Despite what media tells Americans, the Critical Race Theory is in full force across the nation as we write this.

Media pundits and Democrat mouthpieces continue to lie about CRT. They claim it is not being taught in US schools currently.

However, this is clearly not true. A brave teacher, Ramona Bessinger, who decided to speak out about CRT is now being punished. This is the punishment for telling the truth.

Providence, Rhode Island middle school teacher Bessinger explains the dangers behind CRT and how it is keeping her from her students in the video below from ‘Eat the Press’ with Steve Malzberg.

At beginning of the video it becomes clear that CRT is ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE-IMPLICIT IN THE CULTURE.

The left is correct that there is not a “CRT” lesson being given. But it’s in the reading material, it’s in the language, libraries are being dismantled…..

At 2:40–She talks about how she faced a “culture of intimidation”.

At 6:15 into video–Bessinger states: “I am not going to allow them to win or we won’t recognize our country.”

She is currently not allowed to teach, at a time when she says there is a teacher shortage. She sits in a separate location away from the kids each day, but she says she will stay, she will not resign, she will do what is right for the country.

Smith: Leftists Support Tyranny, Conservatives Do Not; It's Time To Separate

SATURDAY, NOV 13, 2021 - 11:30 PM
Authored by Brandon Smith via Alt-Market.us,

One of the great semantic debates of the past decade has been the ongoing attempt to muddle the definition of “Left vs Right” in the American political sphere. For example, a lot of people who are new to the liberty movement (people who became active during or after the Trump campaign in 2016) have heard of the “false left/right paradigm”, but they have no clue what it actually means. If you think it means there are no legitimate political sides in this fight and that the entire conflict is theatrical or manipulated, then you are misinformed.

The false left/right paradigm specifically refers to the fake division at the VERY TOP of the political pyramid among elitists in government. There are certainly Republicans that are conservative in their rhetoric but not conservative in their actions or policies, and they tend to support or side with politicians on the left regularly when it comes to big government spending and big government power (just look to the Republicans that voted in favor of Joe Biden’s recent infrastructure bill).

Democrats and leftists don’t have to pretend. They base their entire platform on collectivism and centralization. This is no secret. The only theater is in their motives. Top Democrats claim they are fighting for the “greater good” of the masses when they are actually elevating and benefiting a tiny minority of wealthy elites. They do not care at all about the lives of their constituents.

Things change dramatically when we start talking about the bottom of the pyramid among regular people. The political spectrum is not as broad and nuanced as some people would have us believe and the sides are much easier to discern. There are exceptions to every rule and to every group, but to say the groups do not exist is an act of denial.

There are also people who call themselves “moderates” because they think this makes them more impartial and more open-minded. They don’t want to appear as if they are moving to one “extreme” end of the spectrum or the other. But, ultimately, there are only two sides in this fight: Either you are in favor of intensive government dominance of people’s lives, or you are not. And, the vast majority of people in favor of government tyranny herald from the left side of the political spectrum. They revel in the totalitarianism, even when they don’t necessarily benefit from it.

Yes, it’s time to stop pretending as if there is a “gray area” here and call the situation as it really is. The political left is obsessed with control over how people live, act and even how they think. Issues like Critical Race Theory, BLM, big tech censorship, the covid lockdowns and vax mandates have really clarified things to the point that if you can’t see the enormous difference between leftists and conservatives then you are being willfully ignorant.

In my latest articles I have been exploring the theme of the political left and their habit of wearing masks to hide their true natures. Many of them will support socialist, collectivist and globalist policies while also claiming they support freedom at the same time. Yet, when they are actually faced with real world decisions in terms of unilateral authoritarianism, the true character of the average leftist is revealed and it’s an ugly thing to behold.

Lets just use the covid and vaccines mandates as one litmus test for a moment – Poll after poll after poll indicates that an overwhelming number of Democrats (around 80%) applaud the mandates and continue to defend them even after almost 2 years of failures and a lack of scientific honesty. For these people the covid controls are purely political and they often argue in their favor as a vehicle to attack conservatives rather than “saving lives”. The fact is, without their enthusiastic support the draconian mandates would not exist in the US.

Now, some people will point out that polls also show that around a quarter of Republicans support some form of vax mandates, but here’s the difference: Republicans and conservatives are actually willing to engage in honest debate over the scientific and social merits of the mandates. The vast majority of Democrats and leftists are absolutely not interested. They view any opposition as an act of treason, and any debate as thought crime committed by “cranks” and “conspiracy theorists”.

This is a rather convenient tactic to take because leftists will never actually have to defend their own assumptions and beliefs in a public forum on fair ground; they can simply say that all evidence that is being presented is “meaningless” because it is being presented by treasonous enemies. Everything they do no matter how destructive or oppressive is thus justified by the assertion that conservatives represent an insurgency against “democracy” rather than honest Americans with honest concerns.

It should also be noted that the minimal republican support for the mandates has been steadily dropping as new information is released which contradicts the mainstream narrative on vaccine effectiveness, and as Joe Biden continues to use the vaccines as a means to gain power over private businesses. Yet, support among democrats is as high as ever.

In the past few years I have seen leftists en masse defend the indoctrination of American children with CRT, which teaches white kids that they are all inherently evil oppressors and black and brown kids that they are all perpetual victims that cannot help themselves. When they get called out, leftists then claim that CRT “doesn’t exist” or does not represent what conservatives say it represents. All you have to do is read their own books to see that this is a lie.

If you are willing to slog through the insanity of the book ‘Critical Race Theory: The Key Writings That Formed The Movement’, you will see that everything conservatives warn about when it comes to CRT is true. It is edited by Kimberle Crenshaw, widely viewed as a co-founder of critical race theory and “intersectionality.” It is also a book that you will find used as a teaching aid in most social science classes in most colleges.

I have seen leftists support BLM riots and the destruction of private property across the nation while calling them “peaceful protests”. I have also seen BLM take hundreds of millions of dollars from the very corporations and globalist institutions they claim they hate.

I have seen leftists defend Big Tech censorship of any person or group that disagrees with the woke narrative, to the point that conservatives now have to constantly self-edit key words and phrases just so algorithms do not automatically derail their accounts, and so that leftists cannot false flag their commentaries as “hate speech” or “medical misinformation.”

I have seen leftists avidly support covid lockdowns and the arbitrary destruction of hundreds of thousands of businesses as “non-essential”. I have seen them aggressively defend mask mandates despite the fact that red states which removed mask mandates had the same infection rates or even lower rates. Now I am witnessing their fevered joy as they help push forced experimental vaccination through federal and state mandates, using the threat of joblessness to intimidate those who do not comply.

In the meantime, we have seen conservatives become the overwhelming majority of people in direct opposition to all of these totalitarian activities. And still today I continue to see people try to argue that there are no sides, and that conservatives are “just as bad” as leftists. These people either do not understand what a conservative is, or they are deliberately misrepresenting reality because they have an agenda.

The bottom line is that proof is seen in action: Red states are free, blue states are enslaved. There’s no way around that.

The debate is over, at least in terms of left vs. right. The differences are stark and painfully obvious. Places with majority conservative populations are still fighting the mandates while places with a majority of leftists are perpetuating tyranny. It cannot be denied. It cannot be argued. This is reality. In this day and age if you want to be free you make sure you are surrounded by conservatives, or you become a conservative.

There is not a single blue state in the country that is not on the war path to enforce Biden’s vax mandates. There is not a single blue city in the country that is not trying to subversively teach CRT in schools. And, there is not a single blue region in the country that is not obsessed with wokism and globalism. The truth is, America has split into two completely different cultures with two completely different social objectives.

To be sure, there are some nuances in terms of geography. Blue states, for example, are often checkered with red counties that do not like the policies of the state government, but this does not change the reality of the overall political divide. I have also noted that most Europeans and people in the UK and Australia have no concept at all of what a conservative actually is. They think a conservative is a corporatist. They have been indoctrinated by their predominantly socialist and leftist systems to treat “conservative” as a four letter word. The people in these nations that oppose the leftist agenda will commonly refer to themselves as “traditional liberals”, but really, they are just conservatives that are afraid to call themselves conservatives.

I am speaking specifically on the American dynamic, however, and in this country the two sides are sharply defined.

I think that there is also a subsection of the population that does not want to admit a separation of the US is in progress even though it is a fact. They want to believe the false left/right paradigm applies to the regular population because they don’t want to accept the inevitability of the breakup of our country. They want to believe that if we just deal with the elites at the top of the pyramid that the division at the bottom will simply disappear. This is naive.

There are principles and ideals which are mutually exclusive; they cannot exist within the same society at the same time. There are moments in history when tribes form and cults rise, and generally these groups grow from either a desire to control others or a desire to remain free. We are living in such times.

The political left, according to every metric and statistic, is an antithesis to conservative principles of small government, decentralization, personal liberty, free markets, family values, etc. This does not mean all conservatives agree on every aspect of society. We don’t all share the same religious fervor, or adherence to the same denomination. We don’t all have the same ideas on what constitutes “merit”, and the things we value in terms of character traits and life choices vary. We definitely don’t all agree on solutions to the problems and enemies we face everyday, which is why organizing resistance to the mandates has taken so much time and energy. That said, we ALL agree that the leftist agenda is poison and that it is not something we can continue to live with.

I have heard it argued that if the US is broken into two parts that this will weaken us to threats from the outside. Many conservatives don’t like to accept notions of secession or the left/right paradigm because they fear foreign aggression from places like China, for instance. I would point out that this thinking lacks a sense of priority. We have to deal with the leftists/socialists/communists in our own house first before we can deal with communist on the other side of the world.

Keeping this defunct marriage between leftist culture and conservative culture going just for the sake of appearances is the most destructive policy we can have in the long run. My thinking is this: If we break up there are two possible results – We go our own separate ways peacefully and the conservative states will continue to succeed economically and socially because we will have freedom, while leftist states will continue to sink into debt and will continue to bleed citizens due to oppression. Or, we separate and the leftists try to stop us using force, and we go to war. And make no mistake, they will ultimately lose such a war.

The latter is not the most pleasant option but in either case freedom remains in the world. It is time to stop treating separation and division as integrally bad. Sometimes it is healthy and necessary. The old phrase “divide and conquer” is a misnomer for our particular situation.

Often, nations and cultures are conquered from within because they refuse to separate from the riff-raff and define their moral boundaries. The right to divide is actually one of the most powerful forms of liberty there is, and it is one of the greatest protections against the leftist authoritarian movements in our midst.

Missouri teachers told 'white supremacy' includes English-only, calling police on black suspects
Open records release of Springfield, Mo., training materials shows what prompted teacher lawsuit.

Updated: November 14, 2021 - 11:00pm

Training materials for the Springfield, Mo., school district told teachers they could be engaging in white supremacy simply by insisting the English language be used or calling police on a black suspect, according to records released under a freedom of information request.

The materials, provided to Just the News, include a 40-plus slide training deck that proclaimed its goal was to train teachers on how to address "systemic racism and xenophobia" in the school district and to understand the difference between oppressors and the oppressed. Critics say the slide deck is part of a larger Critical Race Theory curriculum that parents are increasingly rejecting.

It included an "oppression matrix" that identified privileged social groups capable of oppression as including "white people," "male assigned at birth," "gender conforming CIS men and women," "heterosexuals," "rich, upper-class people" and "Protestants."

The victims of oppression, the slide stated, included minorities, gays, transgender people, working class and poor Americans.

Instructing teachers that "systemic racism" was a real phenomenon in America, the training defined systemic racism as a system characterized by "public policies, institutional practices, cultural representations, and other social norms that, while not practiced consciously, reinforce and perpetuate racial group inequity."

"It identifies dimensions of our history and culture that have allowed privileges associated with 'whiteness' and disadvantages associated with 'color' to endure and adapt over time," one slide declared.

The training also gave a broad definition of white supremacy as "a culture which positions white people and all that is associated with them (whiteness) as ideal."

It listed examples of "covert white supremacy" as "calling the police on black people," "education funding from property tax," "English-only initiatives," "mass incarceration," the term "all lives matters" and "treating kids of color as adults."

One of the training decks said the preferred term to use for black Americans was "Black" and an acceptable term was "African American" but that a "not acceptable" term was "Negroes."

President Biden recently used the term negro in reference to baseball great Satchel Paige.

The materials, which were used in 2020 when Donald Trump was still president, appear to include a dig at the former president and his White House staff.

A video included in a training deck included a mock of a white supremacist magazine with a headline “now with White House allies.”

The materials emerged after two Springfield, Mo., teachers earlier this summer filed a lawsuit alleging the school district forces employees "to affirm views they do not support, to disclose personal details that they wish to keep private, and to self-censor on matters of public interest," in the pursuit of becoming "anti-racist educators."

Kimberly Hermann, general counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation that represents the teachers who sued, said the training materials affirm an effort by the school district to force educators to judge people by skin color and not merit.

”School districts like SPS are implementing critical race theory into required teacher trainings in an effort to condition individuals to see only skin color and then pit racial groups against one another,” Herman said. “It is illegal, wrong, and must be stopped.”

The training materials included a slide on cycles of oppression that listed institutions like churches, schools, television, medicine, business, mental health and the legal system as reinforcing oppression on "conscious and unconscious levels."

Exclusive— With the Help of Moms for Liberty, South Carolina Pre-Files Parental Rights Bill

Representatives from the South Carolina state legislature pre-filed a Parental Bill of Rights last week after lawmakers, parents, and the grassroots organization Moms for Liberty teamed up to fight back against leftist indoctrination in schools.

Tara Wood, head of the Moms for Liberty chapter in Charleston County, South Carolina, and Christi Dixon, head of the Moms for Liberty chapter in Berkeley County detailed during an interview on Breitbart News Saturday the groundswell of parental involvement and support in their counties in shining a light on the infiltration of Critical Race Theory, gender theory, and pornographic materials in schools. Moms for Liberty is a 501 (c)(4) with chapters across the country that champion “parental rights at all levels of government.”

“We have an amazing person in our group, she’s our legislation chair, and she got this parental rights bill from Florida. She’s working with some other people. They tweaked it a bit, and we got it sponsored. And now we have a parental rights bill, and we just pray that is passes,” Wood told host Matthew Boyle, Breitbart News’s Washington bureau chief. “We’re definitely making an impact … in a short amount of time.”

The legislation, sponsored by state Reps. Robert May, III. (R), Mike Burns (R), and Anne Thayer (R), would “prohibit certain government infringement on the fundamental rights of parents to direct the upbringing, education, health care, and mental health care of their children except in limited circumstances” and seeks to increase the age of consent for minors to certain health care services to 18 instead of 16. The bill also emphasizes the rights of parents to know and have input about what their children are learning and to work with teachers and school officials on how to best approach their child’s education.

Breitbart · Tara Wood & Christi Dixon – November 13, 2021

“We have a right to ask what the teacher’s lesson plan is like. What are you teaching? Where are you getting your resources from? You know, parents are the number one stakeholder in their children’s education,” Dixon said.

For now, Wood and Dixon rely on other parents to tell them about what is going on in their children’s schools. When parents send examples of Critical Race Theory, social-emotional learning, and sexually explicit reading materials — something they said they are seeing “all the time” — they inform state legislators and school board members who then reportedly investigate the claims.

“But this information goes all the way up to the governor as well, so that’s how we’re doing it because we have to bring awareness to our legislators and our governor [who] can do something about it — which why we really hope the parental rights bill gets passed next year,” Wood said.

Dixon spoke about the misconception that Critical Race Theory (CRT) is not taught in schools, a claim often trotted out by leftist media and politicians. Democrats particularly toted the line after Glenn Youngkin’s victory in Virginia’s governor race. Youngkin largely campaigned on fighting Critical Race Theory in schools. Several scandals in Loudoun County specifically brought attention to the issue on a national level, with parents turning up in droves to vote for Youngkin and against Democrat Terry McAuliffe, who simultaneously has a history of supporting CRT, all while pretending it is not real.

People talk before the start of a rally against critical race theory (CRT) being taught in schools at the Loudoun County Government center in Leesburg, Virginia on June 12, 2021. - Are you ready to take back our schools? Republican activist Patti Menders shouted at a rally opposing anti-racism teaching that critics like her say trains white children to see themselves as oppressors. Yes!, answered in unison the hundreds of demonstrators gathered this weekend near Washington to fight against critical race theory, the latest battleground of America's ongoing culture wars. The term critical race theory defines a strand of thought that appeared in American law schools in the late 1970s and which looks at racism as a system, enabled by laws and institutions, rather than at the level of individual prejudices. But critics use it as a catch-all phrase that attacks teachers' efforts to confront dark episodes in American history, including slavery and segregation, as well as to tackle racist stereotypes. “We hear all the time, ‘Critical Race Theory is not in our curriculum.’ And we have found instances where … materials are being brought into the classroom. But we have found is, we have to stop thinking of the critical theory as a curriculum because it’s not that — it’s a worldview, it’s an ideology — the same as strongly held religious beliefs would be,” Dixon said. “Teachers today, are indoctrinated into this critical world view in the colleges and universities. And they say it’s not in the official curriculum. We do know that the teachers’ unions and groups like we have in South Carolina … they send teachers for training. They give them free materials, and we don’t have the oversight as to the ancillary materials that can come into the classroom.”

But in spite of the heated national debate surrounding leftist indoctrination of K-12 students, both Dixon and Wood said communication and respect, especially in interacting with school boards, are key in furthering productive change.

“You don’t have to look at them [the school board] as the enemy, but if you start a dialogue, you educate people. As you learn from each other, and you ask questions from your teacher — we don’t have to become enemies. We can become partners when we communicate. And there are people who do have an agenda, and they’re at high levels, like in our federal department of education and our state department of education,” Dixon said. “But you know what’s happening, we’re shining a light. And you know what happens when you shine a light? The evildoers with bad motives, they’re going to run, they’re going to hide, or they’re going to gaslight you. Stand firm, keep educating yourself, and don’t back down. Because if we back down, we might not get another chance to fight this battle.”

Famed Chinese Dissident: U.S. ‘Already In Authoritarian State,’ ‘Dangerous’ Wokeism Like Mao Revolution

By Daily Wire News
Nov 14, 2021 DailyWire.com

LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 27: Chinese dissident artist and activist Ai Weiwei is seen outside the Royal Courts of Justice during an appeal hearing for Julian Assanges extradition to the United States on October 27, 2021 in London, England. The United States, which has charged the Wikileaks founder with espionage, had appealed a January ruling that Assange should not be extradited to the US due to concerns over his mental health and the risk of suicide in a US prison.

Chinese dissident Ai Weiwei, a famed artist and activist, warned Americans during an interview that aired late last week that they are already under the control of an authoritarian state, they just don’t realize it yet.

Weiwei said that the situation in China has become “more extreme, in terms of censorship, in terms of their tolerance to dissidents.” He later added that he was not hopeful for China’s future given the direction that China is going.

Later, when asked about authoritarianism in the U.S., Weiwei said “certainly, in the United States, with today’s condition, you can easily have an authoritarian.”

“In many ways, you’re already in the authoritarian state,” he said. “You just don’t know it.”

When asked how so, he responded, “Many things happening today in U.S. can be compared to Cultural Revolution in China.”

“Like people trying to be unified in a certain political correctness,” he continued. “That is very dangerous.”

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT PROVIDED VIA FIRING LINE:

MARGARET HOOVER, HOST: In your book, you were describing the directives of Mao Zedong during the Cultural Revolution that would be distributed publicly every night. … So do you see Donald Trump as an authoritarian?

AI WEIWEI, CHINESE DISSIDENT: I — well, I don’t — you know, he — if you are authoritarian, you have to have a system supporting you. You cannot just be an authoritarian by yourself. But certainly, in the United States, with today’s condition, you can easily have an authoritarian. In many ways, you’re already in the authoritarian state. You just don’t know it.

HOOVER: How so?

WEIWEI: Many things happening today in U.S. can be compared to Cultural Revolution in China.

HOOVER: Like what?

WEIWEI: Like people trying to be unified in a certain political correctness. That is very dangerous. You want to go deeper?

HOOVER: Yeah, because actually, that was the next thing I was going to ask you about it. So what kind of political correct extremism?

WEIWEI: I — it’s very philosophical. With today’s technology, we know so much more than we really understand. The information become jammed. But we don’t really — and really have the knowledge, because you don’t work. You don’t — you don’t have to act on anything. You just think you’re purified by certain ideas that you agree with it.
That is posing dangers to society, to an extreme divided society.

HOOVER: Why do you think that’s happened here?

WEIWEI: I think, for a long time, the West’s material. We have much more than we needed. And we are not caring about global situation. But, eventually, all the policies and the politics we play has to be examined under the global situation, such as China become a very powerful state. And how the West should deal with it.

HOOVER: How should the West deal with Chinese increased influence?

WEIWEI: In China, we have a wisdom — to deal with anything, you have to be strong yourself. I don’t think West is strong themself enough to deal with China.

There Are Increasing Examples of How Critical Race Theory is Being Taught, and Has Been For Years

There Are Increasing Examples of How Critical Race Theory is Being Taught, and Has Been For Years

With the political relevance, Critical Race Theory (CRT) has, liberals somehow still think they have a leg to stand on to claim that it's not taught in schools. There's proof that it has indeed been taught, though, and deep-dive investigations from Tucker Carlson, and others, reveal it's been an issue for years now.

It appears that Carlson was one of the first to bring attention to CRT.

Two years ago, on November 11, 2019, L Hunnicut wrote about how "Carlson Gives Voice To Arizona Parents In 'Deep Equity' Segment" for the Arizona Daily Independent News Network.

Hunnicut, transcribing part of Carlson's episode from November 10, 2019, shared the following.
“If you don’t have kids in school you might imagine that the worst trends in American education are pretty much confined to our most liberal cities – you know in Seattle math is racist, in New York City gifted and talented programs are oppressive, in Berkeley; God knows what they’re doing. The left has abandoned education in favor of naked political propaganda. You know that, but it’s comforting to think it’s not happening near you or your children. Unfortunately, that’s not true. It is happening probably right down the street from where you are. Now an investigation by this show found a radical new curriculum in schools across the country from Arizona to Iowa. The program is called “Deep Equity. It’s produced by a for-profit education company called Corwin which is based in California. Corwin describes “Deep Equity as a teacher training program that is “aimed at producing real school improvement for equity and social justice. So how does deep equity do that? Well mainly by attacking the students on the basis of their skin color. According to “Deep Equity,” America is based on a hierarchy of various oppressions: men oppress women, Christianity oppresses Islam, English oppresses Spanish, white people oppress everyone, and by the way if you have a problem with this explanation you are yourself entrenching oppression. You’re part of the problem according to Corwin….”
“Yet according to one teacher we spoke to who is uses curriculum the “Deep Equity” curriculum forces teachers to become racial activists. Not that you need to interview anyone to find that out. It’s obvious they’re not teaching anything having to do with math or Science or English or Language. They’re teaching racial activism; certain to confuse and wound and divide our kids of all colors.”
Fast forward to 2021, and Carlson has still been instrumental, especially considering he calls CRT out by name, while also detailing how confusing it all is.

In an op-ed for Fox News from June 24, "If 'White rage' is a medical condition, how do you catch it?" Carlson wrote:
In the universities, this is called "critical race theory," so that’s the term many people go with. "Critical race theory" — that’s what we so often debate on TV. But it’s an inaccurate way to describe what’s happening. Like so much academic jargon, the phrase "critical race theory" doesn’t mean anything. It obscures, rather than illuminates. It’s designed to confuse you. What’s happening in our schools and our military and our government is both simpler and easier to recognize than that. It’s not critical race theory. It’s racism. Not "neo-racism" or "reverse racism." Those are meaningless terms. It’s race hate, peddled by the people in charge in the hope it’ll make them more powerful. That’s all it is.
Perhaps those who were so quick to mock Carlson for telling Brit Hume during his November 3 show that "he's never figured out what critical race theory is," should have read that column for context.

In another op-ed from February 19, "The far-left agenda your children are being taught every day," Carlson reminded readers that he's been covering the issue since his show aired, that "we have covered the way our schools are changing and the indoctrination that your kids are suffering through. Over the past four-plus years, the curricula in so many schools has turned from the extremely left-wing to the outright totalitarian."

When it domes to "the outright totalitarian," Carlson went on to warn in a July 6 op-ed that "If you question critical race theory, crazed ideologues will attack you and hurt your children."
Carlson isn't the only one addressing CRT head-on.

Marc Thiessen has brought up the issue in multiple columns for the Washington Post. The entire November 11 column, "The danger of critical race theory," is worth reading, but here's a particularly important explanation:
CRT rejects democracy as a “relic of Enlightenment reason,” [Princeton University professor Allen C. Guelzo] says, and argues that White people “use tricks like democracy and the search for truth … to exploit and oppress and dominate people of color.” Don’t take his word for it. Richard Delgado and Jean Stefancic, authors of “Critical Race Theory: An Introduction,” state that “critical race theory questions the very foundations of the liberal order, including equality theory, legal reasoning, Enlightenment rationalism, and neutral principles of constitutional law.”
Virginia has gotten a considerable amount of attention, where Republican Governor-Elect Glenn Youngkin made it a priority to discuss CRT on the campaign trail and promised to outlaw it.

Youngkin's opponent, meanwhile, Terry McAuliffe, constantly referred to CRT as "a racist dog whistle" and even claimed that it wasn't taught in Virginia. As I covered last month, though, shortly before the election, the Virginia Department of Education website references CRT concepts.'

Parents Defending Education recently posted a list of 20 examples where CRT is being taught in Virginia.

In a November 9 column for Townhall, Larry O'Connor aptly summed it up with how "CRT Isn't in the Curriculum, It's the Language of the Curriculum."

This is another column worth reading in its entirety. But here's some excerpts:
Perhaps they're trying to hang their hats on a very narrow, semantic argument here. Since there isn't a "Critical Race Theory 101" class in your local elementary school, they believe they can claim CRT isn't in the curriculum.
But it is a deception not worthy of the best liars in the media.
...
No, CRT is not in the curriculum of these schools. It is woven into the very fabric of the curriculum of these schools.

It would be easy to opt out of the CRT class. It's a lot harder to disentangle the Critical Race Theory philosophy... no, ideology, from every part of the language and framework in the curriculum of nearly every class your kid takes at the school you pay for and apparently aren't allowed to have any input in.
And, as Thiessen had also explained, in "Democrats are lying about critical race theory" from November 9:
The left’s CRT denial is intellectually dishonest. Just because grade-school students are not studying academic treatises on critical race theory does not mean it is not being taught in schools. Most of these students are also not reading Karl Marx, but if they were being instructed by teachers trained in Marxist thought to see everything through the prism of class struggle, they would be learning Marxism. Well, today children are being instructed by teachers trained in CRT to see everything through the prism of race; to believe that the United States is a systemically racist country; and to believe that society is divided into two classes — oppressors and oppressed — and that which you are is determined by the color of your skin. That is critical race theory.

Democrats are gaslighting American parents — telling them not to believe what they can see with their own eyes. Before the pandemic this might have worked. Most parents didn’t know firsthand what their children were being taught. But during last year’s lockdowns that changed. Millions of parents were stuck working from home while their kids were attending school online — which allowed parents to see for the first time what their kids were learning in the classroom. Many did not like what they saw. Nor did they like being told that the promotion of CRT is a figment of their imaginations, when in Virginia, it is right on the Department of Education’s website for all to see. So, they rose up to demand change.
Virginia may have just had a highly publicized statewide election, but CRT is hardly contained to the commonwealth. Parents Defending Education also has an "Indoctrination Map," which shows this is particularly a problem on the East Coast.

The Continued American Awakening of The FBI as an Official Enforcement Mechanism of The Fourth Branch of Government
November 13, 2021 | Sundance | 187 Comments

More people are awakening to the uncomfortable reality that the FBI is a domestic enforcement mechanism for the Fourth Branch of Government. The most recent awakening is being driven by the brazen FBI raid on Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe with the intent to leak the information to their allies at the New York Times.

Make no mistake, this is one long continuum of FBI activity that is only growing increasingly more obvious as they consider themselves unaccountable to anyone except their own ideological interests. Who is the check in the U.S. justice system to provide oversight over the FBI? The uncomfortable answer is no one.

Remember, the oft reported relationships surrounding the divisions within the Fourth Branch: ♦The CIA uses The Washington Post. ♦The State Dept uses CNN, and ♦the FBI uses The New York Times.

James O’Keefe is currently in a lawsuit against The New York Times. The FBI raids the home of O’Keefe and then passes along the confidential communication between Project Veritas and their legal team to the New York Times. With a large audience, Tim Poole is realizing what CTH readers have been discussing for a decade:

View: https://youtu.be/bHeKJB2ve14
33:58 min

Absolute power ends with absolute corruption. The day after Christopher Steele appeared on ABC news to construct the defensive position against the information later released in an indictment by John Durham of ‘Trump-Russia’ conspiracy promoter Igor Danchenko. The very next day, the FBI raids the home of Oleg Deripaska.

Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska was the former employer of Christopher Steele {Go Deep}. The timing of the raid was transparently political. George Stephanopoulos interviewed Steele, because the Clinton operation in 2016 was at risk. Stephanopoulos’s interview was risk mitigation. Deripaska’s raid the next day was cover.

The FBI raid on O’Keefe was done for the same ideological purpose as the raid on Deripaska. This is all one long continuum. All of this is coordinated by political operatives using the DOJ and FBI as their enforcement mechanism.

October 19th, Representative Thomas Massie questions AG Merrick Garland about the FBI involvement in the January 6 DC protest. October 20th, Chris Steele appears on ABC to shape a defensive narrative around Clinton’s involvement. October 21st, the FBI raids Oleg Deripaska. Two weeks later, November 4th, the off-year elections are held, and the DC system is delivered a stunning rebuke. The next day, November 5th, the FBI raids Project Veritas and leaks the information obtained to the New York Times.

Washington DC houses the Fourth Branch of Government, an unaccountable and abusive control vehicle; rusted to the core with metastatic corruption. Unfortunately, Bill Barr was the bondo application, and John Durham appears to be the spray paint. The clear objective is to cover up the corruption from public view. The FBI is to Washington DC what the FSB represents to Moscow.

♦ For all the Tim Pooles of the world now starting to see this, let me remind you of where this is going. The DOJ and FBI now claim “anti-law enforcement violent extremists – pose the “greatest threat” domestically this year and likely into 2022″, the narrative continues. WHY?….

Perhaps I am wrong, but the only time I can recall in modern U.S. history that aggressive and illegal federal activity was halted mid-effort, was the example of the Clive Bundy ranch in 2014. Armed citizens forced federal authorities, including the FBI, to back down. In response to their loss, former AG Eric Holder vowed to revive “a domestic terrorism task force.” Contemplate that response against the 2021 statements of the FBI saying domestic violent extremists (DVE’s) represent the greatest threat. Can you see the connective tissue?

From the worldview of the DOJ/FBI, law-abiding U.S. citizens – pushed to the point of taking up defensive arms against federal agents – are a threat. Ergo, the newest definition of “Domestic Violent Extremists, or DVEs”, to define who the FBI view as their most substantive enemy. Two years after the Bundy Ranch standoff, the FBI shot and killed LaVoy Finicum, fulfilling their promise to eliminate extremists as defined by their worldview.

The FBI was fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, before they executed their plot. The FBI took no action. The FBI knew about the San Bernardino terrorists, specifically Tasfeen Malik, and were monitoring her phone calls and communications before her and Syed Farook executed their attack killing 14 people and leaving 22 others seriously injured.

The FBI took no action. The FBI knew Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad Alissa before he executed his attack. The FBI took no action.

The FBI knew in advance of the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance of the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance of the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan), and the FBI knew in advance of Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa. The FBI took no action.

Consider the case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil in Garland, Texas in 2015. The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, the FBI took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire. Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold. “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.”

christopher-wray-flags-sayoc.jpg

Remember, shortly before the 2018 mid-term election, when Ceasar Syoc – a man living in his van – was caught sending “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”, or what FBI Director Christopher Wray called “not hoax devices“? Remember how sketchy everything about that was, including the child-like perpetrator telling a judge later than he was trying to walk back his guilty plea because he was tricked into signing a confession for a crime he did not create.
Or more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer that involved 18 suspects, twelve of them actually working for the FBI as the plot was hatched? And we cannot forget the January 6th. DC protest turned insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI inspired and coordinated effort.

Have we forgotten the Atlanta “Olympic Park Bombing”, and the FBI intentionally setting up transparently innocent, Richard Jewel?

Then, there’s the entirety of the FBI conduct in “Spygate”, the demonstrably evident FBI operation to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump using their investigative authorities; and the downstream consequences of a massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest justice department scandals in the history of our nation. The original effort against Donald Trump used massive resources from the DOJ and FBI. Heck, the coverup operation using the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel used more than 50 investigative FBI agents alone.

And of course, the FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to a NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose; but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls, eh, not-so-much effort – even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.

[At this point, I am increasingly convinced, by evidence, the FBI themselves are the perpetrators involved in sex trafficking, human smuggling and abduction as part of their operational mission.]

It is important to realize exactly what happened in the case of the Olympic gymnasts and the rape of hundreds of teenage girls. When the victims and parents told the FBI about what Larry Nassar was doing, the FBI did not bungle the investigation, the FBI did not investigate.

But worse…. after the parents kept coming back to the FBI to ask what was going on; and report that other parents were now reporting that new rapes and assaults were ongoing; the FBI told those parents an investigation was ongoing. Except it wasn’t. The FBI was lying.

As the FBI was telling the victims they were investigating Larry Nassar, the FBI was doing no such thing. The FBI was lying to the victims and their families. The FBI was not taking any action whatsoever to address the multitude of claims against Nassar.

FBI-False-Statements-NASSER-Investigation.jpg

After the FBI was caught lying about their conduct, they then lied to the internal oversight, the OIG, about everything surrounding their conduct. The FBI didn’t make a mistake, or drop the proverbial ball, they intentionally and specifically maintained the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing with the complaints they received. This is not misconduct, this is purposeful.

Then, as if to apply salt to the open wound of severe FBI politicization….what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?

[Notice I’ve set the issue of the disappearing Huma Abedin/Anthony Weiner laptop –in the known custody of the FBI– over there in the corner, next to missing investigation of the Awan brothers.]

My point is this…
What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state; so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.

The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government; while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.

Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.

Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example. Antifa could not exist as an organization; capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets; without the full support of the FBI. If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort.

It is the absence of any action by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue. Once you accept that transparent point of truth; then, you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.

The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.

Anyone who continues to push the fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on destroying us. It is not a difference of opinion any longer. It is a matter of just accepting what is staring us directly in the face….

AZ: Scottsdale Unified School District To Hold Special Meeting To Elect New Board President After Creepy Parent Dossier Discovered

By Jordan Conradson

Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg’s secret dossier was recently discovered by concerned parents targeted by Greenburg and his father.

The Gateway Pundit reported that in an email exchange with Kim Stafford, Greenburg sent an unsolicited screenshot of his computer desktop, which showed a Google drive link.

Kim searched the link on her own computer and discovered a dossier containing extensive research and information on roughly 50 parents.

The Google drive had no privacy restrictions. Anybody with the link could view it.

It also contained private personal information including background checks, family information, cyberstalking, hidden body camera footage, tax records, and even social security numbers.

The Greenburg Dossier also confirmed suspicions that Mark Greenburg, the deranged father of Jann-Michael, was stalking parents, recording them, and photographing them while wearing a motorcycle helmet to hide his face.

Mark Greenburg even wished death upon one of his victims.

Jann-Michael denies any involvement or knowledge of the dossier but he was caught red-handed when he emailed Kim Stafford the link.

TheLegalProcess shared this news on Twitter saying,
Resignation and new president agenda posted. More must be done – @ScottsdaleUSD cannot investigate itself – too many with unclean hands in the whole affair. Public confidence in process is central to restoring public trust. Call AG office. @pbeckman4susd #susdgreenburgfiles #susdgreenburgfiles

School Board Candidate Amy Carney also said that they all knew and need to be replaced.

A new report by The Gateway Pundit also details how the entire school district could be involved in this dossier.

Amanda Wray, a concerned parent who was targeted by the Greenburg’s, alleges that the Superintendent also had knowledge of this disturbing dossier.

If true, this investigation cannot be conducted by the very same department.
That would be like trusting an election investigation, conducted by the same county that stole the election.

You don’t bring in your same department to investigate one of your own. You bring an outside department in to do it” – Former Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri
Arizona State Representative Shawnna Bolick called on Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to open a criminal investigation into the Board and Mark Greenburg.

Critical Race Theory Supporter Threatens Parents Who Question CRT: “I’ve Got Over 1,000 Soldiers – Locked And Loaded” (VIdeo)

By Alicia Powe
Published November 15, 2021 at 3:44pm

Parents criticizing the practice of critical race theory will face the wrath of 1,000 “locked and loaded” soldiers, cautions a leftwing, self-described “revolutionary” in Texas.

In a live-streamed Fort Worth Independent School District Board Meeting last week, Malik Austin threatened local parents who oppose the anti-white curricula being taught to their children and declared he is willing to “fight” for the bigoted teaching method.

“For those who got an issue with this critical race theory equity, this is something I fight for, for my children… How dare you come out … and talk about the things that my daddy and my grandparents went through, the lynching, the oppression, Jim Crow, and my kids are still being afflicted by this!” Austin reprimanded. “How dare you come up here and challenge me on critical race theory!”

Opponents of CRT lesson plans, which attribute racism to “white privilege” and claim racism is systemically embedded in all American institutions, will soon face off with a militia, warned Austin, who wore military apparel to a school board meeting in August.

1637031935441.png

“We are not our ancestors,” he said, drawing a distinction between his supporters and peaceful civil rights leaders of the past. “I’ve got over 1,000 soldiers ready to go. One thousand ready to go.”

As other parents in the audience began to jeer, Austin’s microphone was cut off. But he continued his tirade, threatening violent retaliation of parents who oppose CRT.

“Yes I will. Locked and loaded. Locked and loaded,” he said, as he was being escorted away from the podium. “Yeah, I’ll bring my soldiers with me next time.”

TODAY 4 PM: AZ State Rep. Joseph Chaplik To Hold Press Conference With Parents Targeted By Greenburg Dossier – Will Call For Jann-Michael Greenburg’s Resignation

By Jordan Conradson
Published November 15, 2021 at 3:55pm

rep. Joseph Chaplik

Arizona State Representative Joseph Chaplik of Scottsdale, Arizona will hold a press conference today at 4 p.m. Mountain Time prior to the Scottsdale Unified School District governing board’s emergency meeting.

Chaplik will renew his previous calls for Scottsdale Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg’s resignation from the board.

On November 10th, Chaplik called for Greenburg’s resignation immediately after it was discovered that he was keeping files on parents, citizens of Scottsdale that he considered his enemies.
For Immediate Release
November 10, 2021

Rep. Joseph Chaplik (Scottsdale) calls for resignation of Scottsdale School Board President

(Scottsdale, AZ) – Joseph Chaplik is calling for the resignation of Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg after evidence was presented that he has been cyber-stalking dozens of parents in the district.

“As a Scottsdale parent and member of the community I am calling for the resignation of Jann-Michael Greenburg. The evidence of his cyber-stalking and spreading of an enemies list should be the last straw for his fellow board members and I expect them to join me in this call,” said Chaplik.

This is the latest embarrassing episode for Greenburg who was heard on a hot mic at a board meeting in August, making vulgar statement about a parent who had just spoken at the podium. Greenburg has also been documented breaking his own masking standards that he imposed on students in the district along with his fellow board members.

“We can do much better for Scottsdale with many more talented residents to hold this position,” said Chaplik.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Jann Greenburg and his father Mark Greenburg were busted spying on parents and compiling their private data in a public Google drive now dubbed the Greenburg Dossier.

Parents also found photos of their children in the creepy dossier.

The parents are terrified that a public servant would go to these great lengths to intimidate and silence his own constituents.

Mark Greenburg even used private investigators to find privileged information on innocent parents.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the district will hold an emergency meeting tonight at 6 p.m. to elect a new Board President and consider Greenburg’s resignation.

Rep. Joseph Chaplik released the following notice for tonight’s event.
WHAT: State Rep. Joseph Chaplik of Scottsdale (R-23) will be holding a press conference prior to the emergency Scottsdale Unified School District governing board meeting. He will be renewing his call for the resignation of Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg and expanding it to anyone on the board and district superintendent’s office who had knowledge of the dossiers on parents and remained silent.

He will be joined by parents in the district that were the target of the dossiers/enemies list.

WHEN:
4:00 p.m. Monday November 15th

WHERE: 8500 E Jackrabbit Rd. Scottsdale, AZ – Scottsdale Unified School District Mohave District Annex (MDA)

WHY: Dossiers discovered on dozens parents who spoke out against school board policies that were in control of Jann-Michael Greenburg, his father, Board Member Zach Lindsey and others.
The Scottsdale Police Department and Scottsdale Unified School District are conducting investigations into the matter; however, as The Gateway Pundit reported, the entire District may be involved in this scandal.

Amanda Wray shared documents with The Gateway Pundit alleging that Superintendent Scott Menzel also had access to the Greenburg Dossier. In June, Menzel sent Amanda Wray an iPhone screenshot of a file found in the dossier.

In January, Amanda Wray received an email from Scott Menzel, “Re: Personal Safety at School Board Meetings” stating that, “no one should feel intimidated as a result of coming to a board meeting or expressing your opinions.

Amanda later found this exact email in the Greenburg Dossier, kept to intimidate parents who attend board meetings and voice their concerns.

Chaplik says that every resident of Arizona needs to pay attention to what is going on here if we want true justice.

1637032208553.png
1637032249926.png

This investigation by the district looks like a fox in the hen house. Chaplik demands that anybody with knowledge of the dossier resign.

View: https://twitter.com/JosephChaplik/status/1459655912252063744

The mask mandates need to end too. Masks have become badges or insignia for school officials to identify compliant parents and concerned parents.

With masks, they are controlling concerned parents through a watchful eye of the whole population.

With their dossier, they were targeting those they considered “ANTI MASK LUNATICS”, according to one folder.

“I knew that was going to be a way to identify them, it didn’t matter if they wear red, white, and blue. All you have to do is see if they’re wearing a mask”, said one school official in a Greenburg Dossier hidden body camera recording.

All Scottsdale residents need to attend this meeting to make their voices heard on this matter.

4:00 p.m. Monday, November 15th

Teacher in CRT lawsuit says school districts trying to drive wedge between parents, kids

Brooke Henderson says teachers are increasingly afraid to discipline students for fear of being called a "white supremacist."

Updated: November 15, 2021 - 10:42pm

A teacher who has sued a Missouri school district over the use of critical race theory training materials says she fears school districts are trying to drive a wedge between parents and their children and make educators afraid to dole out discipline.

Brooke Henderson is trying to force the Springfield, Mo., school district to drop training materials she was subjected to last year that instructed teachers that they might be engaged in oppressive or white supremacist behavior simply by insisting on using English in the classroom, uttering that "all lives matter" or calling police on a black suspect. Just the News obtained the training materials for a story it wrote this week.

Henderson told the John Solomon Reports podcast in an interview Monday that she became concerned that the training materials were designed to influence teachers to portray adults as oppressors, undercutting parents' authority with their children.

The materials suggested key American institutions like churches were part of a cycle of repression, but "I think it's even worse, that we're teaching our kids to not trust their parents," Henderson said.

"If you look at one of the oppression matrixes, it says that adults are the oppressor," she said.

"And, you know, the border groups are the young adults, but the elderly, and the younger children fall into that, you know, oppressed category. ... I cannot think of anything worse than telling your child to not trust her parents and that their parent is oppressive to them."

Henderson said she fears that one net effect on teachers who underwent the training is that they have become more reluctant to discipline students, even when unruly or engaged in bad behavior.

"I think across the board, it sends a message, you know, not only do we not call the police, we don't discipline students for inappropriate behavior," she said. "And so now teachers are afraid to discipline any student for inappropriate behavior. And, you know, I think across the nation, you'll hear teachers saying the same thing, that discipline is a concern, because nobody wants to be called a white supremacist. Nobody wants to be seen as a racist."

How Cultural Marxism Is Grinding Down Our Public Schools

ant-rozetsky-IP_rZpTeXqc-unsplash.jpg

Cultural Marxism is the gradual process of grinding down western democracies by subverting the pillars of their culture, the structures and institutions of family, religion, education, politics, law, the arts and the media, as they provide the social cohesion necessary to a functioning society. Undermine the principles these structural institutions embody, and a capitalist society can be overthrown from within without firing a shot. Like termites eating away at the foundation of a house, cultural Marxists in our midst have plotted since the 1960s to radically transform every cultural institution in America, including its secondary education system.

Those who think the threat of communism ended when the Soviet Union collapsed would be shocked to know what’s being taught decades later in many of America’s schools. In “Bill Ayers, the Critical Pedagogy Movement and Cultural Marxism,” author Geoffrey Brittain wrote this:

“In many of our public schools, young, impressionable children are no longer being taught to feel good about being Americans. Their school teachers, who traditionally embody socially approved values, are teaching them to be ashamed of being Americans. Spreading out from the schools that teach our teachers, this ideology is being inculcated into our nation’s K-12 schools and is anti-American in the most profound meaning of the term. It is a movement that is teaching future generations that capitalism and traditional American values are intrinsically evil. Critical pedagogy and its advocates, in their vehement antipathy toward capitalism, private property and traditional American values, is a classic fifth subversive column, no less dangerous to freedom than communism. Its advocates are seeking to radically transform our society by covertly indoctrinating the young through an essentially clandestine and subversive transformation of its culture.”

What follows are examples of how cultural Marxists in our schools are indoctrinating the young.

CAUGHT ON TAPE: UNION TEACHERS DISCUSS PUSHING MARXISM IN CLASSROOM

During a meeting of the Left Forum, two public school teachers were caught on video discussing how to slip communist dogma into classrooms. Wearing a “Tax the Rich” shirt, Sarah Knopp, a Los Angeles high school teacher and teachers union activist who contributes to “The Socialist Review,” and Megan Behrent, a New York City public school teacher affiliated with the International Socialist Organization, participated in a panel discussion about injecting Marxism into classroom instruction.

Across America, activist teachers, nearly all of whom vote Democrat, are pushing communist doctrine on captive young minds, often with the tacit approval of Democrat school administers, Democrat-controlled school boards, and the Democratic Party.

6th GRADE LESSON PLAN: DESIGN A FLAG FOR A NEW SOCIALIST NATION

A progressive-designed lesson plan for 6th graders in Texas public schools read as follows:

Note that socialist/communist nations use symbolism on their flags representing various aspects of their economic system. Imagine a new socialist nation is creating a flag and you have been put in charge. Use symbolism to represent aspects of socialism/communism on your flag. What kind of symbolism/colors would you use?

If this type of thing is taught in a red state like Texas, the odds are off the charts that communist-themed lesson plans are also being used in other states.

6th GRADE TEACHER: REPUBLICANS DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THE RICH.

After telling her 6th grade class that Republicans are stupid, Virginia public school teacher Kristin Martin went on to say that Republicans “don’t care about anyone but wealthy people and businesses,” an absurd claim designed to infect her students with Marxist class resentment.

Martin made her comments on Mar. 6, 2012 as Republicans filed into Powell Elementary School in Fairfax County to vote on Super Tuesday.

VIRGINIA 3rd GRADERS REQUIRED TO PERFORM OCCUPY WALL STREET SONG

During an official event at an elementary school in Virginia, 3rd grade students were required to perform “Part of the 99%,’ a song with an unmistakable political overtone: support of the anti-capitalist Occupy Wall Street protests. In response to an outburst of criticism, school board officials defended the song, saying the district’s schools don’t censor songs children write or try to influence the subjects children write songs about. “It all came out of the kids’ own mouths and the kids’ own words,” said Albemarle County school board chair, Steve Koleszar. Does it appear the song was written by 3rd graders? You decide:

Part of the 99%

Some people have it all

But they still don’t think they have enough

They want more money, a faster ride

They’re not content, never satisfied

Yes, they’re the 1%

I used to be one of the 1%

I worked all the time, never saw my family

Couldn’t make life rhyme, then the bubble burst

It really, really hurt

I lost my money, lost my pride, lost my home

Now I’m one of the 99%

The song accomplished its decidedly anti-American purpose: planting the seeds of Marxist class hatred in the minds of 8-year-olds.

USING LEGOS TO TEACH SOCIALISM

Two teachers at a Seattle school banned Legos from the classroom to teach kindergarteners about the alleged evils of private property. Anxious to have the toys returned to the classroom, the children agreed to a new set of guidelines set by their teachers, including these: All structures must be public structures and all structures must be standard size. Later, the teachers proudly quoted their newly indoctrinated students:

“A house is good because it is a community house.”

“We should all have equal houses.”

“It’s important to have the same power over your building as other people.”

What the 5-year-olds were taught is explained in this Karl Marx quote: “The theory of Communism can be summed up in one sentence: Abolish all private property.”

COLLEGE STUDENTS SHOW SIGNS OF PRIOR MARXIST INDOCTRINATION

Valencia College economics professor Jack Chambliss asked his sophomore class two questions on an essay assignment: what does the American Dream look like to you, and how much do you expect the federal government to help you achieve that vision? Eighty percent of his students expect government to provide one or more of the following:

Free college education

Free health care

Guarantee of a good-paying job

Money for down-payment on a home

Money for retirement

Take money from rich people so more money can be given to them

One student wrote, “As human beings, we are really not responsible for our own acts, and we need government to control those who don’t care about others.” The students’ expectations about government’s role in helping them achieve the American Dream made it clear that many had been indoctrinated with communist propaganda fed to them at K-12 schools they attended.

BOTTOM LINE

What children are taught in school today will determine what our country will be like in the future. In his best-selling book, “The Naked Communist,” former FBI Special Agent Cleon Skousen revealed 45 communist goals for destroying America from within. Goal 17 mandates this: “Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism and current Communist propaganda.” And that’s just what cultural Marxists in our schools have done. As a result, public-funded education is advancing communism in America one little Marxist at a time.

K-12 schools aren’t the only place communist dogma is being force-fed to impressionable young minds. A PragerU video titled “Dangerous People Are Teaching Your Kids” shows how cultural Marxists are also subverting higher education. Please consider watching and sharing.

BREAKING: AZ School Board President Refuses To Resign, Blames “Bad Actors” For His Family’s Creepy Dossier, Parents Demand New Board Election

Parents Gather To Demand Jann-Michael Greenburg’s Resignation

Scottsdale Unified School District held an emergency meeting tonight at 6 p.m. to elect a new Board President and consider the disgraced Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg’s resignation.

AZ State Representative Joseph Chaplik hosted a presser outside of the schoolhouse before the meeting. He questioned the motives of the very board that unanimously elected Greenburg their president and demanded resignation from all school officials that had any knowledge of the ‘Greenburg Dossier‘.

He also questioned the mask mandates and divisive critical racism asking if they were tools to create an “enemy list” of parents. The Gateway Pundit raised this question earlier.

Jann Michael Greenburg is currently under investigation by the Scottsdale Police Department for his involvement in a dossier containing in-depth parental and family information belonging to concerned parents in Scottsdale, Arizona.

There is also a “fox in the henhouse” investigation by the District that is currently underway.

3ADDFA61-5514-43E4-9FAE-2D3D5BB5648E.jpeg

Jann Michael opened tonight’s emergency meeting with a statement by saying,

Greenburg: I will briefly read a short statement… In my duty as a school board leader it is important to me that each member of our SUSD community is heard. This input helps us build and maintain a learning environment where our students can thrive. I believe in this community and want us all to work together and learn from each other even when we disagree.

I am reassured the Scottsdale Police Department is investigating this matter. There appear to be bad actors involved and I am confident our law enforcement professionals will quickly resolve these issues.
Social media in today’s political environment can cloud judgment and generate fear that can cause all of us to react hastily, as I believe has occurred here. I commit to you and I commit to myself to stay focused on the most important role I have as a school board leader: ensuring Scottsdale students are learning in the classrooms and have the world-class, future-focused education they deserve. I thank the community for entrusting me with this monumental task, and I will do my part to leave the fear and politics out of the important work we must do together. Thank you.
He then tried to call another private executive session to change the meeting agenda, right in the middle of the meeting.
Greenburg: The chair would like to call another executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the governing board’s attorney on any item that is listed on this agenda. Is there a second?

No second. Is there a motion?
Board Member Libby Hart-Wells shared her commentary on why Scottsdale needs a new school board president and why she requested this emergency meeting to dethrone Jann Greenburg.
Jann responded to this challenge by saying,
Board Member Hart-Wells, I would like to say that I do appreciate your perspective on this matter. But I do believe that we do not have all the facts and without all the facts, we cannot make a decision that is in the best interest of the district and that is why I so strongly support the investigations that have been announced and those that are being done in private. Because once we have all the facts, then we should make a decision that is in the best interest of the district. So thank you. Are there any other board member questions or comments on action Item 5A, election of new board president? Are there any motions?
There was nothing else to be said and they attempted to proceed with a nomination process.

Greenburg then fought against the motion to move forward on the agenda and elect a new board president, saying that they may not take two motions on one action item.

He suggested that a new meeting be held to move forward on this agenda item.

The Board approved the agenda as presented and a new Board President was nominated after Greenburg finally gave up.

** School board President Jann-Michael Greenburg was recently caught spying on and harassing parents in his school district.

** He treated his constituents like they were political enemies and information was later compiled for an online dossier.

** Jann-Michael’s father, Mark Greenburg created the ‘Greenburg Dossier’ where confidential information, including parents’ social security numbers were found.

** The dossier also contained divorce proceedings, mortgage documents, family trees, family contact information, extensive background checks, court case summaries, and hidden camera footage.

Mark Greenburg admittedly used private investigators to find privileged information and record licensed plate numbers. He also stalked social media pages and compiled as much information as he could from other websites and background checks.

The drive was also shared with other school officials but anybody with the link could view this confidential information.

Local parents feel violated as you would expect.

FBI Whistleblower Reveals Biden DOJ Activated Counterterrorism Division Against Protesting Parents

TUESDAY, NOV 16, 2021 - 03:57 PM

House Republicans in the Judiciary Committee have sent a Tuesday letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland after an FBI whistleblower provided 'a protected disclosure' revealing that "the FBI's Counterterrorism Division is compiling and categorizing threat assessments related to parents, including a document directing FBI personnel to use a specific "threat tag" to track potential investigations."

The evidence - an email sent the day before Garland testified on October 21 - "referenced your October 4 directive to the FBI to address school board threats and notified FBI personnel about a new "threat tag" created by the Counterterrorism and Criminal Divisions."

"This disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents," the letter continues.

The new information directly contradicts Garland's sworn testimony.

1637107941321.png

Garland notably came under fire last month during Congressional Testimony, where he denied "weaponizing" the FBI against parents opposed to Critical Race Theory and vaccine related mandates - using a flimsy memo from the National School Boards Association as justification. Of note, neither the memo nor the DOJ have provided specific examples of alleged 'threats' against school administrators.

The controversy began on Oct. 4, when Garland announced a concentrated effort to target 'any threats of violence, intimidation, and harassment' by parents toward school personnel. The disclosure came days after a national association of school boards asked the Biden administration to take “extraordinary measures” to prevent alleged threats against school staff that the association said was coming from parents who oppose mask mandates and the teaching of critical race theory.

According to the DOJ, a task was to be assembled to determine how to use federal resources to prosecute offending parents as well as how to advise state entities on prosecutions in cases where no federal law is broken. The Justice Department will also provide training to school staff on how to report threats from parents and preserve evidence to aid in investigation and prosecution.

In short:

1637108197389.png

Conflict of interest...
As we noted at the time, when it comes to conflicts of interest, Attorney General Merrick Garland appears to have a huge one.

Merrick's daughter, Rebecca Garland, is married to the co-founder of an education resource company that pushes critical race theory - which angry parents across the country are protesting. Taking matters into his own hands, AG Garland tapped the FBI on Monday to huddle with local leaders to address a "disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence" against teachers and school board members.
Conservative Treehouse writes:

Well, well, well… This is interesting. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland recently instructed the FBI to begin investigating parents who confront school board administrators over Critical Race Theory indoctrination material. The U.S. Department of Justice issued a memorandum to the FBI instructing them to initiate investigations of any parent attending a local school board meeting who might be viewed as confrontational, intimidating or harassing.

Attorney General Merrick Garland’s daughter is Rebecca Garland. In 2018 Rebecca Garland married Xan Tanner [LINK]. Mr. Xan Tanner is the current co-founder of a controversial education service company called Panorama Education. [LINK and LINK] Panorama Education is the “social learning” resource material provider to school districts and teachers that teach Critical Race Theory.

In short, absolutely nobody's watching the watchers.

Prosecution Of Project Veritas Sounds Warning About Two-Tier Justice & Big-State Corruption

TUESDAY, NOV 16, 2021 - 06:05 PM
Authored by Roger Kimball, op-ed via The Epoch Times,

Whatever else can be said about the FBI’s vendetta against James O’Keefe and Project Veritas,
his investigative journalism enterprise, it is a useful reminder of two things:
1) that we increasingly live in a two-tier society in which the lower tier can expect the arbitrary intrusion of all the coercive elements of the state, and
2) that the fundamental legitimacy of many important American institutions is draining away rapidly like a full bathtub that is suddenly unplugged.
Scott Johnson at Powerline has an excellent summary of the case thus far.

Last Thursday, the FBI conducted a raid against two former employees of Project Veritas.

A few days later, they conducted a dawn raid against O’Keefe himself. It was the full monty.

According to Harmeet Dhillon, a lawyer for PV, the G-men showed up with a battering ram, cuffed O’Keefe, and tossed him out in the hallway in his underwear as they proceeded to ransack his home.

They made off with lots of booty, including two mobile phones chock full of privileged attorney-client communications, donor information, as well as information about ongoing Project Veritas investigations.

Yes, but what were the Feds looking for.

Why the fancy-dress SWAT-team routine?

They were apparently looking for a diary kept by Ashley Biden, daughter of Joe Biden, President of the United States.

The diary, you see, may be real—or maybe not. If real, it may have been stolen. It may have been left behind in a room once occupied by Ashley Biden.

Project Veritas, in any event, denies having stolen it.

From bits that were leaked back before the 2020 election, we can say that the document is certainly full of items that, if true, are embarrassing to Joe Biden.

But think about this.

What if your uncle, who enjoyed a Tabasco youth, decided to write his memoirs, naming names and describing situations. He left his diary behind at a hotel and it’s vanished. What do you do?

If you are P.G. Wodehouse, you have Bertie Wooster find and destroy the thing.

If you are Joe Biden, you call your “geheime Staatspolizei,” formerly known as the FBI, and put them on the case.

Merrick Garland, attorney general of the United States (it sounds funny doesn’t it?) must have peeled off a number of agents he had just assigned to badger parents who attend school board meetings and set them looking for the diary.

But what if it is your Uncle Fred who was scribbling his embarrassing memoirs? Can you call your Uncle Joe and have him put the FBI on the case?

Of course you can’t. Who do you think you are?

Remember Hunter Biden’s laptop?

That was as good as a diary.

Better even. For the salacious things it contained were not mere assertions, musings or fantasies inscribed with pen on paper.

There were photos and videos and emails and other documents—hard evidence, in other words.

But the entire regime media complex closed ranks over Hunter’s laptop.

The New York Post broke the story.

The New York Post was quickly kicked off Twitter.

Regime spokesmen denounced it as “Russian disinformation.”

(I wonder if there are some Russians who are receiving royalties for all the drama they have, by proxy, provided over the last 4 or 5 years? I feel sure someone should be compensated.)

Hunter’s laptop became unmentionable, like potatoes during the Irish potato famine.

The spectacle of the FBI breaking down the doors of journalists was too much even for Analisa Torres, the judge who issued the original search warrant.

After the assault on O’Keefe’s property, Torres ordered that the agents pause in their efforts to extract data from O’Keefe’s phones.

The Feds apparently took this as their signal to start leaking material about O’Keefe and Project Veritas to The New York Times.

As of this writing, our former paper of record has published not one not two not three but four separate stories about the investigation into O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

As Scott Johnson delicately suggests, the Times pieces are full of their signature snottiness, questioning whether Project Veritas is really even a legitimate news organization.

Andy McCarthy, in a column on Nov. 12, offers some salutary advice for Judge Torres.

She should start, McCarthy writes, by ordering the U.S. Attorney to provide the court with affidavits detailing communications between prosecutors and the media.

She should also ask Merrick Garland to refer the matter to the Justice Department.

What do you suppose the chances of that are?

I’d say approximately zero.

In his conclusion, McCarthy touches upon what I think is the critical issue.
“You don’t need to love Project Veritas,” he writes, “to be offended by the blatant government leaking of confidential investigative information and by the Times’ hypocritical coverage.”
Indeed. As it happens, I do rather love Project Veritas, as much for its insouciance as for its what’s-good-for-the-goose-is-good-for-the-gander deployment of Alinskyite tactics against the Left.

Why should the Left have a monopoly on ferreting out hypocrisy and corruption?

I am not sure I would agree with McCarthy’s subsequent description of the Times as “the crown jewel of American journalism.”

I think the paper is utterly bankrupt and completely untrustworthy. I have vowed never to speak to a reporter from the Times. I cancelled my subscription years ago and cannot remember the last time I held a copy in my hands.

But McCarthy is right that the paper endeavored to brand Project Veritas as “a lower caste” enterprise, “not entitled to the presumptions of privacy and legitimacy that the Times demands for its own information-collection practices.”

You can say that again.

We’re back again at that “two-tier” structure I began with.

McCarthy is correct in his implication that the Times’s actions cast doubt on its own journalistic integrity.

But I think the episode uncovers, yet again, a sickness that is far deeper.
The moral bankruptcy of the Times is merely a reflection of a much larger bankruptcy: the bankruptcy of the institutions and the social compact that once underwrote our society.

In my view, that bankruptcy includes, but is not limited to, the FBI and the Department of Justice under whose aegis it operates.

Both have become thoroughly politicized shills for the permanent regime apparat that now governs us.

More and more people are waking up to this dispensation.

Merrick Garland, testifying recently before Congress about his memo siccing the FBI on recalcitrant parents who dared to question their local school boards, noted that the DOJ employs some 115,000 people.

That is indeed a lot of people—many too many, I’d say.

But even with 115,000 people at his disposal, the ghoulish Garland will find that there are not enough SWAT teams, handcuffs, or battering rams to save his secret police from the fury of an awakened populace.

Project Veritas is part of the general reveille, and thank God for that.

Missouri sues large school district for breaking open record laws on critical race theory materials

Attorney General Eric Schmitt says "parents have every right to know exactly what is being taught to their children, especially when public school systems are implementing components of critical race theory."

Updated: November 16, 2021 - 1:37pm

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt on Tuesday sued one of the state's largest school districts, alleging it has violated open records laws in an effort to thwart public disclosure of critical race theory training materials for teachers and curriculum for students.

Schmitt's lawsuit charges the Springfield Public Schools with 13 counts of violating the state Sunshine Law that include charging exorbitant fees for records. The move comes a day after Just the News reported that the school district's training materials suggested teachers could be engaged in white supremacist behavior just by insisting on English language in classes, calling police on a black suspect or using the term "All lives matter."

Schmitt's announcement cited some of the training materials cited in the Just the News article, including an "oppression matrix." The attorney general himself has filed open records requests seeking such records from the school district.

"Parents have every right to know exactly what is being taught to their children, especially when public school systems are implementing components of critical race theory and so-called 'antiracism' teachings in teacher trainings and applying social justice scorecards to math and other core curriculum," Schmitt said in his announcement.

"Springfield Public Schools has skirted our efforts to demand answers and transparency for parents who send their kids to Springfield Public Schools by demanding exorbitant fees for public records," he added. "Now, we're taking Springfield Public Schools to court for those public records."

The lawsuit alleges that Springfield Public Schools has publicly acknowledged that they are instructing teachers and staff on critical race theory. "According to Springfield Public Schools, one of the Facing Racism Institute's training objectives is to 'introduce the components of critical race theory from educational research with applications to the district,'" the lawsuit noted.

After the Springfield Public Schools School Board limited public comments and Springfield Public Schools announced that they would not release training materials to the public, Schmitt's office filed a Sunshine Law request to determine how frequently critical race theory and antiracism materials and teachings were shared with students.

The school system responded by providing a fee estimate that demanded an initial deposit of $37,000. "Springfield Public Schools violated § 610.026.2 [the Sunshine Law] by demanding a deposit for items or services other than copies as a precondition to making public records available to the Attorney General's Office," the suit alleges.

The suit seeks a judgment declaring the Springfield Public Schools violated the Sunshine Law, ordering officials to release all responsive records to Schmitt's office and imposing $1,000 in civil penalties for any violations of the law.

DOJ whistleblower challenges Garland testimony, says FBI counterterrorism tool used on parents

Rep. Jim Jordan demands attorney general amend his testimony, releases evidence from the whistleblower.

By John Solomon
Updated: November 16, 2021 - 6:50pm

AJustice Department whistleblower has provided Congress evidence that FBI counterterrorism assets were involved in the investigation of parents protesting school policies, prompting a key GOP lawmaker to question the "accuracy and completeness" of Attorney General Merrick Garland's recent testimony.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio.), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, released an unclassified internal FBI email from last month showing that the bureau's counterterrorism chief, Timothy R. Langan Jr., through a deputy, jointly sent instructions with the criminal division chief to FBI officials to use a "threat tag" to track any complaints involving parents and school officials.

"We ask that your offices apply the threat tag to investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff," the email stated. "The purpose of the threat tag is to help scope this threat on a national level and provide an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of the threat picture for effective engagement with law enforcement partners at all levels."

You can review the document here:

File
FBIWhistleblowerDocument.pdf

Jordan wrote Garland saying the email appeared to conflict with the attorney general's testimony last month. "You testified that the Department and its components were not using counterterrorism statutes and resources to target concerned parents at school board meetings," Jordan wrote.

"We have now received a disclosure from a Department whistleblower calling into question the accuracy and completeness of your testimony," Jordan wrote. "... This disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents." You can read his letter here:

File
2021-11-16-JDJ-to-Garland-re-completeness-of-testimony.pdf

Jordan ask Garland to amend his testimony or clarify why the FBI sent the instructions.

A Justice Department spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday evening.

But an FBI official told Just the News that "threat tags" are commonly used inside the bureau in recent years to help criminal and counterterrorism probes track trends and statistical evidence.

"The creation of a threat tag in no way changes the long-standing requirements for opening an investigation, nor does it represent a shift in how the FBI prioritizes threats," the official said.

The official also sought to distance the FBI from Garland's original instructions to investigate parental threats and the school board association letter that suggested protesting parents might be domestic terrorists. The school board group has since rescinded the letter and apologized.

"The FBI has never been in the business of investigating parents who speak out or policing speech at school board meetings, and we are not going to start now," the official said. "The FBI's mission is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution. These are dual and simultaneous and not one at the expense of the other."

Current and former FBI officials said the email cited by Jordan appeared to be an aberration from normal FBI practices. Usually, they said, the FBI sends out such instructions in what is known in bureau parlance as an "electronic communication" and cites the case number of an investigation. But this instruction was sent out over normal email and even included a colorful logo header, which they said was not typical.

FBI Whistleblower Claims DOJ Used Counterterrorism Tools Against Parents: Republicans

FBI spokesperson says bureau not 'in the business of investigating parents who speak out'
BY JACK PHILLIPS

November 16, 2021 Updated: November 16, 2021

An unnamed whistleblower disclosed documents suggesting that the FBI is using its counterterrorism resources to investigate parents or individuals who threaten school board members, teachers, or other staff, according to a letter sent by the House Judiciary GOP dated Tuesday.

The GOP letter included copies of the documents allegedly sourced from the FBI whistleblower that included an email sent by Carlton L. Peeples, who serves in the bureau’s Inspection Division, saying that the Counterterrorism and Criminal Division “created a threat tag, EDUOFFICIALS, to track instances of related threats.”

“We ask that your offices apply the threat tag to investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff,” the email reads. The email was signed by Counterterrorism Division Assistant Director Timothy Langan and then-Criminal Division assistant director Calvin Shivers.

In their letter on Tuesday, the Judiciary Republicans said that Attorney General Merrick Garland testified in front of a House panel that the FBI and Department of Justice were not using counterterrorism resources to target threats against school board members. However, the newly unveiled document, they argued, disproves Garland’s comments.

An FBI spokesperson told The Epoch Times on Tuesday evening that the bureau “has never been in the business of investigating parents who speak out or policing speech at school board meetings, and we are not going to start now.”

“The FBI’s mission is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution. These are dual and simultaneous and not one at the expense of the other,” the spokesperson said. “We are fully committed to preserving and protecting First Amendment rights, including freedom of speech. The FBI’s focus is on violence and threats of violence that potentially violate federal law.”

Before a counterterrorism investigation can be opened, there has to be information that indicates the possible use of violence or force, or a potential violation of federal law, the FBI spokesperson continued.

But according to House Judiciary Republicans, the whistleblower’s disclosure is evidence that federal law enforcement used counterterrorism resources at the behest of a “left-wing special interests group” to go after parents, referring to a letter that had been sent by the National School Boards Association several weeks ago linking parents who are concerned about school curriculum to domestic terrorists. It further said that the FBI and federal agencies should use the PATRIOT Act and other tools to go after parents.

After the initial letter was sent by the National School Boards Association, Garland issued a memorandum directing the FBI to address an alleged “spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” and create “dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting” on the matter. But on Oct. 23, the school boards group issued an apology to the White House over the language included in the letter.

Now, the whistleblower’s disclosure “calls into question the accuracy and completeness” of Garland’s testimony before the House Judiciary panel last month.

“If … you were aware of the FBI’s actions at the time of your testimony,” the Republicans wrote, the document “shows that you willfully misled the committee about the” Department of Justice’s use of counterterrorism tools to target parents.

During the House Judiciary Committee hearing, Garland denied allegations that his agency would label concerned parents as domestic terrorists.

“Justice Department supports and defends the First Amendment right of parents to complain as vociferously as they wish about the education of their children, about the curriculum taught in the schools,” he told lawmakers on Oct. 21.

Garland also suggested that Republicans were mischaracterizing his memorandum, saying it only pertains to threats of violence aimed at school employees and teachers.

“This is not about what happens inside school board meetings,” the attorney general remarked.

“It’s only about threats of violence and violence aimed at school officials, school employees, and teachers.”

After the National School Boards Association issued its initial letter, dozens of school boards around the United States have cut ties with the group. On Monday, the Kentucky School Board Association said its members voted to withdraw their membership.

CBS San Antonio Whistleblower GOES PUBLIC, Exposes Internal Diversity & Inclusion Training Where Journalists are Instructed to ‘Stop Thinking in Terms of Objective Journalism’

7:16 min video on website

In one instance, Christina Karaoli Taylor, CKT Cultural Strategies’ Multicultural Competency Trainer, was brought in to train CBS San Antonio journalists and defined the expectations.

“Much of what we’re gonna talk about today is going to center around the main code of ethics of journalism. And a couple things -- during this workshop and throughout your day, I challenge you to stop thinking in terms of objective journalism. We’ll discuss why that’s not really feasible anymore. But [think] in terms of accuracy, fairness, and transparency -- always striving for objectivity is not feasible,” Taylor said.

“That was the one that blew my mind. Teaching journalists at a national level, ‘Don’t be objective.’ To me, that was what journalism always was: to be objective. In my mind, if journalism is not objective, it’s not journalism -- it’s propaganda,” Mauser said.

Ron Treviño, who serves as one of CBS Houston’s [KHOU] most experienced and main news anchors, was recorded admitting that he is indifferent about conveying trust to the public through his reporting.

“I don’t really care if people trust us or not, we still have to do our job. Whether they trust us is the least of my concerns -- whether they trust me or not,” Treviño said.

“To me that seems like -- that’s part of the job. That you need trust to be able to do your job. Your job is to inform. If you can’t trust who you’re getting the news from -- you’re not doing your job,” Mauser said in response to watching Treviño’s statement.

On another occasion, Tegna’s Chief Diversity Officer, Grady Tripp, can be seen describing how employees should be evaluated more heavily on their adherence to a political ideology rather than their skillset in journalism. Tegna is the parent company of CBS San Antonio and CBS Houston, along with 62 other news stations across the country.

“At this point, if you’re not listening to a podcast, or looking at a video, or reading any of the information that’s out as far as equality and social justice and race, you don’t care…The other thing is we’re going to be holding stations accountable, right? We’re going to be holding stations accountable because we know it’s important to the organization. KPIs [Key Performance Indicators] are going to change, right? KPIs are going to reflect diversity and inclusion from a representation standpoint,” Tripp said.

“It’s about the narrative. It’s about pushing an agenda,” Mauser said to Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe in response to watching Tripp. “It feels almost threatening, doesn’t it?”

Mauser expressed concern for the state of journalism in the United States after witnessing these behaviors at CBS San Antonio on a regular basis.

“This mindset has been able to grow and infect what was supposed to be the fourth pillar of society. The journalists are supposed to be our watchdogs. They’re the ones that are supposed to be protecting us from tyranny and supposed to be going out there and finding out and giving us the truth,” he said.

“I would tell people -- my friends, family -- you can’t trust the news. ‘You’re being manipulated. Well, how do you know? I work in the news!’”

Mauser explained to O’Keefe why he decided to come forward to Project Veritas.

“I don’t want to destroy the news. I don’t want anybody to get fired. I want people to change and realize that they are supposed to be objective. They are being told by another company and by their parent company to ‘not be objective’ -- to be divisive. I just want them [CBS San Antonio] to admit they have a problem.”

In response, CBS San Antonio made the following statement when asked for comment:
“These assertions by a former employee are a severe misunderstanding of what valuing inclusivity, diversity and equity in a newsroom means. This lack of understanding is exactly why we’re doing this training. A non-news employee secretly taped inclusivity training where our journalists were given tools and information and shared perspectives on how we can better serve all our audience. A journalist’s job is to present the truth and report the facts, not cater to opinions. Our inclusivity program makes our journalism stronger, particularly for communities that have not been well-served by our industry. We will continue this important work.”

6 Takeaways From Emails Revealing White House Role In Targeting Parents Who Disagree With School Boards

6 Takeaways From Emails Revealing White House Role in Targeting Parents Who Disagree With School Boards

The president of the National School Boards Association says that a White House meeting prompted Attorney General Merrick Garland to direct the FBI to investigate parents who disagree with their local school boards over issues such as critical race theory, gender identity, and mask mandates.

Members of the NSBA board speculated among themselves that the group’s executive director and CEO, Chip Slaven, was using the national association’s letter to President Joe Biden requesting such action to jockey for a spot in the Biden administration. This information and more is contained in a recently released batch of emails and memos, which also note tension among the national association’s board members about the wisdom of pushing federal intervention in local school matters.

Parents Defending Education, an advocacy group, obtained the information about the White House involvement and other details through public records requests and made it available Thursday and Friday.

The National School Boards Association did not respond to phone and email inquiries from The Daily Signal about the revelations. Here are six big takeaways from the information about the national association, Garland, and the Biden White House that has come to light.

1. White House Meeting
NSBA President Viola Garcia sent an Oct. 12 memo to officials of state school boards associations that refers to a Sept. 14 meeting with White House staff.

“Subsequently, on Sept. 17, 2021, the interim executive director emailed notice to the state association executive directors that indicated a letter requesting federal assistance would be sent,” Garcia’s memo said.

Less than two weeks later, the NSBA’s Sept. 29 letter to Biden was publicized in The Washington Post and elsewhere. The letter called on the U.S. government to apply the post-9/11 Patriot Act, among other laws, to some parents deemed to be an “immediate threat” to education officials.

The following Monday, Oct. 4, Garland issued a memo directing the Justice Department and the FBI to “address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel.”

After the memo ignited a political firestorm among activists and conservative lawmakers, the NSBA apologized for the language of its letter to Biden and a link to the letter now comes up blank. But in her Oct. 12 memo, the National School Boards Association’s Garcia seemed to take credit for Garland’s ordering of investigations.

“In response to the letter sent by NSBA, on Oct. 4, 2021 the attorney general announced in a memorandum widely shared throughout the U.S. Department of Justice that he was ordering all U.S. Attorney Offices and local FBI offices to reach out to local and state law enforcement officials to coordinate efforts on this problem within 30 days of the memorandum,” Garcia wrote.

Before disclosure of the White House meeting, the watchdog group America First Legal asked the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General to investigate the White House’s role in the Garland memo.

In its complaint, the group referenced a staffer from the White House Domestic Policy Council who sought an “outside group” that would not be one of the “usual suspects” to request federal action against protesting school parents.

2. Board Members Object to Biden Letter
Garcia’s Oct. 12 memo refers to the Sept. 14 meeting at the White House. Emails show that at least two state association officials questioned whether leadership of the National School Boards Association provided information to other board members—most of whom are affiliated with state associations—before sending the Sept. 29 letter to Biden.

“Clearly, this was orchestrated and the letter was contrived for political theater,” reads an Oct. 5 email about the letter to Biden. Sally Smith, executive director of the Alabama Association of School Boards, wrote the email to that group’s members.

Pam Doyle, past president of the Alabama Association of School Boards, wrote several fellow NSBA board members Oct. 11 after seeing a draft of Garcia’s Oct. 12 memo about the White House meeting that preceded the NSBA’s letter to Biden. Doyle wrote:

If I read the above paragraphs correctly, the origin of the letter began Sept. 14 with a meeting with the White House staff, but fails to specify who met with the White House staff. … The members asked specifically who wrote the letter, by what authority the letter was written, and who or how many states asked for federal intervention. This letter fails to adequately answer the specific questions about the lack of input from the members and [NSBA] board in the letter to the president.

Andrea Messina, executive director of the Florida School Boards Association, and Beverly Slough, chairman of the St. Johns County School Board in St. Augustine, Florida, exchanged messages Oct. 11 after seeing the draft of Garcia’s memo revealing the White House meeting that occurred before the issue went public.

“Did the items Pam [Doyle] has in red happen?” Slough asked. “If they did, execs should have known the letter [to Biden] was going.”

Messina responded that she wasn’t aware, but Slaven—NSBA’s executive director—might have said something about it:

Chip [Slaven] very well may have informed us that he had spoken with the White House that morning. Regretfully, he said that every time I get on a call with him so I don’t pay attention.

3. Political Ambition?
In an Oct. 10 email, Doyle told Slough that she suspected political motives by Slaven.

“I had one exec say they thought it was a coup between Chip [Slaven] and the White House in positioning Chip for a place in the Biden square,” Doyle wrote. “I’m not surprised at anything coming from that man or the officers.”

Doyle added: “Keep your fingers crossed—firing Chip would be a first step in the right direction.”

Slaven became executive director of the National School Boards Association in July after a background in Democrat politics. He previously was director of federal policy and intergovernmental affairs for West Virginia Gov. Robert E. Wise, a Democrat who served from 2001 to 2005. Slaven also was Wise’s congressional district director when Wise served earlier in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2008, Slaven contributed $250 to the unsuccessful House campaign of Talley Sergent, also in West Virginia.

4. Taking Credit
Charlie Wilson, another board member of the National School Boards Association, told his school board colleagues in Worthington, Ohio, that he pushed the national association’s letter to Biden about investigating dissenting parents.

In a Sept. 30 email, Wilson wrote: “Dear Colleagues, Attached is the NSBA letter I requested be sent to President Biden concerning threats across the country.”

Wilson continued with a point of local pride: “NPR featured the letter on its news tonight. You will see that Worthington is mentioned in the letter.”

Wilson is immediate past president of the National School Boards Association.

5. Warning About Garland Son-in-Law
Garland’s son-in-law, Alexander Tanner, is an executive with Panorama Education, a company that makes money off the use of critical race theory in schools. The teaching of critical race theory, or using it to frame classroom lessons, is a major issue that parents protest at local school board meetings.

Janine Bay Teske, of Wyoming’s Teton County School District No. 1 and an NSBA board member, included an email attachment to a story about Garland’s son-in-law’s stake in Panorama Education, which promotes critical race theory in public schools.

“Let’s make sure we don’t use this company,” Teske wrote Teton Schools Superintendent Gillian Chapman on Oct. 13.

That was one day after Garcia’s memo explaining the Sept. 14 White House meeting that prompted the Sept. 29 NSBA letter to Biden and Garland’s Oct. 4 call for investigating parents who challenged local school boards. Teton’s superintendent replied, apparently referring to Panorama Education products:

We pay for the Panorama SEL and Climate Surveys and data dashboard. WDE [the Wyoming Department of Education] uses Panorama for one of the Alternative School Accountability Metrics.

6. Concerns Over ‘Moms for Liberty,’ Public Reaction
Objections to the National School Boards Association’s Sept. 29 letter to Biden came much earlier. In an email thread among several NSBA board members, Ronnie Hopkins, also on the school board in Jefferson City, Georgia, wrote Oct. 1: “One of the last things I need is the federal government telling me how to run my school.”

Slough, the school board member in St. Augustine, Florida, said in the email chain: “I am so upset. Moms for Liberty will have a field day with this!”

Moms for Liberty, a conservative nonprofit, advocates parental rights in schools.

The next day, the Florida School Boards Association’s Messina wrote: “If they [NSBA leadership] were truly concerned about safety, it would not have been accompanied by a press release and media interviews. They made it about NSBA, not safety.”

Videos: Parents Accuse School Boards Of ‘Promoting Suicide’ With Creepy Corporate Run ‘Social Emotional Learning’ Schemes

They also warn the scheme is a “trojan horse” for Critical Race Theory and a “gateway to the LGBTQ agenda”

Videos: Parents Accuse School Boards Of ‘Promoting Suicide’ With Creepy Corporate Run ‘Social Emotional Learning’ Schemes
Concerned parents have slammed school officials for “promoting suicide” among children by amplifying a so called ‘Social Emotional Learning’ agenda that is obsessed with encouraging kids that it is normal to have and to openly discuss mental health illnesses and to feel like they were born as the wrong gender.

The SEL scheme is often traced back to a 1995 book titled ‘Emotional Intelligence’ by academic Daniel Goleman, who argued that schools focus too much on intellectual achievement, and not enough on emotional development and empathy.

However, parents are now arguing that SEL has evolved into indoctrination, and that government run schools have no place getting involved with their children’s emotional and mental wellbeing.

In a recent school board hearing, a Southlake Texas mother, Tara Eddins, called for an end to the program in her children’s school, claiming that it ‘advertises suicide’.

Eddins asked school officials “Why are we hiring counsellors grades five through 12 at $90k a pop?”

“Counsellors need to get back to the business of prepping our kids for higher learning. Not promoting suicide,” she urged, adding “These kids are trying to get through the day – get through compacted math, algebra, go to cotillion on Sunday – they are not thinking about these issues.”

Parents in Indiana also recently argued that SEL is a “dangerous gateway to the LGBT agenda,” with schools encouraging children to question their sexuality:

https://videos.dailymail.co.uk/vide...231120013/640x360_MP4_3513702411231120013.mp4 .34 min

Parents’ activist groups have also warned that “profiteer consulting groups” are being brought in by schools to replace traditional school counselors.

Asra Nomani, the vice president of Parents Defending Education told NBC News “What we need to do is to separate the authenticity of social and emotional learning from the activist, divisive agendas of profiteer consulting groups that are basically using our children to increase their bottom line.”

Nomani added that the SEL agenda “took a turn in the summer of 2020, after the tragedy of George Floyd’s killing,” adding that it has become “a vehicle for this quote-unquote ‘social justice activism’ and the indoctrination of controversial ideas related to race, sexuality and even gender and identity.”

1637127496498.png

Another parents activist group, No Left Turn in Education, has warned that SEL “sets students up to be ‘counseled’ to believe things that go against what their parents have taught them.”

“There are parents who raise their children with traditional family values and a biblical worldview only to have that shattered by adults in authority at school. Do you see it?” The group wrote in a recent Facebook post.

the post continued, “SEL is dangerous. It may not lead to a sexual assault by an adult, but it will likely lead to some serious mental health struggles for many young people.”

“Look at the staggering number of very young women who now identify as transgender or gender fluid. Have you wondered why this is? SEL is not the only cause, but it is certainly contributing to some of the identity issues of our day,” the group further warned.

As we noted last week, a new poll by Arizona Christian University has found that 39 per cent of 18-24 year olds now identify as LGBTQ.

A previous poll by Gallup found that 5.6 per cent of all adult Americans now identify as LGBTQ, up from 4.5 per cent in 2017.

The fact that the number has inflated so significantly in recent years clearly indicates it is being driven by social and cultural engineering.

The results of the Gallup poll also indicated that the rise was largely due to more people identifying as “bisexual.”

However, as journalist Glenn Greenwald noted, “The vast majority of them in long-term relationships are in opposite-sex relationships (33%) rather than same-sex ones (3.7%). So 10 times more people who identify as “bi” live in hetero-appearing relationships than gay/lesbian ones.”

In other words, the cultural cache of claiming to be part of ‘LGBTQ’ when these people aren’t even in LGBTQ relationships is too tempting to resist.

1637127375393.png1637127414217.png

The Foundations of Freedom report also noted that “The proportion of young adults who identify as LGBTQ is roughly three times the proportion identified among the combined older adults of the nation.”

In addition, the fact that mental illness and depression is statistically higher amongst people who identify as LGBT raises the question of the damage that the amplification of such lifestyles by the culture is doing to young people.

Parents nation-wide have found themselves under attack by leftists and even government entities over recent weeks after taking on school officials over issues including Critical Race Theory and gay porn literature in schools.

As Tucker Carlson recently detailed, the Biden administration is using the Department of Justice and the FBI to target parents who refuse to go along with its medical mandates and teaching of such ‘social justice’ theories in schools.

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker demands explanation for university's white privilege class

“Students are not only required to take this course and pass with a 100% score in order to enroll in classes but they are also required to agree that whiteness means privilege,” Robin Vos wrote the University of Wisconsin chancellor.

By Benjamin Yount
Updated: November 17, 2021 - 11:12pm

Wisconsin’s assembly speaker has some questions for the chancellor at UW-Madison over what he calls a mandatory class on white privilege.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos on Tuesday sent a letter to UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank. Vos is demanding an explanation for the Graduate and Professional Students Preventing and Responding to Sexual and Relationship Violence course.

“Students are not only required to take this course and pass with a 100% score in order to enroll in classes but they are also required to agree that whiteness means privilege,” Vos wrote in his letter.

A university spokesman has said the school has taken a “public health approach” to combating violence for years.

But no one is speaking directly to Vos’ questions or his letter.

Vos said he is “appalled” both by the specifics of the course, and that it is required.

Vos on Tuesday sent Chancellor Blank a list of questions he wants answered.

“I would like an explanation as to why this course is mandatory for graduate and professional students to enroll in classes at UW-Madison. Why is this a graduate prerequisite? Are undergraduate students required to take a similar course? Why does the university find this an appropriate course to require students to take? Who developed this course? What was the impetus for this course and how was it developed? If students voice opposition to this mandatory course, what is the university’s response?,” Vos wrote.

Vos said the problem is not talking about race or privilege, but how the university is framing those discussions.

“The students of our state deserve the opportunity to learn about different viewpoints and develop their own beliefs without being required to agree with one, narrow set of beliefs that the university tries to bestow upon them before they are allowed to register for courses,” Vos concluded in his letter.

DOJ Inspector General Says Department Must Address Concerns About Politicization

WEDNESDAY, NOV 17, 2021 - 09:40 PM
Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times,

The Department of Justice (DOJ) must address deepening concerns that it’s not insulated from political influence, the agency’s watchdog stated in a new report.

The DOJ failed to follow policies and procedures designed to protect it from accusations that it’s politicized or partially applying the law in a number of cases, including while investigating Donald Trump’s campaign during the 2016 election and in leaks to the media, Inspector General Michael Horowitz noted.
“Numerous national events in the past year have crystalized the urgency for the department to address this challenge in a meaningful way,” he wrote, including the discovery that the DOJ under the Trump administration obtained communications to and from members of Congress and accusations that protesters were cleared from Lafayette Square in Washington on June 1, 2020, for political purposes.
Such events “have all raised questions about the department’s objectivity and impartiality” and “negatively impacted the perception of the department as a fair administrator of justice,” Horowitz said.

As proof, the watchdog cited a 2020 poll from the Pew Research Center, which found favorable views of DOJ among Democrats dropped sharply during the Trump administration. Republican views grew more favorable during the same time.

DOJ officials didn’t respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment.

Critics on both the left and right have said the DOJ in recent years has acted wrongfully.

Democrats repeatedly criticized the department during the Trump era, including over its bid to lower the jail sentence of Trump ally Roger Stone. Republicans also found problems with the agency, in particular over its handling of the probe into whether Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia that relied heavily on the now-discredited Steele dossier.

Just this week, fresh strong reactions were triggered after a whistleblower said internal documents showed the DOJ used counterterrorism tools against parents.

The documents “prove that the FBI was, in fact, using counterterrorism tools to investigate concerned parents who have attended school board meetings—which directly contradicts Attorney General Merrick Garland’s sworn congressional testimony,” Parents Defending Education said in a statement.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, told The Epoch Times that the DOJ “has had a cloud hanging over its credibility for years.”

“From the [Hillary] Clinton email investigation to the Russia probe and targeting parents exercising their First Amendment rights at school board meetings, there’s not been much to boost the public’s confidence that DOJ is apolitical. The inspector general’s assessment seems right on the money to me,” he wrote in an email.

“I hope the department, and its components like the FBI, begin turning a corner to regain some of their previous non-partisan, beyond-reproach reputations. The inspector general also said that he needs testimonial subpoena authority and the ability to independently investigate attorney misconduct. Those two things will go a long way toward ensuring bad apples at FBI and the department are truly held accountable.”

FBI's Damage Control on Investigation of Parents Makes Things Even Worse

By Nick Arama | Nov 17, 2021 8:15 PM ET

We reported yesterday that an FBI whistleblower had leaked some disturbing information to Congress. The information was an email showing that, contrary to Attorney General Merrick Garland’s testimony before Congress that the DOJ/FBI wasn’t treating parents objecting to school board actions as “domestic terrorists,” their Counterterrorism unit was in fact involved in looking into the issue, and putting “threat tags” on all “investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrations, board members, teachers, and staff.”

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) demanded that Garland answer why this was different from Garland’s prior testimony, and asked that he come back before Congress to explain all this.

1637220475529.png

Rep. Jordan said that the whistleblower’s “disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents,” meaning at the behest of the National School Boards Association.

Here’s the FBI email in question.

1637220357847.png

The FBI responded and, in so doing, they did themselves more harm than good. They tried to argue this was standard practice and that parents objecting to school actions were just like drug or human traffickers.
“A tag is merely a statistical tool to track information and for review and reporting.

The creation of a threat tag in no way changes the long-standing requirements for opening an investigation,” the FBI released in a statement. “Nor does it represent in a shift in how the FBI prioritizes threats. The FBI has used tags to track everything from drug trafficking to human trafficking.”

How nice, to class parents in with drug and human traffickers — that should go over well.

Notice what they didn’t do is answer why the Counterterrorism unit is involved. What they didn’t do was list any federal crimes that justify this action. As we have reported before, Merrick Garland was asked by Congress to produce the data of the threats to justify this action, and he has failed to do so.

It isn’t normal in the slightest, because threats to school officials aren’t generally a federal issue: they’re a state/local issue. If they are having the FBI involved, what is the federal justification to begin with for all this? They skipped right over that part.

Indeed, if you look at the whistleblower email, the FBI Counterterrorism email asks the same question — they want their agents to be looking for any “federal nexus” (meaning something that justifies federal involvement), any potential federal violations involved, and “what the motivation for the crime is.”

But that isn’t the way that this is supposed to work. You aren’t supposed to be in search of a crime, trying to bootstrap and justify your involvement. They want to know the “motivation of the crime”? That surely does sound like they are targeting possible political motivation.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) demanded on Thursday that the FBI submit to the House Judiciary Committee any records related to counterterrorism tools that the agency used against parents expressing outrage at school boards, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.

Jordan, who serves as ranking member on the Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray detailing the committee’s requests after Jordan published an email Tuesday from a whistleblower inside the FBI that revealed the agency’s counterterrorism and criminal divisions had created a “threat tag” for FBI officials to apply to investigations into threats made against school administrators.

“We are investigating the troubling attempts by the Department of Justice and the White House to use the heavy hand of federal law enforcement to target concerned parents at local school board meetings and chill their protected First Amendment activity,” the letter begins.

The Biden administration’s Justice and Education Departments have come under fire in recent weeks after Attorney General Merrick Garland released a memo on October 4 stating he was directing the FBI to engage in local education matters because of an alleged “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”'

Garland’s letter came shortly after the National School Boards Association (NSBA) sent a letter to President Joe Biden on September 30 seeking federal law enforcement assistance to handle outraged parents who were allegedly partaking in “acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials.”

The letter suggested that such acts might warrant “domestic terrorism and hate crimes” classifications.

In response to a massive public outcry over the reference to domestic terrorism, the NSBA retracted its letter on October 22, apologizing for “some of the language” it had initially used and clarifying that the NSBA does value the “voices of parents.”

Garland, however, testified before both the Senate and House Judiciary Committees in late October and gave no indication that he intended to modify or retract his own message against parents when he was pressed by Republicans on the subject.

Garland, as Jordan noted on Tuesday in a public letter to the attorney general about the whistleblower document, testified that the FBI was “not using federal counterterrorism tools to target concerned parents.” Jordan called “into question the accuracy and completeness” of Garland’s testimony based on the whistleblower revelation and offered the attorney general an opportunity to amend his testimony:

1637293449329.png1637293508692.png

In his letter to Wray, Jordan asserted that “the whistleblower disclosure only amplifies our need to investigate how the Biden Administration is using federal law enforcement resources, including counterterrorism tools, to target concerned parents at school board meetings.”

The Ohio Republican asked Wray for a record of the number of parents who have received a “threat tag,” which the whistleblower showed was labeled “EDUOFFICIALS.” He also asked for all documents and communications relating to the education tag and to any investigations of “school board threats sent or received by” the FBI’s counterterrorism assistant directors.

Jordan’s demands come as a follow-up to a request House Judiciary Committee Republicans made to Wray on November 3 for documents and communications relating to any activity the FBI had engaged in at the prompting of Garland’s October 4 memo.

The letter on Thursday revealed that Wray has not responded to the Judiciary Committee’s November 3 request, the deadline of which was November 17. Jordan reiterated that request and set a new deadline for the follow-up materials of December 2.

Radical Censor Nominated for Biden’s FTC: Alvaro Bedoya Attacked Breitbart, Wants Fox News Blacklisted, Smeared Blackburn, Hyped CRT
Alvaro Bedoya is up for FTC

ALLUM BOKHARI18 Nov 2021260

Alvaro Bedoya, the far-left academic that the Biden administration has nominated to be a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), previously sat on the board of an organization that called for an advertiser boycott of the Fox News Channel, condemned Breitbart News, and called Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) a “swamp dweller.”

Breitbart News has closely covered his track record of partisan, far-left positions, including his opposition to the effective enforcement of immigration laws and links to George Soros. Now, further links about Bedoya’s far-left past have emerged.

From December 2016 to December 2020, Bedoya sat on the board of directors for the organization Free Press and its associated group, Free Press in Action, far-left organizations with $2.2 million in backing from the pro-censorship leftist billionaire Pierre Omidyar.

In 2017, Free Press denounced Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) as a “swamp dweller… mouthing the most uninformed talking points.”

Free Press has smeared a number of conservatives and conservative organizations. It accused Breitbart News and other conservative media entities of spreading “misinformation” and painting “people of color, immigrants, and religious minorities” as “the enemy of the United States.”

It has accused Fox News host Tucker Carlson — the most popular cable news host in the country — of being “notoriously racist” and “part of the white supremacy problem,” calling on major advertisers to boycott Fox News. In its public petition to advertisers, it accused Fox News of spreading “hate” and “misinformation” and tied it to “hate crimes against black people.”

It has called on media organizations to “make reparations to black people,” claiming “white-dominant media companies have inflicted harms on black lives throughout U.S. history.”

Free Press attacked the Governor of Oklahoma, Kevin Stitt, for signing a law banning the teaching of critical race theory in schools, calling it part of a “right-wing campaign to prevent our nation from learning about the history of systemic racism.” In 2018, Free Press held a roundtable with Khaled Beydoun, an author and critical race theorist.

In his confirmation hearing before the Senate, Bedoya insisted that he knew little about critical race theory, and distanced himself from allegations that the former administration was “white supremacist.” It now appears that not only does Bedoya know exactly what critical race theory is, but he sat on the board of directors of an organization that aggressively promoted it.

As a commissioner of the FTC, Bedoya will have extensive influence over an agency that wields enormous influence over businesses and corporations, including Silicon Valley. At a time when the Biden administration is exerting pressure on tech companies to censor more information, Bedoya has promised to make extensive use of the agencies vast powers to “police Big Tech.”

America’s First Mom Raided By FBI Since October 4th DOJ Memorandum? She Fought Against Voter Fraud, Critical Race Theory and Forced Masking in Schools

By Leo Hohmann, 17 November, 2021

An FBI SWAT team raided the home of an activist mother of three in Colorado on Tuesday, Nov. 16, knocking down her door, bursting into the house and handcuffing her while she was homeschooling her children.

This is the first known case of the federal government making good on its promise to not only intimidate but actually carry out a raid on a mom who was involved in her local school board politics, said Brannon Howse, who interviewed Sheronna Bishop on his live broadcast at Lindell TV Wednesday night. Sheronna broke the story on Lindell-TV an hour earlier on the Lindell Report with host Mike Lindell and co-host Brannon Howse. Howse invited Sheronna to stay over for another thirty minutes and go deeper into her story on his live broadcast.

The U.S. Department of Justice and Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an Oct. 4 memorandum directing federal, state and local law enforcement to look for parents to prosecute nationwide who may have made "threats" and made "harassing" phone calls to school board members nationwide, equating such parents to domestic terrorists.

Now a mother, Sheronna Bishop of Grand Junction, Colorado, has felt the brute force of the FBI's heavily armed SWAT unit used against her family.

She was at home with her three children Tuesday morning when she heard someone pounding on the front door. She said the officers "manhandled" her 18-year-old daughter, pulling her up the stairs by her hoodie, while another officer put her in handcuffs. They proceeded to search the entire house.

Besides being a frequent attendee at her local school board meetings, Bishop has also been active in the voter integrity movement in her state and locality. She runs the website Americasmom.net, and on that site she features an article and video under the title We the Parents: How Did We Get Here?

She said she has not been guilty of anything but speaking her mind in accordance with her First Amendment rights.

"This is still the United States of America, where we are able to state what we think and we believe," she told Howse. "There was some pounding on my door. I didn't really know what to think, I thought at first it might be some neighbor kids. They were pounding profusely, and then it hit me it was the FBI. I took my kids to their bedrooms. They used a battering ram to bash down my door, they cuffed me. And then proceeded to search and go through my whole home."

She said the agents would not tell her why they were searching her home. They did leave behind documents related to the search warrant, saying they entered her home because she was suspected of causing "intentional damage to a protected computer, wire fraud and conspiracy to cause damage to a protected computer."

"I don't know anything about this. They couldn't explain any of this," she said. "I will tell you why: they were at my home to intimidate me, to shut me up, because I was using my First Amendment rights to advocate for [Mesa County Clerk] Tina Peters on the issue of Dominion [voting machines] and the damage done in our election. And they'll never be held accountable. Instead they will criminalize this woman who has stood up."

"I know people will say, well Sheronna, why don't you just shut your mouth... That's exactly what they hope you will do. I can open my mouth and say whatever I want to say and that is not a criminal action. This is about their desire to shut you down and stop you from saying it."

"I'm a law abiding citizen, I'm very supportive of law enforcement," she continued. "I love the Constitution. And what happened yesterday, what happened is something I never imagined I would experience in America."

Bishop said she uses her website, AmericasMom.net, to educate and inform parents and moms regarding their children's education.

"And since then we've gotten involved in school board races. I love my state. I'm a fourth generation Coloradan. Most recently I've been a very vocal advocate of a candidate [Peters]... She's had to fight for her own life, and a guess now I'll have to fight for mine."

Bishop has been part of a group of parents that have been successful in fighting the teaching of critical race theory and school mask mandates.

"Colorado was able to flip nine school boards this year. We were able to get one of our leftists to resign and we also flipped our school board in the election," Bishop said. "And people like me are considered domestic terrorists now, because we don't stand for the policies that have been forced upon our children."

Howse said history will be kind to Bishop.

"I believe you will go down in history as the first mom targeted [by the FBI]. The FBI has said it plans to do this and I believe you are the first mom to have this done to you. Mask mandates, opposing critical race theory, election theft, which Biden said if you question that you are involved in subversion. But I believe you are the first mom to have been targeted and had your door literally busted down while you were homeschooling your kids."

Bishop said she has always made a point of being transparent.

"I have always made myself available, I've never tried to hide from anything and now for them to bash my door down, manhandle my daughter... I think the timing is really interesting,

because we don't want people to be silent because of what happened to me. If anything I want people to be more vocal,... because this is still America and you still have the right to stand up for yourself and your family."

"I believe elections have consequences, and in this case this illegitimate regime is having serious consequences for all of America."

Howse asked if she ever thought she would be targeted in this way by her own government.

"No I never thought in America that a suburban housewife and mom would have her door bashed in by the FBI," she said.

He asked about her three children.

"My kids are very resilient. And part of schooling them has been to teach them the proper role of government and the proper role of law enforcement and I can't convince them now that the FBI are good guys. And I really have my own doubts about that now. You cannot just say 'I followed orders' to go bash someone's door down. They are responsible for what they are doing."

Howse had just concluded a series of interviews with a panel of four retired FBI agents just days before the raid in which they had described similar raids against non-violent patriotic Americans over the last few years, starting with Gen. Michael Flynn in 2016, followed by the pre-dawn raid on author and Trump ally Roger Stone in 2019 and then the violent entering of journalist James O'Keefe of Project Veritas just last week.

"I was on the [FBI] SWAT team for several years," said Brian Shepard, appearing with three other retired FBI agents at a symposium aired by WVW TV on Nov. 16. "And I can tell you from my experience, and I think all others of the bureau agents here would echo what I'm going to say. We never conducted a search or conducted an arrest of someone who was not a violent offender. And the thought when I heard about what happened with Roger Stone, just outraged me so much that, it just rose up inside me."

Now, an activist mom has been targeted, raising the question: Has the FBI become the political shock troops for the White House, seeking to harass and intimidate anyone who speaks out against its policies?

Howse said it was obvious that Shepard became emotional when he began talking about how the bureau, he gave the better part of his life to serve, had now taken to bashing down the doors of non-violent American patriots.

"Brian's reaction is very typical of men in that generation who served in the FBI, and many of those men have responded the same way, because they gave the best years of their lives to the agency, and upheld what they believed were the values of the agency, bravery, integrity and fidelity, and they become emotional when they saw how this has been discarded. They are beside themselves. It happened to others and now it happens to you, within days of our filming [of the panel]."

Bishop said the timing was not lost on her.

"I can't explain it. I can't explain being a target, for an agency that typically takes down the cartel, human trafficking, and now I've had my children traumatized and if this can happen to me, they'll come for you too."

"I made myself completely transparent to them and yet they chose to break down my door, terrorize my kids and try to intimidate me."

She said the agents took her phone and other devices and kept her handcuffed for at least 30 minutes.

"No, I never had any access to any voting machines. They know I am just a voice, an advocate.

We must have been effective. I know the people here, they're not going to back down, and we're not going to stop. In times past they never would have moved forward on this, but the narrative in America right now is one that is pushing a progressive narrative of communism.

Now you can stay in your home and talk about it privately but you dare not come out and talk about it publicly ...or they will send the FBI to your door because according to this regime you are a domestic terrorist."

"We've got to stick together and we can't let these thugs put us into fear and intimidation."
Howse said he was shocked by the news of Bishop's experience.

"I could see them moving against someone like me, or Mike Lindell. It is hard to see them coming after someone like you, to come after a mom, who is working at the school board level and the election level, and to bust your door down? This is totally unprecedented by the agency in how they conducted themselves. So even for someone who has studied communism and a color revolution, the way they are doing it and the pace at which they're doing it, I never anticipated it to move this fast."

NEWS AND COMMENTARY

FBI Raids Home Of Mother Who Protested Elections And Local School Board – Teenage Daughter ‘Manhandled’ By Agents'

BY JAMES SAMSON
NOVEMBER 18, 2021

Sherronna Bishop is a mother of three from Grand Junction, Colorado who has been active in protesting against her “woke” local school board and protecting election integrity. She runs the website AmericasMom.net, which features an article and video titled “We the Parents: How Did We Get Here?”

On Tuesday morning, Bishop was home with her family preparing to homeschool her children when she heard a knock on the door, and she was stunned to open it to see FBI officials preparing to raid her house. Bishop claims that the agents “manhandled” her 18-year-old daughter, pulling her upstairs by her hoodie while she was handcuffed by another officer.

They proceeded to search her house despite the fact that Bishop says that she is not guilty of anything other than exercising her First Amendment rights.

“This is still the United States of America, where we are able to state what we think and we believe,” she claimed in an interview with Mike Lindell TV the day after the raid. “There was some pounding on my door. I didn’t really know what to think, I thought at first it might be some neighbor kids. They were pounding profusely, and then it hit me it was the FBI. I took my kids to their bedrooms. They used a battering ram to bash down my door, they cuffed me. And then proceeded to search and go through my whole home.”

During the raid, Bishop claims that the FBI agents refused to tell her why it was happening. Afterward, they left behind papers relating to their search warrant saying that they entered her home because she was suspected of causing “intentional damage to a protected computer, wire fraud and conspiracy to cause damage to a protected computer.”

“I don’t know anything about this. They couldn’t explain any of this,” she said. “I will tell you why: they were at my home to intimidate me, to shut me up, because I was using my First Amendment rights to advocate for [Mesa County Clerk] Tina Peters on the issue of Dominion [voting machines] and the damage done in our election. And they’ll never be held accountable. Instead, they will criminalize this woman who has stood up.”

Despite the raid, Bishop is defiantly saying that she will not stop her activism.

“I know people will say, ‘well Sherronna, why don’t you just shut your mouth’… That’s exactly what they hope you will do. I can open my mouth and say whatever I want to say and that is not a criminal action,” she said. “This is about their desire to shut you down and stop you from saying it. I’m a law-abiding citizen, I’m very supportive of law enforcement. I love the Constitution. And what happened yesterday, what happened is something I never imagined I would experience in America.”

Perhaps Bishop was seen as a threat by the government because she has successfully fought the teaching of critical race theory and school mask mandates. The Joe Biden administration doesn’t take kindly to this kind of thing, as they have accused parents like her of being “domestic terrorists.”

“Colorado was able to flip nine school boards this year. We were able to get one of our leftists to resign and we also flipped our school board in the election,” Bishop said. “And people like me are considered domestic terrorists now because we don’t stand for the policies that have been forced upon our children.”

Brannon Howse, who was interviewing Bishop, believes that history will be kind to her.

“I believe you will go down in history as the first mom targeted [by the FBI],” he said. “The FBI has said it plans to do this and I believe you are the first mom to have this done to you. Mask mandates, opposing critical race theory, election theft, which Biden said if you question that you are involved in subversion. But I believe you are the first mom to have been targeted and had your door literally busted down while you were homeschooling your kids.”

Bishop wants other parents like her to stay strong too, concluding the interview by saying, “We’ve got to stick together and we can’t let these thugs put us into fear and intimidation.”

Did the FBI plan to go after anti-CRT parents ALL ALONG?

Nov 19, 2021

Glenn Beck

Attorney General Merrick Garland came under heavy criticism in October thanks to a memo in which he directed the FBI to ‘address violent threats’ from anti-CRT parents. But a whistleblower recently provided Congressman Jim Jordan with emails from the National School Boards Association that adds a whole new layer to the story. In fact, due to information provided by this whistleblower, Rep. Jordan now believes the FBI — not a letter from the NSBA — is what started this WHOLE story. He gives Glenn the details in this clip…

The judge in the defamation suit filed by Project Veritas against the New York Times has ordered the paper to provide justification for their publishing of privileged documents that the New York Times allegedly received from either the FBI or Department of Justice. These documents were allegedly acquired by federal law enforcement officials in several pre-dawn raids on the homes of Project Veritas reporters just last week. The New York Times published these documents, despite already being embroiled in a defamation lawsuit with Project Veritas.

The New York Times now has until November 23rd, next Tuesday, to provide cause for why they published privileged attorney-client documents. The demand to show cause comes as the judge is attempting to determine the ruling on a motion to first, require that the New York Times delete any and all articles and links to privileged information of Project Veritas communications with attorneys, and second, to prohibit the New York Times from soliciting or taking possession of privileged information at any point in the future.

School to Racially Sort Students for Social Justice Discussions

A middle school in New York City plans to racially separate students for discussions on social justice topics and identity issues next week, the New York Post reported Thursday.

The Lower Manhattan Community School will hold the discussions November 23 and 24 to fulfill its mission to “undo the legacy of racism and oppression in this country that impacts our school community,” read an email sent to parents by Principal Shanna Douglas.

White, Asian, and multi-racial students are expected to have their own categories, while black students and Hispanic students will be combined into one group, the principal’s email reportedly said.

“On November 23rd and 24th, 7th and 8th graders will explore the question ‘How do our racial identities influence our experiences?’ in affinity groups,” Douglas stated. “An affinity group is a group formed around a shared interest.”
Apparently an additional group will be available for those uncomfortable with the planned format. This group will discuss the question, “Why are we even talking about racial identity?”

“This optional program was developed in close coordination with both the School Leadership Team, PTA and families,” said Department of Education spokesperson Nathaniel Styer, who said it is “abundantly clear to both students and parents that anyone can opt-out of this two day celebration if they desire.”

According to the Post, Douglas wrote she is focusing on race because “students are talking about it since race has become a popular topic on social media, or parents are talking even more about it at home due to the recent incidents across the nation.”

The principal added the school is 44 percent Asian, 29 percent white, 15 percent Hispanic, and 8 percent black, and has not been able to sufficiently address racial issues in the past.

While some parents told the Post the school and teachers “know how to handle” the subject of race, others were not comfortable with the exercises, expressing concern they were adding to a climate of divisiveness.

“I think a lot of us feel like this is too much,” said one mother. “But most parents are too afraid to say anything at this point. Why are we separating our kids like this?”

A father said some families would prefer to make traditional academic subjects a priority, rather than political issues.

“Teach the history,” he said. “Tell that story. I’m all for an honest accounting. But this is something different. It’s insidious.”
