Dr. Charles Hoffe issues Vaccine warning… Deep dive on endothelial damage to blood vessels…

Dr. Charles Hoffe discusses the D Dimer test and Vaccine patients

But here’s where the problem comes. In a virus, in a Coronavirus, that spike protein becomes part of the viral capsule. In other words, the cell wall around the virus, called the viral capsule. But it’s not in the virus. It’s in your cells. So it therefore becomes part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium. Which means that these cells that line your blood vessels, which are supposed to be smooth so that blood flows smoothly, now have these little spikey bits sticking out.

So it is absolutely inevitable that blood clots will form. Because your blood platelets circulate around in your blood vessels. And the purpose of blood platelets is to detect a damaged vessel and block that vessel to stop bleeding. So when the platelet comes through the capillary, it suddenly hits all these all these Covid spikes that are jutting into the inside of the vessel, it is absolutely inevitable that a blood clot will form to block that vessel. That’s how platelets work.

So….just as [inaudible] is absolutely predicted to cause cancer because it is full of carcinogens, these spike proteins will predictably cause blood clots because [inaudible] they are in your blood vessels. Dr. Bhakdi then said to me the way to prove this is that we need to do a blood test called a D-dimer test, um..to find out of this is really happening. So…the problem with…the blood clots we hear about through the media, that they claim are very rare are the big blood clots.

These are the ones that cause strokes and clots in your brain…those are the ones that show up on CT-scans and Angiograms and MRIs. The clots I am talking about are microscopic. These are tiny…they are literally on a capillary level and they are scattered throughout your capillary network. They are not going to show on any scan. They are just too small and too scattered. So the only way to find out for sure if this predictable mechanism of clotting was actually happening was to do this blood test called a D-dimer. And so the D-dimer is a blood test that shows a recent blood clot. It doesn’t show anything else other than a recent blood clot. It won’t show an old blood clot. It only shows new blood clots. And so I have been now doing that on my patients…um finding people who have recently had their Covid shot within the previous seven days…it needs to be between 4 and 7 days, and doing a blood test on them called a D-dimer.

And so I am still trying to accumulate more information. But on the ones I have so far, 62% of them have evidence of clotting. Which means that these blood clots are not rare. It means the majority of people are getting blood clots that they have no idea that they are having. So Laura Lynn, the most alarming thing about this is that there are some parts of your body like your heart and your brain, and your spinal cord and your lungs, which cannot regenerate. When those tissues are damaged by blocked vessels they are permanently damaged.

So I now have 6 people in my Medical practice with reduced Effort Tolerance, which means that they just get out of breath more easily than they used to. I have one fellow that used to walk to my office every week for actually for an arthritis injection and told me that he could walk two miles without any problems, and now after a quarter of a mile he is absolutely out of breath and it has been like that for five months.

So on the basis of this D-dimer test which proves that the majority of people are clotting, these six people who now have Reduced Effort Tolerance, actually what has happened to them is that they have plugged up thousands of tiny capillaries in their lungs. And the terrifying thing about this is not just that these people are short of breath and they can’t do what they used to be able to do. But once you block off a significant number of blood vessels to your lungs, your heart is now pumping against a much greater resistance to try and get the blood through your lungs. And the problem….so that causes a condition called Pulmonary Artery Hypertension.

It’s actually like high blood pressure in your lungs because the blood can’t get through because so many of the vessels are blocked. And the terrifying thing of this is that people with Pulmonary Artery Hypertension usually die of right sided heart failure within three years. So the huge concern about the mechanism of injury is that these shots are causing permanent damage. And the worse is yet to come. Because, you know, there are some tissues in your body like the intestine, liver and kidney that can regenerate to quite a good degree but brain, and spinal cord, and heart muscle and lungs do not. When they are damaged, its permanent. Like all these young people who are now getting Myocarditis from these shots, they have permanently damaged hearts.
so, if I interpret this correctly, since the majority will have these microscopic blood clots which are difficult to identify,
they will have assorted organ failures that will not be attributed to corona.
The patient was cured of corona, but died. Sorry

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky on Tuesday admitted the science shifts with the political winds.

The CDC on Tuesday recommended fully vaccinated people wear masks indoors in high-risk areas.

According to Walensky, the data suggest vaccinated people can spread Covid in “rare cases.”

“We continue to follow the science closely, and update the guidance should the science shift again,” Walensky said.

Here We Go… CDC to Announce New Masking Regulations for Vaccinated Americans at 3 PM Presser

By Jim Hoft
Published July 27, 2021 at 10:13am

Do you remember when Biden threatened you to get the vax or stay masked back in May — just two months ago?

71BDB5DD-02EF-4CA3-A910-270F3532CD05-scaled.jpeg

Yeah, well that was another lie.

Here we go–

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will announce new masking guidelines for vaccinated people at a 3 PM presser today.

And here you thought you were vaccinated!

Via Reuters:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is set on Tuesday to announce revised mask guidance for fully vaccinated Americans in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases.

Officials told Reuters the CDC is expected to recommend fully vaccinated Americans wear masks indoors in at least some instances, but the specifics are not clear.

The CDC and White House did not immediately comment. The CDC said it plans a 3 p.m. media briefing.
Now read this from Conservative Treehouse to see how this all fits together:
It’s all a strategic Alinsky move once you connect the dots.

Earlier today New York City Mayor De Blasio announced mandated vaccinations for all 340,000 city employees.

Hours later Joe Biden announced mandatory vaccinations for all 115,000 front-line employees of The Veterans Affairs department.

Immediately thereafter, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced all state employees and healthcare providers will be forced to vaccinate. None of these events are disconnected.

Keep in mind just a few days ago the Federal CDC announced all U.S. healthcare providers must switch to new rapid response tests for COVID-19. The reasoning? The current PCR test does not differentiate between COVID and the flu. The new tests will distinguish between the flu virus and the COVID virus.

Can you see the strategic move now?

The new CDC approved rapid response test will cull the flu cases from false positives; that approach will automatically drop the number of new COVID cases identified. The Biden regime will then say the drop in new COVID cases is because of the forced vaccinations in major populations (VA, NYC and CA). As a result, everyone must get vaccinated because the added vaccinations are lowering the COVID cases, and the statistics will prove it.

Can you see it now?

Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered remarks after the CDC announced it is recommending vaccinated people wear masks indoors.

A reporter asked Biden if he’s considering a vaccine mandate for all federal employees.

Biden admitted he is considering a vaccine mandate for all federal employees and said unvaccinated people are stupid.

“That’s under consideration right now, but if you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were,” Biden said.

The Epoch Times reported:

The Department of Justice concluded in an opinion that federal law doesn’t prohibit public agencies and private businesses from requiring COVID-19 vaccines under the Food and Drug Administration’s emergency use authorization.
On July 26, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, California, and New York City said they would require some of their government workers to get the COVID-19 shot or be tested weekly. Veterans Affairs, with the move, became the first federal agency to mandate the vaccine.

The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel on July 26 wrote (pdf) that because access to COVID-19 vaccines is more commonplace, “numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States” have said they will require some individuals to be vaccinated against the virus as a condition of employment, participation, benefit, service, or relationship.

“For instance,” it wrote, “certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment.”

The opinion, which noted that some have questioned the legality of such mandates, concluded that federal law concerning the FDA’s emergency use authorizations (EUA) on COVID-19 vaccines made by Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson doesn’t “prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccine requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under EUAs.”

Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said vaccination is the “way out of this pandemic” despite her agency effectively caving to the Chinese coronavirus by recommending vaccinated Americans to begin masking up in certain settings.

“The #DeltaVariant is spreading with incredible efficiency. It is much more aggressive and transmissible than previously circulating #COVID19 strains causing more than 83% of recent cases. Vaccination is our way out of this pandemic,” Walensky said Monday, one day before news broke that her agency is backtracking on mask recommendations:

— Rochelle Walensky, MD, MPH (@CDCDirector) July 26, 2021

On Tuesday, an administration health official said the federal agency is expected to modify its guidance, recommending masks for vaccinated people indoors under certain circumstances:
People in areas with high or substantial Covid-19 transmission should resume wearing masks, the CDC is expected to say, according to sources familiar with the announcement. Nearly two-thirds of US counties have high or substantial transmission of Covid-19, according to CDC data; 46% of counties have high transmission and 17% have substantial transmission. CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky is expected to announce the decision at a 3 p.m. ET briefing on Tuesday.
On Sunday, Dr. Anthony Fauci hinted that new guidance was “under active consideration.”

“It’s a dynamic situation. It’s a work in progress, it evolves like in so many other areas of the pandemic,” he told CNN. “You’ve got to look at the data.”

The mixed messaging comes as the Biden administration and his allies continue to promote vaccination nationwide. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) took it a step further during Monday’s press conference, expressing the need to “get in those communities … knock on those doors … convince people, and put them in a car and drive them and get that vaccine in their arm.”

“That is the mission,” he declared.

Meanwhile, states are continuing to report breakthrough infections. Last month, Massachusetts reported nearly 4,000 cases of the Chinese coronavirus among vaccinated individuals. And last week, the Illinois Department of Public Health reported 159 deaths and 593 hospitalizations in fully vaccinated people who contracted the virus. The number of breakthrough infections is likely much higher, considering the state does not publicly offer data on such cases that do not require hospitalization.

Walensky is expected to hold a briefing at 3 p.m. Eastern.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is planning Tuesday to recommend school children K-12 wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
“The CDC will also announce today that they are recommending everyone in K-12 schools wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, a health official tells me,” a CNN reporter tweeted.

The recommendation follows another CDC directive Tuesday asserting vaccinated people should wear masks indoors.

“It’s a dynamic situation. It’s a work in progress, it evolves like in so many other areas of the pandemic,” Dr. Anthony Fauci stated Sunday. “You’ve got to look at the data.”

“As recently as last week, an agency spokesman said that the C.D.C. had no plans to change its guidance, unless there were a significant change in the science,” the New York Times first reported.

“Federal officials met on Sunday night to review new evidence that may have prompted the reversal,” the Times continued. “The new guidance would mark a sharp turnabout from the agency’s position since May that vaccinated people do not need to wear masks in most indoor spaces.”

CNBC reported “The updated guidance comes ahead of the fall season, when the highly contagious delta variant is expected to cause another surge in new coronavirus cases and many large employers plan to bring workers back to the office.”

Some locations are already putting the measures in place. For instance, the town of Palm Beach, Florida, mandated masks and social distancing protocols, even though 100 percent of residents aged 16 and older are vaccinated, per the county health department.

“People who are vaccinated can be infected with the coronavirus, particularly with the Delta variant,” Council President Maggie Zeidman stated to the Palm Beach Post. “The viral load with the Delta variant is much higher. That means that everybody is susceptible. People who are vaccinated now need to mask up, so everybody has to wear a mask.”

But according to the Google News coronavirus tracker, there have been no deaths from coronavirus since June 3 in Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County had a seven day average of 569 cases on July 25.

CDC changes COVID guidelines, recommends masks indoors in parts of country where virus surging

The policy change occurred as the virus' highly contagious delta variant increases case numbers, particularly among the unvaccinated.

Updated: July 27, 2021 - 5:02pm

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday revised its guidance on COVID-19 masking wearing, recommending even vaccinated people return to wearing one indoors in parts of the country where the virus is surging.

The agency also recommended indoor masks for all teachers, staff, students and visitors to schools, regardless of vaccination status, citing the ability of the virus' delta variant to spread among vaccinated people.

The new guidance follows recent decisions in Los Angeles and St. Louis to revert to indoor mask mandates amid a spike in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations that have been especially bad in the South, according to the Associated Press.
The country is averaging over 57,000 cases a day and 24,000 COVID-19 hospitalizations, the wire service also reports.

Most new infections in the U.S. are among unvaccinated people. But the so-called "breakthrough" infections, which generally cause milder illness, can occur in vaccinated people\

EXC: NIH Director & Fauci Boss Advises Chinese Military Proxy-Linked Group Working Alongside COVID-19 Gene Storage Firm.

July 27, 2021
Raheem Kassam and Natalie Winters

National Institutes of Health director Dr. Francis Collins serves on the advisory board of a conference sponsored by a Chinese military-linked genomics firm, The National Pulse can reveal. The D.C.-based, health industry big-wig and boss to Anthony Fauci has even referred to the controversial company’s founder as a “friend”.

The annual event in question – the International Conference on Genomics – is organized by BGI Genomics and the China National GeneBank.

BGI Genomics has been flagged by U.S. intelligence officials for its robust efforts to “collect, store and exploit biometric information” on American citizens through COVID-19 test kits. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the firm has deep ties to both the Chinese Communist Party and its military.

In January 2021, Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center William Evanina told CBS News that U.S.-based, foreign-controlled labs are “modern-day Trojan horses.”

“BGI comes to the U.S. bearing gifts, but harboring other motives. It’s unclear whether BGI, or any COVID tester, would get DNA from nasal swabs, he says, but the labs are a way to establish a foothold, to bring their equipment here, start mining your data, and set up shop in your neighborhood,” the report claims.

That the group is linked with the head of the U.S. National Institutes of Health should raise immediate alarms.

Gene Storage.

BGI also manages the conference’s other sponsor, China National GeneBank, which describes itself as a gene storage project that’s “approved and funded by the Chinese government.”

Several BGI consultants, managers, and researchers in addition to professors at Chinese Communist Party-run universities speak at the conference and have done since its 2006 founding, which Collins attended and spoke at.
https://thenationalpulse.com/exclusive/crt-defender-has-deep-ties-to-ccps-cusef/
Collins is also listed as a member of the conference’s Advisory Board and addressed the conference during his tenure as National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director in 2016.

“I send hearty greetings from the United States,” Collins begins his virtual speech for the event, before praising the event as an “important, highly relevant scientific gathering” and the Director, Co-founder, and Chairman of BGI Genomics Yang Huanming as a “friend.”

2nYDvca.png

Collins listed on the BGI advisory board.

Yang, however, has authored studies funded by China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA), according to Reuters:

“One science paper authored by BGI founders Yang Huanming and Wang Jian along with the PLA’s Key Laboratory of High Altitude Medicine and the Third Military Medical University focused on experiments with the brains of monkeys suffering altitude sickness. The study, published in January 2020, stated that it was funded as one of the “key projects of military science and technology” by the PLA. A decade ago, the military university’s research sought to identify genes related to altitude sickness so the PLA could screen for susceptible soldiers. The latest research focused on how drugs interacting with genes could potentially protect a person from brain injury.”

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIL3Jd2qtjk

3:06 run time

Throughout the speech, Collins implore attendees to pursue international scientific collaboration, celebrating that the “attitude of needed by all, owned by all, done by all, shared by all, continues to this very day not only in genomic research but in many other areas of science that have adopted that same message.”

“What are you doing to reinforce and expand upon the spirit of collaboration in “omics” research and all others,” he inquires before asking attendees to “enhance data access and opportunities for sharing across the globe.”

Collins also praised BGI during a 2011 interview while speaking on a panel with fellow former directors of NIH’s National Human Genome Research Institute. He lauded BGI as an “amazing center with amazing talent,” adding he didn’t regard the “remarkable” Chinese military-linked firm’s success as a “threatening outcome”:

“But, was that a threatening thing? It was to some people, I suppose. And it certainly was a surprise to people who thought that the U.S. would remain dominant for centuries to come. It wasn’t that hard with energy and some funds for BGI to jump out there and create an amazing center with amazing talent. Again, I never felt like that was such a threatening outcome as long as they’re playing fair.”

The news comes as an embattled Anthony Fauci takes to the airwaves on a daily basis to attempt to distance himself from the allegations that his National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The National Pulse’s reporting on gain-of-function, proving Fauci’s involvement, can be all found here.

Smallpox does not have an effective treatment available.

For anyone interested in digging deeper into the case law regarding the smallpox vaccine at the Supreme Court, here are some links. Way too long to cut and paste into one post. But it's not a definite that the current court will rule the same way. The situation is not the same (as PoD points out). Also, the court did not mandate Jacobson take the vaccine, they just said he had to pay the penalty for not doing so. That seems to be ignored by a lot of commentators when they bring up that case. Also look up Buck v. Bell, a case that relied on the Jacobson case and came out with an absolutely horrendous decision. That may have a chilling effect on relying on Jacobson as though it was totally conclusive.

DOJ declares vaccine mandates legal
VA, California and NYC to require some or all government employees to get vaccinated or be tested weekly

Brooke Singman
July 27, 2021

Federal law does not prohibit public agencies and private businesses from requiring COVID-19 vaccines that are under emergency use authorization, the Department of Justice concluded in an opinion.

Three major government entities – the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, California and New York City – said Monday they would require some or all of their government employees to get vaccinated or be tested weekly. The vaccines are still awaiting full approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

"As access to the COVID-19 vaccines has become widespread, numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States have announced that they will require individuals to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, enrollment, participation, or some other benefit, service, relationship, or access," DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel wrote in an opinion. "For instance, certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment."

The opinion notes that some have questioned whether such entities can lawfully impose such requirements.

In the opinion, the DOJ Office of Legal Counsel says the law concerning emergency use authorizations (EUAs) "does not prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccine requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under EUAs."

The VA became the first agency in the federal government to announce that it will require patient-facing employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Last week, during a White House press briefing, press secretary Jen Psaki suggested that every White House official had been offered a COVID-19 vaccine, but clarified Friday that the White House was not requiring officials to be vaccinated.

"No, we have not mandated it," Psaki responded, after being asked whether the administration was mandating White House staff receive a coronavirus vaccine.

Psaki did not provide a specific number of how many White House officials have been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus, but said that they are able to track the number of individuals on the president’s staff because "they are vaccinated here in the White House medical unit."

CDC reverses indoor mask policy, saying fully vaccinated people and kids should wear them indoors
Published Tue, Jul 27 202110:17 AM EDT Updated
Berkeley Lovelace Jr.

KEY POINTS
  • The CDC recommended that fully vaccinated people begin wearing masks indoors again in places with high Covid transmission rates.
  • The updated guidance comes ahead of the fall, when the delta variant is expected to cause another surge in new coronavirus cases and many large employers plan to bring workers back to the office.
  • Experts say Covid prevention strategies remain critical to protect people from the virus, especially in areas of moderate-to-high community transmission levels.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended Tuesday that fully vaccinated people begin wearing masks indoors again in places with high Covid-19 transmission rates. The agency is also recommending kids wear masks in schools this fall.

Federal health officials still believe fully vaccinated individuals represent a very small amount of transmission. Still, some vaccinated people could be carrying higher levels of the virus than previously understood and potentially transmit it to others.

“This pandemic continues to pose a serious threat to the health of all Americans,” CDC Director Rochelle Walensky told reporters on a call. “Today, we have new science related to the delta variant that requires us to update the guidance regarding what you can do when you are fully vaccinated.”

The updated guidance comes ahead of the fall season, when the highly contagious delta variant is expected to cause another surge in new coronavirus cases and many large employers plan to bring workers back to the office. In mid-May, the CDC said fully vaccinated people didn’t need to wear masks in most settings, whether indoors or outdoors.

“In areas with substantial and high transmission, CDC recommends fully vaccinated people wear masks in public, indoor settings to help prevent the spread of the delta variant, and protect others. This includes schools,” Walensky said. The CDC recommends that everyone in grade schools wear masks indoors, “including teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status.”

Walensky said new data shows the variant behaves “uniquely differently from past strains of the virus,” indicating that some vaccinated people infected with the delta variant “may be contagious and spread the virus to others.”

Health experts fear delta, already the dominant form of the disease in the U.S., is hitting states with low vaccination rates. Those states are now being forced to reintroduce mask rules, capacity limits and other public health measures that they’ve largely rolled back in recent months.

White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday that the CDC was considering whether to revise mask guidance for vaccinated Americans, saying it was “under active consideration.”

“It’s a dynamic situation. It’s a work in progress, it evolves like in so many other areas of the pandemic,” Fauci, also the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told CNN. “You’ve got to look at the data.”

The CDC’s guidance is only a recommendation, leaving it up to states and local officials on whether to reintroduce their mask rules for certain people. But even before the CDC’s anticipated guidance Tuesday, some regions were reintroducing mask mandates and advisories as Covid cases began to spike again.

Walensky said a majority of the hospitalizations and deaths in the U.S. are occurring among unvaccinated people, pointing to vaccines she said worked well in protecting against severe illness and death. “But the big concern is that the next variant that might emerge, we’re just a few mutations potentially away where it could potentially evade our vaccines,” she said.

President Joe Biden said the CDC’s updated guidance was necessary to defeat the virus, and that he will lay out “next steps” to get more Americans vaccinated on Thursday.

“Although most U.S. adults are vaccinated, too many are not. While we have seen an increase in vaccinations in recent days, we still need to do better,” he said in a statement. “More vaccinations and mask wearing in the areas most impacted by the Delta variant will enable us to avoid the kind of lockdowns, shutdowns, school closures, and disruptions we faced in 2020.”

Several counties across California and Nevada were already advising all residents to wear masks in public indoor settings — whether they are vaccinated or not. In Massachusetts, officials in Provincetown advised all individuals to resume wearing masks indoors after Fourth of July celebrations led to an outbreak of new cases.

Experts say Covid prevention strategies remain critical to protect people from the virus, especially in areas of moderate-to-high community transmission levels.

The CDC defines “substantial transmission” as counties that have 50 to 100 cases per 100,000 residents over a seven-day period and “high transmission” is more than 100 cases per 100,000 people over seven days, Walensky said.

“We have places and counties and states here that are now reporting over 300 cases per 100,000 over a seven day period. So really an extraordinary amount of viral transmission, which is what we’re concerned about,” she added.

Dr. Paul Offit, a pediatrician and vaccine advocate who has served on advisory panels for both the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, told CNBC earlier this month that the U.S. was still “undervaccinated,” with about half of the population not fully inoculated.

Even people who are fully protected have cause for concern when it comes to Covid variants, Offit said. While the vaccines protect well against severe disease and death, they may not protect as well against mild disease or spreading Covid to others, he said. No vaccine is 100% effective, he noted.

“It is not a bold prediction to believe that SARS-CoV-2 is going to be circulating two or three years from now. I mean there are 195 countries out there, most of which haven’t been given a single dose of vaccine,” Offit said. “Will it still be circulating in the United States? I think that would be very, very likely.”

Israel released preliminary data last week that showed the Pfizer vaccine is just 39% effective against the virus there, which officials attributed to the rapidly spreading delta variant. Its effectiveness against severe disease and death remained high, the data showed. U.S. and world health officials said they are looking at the Israeli research, which was not peer-reviewed and was scant on details.

Executives from Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson have said they expect Americans will need booster shots, and Pfizer has said it plans to ask the FDA to authorize boosters as it sees signs of waning immunity. Federal health officials say booster doses of the vaccines are not needed for otherwise healthy people at this time, although they may recommend it for the elderly or people with compromised immunity.

Vaccine Mandate Protest Letter

No authorship claim or copyright asserted...this letter just came to me in a bottle, and I have no idea who might have penned it, nor can I possibly vouch for it, and what you fine folks do with it is entirely in your own hands, as the Gentlemen of the Bar remind me I can proffer no general legal advice in the matter, and must officially disclaim proffering any such advice here...edit and excise as you see fit, amend and append as you desire, and claim authorship or anonymity as may best befit you...as always, as you wish...

Dear Boss,

Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law, and subjects the employer to substantial liability risk, including liability for any injury the employee may suffer from the vaccine. Many employers have reconsidered issuing such a mandate after more fruitful review with legal counsel, insurance providers, and public opinio
n advisors of the desires of employees and the consuming public. Even the Kaiser Foundation warned of the legal risk in this respect. (Key Questions About COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates)

Three key concerns: first, while the vaccine remains unapproved by the FDA and authorized only for emergency use, federal law forbids mandating it, in accordance with the Nuremberg Code of 1947; second, the Americans with Disabilities Act proscribes, punishes and penalizes employers who invasively inquire into their employees' medical status and then treat those employees differently based on their medical status, as the many AIDS related cases of decades ago fully attest; and third, international law, Constitutional law, specific statutes and the common law of torts all forbid conditioning access to employment upon coerced, invasive medical examinations and treatment, unless the employer can fully provide objective, scientifically validated evidence of the threat from the employee and how no practicable alternative could possible suffice to mitigate such supposed public health threat and still perform the necessary essentials of employment.

At the outset, consider the "problem" being "solved" by vaccination mandates. The previously infected are better protected than the vaccinated, so why aren't they exempted? Equally, the symptomatic can be self-isolated. Hence, requiring vaccinations only addresses one risk: dangerous or deadly transmission, by the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic employee, in the employment setting. Yet even government official Mr. Fauci admits, as scientific studies affirm, asymptomatic transmission is exceedingly and "very rare." Indeed, initial data suggests the vaccinated are just as, or even much more, likely to transmit the virus as the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Hence, the vaccine solves nothing. This evidentiary limitation on any employer's decision making, aside from the legal and insurance risks of forcing vaccinations as a term of employment without any accommodation or even exception for the previously infected (and thus better protected), is the reason most employers wisely refuse to mandate the vaccine. This doesn't even address the arbitrary self-limitation of the pool of talent for the employer: why reduce your own talent pool, when many who refuse invasive inquiries or risky treatment may be amongst your most effective, efficient and profitable employees?

First, federal law prohibits any mandate of the Covid-19 vaccines as unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization-only vaccines. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that everyone give employees the "option to accept or refuse administration" of the Covid-19 vaccine. (21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies ) This right to refuse emergency, experimental vaccines, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. (The Nuremberg Code ). As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is. The Nuremberg Code prohibited even the military from requiring such experimental vaccines. (Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (D.D.C. 2003).

Second, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).) Indeed, the ADA prohibits employers from invasive inquiries about their medical status, and that includes questions about diseases and treatments for those diseases, such as vaccines. As the EEOC makes clear, an employer can only ask medical information if the employer can prove the medical information is both job-related and necessary for the business. (https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/...ance-disability-related-inquiries-and-medical). An employer that treats an individual employee differently based on that employer’s belief the employee’s medical condition impairs the employee is discriminating against that employee based on perceived medical status disability, in contravention of the ADA. The employer must have proof that the employer cannot keep the employee, even with reasonable accommodations, before any adverse action can be taken against the employee. If the employer asserts the employee’s medical status (such as being unvaccinated against a particular disease) precludes employment, then the employer must prove that the employee poses a “safety hazard” that cannot be reduced with a reasonable accommodation. The employer must prove, with objective, scientifically validated evidence, that the employee poses a materially enhanced risk of serious harm that no reasonable accommodation could mitigate. This requires the employee's medical status cause a substantial risk of serious harm, a risk that cannot be reduced by any another means. This is a high, and difficult burden, for employers to meet. Just look at the all prior cases concerning HIV and AIDS, when employers discriminated against employees based on their perceived dangerousness, and ended up paying millions in legal fees, damages and fines.

Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery. Indeed, any employer mandating a vaccine is liable to their employee for any adverse event suffered by that employee. The CDC records reports of the adverse events already reported to date concerning the current Covid-19 vaccine.(Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) )

Finally, forced vaccines constitute a form of battery, and the Supreme Court long made clear "no right is more sacred than the right of every individual to the control of their own person, free from all restraint or interference of others." (UNION PAC. RY. CO. v. BOTSFORD.)

With Regards,
Employee of the Year

When I returned home after grocery shopping (and we bag our own groceries in my favorite store) I found that my lungs were not happy and I end up with a slight headache. Masks have side effects, too.

Yes they do, they're not perfect. And they don't even work as well unless both people are wearing them. If you're the only one wearing the mask, your chance of being protected by it go way down. So you have to do what is best for you. However I think if everyone wore one, and kept the social distancing and kept their hands clean, this pandemic would have been gone last summer.

As everyone probably knows by now, I think masks work and everyone should choose to wear one. However I think it should be everyone's personal choice. On that point, I think we're all on the same page.

Exclusive–GOP Lawmakers Blast Biden’s Coronavirus Surrender: Americans ‘Have Had Enough of Biden and Fauci’s Fake Science’

Several Republican politicians have blasted the Biden administration for surrendering to more Chinese coronavirus mandates after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced it is now recommending vaccinated individuals mask up in certain settings, concluding the American people “have had enough of Biden and Fauci’s fake science.”

On Tuesday, Biden’s CDC backtracked on previous guidance, drastically modifying its position by recommending vaccinated individuals wear masks in certain settings. The Biden White House was utterly unable to explain the discrepancies in talking points after weeks of health officials pitching vaccines as the primary way for the U.S. to return to pre-pandemic normalcy.

“If vaccines work…then why do people who have the vaccine need to now wear masks?” Peter Doocy of Fox News asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki, who was unable to sufficiently answer the question.

“The public health leaders in our administration have made the determination, based on data, that that is a way to make sure they’re protected,” she offered.

GOP lawmakers are now speaking out, lambasting the Biden administration for sending mixed signals.

“The American people have had enough of Biden and Fauci’s fake science,” Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) told Breitbart News in reaction to Biden offering an unconditional surrender to the coronavirus by retreating on the mask guidance from the CDC.

“This decision is nothing more than an example of outrageous government overreach that will infringe on our rights, threaten our businesses, and keep children falling behind at school,” he continued.

“How many more times will we allow this administration to move the goalposts and stunt our recovery from the pandemic?” he asked.

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) told Breitbart News that the guidance will “create even more doubt about the effectiveness of the vaccine and therefore incentivize people that already have concerns not to get it.”

“This is going to make the problem worse, not better,” he warned.

“Just like he did with Kamala Harris and our border crisis, it’s weak for the President to abdicate his leadership on this important issue entirely to the CDC,” Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) told Breitbart News, explaining that the CDC has “proven it will almost always adopt the most restrictive guidance, despite the evidence and broader effects their policies ultimately have on our economy and way of life.”

“The CDC should be one source of information for Mr. Biden, not his proxy,” the congressman added.

Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) said Democrats, along with the media, need to stop moving the goalposts.

“The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective, and every American has had the opportunity to get one,” he told Breitbart News.

“At some point Democrats, the media, and the health care bureaucracy will have to stop moving the goalposts and accept that Americans have a right to confront health risks in a manner they choose, including whether to get the vaccine or wear masks,” he added.

“The CDC recommending masks for vaccinated people is going to take us right back to the way the heavy hand of government dealt with COVID in the first place,” Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) said on social media.

“Let this be solved at the grassroots level with individual responsibility. NO MORE mandates and masking that didn’t work,” he added:

Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) administration also issued a pointed response, contending the updated rules are not based on science and warning that it will likely backfire.

“It isn’t based in science. There is no indication that areas with mask mandates have performed any better than areas without mask mandates,” DeSantis’s office told Breitbart News.

“In fact, this policy could actually backfire. Mandating masks for vaccinated people erodes public trust and confidence in the effectiveness of the vaccines. To me it appears that the government wants to be perceived as doing something during a seasonal infection surge, even if their policy does not necessarily make people safer,” DeSantis’s press secretary Christina Pushaw said.

“Mass psychosis fueled by schizophrenia at NIH and CDC. How do you say the vaccines work while taking actions that show you don’t believe it?” Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) told Breitbart News. “For what it’s worth, it looks like for most people the vaccines do work. Everyone should consult their own doctor—and ignore Dr. Fauci,” he added.

Meanwhile, Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, is blaming unvaccinated people for her agency backtracking.

The updated mask guidance, she claimed, “could have been avoided” if more people had gotten vaccinated, falling in line with the administration, which continues to undermine its own narrative.

Exclusive – Sen. Ron Johnson on Biden Mask Surrender: ‘Reclaim Liberty,’ ‘End this State of Fear’

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Breitbart News in an exclusive statement Tuesday it is time to end “this state of fear” surrounding mask mandates.

Johnson spoke to Breitbart News after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that they will recommend Americans, even fully vaccinated people, should wear masks indoors again in places with high coronavirus infection rates.

In reaction to the news, Johnson told Breitbart News that the Biden administration has only continued to move the goalposts surrounding their mask mandates and coronavirus policies. He emphasized that children have a low risk of either serious disease or death from the coronavirus.

Johnson charged that Americans should take back the liberty they lost from the coronavirus lockdowns and mask mandates, and stop living in fear.

“Do masks even work? Do they do more harm than good — particularly to children who have a low risk of serious disease or death from COVID? Remember, the initial goal of public policy was to flatten the curve so we wouldn’t overwhelm hospitals,” Johnson said.

Johnson has also urged the Biden administration to monitor the adverse effects of the coronavirus vaccines.

Republicans across the political spectrum have slammed Biden’s revived mask mandate. House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said that the policies only serve to enforce a “perpetual pandemic state.”

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the Judiciary ranking member, said this is the latest instance of Biden’s “worst start of any administration in history.”

“At some point, federal agencies moved the goalposts. The initial goal was achievable. I’m not even sure what the new goal is. Time to let Americans, not federal agencies, make decisions for themselves and their children. Time to reclaim liberty and end this state of fear,” the Wisconsin conservative proclaimed.

Respectfully, most states DID require masks and social distancing. It didn’t do squat. The flimsy paper masks that most people wear are nothing but a massive, massive money maker for the manufacturer. I guarantee you if you’re six feet away from me and I spritz some perfume, you’re going to smell it. And a virus particle is way smaller than a droplet of perfume. Unless everyone is wearing N-95 masks, it’s pointless.

Michigan made its citizens wear masks for an entire year. As did many other states. You can’t stop Mother Nature. The best thing by far we could have done was business as usual and let the virus run its natural course. It would probably have caused more deaths early on, but it wouldn’t be dragging on year after year with different variants.

Labelling Anti-Lockdown Protestors "Anarchists" Is Wrong: Law Professor

TUESDAY, JUL 27, 2021 - 11:20 PM
Authored by Daniel Teng via The Epoch Times,

One law professor says describing protestors as “anarchists” is incorrect, and instead, the thousands-strong rallies on the weekend was a “reminder” to political leaders that they were accountable to the public, not just health officials.

On July 24, thousands of people took the streets of Sydney and Melbourne as part of the “World Wide Rally for Freedom” event, many of whom were protesting against government restrictions and lockdowns in response to COVID-19.

While previous rallies had garnered just a few hundred attendees, the weekend protest saw the numbers spike dramatically.

“Many people who are suffering under the current restrictions have been driven to protest on the streets because there are few other ways for them to be heard,” Peter Kurti, director of the Culture, Prosperity and Civil Society Program at the Centre for Independent Studies said.

“There may well have been conspiracy theorists and anti-vaxxers in the crowd, together with those looking for a fight. But the majority of people seem to have been protesting to highlight the enormous costs—financial, emotional, and social—imposed by the lockdown,” he told The Epoch Times.

“The protest may well have been ‘unlawful’ because the public health orders restrict gatherings; but the practice of civil disobedience, long established in liberal democracies, is very different from ‘anarchy’ which rejects the very notion of social order bound by norms and laws,” he added.

“Citizens have the right to protest against laws perceived as unjust; doing so does not make them anarchists.”

Greater Sydney is undergoing a five-week lockdown due to an outbreak of the Delta variant of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as the novel coronavirus.

Five million residents remain in lockdown and cannot leave their homes except for four reasons.

Last week, construction sites were shut down as well, forcing around 250,000 tradespeople to stop work, and costing the economy around $1.4 billion a week.
In response to rumours of a possible follow-up protest circulating online, New South Wales (NSW) Police Commissioner Mick Fuller was blunt: “Can I just put this warning out now to everyone? We will be heavily policing that event.”
“The community has spoken about that behaviour. The premier has spoken about that behaviour, and it won’t be tolerated again,” he told reporters.
“There are no organisers that we can take to the Supreme Court to stop the protests happening, which means they’re a bunch of anarchists,” he added.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said she was disgusted and heartbroken by the protestors saying they showed “utter contempt for their fellow citizens.” Victorian Premier Dan Andrews described them as “selfish.”

Kurti said these premiers assumed Australians preferred a policy of “zero transmission” and eradication of the virus, resulting in support for lockdowns.

“However, many do not share this view and are angry that livelihoods and lives have been so severely curtailed,” he said. “Defiance of political and legal authority, in the form of open protest, is a reminder that all political leaders remain accountable to the electorate—and not just at the ballot box.”

“The language used by Andrews and Berejiklian indicates they see that public health edicts must be obeyed, and to call these edicts into question, amounts to both a legal and a moral failure on the part of the protesters.”

Vaccinated people infected with delta variant might be contagious, CDC says in justifying mask guidance

Cassidy Morrison 8 hrs ago

People who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 yet still get infected with the delta strain could transmit the infection to unvaccinated people, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky said Tuesday in justifying renewed recommendations for mask-wearing.

a sign on the side of a building
© Provided by Washington Examiner
“In rare occasions, some vaccinated people infected with the delta variant after vaccination may be contagious and spread the virus to others,” she told reporters on Tuesday. “This new science is worrisome and unfortunately warrants an update to our recommendations.”

Previous recommendations from the agency were based on COVID-19 monitoring data that indicated vaccinated people rarely transmit the virus to others. The delta variant, however, is believed to be about twice as transmissible as the original strain of COVID-19, typically referred to as the “wild type” strain, and is sweeping through largely unvaccinated clusters of people and threatening to overwhelm hospital systems.

What a bunch of talk out of both sides of your mouth! How can you even make a sentence out of vaccinated, infected MAY BE contagious. If you are infected it means YOU ARE SICK! If the vaccine worked then you would not be infected. Before, during, after does not matter, if you are infected YOU ARE CONTAGIOUS.

I agree those flimsy masks aren't the greatest, I don't use them for a variety of reasons (number 1 being they're made in China). But they are better than nothing. I prefer a mask I can wash and know how sanitary it is before I put it on. And I can't smell perfume through them, and I can't blow a candle out through them either. But I'm not here to debate masks, as I've said, just to state my opinion and I readily acknowledge very few here share it.

Letting it run a natural course would've had exponential more deaths, and I think we all agree, especially tonight - every single death from COVID is one death too many.

ETA: Of course there were governors (and presidents) who made this political from the start. And that muddied the whole recovery process. I am not advocating for anything mandated right now, it's probably too late, but had they done the lockdowns correctly according to science and not politically, they may have worked a lot better (and that includes not sending covid patients to nursing homes).

Are We About To See The Biggest Purge Of Conservatives From All Levels Of The Federal Government In U.S. History?
July 27, 2021 by Michael Snyder

The fateful decision that Joe Biden just made will have consequences for many years to come. On Thursday, we learned that the Biden administration is going to require all employees of the federal government to either be vaccinated or to “submit to regular testing and mitigation requirements”. Needless to say, there are large numbers of federal employees that will never take a COVID vaccine under any circumstances, and most of them are Republicans. In fact, a recent Washington Post survey found that less than 5 percent of Democrats say that they will definitely not get a COVID vaccine, but for Republicans the number was nearly 40 percent. So as federal employees start quitting over this new mandate, the vast majority of those that will be leaving will be conservatives.

And we aren’t talking about a small number of people. Today, there are millions of Americans that work directly for the federal government…
The federal government numbers include active duty military personnel and U.S. Postal Service workers. The U.S. military has about 1.4 million active duty service members and another 800,000 reserve forces. There are approximately 800,000 postal workers. Beyond the military and the postal service, 2 million people—just over 1% of the U.S. workforce or 0.6% of the total population—are permanently employed by the federal government. More than 70% of the federal workforce serves in defense and security agencies like the Department of Defense, the intelligence community agencies, and NASA.
When I first learned about this, I was stunned that the Biden administration would be willing to go this far.
But apparently this is really happening. Just a little while ago, CNN reported the following
President Joe Biden will announce on Thursday a requirement that all federal employees and contractors be vaccinated against Covid-19, or be required to submit to regular testing and mitigation requirements, according to a source with direct knowledge of the matter.
The announcement will come in remarks where Biden is also expected to lay out a series of new steps, including incentives, in an attempt to spur new vaccinations as the Delta variant spreads rapidly throughout the country. It will also follow the decision by the Department of Veterans Affairs to require its frontline health care workers to be vaccinated over the course of the next two months.
This came just hours after it was first announced that the Biden administration was “considering” such a move…
President Biden on Tuesday said his administration is considering making it mandatory for federal workers to get the coronavirus vaccine.
The president’s comments, which echoed those of his press secretary hours earlier, came one day after the Department of Veterans Affairs announced it will require its front-line health care workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
This is how the Biden administration operates.

First they float something to evaluate public reaction, and then they do it.

So how many federal employees will quit their jobs due to this new mandate?

Will it be thousands?

Will it be tens of thousands?

Could it be hundreds of thousands?

What we do know is that the number of Republicans that will quit will be far greater than the number of Democrats that will quit, and that could fundamentally alter the composition of the federal workforce for many years to come.

I think that it will all come down to the nature of the “regular testing and mitigation requirements”. If those requirements are not too burdensome, the number of federal workers that quit may be relatively low. But if those requirements turn out to be quite painful, I could see very large numbers of employees quitting.

On Tuesday we also learned that the CDC has decided that it is time for all Americans to start wearing masks again
This seems rather odd, because we were promised that life would go back to normal for those that got their shots.
But it turns out that vaccinated individuals that catch COVID “have just as much viral load as the unvaccinated”
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said recent studies had shown that those vaccinated individuals who do become infected with Covid have just as much viral load as the unvaccinated, making it possible for them to spread the virus to others. Based on that finding, Walensky said the CDC is also recommending that all school children wear masks in the fall.
And in California, officials have discovered a very curious pattern
A new analysis finds several counties with above-average vaccination rates also have higher COVID case rates, while case rates are falling in counties with below-average vaccination rates.

Statewide data analyzed by the Bay Area News Group found five counties, Los Angeles, San Diego, Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco, have both a higher percentage of people who are fully vaccinated than the state average and a higher average daily case rate.
All of this appears to directly contradict a lot of the promises that our leaders were making.

So what is the truth?

Needless to say, the truth is that you have been fed a whole bunch of lies.

This pandemic is far from over, and it is just a matter of time before even more “pestilences” come along.

Sadly, global leaders have responded to this current “pestilence” by resorting to full-blown tyranny.

The Biden administration knows that there are huge numbers of conservatives that would quit their jobs rather than be bullied into taking a COVID vaccine.

But they are going ahead with this mandate anyway.

And now that the federal government has done this, it is probably inevitable that countless other employers will follow suit.

What a dark day this is for America.

Israeli lab: Some existing drugs could stop COVID at almost 100%
A Hebrew University of Jerusalem research team found 18 drugs that they felt could be effective in the treatment of patients who contract COVID-19.
By MAAYAN JAFFE-HOFFMAN
JULY 21, 2021 23:56

Scientists from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem say they have identified several drugs that could potentially help treat, if not “cure”, people who develop COVID-19.

Prof. Shy Arkin, a biochemist in the Alexander Silberman Institute of Life Science, told The Jerusalem Post that in lab tests in which cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 were placed together with the drugs for two days, “almost 100% of the cells lived despite being infected with the virus.”

In contrast, without the preexisting drug compounds, around 50% of the cells died after coming in contact with the virus.

Arkin and his team culled through a library of more than 2,800 approved-for-use compounds, identifying 18 drugs they felt could be effective. In unpublished work, the researchers were able to show that several of these compounds “exhibited remarkable potency against the whole virus in in vitro experiments.”

Two of them are Darapladib, used for the treatment of atherosclerosis, and Flumatinib, used for the treatment of certain blood cancers. Arkin said he was hesitant to share the names of any of the drugs, adding that he could not recommend them until they underwent proper clinical trials.

The team focused on drug repurposing to potentially expedite any future regulatory steps. Since the drugs are already being used for other indications, their toxicity and side effects, for example, are known and approved.

The way the drugs work is by inhibiting two targets in the virus: the E (envelope) protein and the 3a protein.

The E protein is the most conserved of all virus proteins. For example, while the spike proteins of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-1 (the 2003 virus) are only about 75% identical, their E proteins are roughly 95% alike. This means the drugs would likely remain effective even when the virus mutates, Arkin told the Post.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines target the spike protein.

In previous studies, E and 3a proteins were shown to be essential for viral infectivity. Arkin’s team was among the first to study the E protein of the first SARS coronavirus in 2004.

As part of research that Arkin’s team has been conducting for more than two decades, they identified that the E protein is an ion channel, a type of protein family expressed by virtually all living cells that because of its structure has “served as excellent and frequent targets for pharmaceutical point interventions,” including for cystic fibrosis, epilepsy, arrhythmia, neurodegenerative diseases, hypertension, angina and more, the report said.

It is important that “a large arsenal” of drugs exist to fight SARS-CoV-2, Arkin said.

“We should never be in a situation where in our arsenal we only have one firearm,” he said. “If we only have one and we rely solely on it, and then there comes a time that it fails, we will be in a very precarious situation.”

Arkin believes his team is set for in vitro and in vivo studies, and he is looking for a pharmaceutical partner to help carry these trials through.

Citing the success of Gilead obtaining US Food and Drug Administration approval for Remdesivir in record time at the start of the pandemic, Arkin said he was optimistic that at least some of these compounds could be approved for use against COVID “very quickly with the right partner.”

When I first learned about this, I was stunned that the Biden administration would be willing to go this far.
But apparently this is really happening. Just a little while ago, CNN reported the following

This came just hours after it was first announced that the Biden administration was “considering” such a move…

This seems rather odd, because we were promised that life would go back to normal for those that got their shots.
But it turns out that vaccinated individuals that catch COVID “have just as much viral load as the unvaccinated”

And in California, officials have discovered a very curious pattern

Don't back a dog into a corner!

For a year, I didn't go anywhere except the grocery/drugstore, maybe every 2 weeks. I always wore a mask, sanitized my hands, etc. I still got covid this March when I went grocery shopping. The mask did nothing. I also took a lot of vitamin C, D3-K2, Zinc. It probably helped me not to have a severe case, but after that, I don't believe unless you are wearing a N-95 mask, they will protect you.

What a dark day this is for America.

Just assuming unvaccinated are Republicans or that Republicans are against the vaccine, not true. Sometimes the crazy democrats are more for freedom than Republicans. They want freedom for mostly bad things. We have Homeland take away rights with a Republican president in office. Even president Trump is for the vaccines.
