit viral binding to ACE-2 receptors suppressing infection. Hemagglutination via viral binding to sialic acid receptors on erythrocytes is a recently proposed pathologic mechanism21 that would be similarly disrupted. Both host-directed and virus-directed mechanisms have thus been proposed, the clinical mechanism may be multimodal, possibly dependent on disease stage, and a comprehensive review of mechanisms of action is warranted.
Developing new medications can take years; therefore, identifying existing drugs that can be repurposed against COVID-19 that already have an established safety profile through decades of use could play a critical role in suppressing or even ending the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Using repurposed medications may be especially important because it could take months, possibly years, for much of the world's population to get vaccinated, particularly among LMIC populations.
Currently, ivermectin is commercially available and affordable in many countries globally.6 A 2018 application for ivermectin use for scabies gives a direct cost of $2.90 for 100 12-mg tablets.22 A recent estimate from Bangladesh23 reports a cost of US$0.60—US$1.80 for a 5-day course of ivermectin. For these reasons, the exploration of ivermectin's potential effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 may be of particular importance for settings with limited resources.24 If demonstrated to be effective as a treatment for COVID-19, the cost-effectiveness of ivermectin should be considered against existing treatments and prophylaxes.
The aim of this review was to assess the efficacy of ivermectin treatment among people with COVID-19 infection and as a prophylaxis among people at higher risk of COVID-19 infection. In addition, we aimed to prepare a brief economic commentary (BEC) of ivermectin as treatment and as prophylaxis for COVID-19.25

On September 9, President Biden announced he would circumvent the democratic process, ordering the Secretary of the Department of Labor to require employers with over 100 workers to “ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.”
This was essential, as Biden said, “to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated workers.”
As we have explained, the Secretary of Labor will issue these regulations through OSHA by way of an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). The ETS would allow the Secretary of Labor to issue the vaccine mandate without the normal administrative rulemaking requirements (like notice and public comment periods).
While the Biden Administration tells the public that there’s no time to waste in issuing the mandate, the truth is that OSHA/Labor failed to argue the necessity of a vaccine mandate since the vaccines have been available – a time period approaching one year. Moreover, the Biden Department of Labor is secretly meeting with the US Chamber of Commerce and business lobbyists to gather support for the mandate. As Bloomberg Law reports:
Why The Vaccine Mandate Is Unconstitutional
As you can imagine, the constitutionality of the vaccine mandate will be litigated as soon as OSHA issues the rules. The media is running interference, telling the public that challenges to the mandate are “unlikely to succeed.”
Do not believe them.
The legality of the vaccine mandate will be assessed under what is called the major rules doctrine (also known as the major questions doctrine). Under this doctrine, the courts look to (1) whether the agency action is a major rule; and (2) whether Congress has clearly authorized the agency action.
As Justice Scalia stated in 2014, “We expect congress to speak clearly if it wishes to assign to an agency decisions of vast ‘economic and political significance.’”
From here we turn to the first question of the major rules doctrine: there is zero doubt that it is a major rule. It would affect the healthcare decisions – and implicate the personal autonomy – of “some 80 million private sector workers.” It is an action never before taken by OSHA, the Department of Labor, and any other federal agency.
It would affect the entire US economy.
In support of my position, we have seen lesser invasive agency rules be determined to be major rules. For example, “rate-regulations” of telephone companies has been held to be a major rule.
MCI Telecommunications Corp. v. American Telephone & Telegraph Co., 512 U.S. 218 (1994).
From there we get to the second question: whether Congress has clearly authorized the Department of Labor/OSHA to mandate vaccines. The answer is no.
If Congress clearly authorized (not just authorized, but clearly authorized) Labor/OSHA to mandate vaccines, then we would have seen such authority in the OSH Act of 1970. Look for yourself – the language isn’t there. Instead, there are general grants of authority to “set mandatory occupational safety and health standards.”
Looking to the history of OSHA, this authority has been understood to regulate employer actions to provide a safe workplace (Benzene limits) or employee actions at work (operation of heavy equipment).
The OSH Act has never been understood historically to include mandatory vaccinations.
This is significant because the Supreme Court recently looked to agency history to determine the CDC lacked the authority to issue its latest eviction mandate.
For an example of “clear authority” relating to public health, look to the authority Congress gave HHS to take action in case of “significant outbreaks of infectious diseases.” Going further, to allow the mandate would be to allow OSHA to require vaccination as a condition of employment.
The OSH Act contains no such language or authority.
So there we have it. This is a “major rule” and Congress has not “clearly authorized” Labor/OSHA to issue a vaccine mandate.
It is an unlawful – and unconstitutional – seizure of authority by the Executive.
Expect further challenges on whether the ETS itself (and the finding of “grave danger”) is legal.
We also observe that we by no means concede Congressional authority to mandate vaccines.
(In other words, Congress could not give OSHA/Labor this authority because Congress has no such authority to give.) You may have seen some pundits argue that the 1905 case of Jacobsen v. Massachusetts gives this authority. These arguments are misplaced, as that was the Supreme Court over 100 years ago considering state, and not federal, authority.
One Final Point – Why Justice Kavanaugh Matters
In 2017, when Justice Kavanaugh was sitting on the DC Circuit, he wrote a dissent from a denial of rehearing en banc, in which he thoroughly summarized the major rules doctrine. He argued that the FCC’s net neutrality rule was unlawful, in that it was a “major rule” that was not clearly authorized by Congress.
Kavanaugh’s 2017 dissent was one of the most (or perhaps the most) comprehensive discussions of the major rules doctrine ever written in the DC Circuit. Kavanaugh went through a number of Supreme Court cases in support of his position and argued the doctrine essential to uphold the separation of powers. To this author, it reveals Kavanaugh values this doctrine and believes it should be applied with vigor.
We see an example of this in Justice Kavanaugh’s concurring opinion in the original application to vacate the stay of the CDC eviction moratorium (June 29, 2021), where Kavanaugh wrote “clear and specific congressional authorization (via new legislation) would be necessary for the CDC to extend the moratorium.”
Whether Kavanaugh has the courage to apply his convictions is another matter.

GOP Senators Demand NIH Provide Answers on Deletion Of COVID-19 Data

A group of Republican senators on Thursday again demanded that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) provide answers to reports that vital COVID-19 data was deleted from a key government database at the request of a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official.
In a follow-up letter (pdf) to NIH Director Francis Collins, Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, and Roger Marshall of Kansas, called on the federal medical research agency to answer questions that they say may shed light on data relating to the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and NIH’s COVID-19 data retention policies.
The lawmakers in their initial letter in June cited a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) article that reported that Chinese researchers “directed” the NIH “to delete gene sequences of early COVID-19 cases from a key scientific database,” called the NIH Sequence Read Archive.
The WSJ article reported that the deleted data includes COVID-19 genomic sequences from viral samples collected in Wuhan in January and February 2020 from hospital patients. The first cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, were reported in Wuhan, China, in late 2019.
At the time, the senators asked Collins to provide a list of explanations focused on the CCP deletion requests, identifying who at NIH has authority to delete such data, the characteristics of the Wuhan samples, and numerous related issues.
On Sept. 8, Collins said, in a reply to the senators, that a review was underway to determine “whether appropriate steps were taken to assess this withdrawal request.”
“[O]n June 28, 2021, we wrote to you requesting answers to seven questions pertaining to the NIH’s role and responsibility with respect to the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) relating to COVID-19 data,” the Republican senators wrote in their letter on Thursday.
The NIH’s Sept. 8 response “failed to fully and completely answer all seven questions and failed to provide the requested records,” they wrote.
“As we have made clear to you, Congress has a constitutional responsibility to engage in oversight of the executive branch and the executive branch has an obligation to Congress and the American people to substantively respond,” the senators continued.
They said that they are reposing the unanswered questions from their June letter, adding that if the NIH is unable to respond to each question and provide the requested records, the agency must explain why that is the case.
The Republican senators are also requesting the results of an independent probe conducted within the NIH over the issue, and that the agency reveal how many researchers and other personnel linked to the CCP have requested that data be deleted from the NIH Sequence Read Archive in the past five years.
“With more than 650,000 American lives lost and trillions of taxpayer dollars spent to support the American people, businesses, and the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, the public deserves to know what their government knows about the origins of this global illness and the research data that it possesses,” a statement from Grassley’s office said.
The Epoch Times has contacted the NIH for comment.

All three major Covid-19 ‘vaccine’ manufacturers have unveiled new names for their ‘fully authorized’ jabs, even as two pharmaceutical companies await FDA approval for their products.
Following the lead of Pfizer/BioNTech, which branded its ‘fully authorized’ (and oddly, unavailable) vaccine “Comirnaty,” the second and third largest manufacturers for Europe and Canada, Moderna and AstraZeneca, are also relabeling their Covid shots.
“The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is Comirnaty, the Moderna vaccine will be named SpikeVax, and the AstraZeneca vaccine will be named Vaxzevria,” Health Canada said in a tweet Thursday.
“These are only name changes. There are no changes to the vaccines themselves,” Health Canada added in an attempt to quell confusion. But even vaccine supporters were confused by the name changes.
That wasn’t the only thing that is raising questions, however. Despite Pfizer having a ‘fully authorized’ vaccine, the vaccine manufacturer admitted that it was still sending the Covid ‘vaccine’ under the label that was initially produced under Emergency Use Authorization in the United States and under Interim Order Authorization in Canada. On Thursday, Pfizer received ‘full authorization’ in Canada, as it stated in a release.
“Pfizer Canada ULC and BioNTech SE today announced that Health Canada has granted full approval (Notice of Compliance or NOC) for COMIRNATY® to prevent COVID-19 in individuals 12 years of age and older,” Pfizer said.
“The vaccine was initially authorized for use in Canada under an Interim Order Authorization on December 9, 2020 and has been referred to as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine,” the release said. “The authorization permitted essential rollout of vaccine doses across Canada to help provide protection during the COVID-19 pandemic, based on preclinical and clinical data, including initial data from the Phase 3 clinical trial.”
“Although the vaccine’s brand name will be COMIRNATY following this approval, Canada will continue to receive vials of the vaccine labeled as Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.,” Pfizer continued. “The formulation for Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is the same formulation as COMIRNATY and they are considered interchangeable by Health Canada to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series. Given the current ongoing pandemic, a gradual transition to new labeling with the COMIRNATY brand name will occur at a later date.”
All three of the vaccine makers’ name changes have been approved for European Union distribution.
“Spikevax it is. Moderna has earned European Medicine Association approval for the brand name of its COVID-19 vaccine, even as it awaits an FDA decision,” Fierce Pharma noted.
“With last week’s official nod in the EU, Moderna’s Spikevax joins Pfizer and BioNTech’s Comirnaty and AstraZeneca’s Vaxzevria with European brand-name approvals,” the report continued. “None of the names is approved in the U.S., though, because the vaccines are still under emergency use authorization rather than bearing full FDA approval.”
“Still, it’s likely the companies are fielding the same brand names in their vaccine applications filed or soon-to-be-filed with the FDA,” the report added.
It is additonally interesting to note how these ‘vaccines’ are described by the European Medicines Agency.
“Spikevax contains a molecule called messenger RNA (mRNA) with instructions for producing a protein from SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19,” EMA said. “Spikevax does not contain the virus itself and cannot cause COVID-19.”
“Vaxzevria is made up of another virus (of the adenovirus family) that has been modified to contain the gene for making a protein from SARS-CoV-2,” the EMA also said. “Vaxzevria does not contain the virus itself and cannot cause COVID-19.”
A closer examination of the documents issued by Pfizer/BioNTech after FDA approval provides some potential insight into why the vaccine makers want a new label for their ‘fully authorized’ vaccines.
“On December 11, 2020, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for emergency use of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID‑19 Vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19 for individuals 16 years of age and older pursuant to Section 564 of the Act,” the FDA stated in a letter to the Global Senior Director of Pfizer Ms. Elaine Harkins. “FDA reissued the letter of authorization on: December 23, 2020, February 25, 2021, May 10, 2021, June 25, 2021, and August 12, 2021.”
“On August 23, 2021, FDA approved the biologics license application (BLA) submitted by BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 in individuals 16 years of age and older.”
PhD. biochemistry and molecular biology student Kathleen Lee picked up on the change in language and decided to press further.
“It’s deceitful,” Lee claimed. “If the vial says Comirnaty- It’s FDA approved. It the vial says Pfizer BioNtech- it’s under EUA and they’re not subject to liability. There’s millions of doses to get rid of first.”
Yet if the next batch of vaccines being dispensed were being produced under the Cominarty label, then that would appear to reconcile the issue.
Except that isn’t the case. Buried deep within the footnotes of the Pfizer-BioNTech documents is one footnote that puts into rather jolting perspective that the currently labeled vaccines are still under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
The profound implications of this admission was mentioned by notable vaccine critic Alex Berenson, formerly of the New York Times and a best-selling author on the subject.
“So now that Come-Here-Naughty is approved (ish), the [Moderna] and [Johnson & Johnson] lose their Emergency Use Authorizations, right?” Berenson asked. “Because there’s an approved alternative and you can’t have an EUA when there are ‘adequate, approved, and available alternatives’.”
“Or is this another reason [the FDA] is going out of its way to say Comirnaty is not available?”
Berenson continued. “[A]lthough COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is approved… there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution to this population.”
Attorney Robert Barnes also addressed the perplexing matter.
When a user questioned his analysis, Barnes countered with an indisputable legal point.
”If the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is a ‘fully authorized’ vaccine, then it should no longer be afforded the liability protections offered by the EUA. The other vaccines should also cease being distributed under an EUA. However, since this is not the case, we can only assume that it continues to be one giant sham.

One reason for the push for COVID vaccination may be to eliminate a potential control group

There are a number of reasons to explain the intense push from the Biden administration and the government medical bureaucracy to get people to take the COVID vaccine. From a wide search of the information available, I find it hard to believe that the actual health of people is one of the reasons.
For example, why demand that people with natural immunity get vaccinated? And why insist on vaccinating children when their risk of serious effects from the virus is minuscule? It makes no scientific sense, especially when the vaccine itself can cause serious health issues for the young.
This brings up one of the less talked about reasons behind the vaccination mania. It's to eliminate a possible control group of non-vaccinated people to which the vaccinated can be compared. Let me explain.
From the highest levels of the government to the public health authorities like the WHO, FDA, and CDC to professional medical groups (American Medical Association, etc.) to the corporate media, the vaccines have been heralded as safe and effective. Already, the health authorities and the medical establishment have had their reputations sullied with their wrong-headed advice on stopping the virus via lockdowns, mask-wearing, and social distancing. And the number of deaths from the Wuhan virus did not come close to matching their early projections even when the actual COVID deaths were greatly inflated.
Now it's down to the vaccines. They already have egg on their faces due to their earlier pronouncements. Now they're desperate that people never find out about the possible damage these inadequately tested vaccines may be inflicting on humanity.
There are already clues that the vaccines are causing many near-immediate adverse effects.
Credible scientists, immunologists, and doctors are also saying even more vaccine damage could surface down the road. This is because the man-made engineered spike protein in the vaccine causes the body to produce more of it, and this toxic protein compromises the immune system as well as weakens other aspects of the body.
The thing about long-term effects, however, is that their cause may not be clear-cut. For example, say a vaccinated person dies of a heart attack two years from now. The death is recorded as a heart attack. But the fatal heart attack might have been brought on by the spike protein acting over time. It's the same with other causes of death and the development of diseases like Parkinson's and so on. This picture is muddled. So can blame be affixed to the vaccine if justified?
Yes. It can be determined statistically, but a control group is needed. It's done by comparing how a sampling of those vaccinated fared compared to a sample of those who weren't. The general statistical approach would be to take a large random sample from the millions who were vaccinated. Call this the experimental group. A control group would also be needed. It would consist of an equal number of randomly selected people from all those who were not vaccinated. Then a comparison is made of how these two groups performed relative to each other at various intervals of time — say, one year, two years, five years, and so on — in terms of mortality and other health factors.
It should be noted that both the experimental and the control groups will have a mix of people.
They will be of various ages, both sexes, races, pre-conditions, etc. But if they're randomly selected and the sample size is large, these differences balance out, meaning that the groups can be statistically compared.
Such a statistical analysis won't tell if any specific person's heart attack was due to the vaccine.
But it will show whether or not the vaccinated population had a higher incidence of heart failure compared to the unvaccinated. That is, if the vaccine had no adverse effect on the heart, then both the vaccinated and the unvaccinated group would have the same rate of heart failure. This is vital public health information, is it not?
It's also exactly what the powers-that-be do not want. They fear that the vaccinated group will have a statistically significant higher mortality as well as rates of serious health conditions down the road than the unvaccinated. If so, this will expose the lies, deceptions, and incompetence of the medical establishment, Big Pharma, and much of the political class. And if the critics of the COVID vaccines are correct, this will be a butcher's bill none of them want to face.
To conclude, if just about everyone gets vaccinated, there can be no control group to make the comparison. Hence, the push is for maximum vaccinations. Of course, the establishment has other ways to muddy the waters even if a control group could be assembled. Public health authorities are the central collection point for data. They can have the data collected (or not collected) in such a way so as to make comparison difficult, if not impossible. But since these people are sincerely interested in the public's health and guided by impartial science, they would never do such a thing just to save face...or would they?

Amidst the wall to wall coverage of all things Covid, consumers of mainstream media will have missed one of the most significant recent decisions within the EU countries.
That was the ruling by the Spanish Supreme Court on August 18 that the imposition of vaccination passports by the regional government of Andalusia was unconstitutional.
The ruling states that insufficient evidence had been presented to justify the requirement for vaccine certification in order to enter bars and nightclubs.
The court stated that the restriction endangers “basic elements of freedoms of movement and the right of assembly.”
The Spanish Supreme Court did not confine its judgement solely to the strictly constitutional aspects of enforcing such passports, but went on to state that using them to restrict entry into public spaces might not only not assist in preventing infections, but might exacerbate the possibility of transmission.
It based that part of the ruling on cited evidence that those who have been fully vaccinated are still capable of contracting and passing on the virus.
One report on the Spanish ruling claimed that its opinion regarding the efficacy of certification is bolstered by the fact that there have been instances where fully vaccinated events have been found to have been at the centre of transmission clusters.
One such was the Boardmasters festival recently held in Cornwall, for which tickets were only sold to people who had an NHS pass proving that they were vaccinated, had already had Covid or had recently tested negatively.
After the event, local media reported that up to 5,000 new cases were potentially connected to the festival.
At present 22 of the 27 EU member states have some form of vaccination certification.
A challenge to the requirement was also taken in France, but courts there have upheld the measure.

Dr. Fauci in a 2019 interview David Rubenstein said face masks are unnecessary and dismissed them as a “paranoid” tool.
At the end of the interview, which aired May 22, 2019, Rubenstein asked Fauci how to best protect himself from an infectious disease.
“And the best way to prevent me from getting an infectious disease and having to have you as my doctor is what – Um, wearing a mask?” Rubenstein queried.
“No, no, no,” Fauci said chuckling.
“If somebody’s getting ready to sneeze or cough, walk away?” Rubenstein added.
“You avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive,” Fauci said before listing common sense actions a person can take to stay healthy.
“A) Good diet. B) You don’t smoke, I know. I know you don’t drink – at least not very much, so that’s pretty good. Get some exercise. I know that you don’t get as much exercise as you should,” Fauci added. “Get good sleep. I think the normal, low tech healthy things are the best things you can do David, to stay healthy.”

Bombshell documents have emerged which reveal how Chinese research funded by a US government agency involved souping up the virus and then transmitting it to "humanised mice".
The documents — released by US Right to Know — show grant applications between 2017 and 2019 by US nonprofit group EcoHealth Alliance which were lodged with White House advisor Dr Fauci Anthony's National Institute of Health (NIH).
The research was carried out in the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China and studied coronavirus found in bats that had been captured in a former copper mine in Mojiang, some 1,118 miles away from the lab.
Richard Ebright, biosafety expert, and professor of chemistry and chemical biology at Rutgers University told The Sun Online the papers show this involved dangerous experiments that may lead to one of the bugs escaping the lab.
The research appears to involve making bat coronaviruses more virulent — potentially having viral loads up to 10,000 times higher than normal.
Mice, which had been "humanised" by splicing them with human tissue, were then infected with the altered virus.
But worryingly, some of the coronaviruses were manipulated to make them extremely hazardous, Dr Ebright warned.
He said: "The documents further reveal that at least three of the laboratory-generated SARS-related coronaviruses exhibited much higher — 10 times to 10,000 times higher — viral load in humanised mice than the starting bat virus from which they were constructed."
The viral load means the souped-up bug may cause a more dangerous infection because of the high amount of virus particles entering the victim's blood or plasma.
Professor Wang Yanyi, the director, has previously denied all allegations of a leak from the Wuhan lab and claimed her facility is "100 per cent" safe - and China has aggressively pushed back against Western allegations.
But Dr Ebright told The Sun Online: "Clearly, a lab leak is the by far most likely explanation for the current pandemic which is further supported by these new documents.
"Any virologist who claims the opposite has now the burden to prove a natural origin.
"In particular, the Chinese researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology have to provide access to their coronavirus database which they deleted in September 2019 as well as to their lab notebooks and safety procedure protocols."
It comes as it emerged twenty-six of the twenty-seven scientists who publicly trashed the Covid lab leak theory reportedly have links to Wuhan researchers.
The group published a letter in March last year denouncing "conspiracy theories" that the virus was made or leaked from the centre in the Chinese city.
Echoing the views of many virus scientists across the world, Professor Nikolai Petrovsky, director of endocrinology at Flinders University in Australia, told The Sun Online the gain-of-function risked a leak via a lab worker.
He said: "The use of humanised mice to study these genetically modified SARSr-CoV viruses would significantly increase the risk of the virus escaping, either through the escape of an infected mouse, risk of an infected mouse transmitting the virus to a human handler by biting or aerosols or improper disposal of an infected mouse."
Dr Roland Wiesendanger, from the University of Hamburg, told The Sun Online: "Clearly, a lab leak is the by far most likely explanation for the current pandemic which is further supported by these new documents.
"Any virologist who claims the opposite has now the burden to prove a natural origin.
"In particular, the Chinese researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology have to provide access to their coronavirus database which they deleted in September 2019 as well as to their lab notebooks and safety procedure protocols."
US Federal funding for gain-of-function experiments that increase the transmissibility or lethality of viruses was temporarily suspended in 2014 because it risked leaking super viruses into the human population and sparking a pandemic.
Funding resumed in late 2017, but only for projects that went through the new Potential Pandemic Pathogens Control and Oversight framework.
That framework includes the Department of Health and Human Services review board evaluating whether grants for the dangerous research were needed and were safely done.
But the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases told the Daily Caller News Foundation that it opted not to flag the EcoHealth Alliance grant because the project "did not involve the enhancement of the pathogenicity or transmissibility of the viruses studied".
Dr Fauci said during a congressional hearing in May that the NIH and NIAID "categorically has not funded gain-of-function research to be conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology".
This led Republican Sen. Rand Paul to send a criminal referral to the Department of Justice in July to probe whether Fauci lied.
'FAUCI LIED — JAIL HIM'
He told Fox News' Sean Hannity that Fauci should be jailed for lying to Congress.
"It's a felony punishable by five years in jail," Paul said.
One of the grant documents was initiated by British zoologist Peter Daszak, president of the US-based EcoHealth Alliance, who was part of the WHO mission to investigate the origins of Covid-19.
The 55-year-old has a close relationship with the lab's chief Dr Shi Zhengli - dubbed "Batwoman" — and was last year jovially tweeting about singing karaoke with her and "partying in a bat cave" amid the pandemic.
He has strongly condemned any suggestion that the virus came from the institute.
And had also previously denied that live bats were being studied at WIV — only for footage to emerge appearing to show the animals being handled at the lab.
Dr Daszak has now "recused himself" from the inquiry by leading medical journal the Lancet after he failed to declare ties to the Wuhan Laboratory of Virology, which was conducting research into coronaviruses in bats.

One in three people who survived COVID-19 suffered from long COVID, according to a study of Long Beach residents published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday.
The study found that these long COVID patients reported at least one symptom of COVID-19 two months after first testing positive for the coronavirus.
There were higher rates of long COVID among people 40 or older, women, people with preexisting health conditions and Black residents, according to the study, conducted by UC Davis epidemiologists and the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services.
The survey was based on the responses of 366 adults in Long Beach who tested positive for the virus last year, before vaccinations were authorized for emergency use and began to be rolled out to healthcare workers.
The study found that 35% of survey responders reported at least one ongoing symptom of COVID-19 two months after the initial positive test.
Fatigue was reported by 17% of those long COVID patients; difficulty breathing and loss of taste or smell were reported by 13%; and muscle or joint pain was reported by 11%.
The study authors said the results are important to help experts “develop efforts to prioritize prevention and treatment strategies for” populations at higher risk of long COVID.
The study’s results are limited by the relatively small number of people surveyed, and it wasn’t possible to attribute symptoms to COVID-19 versus those that existed before coronavirus infection. It’s also possible that people with long COVID symptoms were more likely to respond to the survey, according to the report, making the study potentially overstate the problem.
“Further research, including research over longer periods, is warranted,” the study said.
The study was published in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
Experts say that vaccination not only reduces the chance of falling ill with COVID-19, but it probably also reduces the chance of enduring long COVID should a vaccinated person contract a breakthrough infection.
Vaccinated people are far less likely to be infected or get severely ill from COVID-19 than unvaccinated people.
“If the virus can’t take hold in your body — if it can’t get into your system and if it can’t start replicating — then it doesn’t have a chance to get to the point where you might translate into having long-haul symptoms," Dr. Christina Ghaly, the L.A. County director of health services, said this year.

Fatigue was reported by 17% of those long COVID patients; difficulty breathing and loss of taste or smell were reported by 13%; and muscle or joint pain was reported by 11%.
The study authors said the results are important to help experts “develop efforts to prioritize prevention and treatment strategies for” populations at higher risk of long COVID.
The study’s results are limited by the relatively small number of people surveyed, and it wasn’t possible to attribute symptoms to COVID-19 versus those that existed before coronavirus infection. It’s also possible that people with long COVID symptoms were more likely to respond to the survey, according to the report, making the study potentially overstate the problem.
“Further research, including research over longer periods, is warranted,” the study said.
The study was published in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
Experts say that vaccination not only reduces the chance of falling ill with COVID-19, but it probably also reduces the chance of enduring long COVID should a vaccinated person contract a breakthrough infection.
Vaccinated people are far less likely to be infected or get severely ill from COVID-19 than unvaccinated people.
“If the virus can’t take hold in your body — if it can’t get into your system and if it can’t start replicating — then it doesn’t have a chance to get to the point where you might translate into having long-haul symptoms," Dr. Christina Ghaly, the L.A. County director of health services, said this year.

Organizers of the New York City Freedom Rally have been protesting weekly since the start of the coronavirus lockdown in March 2020, demanding the government reopen their city and relinquish mask mandates.
A few hundred patriots, at most, attended the rallies in the notoriously liberal city at the start of the pandemic, while the majority of New Yorkers complied with the mask requirements, the quarantine restrictions that singlehandedly destroyed the US economy and put millions out of work as they provided COVID contract tracers their personal information each time they stepped into a restaurant.
Now that the city has begun enforcing its Covid-19 vaccine passport program, known as “Key to NYC,” for most indoor activities, New York City’s Freedom Rally, a chapter of the Worldwide Demonstration campaign, is picking up steam.
The People’s eyes are open, they can see through the outright lies and they’ve had enough of the illogic.
Tens of thousands will protest against vaccine passports in New York’s Times Square on Saturday and rallying is just the first step we are taking towards ending the tyranny, Eric Grassi, an organizer of New York’s Freedom Rally told the Gateway Pundit.
“We are banding together to stop this,” he said. “This movement is growing rapidly because the fire departments, the teachers’ unions, our troops, the hospital workers – none of these people want this injection. They know what’s in it. It’s causing tremendous death and devastation across the world. The injection of children is an absolute criminal act – a capital crime. Plus, the vaccination programs are driving new forms are driving and developing new forms of the disease.
“We must stop and end all vaccine mandates. They are overthrowing medical ethics, which allows the individual to decide if they want medical treatment. This is an absolute violation of our fundamental rights. The coronavirus is biological and psychological warfare on humanity – that was obvious from the beginning. Rallying is just the first step towards ending this tyranny.
There was no pandemic.”
“There are worldwide demonstrations going on. Our goal is to evict the perpetrators of this crime from their political offices,” Rassi said. “These arrogant people – De Blasio, Fauci, Biden – then need to be stopped. It’s apparent – criminal politicians conspired a world coup d’etat at pandemic planning conferences. They have planned this entire operation down to the fine, exact details of what they rolled out. This is a world takeover. It’s a world coup d’etat.
“They shut down and devastated New York for no reason. They just wrecked the city. They drove thousands of businesses out of business, and they just ruined hundreds of thousands of jobs. They closed whole sectors of the city’s economy permanently. They closed half the bars and restaurants in New York permanently. The economy of NY is a shadow of its former self.
This is just one microcosmic example of what’s happening across the globe.”
Approximately 3,000 patriots attended the New York Freedom Rally on Monday as they marched across the Brooklyn bridge as they chanted, “Save New York,” “No vaccine mandates,” “Fire Fauci for crimes against humanity” and “**** the vaccine!”

The group intends to greet Joe Biden on =with a massive protest when he arrives in New York next to deliver his first speech before the United Nations General Assembly since taking office.

Dozens of Disney World employees, fondly known as “cast members,” marched inside the park to protest the company’s vaccine mandate on Friday.
The deadline for employees to be vaccinated, or lose their jobs, is on Saturday.
Nick Caturano, the organizer of the protest, said that he and his fellow cast members are “resisting the forced vaccinations for a variety of reasons including health concerns, religious beliefs, natural immunity, and a principled commitment to maintaining control over their own health care.”
Caturano has worked at the park for 16 years and has now launched the website GoofyVaccine.com to appeal to Disney and provide resources for their 60,000 other employees.
“We understand that COVID-19 is a very real health concern that we all have to take seriously,” Caturano told Fox 35 Orlando, “but many cast members have a legitimate basis for refusing vaccination.”
“So many cast members felt alone and felt like they were the only ones who thought this was wrong,” Caturano continued. “I think we were made to feel that way on purpose. But we have connected now, and we are pushing back.”
Caturano explained that “people feel really strongly against it, but they also love their jobs at Disney and don’t want to lose them.”
He hopes the company will consider a moratorium of 60 days, “so that we can reevaluate, and we can make an informed decision… rather than a rash, emotional, fear-driven decision, which is what I feel this is,” he said.

On Friday an FDA advisory panel declined to endorse authorization the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid booster shot for people aged 16 or older.
The panel voted 16-2 to reject extra doses of an experimental vaccine, citing insufficient data from incomplete clinical trials and the potential risk of heart inflammation – especially among young men.
The FDA hearing prior to the decision was stunning. The hearing was 8 hours long and it included SHOCKING testimony from American doctors.
Dr. Joseph Fraiman, MD told the FDA on Friday that government does not have data to show the vaccine was more beneficial than it is harmful for teenage boys.
Dr. Fraiman told the FDA panel he has NOT seen that those who show vaccine hesitancy are uninformed. “That is not what I’ve seen… The vaccine hesitant I’ve met in the ER are more aware of the vaccine studies and more aware of their own COVID risks than the doctors do. For example, many of my nurses refuse the COVID vaccine despite seeing more COVID deaths and devastation than most people have.”
Dr. Fraiman went on to say he cannot assure a nurse associate who is 30 that the vaccines are safer than catching the virus is for a healthy woman her age.
Steve Kirsch, the Executive Director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund was up next to testify before the FDA. Kirsch argued the vaccines kill more people than they save.
Kirsh pointed out that there patients were 71 times more likely to suffer a heart attack after taking the vaccine than those taking other vaccines. 20 died from the drug, 14 from the placebo.
Kirsh argued that the vaccine killed more people than saved lives.
Myocarditis affected 1 in 1,000 who took the vaccine.
Steve Kirsch also pointed out that early treatments are more successful than boosters, noting that cases in Israel are at an all-time high and cases in Uttar Pradesh, India where they administer Ivermectin, the cases are nearly non-existent today.

A spokesperson for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s office said that more than half of those who are seeking monoclonal antibody treatment in the south of Florida are “fully vaccinated” individuals amid supply issues.
Florida, she wrote hours earlier, “is above average in vaccination rate” and that “more than half of the patients in south Florida getting monoclonal antibody treatment are vaccinated and have breakthrough infections. Vaccinated or unvaccinated - Denying treatment to Covid patients is wrong.”
Monoclonal antibodies are engineered immune system proteins that boost an immune response against an infection.
Earlier this week, the White House and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced plans to control the U.S. monoclonal antibody supply due to distribution issues. According to HHS’s website in a Sept. 13 update, the agency “will determine the weekly amount of mAb products each state and territory receives based on COVID-19 case burden and [monoclonal antibody treatment] utilization.”
A spokesperson for HHS told CNN that Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana are using 70 percent of the supply of the drug.
Before the change, states and hospitals could purchase the antibodies on their own without going through the federal government.
On Thursday, DeSantis’s office said the state would deal directly with GlaxoSmithKline, a maker of monoclonal antibody infusion treatments.
“The Biden administration and their allies in media have claimed that Florida is using too much monoclonal treatment because of a low vaccination rate,” Pushaw told The Epoch Times on Thursday, “and Biden has lashed out at Governor DeSantis for opposing the tyrannical federal vaccine mandate.”

They are only intended to poison, mutate, cause genetic mutations, and kill adults and children. They contain advanced medical technologies called lipid nanoparticles that are made of hydrogel, which contains graphene oxide (poison to humans). . . . There are strong immunosuppressants, different types of chemotherapies that could suppress your immune system while being injected by something that is going to highjack your immune system . . . . and actually produce this disease causing genetic material that can cause cancers, inflammatory diseases, genetic disorders, infertility and etc. That’s when I cried, not for myself or my family, but for God’s children basically.”
New research has come out this week from pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole, and he is seeing cancers in the fully vaccinated 20 times higher than normal. Kingston is not surprised and says, “I believe that’s (20 fold increase of cancers) a very conservative estimate as far as the increase of cancers we are going to witness in people who are injected with these ‘Emergency Use Authorization’ injections. What happened with the FDA is they violated their own laws. . . . They actually have to prove that they have done all the tests and prove there is minimal risk to humans. That would be the pre-clinical testing or the animal testing, but they skipped the animal testing . . .”
Kingston says another bad side effect of the CV19 vaccinations is Erectile Dysfunction or ED, but it doesn’t stop there. Kingston explains, “Erectile Dysfunction, I believe, is a very common side effect in men with these mRNA vaccines. Why? Because they cause the proliferation or production of spike protein. What do these spike proteins do? . . . They cause blood clotting.
According to the FDA, this is called disseminated thrombolytic coagulation. This is a fancy word for blood clots throughout your body and small blood clots. So . . . if your capillaries have small blood clots in them, they will experience Erectile Dysfunction. I believe a lot of men who have been vaccinated are probably experiencing this problem. . . . Some people are sick right now from the vaccines and may not even know it. . . . One of the first symptoms is chronic fatigue syndrome. So, if you are exhausted and you are injected, it is probably a side effect from that injection. This is why I brought up ED. People are considering this to be a lifestyle condition. So, whether it’s ED or exhaustion, they are not attributing it to the vaccine.”
Kingston says these side effects are only the beginning of increasing sickness caused by the vaccines.
Kingston would not speculate on how many people would die from the CV19 injections, but she did say many fully vaxed people will keep getting sicker. Kingston talks about the unvaxed getting sick from the vaxed. Kingston also talks about natural immunity and what it means.
Kingston tells pregnant women not only to not take the injections, but stay away from people who have been fully vaxed.

Facebook Deletes German Anti-Lockdown Groups As New Censorship Rules Go Into Effect

This week, Facebook announced a new enforcement policy that seeks to deplatform groups who coordinate online and spread misinformation, hate speech, and incite violence.
The new "coordinated social harm" policy was immediately used against 150 pages and groups connected to Germany's Querdenken (Lateral Thinking) movement, which has routinely fueled resistance to government health restrictions and vaccines through anti-lockdown protests.
Facebook's head of security policy Nathaniel Gleicher wrote in a blog update Thursday that his team has been "expanding our network disruption efforts so we can address threats that come from groups of authentic accounts coordinating on our platform to cause social harm."
Gleicher said: "Today, we're sharing our enforcement against a network of accounts, Pages and Groups operated by individuals associated with the Querdenken movement in Germany."
Gleicher said the new policy allows Facebook to act against the "core network" of a group that commits widespread violations. He said individuals associated with the Querdenken movement regularly violated the platform's terms of service by spreading health misinformation, inciting violence, bullying, and harassment.
Thursday's action moves Facebook into a more aggressive role as the judge of the "new normal" in a post-COVID world. They're the deciders of right and wrong and won't let people with opposing views use their platform.
We have previously discussed Facebook's move to align itself with pro-Biden media. It was found that the Biden Administration has routinely flagged anti-vaxx material to be censored by the social media company.
When it comes to politicians, celebrities, and other high-profile users of the platform (but not Trump), they're given special treatment in what appears to be a two-tier digital society where only leftist points of view can be expressed while everyone is deplatformed.

A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) study released Friday claims that the Moderna vaccine is the most effective at preventing hospitalization caused by the Chinese coronavirus.
The study, which involved more than 3,600 individuals who were hospitalized between March 11 and August 15, found the Moderna vaccine most effective in preventing hospitalizations.
Vaccine efficacy for the Moderna shot stands at 93 percent, compared to 88 percent for Pfizer and 71 percent for the traditional Johnson & Johnson vaccine, according to the CDC’s findings.
Per the study:
However, researchers acknowledged a series of limitations in the study, including that it did not include “children, immunocompromised adults, or VE against COVID-19 that did not result in hospitalization.”
According to the study, 2,362, or 64 percent, of the patients were unvaccinated, while 476 (12.9 percent) had the Moderna shot, 738 (20 percent) received the Pfizer, and 113 (3.1 percent) had the J&J jab.
“Although these real-world data suggest some variation in levels of protection by vaccine, all FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines provide substantial protection against COVID-19 hospitalization,” the study concluded.
According to the CDC, 54.2 percent of the total U.S. population has been fully vaccinated:

Most of those, more than 98 million, are fully vaccinated with the Pfizer shot, while roughly 67 million are vaccinated with the Moderna. Over 14.5 million have received the single-dose J&J.

Colorado’s Boulder County is one of the few counties in the state to bring back a mask mandate, months after the state lifted the rule. It brought back the mandate, masking toddlers and all those who are vaccinated, on Friday, September 3. San Miguel County also imposed a mask mandate, which went into effect Wednesday, September 1. That county’s order also applies to those two and older.
San Juan County, meanwhile, implemented a mask order last month, which went into effect Friday, August 13. The county is now under a mask “advisory.” Pitkin County is the most recent area to implement a mask mandate, requiring individuals two and older to wear a face covering while in indoor public spaces, regardless of vaccination status. That went into effect on Thursday.
Currently, Colorado does not have a statewide mask mandate, but the state’s website states that “masks are only required in certain places for people who are not fully vaccinated.”
“However, fully vaccinated Coloradans may choose to protect themselves by wearing masks in public indoor places,” it continues.
The local mandates come as coronavirus cases spike in areas across the U.S., despite the widespread availability of vaccines and officials contending that masks slow the spread of the illness.
A University of Waterloo study released this year, however, found that surgical and cloth masks do little to block exhaled aerosols, ultimately providing little protection.

Notably, Dr. Anthony Fauci two years ago, prior to the coronavirus pandemic, laughed off masks as a tool of the paranoid during an interview on The David Rubenstein Show:
“You avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive,” Fauci responded, apparently categorizing mask-wearing as a tool of the paranoid.
Fauci added that “normal, low tech healthy things” are the best things an individual can do to stay healthy.

The More Israel Doubled Down on COVID, the Worse Things Got

“Our tolerance for people who do not get vaccinated has run out,” Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stated Sunday, exasperated that his vaccination strategy—arguably the most aggressive in the world—has failed to curb the Delta variant coursing through the country.
Instead of defeating the virus, as he had been promising for weeks in pushing a third COVID shot on Israelis, the number of Israelis at peril climbed steadily: 246 on Sunday were deemed critically ill, 178 of them on ventilators; a week earlier the numbers were 206 and 157, and two weeks earlier 203 and 153. About 400 Israelis died in the last two weeks, up from about 300 in the previous two weeks.
The happy talk from some Israeli medical experts earlier this month, when they expressed optimism the worst was over, is gone, replaced by dire reports of hospitals being swamped, staff in a state of post-trauma panic, and patients needing care instead hurriedly sent home—a situation deemed “catastrophic” in early September by Dr. Amir Neuberger, the director of the Rambam Health Care Campus’s coronavirus ward.
The head of Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer’s Infectious Disease Unit, professor Galia Rahav, last week echoed that view, saying “the morbidity from coronavirus here is insufferable. … Patients who weren’t given a chance to live die because there aren’t enough beds and ICU staff. I see this at a lot of hospitals. It’s heartbreaking.”
The government’s response to the failure of its policies, in this, its fourth wave, is to blame the relatively few who remain unvaccinated and to double down on more vaccinations. Three shots are becoming mandatory to qualify for vaccine passports, and a fourth is on its way, in anticipation of future waves.
There’s a logic to accelerating the rate of vaccinations, just as there was a logic to Israel’s strict lockdowns and other measures to stop the spread of the virus—vaccines do seem to have a short-term benefit in reducing serious hospitalizations and deaths. A study (pdf) that Israel trumpeted last month shows that, after at least 12 days, those who received the third dose had 10 times the protection of those who only had two shots.
But the ongoing benefit is less clear since the vaccines wane, rendering them ineffective after five to six months, as seen in Delta’s success at felling Israelis. There’s also fear that the vaccine may prove all-but worthless against new virus mutations—the Israeli Defence Forces’ Military Intelligence Directorate warned as early as January that mass vaccinations during a pandemic could lead to such a mutation entering Israel, and many fear that the South African C.1.2 variant will prove it right. The government’s response is to the improve detection of viruses at Israel’s Ben Gurion International airport, in the faint hope that future viruses won’t be able to penetrate Israel’s porous borders, and attack defenseless residents.
Israel does have a COVID success story, which ironically occurred where its government most failed to implement its policies. Unlike most of the Israeli population, its ultra-Orthodox largely shunned lockdowns and vaccination early on, leading to a high rate of natural infection, followed by natural immunity and long-lived protection (pdf). The ultra-Orthodox represented 4 percent of Delta cases, according to Israeli Health Ministry data in August. Overall, Israelis with natural immunity represent 1 percent or less of Delta cases.
The same phenomenon of acquiring natural immunity appears to also apply to Sweden, which adopted policies diametrically opposed to those of Israel—no lockdowns to speak of, no shut down of the economy, few restrictions of any kind. As a result, Sweden’s population is believed to have acquired an early herd immunity, before the vaccinations became widely available, leading to only a modest hit to its economy, manageable loads at its hospitals—Sweden’s hospital system never exceeded its capacity—and, since June, an average of less than one COVID death per day.
Sweden is now removing its few remaining restrictions and its naturally immune population may be well positioned to weather future coronaviruses, in the same way it weathered Delta.
Israel, in contrast, is besieged, unsure of when its fourth wave will subside or how well it will weather the waves to come. Not long ago, after Israel vaccinated a large proportion of its population and before the vaccines had the opportunity to wane, Israel was everyone’s model of how to tackle COVID. As the world learns more of Israel’s vulnerability, it may provide a cautionary tale of allowing short-sighted expediency to trump far-sighted policies.

Doctors in the US are being threatened with the loss of their careers over using alternatives to treat COVID-19 such as Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, a doctor-turned-whistleblower told radio host Stew Peters.
Doctors treating COVID-19 with Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are reportedly facing threats of losing their careers as the Biden regime pushes for mass vaccinations across the US, according to a whistleblower who spoke to Stew Peters.
Peters hosted a doctor named “Steve,” whose full name is deliberately kept hidden as to protect himself from punishments for speaking out against the medical tyranny. The doctor provided viewers with a copy of a letter that “unequivocally threatens doctors with the loss of their careers if they should recommend specific COVID treatments.”

“They’ve said spreading any misinformation or disinformation is grounds for suspension or revocation of their medical license,” said the Steve. “Being specifically vague doesn’t help anyone. But it leaves them open for lots of latitude on how they want to determine whether you’re providing care within their supposed guidelines, of course they will always change.”
“So, it’s hard to put that down on the same token to say ‘if you spread misinformation or disinformation’ with no definition, but ‘if you do that, you will be up for revocation or suspension of your license, and you’ll be out of practice’,” the doctor continued.
The doctor said the fact that doctors are being reprimanded for treating COVID-19 with alternative treatments is “truly a disservice” due to the documented effectiveness of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine.
“A doctor who prescribed what they thought was best for their patient, in accordance with their hippocratic oath, prescribed Ivermectin. That doctor has now been warned or advised that disciplinary action is imminent, and they have been gagged, prohibited from telling anybody about this?” asked Peters.
“Right,” the doctor replied. “So they’re under investigation by the board. They’re having to take lots of spare time that they have, which of course they don’t have, to prepare their position statement to defend themselves back to the board on their use of that medication, and it’s totally appropriate that they chose to do that. That’s really been their oath, to do the best for their patients, and they have the prescribing authority to do so, or at least they did.”
